I'll be up there on the Thursday, so I'll be there. Welcome everyone. We're gonna have, it's just a few of us here, so we made the room a little bit smaller. This one should work better. So this is Kat and Tanya. We have Loki, Joe, Dean, and Akitis. And... That's that. We had Bob's birthday a couple of days ago, a few days ago. And going through his computer, which is ancient, I found a couple of things that are new, that haven't been published yet. Another set of notes, like a scribing, Bob's... Pretty beautiful and coherent and I thought it might be a nice idea to just start the meeting rather from the regular spiel reading those unpublished bobs type scribbles would you okayI'll keep the mic for you.

Oh. Do you want to read from the top all of this? No, the one that you found that was kind of... Yeah. You can read through it. Some of this you may have heard before, but let's see how it goes. Start from the top. Okay, the natural state. I'm not speaking to any body. I'm not speaking to any mind. I'm speaking to that I am, that I am. In other words, to that sense of presence that expresses through the mind as the thought, I am just to this and nothing else. It is non-duality that we talk about here. Everything is that. So the body-mind, the seeming entity, is just an appearance.

So go beyond that. Not that there is any beyond, but just for the sake of something to say, go beyond it to the presence, the sense of presence. Is there anyone who is unaware of being present right now? Or is there that innate sense of presence, the knowing that you are, which is prior to any concepts? That sense of presence translatesthrough the mind as the thought I am that knowing that you are is the is there prior to any thought isn't that so see for yourself because we're not going to tell you anything and we can't teach you anything all that we can do is point you towards what we call the natural state what you already are and ever have been and ever will be.

Now, it is non-duality. Oh, he's repeated that. Oh, yeah. Okay. So I think this is a summary. I'll go here. Yes. Yeah. This bit is a summary. I don't teach this. This is all the same. I think other teach is more of a... And this is the same? Yeah. Okay. This is new, though. The other teach is the same. Yeah. That's why we say, what you're seeking, you already are. If there's some spiritual search, or whatever you like to call it, going on, we say that that's the problem. We say, start from the fact that you are already that. When you pause a thought for a moment even, you recognize that you have neither fallen apart nor disappeared without a thought.

We're frightened of losing this mind, but without a thought, you haven't fallen apart, you haven't disappeared, your heart is still beating, there's still breathing going on, you're still seeing, you're still hearing, the functioningis that the thinking has stopped, the thinking has stopped. The translating, the describing, the conceptualizing has stopped for a moment and in that pause there's a clear natural awareness and that's what they point out earlier in the piece, it's non-conceptual awareness, awareness without any concepts, a cognizing emptiness. Yeah, maybe we could just stop here and highlight a couple of things. Anyone would like to just bring up what stood out for you or any of you guys who are on Zoom with us?

Just something that maybe caught the attention and resonated. Yay. Thank you. What resonated for me then, it's not relating to any words, but what it did was it reminded me how silent my mind has gone. The quietness, the quietness of the voices. Bob always gave me that whenever I came here. It's been, you know, 20 years plus of looking at this stuff. You know, hearing, I have the stories, stories, voices will come up, but they become, what he's saying there is the silence. I don't have to own the stories anymore or listen to the voices. I can see them. I love what he said once was the movies.

You know, you go to a European movie, the French or Italian, it's got subtitles. And he'd always say to me, you know,Do you ever go back to the other subtitle? You know, a subtitle will go past. You don't go scrolling and saying, could you go back to what they just said? You just let it float past. You just let the thoughts, and I always remember that, it's like a cloud in the sky, just let them pass. They will pass. That's what it brought up for me. Thank you. Oh, that's beautiful. Okay. Seems like you're going to have to add something, Vino. Well, you know, even the watcher of the thoughts passing by is another thing.

Like there's no one actually seeing. There's just seeing. Just pure seeing. And in that, like, thoughts pass by. And the watcher, there is no watcher of thoughts as such. They're just appearing. Who are they appearing to or what are they appearing on? They're just appearing. So there's actually no, just as like there's no, the thoughts are just like these things that just come and go. So is the idea of a witness. It's actually the same. They're all, it's like the same movement. Different packets of energy in the appearance. You know, a thought appearing as a packet of energy called a thought and a witnesser appearing as a packet of energy called a witnesser.

There is no witnesser as such and it just evaporates into just seeing. And the seeing can't even beThere's no one seeing. It's just look at what's seeing through or where does the seeing come from or how does the seeing create? Like it's just seeing. Yeah, it's quite miraculous in itself, just seeing. That's all I've got to say. That's a good one. Okay, thank you. There are some new paragraphs here. I'll read them. Yeah. Yeah. See the impossibility of trying to grasp or define awareness with a concept. A pointer is space-like awareness. Space is empty. It has no centre or boundary. Go a million light years in any or every direction and you'll still be in space.

So why believe that the puny, egoic centre called you or me, which would be less than a subatomic particle in all the vast emptiness, could ever be a valid reference point to measure from? Watch an aeroplane full of passengers in a clear sky gradually become a speck and disappear in the vast, empty space. If the reference point is dissolved in the vastness, then there is only the vastness, cognising emptiness, or emptiness suffused with knowing, capable of patterning, shaping and forming itself out of itself. The seeming or appearing manifestation ever changing, but never changing, to which nothing can be added or taken away.As there is no valid point to measure from, there is no duration, time, or volume, space, separate from yourself.

Stand apart from that if you can, realising that no thing, including the believed in you, has any independent nature of itself. That ran wrong, realising that no thing, including the believed union, has no independent nature of itself. There is and can only be ever non-conceptual just that. Through ignoring our basic nature, there is a fixation on duality, thoughts, words, ideas, images, all learned or acquired from childhood, and self-existing awareness is not noticed or seemingly obscured, and this dualistic functioning is our bondage. No one but ourselves can break this bondage. An alert recognition that it is the one essence appearing and expressing as everything and the belief in the dualistic concept of other has lost its hold.

Self-existing awareness is ever thought free. It does not need to be made so. Any attempt to make it thought free is the cloud covering the sun. It is ever thought free. You don't have to make it that way. That's the point. Non-meditation is pure knowing or insight free from the concept of seer.and scene, the scene or meditator and object of meditation, if there is a conceptual meditator trying to get or to reach a conceptual state, the result could only be conceptual. With no meditator and nothing to meditate on, there is just a bare knowing or cognizing, a naked awareness, a natural, undistracted, natural and undistracted.

