Okay. Okay, so we'll see who else. But yeah, there's a few of us here. There's nine of us here. So whoever is been earlier and given up and didn't verify, well, that's a pity. I'll update the website as well because Julia had the same thing with the American meeting on Monday. I just didn't really know. Downside of living in the present and not looking much in the future and not getting prepared. So it is. Yeah, it's a silly excuse, but why not? So anyone would like to give us an introduction today? Yes, I want to give an introduction today. I'll give it a try. Please.

Wonderful.Yeah. No, I'm totally blank. Oh, sorry for that. Give me a moment. Um, Yes, to see for where are we really looking for all the human beings? Where are we really, really, really looking for? And then you can ask the question to yourself, and it's the happiness. Everybody wants to be happy. And in the beginning, we seek it into the world. We get a new boyfriend, falling in love. We get a baby. We buy a new house. And we think, wow. That brings me such a relief, such a happiness. And then after a while, started again. The little me is coming up. And then you can recognize.

Happiness was coming up. Because the mind was falling down into the heart and they don't want nothing. There was still, there was the silence from being. And that is the confusion for all the young people. They see, oh, I need this to be happy. I need that. And my boyfriend is going away. Oh, I'm so sad now. And then we can recognize we cannot find in the seemingly world, in the seemingly dream world. And then you can also see. And I stopped speaking. There is the being. And then I say another word like this. And there was the being, the stillness. Want nothing. Do nothing. And that is the reality.

That is the loving to be. I had a little story this week. It's like when the sun is shining. The universal consciousness is always here. The sun is shining. And then you step into the sun and you start sweating, sweating, sweating. And now you recognize, oh yeah, aha. I can go to the shadow.and their relief, and their love it to be. And then there comes something, imagine, thought of, standing full in the sunlight. Maybe that's not a good example, but it doesn't matter. And you're burning and burning and burning. And then you say, Oh yeah, I can step to the shadow.I have a seemingly choice.

The recognition helps. And that is the being. Being of the liveness. Being everything and nothing. There is the recognition. The being is so open. All the sensories are there. The hearing, the touching, the smelling, the seeing. Everything is already here, this. And then we hear the Buddhism is speaking about five senses, six senses. And that is the so-called mind. We give it a name, the mind, but what it is, we don't know.the so-called mind make the duality in the beginning. I don't want this. I have pain in my body. I don't want this. Why me? Why little me? Why they choose me to make me so ill?

And then you can see when you see the oral senses are fully open. There is no duality. There is no choice. There is no speaker. I don't want the illness of this body. And for sure, you can go take a medicine, you can take a massage, or you go to the hospital. But there is no filling up with commentary. I don't want this. You follow your flow. The body needs attention. Body asks attention. And then you can really rest, rest, rest, not rest, rest. Rest in the beer. I've always here, here, this now, always. Even these voices cannot speak about when the being was not there. And that is such a...

To see. That everything is already happening. Does not choose or to choose this beautiful, miraculous, cream-like world. And you can see the comes maybe a thought, that cannot be it. Comes a thought, I knew it.And that is also appearing, but no chooser, no little me. And you can recognize that is also an expression from the consciousness. Give it a name. We cannot name it, but sometimes you give it a name. And then you can see.the seal and that's what's seen. You cannot separate that. There is no separation. There is only the holiness, the wholeness. Of this miraculous, beautiful,And then you can see you can give an attention to the thought.

And then you say, this door tell you, yeah. I don't like this. Then you can see that the attention gets that. Believe in it. Believe. Oh, I'm not good enough. Oh, I don't know it. Oh, I don't get it. Never, ever. And you can see that tension fills the trough. And that's the... That's the... Believe in something that's a pair. You cannot choose it. And the belief.wrong in itself. Like you believe in Santa Claus. And tell somebody telling you, hey, little Isabella, there was no Santa Claus. And I was shocking. Whoa, whoa, it was shocking for her to hear that truth. Yeah.the straight of the believing.

And Bob says, there's only one fuck. Fucked, not fuck, but fucked. That is that you be. And then he spoke also a nice beautiful thing about this. Let me try to pick it up.And you look at it in a dictionary. It is not real because it is a belief. And that belief is such a... Yeah. What can I say? The belief is. Also happening for sure. But the belief feeds itself and it's got stronger and stronger. And it's empty. Because it has no consciousness in itself. It is an expression from consciousness, but in itself it is not true, I believe. Yeah, I like also to look really, really honestly.

To the now.And now I have such a big pointer and everybody can see it and test it. The now is only That's it. It's only now. And even in that now, I can speak about my past. I can speak about my future. It's always happening in the now. And it can be a nice conversation when you're a little off on. Why not?Yeah. And I spoke already once before with this group. When I was a little girl, I'd go here with my grandpa to the cafe every Saturday and have on the bar. Tomorrow, free beer. And it was the first recognition for me from, I could not explain it, but every weekend when I saw that, tomorrow is free beer.

