Early pressure? No, if you want to say something I'm happy to go after that. What's wrong with right now if you don't think about it? Because if you're not thinking you don't have a problem. Sometimes you always have to come back to that to allow the breath, just to surrender into the now. I Am the One who is the One. www.nisargad.com.au I Am a Aum, yeah, just the energy and really trying to, you know, oops, there's something about energy, you know, like, now that I've been practicing a bit lately is, you know, the body, when you get that tension in your body, you feel like you're caught in a corner.

But it's the same energy as if I was laughing. You start to see that more and more. So, yeah, what's wrong? You know, our thoughts do make us, you know, our thoughts carry on to a belief, carry on to an identity, carry on to depression or victimhood. And it's basically our thoughts aren't really who we are. So thanks, Kath. I was just experiencing this morning, it was as simple as just drinking a cup of tea. That was so in the moment of doing that. The more I'm aware of what's happening immediately in the moment, the more I get insights and awareness. I just got this sensation of now is I'm drinking now, I'm processing it now in the body and it's passing.

And that whatever you take in needs to be eliminated, whether that's the body, the thought, and in passing it becomes the past. You can drink food, concerts, because if you start hanging on to something, it causes unhealthiness, whether that's in the body or the being, I am the only one who is comfortable in the present. And that's the same as what's wrong with right now if you don't think about it. So in order for me to be anywhere else, I need to think, I need to conceptualize. And the inherent non-reality of that is what causes my system to be unwell or uncomfortable I am a person who is not aware of what is going on.

I get more insights, I guess, it's just not by trying to be anything or... and even just driving here today, it was like... the body being knew where to go and yet there was this this microsecond after I turned that oh yeah you got to turn here it was just it really I really got the sense the ego has a much broader perspective now because there's a way of separation. If there were a new ego, there would be no separation. It's the doing only – the doing, but not the doer. Because the doer wants to say, So I did that, but it's always a little bit after, because I can perceive that it's, the perception is now, but the thing that happened is just a fraction later, I guess.

That was what was going through me this morning. I suppose that the more you watch it, you're watching it, you're actually the watcher or the observer, and when you let it go you go, oh my god, did I create that? You have those moments, god, why would I create that when it comes up? But it's, yeah, the more you watch it and you can separate from it, it's just happening and you've sort of created it. I'm just happy to be here to come and see Bob and you Kat and share my thanks and love for all the support you guys have given me over the last few years.

I'm not, I'm big on like the silence and the stillness like I feel like when I sit as that like it's very clear that we're just energy and it's we're just this energetic buzzing being of nothingness and fullness it's like it's as you know you can't put words to it but there's been a realization lately that like everything I've ever been looking for any sort of fulfillment is already in I Am. I have a pretty good sense of freedom and sometimes when I'm going through my life, I feel like... it's very subtle just to observe and it plays out rather than having the character in it.

It's like noticing, and watching my life play out rather than necessarily being the lead in it. Anyway. Beautiful. Did you want to add something? A lot to say about life. I try to go back now to how and where I was as a teenager. What I understood and did know, I thought I was on top of the world. I knew everything as a business. And alcohol, as well as my own way of understanding or trying to understand at that time dragged me down in a so-called time over the years. And it being that I was ever a deadbeat. Not realizing that there was or could be a way out.

A way out. I went out and watched till many, many years later and I heard so many different ideas, concepts and terms and I had to see life as it was. Life. Not how I thought it was. Not how I thought that I was the top of the world and everything had to do, understand and realize what I thought was right. But wasn't it? Moving around the way I did I had to strike places and things where I needed or thought I needed to be Fortunate enough with the physical strength and well-being. There's a way I would grasp and hold of things a bit better, but I wouldn't really, because it's being grasped by the conceptual ideas and images and beliefs that were taken on board.

Speak up a little, darling, speak up. I can't. You can't. I can't speak at all. You'll die, Bob. Yes, no, that's beautiful, that's beautiful. And it is such a great illustration of really the predicament of young people. Some of them will be so inferior and so beaten up that they will just, you know, look for drugs. And some will look for drugs and alcohol because they think they know it all. And the lie has it wrong. And I think that was your story darling. You thought you knew it all. That you were a good guy and that life, actually the world was wrong. Everybody else was wrong.