The naked state of basic space is non-conceptual. There's different ways of saying it. So the terms spirit, God, emptiness, unborn mind, consciousness, awareness, absolute, etc. Are just all adornments, seemingly covering the basic knowingness that like space is ever inexpressible, ineffable. Like day and night, summer and winter, all ignorance and all clarity take place in a single basic space, the natural state, as is, unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected. Emotion is merely a motion of energy as other. Than itself. Any emotional state is in essence pure from the start. There is no need to suppress it or be rid of it. Utilize it as a reminder that there is only that cognizing emptiness.

All objects, theare always and ever empty. They may appear to be solid and substantial, but can be destroyed, broken up and dispersed into space. Everything appears in emptiness and dissolves into emptiness. Recognise this natural emptiness again and again. Bare awareness is essence without thought or non-conceptual awareness. Recognise this as always naturally present. So I'm just going to bring you guys on the same page here. We have John, David, Emmanuel and Anand on Zoom. You can say hi. And we have Charlie and your name is Moira. So we have those. And we have a few people also viewing us online. I don't see all the names, but I see Jyoti, Estelle and eight others.

And because we usually just do introduction spiel or talk, but because it was Bob's birthday, It would have been Bob's birthday a few days ago if he was still around. I mean, of course, he's still around as a thought form. When we mention his name, the thought arises, the memory arises, and that's also a form. Not that much different to a physical form if you really look closely. So that was an excuse to bring upsome of Bob's unpublished writing that I found in the computer and we just read Tanya just read beautifully to just bring a little bit of that clear clear pointing because the great gift and talent of Bob which he perfected over almost 50 years it's under one at the door was to actually really distill the clarity to the point of creating one-liners that summarize that which is completely ineffable and beyond words, which is quite a skill, quite a mastery.

So sometimes even reading one sentence, of Bob, like I have on the cards, like I have pointers, there's one sentence, and just sitting with that. Hi, Heyman, we can get you, either you can get the chair and drive here. I didn't know how many people is going to show up. Just made the room smaller for the first time today. Yes, so that was the introduction. And usually what Bob would offer, it would be at least half an hour, sometimes an hour. There were meetings where everyone was there before when he would not do the introduction. He would stride away, ask people to share their insights and their pointers.

But the way I mostly knew him doing it for the last 10, 12 years,This was the introduction and then asking people to reflect on that, see what resonated. This is the key point of engaging with the non-duality and non-dual awareness. And we're just going to add Heyman here to the mix. You can wave to the guys who are on Zoom. Yeah, good morning. And so the listening is not the regular listening. The way the mind functions, it always look for avoiding the cognitive dissonance. So it always, when the new information is introduced, it matches it in whatever is already been known or heard. Oh, yeah, I heard it before.

I agree. I didn't hear that one. Now it can't be quite right. Or there's other people say it this way or that way. And all that processing goes on and nothing is heard. Because the non-duality, it is always a pointing towards that which is beyond words and which is always fresh. One of the one-liners that Bob used to quote from Dzogchen is pointing that this is self-shining, ever-fresh, ever-fresh presence awareness. Just this and nothing else. This is what we point to. That awareness of existence that is already here, is already present, but the moment we put words on it, it's already old. It's already expired.

It's evaporated. Yes, because no word can ever grasp it.At the same time, no word can ever deny it or touch it in any way. Everything is, everything, every experience is possible because there is the awareness of existence, there is an existence first. So this is what Bob was relentlessly pointing for nearly half a century in many, many different ways, very eloquently in the beautiful one-liners that Tanya just brought up. The freshness of that presence, the freshness of that existence in which everything else arises. We have someone else coming. Marianne is coming to Zoom. And welcome, Marianne. And so that's really that. The way Bob used to point to that presence awareness, that ever fresh, using different angles of the topic, using different vocabulary also, keeping in mind that this is only the one, one without the second and not even one.

Is that underlying potentiality or essence of consciousness he's pointing. It's not like he's talking about awareness and this is something else than consciousness and it's something else than intelligence energy and it's something else than whatever the thousand words they put it. Sometimes he used to also quote from Dzogchen, from, what was it that... Self-liberation throughwith naked awareness and no awareness without any concepts on it where the line of labels were put on it and the very last one was or some others yet call it an ordinary ordinary awareness very ordinary awareness of existence the awareness that isn't even an it it isn't an object in It isn't something that we could touch or put the circumference around.

It is what is right here, right now, sometimes translated as the I am, the sense of existence, the I am-ness. So this is it. And now, because it is self-shining, it's never not here. Why is it so largely overlooked? Why nobody even acknowledges that? What obscures it? And then we look and we see the incredibly colorful timeline, the past, the future, the relationships, the whole dream of mind, of that which is not happening in this present moment, but which is happening in the sphere of imagination, of this creative space that the mind constructs us yesterday or tomorrow. Where is it? Where is yesterday? You can say, well, there is a trace of yesterday.

You know, if I broke my leg yesterday, today I see the plaster. Well, today you see the plaster. And the breaking leg is a memory, is an image, mental image, constructed right now as I think about it. And again, where is that thought form of Bob having a birthday a few days ago? Right now, where is Bob? What is he right now? If not the mental image, the memory, right now. It's not yesterday. It's not two years ago. Is right now the whole future all the worries all the stories all the dramas relationships mainly my relationship with money my relationship with health my relationship with parents my relationship with the teachings my spiritual search or my relationship with my higher self or soul see the whole the whole idea of me being separate and having a relationship with something outside of me the sense of separation all existing in thoughts in imagination.

None of it is present right here, right now. How can I have a relationship with my health if I don't think about it?So this happens in the thinking and it is not to be discarded. It's a wonderful, wonderful dream. It's fantastic that we have all that incredibly elaborated sphere of imagination in which we have all the past history, ancestry, theories. Including the theories of the origins of the universe. Wow, wow, what a wonderful entertainment. And the future, and the inventions, and the science, and the biology, and the conspiracy theories. Wow, wow, impressive. But if we realize that those are mental projections, happening right now only because there is thinking about it they totally rely on the movement in consciousness called thinking that happens of its own everything that this body mind machine does happens of its own The body-mind machine is like a transformer or processor.

There is that infinite field of awareness or consciousness reflected in it or transformed through it into a seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, thinking, imagining. This is the capacity of that pure intelligence to reflect itself in the body as a body, through the body as the world. Separation happens in thinking. The experience goes first. Experiencing existence directly, this ever-fresh present moment without the thought. Just the way we have those cats here experiencing existence. One is lying behind Charlie, another one just trying to place himself on Lucky's lap. They are experiencing existence without any concepts on it. Without any concepts of division. They don't say this is I and this is the food and I am going to now put the food in my body and the food becomes me and then not me.