It was really a recognition from, hey, there is never ever tomorrow. It's only now. But when you're small, you forget it and you go playing around. But that was the first really, really recognition for here. And you see, that is also such a big magical thing that is only now here of this. And all this appear in this. There's no chooser. We cannot want nothing because it is a one big huge happening in itself. And then you can recognize when this voice is silence. It's just this being. Just as being. And it's alive. It has this beautiful costume. To go around this magical, wonderful world. We have to cut the aim.and you can recognition all the senses always wide open.

You cannot close them. You cannot say, oh, I don't want to hear this voice. You cannot say, oh, I don't want to taste this coffee. And that is the beauty that you can really look for yourself, that all the sense is always wide open. And then maybe the attention scope to a thought. I go afternoon to the shopping center. I must bring something back. Okay. And that's it. Open again. Silence. Yeah. And then you can see. That's a sixth sense, the thinking. It's also happening. No one choose ever, ever a thought. Like Bob also say, yes, when you choose your thought, stop thinking now. Or think, I'm happy forever.Yeah.

And I hear last Sunday from Kat, it was a beautiful point. I didn't know it because English is not my language. And I go on my dictionary. And then I hear the... The word with the thinking. It's an addition. It's an addition. You can speak with someone you love. You have a nice conversation. Why not? You can speak with your loved one and say, oh, I love you. Or with a grandchild. And that's such a great gift that we know we are the being, we know all the senses are open, but we can have the beautiful, together. It's on that. And speak with each other. You know, this is only now and this is happening, thisOh, yeah.

That's the beauty of it. Just to be. Listen to the silence, to the words, and it stops. And the only being and the recognition that it's also an expression, a beautiful world here around us.Like Bob says, it's like a mirror. It's empty in itself. You cannot grasp it, but you can grasp it with your senses, seemingly. And that is the beauty. Alice in Wonderland. To go and to play around and sometimes to cry and have pain and it's not okay with the body. And so what? Do what you can do. Go for it. What's coming up?and then you recognize there is only the one. There's no separation.

There's only the one. Seemingly the other bodies you speak with, it's the same like here. And now you have such much love for each other. To recognize that it's the strangest thing which you ever can realize.Like Bobos, they say. What's wrong with it right now? If you don't think about it. And Socrates says, nothing is good or bad, but thinking makes it so. And for sure, hair sometimes can glow a little bit and sometimes it's not so nice. But recognition is such, much,Yeah. And that's the strangest thing, you know, that this machinery can, it is an addition, but it can make a mobile, it can make an iPad, can make an atom bomb.

Everything is all out of self. And that's a strange thing because it is only now.Yesterday, you never can grasp yesterday. It's really smoke and a mirror. And together, it's a development of this here now. And that is the beauty, I think, also for their consciousness. But they don't want nothing, for sure. I know that. There's no I that know that, but you know what I mean?Yeah. To recognition. Only to be and see that all the senses already open. And the seeing, and the seeing, and the seer. It's one. You cannot separate it.this magical, beautiful dream. Yeah, I think I make the floor open. I feel.Yeah.

How amazing, how beautiful. Yeah, see, it just flows like a melody, like a music. Yeah, thanks to you, your speaking box for all these years. Again and again and again. You know, you need to hear this again and again and again and again. And the ocean is filling with new recognition, with new realizations. And that is the beauty when you met someone like you, the speaking box. This beautiful costume. That speaks to itself. As itself. To itself. Yes. Thank you, Kat. Yeah. Thank you, Isabella. This was just so soothing. See, it's just showing up, grounded in the presence, and it just sings. The silence is singing beautifully.

There's no objections, nothing in the way. And to have that reflection in everyone here, particularly those who open the mouth and let that gold fall. Ah, what a blessing. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But you know, I'm so thankful for you because you...you try it and say it and love it to hear this and you always expire now you know you always say come on come on do it yeah and that's such a there is almost no one to find to hear your expression, to really say to all of us, come on. Give it a try. Yes. Is the I am that just as you said a moment ago, is the same I am speaking to I am to the same to itself, as itself, for itself.

Let it speak in voices. Let every unique expression shine in its own unique light, even though we know that the energy is the same, is the sameness. Yeah, that's celebrating. Yay! With voices. And repeating it forever, forever. Because, you know, how did we learn that we are separate? Through repetition. Endless repetition. Day in, day out, throughout the whole life. We were told, you are a person, you are a girl, you are a boy, you are a man, you are... Human, human. Bob used to joke, oh.The worst of it is, after all, I'm only human. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And you know, you know me now a long time, I mean, speaking time, and my English was really, really, not so good in expression.

And now... How beautiful is it? How beautiful is it that it's also... And then you can see what you meant when you see, you hear it again and again and again. It's also with learning to be a doctor. Or a professor. You're not in one moment a doctor or a professor or you can reading a book. And that's the beauty. And some people say, yeah, I cannot think, dude, there's nobody here. They start with that. It is like that, but you cannot start with that. Like Bob always say, start with the fact that you are already. Yeah, and no one can deny that they are.