They didn't actually recognize you. You knew it all. The arrogance of those youngsters. But at the time I thought something needed to be done. Unfortunately all the tools to all the problems were right here right now. That's it. And always had been. But were not recognized. And the belief and the self-centeredness, self-pity and the all, the relating to the self, the personal self. Relating to the self and there is no self. Any water. At yourself. I think it could be called non-entity awareness. It's like the awareness. Yeah, yeah. There's no entity. There's a parasite entity trying to attach to it. Oh, it's so funny. Virus of the mind.

It isn't even a virus. It isn't even sentient really. It's just a program. It's just a piece of software that has been conditioned to narrate. Alright, and it's a helpful piece of software if you think of the civilization and its achievements and its greatness and creating masses of people joining together as a group based on similar identity. Identity of being Australian or being a woman or being nondualist and then suddenly we have communities, we have sense of belonging. Beautiful. But that's just a belief, like Bob was saying, belief in the mechanical process and identity with that mechanical process. Like I am my commentary. How could I possibly be the commentary if I don't even know what it is going to comment in five minutes?

So, did you want to sing? Yes. Hold it. Yeah. Yeah I Am the Right Doer There is a field a beautiful field I meet you there I meet you there beyond ideas or wrong doings beyond ideas or right doings There is a field, a beautiful field, I'll meet you there, I'll meet you there. I Am the Beautiful Feet The beautiful thing, my beautiful thing, I'll meet you, I'll meet you then. Beyond ideas of wrong doing, Beyond ideas of right doing, There is a field, A beautiful field, I'll meet you there. I'll meet you there. Beyond ideas of wrongdoing, beyond ideas of rightdoing, There is a field, a beautiful field, I'll meet you there.

I'll meet you there, I'll meet you there. I'll meet you there. I understood it all right, recognizing it as a field, calling it a field, just a conceptual image of what's going on around them, And offering that which is expressing that or trying to express that image of Maha knows and inviting each and everyone into that. And being a field has got no boundaries to it. No boundaries. No spacious life or livingness or beingness. And you look in a field, you get the image. There's not forest in it, there's not cotton in it, this, that or the other. It's beautiful. It's warm, it's sunny, and things that appear that are mating there, like the birds and insects, and small collections like this where they gather together and express, all take part in that field and express.

And the un-meeting and understanding and fulfillment of them is the only place that can really be met. And that you are, my darling, you are that field. And so is everyone. It's the field experiencing itself through multitude of vehicles, multitude of shapes and patterns and forms That one field, the way it catches a glimpse of its own existence is through embodying a form, seemingly, because it is just seemingly so. Isn't it? Yes, everything is as it is. And it's only

The one field I was pointing to, that is going to be talked about and spoken about and recognized, And it's waiting to be recognized by those suffering the tortures and pains of ordinary living.

I am suffering tortures of what you were expressing initially, being a teenager and knowing it all. Suffering from the delusion of knowing, delusion of understanding what I am, who God is, how the world works, what sorts of conspiracies are running, who are they that are getting, heading at us and hitting us and doing that to us. All the separation, all those ideas that bring fanaticism into I know, I am right, creating conflicts, political parties, wars, famine, all those ideas can be questioned. Because there is one thing that is known, and that is known non-conceptually, and that is the field, that is the I am, the existence.

Existence which doesn't have any limits, any boundaries, any beginning or any end. Unless you think about it. When you think it had the beginning, well, you experience it had the beginning. And then you have a paradise, or you have the prior incarnations, or you have the big bang, or whatever it is. But that is just a belief. Or if you believe it has the boundaries, the boundaries of the skin, I'm within the skin and not outside the skin. I Am, the Knowing of existence, the experience of being, the experiencing prior to the sensory information, The eyes will give you some sense of location, the ears will give you some sense of reference, but prior to adopting any reference point, you are that field of knowing, looking out of the eyes, being the space or the field of hearing, the field of tasting, touching, smelling, and it's only the thought that tells you that you are limited individual, it's only the thought that tells you that you know something about the world or about yourself, You know what you are, you are good enough or you are not good enough, or you are arrogant or you are humbled.