They don't have symbolic language. For them, there is a movement, there is an experience of energy. The energy, oh, now it's going to be, energy is going to be pairing. At some other time, there is different energy. You see, the way we experience the body and bodily energy, You know, if you don't put any thoughts or labels, there is just that movement of energy experience all the time. Without the label, how do you know it is anger? Without the label, how do you know it is sadness or joy or elation? It's just the energy moving. There's nothing wrong with labeling the energy. It comes up by itself.

naming, claiming, coming, labeling is just another function that this incredibly complex biocomputer has and exercises. And it's a wonderful function. When it is believed, though, when all of that potentiality is stuck up to that concept, mental construct of separate me being responsible for my thoughts and my actions and being guilty of the wrong thoughts and the wrong actions, then the byproduct of that is psychological suffering. And this is what is not necessary when you are moved to see through the illusion of separation. If you see that there is no separation unless it is believed, unless the thought form appears and is believed into existence. And it is...Yeah, he's usually...

Oh, no, no, I understand. All good. All good, yes, yes. So Pesto was looking to tame other humans. We will try. Yes, yes, yes. So yeah, like dogs have owners, cats have staff, you know. We are here to serve them. They have no concepts whatsoever, so it's just a joke. But the behavior kind of looks like it. They own the place. We are just humble servants. Yes, so back to the non-conceptual awareness, the awareness without concepts, because that is what, again, Bob used to like to quote from Dzogchen teachings. And he's been exposed to Dzogchen teachings. He's met Namkai Norbu, the guy who was, he's been in Australia and Bob attended a retreat, but mostly to just see how common how common that whole knowledge is and has been through the ages.

So if you know what to look for, you find it anywhere and everywhere. He would find the traces of it in any core religions, ancient scriptures, in Muslim religion, in Sufism, in Kashmir Shaivism. Yes, he studied those just for the pleasure of seeing, wow, they all know that. It's such a common knowledge. But yes, and everybody else does too. They could put it in words. They could put it in writing. But is there anyone here in this room who doesn't know that they exist? Everyone knows that. It's an open secret. There is nothing. It's not even a secret. There is nothing even sacred. Well, it could be.

We say, you know, Monty Python sings that all life is sacred, right? Every spirit is sacred. That's the life form. Yeah, nothing's either good or bad, but thinking makes it so. Yes, so it's a knowledge that could be found everywhere. The one that I was kind of hinting at, it was the great perfection, what Dzogchen calls the great perfection. It's non-conceptual awareness. Awareness without any concepts put on it is the pure clear awareness just like that cat and the other one also or a newborn baby just the open field of knowing without even needing to separate segregate label and qualify what is what what is known this is I this is not I None of those.

Just the pure open field of knowing, direct knowing. Direct knowing in which whatever is happening is secondary. So what is happening right now? The seeing is happening. Does anyone do it? Does anyone do the seeing? Or it is already available? You open the eyes and the seeing is available. Then the mind comes and says, no, I am the seer and this one is the scene. When I walk to another room, I don't change, but everything else does. But what doesn't change? What is the I that doesn't change? The body is changing. It's changing pretty fast. Every second, thousands of cells. Every minute millions of cells is dying in this body and is being replaced.

And atoms, you know, how quickly they flicker and change. So the body is changing. The mind, what's the mind? A flow of thoughts and perceptions and impressions. That's changing all the time also. So what isn't? What isn't changing? The seeing isn't changing. The capacity isn't changing. Well, of course, you know, the eye may get weaker over time. But the capacity that is utilized through the eye, the capacity of seeing, the being, the knowing, the seeing, the hearing, that one is singular. The process is singular. That doesn't change. It is always there.Yes, it is depending. The translation of pure being, of pure existence, depends on the machine that is used for translation.

If this body has myopia, it puts the glasses or it puts the binoculars or it puts the microscope and then the content will be depending on the equipment used. We have someone else joining us on Zoom. Welcome, Blaszanka. So that which doesn't change, the non-conceptual, ever-fresh presence awareness, justice and nothing else pure perfection already present already here the awareness of existence sometimes they call it sat chitananda in hindu scriptures translating us being awareness of being and a contentment or stillness or joy of being It's all being, pure potentiality. When it puts on itself a human body, it can see, hear, taste, touch and smell. It can't use the sonar like a body of a dolphin or a bat.

But the body of the dolphin or a bat can't do other things that the human body can, the human transformer, body-mind machine can. The processing is different. We have that capacity to think or the learning, the large language model, install the narrative software. Which as far as we know, bats don't have.other animals, birds and insects, they have another qualities that we don't. But through this particular program of thinking and including the timeline, predicting time, predicting future, that gives us an upper hand in the whole survival game. Because for that, life essence or intelligence energy or presence awareness or God or whatever way you want to call it for that to know itself to glimpse itself that one has to preserve that one that body mind vehicle has to be present so it dreams itself the body mind vehicle And that body-mind vehicle is already equipped in self-preservation system.

Even when you dream at night and your body-mind vehicle is made of just the mind stuff, it doesn't have flesh, though it feels like it does. That self-preservation instinct in the dream will still work. If someone's chasing behind, the body will run.So this belongs to the whole biocomputer and through which and us which that pure potentiality can see, hear, taste, touch and smell. And think and imagine and dream and project the worlds, worlds within the worlds. And the collective projections of the world when we agree upon some reality like we have agreed few thousand years ago we humans on the reality of witches and devils and then then that has been questioned we have agreed upon the reality then the earth is flat and that has been questioned Right now there is an idea of the gravity field being questioned in quantum mechanics and the different models of reality is being agreed upon the collective dream.

But all that, where is it? What is it? It is that conceptual overlay. The cloud of interpretation hanging on that ever fresh presence awareness, shining of its own, right here, right now, knowing itself, experiencing itself through this vehicle that it dreamt for itself, the human body. And is that body even? Real how real is it when you don't think about it how real it is in a direct experience When you focus on the body, how do you experience? Even to say focus on the body is already a little incantation to go towards this particular, it's already loaded with the imagination. But if you just sit here and you just experience your own existence, experience of the body is different than experience of the pure existence, the knowing of pure existence.

