Day Trip: A Trip Down Memory Lane for Bob
We are heading to Portarlington for a picnic and to revisit some special memories of Bob’s life and influence you may have to share. On the way will scatter his ashes into the sea, to honour sailor’s tradition in the 1st anniversary of his Space-like presence in our hearts.
🚢 Ferry Transport (Recommended) We will be travelling via Port Phillip Ferries.

Departing: Docklands to Portarlington @ 9:30 AM
Returning: Portarlington to Docklands @ 4:00 PM
Please arrive at the wharf 30 minutes prior to departure.
💡 Tip: We recommend taking the free tram from the CBD to Docklands rather than driving, as parking can be difficult.
🚗 Self-Drive Option If you prefer to drive directly to Portarlington, please meet us there at 11:00 AM.
🥪 Food & Drink Please bring lunch or nibbles to share! We will eat at the picnic tables near the pier. Afterwards, we will head to a nearby cafe for coffee and dessert.