Those are just thoughts. Direct knowing prior to thinking is timeless. Unborn baby or newborn baby has that non-conceptual, ever-fresh conscious awareness there, looking out of its eyes, but it doesn't translate to the thought, I know because it doesn't have thoughts, it didn't learn language yet. So it is free, obvious, clear knowing, but the boundaries hasn't been drawn yet because they come from language, they come from words. You only have to have a concept of a me to have prior lives or to have origin of any sort. You have to have a concept of boundaries, usually the body, but it might be even the boundaries of concepts of the mind.

I am my feelings, or I am my values, or I am my insecurities. Those are all concepts. Animals don't share that capacity of conceptualizing and identifying with the content of thinking, and neither do babies. Newborn babies are free from believing in anything, but they exist. There is a being, there is that field. That radiant field, that luminous space-like or field-like awareness that shines out of their eyes. And that we are, that we are without a question, because you can try and question, try and stop being. Stop being that or stop knowing that you are. That's not going to happen. So that is the base, that is the non-conceptual base, that is something that we didn't have to adopt, we didn't have to be told, we don't even need words.

Even in the dream, when we are sleeping at night, or even in new death experiences, there is that sense of consciousness, the awareness being there, Witnessing whatever happens or witnessing nothing that happens. And that you are, always and forever, prior to birth of the physical body. Of course the physical body does give it a sense of you know when that life principle embodies the matter it creates the sense of agency in between that agency of personality of credit pattern of behavior It definitely appears to be, and it appears to be also in the dream and in near-death experiences, that there is something that sees, but only if there are words present.

Because without the words, it's just the field of seeing, seeing, experiencing. You are that field. I think it boils down to being in the heart. Because the heart, if you're in the heart, then you're in the field. The heart unites us all and everything. It's about having the attention away from the mind, isn't it? Since the attention is up there trying to sort something out, it's never going to get anywhere. The thing is the mind is a useful tool because you have to solve problems. So you have to think about things, so this goes that way. But it's more not letting that mind grip you so hard that you're gripped forever.

So it's just being able to step back and use the mind when you need to because sometimes I think it sounds like, you know, we're human, we're in the world, we have to operate, we do have to get jobs and, you know, come operate with people and stuff, but it's when you're trapped in that side of things, so you identify totally with the drama, but if you can go into the heart field where there's no memory, really, there's just presence, energetic presence, and life force and that's the thing that stops you from suffering because we have to do tasks but then if you're looping on the task and ruminating on the task and oh I should have done this or I could have done that and then if and of course it's passed so you can't change the past so then you go into the suffering but if you can have the ability to go back into the heart which The silent and the life force, the living ever living life force that's just bubbling like a spring that renews you again and again.

It's eternal. Then you can bear living in the world. We have to, to me Earth is a school. We're learning things. That might be too conceptual. It's a good story. But sometimes I think stories are needed and they're not just, oh, it's just a story. Stories are skillful and wisdom tools, but it's really more about grabbing on that, that's it. That's the thing, I think. Like, use things to be used, but then don't be attached to them so that you're stuck there. I think otherwise in a way it's almost... I find it hard to understand when people say, oh this is all unreal. On a level it is real.

In a way if you say, oh it's all unreal, we're not real, you're not real, this is not real. In a way, to me, it makes it confusing. Like if I accept that to some extent this is real, but not permanent, it's ever-changing, and a dream, and it's reflecting. It's still experiential. Yeah, I'm still here and, you know, I don't know, I think sometimes it can sound arrogant to me. As the human pattern, we are not humans, but as the human pattern, playing the role, playing the role, life. I wanna be human! You are, in your experience. No, nobody, life is experiencing itself as the human pattern.