Because the existence, and again, Bob beautifully pointed, the presence. doesn't have any sensory component to it presence pre sense doesn't have the qualities of the experience of the body you can experience your body when you eat too much is heavy or when you hungry it gurgles or when it aches and pains or when there is an emotion strong emotion like tanya was reading the emotion is the motion of the energy emotion energy moving through the energy of whatever irritability or anger moving through a bigwave of vibration going. But the presence, the existence, doesn't have any vibrational quality. It is still, perfectly still. It doesn't vibrate.

Pain has particular vibration. Pleasure, any emotion, is a sensation. Feeling overly alive and vibrant has the energetic component to it. But knowing has not. Knowing is prior. You can be angry and just fuming, but the knowing of anger doesn't fume. It's quiet. The pure presence is still and quiet. We cannot even say that it is still and quiet because those are qualities and it doesn't have any. It's neither still, you can't say anything about it really. It's just pure is-ness. It's the pure I am, it's the pure existence of consciousness.largely overlook why because of that incredible entertaining system creating problems And the identities, creating the identity, this is the biggest one.

I, I and my life, I and my future, I and my seeking. Now the identity of us as a seeker, very often very persistent identity. I know in my heart that there is more than just being a human body, aging and dying, getting sick, producing children and then looking after grandkids. It must be more. It can't be that. I know in my heart, I have the intuition. There's more to life. There's more mystery, more beauty to that. That's right. But that's beyond concepts. That's beyond ideas. Therefore, unavailable for the mind and for the seeker. Seeker can never get it because seeker is the identity made of concepts that life, the world, myself are not enough.

This is an idea that idea needs looking at, questioning. Who told you so? Who told you that you are a person, that you are separate? Who told you that you are not enough? That doesn't have to be a person, one person. It can be just a long imitation game. You know, the little child getting conditioned, installing that software of large language model in their head slowly, word by word. And watching the parents or caregivers identifying us as a separate entity and imitating them because that's how the children learn through imitation, completely innocently setting themselves up for the sense of separate identity, for being a person, poor miserable little me.

Separate from the rest of the world, therefore vulnerable. But is that so? Non-duality is just realizing that direct experience does not agree with what the mind is overlaying, is saying, is clouding. Direct experience is not a second-hand or third-hand information. It is direct. It is innate. And everything in nature, apart from humans, enchanted and hypnotized by their own thinking, knows that. And they have no fear of dying. Of course, the self-preservation will still make the dog run.But when the moment of dropping the body comes, how, what problem is that in this, you know, the way the body takes a breath, you're not doing it. It happened by itself and it breathes out and then it takes another breath and it breathes out and maybe the next one is not going to happen.

Energy cannot be destroyed. The energy that is moving that heart, that is transporting the oxygen, making electrical impulses in the brain, creating thoughts, mental images, and all the dreams, all the interpretations, all the belief systems, including the belief system of me being separate from the world, which is completely impossible. It's impossible even from the logical standpoint. I couldn't have a thought if there was no context to it. It's completely, every thought that is arising is dependent on the environment. If you weren't here, I probably wouldn't be opening my mouth and talking non-duality, which is a great pleasure and honor. Same with the way the body preserves itself by breathing the air, exchanging it constantly.

And the plants are changing, converting, whatever, that's what the science says. But it is totally existing within the context. The seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling. The body made of elements, exchanging the air, the water, the matter, all of it with the environment. Can anyone draw the line? Stop supplying air. How long is the body going to last? Or air or water or stability or remove the matter from the body. What is it going to be? Rainbow in your face. I can feel it. I can see that. It's perfectly flat. It's beautiful. It was on Bob's first. Yeah, the rainbow is actually quite a beautiful metaphor. I love the metaphor of the rainbow.

Because we have a lot of hanging little joy-producing crystals. Bob would often use them in pointing, saying that, you know, you see the crystal, light, white light touching the crystal and showing up as the rainbow of reflections. Where are the colors? You go to the crystal, you look in there, can't find them. They're not there. You look at the white light, where are the colors? They're not there. And yet, that incredible miracle of having the vehicle that converts one pure energy into all those beautiful colors. Just like this one. It takes pure raw energy from breathing and food, raw energy.converts it to seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling, thinking, like a rainbow, a rainbow of capacities exercised by that one machine.

And the life essence being that pure potentiality, the pure energy field, the same one field of energy utilizing this one speaking hearing tasting touching smelling utilizing another one birth flying and looking from above and the fish swimming and the tree growing up and down wow one energy field experiencing and expressing itself through all those different vehicles. Through all that beautiful dream of duality of 10,000 things, all equally empty, equally illusory, because what we call reality is that which doesn't change. That potential, that field is still here. It flickers as the 10,000 things and it disappears as the 10,000 things. So that presence, that existence, that being is reality still.

The way the being experiences and expresses itself as 10,000 things is called maya or illusion. Phenomenal manifestation. It's a beautiful manifestation. And if you see it from the start, point of that life essence it all makes sense it makes sense that they are vehicles that suffer and it makes sense that there are vehicles that experience themselves in a privileged situations or or unprivileged they are vehicles that fly and vehicles that swim underwater and dive It's like the appetite for life, appetite of life, for experiencing and expressing itself as everything, represents another way of wording that Christianity puts on it, omnipotence. This is the omnipotence of God.

Experience itself, experiencing, expressing itself as every power. Omnipresence of God, that existence, that pure potentiality present in everything, in everyone, all at once, only now, just now. And omniscience the knowing it knows itself through the reflection if you think of the full potentiality the field of potentiality that is not actualized it's just the potential it's like the electricity is potential. It doesn't, right now, it doesn't experience itself as light. And we flick the switch and the potentiality is actualized. It moves, it flows, and it...expresses itself as the light in the globe, or it expresses itself that same potentiality as speaking. Or waving the arm or hand or whatever, is that pure potentiality can only know itself.

Through the expression, gleams itself through the expression, gleams its own infinite nature through thousands of or millions of pairs of eyes looking at the reflection. Oh yeah, this I am. This I am. Mirror, oh, this I am too. This is where Nisargadatta brings up the idea that I am nothing, but I am everything also. The I am, the is-ness, the being-ness, the presence is no thing, it's not a thing with the potential to being everything. And again, this sounds like, and he had this wonderful gift of having this beautiful poetic expressions that seem so spiritual and so evolved that no one could actually, I mean, there were people, of course, who could rely or resonate with it.