Yeah, beautiful. I loved, actually, you started beautifully by bringing up, you know, everyone is looking for happiness. And how nicely you actually put out, you know, that happiness is there when the mind falls.into the heart that was such a beautiful line oh my god it's so true yeah it's all it's so true yeah yeah yeah always the night we have also the noise in english falling in love There is a little bit to me is disappearing. It is not really the truth. But when you're falling in love, we know that for us, there is a relief. And you're already a little bit more in the heart.

But with the being, yeah, there is only the heart speaking to the heart.Yeah. Yeah, and that, you know, realization that you brought up, this really, even understanding that one thing is enough. No free beer tomorrow. There is no tomorrow. There is no tomorrow. There really isn't. No. It's a mental construct. And a construct it is. Look, you know, today is whatever, 7th of April, tomorrow is 8th of April. So there is no 8th of April. No, there is no 8th of April. Because tomorrow it will be 9th and it will forever move away. And even the date is a mental construct. The only thing that is alive is that right now, that right here.

No tomorrow, no yesterday, no somewhere else, just right here, right now. Just this one thing, completely, fully, fully embracing. And why bother with the mind? Mind is always about the next moment, the tomorrow. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You can also say the mind brings the duality. Only the mind brings duality. Absolutely. And Bob speaks about the two ends.of the stick but he meant also throw the stick in the in the fire yes it is not his words it is like i know say maybe i i don't know but uh mind is always uh yeah the duality Always dividing, always laboring. Always dividing, yeah. And it knows nothing because it puts only the old computer, the old computer that sells off with your parents'school, religions.

And it keeps updating. It constantly learns, learns new words, forget the old ones, learns new concepts. It constantly processes and it is constantly being updated. Always here, always now. And it's always the whole programming is always about that map of reality, that whole projection in the dream. What this means, what that means, what is my relationship with my health, what is my relationship with my money or my boss. It's always about. Contextualizing everything imagining a bigger picture and having that incredibly colorful dream all sorted this goes to that section this goes to thatsection this merges with that and relates to this amazing amazing navigational system absolutely beautiful and brilliant but that's all it is that's all it is and it is and it is mortal It's going to die one day.

And the consciousness, they're always here, this, now. Yeah. We investigate in this, we investigate to make it younger and beautiful. Yeah. And living the life without the fear of dying. What a freedom. Even that, if you realize you're not the mind. Yeah. That the energy can't be destroyed. What you are is the aliveness, is the energy, is the field, the consciousness, the space. You can't destroy space. So whatever is going to die, whatever falls asleep every night when the so-called ego mind dies, is not who you are. If the computer goes offline, so let it go offline. And now... The freedom of not needing to be bothered with what happens tomorrow and still the navigational system will still wash the body as it always does it will keep the body as itAlways the...

Don't have to bother. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then you can also see it in the night. You can also be amazing in the night. You are young, you can fly, you can die. There is an earthquake, there is a running, there is a crying. And then you wake up and you think, oh, it was just a dream. It was just a dream. And then you can also here wake up and say, hey. Okay the movie starts in the morning but it is not the ultimate reality that's the dream also yeah that's a dream also and then you look it out and wow what a beautiful dream What an incredible dream.

Yes. You can birth a child. Yes. You can have falling in love. Absolutely. And in Dutch we have a word, it is als of, but I don't know in English. It doesn't matter. Maybe Yvonne can help. Yvonne, do you know? I see she has the hand up. As if. As if. Okay. Yeah. Oh, yeah, we do. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And would you like to add something, Yvonne, also? Yeah, I have an appointment when the bell rings, then I, yeah, because I was an hour earlier here in the... Oh, yes. I have an appointment, but until the appointment is there, I can add to Isabel with beautiful...

And it remembered me because there is no duality in non-duality. And it remembered me to someone when I did the Course in Miracles and it was a woman. And she also wrote books about the Course in Miracles and she said that she told herself that she loved herself exactly the way that she was and that she will always support herself in all her grandiosity and her grandeur and her power. And to me that seems like duality, but it is not. Because the one who says it is not she, it is the space, it is the omnipotence, the omniscience, the omnipresence, who says to the little me, because there is no duality and non-duality.

And yeah, it can be a great help because there are no two. And when you can say that, yeah, it dissolves the two in the one. Because they never were. That's what came up. And also that God created you just the way that you are. And that he created you perfect just as you are. And not only as Numanon, but also as the person. That makes the circle whole and one. And there are not two. There never were two. There always was only one. And we are so, yeah, through repetition, we believe that we are this vehicle, but it's not true. And that's what we remind each other here.

That's not who we really are. Always felt something not quite right to believe that, just as a Santa Claus. I always knew it and I thought, am I crazy or are they all crazy? But it's... It's not true to believe that we are all separate individuals. And when you think that we are all separate, and then here you have one, but in the whole world we have so many people and you see what from play there's playing out. It's all the one. Incredible. What a show. And it's not a problem as you know that it is a show.Because you cannot do anything about it. It is as it is.