So as the human pattern, we are story lovers. As the human pattern, this is the role that life has assumed for itself. It has given itself a body, given itself a female body, given itself a body of a musician, for love and appreciation and expression of that. However again if that is completely embodied as the only reality then of course there is a suffering But when it is really you know actor enjoys its role and loves it and it puts all its heart to it I a love story We love every bit of it, but it is a story nonetheless, lovable story. And it doesn't make it smaller to know that this is a story.

You see, the story we actually had this morning, and this is a little bit of an update, and it isn't really, it isn't pretty, it's quite sad. Bob hasn't been eating much in last few days and he's vomiting blood. And it looks like the body is really getting adverse effects of the painkiller. And when this is happening, that's absolutely heartbreaking. And then, you know, we had this conversation in the morning. I had a breakfast and he didn't. He was watching and I was inviting him to have a sample. He can't, he can't. He would love to. He doesn't want to die. He loves life. I mean, you know, but still it wasn't really possible to even put it through We are seeing life in this whole situation.

You think that it is not okay to be in this situation. You are in pain with that. You are grieving. You are sad. You don't care. You don't care anymore. You don't care. You don't mind anymore. You have not even been in the situation, you don't want anymore. You want it to end and you want to go to sleep. We were holding hands and looking in each other's eyes and we were saying how wonderful that we can prioritize aliveness in this moment and not those horrific circumstances and context. It doesn't deny the fact that this is what is happening, doesn't deny the fact that there is a bucket here next to him, that we may stop the recording when this will happen.

Of course we have medication, we use everything we can. It doesn't deny it, but it doesn't put it in the foreground. This is not what gets most of the heart alive essence. Not the story, but the aliveness itself. The aliveness which doesn't poison. Who knows how many, you know, like they told Bob that he has couple of weeks to go in October. And those couple of weeks became three or four months. But if they were poisoned by the story of crying and mourning, even though he was still here, happy, alive, very affectionate, very beautiful. If that story was believed, we would have wasted not only the presence, but he wouldn't probably be here.

What the motivation to live if you believe that's it, you know, end of story. There was no belief all along in whatever happens. It's just this moment that always gets there. It always gets that heart essence first. And I see the song is coming up. I wanted to ask you eventually to sing us that Awaken Scythe or something too. Absolutely. Nothing can be added to it. Nothing can be taken away from it. So the grieving, the heartbreak, and the sorrows, they'll come, they'll go, like the good things come and go, everything moves. Relax, intimate and recognize and enjoy it. Because when can you enjoy it from?

Only from the field of being, the knowing, be there and recognize all the entrances to it and all the leavings to it. It is a Big and narrow, whatever, anything about it. It is not the absolute. It is not the field. So step back into the field, which you've never moved out of, but never actually noticed. Lineage terms of the meeting are as follows. Shine through Let the way of the heart let the way of the heart let the way of the heart shine through Love upon love, upon love, all hearts beating as one. Light upon light upon light, all disappear into one. The Let the way of the heart shine through.

Love upon love upon hope. All hearts beating as one, Light upon light upon light, All disappear into one. The All of these are in the scriptures. All thyself, know thyself, recognize thyself, bow and resonate with your own being. God dwells within you as you. God dwells within you as you. Beautiful. It's a God-sized hole, they call it. God-sized hole. Irakari is a God-sized hole. Beautiful. That's a nice saying. We have a couple of people here saying, Love listening to you, Bob. And thanks so much Kat, that's from Padma. And Saul says, Thank you, Bob. Heard all your words and message clearly. And Joe says, Thank you so much.

And we have another 20 people, but lots of good morning messages. and that's that really so hmm back to the field of non-duality and and and the love we all share for the good stories and a painful stories as Bob says whatever shows up you know if the greed shows up and those feelings you know it's not like like they do not play in that field they do come throughout the day Thank you for watching. We don't get into devastation, we don't give up. There is no we that could do anything right or wrong. It's just the field and everything that comes will eventually go.

So there's no holding on to, there is no resisting. Everything is welcome and that is the true freedom. Like I think Jacinta was saying initially and also Adrian that the patterns, the behaviors that used to be personal And that used to cause some sense of dysregulation or shame. They're not mine. The body may still exhibit certain behaviors. They will still move the hands in certain way. They will still hold the cups in certain way. They will still speak with the accent. But what does it have to do with the field? The field is just using the body as a speaker, as a mic. So if the mic is squeaky or scratchy, or its costume is less than perfect, what does space care?