But I had countless conversations with people who were actually perplexed by it. I thought it was simple, but then I read Nisargadatta, no, no shit, I can't say this is my experience, that I'm everything, I don't feel like I'm everything. Forget it. It doesn't feel like anything. It doesn't have to feel like anything. Whatever it feels like, this is it. There is only this present moment right here, right now, ever fresh, reflecting itself as this. There is nothing else. There is nothing to wait for. There is nothing to achieve in the future. There is nothing to try and get whatever someone else expressed. Not listening to Bob, Nisar, Gadatan, no one.

Just see what you know directly and directly, this is it. This is how the absolute or pure potentiality experiences itself right at this moment and reflects itself as this moment, as this room, this hearing, seeing, tasting, touching, smelling, those cuts. And because this is a phenomenal manifestation, it's not going to last. The presence lasts, it always is. And the reflection in that presence is constantly changing. The body is changing, the content of seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling changing. But the awareness of existence is always here. Falling in love with that life essence, with that presence, with that mystery. That means making the journey from the thinking, interpreting, understanding, grasping, knowing, wanting to know, control to the heart, staying in, wow, in a mystery.

There is nothing. That was another quote. Since he mean, Bob used to love him. Stop talking and thinking. There's nothing you will not be able to know. Because talking and thinking creates questions, creates the desire to work it out and to know. When there is no thinking, there is nothing that is needing, nothing that is needed to be known. There's no need to find out who I am. And there is no way to deny that I am. And that I am is the great mantra, is the great secret. That I am. I know that I am. Obviously. Everyone knows that they are. What they are, that's an invitation for the mind.

What and why, always invitation for the storyteller. Tell me a lie. Tell me a fairy tale. I'm a person. I'm a human. I am female. Lovely. I can change thousand costume, play thousand roles because I am the infinite presence. I am the everything.Potentially. Because I am and there is nothing else. Any interpretation and label put upon it is a lie, is the mind, is the concept. Directly, you know that you are. That's the answer. That I am. What I am, don't go there. It's a mystery. That which wants to know it, to manage it, to control it.is the thinking capacity, is the algorithm that is designed to help the body survive.

narrates everything that happens it usually look out for problems to fix for complaints it complains all the time wonderful beautiful beautiful capacity you hear your mind complaining blow it a kiss thank you very much thank you for sharing but existence is never threatened never See the mind standing from that standpoint of the heart, of the essence, of the core, where there is nothing wrong. And now, hearing those complaints, seeing how the body is moved, When the hunger is showing up, the body is moved to find the food. When there is cold, the body is moved to put the jumper. When there is a tax reminder in the mailbox, the body is moved to deal with the reality with the moment as it needs to be dealt with.

If the planning is required, the planning happens. If the remedy or healing or doctor visit is required, that happens without any necessary commentary. And if the commentary happens, that's just part of the landscape. Let it happen. And stay in that empty space of pure presence with the... Sense of childlike curiosity. What is my next thought going to be? Hmm. Okay. And the next.Okay, learning, being in a space of just finding out, discovering moment to moment how that pure potentiality reflects itself. Beautiful. No, thank you. It expresses beautifully. This vehicle. Anyone? Lucky? Questions? Oh, you have the mic. And you guys on Zoom, anyone would like to jump in and say something, add something, comment something?

Would you like to say something? No? Maybe later? Okay. Any questions? Well, I just have, oh, yeah, it's very personal in that you say we shouldn't be thinking, but I lay awake at night, think, think, think, think. Don't think, don't think. What do I do if I don't think? Yeah. And I can't get to sleep. If you don't think. Yeah. What do I do? See? Yeah. This is beautiful. This is a great question. The idea that I have to do something. I'm the doer. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. See, Bob had a couple of good, really, really good simple tips.that always work you know focusing yes yes always although of course the thinking you know thinking is such a persistent habit yeah it happens by itself you don't do it you don't do the thinking it just comes up because the mind habitually gets so much processing power and attention habitually it throws dream after dream imagination after imagination bringing that attention gently relaxing the mind bringing it to the sense of hearing or the sensations in the body because thinking is always about what is not happening right now Right now the body is lying in bed and it's dark and it's just relaxing there and the thinking comes up, oh yeah, but my kids or whoever.

That is not happening. Kids are not present in this moment when you're lying in bed. But what is happening, you can feel your back lying on the mattresses. You can feel the tension in the muscles. You can feel the current breath. That is happening. That is happening presently, really. You may even have the subtle sounds in the background of the traffic or even focusing on two or three different sounds that are currently happening. This is happening. Now, the taste, you know, the lips touching each other, even as you lie down, there is a subtle... One could even say pleasure in actually giving attention to that which is happening.Yeah, it is a lifelong habit and it never, as far as I know, and Bob had nearly 50 years of living persistently in that heart or core, thinking never stops.

But the way the attending happens, the attending stays grounded in that curiosity rather than being just hijacked by the thinking. Attention is kind of, it sounds like a duality that there is a thinking and there is a sensing and there is attention moving between them. No, they're not two or three things. You know, attending happens, appears as thinking, or attending happens or appears as sensing. It's only one energy. So if that one energy, that one, like, let's say, majority of that field of three processing power called attention is engaged in the present happening, there's not much available for commentary. It is a hard work initially when the mind tries to control it.

Then mind is really, really busy and it can get exhausting. Oh yeah, I'll be so vigilant and so alert. I will make myself focus. That's exhausting. It happens naturally, organically through relaxing the mind. It's like mind is always tense, always vigilant, always looking, always thinking, always processing. Because habitually, it just suck up all of that processing power for itself. But when it relaxes... Naturally that that attention becomes free attention that processing power is free and noticing happens oh you know now suddenly you are passing by rose and you smell it oh wow suddenly there is just Oh, boy. So that's it to me. Charlie. Get the...

Sorry, I've forgotten your name. Moira. Moira. Charlie. Moira. So that conveys to me that when you're in the thinking process, it's very rigid. Is it not? Yeah. Okay. Then coming back to what Kat was saying is with the attention, is the attention is really with practice, fluid. And the fluidity gives you the sensitivity. So you listen for traffic or you lie? Yeah, you could do those things. I don't know what the key is for you to unlock that process, but I'm simply saying when the mind becomes more refined, the attention becomes more fluid. So it tends to go more back to the source of where your thinking is coming from.