And it's not nice when you say it is as it is, then someone saying, ah, are you happy with it? That's not the question. Do you exist? Yes, I exist with all. And the love is so big for all of it. So that's what the Sakadatta says, love all of it or none of it. But you are the love, the unconditional love for all of it. No exclusion anywhere.I think that's what I wanted to add. Yeah, that's beautiful. The forever conundrum of the language, isn't it? You know, when someone says, oh, love oneself, and suddenly who is there to love who? I mean, how many of us is there?

Or God created you perfect. But God, the creator, created me. It means what? It's separate? No, it's the language. It's the language. Ocean doesn't create waves separate from itself. It is the waving of the ocean. The metaphor of God, the creator, the grandiose and giving itself a costume. I love when Isabel said, you know, in the spiel, and yes, now the, you know, the aliveness has this beautiful costume. And this is when you see the true demonstration of the true clarity. She's showing this beautiful costume. Who am I to say that God was an idiot and he got this costume wrong and it's ugly? No, it is pure perfection.

The whole creation, if I can't see that, well, obviously have to look again because, yes, be able to say, oh, no, there is no I to love myself. It is just love. No need to split and separate. But if...That's how the language flows. Let it flow. When you don't see love, you didn't look good enough. Yeah. Look again. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah, thank you, Yvonne. And we have Cornelius has the hand up. Would you like to unmute? Thank you all for being here. Isabel was talking about falling in love. I've kind of fallen in love with this idea. And there is like, apparently in space, there's a thing that's the opposite of a black hole.

And it's called a white fountain. Black holes suck up matter. And white fountains apparently spew matter into the universe. So... I sort of throughout the week in between these meetings, this like it's just constantly there. It's this flow of this flow of ideas. I don't know whether it's it's trying to find the most ideal way of explaining or to find the most. The most precise pointer. It's there all the time. It's like, it's very much like falling in love. The inseparable woman is the non-duality of non-duality isI realized that there was a kind of duality in the idea of, okay, existence is summed up in five Sanskrit words.

It's sat-chit-ananda-nama-rupa. It's like sat-chit-ananda is what's really going on. And the nama-rupa, well, that's all the fake stuff that's not really there. They're inseparable. The being, knowing and loving to be, needs the reflection of the names and the forms to go, all right, that's what it is. It's the white fountain going, yes, it's all this stuff. And here I am. There's some YouTube swami who talks about you can never see your own eye. You can look in the mirror, but you're not seeing your own eye. You're seeing a reflection. You're seeing a reflection in the mirror, apparently a reflection, but you can never see your own eye.

And that's kind of what it's like. The Sat Chit Ananda.knows being, presence is known, but I don't know, the rest, the white fountain is kind of like an explosion, a celebration of that. Of that being because they're inseparable.Yeah, I sometimes joke that, you know, God is deaf, blind and dumb. And that's a horrible way of speaking about the creator, the father sky, the omnipresence. But it's funny way and it's a memorable way. Bob would say, you know, that absoluteness, that one essence needs the pattern. To express through, to experience itself. So it vibrates. The stillness, the pure potentiality vibrates into the myriads, patterns, shapes and forms.

And they are like waves on the ocean. They're not separate. The field of potentiality is potentially movement. So when it moves, it doesn't stop being itself. It just appears in that particular movement because everything, solid matter is a movement, is a subatomic particles. The dreaming matter is also a movement. A fantasy is a movement. It is all movement. And yes, it's completely inseparable. Inseparable is it but it is an appearance it is a phenomena it is completely contingent on the presence of consciousnessThe whole world, the moment the consciousness goes away, you have the corpse. Corpse can't see, can't feel, can't taste, can't touch, can't smell, can't think.

It's that essence, that energy. That is experiencing through the pattern. Not the pattern though yes it seems to be necessary it seems toNeed the pattern of expression. You know, if you paint everything in a white color, there is no white color. It's not necessary. The white can only be known because there is something that is not white. So the existence can only be known because there is alleged non-existence. So the form, existence, known, knowing itself through the form. And yes, like in the Gita, the eye can't see itself, the tongue can't touch itself, the knife can't cut itself, the fire can't burn itself. There's the whole line of those pointers.

Yeah, absolutely. They need the reflective surface. Seemingly, because even that, even the idea that something needs something, that God needs a person, is just another thought. It's just another play. It's another dream. But what a dream. Grasping ineffable, experiencing, expressing itself through those different lenses. And I see Jenny, would you like to unmute?Yes, I'm out in the forest and it's quite windy here. Can you hear me or is the wind taking up all the sound? No, we hear you very, very well. Okay, good. It's so... Remarkable. It's something, you know, with language. And your speech was beautiful, Isabel. And at some point you mentioned in the context of not being separate, the word also holiness came out through your mouth.

And there was this beautiful pause, the way you pronounced it, because it became whole in us.So what is it to be holy? What is this holiness that people have been speaking about for eons? Then I hear Bob's Aussie voice, try separating yourself from space. There we have it. That is the holiness, you know, that there is. It's whole. There's no way we can try to separate ourselves in a way. We can try with the mind, But really, even when sitting here, standing, walking, sitting in the flesh and bone costume, and it becomes so very noticeable and tangible when you're out in nature. And when you feel the elements on your skin, like I, for instance, now feel the wind.

