I think we're good.Okay, so welcome again and invitation as well stands. If anyone would like to give us a few pointers to start with, because everyone knows equally well as I do that you exist and this is really it. There's nothing else. There is nothing else that, you know, is needed to be discovered, known or anchored or anything. The certainty of existence is absolute. And that's the end of the message. That's the final truth. That's the Mahavakya. That's the great mantra. I know that I am. And so do you. That's why Bob was stressing so much that there is no guru, there is no worshipping of a messenger.

He's just a mouthpiece. He's just the voice of a reminder that you are and you know that you are. And there is nothing else to be heard and there is nothing else to be known. So he was never superior or Buddha or Jesus or inferior. The thing that may seem to be a difference, and this is this funny joke going in Zen circles, the only difference between enlightened and unenlightened is that unenlightened thinks there is a difference. So the only difference is a thought, is the thinking that he got something or he is something or he realized something and I didn't. That thought that there isa he and there is an I.

That's the problem. Because the certainty of existence does not require the he, does not require hallucinating the self that knows. The knowing is instantaneous and that knowing, you look into the eyes of a cat and you will see that cat is not unconscious. You'll see that life of aliveness, light of being in the eyes of a cat. And it doesn't hallucinate the self and say, this is me, this is I, I am being. And it doesn't say this is I, the conceptual image, the body-mind, the little Johnny or Katarina or whatever. It doesn't have those concepts. So the only difference is presence or absence of concepts.

But it's only a seeming difference because concepts are nowhere to be found. They're just a dream. It's just like you are daydreaming about what you're going to be doing tomorrow. You can visualize what you're going to be doing, but where is it? Does it have any substance, any matter, any essence? It's just a daydream. So that's the whole psychological suffering. It is a daydream that there is a self, a self called I or me, that self is in charge. It has the power to think the thoughts and is always thinking bad, judgmental thoughts. It's always self-sabotaging and it's always having this high demand.that I'm not good enough, I'm unlovable.

And it feels like this is I, the narrative that is saying I, it feels that, oh, this is me, I'm real, this is I, there's something wrong with me, I have to fix myself. I have to find that state and possess it, find that enlightenment, which is a state of perpetual ecstasy, of bliss. And possess it for me. So that's a daydream. It's really a nightmare. Because when that daydream goes, when it is believed, then the presumption is that it is not right here, right now. That it is to be found in the future. By that projected entity called I or me. And that's impossible because there is no future.

Future existing the daydream only. So that's just the whole dreaming. What happened with yesterday? Where is it? What happened with last night dreams? Where are they? They're just a seeming veil to that awareness of presence. There is awareness, there is a certainty of existence. And that certainty of existence is translated to this is my existence, this is me existing. And that me is a poor, miserable little human. Bob often says, after all, I'm only human, only human, full of flaws, making mistakes.apologizing for being alive. But are you? If you don't think about it, are you really a human? Can you say anything about yourself without the thought?

Can you say that you are male or female, or big or small, or English or American or Polish or whatever, without the thought? And a thought is a veil, it's a dream, it's a daydream. It doesn't exist, it can't grasp it. It's just a wave, it's just a little frequency, it's an appearance, it's an imagination, mental image, projection. So the idea that I am something or the other in the direct experience without the thinking, without the active imagination is absent. I am that I know. And you are that you know. The certainty of existence is there. And now the dream comes about and, oh, but I'm in the body.

Well, really? That's a dream, that's imagination. From the life's perspective, it needs to hallucinate itself, a body, a vehicle of experiencing. It gives itself, it dreams itself, that body, just the same way it dreams it when it sleeps at night. The physical body is lying motionless on the bed and the dreambody is moving, jumping, talking, seeing, hearing, the eyes are open, the ears are open. This is a dream body. It is being dreamt. The consciousness or the life essence dreams itself this body. And it's no different right here, right now. Only in this waking dream, there's more of the faculties of projector awakened. So it dreams also the body growing in time from the cell, from the sperm and ovum and through eating food and breathing and having all sorts of energy sources supplying the 10,000 things, supplying the energy to that body to grow.

But where is it in direct experience? Where is your childhood in a direct experience? It's just, again, a thought, an imagination, a mental image. And it's very unreliable too, because you learn new facts from your childhood and they get incorporated. To the mental imagery and suddenly the childhood projection is different. And it can also be altered by therapy or hypnosis or psychedelics. Very unreliable. It's a daydream. But what a dream it is. When you actually see it for what it is, there is a presence of awareness, there is aliveness, and that aliveness is undeniable, is always un-underneath, underlying every experience is a prerequisite for any other experience to actually be experienced.

It is the basic screen or the space in which the experiencing happens. And then the experiencing is like a transformation of that pure existence, of that pure potentiality into all the colors, all the shapes, all the tastes, touches, smells, the stories, the thoughts, feelings, emotions. Incredible colorful dream that comes from that field of infinite possibilities, the pure awareness. And in that dream there is a body and the body is conditioned and the body has particular preferences, it perceives certain things, it likes some things, it doesn't like the other, and the body is also conditioned to preserve itself. To stay safe so the experiencing, the dream can go on.

And in that self-preservation, there are all sorts of different strategies. Following pleasure for starters, avoiding pain, of course, avoiding danger. There are different ways to avoid danger, fight, flight and freeze. Some people will go and confront the danger, hand on, bully. Some other body minds or animals the same.will run away or freeze or charm. Amazing how the body is conditioned to respond to every situation. If you see it as brilliantly programmed dream machine and you are the consciousness having that incredible privilege to witness and discover, you watch with the amazement and curiosity how in every situation that body-mind will respond, what feelings it will bring up, what memories it will bring up, what actions.

What an amazing dream. You don't know. You don't know your next thought. You don't know your next reactions or your next response. So this vehicle is seemingly, it is made of the same field because there is only one. Like they call it Shiva and Shakti. Shiva is the pure field of potentiality. And Shakti is the actualization of that field. When the vibration, when there's no vibration, stillness. When there's a vibration, then Shakti dances and the world appears. So all the world is a dance of Shakti, is the dance of vibrations, different vibrations for the physical matter, different vibration for the sound or the light, different vibration for every single experience, every thought. So you can see how that world comes into existence, projected by that incredible machinery to experience and express.

Machinery is made of the same field. It is the Shakti made of Shiva. It is the vibration in the stillness. But it is also an interface to see a reflection of itself, to see the reflection of itself in the world. You look at the night sky and that you are. You look at the forest and that you are. You look at another person or the room or the food and that you are. Everything is a vibration of the same one essence. If there is no concept, if there is no thought, there is not even a concept that you are. But the awareness of presence, the certainty that you are, it never fades, even if the attention is distracted from it.