Does it make any sense? Sort of. I should know what you're saying. I do get that. But I sort of think if you're not thinking, what do you do? If you're not thinking, you're being. Yeah. How do you go from thinking to being? That's the refinement. That's exactly what I'm talking about, is the refinement of the flow of attention because I think the structure in the human biome is the attention is at its very purest. It's entirely fluid. Right. That means movement. Is that what you meant? It's flowing. Like a river, sort of. But that's not a very good metaphor. Etc. Thanks, everyone. Thank you.

I love your question because for me it just reminds meThat was my question. That was my question. I get, no. Another time. Another time. But it's a question I've always had. So it's a normal question. I think that's what I'm trying to say. The question's not abnormal. It's the one. It's the one question we're asking daily because we forget. I forget. Sorry, I forget. So for me, and I was saying it earlier, was... What happened for me was when Sailor Bob suggested that, you know, do you go to the movies? Do you like the movies at all? Sure. Well, you know the European ones. I prefer them.

I prefer them to the American or English. Yeah, you got it. And they've got subtitles? Yes, they do. So you're watching the subtitles of a movie. Do you ever stop and say, could somebody rewind those subtitles? Do you know what I mean? You don't have time. You've got to just hopefully your eyes have caught it and you know what's going on, do you know? And so Sailor Bob would say to me, Jo, why don't you just go home, watch your thoughts like a subtitle. Yeah, so it took practice because everything is, I think Charlie was sort of saying it too and Kat, it's habitual. My thinking was habitual, was believing my thoughts.

I actually believed them. When they said I was stupid or an idiot or I said that wrong or that person looked at me the wrong way, I believed it. I absolutely believe. When I saw it as a subtitle, so when the thought came in,You're stupid. I went, oh, that's a nice subtitle. What's next? The next one would say, you're ugly. Oh, yeah, what's next? Oh, you're pretty. Oh, okay. So which one's true? I'm pretty, I'm ugly, I'm stupid. None of them. None of them are true. They're just words. They're just language. Language. We always said that. In the Bible, the beginning was the word. The word was the problem.

The word was God. That was a problem. It was an evil problem. It's a she. So I don't know if that helps. So when you're lying in bed and you're stiff, watch it all. Watch it like a movie. I put Meryl Streep in there or Alec Baldwin or whoever. I put them all in there when the drama's happening and everything and I see it becomes a joke. The whole thing's just a joke and just a story. So for me, that's what worked for me was it was a movie. It was a movie. Play with it. And after a while, something changes. It did for me anyway.

Thankfully, because I was going insane. Yeah, you do. I was going. The voice is in my head. You're not alone. You're not alone.Microphone flows to you. It's cute. Isn't it? That was really great. Yeah, it was beautiful. Yeah. Lucky, tell us about the breath. What about the breath? What can you do? The breath. I mean, I guess you can breathe. The breath. You can pay attention to the breath. That's a simple, a very simple means of putting your attention outside of thought. Yeah, I guess it's funny because in the breath in like Qigong and... Chinese stuff is like the breath and the attention are the same.

It's kind of the same word. They just use the breath as the word, and it's easy in the West to describe when you're like, oh, put your breath into your stomach or into your feet. Really, you're just pretending that you're breathing into those areas, and in doing that, your attention goes to those areas. And yeah, when your attention is in the breath or in the senses, then that attention can't be in thought, or at least much less of it is in thought. Yeah. And that's... That's a simple, that's why I think why, you know, one of the first meditations they teach in Zen is,It's breath counting.

You just count your breath to 10 and then you start over from zero again. And if you lose your way, you go back to one and you start counting to 10 with each breath. And that way you've still got a simple thought, which is one, two, three. But most of your attention is noticing the breath. And when one breath is finished and the next breath is started, then you move to the next thought, which is two, three. And so, yeah, I guess the breath is a good, a very good practical, simple tool to take attention away from breathing. Sorry, take attention away from thought. Um, Yeah, that's interesting because I've done breathing practice actually.

That was the first thing that got me into was breathing practice. And I would do it every night for 20 minutes, probably for seven or eight years. And even when I was doing the breathing practice, there would be thoughts. I'd be like, have what I thought was my full attention in the body, but there's still thoughts going along, though those thoughts don't cause any issue because they're there, but they're not absorbing your full attention. And by nature of them not having your full attention, you're not mistaking them for who you are. So that's an interesting thought.Yeah, perception. So, yeah, maybe the breath. I don't know.

And Bob had this little pointer, another kind of little reminder. He would say, let the thought ride on the breath. Because non-duality is like, it's a simple recognition of the fact of your own existence. There isn't really a prescriptive sort of a practice that one could... Practice to achieve empty mind but if the mind is too much in a way it's just the pure compassion that bob would just drop those you know thought riding on the breath he says you know when you inspire the thought comes in and when you expire the thought expires just let it expire with the breath so similar like you know instead of first breath this the thought one second breath thought to you could also do just the thought came up breathe it out and you can say one another thought will come I do.

Those little things also, I had the conversation yesterday with someone who is doing a Kundalini yoga practice and mantra, singing or any way of keeping that software occupied. But from the point of realizing that you are not your software, you are not your mind. This is the main thing, to recognize that the mind is doing its habituated behavior, whatever, on autopilot, really. Just the same way the stomach is digesting, the liver is whatever, filtering, or kidneys are filtering. Every organ is doing whatever it has been designed to do, and so is the mind. So realizing that you are not your thinking, you are not your mind, it works just, Joe was explaining, like automatic subtitles.

No one is typing them, they're automatic. The narrative process is automatic. It's like, again, it's a large language model with a little bit of electricity in it. And then we got the so-called artificial intelligence, a couple of algorithms put together. And this one has been programmed for much longer than AI. So it is much more persistent in a way of finding a sneaky ways to grab that attention because attention is a life force. Nothing can exist or live without the attention. So that thought form. That is, you know, just scavenging on that life force. It loves to be as well. Everything loves to be. And relaxing it, it kind of makes that thought, we're not murdering thoughts, they're not sentient.

But relaxing the attention, bringing...it back to what is happening it's a sort of a gentle way to coming back from the mind to the heart from that obsessive because mind obsesses that's what it does Yeah, get the good mic. The thought flew. The bird has gone. It'll come. It will come. So, oh, okay. So if non-duality is your source, how then is the disparity between the mind and non-duality, pure existence? There's no disparity. There's no disparity. Then how come the mind takes the attention? Does it? Find the mind. So. Well, hang on. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait, wait. Back the track up a bit.