Where do I end and where does the wind begin? Where is the boundary of my skin? You know, my breath and the wind. Well, what is wind and what is breath? It's really, and it's like Isabel said, you know, all our senses are wide open. I mean, that is the costume. It's experiences, you know, like I just said, but it's so tangible when we just use this body, mind costume and primarily the body to just sense into that, you know, like try to separate ourselves from space or try to find really where the boundary is between our bodies and the space we are occupying right now.

with that space. It's like Cornelius with his cup and the space in the cup, you know? Yeah, that is what came to me. So thank you. Yeah, beautiful. Thank you, Jenny. And this is a crucial point. Of course, try it. Try it. Good luck with that. Try and separate yourself. That's the invitation. Tanya, you want to highlight that? You are high on that. Really, really good. And just really try. Try separate.Actually, what was coming up here is that... Yeah, try separate and also try and know the whole story. It's a joke. It seems so human to... Believe we know how, why, have concepts about why things are the way they are.

And we might believe one concept today and another one tomorrow. Another one might replace a better one. And it's wonderful. It's all part of the storytelling. It's wonderful to, when the reminder comes that, just like watching a David Attenborough movie where the camera can only be following, you know, one motion at a time, one one creature at a time, we can't see the rest of the story. We have no idea of the complexity in literally butterfly wings and moving way over there, affecting what's happening over here. I don't know, this is something I pick up from, I never turn the news on, but, you know, stories come up occasionally.

My people worried about, you know, impending World War III and this and that, and the evilness of the current president of the United States. And I just don't know the whole story. You know, I do. No idea of what's coming next. I have no idea what I'm going to dream about tonight. Not a clue. I have no idea what's going to be waiting tomorrow morning when tomorrow arrives. And as we are reminded, it never does.Tomorrow never comes. We have, there is zero, zero control here, folks. Zero. Zero. That goes for every seeming body. And it's not a non-duality two-step or spiritual bypass and all that, which is, again, just part of the mix.

It is... The way of saying, I know nothing. I do nothing. And in fact, it is not true that I don't, there's not, there's only, there's only one thing that is very difficult to articulate. And that is thatI am, was, here, isness, being, presence, so many words. But you know what I'm talking about. If you just earnestly look for a split second, you recognise it. Not even. And then everything just happens. On its own, just effortlessly sliding into place exactly where it's, where everything is, is exactly as it is, as Kat was saying, perfection. It couldn't, there's no imagining it any other way. It's just,How it is.

And so... Where, where, where, where to go? Where can we go? Where can we go? There's nowhere to go. There's nowhere to go with that. That's it. Full stop. There's no wishing out of it. Okay, you got me. That's it. That's it. And who's, when you're full circle now, when you come back and you take a look, wow, there is nothing but.fullness of empty space behind these eyes. There's nothing, no thing there. Is literally full empty space. Somehow, I have no clue how, words coming out of this mouth without any plan, no strategy, no schedule, no pulling of levers or pressing of buttons. It's just happening.

Hearing it too, for the first time. I'm hearing it too.Wake up in the morning, eyes open, what? Ground, here we go again. It seems like here we go again. But it's always here. You're never anywhere else but here. My God, always freaking here. Always here. Jeez.Oh, for God's sake. Where are you going to go? It is so incredible, is such an incredible thing, incredible. This thing we call consciousness, awareness, holy shit. Just for a split second, think about the incredibleness of it all. Just go. And then you just shut down. Well, I do. I just shut down because it's beyond belief. It's what it did.

It's literally beyond belief, beyond words, beyond mind, beyond concept, and beyond belief. Belief is not required.I'll shut up now. Thank you, everybody. Thanks, everybody, always for their contribution. Thank you, coaches. I love when you speak. Don't shut up. We have Jenny though, and we have Jay for a moment. So Jay, we're going to have you back and us of now, and we'll join you. Yeah, no, I just loved it, Tanya. You know, when you again pointed out so clearly about, we don't know the story. You know, we don't know. We don't know diddly squat. We don't know anything. And in a sense, Isn't that such a liberation?

And life works out anyhow. Look, we're here on the call, even though Kat had forgotten that there would be a time change. We anyhow got here and we are here, you know, now, you know. It's like you said, Tanya, try to get out of now. I mean, I remember years back, I heard a saying in Swedish that I love, which translated into English is, approximately like this.Wherever you turn, your rear is always in the back. You know, your ass is always behind you wherever you turn. So there's no way of getting away. You know, there's no way you're trying to avoid that. If you turn to the right or to the left or to the up or to the down, your ass is always behind you, you know.

So just accept the fact that this is now, this is the way it is. And it's absolutely the way it's supposed to be. If it wasn't, then the ass would be in the front, you know. So that wasn't very, maybe not a very spiritually painted picture, but nevertheless a picture that might stick in the head. Thank you. That is brilliant. Actually, the simpler, the better. Spiritual language and big convoluted vocabulary and the big, huge poetic metaphors. Yeah, we can get high on them, but they don't really deliver as much as the punchy little things. Thank you. Cornelis, would you like to unmute?Yeah, thanks, Jenny, for a bit of Viking spirituality.