At no point, if anyone asks you, Do you exist? You will truthfully answer it no. The existence is always there. What exists? That is unknowable. I exist as a body. No, that's a concept. That's an imagination. I exist as a person, a wife or widow or daughter or employee. No, those are temporary passing phenomena. Those are roles. You weren't born with any of them. But the existence is unquestionable. And the idea that there is something more or something else to be had apart from acknowledging and stripping off the distractions, that incredible miracle of existence, that radiance of life. The idea that there is something to be had in the future, something to be found or recognized or discovered, that's the nightmare.

That's the human condition. I am not that. I am a poor, miserable human, and I have to find completeness, and I have to find myself, and I have to heal myself, and I have to develop myself, and I have to grow, and I have to become something. That person is literally one neural network that hallucinates the existence of something solid and substantial through time. I was there when I was five-year-old. I was there when I was 15-year-old. I'm always there. But what is there? Is there really a person? Not even memory is there. It is the presence, the only thing that is always there is the presence.

But does it have a shape of a body? When I was five years old, the shape of a body.of a body wasn't there. Is it in a shape of the thinking mind? My thinking wasn't that well developed when I was five. Or conceptual image, I am a little girl. I'm not a little girl. So those things, those ideas that I am something in that field of awareness, that's the human condition. And it isn't, it develops to a nightmare, not to everyone. If you look around, majority of people live their life happily, sliding through the dream and just getting busy, having children and getting old and grandchildren.

And just don't really bother questioning the dream. They're having a ball. They're just riding a wave and having fun. But those who suffered enough and have the intuition of calling to look deeper and find the truth beyond that appearance, beyond that tragic comedy of separation, they find themselves on the path of seeking. And this is really funny because, you know, the newborn child. It's not missing anything. It's living from that heart center, from the pure existence. It doesn't have the concept of deficiency, doesn't have the concept of its size. The concept of size, of course, as the...brain function develop also develops for the practical reason just like the concept of the size of your car on the road develop when you drive it enough at no point it tells you you are the car So animals have that sense as well.

And it is practical and it's fantastic. Even the sense of being a human through time in that human so-called experience, the little vacation from the eternity of nothingness, that human dream of being separate, even that has its profound function. Of joining and connecting and experiencing with different layers and levels of dreams. I can be a woman and connect with half of the population as that sort of a group. I can be a non-dualist and then we have another connection in the group and experience of something being something or the other. I can be a wife or the widow or a lover or a daughter. And those are incredible, incredible adventures on which life embarks.

But once you know that this is just a dream, it doesn't sting. There is no sense of I'm doing it wrong. I have to fix myself, heal myself. There is something inherently missing. It's nothing missing. It's a temporary phenomena. Right now, speaking is happening. I'm not doing it. But that's just what's happening in the moment. It's not going to last. It's going to change, so enjoy it while it's there. If there is a role of sufferer, having a flu or whatever, yes, again, if you know it's a dream, you know it's not permanent, you know it's going to change. You travel lightly. You are the presence in which the dream of this pleasure appears momentarily on the screen so that when it changes the pleasure can be appreciated also.

Because if it wasn't for pain, pleasure wouldn't be experienced. If it wasn't for sadness, joy couldn't be experienced. If it wasn't for loss of health, The appreciation of health wouldn't be possible. It would be taken for granted. So the life, the dream is just flowy. Once you know that this is a dream, once you adopt that attitude, that free childlike attitude of curiosity in which you just discover the dream unfolding, you discover your own body responding, you discover how the body takes an offense when someone says something, or imagine rejections, or project the future dramas. This is again, this is the narrative which is basically a tool of the survival instinct, which is protecting the body.

It's beautiful, it's fantastic. The pleasure-seeking pattern, the avoiding danger pattern, the projecting dark scenario pattern. Oh, what else can go wrong? It's beautiful if you are free not to believe it to be a reality. Because if I develop the attitude, oh, this is me, I'm believing that, oh, yeah, that person hates me, is going to reject me, is going to sue me, go after me, is going to destroy me. Oh, shit. That's a nightmare. That's true. That's reality. That's what's happening. Wow. But when you are free and you see that this is just a dream, and you see that those dark scenarios are really the voice of love, the love that says, oh, I want you to be safe. You know, I bring up all those things so you get them out of the way.

Bring it to the attention to make sure nothing bad is going to ever happen to that body-mind. So the life can see, the life can hear, life can experience, express itself. How delightful then. Every negative thought is really another kiss from the eternity saying, I love you, I care for you, I want you to be safe. Now you can have as negative inner talk as you ever want to. Don't have to change it. But when you know this is not you saying, when the voice in your head says, ah, you are hopeless, I hate you. Well, that voice says, please, please prove me wrong. That voice says, oh my God, you know, I want you to be perfect.

I'm just kind of, that's how we are conditioned. You know, if someone, right from imitating our parents and our parents imitating our great, great, great grandparents all along to the time we were on the trees, then motivating, and again, that's how machine is wired, works better if you bring up the fear. Fear is always prioritized. You watch the news and you'll see it. How obvious. You know, if you study what people watch, you know, the attention goes to fear straight away. Because if it didn't, probably your great-great-great-grandfathers wouldn't survive to give you life right now. Even though that is just a story. Because the...story of time is a story but this is all dream and the dream it is what a dream it is the moment you realize it is a dream it doesn't disappear that's the joy of it there is no awakening from the dream within the dream the dream goes on you realize that you have never done a thing.

You realize that you are not the doer, you can't do a thing. So there is absolute relaxation in being curious of, okay, I'm not doing anything, so let me see what happens. Oh, the body is getting up, going to the toilet, the body is getting up, going paying taxes, or going to work, or whatever, finding a mate. Amazing! And I'm not doing any of it. Awakening is from the illusion of being a doer, from the illusion of being separate self running the show. When you realize, and it's fairly easy to realize, that you're not doing the seeing, you wouldn't know how to do it. You're not doing the hearing.

You're not doing the thinking. You don't even know what you're going to be thinking in two minutes. You're not doing your heartbeat. You're not doing the anything, really. So if you are a doer who can't do anything, well, what's the space for you there? Is there a doer? But there is a sense of presence. Well, there is undeniable.standing out sense of intimate presence that I am. I can't say I don't exist. I can say that I conceptual image is a veil, is imagination. It doesn't exist, can't grasp it. But I can't say that there is no existence. Denying that there is consciousness present and in that consciousness the whole dream appears is silly the dream appears in consciousness I am that consciousness the boundaries put on the consciousness that I'm here and not there I'm in Australia and not in America.