Back the track up a bit. Yes. Go.pure awareness and thinking. Yes. It seems to be two opposites, but everything has its basis in the source. So there's no difference really. No, there's no disparity. And that's the question. No separateness. Not separate. Not separate. Not separate. Exactly. All in it, all the whole shebang. How do you know you're thinking? Oh, dear. I just know. I just know. How do you know you're being?I just know. I don't have to think about it. I just am. Prior to concepts, pre-conceptual. Pure awareness, the screen on which everything occurs, the whole shebang. How do you know? How do you know a thought's popped up?

I just know. Knowing. It's natural. You're not the thought. Not a thing. You're knowing. Knowing. And it's fresh and new now. Always now. Not separate, as Charlie said. How do you reconcile? There's no reconciliation required. Yeah, that's what I mean by the fluidity of attention. That's what I was getting at. Yeah, I'd only be repeating it, but that's what I was getting at before, Tanya. Yeah. Yeah. And then there's the knowing what you're talking about, Tanya, and then there's the narrative. Then we put a narrative on top. So you know, you know who you are, you know there's thoughts coming up and everything, but there's this habitual thing of making a story out of it, a narrative.

You know, I was thinking before, like, you know, my daughter did this or that person looked at me the wrong way. How dare they? There's the story. Because the person looked at me that way, it doesn't matter. They looked at me, that's their problem, you know, that they gave me that look. My daughter didn't talk to me the right way or my husband or my son or why did they say that? There's the narrative. There's the story. Oh, they talk to me that way. How is this body?to that thought or that nastiness or that what I think is invalid. How am I responding to that invalidness?

That's interesting. You know, then I can make another story. Then I can make another story. That's when you start to laugh at it all. For me anyway, if you know what I mean. Yeah, not all the time. I have to ring people. That's what, for me, that's what this community is. I have to ring people or text people, Dean, Kat, you know, everyone, you know, I would ring up and they have to wake me up sometimes. I'll get caught like a fish, you know, when you go fishing and they get caught in the hook. I'll get caught in the thought and I'm caught in that hook and I have to get somebody to help me to get the hook out.

I've been hooked. By the way, I came here years ago and I was probably sitting there. Oh, is that home? Yeah, so I... Sort of have understood it over the years, but things have got worse for me. So I think I've got to do something about this. And my son, Ben, has been here and we have a little talk. Oh, Ben. Oh, Ben's your son. Yeah. Well, A-Ben is. Oh, A-Ben. Are they two? Yes, Ben. He's a tall guy. Yeah, that's him. Cat allergies? Cat allergies and his mother. Yes. Welcome back. Thank you. Welcome back. Oh. Yeah, it's actually, it's nice. It's just. It's just a service, a community of people who all know that they are, but sometimes forget it.

So it's just good to resonate. I see Ben sometimes also click that link on Zoom and joins us in the evening. Just quietly sitting in the background. You can contribute, you can unmute yourself, put the camera on, ask questions, or you can just sit and get even a couple of pointers when it touches the heart. Oh, yeah, right. And it brings a relief. And over time, we can see how it actually transforms completely the way people look at life and experience life. Like even people who are really attached to the idea, no, no, no, I still don't quite get it. But shit, my life gets so much better, you wouldn't believe it.

So I do challenge that, of course. You know, the one who wants to get it is the mind. Don't you get that you are? Yeah, yeah, that, yes, yes. But, and then comes imagination. I want more pleasure. I want this. I want that. Forget it. But they still admit that, shit, my life got so much easier. There is so much less hanging on to nonsense. There is so much quicker way of just really shaking off all that stinking thinking. So it does get easier, but I can see we have, Emmanuel has the hand up. Would you like to unmute? Oh, you are unmuted. Yeah, give us a...Is there a time constraint in that you want to wrap up in the next minute or so?

No, no. The time is yours. It's all yours. Okay, so I'll just re-associate a little bit. So I guess, firstly, I find it very comforting, the regularity of the meetings. And the fact that you and Tanya are always kind of well presented, so there's a degree of functionality and self-care, which I take as signs that your speaking has come from some kind of solid ground, the order. My experience is not always that when there's a passing state, an emotion, anger, fear, sadness, that the awareness of that passing state is not contaminated by the passing state. So I don't have a clear sense that there's a still uncontaminated, quality-less awareness that does not fuse.

with the anger or in my case with the sadness or with the fear. I don't necessarily have a clear sense of that. And I also, I think, get irritated sometimes when there's kind of a bit of a laughing or a sort of a, you talk about when there's agreement about the projections. About the non-existence of the mini-me, when sort of it's dismissed as if it's very easy to see through that illusion. That illusion has been quite intractable for me. I was exposed to I Am That when I was 18. My body is now in its 60s. And although I completely accept the truth of it, that persistent illusion is, it's kind of what feels to me like spiritual bypassing, when it's taken as if that's easy to see through, and it's not, it's very sticky.

And intractable and persistent. And it almost needs to be given a certain amount of honoring in terms of how persistent it is. So sometimes when there's this sort of laughing at the absurdity of the illusion, it's hard for me to... Yeah, that... It's good for the society. It's a weighty illusion.that sticks around. And I guess I would like that, yeah, yeah, it's like I'm at a party and I'm excluded from the party if I can't access that clear seeing of the illusion of the mini-me that isn't there. Does that make any sense? Yeah, that's beautiful, Emmanuel. Thank you for that. That's beautiful, honest, and comprehensive, and lovely.

See, when you are not seeing how easy it is to see, That who is not seeing it is the mind. I hope you can see at least that. You see, you know that you are, right? You don't have any doubts about that. There is no, like, there is not even a struggle. You can't stop existing. You can't stop being aware of existence. That is clear, isn't it? You know that you are. And that isness is appearing as this moment. And if this moment contains the mind being upset or whatever it is, that's the isness reflected in that moment. It's not that you have to separate the anger from the awareness.

There's nothing. The awareness is appearing as anger right now. Okay, cool. That's how it is appearing. But does it diminish the fact that there is an existence? Existence is always there, absolutely untouched.even though it appears as anger that can't be separated from the appearance. So see the moment when, you know, there is this causing miracles quote that into infinity came one mad idea of separation. And the son of God remembered not to laugh. This is when we don't feel like laughing. This is, come on, this is serious. I'm suffering here. There's nothing funny about that. It's like, come on, have compassion. How can you laugh when so many people around the world is in a deep suffering?