See, Kat, you were talking about the mind before, and you're sitting in front of shelves of really beautifully arranged jars of stuff, probably magic potions and toads and herbs. But this is kind of like what the mind does. This week, thinking about this, and you put it nicely, it's trying to categorize the ineffable. It's like that's kind of like the job of the mind. And it doesn't matter that there are thoughts. I've spent so much time sitting cross-legged. Until my knee is ruined, trying to stop the mind doing its thing. And it was like,I don't know if it was a waste of time. I can barely remember, but it doesn't matter.

Thoughts rising up as the little old lady in there is trying to categorize all the stuff and put labels on it and put it in jars and get all this rupa coming in that she has to nama and she puts the namad rupa into the shelves and it's there for when she might need it because of course The whole point is like keeping the organism out of trouble and maximizing pleasure. And all these jars on the shelf are to do that. It reminds me of something Nisargadatta said about understanding. It doesn't matter if you don't understand it. Don't try and understand it. Because once you think you understand it, you get the jar, you put the understanding in the jar, you put a label on it, and you put it on the shelf.

And that's another thing that the mind thinks that it has. And then it goes off looking for samadhi or whatever. It's beautiful. Thank you.Yeah, that's a beautiful, beautiful, brilliant metaphor. I'm not in my home. I was helping a friend with some service. So that's not a magic potions, unfortunately, either. But it's a really, really good set of herbs that are very, for the true gluttons who love the tasty, yummy. I have herbal tea made of about eight of them. And we have Jaina. Would you like to unmute?Yeah, thanks. I don't know really where this will go or how to put it, but something about sensing and experiencing.

Looking at things and getting a reaction, feeling things and sensing that or tasting, seeing a thought, observing that. And maybe it's most, maybe it's most, Maybe it's most evident in strong reactions, like strong feelings of overwhelming, falling in love or being disappointed. That all those reactions, emotions, they are happening.here in me. Regardless of what kind of sensation, what sense you use, when you look at it, whether it's to see a building far away, something happens in you with some kind of reaction or I don't know what to call it. It could be just a blank registering, it could be some kind of emotional or mental, but it all happens here in me, in you. And, um, I mean, I think of love, when falling in love, it's like it's being given a reason to open your heart and experience yourself.

And that's actually what all the sensations in every form is, that when you touch, when you see, when you... Think you have a reflection, you have a mirroring, you have a emotion or just a seeing or whatever it is, but it is in you. It is, as we said before, the way of formless seeing itself. In endless, endless ways, never ending. Is there someone else that want to speak? Yeah, what that informs. Coming back. Every little thing is kind of making this picture, this jigsaw puzzle complete. The completeness of the formless is like expressed.in an unending way and when that kind of hits the hits the conditioned human mind which has gone from total total boundlessness and being conditioned into thinking or believing in separate terms when it suddenly realize even in the seemingly separated state that all these things are actually just telling things inside me then then the perspective and the interest might shift sooner or later to look at theWondrous.

Unending strange thing that this I is or might be with all these sensations, unending possibilities inside. Yeah. Comes to stop.Yeah. Thanks. That's all. Thank you. Yeah, that's pretty amazing that, you know, there is that which never changes, but there is also that uniquely different. We have uniquely different response or reaction to the same color, to the same flavor, to the same food preference. Some things flip people over causing like acute anxiety and other people they just completely not responsive to it. And yeah, the putting name and form, labeling those things, learning the uniqueness of every machine. Learning how it functions, being curious because the whole manifestation, the whole dream is the responses that arise seemingly from within.

Or seemingly from without, they all just arising here. And there is a sameness underneath and then there is a uniqueness in the expression. Like again, the unified field, the space is the same. The is-ness, the being is the same. The being of a tree or being of a dog or being of a person. It doesn't have inequalities, so it can't be different. It can't be differentiated. Only that which can be differentiated is that which has qualities. Bigger, smaller, brighter. So the beautiful paradox of seeming separation just for that, just for that eye to see itself, to see the reflection of itself, not itself, itself it can't, but to see the reflection of itself.

Humbling. Completely unpredictable, unknowable, and yet resting in that space of that openness and curiosity and discovering moment to moment. That incredible uniqueness, that colorful, incredible uniqueness while it's there. Because then the projector goes off when you go to sleep for some time. Or maybe dreaming happens. But this one is not now. This dream is now. And it is here for, you know, meaninglessness of it all, for no reason. But if there was a reason, why not link it with that pleasure of appreciation, of love?Because that's what we're wired for. The whole body, yes, wired for survival and for pleasure. So that very... reflection, recognition of yourself appearing as the other.

Reflection, everything, the sky is a reflection in that consciousness. This is your eye in the mirror, the whole sky. That screen filled with beautiful people. All those different ways in which it expresses different voices, different accents. That's the reflection in that consciousness, that sameness, that potentiality. Every single expression, so unique.can give it for the biocomputer to process and it will start segregating and comparing i like this accent i don't like that one i prefer when that one speak i disagree with this i don't like this pointer this one doesn't make sense comparing to that but that what isabel said on the very beginning Let the mind fall, drop right into the heart.