Well, those are veil again, imagination. Those are concepts. America is within me. I'm the consciousness. The whole world appears within me. The boundaries of the body also appears within me, within the consciousness. All the sounds, the sounds of the traffic far away, appear in me in consciousness. That's the experience. That's your experience also. Everything that appears, appears within the consciousness. The projection that the consciousness is a faculty of the body or the mind is just a thought. Without that thought, the experience, the direct experience is there is an existence, there is a presence, there is a consciousness. And within that, the whole world unfolds.body appears in consciousness.

The reactions, the thoughts, the feelings, everything appears in the consciousness. The thought will say otherwise. That's its job. That's the point in the dreaming. It's immersive. It's convincing. It's brilliant. The sense of separation that it creates is brilliant. And how would you ever experience joining if there was no separation prior to it? How could you ever experience the day if there was no night? The dream has to appear dualistically.Awakening to the dream can only happen because there is a dream. There's nothing wrong with the dream like Nisargadatta says, the dream is not your problem. Leave it alone. Let it be there. It's beautiful. Your problem is that you are resisting one part and desiring another and you think there is a you doing it.

If you are absolutely neutral, there are pleasant things appearing in the dream and there are unpleasant things appearing in the dream, in the consciousness that you are. If there is no attachment to any of it, if there is no claiming that this is my preference, there is no problem. Dream is not the problem at all. He says love it all or none of it, which means, you know, if you are equal towards everything, whether it's loving it or hating it, it's equal. It doesn't matter. Love and hate disappear. When there is no opposite, there is nothing. If you love everything, there is no love. If you hate everything, there's no hate because everything is equal.

So if you see the dream for what it is, that's all that needs to be done. And the body will retain and will remain having the preferences. The body will always prefer pleasure to pain, will always preserve the safety. But that's just like the car. The body is a dream of the consciousness. The consciousness dreams itself that vehicle. Because without it, you know, the body is, I like that metaphor of being a diamond. You are a diamond as a body. The body is a diamond that breaks the light. The pure light of consciousness that does not have any attributes, that is neither warm nor cold, nor white, that doesn't have any colors, is just a pure energy as a potential.

And now the body is seeming physical shape. The light of life is pouring through the body and it is breaking into the rainbow. Now suddenly you have the pure existence broken into seeing, hearing, tasting, touching and smelling. Like a rainbow of colors coming through the crystal. Now the seeing is completely different capacity of experiencing than hearing and tasting and thinking and imagining. Incredible capacities that life does not have without that diamond which breaks pure potentiality into those different channels of experiencing. So no wonder that the body is equipped in that self-preservation, so it can make sure it exists long enough for the life to see, the life to see, the consciousness to see, not the imagined poor miserable little human to see, but the light, the consciousness, the pure presence.

If you look, go throughout the day and you look out of your eyes and you let that consciousness look. Not me, I like it, I don't like it. No, the light of life, let it see, let it hear, let it think. Be curious what it is going to think next. Find out, be the space. That's what you are. The consciousness is space-like, sky-like. Be the space, letting life experience and express through that vehicle, letting life see.the reflection of itself in the night sky, in the forest, in another person, in an object. It is an adventure. It is a dream. And what a dream it is when there is a detachment from that idea of being a self, a separate, limited, confined, incomplete, restless, suffering, miserable, isolated, separated human who is always wrong, who has to improve itself in future.

Right now, as it is, it's not good enough.restlessness and pain just because of that idea one idea that does not is not reflected in the direct experience if there is no thinking like bob says what's wrong with right now if i don't think about it you have a look and what is wrong Anything that could possibly be wrong will be a thought, will be the idea. Oh, it's too cold. That's an idea. Oh, it's too hot. I'm too tall. I'm too fat. I'm too short. I'm too stupid. All ideas. Anything that could ever possibly be wrong. Oh, my father doesn't love me. Oh, my mother abandoned me.

Or I had childhood trauma. Ideas, ideas, ideas. There is nothing wrong unless you think about it in the direct experience. And ideas are also to be celebrated. Ideas are one of those beautiful channels through which life expresses. Life is expressing through seeing and it sees all the beauty and ugliness of whatever it sees. It sees all the incredibly colorful, intricate duality of life. And it also thinks and it imagines. It imagines the ideas, the wounds, the traumas, the holocausts, all those incredibly intricate, colorful, intense aspects of the dream. And imagination is particularly potent. Because as we see thatImagination is responsible for the sense of separation.

Imagination of isolated little me inside and a private world, private dream that can't be shared. This happened to me. You can never understand. How beautiful. Ghosts. Come in, ghosts. Welcome. Bob's always here. Bob's here. Bob's always here. Yeah, the doors just opened wide and we had some fresh space, fresh cooling breeze of space coming in, as if there is anything in less than space. It's all forms of space. Maybe that was just enough. And maybe that is just the time to invite all of you to contribute because, again, separation is imagined. You already know 100% with the certainty that is absolute that you exist. You may know more than me and Bob on the topics that we had absolutely no idea about.

But it doesn't matter, it's the content of the dream. The truth, in the truth, we are united. Everyone directly experiences absolute certainty of existence. And that is it. Everything else is to be just stripped away, chucked away, chopped off. And chucked, rest aside and enjoy.as a dream because it is to be enjoyed. There's nothing wrong with having a beautiful, deep, rich, juicy, woundedness, personal story of achievements or defeats, of heartbreaks and heartaches. It's beautiful. This incredibly juicy dream is... It's a dance of Maya, it's a dance of Shakti, it's to be celebrated because it's fleeting, it's not going to last. In the dream there is a time, so in 100 years from now nobody is even going to remember this moment, there will be no...

It will be lost in consciousness forever. It will be fresh and new moment. And again, there is no will be because we are dreaming about that moment right now. There's only right now. But every content of the dream is fleeting. Where is the yesterday's dream? It's gone. So while it lasts, while it is now, see it for what it is. See it for the dream. And be free from it. It's not you that is miserable, deficient, or needing to find something or become someone. In the direct experience, the world does unfold in you, in consciousness. All the world, galaxies, planets, whatever you want to imagine, is imagined within that consciousness. And the individualized dream is also within that consciousness that you are.

And the sense of contraction and the sense of attachment to the personal story. Those all beautiful traits are only present because you are, because of the space-like awareness. And when you cherish them and see them and see how fleeting they are, even the deepest dysregulations or wounds or the deepest attachment to shyness or vulnerability or fear of rejection or all that, even that deepest attachment is absent when you fall asleep. It couldn't be you. You are always there. And those things come and go. It couldn't be you. But it can't be convinced of it. You really have to just have a look and see. The only thing you know for certain is that you exist.