Well, why are they in a deep suffering? Because they imagine that there is something more or something else to know apart from the miraculous fact of their own existence right now. They overlook that luminous radiance of presence of being ever fresh. And they say, no, this is wrong. There must be something different. I don't want this. I want something different. And that capacity to reject what already is and hope for something different that isn't, that could only be imagined. Is only a quality of the mind, the thinking mind, the imagination. So that which is, doesn't mind. There is something in the midst of suffering that is aware of suffering.and okay with that.

Can you tap onto this? Even in the midst of fury, when the mind says, I hate this. I don't want this fury. I want to just love. I want a pleasure. I want to feel one with God and the cosmic union of the universe. I don't want to be irritable. I don't want to be sad. That energy vibrating, stealing the whole vehicle. Even that is known. This is the moment. This is how the pure infinite potentiality appearing right now as that volcano erupting. Erupting with words, I don't want this. I don't want the volcano. I want the beautiful white beach and a drink with umbrella.

It's only the mind that does that, that wants to trade the unborn Buddha mind for the thought. And it's absolutely innocent in that. That's what it does. It is an algorithm that always look for something different, something better, something more. It does its job. Bravo. Thank you very much. But the awareness, the beingness that unconditionally allow that mind to erupt.at Volcano. It's still there, completely untouched, like this, like Tanya was talking about the movie screen. And on that screen, there are cowboys and Indians fighting. And there is a fire and there are bullets and there is blood flowing all over, or ketchup or whatever. The screen is still white, still untouched.

And that is what we're pointing to. That which gets angry is not who you are. The knowing of the anger is not angry. In the midst of anger, like Joe was talking about, you know, the hook. The whole processing power is completely spent in that erupting volcano. The presence that is the white screen for that movie doesn't mind. And really, in the moment of eruption, you are the eruption. That's how life essence, how God experiences itself. Wonderful. There is no objection to it. When you see the animal or you see the bull, the corrida in Spain, charging the red blanket, just... Going and charging there's no concept that it shouldn't be this way there's no concept that this is wrong this is not enlightenment this is not how i should feel i don't want this the concepts come later reflecting on the past oh i was hooked i was trapped for an hour I shouldn't let myself.

I remember being there when I was a seeker, you know, just losing my plot and then reflecting back and losing my plot again over that which is already gone, past and dead. I shouldn't be trapped in my head for two hours and obsessing about this bastard who gave me a look. It's just an example. But mind does that stuff. And now, instead of being completely present and curious and open and seeing the invitation for the ride over a...reflecting in the back and not forgetting to laugh. I get trapped and now I'm obsessing over the obsession that is already gone. And I'm beating myself up that I did not wake up earlier.

There is no I there who can have any choice to wake up or not to wake up. If there is a boiling there and a volcano is about to blast. It will. No matter what the mind is going to jump out of its skin, this bull is going to charge. So just as well, if there is any available free attention to witness the spectacle of that eruption, enjoy the ride, enjoy the show. And as it ends, don't dwell on it, but stay present, being present with whatever is happening. That presence which doesn't mind, that empty screen which doesn't mind cowboys and Indians shooting at each other.

That eye of a cyclone around which everything is falling apart and it is still present. That presence which allows everything.that energy field which is completely still underneath that you know storm on the top on the on the surface of the ocean and a stillness and that stillness is only available now if you think of that erupting volcano or that anger or that fury or that sadness or that grief being there yesterday at 3 p.m. Forget it. It's only now. In this moment right now, you can be present. So what I used to do to myself when I used to listen to all the non-duality stuff telling me that I have to be vigilant and alert and I have to be a gendarme watching every thought and not letting it pass unnoticed.

And then I would be beating myself up for letting a thought pass. Oh my gosh, what a torture, spiritual seeking that has been a self-torture where I would be in a state of complete self-hatred and punishment for not doing well enough and beating myself. I don't deserve that grand enlightenment if I can't even focus my attention. I went for the meditation, learned to meditate, vipassana. And I discovered that attention is fluid. It flows. It can be directed if inspired. Hallelujah. Yeah, it can be directed if inspired, but that inspiration is part of the whole energy field.found myself focusing the vipassana moving the attention when instructed and sliding away and the wave of self-hatred you bitch you don't deserve this you should be dead you don't deserve to be loved you don't ah goodness and the presence that was there that didn't have the capacity to laugh because all of the attention was spent on self-judgment completely believed to be valid I believed to be this person needing to control this narrative program and doing very bad job and deserving the punishment.

There's no one there. There's no one there. It's just the algorithm doing its job when you That's why the relaxation is the key. That's what I put on the cards. Relax, recognize, resonate. And what was the last one? Reflect. Thank you. Yeah. So just relaxing. When the attention is relaxed, resonation is more natural. Sometimes reflecting on the pointers help to relax and then resonation is more natural and recognition is available. Recognition is available in that relaxed state. The only thing to do and who is to do it?Who is to relax? Is to realize that this relaxed, natural, pure potentiality is always there. So you don't even do the relaxing.

You just, oh, wow, it's there. Discovery, the life of constant discovery. It is available. You are the totality. In this totality right now, that silence of the depth of the ocean is already present. Just see. Let the thought ride on the breath. Relax. And it is always there. Always there. The is-ness, the knowing of existence, not knowing that the mind provides. Oh yeah, I know, I agree, not that knowing. That which Tanya was pointing out, you know, just know, innate knowing, you just know. Like, you know how the little baby that is freshly born doesn't even have any programs installed apart from the basic sort of, you know, defecating and feeding and crying and screaming.

It already knows. There is a knowing already pre-installed. When the attention is needed, that's what happens. That knowing, that knowing, which I like to point to the, you know, knowing without thinking, the temperature of the room, if it's not too cold or not too hot, because that's straight away call for attention. When the attention is not called for, there is still sensing of the temperature. Without even attending to it, it is still known. Then when the idea comes up, it is pointed to, oh, all right, it comes to sort of a conscious awareness or it comes to the mind. But before it came to the mind, the knowing was already in there.

Like, you know, the innate, innate knowing, knowing of existence. Always, always there. It's the mind that look for something else, something more, something better. Seeing that movement for something else, trading the unborn mind for thought. And relaxing that movement, relaxing the mind, relaxing the thinking, and just focusing, bringing the attention back to that miraculousness of now. Where there's nothing wrong. There's nothing wrong with right now.Do you ever have a moment when you don't know that you are? Anyone? I think that's the time. And thank you, everyone. And thank you, Emmanuel. And thank you. Thank you for showing up and having that joy of investigating and pointing.

Lots of love, everyone. Thanks, Kat.