And appreciation is inevitable. You're short for words. Like Tanya was saying, beyond mind, beyond words, beyond expression. It's just, it's just all.And even there is a humbling. Sadness perhaps arising. Or anything else that is arising, even the mind is arising, judgment is arising. Wow, seeing it from that groundedness of Sat Chit Ananda. Hmm, seeing it as the transformation of that consciousness vibrating into that particular pattern. All you see is pattern. You don't see the grief. Oh my God, this is terrible. I don't want it to be there. I'm not good enough. I hate myself. No, you just see the vibrating pattern. And ask the pattern, what's wrong? If you don't process it through the computer, which straight away bring it into the software, compare it, does it bring pleasure?

No, it doesn't. So complaining, it doesn't assist survival. Well, you know, that whole basic algorithm. And all the miraculousness is overlooked. It's still there, but it's overlooked. Without the thought? And then the thought comes, well, let it be there. Yes, Cornelis. It's kind of a miracle. This pen is me.And we were talking about great beings the other day and belief in those great beings as though one aspect of the manifestation could be better than another. And in the same way that if something is going to identify this,

organized bacteria that sort of seem to be cooperating so that they can keep going. If I'm going to identify with this as being me, then It's like Jenny said about the wind and the skin.

If it's inseparable, then it's all the one thing. So I am the pen and I'm the little statues and I'm on that thing and this thing. It's inseparable. Like the story about Jesus. It's stories, the stories about Ramana, the stories about Nityananda and them being in two places at once. And all that's a fabulous story that there's apparently astronauts flying around the moon. That they are psychopathic, fascist, threatening wars everywhere. It's all fabulous, really. Intensely dramatic stories flowing around that haveIn this moment right now, they have... Very little significance. And if you were in it, that would be that moment, which of course is just the thoughts getting more complicated, 11 dimensional chess sort of thoughts.

Yeah. Yeah, leaves you in awe.Speechless, really. Yeah, and it's just even bringing back that, you know, being like a little children. Curious and open and amazed. You enter the kingdom. That's the entry. Putting that self-protection instinct that has been running a show and has been seemingly in charge, taking credit for the decisions, for actions, for protection, but saying, I, this is me, this is I. I do this. I don't like this.I hate myself or I hate the world or I hate the president of this country or that country. Who cares? This is not who I am. I am the space. Hearing those commentaries, hearing those self-protection, witnessing those behaviors, those thoughts, those credit-taking actions.

In all.The service I was helping with today was some of the trauma release, where I could see people going through dark night of the soul, screaming their lungs out, just the love that they denied themselves. Always looking after everyone else. And always listening to the mind that not you. Not yet. You're not worthy. You're not deserving. Not now. Amazing. And seeing that mind and seeing that even that is the same voice of love. Just convoluted and twisted through this software, through this program. It's nothing that is not that. It's only one loving to be. It's only one aliveness experiencing and expressing itself as grief, sadness, anger, joy, pain.this horrific one one could say self-denial or self-rejection self-deprivation of love not deprivation the self depriving the self there is no self but it's just exclusion i will serve i will help i will protect all my family all my co-workers the person was a nurse all the patients everyone With the exclusion of this, this is where the separation is being drawn.

Not this. This is bad. This is no good. I have to do more to deserve my own appreciation. Because us now, now.And it is believed and it is embodied and it is lived through. And the life and the world, the dream is a hell. And then seeing that, seeing that program working, And seeing that behind that, even behind that, there is still a love of being. You know, that's that little voice saying that, look, you know, I want you to be good. I want you to be loving. I want to motivate you to do better. So no, not yet. You later. Just do more good and bottle up all the sense of.I don't know.

It's starvation, really. Amazing. This program, as much as every other one, are survival mechanisms, strategies that worked at some point. And got mechanical, got on autopilot, and never checked, never investigated, never seen in light. And now, ask that presence. You relax and you see. And there is nothing ugly. Or beautiful. There's nothing either good or bad. Nothing to be said about the way the pattern is dancing. But the moment you see this pattern, how is it you? How is it personal? That's where the freedom lives. And that's when the tears of ordeal and the dark night of the soul become the tears of elation. And freedom. Because usually, and that's the, again, that's the conundrum of the survival mechanism, the pattern, which is keeping you humble so that you do more good.

And at the same time, it is judging, it is condemning, and it is adding more to that sense of unworthiness. And is starving for appreciation and never gets it. And it is feeling guilty for not deserving it. And it's feeling ashamed for not receiving it. And that evil circle, that spiral of mechanical softwareis creating a real hell of an experience. And it is just to see without labels, without judgment, all you ever find. It's just a vibration. It's just a sensation. Yes, but this has happened to me in the past and that has happened to me and I was abused and this and that and I was conditioned.