The rest of the things is a belief, is imagined, is a content of a dream, is temporary. It hasn't been here when you were born. It won't be here when you fall asleep. So it is not to be trusted. The world is an appearance. The dream character in the world is an appearance. And you are the consciousness in whichwhich they both, they all appear. Yee-haw. Yes. It was so brilliant. Thank you, Kat. Thank you. Amazing. So good. So obvious. So obvious. And you said at one point, tragic comedy. Yeah. Tragic comedy. You can see the belief in the idea. It's just a vibration that comes and goes in transitory that what you really are is it's not whole and perfect as is in this moment.

It sounds so sort of trite or something to say it, but it's the obviousness of it. It's putting energy of belief into got to get somewhere, got to do something, got to– that is all denying the perfection of what is right now. And that's a tragedy. And it is funny because it is funny with some, you know, others, but, you know, but I've had a terrible childhood. And I carry that suffering with me wherever I go and it never leaves. But it does, actually. It's transitory. It comes up and it comes and goes, comes and goes. It can't possibly be you, can it? And you said the word neutrality, being neutral.

Yeah. Neutral about everything as it is, as it comes up. Can you be neutral? Can you be anything? Who's there to be anything? There's no doers in this room, not even you, Dean. I've done it. You're not a doer. I've done it. I'm telling you.Because when you take a look, really, truly look, don't pay attention to the thoughts, the conditioning, but actually look in terms of what is your actual experience. Where is that little self, that mini-me, the controller, pushing the buttons, pulling the levers? There is no thing there. You are not an object. You are pure subjectivity. Pure subjectivity. Beyond that, beyond knowing, knowing that there is presence, and we use different words to describe it, and that there is a core background that is stable and same, never changes, is totally reliable, never leaves, never doesn't come and go.

That's all you know. That's it. Everything else is phenomena in transitory. And just as Kat said, you know, Shakti, the vibration of that pure field of potentiality and being, you shake it like no one else.Over to you. Come on, then. Go on. Lucky. It's got something to say. Thank you. Yeah, thanks. Thanks, Kat. That was a great big trip, and it was great. Yeah, I like that it's, I say it many times during the day, it's just this and nothing else, and the rest is... Imagination or projection and thought and in that imagination though the whole universe appears the planets the stars the other people continents ideas politics all that sort of stuff all comes in that imagination And then I think to myself, well, it's me that's having the imagination.

And do other people think the same? And you think, well, you know, are there these other people? And it seems like there are, and it seems like the contents is different. But then... The experience of being the body, we see from the position of a body, we feel from the position of a body. There's a strange sort of dichotomy of how that all appears in the mind, though. It's interesting. It's sort of very beguiling and, you know, the mind, you can think about it, but you can't find the answer to that question in the mind. Yes. So there's a lot that is known and a lot that's unknown in a way.

But the fundamental truth is it all appears and it appears differently all the time depending on the thoughts. I don't know. I always find that something amazing about realizing all this and then wondering how it appears for someone else. But in consciousness, I sort of think a bit like the ocean. You know, it's warm over here and it's cold over here or it's choppy over here or it's smooth over there. And yet those conditions... Happen all through the ocean and yet it's still ocean. And all those different conditions appear and disappear in different places at different times. I was going to say, you're one patch.

Yeah, I like it. I like it. I better watch out. He's pissing.I'm waiting for this. Yeah, I sometimes observe that, you know, on a... Generally in my life, I'm like, I don't seem to feel a lot of intense emotions. I'm normally like fairly, fairly steady. Day to day, I don't really deal with many difficult people. And, you know, I think I've complained before that like, nothing's gone wrong. So it's hard to like have a crisis of like focus. And sometimes when I do happen to feel like a strong emotion, it's quite, seems to be such a strong alarm bell to then look and ask those questions, like who's feeling this, who is seeing this?

And the contrast in those moments is so stark because you go from being totally, you know, identified with this emotion to, just seeing it as a pattern of energy play out and it's it can be quite stark though i think what's the last few weeks have kind of been i guess attempting to notice this just in my daily life and it's become quite obvious that there's no strong emotion but throughout the day there's just a subtle dissatisfaction as I identify with what's going on whether it be boredomduring the day at work or like a slight frantic energy if I'm running late for things. And it's just been interesting to notice that, oh, actually, a large part of my waking life is this subtle dissatisfaction, which is just another form of identifying with emotion.

And seeing that, like the contrast isn't as stark, seeing that when you slip back into the awareness and notice it, but the opportunity is so much greater to be noticing these subtle aspects of identifying with thought and the inevitable dissatisfaction because thought is always trying to be somewhere else. The boredom is the next moment will be better than this, this moment's not right. Or the frantic energy is like the next moment's not going to be right if you're not doing something right now. And you just see that every, the underlying awareness for all of these moments is untouched and unneeding of change. It's just what's there and that's the, it's a beautiful space to be in that.

And something that's happened in the... Like I guess following on from this is I've always since I was like a young child always had trouble going to sleepAnd, you know, I've done like breathing practices over the course of the years, anything to try and make myself like fall asleep. And it seems so obvious now, but I was just practicing the same awareness of the dissatisfaction and going to sleep. There's just been this constant thought of, oh, you're not going to get to sleep. And it's like, you need to try this. Nope, it's not working. Just sitting back and noticing this thought that it's completely fine, that thought can be there.

It doesn't matter. The awareness is there. And the desire to need to get to sleep falls away. And sleep comes when sleep comes. But it really doesn't matter because in that moment of stepping back and just seeing it, that's all you're kind of searching for anyway in this always looking for this next moment. And when you sit back... Into that space you realize this is so obviously the moment that you're looking for and it's beautiful and then I really couldn't care if I'm falling asleep or not because that moment is so nice. Yeah, and it's just a subtle, it's just this subtle remembering or whatever it is that's like taking me back to the space to see what is, yeah, it's lovely.

Yeah, once when I was here.and I was sitting with the boredom, a little bit of boredom, and then I noticed it was just, when you dive into that, it's just subtle distinction, subtle labeling, more than two different things. And then if head empties, then there's just the satisfaction rather than dissatisfaction. And I think I noticed at the time a yuckiness as well when the distinction was there. So the notions that arise here are that it's either on or off. So there's either distinction and yuckiness. And I think I have a similar thing to you like most of the day, but it's a bit heavier. It's a bit more like, oh, so good.

