Is there anyone who leads the sun? Is there anyone who does, who reign the rain, who move the planet around the sun? The universe is functioning. The brain is functioning. The brain. The dream machine is functioning. You fall asleep and it keeps projecting in the dream. And now, are you that projected imagined little self? Or are you in the direct experience without listening to the mind telling you, defining you, identifying you as something separate and limited? In your direct experience, are you just there? And the world is arising in that presence, in that witnessing presence, in that knowingness, in that here. Isn't that already a direct experience which you don't have to look for or strive for or practice for?

It's only the mind that comes online and translates that experience that, no, no, this is not what is happening. What is happening is there is a little self somewhere there that is doing the looking and is seeing something that is outside of the self.Direct experience is the seeing is happening within that field of seeing. There is a body here. There is the little cameras. They're looking within the seeing, within the capacity. And then what is seen within the capacity of seeing? I can't separate the eyes from the seeing. I can't separate the content. From the seeing it is all just one capacity one potentiality one field but the mind comes and divides it no no this is i and this is not i This is the eye, the instrument, and this is whatever the eye is registering.

But that's a thought. The experience is singular, always singular. Experiencing, one field of experiencing, one field of presence. And within that field, There is a narrative software translating everything into two. I and not I. I am hearing the sound. I am not the sound. I am seeing the object. I am not the object. There is a separation. I'm that which sees, not that which is seen. Construction of the I, the self. And it is perfectly fine for the navigational purposes. You know, to relate to that vehicle, to that car or thatas the vessel that has to navigate in the confined space. It's just like you're navigating your car in a parking spot.

And you say, okay, I have to move a little bit back or I have to move a little bit sideways. I'll go forward first. What I? You're not the car. But for navigational purposes, it's perfectly fine to call the car I. I'm speeding, I'm going too slow, or I gotta stop. So calling this I for navigational purposes, brilliant. But the way the whole biocomputer is constructed, enchanting ourselves, hypnotizing ourselves with that word I, every day in and out from childhood, imitating our parents who also enchanted and hypnotized themselves with the idea of being separate self, little I residing somewhere in the upper body. And believing to be individual who runs the show, who makes choices, decisions, who has free will, and who has to control everything, who has to control possibly every thought, every desire, every aversion, who has to experience guilt when it doesn't subscribe to particular social settings oror well-advertised image of a saint.

Isn't that funny? It's quite amazing when you see it for what it is. The navigational software, which creates that hypnotic suggestion that there is someone inside running the show and doing it wrong. And if I'm doing it wrong, my God, I can't be loved. I'm not good enough. I can always do better. I can try harder. What if I'm wasting my life? What if I'm wasting my potential? I should have chosen different partner, different school. Wow. Wow, all beautiful kaleidoscope of psychological suffering coming up from that one misconception that there is some little mini me, little person inside who runs the show.