Hmm. Yeah. Of course. Give it a hug. How about now?I heard another person sharing today, that was really funny, that he found himself in the role of a guide, a mentor, someone. It was supposed to be a family Easter and someone started opening up. And he started just gently, gently asking appropriate questions. And at the same time, seeing himself from that space-like awareness that, oh, This is, I'm doing it now. And it feels completely natural. I couldn't help but just burst laughing. I said, you're kidding me. Like if the whole world sees you in that role already, embracing it, always doing it. But you've never seen it up until now.

He said, yeah. I have never seen it. Ooh, wow. Because this is that clear seeing when you don't hold on to a concept of yourself and exchange it for a better concept of yourself. What is called so-called... Personal development or personal growth or all that language. I don't readknow that language very well but you know the some something about beautifying the self now i'm better self i used to feel that i'm not good enough but now i'm enough i'm better me better version of me now Now he was the space-like awareness, seeing something new. That wasn't new for anyone else. It was just new for him.

Because up until now, there was not enough free attention, relaxed enough to include the perception of his own body-mind costume. It was always this first sort of person perspective. I'm looking at you. This is what I'm seeing. I'm not seeing me in that. I'm seeing your reactions. I'm not seeing me. They're equally impersonal. They're equally what is happening. The person speaking to you, the words are happening. And you don't know what you're going to answer. You have to wait and see. Just like you wait and see what that person is going to say next, you wait and see what that person is going to say next.

You don't know. And if you see...How surprising. How amazing. Wow, completely new things are being seen then. And the old concept scramble. They can't be accommodated. There is no words. It's beyond the description. It's a mystery. Even that's a word.Yes, good, Elias. That's very interesting. And it's a pity that the meeting is over because can we start it again and just talk about that? You seem to be talking about someone who becomes aware. It's like awareness. depersonalized, just awareness, becomes aware of the person, that person's character, that person's contribution to consensus reality. Is that what you mean? Like, that's, um, That's very interesting. Here, there's an awareness of the foibles of the person, the getting pissed off, the getting melancholy.

Sometimes it sort of comes up. It's like, oh, well, he comes from that sort of family. He has that sort of blood. He's an Irish hothead, blah, blah, whatever. I've never heard you say something like that before. That's very interesting. That's exactly what you're describing. Exactly. For you, this is normal right now. But was it that normal five years ago? No, no. Yeah. Not at all. See, the way, the way, the embodiment of the identity, you know, if I am identified, I'm a person, I'm individual.I am right and you are wrong. Or I own my shit and you don't. You know, this is very, very personal.

The moment he started seeing himself from that perspective, oh, aha, this guy is now being a mentor. Wow, that's interesting. This guy that I used to call I. Now, he saw himself in a way that was impersonal, that was fair, just as every other arising. The personal element is the added element from that survival software. So it was beautiful to see that, you know, when that, as you said, that suddenly there is a clarity shining through. The seeing is still, you know, that there is the only pair of eyes is in that costume for that particular expression of consciousness. So it is still going to see there.

And if it wants to see the back of it, it has to imagine it. It's not about imagining. It's about taking off that attachment, that personal element. That this is me, this is important, this is serious. Now, aha, just as you describe, this body is getting worked up. It's getting, you know, hot-headed, irish, it's yelling, it's screaming, yeah, that's it. He could see himself not yelling and screaming, but mentoring someone, which he always did, but he never saw it.But now he did. Yes, suddenly you're the space outside of the jar, looking at the jar rather than feeling like you're trapped inside the jar. Suddenly you're sitting in the audience and you're not trapped in one of the actors on the stage.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. The shift in perspective. Exactly, that the shift of the paradigm, the deeper, deeper, broader, wider, more open dimension of perception is included. And we're going to give Jenny the last word. And we're going to be here in a couple of days. Sorry for also, it's such a beautiful ending discussion. And what the thought that came to me is, It isn't just about recognizing or the awareness becomes aware of all that's going on. But at least my experience has been that there also arises compassion for for the recognition, for what's recognized. I mean, Being aware, it's one thing to be aware of, for instance, that one expression that my character has is being able to be very, very judgmental.

I mean, it's one thing to see that. But there's another thing to just to see it and just say, uh-huh, where that expression is not worse than seeing, oh, that character is also able to be very helpful and insightful. Uh-huh. Okay. Uh-huh. So it's... Almost it's a matter of fuckingness.of what is seen. It's not a categorizing of what is seen. And when that, I can't find other words for it, but when that penny has dropped, then it is begins to, at least for me, begins to be possible for me to see that that is the same for all the other characters as well. First then it becomes easier to to not judge or to when another person judges just also matter of factly see judging going on you know being an asshole going on or whatever it is I don't know if I'm making much sense here I hope I do But it's love thyself, it's like know thyself, you know, know thyself, both in the essence of Sat Chit Ananda and in Namarupa.

I think it's pretty important to know thyself on all the... In all the facets of the diamond or however to put it. Okay, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah, that's beautiful. Absolutely. And it's pure joy to actually get to know it. And thank you, everyone. We're going to be here in...couple of days and now you know the time.