How am I getting home? Blah, blah, blah. But there's no notion that I'm doing it, but there is, that doesn't show up, but there is the constant, yeah, this little distinction of discomfort. And, but, yeah, probably more uncomfortable than it sounds like it doesn't feel. Oh, God, how am I going to get to the next shift? Because I see how it's going to happen. I'm falling asleep on the train. Oh, my bag fell on the ground. So whatever. Yeah, so I don't, I think it can get confusing thinking that, something's underlying something or, you know, something appears still when everything else just sort of seems busy or something appears, you know, this is a notion that pops up later.

Oh yeah, that was pretty still in relation to everything else. Or that was kind of,When I go to that place where nothing's showing on up, nothing's popping up about anything, there's no comment being made, there's no meaning making happening, yeah, it kind of spatially appeared to be down in this lower part of my midriff or down in here somewhere. So then you might say, oh, it's below, you know. But at the end of the day, it's just on or off. So there's either thoughts popping or they're not popping. And when it's off, there's no sense of knowing anything about existence or consciousness or none of this.

It's just off. Yeah, but you can tell how later on there'll be memories of a whole bunch of things that did disappear altogether. You know, the ickiness, the distinctions, the dissatisfaction, you know, the uncomfortableness is, yeah, it's just binary. It's a mechanical universe. Isn't it brilliant the way actually Bob suggested to people to actually watch the mind, see how it functions, so you will see how its nature is always to complain, is always to find better situation. That is boring, that's not pleasant enough, that's not good enough, that's its job. It is to deliver. It is to look after that whole machine, make sure it is entertained.

It has the optimal condition. It has as much safety, pleasure and everything. So the moment you...see the thought popping up, oh shit, this is unamusing. You know, like Bob was saying, after his first wife died, they were together for 42 years. All the neighbors seeing Bob always cheerful and elated said, oh, he was depressed, he wanted out of here. He said that wasn't his experience. He didn't grieve a day. He was just mildly unamused and bored because his partner wasn't there. There was no one to drink a cup of tea with and read the book. Mildly unamused and bored on the level of the mind.

So the expression of the body wasn't very cheerful and chirpy because there was no... There's no one to even cheer to. But he says there was still inherently nothing wrong. Inherently nothing wrong. In the consciousness, in the space, in the field that he is, there is nothing wrong, whether the person is present or absent. Less activity. Less activity, exactly. And then I love the way, Loki, you express it. You know, the moment you believe the mind is uncomfortable, the moment you relax and you see that pattern,

popping in that moment is perfect there is nothing wrong in the consciousness noticing the complaint of the mind the aliveness in which that complaint arises and the complaint is obviously there is a positive intention behind it I mean you know why would you complain that is boring if you didn't want it not to be boring Obviously, it's the loving care behind it, you know, for the program, the algorithm, it reports that things, you know, it is its job to make things better, to fix, to deliver, to provide.

How beautiful! But then in the moment where that complaint is discovered, that moment is pure, is clean, is radiant, is alive, is vibrant, is vital, and is nothing wrong. The complaint, there's nothing wrong with the complaint either. I have a couple of comments here from the screen. And welcome everyone who is with us online. We have a few good morning messages and we have Christopher says hello everyone, big hug to all and good morning, good morning, servus. And morning, Silo Bob Crew from Laura. More mornings and love and gratitude from South Australia, James and Catherine. And yes, as Del in the dream, there is non-doership.

Yes, and all we have.experience is a dream so there's non-doership full stop sandy says what a relief to realize i'm not the me i imagined myself to be life is so much laughter lighter and laughable isn't it absolutely and Tanya says, feeling that relief and lightness also. Thank you for sharing, Sandy. Yeah, yeah, it is there, you know, in the space of no thinking and no believing. Because when the complaints come online and they are believed, of course, they become experienced, they become real. I am bored. Oh, my God, this is wrong. This is unacceptable. I can't stand it. I can't take it. I have to go shopping or drink alcohol or eat chocolate.

I can't stand it. But there is no I. It's just the mind delivering the information that the dream seems unamused and it wishes you to be more amusing. What a wonderful thing to hear. What's wrong with that? And Giotti says, if it was for the subtle gap or awareness, if it wasn't for this subtle gap or awareness over the last couple of days, this immense sense of doership that accompanied voting decisions would have driven me crazy.Yeah, we had an election here. I guess it would. Yes. When believed. When the sense of I and whatever it is reported by that mind is believed into existence, it really becomes an experience.

And oh my God, I've been there, not good enough, incomplete, separate, lonely, isolated, I'm going to be destitute, my future is going to be dark, everything is wrong. And it was the reality. It felt like reality. It was truth. You know, just the same way you believe anything. You believe in Santa as a child and you write the letters to Santa because Santa is real. It's going to bring you gifts. The belief, the energy of belief solidifies the dream. It doesn't have to be this way. And heavy. The word heavy keeps coming up. I think you were first to mention it, and then Tony, and others say light.

And there is a real sense of, when there's identification with the thoughts, there is a real sense of heaviness. Isn't there? Heaviness. It almost has a weight to it, doesn't it? But when you step back and, you know, see that, you know, for the transitory phenomena that it is, then that lightness, it's more a sense of lightness because you're not identifying with it. You know, as a...thought saying that's me it's not who you are the heaviness and when that's good it feels light there's a lightness in so many ways just um and i think you can see it you know in the way bodies express too you know there's a lightness about a child likeness yes right Not childish, Jane.

Childlike. Yeah, curiosity. Not an ongoing sense of foreboding, which I think you're referring to, you know, that subtle dissatisfaction or slight fear of what's next or what's coming. But just a sort of a joyful, what comes up, comes up. Yeah, delight. It comes out like this. Even that's probably a copy of some child who went like that. It's interesting. I find that I feel as if that boredom used to really get me once because it was my boredom and the more bored I felt, the more I'd sort of get into that idea. But it's funny now when the boredom comes, something changes because, well, the thought might come up, I'm bored, I'll read a book or something, I'll read a book or I'll watch something on TV and then it changes anyway.

It's moved you on to something else. It's sort of strange the way that happens. And it seems to flow more easily these days than it used to. I'm not sure if that's really true, but that's what I'm thinking at the moment. And it's just this and nothing else, but then in that... Suddenly you want something else, you know, the mind starts conjuring up, it's conjuring up something else as soon as you sort of say just this and nothing else. It's like the thing that as a rule man's a fool, when it's hot he wants it cool, the mind's always looking for the next thing or the next...

Which rolls on anyway. It happens. It happens by itself. And I'm just thinking about that intelligence too. You were talking about looking into the cat's eyes and you realise that the cat is just as aware as you are. It is, the awareness is there and it's in all animals. And the intelligence is there too. The intelligence expresses through a cat's mind and a cat's conditioning, but it seems to me just as intelligent. And when you, sometimes when I'm down at the sea going swimming, which I do a lot, you see little fish and sometimes a little group of 10 fish. And they all change direction at the same time.

It's not like they're following the leader or something. It's just like they just all turn right at the same time. And even bigger schools of fish, they're all following some intelligence that's driving them. So that intelligence, I think, is in the trees. It's in everything. It's a universal part of consciousness, the intelligence that just knows what to do. Bob used to always describe different things, you know, like explain different animals. And so, you know, the chameleon has the capacity to change its colors and the bird has the capacity to fly and humans have the capacity to reason. Yet the intelligence in itself is like the emptiness is the cognizing emptiness.

It's like the emptiness itself is the intelligence, the knowing that it is, is the intelligence. And there's no belief that's true. So there's a dean patting a cat.You know, that's what it's... But that's a belief too. So there's actually no Dean patting a cat. There's just this experiencing of this thing that you label it as cat and Dean and whatever. And that is the intelligence in itself, just doing its thing, experiencing. And it's frigging... So it's bloody incredible. It's amazing. Like you talked about the faculties and the senses, but where is the seeing appearing in or to whom? It's not appearing to anyone. It's just appearing.

Where is the hearing? Oh, the hearing's here. That's not here. It's like there's hearing. And it's like, and it's this space, like it's all appearing. And Kat explains things and, you know, does her pointing and Tanya attempts to do her pointing and staring. And everyone does this pointing and yet... It's like we're talking to, but there's no one speaking to anyone. This is one thing happening, patterning, shaping and forming in this. And it's empty and it's dimensionless. There's no dimension or position where it's higher or lower or left or right. It's just an appearance, like spontaneously erupting. Exploding into being and in that like it's unknowable, yet words and all this shit, I have no idea what the next word is, the sound of every, like never, you know, just and to claim it or toWell, I'm going to say this now.

That's just, that's also an appearance in that, in the emptiness, appearing as a dean who thinks it's all appearing. There's no escape. There's no striving. There's no, we can pretend to like get somewhere or strive or improve or other minds here now and I'm watching thoughts and now I'm not watching thoughts. All of that is occurring in this. It doesn't matter how it appears. There's no one, firstly, and certainly no one to get somewhere or someplace in some imagined, because it's all a spontaneous explosion of catnip. I think what might get called intelligence by others, like here it just seems that there's just flowing energy that flows in patterns at times.

That's the nature of the flow of energy. And then notions that arise, like there'll be probably a notion in a caveman or a cat that, you know, yeah, this thing needs to move, this thing is hungry, this thing is kind of pissed off, you know, probably even in a cat. And in a rock, in a, you know, certain stories out there, you know, really are reflections of something that took place. You know, in a leaf and whatever. But they're just notions that pop up and that's just a form of the energy popping up as a notion. I think when people talk about intelligence and consciousness, knowings of existence and all the rest of it, I think that's actually an extra layer that's often put in and then believed to be a separate thing, something clever out there.

I prefer Bob's most simple one, there's no void. I think that's, when you say we're all agreed on, this here is only agreed on that one, it's not agreed on all the other things that get put out there. But you guys know that, I've said that many times. There's one that wants to agree and this agrees. No, no, not even at that level, not even at that level, I mean even much lower than that. No, the notions that have popped up somewhere in this facility have never been more than there's no void. But that, again, is an assumption in and of itself. It's something that is a notion popping up, you know, rather than just...

Empty brain, you know, the off mode. Yeah.No. It's impossible to be bored. Boredom is future focused. Yeah, that's an observation or experience. Wonderful. How wonderful. Yeah. Your nations are going to run around about it. You want to? No, no, no. I'm just... Yeah, it's... Yeah. I'm just... Yeah, you can see how the responses arise. Some people, and again, this is what I like when you say, Tony, Bob says there is no thing, no void, whatever, no thing. You can't say anything about it, really, because all the word is an extra layer. That's the truth. There is no intelligence, energy, life, essence, field, or whatever. Those are just concepts.

There really is just no thing, which neither exists nor it doesn't. Yet you can't deny the fact that there is seeing happening. Well, you can deny it, but obviously seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling is happening. That is in the direct experiencing of this moment. We can't say that this is a thing. It's no thing. It's just that no thing expressing as that. Diamond of different race of experiencing and then there is also oh yeah go no it's that dichotomy again becauseIt's all conceptual, really. It can't be described or really experienced without it being a concept in some way. Yeah, yeah. It's... And that... Just going on about that intelligence, you know, it is...

Awareness is intelligence too, and it's all intelligence. The whole universe is intelligent and it's self-aware. There's no such thing. People say it can't hurt sentient beings, yet it's all sentient. It's everything. Intelligence is through consciousness. Yeah, and there is also, you know, there are situations where, and I have a couple of individual meetings with people who were really resonating with non-duality till the point that something really, really intense and tragic hit them. Whatever it is, the loss of a husband or whatever it is, or breaking up of the relationship, or death of a dog or a tsunami. It doesn't really matter because that's subjective. For one person, you know, I think I've shared it before, a friend of mine lost her son to a suicide at the age of 11 because he couldn't get his iPhone X.

And that was a tragedy.to end the life because he wouldn't be long or whatever the concepts were. So whatever is defined as life not worth living is subjective. For someone, the tragedy of losing their whole family to war or Holocaust It's not something that will make life not worth living. It might be something that will motivate a person to go and preach the message of forgiveness. It happened in life. For someone else, there may be a breaking up of a relationship. That will be the end of the world and it will literally inflame the system to the point that all resonation is suddenly completely forgotten and obscured by the obsessive ideas that are covering up the whole appearance obsessive ideas there's something wrong with me I shouldn't have done that I shouldn't have said that and the idea that I had a choice and I made the wrong decision I did something wrong I'll never be forgiven my life will be wasted forever my potential will be wasted forever I will never recover I'll miss her for the rest of my life those ideas become so incredibly inflamed and so charged that they really possess a risk of ending life.

And that's on life too. And in situations like that, well, from life's perspective, It may end this.way and what the end is the awakening from the dream dream ends the dream stops back to the eternity of nothingness pure bliss ecstasy of being that is not translated into seeing hearing tasting touching smelling what's wrong about that But of course, if I find myself in a situation when I am a reflection for that tragedy or that drama, and non-duality pointers are completely inappropriate at this moment, because they can't be heard, they can't be received. There has to be some basic counseling done, the basic... Really questioning of the validity of the main concept or main idea before the non-duality can actually resonate again.

And what helps at that point is If there is a very, very strong desire to end the suffering, a very, very strong desire to get what is not, as the rule of mind is full, when it's hot, it wants it cool, get what is not, and it is unbearable, then sometimes the stronger desire, the primary desire, the desire for freedom from all suffering, is to be called upon and it helps. So when anyone finds themselves in a situation, whether it is minor disaster or whether it is imaginary fear or whether it is a realdrama unfolding in the life, you know, the river of life going through a huge waterfall and just banging and breaking rocks, calling out for that ultimate desire for freedom, freedom from all suffering, sometimes overshadow.

That little impermanent part of that whole journey. Like, you know, where is that drama of breaking a nail or stabbing your toe or losing your parents? Where is that going to be in 20 years from now? Where was it? You know, it's temporary, it's dreamlike, it is a content of a dream, as painful and tragic as it is. And as much as it can call for the loving, compassionate embrace and honoring that sensitivity of a dream character and honoring that fact that the dream character can feel so deeply. That's a beauty of the dream. Still, calling, if it becomes unbearable, if it becomes a threat for life, calling for that ultimate desire for freedom from all suffering, freedom from being, identifying as the me, the dream character who endured or experienced that drama.

Being the life itself, being the space in which that dream character is going, through the rough patch and seeing the whole dream from the perspective of life calling for yes I want more this is what I was asking eventually when there was space for it would you like her back or would you like that situation resolved Or would you like freedom if you just had one choice to make? Oh, yes. Okay. Fuck it. Freedom. Yes. All right. Now we can talk. Now we can be on the same page. Because that ultimate desire, that longing, for the sense of completeness and relief from being trapped in that role, which energy of belief makes it feel real.

You know, Bob and I, we used to laugh at the situations in which that shared dream, that incredible manifested world with the solid walls through which you can't walk, it is all believed into existence. It doesn't cause suffering, so it doesn't need to be questioned. It is to be celebrated. But it is made of beliefs nevertheless. We believe that vitamin C strengthens the immune system and we would have it every day. What's the problem with that? It wasn't us believing it. The life through the dream character was agreeing to that collective belief and subscribing into it. And he was fairly healthy for all those years.years that we were together sharing that belief.

Nothing wrong with that. But when the belief hurts, when the belief defines the boundary of consciousness and traps it into that cage of concept, poor miserable little me, not deserving to be loved, being rejected, being dumped, being judged, being accused, and maybe that's right, maybe I am evil, maybe I am not worthy. This one is the suffering, is the suffering caused by belief, by misidentification with the dream character. And again, sometimes there is no way out. Just have to wait till that energy of belief eases off enough. So something else can appear in that field, even the idea that, okay, that's just a dream. How about awakening to that dream and realizing that this is just a dream?

So the human condition is such that because there is no one who has a choice, to remember or forget or to bring up that ultimate desire for freedom. You can never get it wrong. You can never do anything wrong. If the energy is trapped, the whole attention is trapped in that drama, in that fanaticism, whatever the fanatical belief is, Well,You know, that's what life is experiencing and expressing and celebrating in this moment. Usually in this particular moment of very, very intense suffering, being crucified or being in the tantrum, absolute tantrum, there is no concept. Of self that has any, it's just what's happening. Let's have any idea or anything to do.

It's just what's happening. Tantrum is happening. Life is playing tantrum. And when that energy eases off, when this really pouring rain, when the cloud is emptied, and the pouring rain eases off and it starts raining a little bit less, well, now the sun may shine in between, pour through those misty, rainy clouds, and then there is an insight. And then the life emerges out of the dream. Wow! Wow, that was intense. Oof, what a ride that was. And if this is a moment, this is a moment of awakening to the dream, the dream is a past now. When the dream is present and there is nothing to be done about it, well, there's also no one who has a problem with that.

When the dream is past,This is when often another pattern kicks in, another misidentification kicks in. Oh shit, I was gone in the mind. Oh shit, I was so gone in the mind. I was suffering for so long. What's wrong with me? Now back to another nightmare. Instead of just seeing the light, wow, what a ride. I just caught myself being outrageously mad at something. Wow. And the next moment, woo, yum. But 10 years ago, that would cause hours of self-judgment, self-rejection. Shit, you know, something's so wrong. How could I do that? I couldn't. It's only life who can do that. If you realize that there is no you doing any of it, where is the guilt to be associated?

Who is to be guilty about what life just presented? Who is to take credit about that thunderstorm or pouring rain? You are the space. You are always innocent and free for whatever expression that comes through. And when it comes and it is yummy, wow. You know, like Loki, you say sometimes the feelings are not very intense. They're very, very subtle. Well, sometimes they are, most of the times they are. And there are moments in life when that river really speeds up and gets into the extremes. Neither is better or worse. The idea that, you know, the self-realizationmeans you are a sort of a saint, you are superior and you are always calm and collected and you are never angry or never dysregulated or never upset or bored.

There is no you who could be that. The saint is... It's another expression. It doesn't have to even realize that it is a dream. They are people with natural high level of serenity due to conditioning, due to environment that grew them, just like there are some flowers that are beautiful, strong and resilient at the same time. And there are others that are really, really broken, weak, and they don't even smell nice. So life, there is no justice. No justice at all. But from the perspective of life, you are all of it. You are all of it. You are the pattern of being a saint at moments.

You know, like my father used to say, he is a vegetarian by all means, between the meals when he doesn't eat. So you, all of it, you are the totality. That's the joy of it, the totality. And of course, you know, some bodies, when Bob was still around, we used to see a friend. He was living far away, so only every couple of years he would come and he would spend a day with us and he would have this big drama going on.that there is a pattern in the body that is really, really devilish. He's calm and serene and loving, and sometimes this wave comes, and he nearly killed his cat.

He offended all the neighbors. It comes once in a few months, but when it does, it is just destroying everything. And it's heart-wrenching when he takes credit for it. And when this is him, he wants to be a Buddha, he wants to be a saint. And this surface once in a while and is completely out of control. There's nothing he can do about it. There's no him to do anything about it. But inflaming it with extra guilt and shame and remorse keeps it there. Rumbling and ruminating and keeping it alive, obsessing about it, keeps it there. Rather just being a space, let the volcano erupt in that space and runs its course and then let the new moment be fresh and new, not about what happened a moment ago, but completely fresh and new, like it has never been before and like it will never be again.

That's the art of living lightly. That's the lightness of being. Where you are in love with that aliveness that is pulling out.that is capable of seeing and hearing and tasting and touching and smelling every moment fresh and new. And the thinking, the imagination, again fresh and new every moment. And no credit taking. This is not me doing it. This is not me thinking wrong thoughts. There is just what appears in the screen on the space, in the space that I am, in the consciousness that I am. It wouldn't be here if not for the consciousness that I am. So it's celebrating the consciousness above all else, before celebrating the content of it.

And now suddenly what is always ignored and in the background starts shining forth. And what they talk about the bliss of being, that starts coming up into the picture. Everybody is aware of being, of being alive. But the awareness of the bliss is usually obscured by distractions. Because there is so much to attend to. And the beautiful machinery of the narrative self brings so many different, you know, so much of a variety of entertainment. There is very, very little left to actually acknowledge the miracle, the mystery of your own existence, of that radiance of existence, of being, of aliveness that... That is unique and is unknowable and is untraceable and it is and and it can onlybe tasted through the reflection of it in the dream.

It can only be glimpsed after seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling, because like Tony was saying, there's nothing there. It can't, you can't sense it. It doesn't have any capacities. You can't sense your presence. You can't say there is awareness. You can't objectify it and say, oh, it is there. I see it. I know of it. No, it's nothing. It's not nothing. It's no thing. But it isn't something that, oh, I realized and someone else didn't realize. There's nothing to realize. Absolutely nothing. The certainty of existence is undeniable, but it can't be objectified in any way or possessed in any way.It is so subtle. It is and it isn't.

It's that subtle. You can't even say that it exists. Can't deny it, but... Laura says, I can identify with this man very much. Yeah, I think we all can as human dream characters. Yes, the moments of the attention stealing the show completely. Even if those moments, you know, up until the end of Bob's life, there would be moments when the attention would be absolutely taken by the dream. It wouldn't last more than a couple of minutes. But it's still the tendency of attention fueling the dream, the projector, the dreaming machine. There was no one there who got trapped. It's not like, oh, I got trapped.

No, there's no one there to get trapped. And yet the dream can steal the show. Whether it steals the show for two minutes or it steals the show for two weeks or two months or two years, well, that makes a big qualitative difference of the experiencing of the dream, of being the dream character, whether the dream is satisfying or the dream is miserable. And that is on the menu, investigating whether there is someone to take credit or stay hooked, attached and...claim that story as mine or there isn't or it's just story because if that is a story but it's not my story it's not going to last very long you know everybody's story yeah And everybody is the expression of that same one life.

Yeah, that's, yes, that's... Throughout life, there will be multitude of moments when the river of life takes a turn and it goes and becomes, you know, like Bob says, rapids, waterfalls, sandy banks, rivers, stones, wild water rafting cliff. We went for an adventure once. It was pretty adventures. I was in the car a couple of days ago and the car failed and it was just sort of breaking down and a young guy was next to me. So I somehow laughed out a little bit and F this and that and whatever. So, you know, and it was just really beautiful. I thought it was fantastic just watching this explosion of seemingly frustration or whatever.

But it was, jeez, I'm going to throw this thing in a minute at you. This is the anger, see. And anyway, it all just happened. And anyway, it all finished and was done. And then like a few hours later, the guy I was with, he just turned around gently.and looked at me and goes, are you all right? And I looked at him, I was like, what's wrong with you? What's the problem? Oh, you were angry like a few hours ago. And it was like within, by the time I was even stepped out of the car, it was forgotten. Like it didn't even exist. It was like a fabulous outburst.

Of energy it was just energy just going like that and then it was fascinating to watch his energy go are you all right like with this caring compassionate way but there was nothing to be all right or not all right about because it was dead it was so gone that it was um but um you know but it's funny because you know all of a sudden the energy of belief he may have carried the whole concern. There wasn't any, but you know, but that's, that's, isn't it funny all this stuff we talk about, like as if, as if we know something or we can predict or understand how people behave and act and think and we have no idea.

The show is just a spontaneous explosion of, and it's like, it's just, Naturally, I think when you sense the beingness or the thisness or the sense of presence becomes a dominant, that's the show. And everything that occurs in it is like there's always curiosity about it all, how it's going to unfold next. Who's it unfolding? Two or for what? It's like it's a constant. I must speak. Please, come on. Thank you. Come on. Does anyone have anything?Come on. Bring it. Kimmy. Oh, yeah. I loved hearing that. My therapist says I've got repressed rage. And so I've just been exploring anger more often. And I was talking with one of my best friends yesterday.

I was like, have you noticed how angry I've been today? And she said, yeah, but every time you're angry, you just start laughing afterwards. And yeah, just letting it move through you is a beautiful thing. And also I just want to share this talk today. I felt like the dream, if... Even putting it into words is just making it dualistic, but I feel like if I could have gone into myself and written out exactly what I wanted to hear, when and how, this is how it all unfolded. So it was really, it was beautiful. This is your dream. Yeah. This is the great perfection. And everything, actually, you just saw things as they are because it's always unfolding for everyone exactly to that.

Degree of perfection all the time even when it appears not to it actually really is um and it's just it's just stunning like um and it's just normal and it's just every day and yet we may have stories that it may not be but it always is it always ishas been and that's I think what the whole teaching and the whole everything's been showing us for thousands of years is is that is to recognize that how simple is that there's no there's no striving there's nothing to be figured out understood in any way it just is And that isness is the perfection unfolding exactly the way.

It can't be any other way than what it is. It's undeniable. How can you say, oh, well, I'd like the cat if it was better that way or that way. Like it is that way. And even moving it that way or that way is perfection. She's trying to look at the bottom. She's been shut up. I'll just shut up. But don't shut up. Thank you. Thank you. It's been a blast. One final. No, just very happy. Very happy. Thank you.And thank you for that summary, Dean, because it really is, you know, Nisargadatta would say it, that you realize that there is nothing wrong anymore. But it's more than that.

He was really modest with that. You actually see the great perfection. You see the great perfection, even if there is a rough patch in the dream. Relationship ended. Love of your life died you see literally the because is the absolute is the pure perfection unfolding moment to moment being able to realize that great perfection is ah that's why the dream came into the existence at the first place the clear reflection of the absolute in every moment potentiality is to actually see that perfection Not just that nothing wrong anymore. I had a few people there lately criticizing this meeting really really badly and harsh Everything is wrong.

Everything is wrong. I'm clear you not Well, Nisargadatta says nothing is wrong. But yet, did you look at the next level because of your inspiration? Seeing the clarity is seeing the clear reflection where dream unfolds as it should and there is nothing wrong and it is perfect as it unfolds. Even if the preference of the imagined dream character is different, Kat should see it another way.or people should speak with different tonality or different accent. It is, especially me, absolutely. The head's given up and it's going for the full body message. Yeah, Kat is getting it. Kat is getting it, right? Yep, she does not question the pure perfection.

There's nothing wrong with right now for her. And thank you, everyone. Thank you.