If anything,

There is just a room for like, wow, wow, the life. And look at this, this body. We had to shave his beard to make it more hygienic in the current situation. But the body is here and there is still a joy of being and there is still a wonderful, wonderful capacity for love. And there is still the emails and the messages from Facebook that I feed back to Bob and showing him that, you know, whatever he is, whatever he is, he's part of that field There is a lot of love in that field and it is just so beautiful to bring it into even though the field and the people and the love, this is all story, this is all the content of the dream.

So what? It is beautiful. It appears in the field for love and appreciation, for expression. It is definitely not about denying the human aspect of the whole play. The human aspect of the whole play is why it can even be experienced. Without the human body, the human mind, the space doesn't have eyes and ears and heart, doesn't have the capacity to feel the human feeling. So there is absolutely, there is an appreciation. Same as you have the appreciation if you have a fancy car and you drive a fancy car. Wow, that's cool! A motorbike. Or you have the telescope and you look at the stars.

You know, there is an appreciation for all those capacities being enhanced or being experienced. And yet, that which appreciates is capacity-less. It is the source of the whole appreciation, that field. It does not have inequalities, it's pre-sensory. The awareness of presence, it doesn't see, it doesn't hear. It doesn't even know that it is aware of presence unless it dreams itself a vehicle, unless the emptiness turns into form seemingly, appears as a form. Just like in the dream it also appears as a form, different to the form in that waking dream, but form nevertheless. The miracle of existence is here really for appreciation. And when there is a freedom from suffering, then appreciation is just natural.

If there is a suffering, well, the body is conditioned, the whole structure is conditioned for survival to always prioritize and put attention primarily to this that is a danger, that is a threat. Because otherwise it's, you know, the appreciation, the capacity for appreciation is gone. If I ignore the threat, the body will be annihilated, obviously, if it's the purpose for appreciation. So prioritised is always a complaint. It's always the mind that says, oh, I'm not good enough, the world is not good enough, the politics are not good enough, the climate is changing, the food is poisoned. All of that will always get the energy first.

But if there is a recognition that the reasoning capacity, that the narration, the commentary is just the overlay of the clouds, you are the sky. You can still hear it, but the belief won't go into it. The identity as self, believing, subscribing to that fanaticism or that fanaticism is not necessarily there anymore. It may occasionally follow the thoughts because again attention is conditioned, so the attention conditionally follows whatever it needs to do. But the field, if there is even few percent of, Bob calls it, I call it free attention, unfixated, unfixated awareness. If there is even a little bit of unfixated awareness, that field of knowing, Then, no matter how much of the rest of the attention follows the story, it won't last.

It will change, and it will change faster. The more of that unfixated awareness of free attention, the less of the energy of belief fuels the fire of that conspiracy, of that story. Even if that's a lovely story. Because lovely story doesn't really lose. You know, if you see a beautiful, beautiful movie or you read wonderful book that makes you cry, it doesn't even lose by the fact that it was a fiction and it was made up, that it wasn't a true story. It doesn't matter. Or it wasn't your story. You can appreciate to the fullest even understanding that this is a story. And of course our capacity to live up our stories.

I mean, you know, Bob and I, we share the best story ever told. The story of finding each other, joining each other, seeing the clear pure reflection of love in each other. What a lovely story is that? Yeah, it's a blissful story. But this is a story about the man and the woman And he is not a man not a woman Unless in the temporary dream called life sometimes he dreams at night and I am not there That's another story. Sometimes I dream at night and he is not there. And yet they are all appreciated because if not for the field of awareness, they couldn't even be there.

The field of awareness always gets the first recognition and the stories follow. And... Recognize. Recognize. Re-cognize. Cognizing emptiness is the truth. To recognize, you keep bringing back that recognition. This is what I am, or that is what I am. And it's broadcast through all the different scriptures. I am that. I am that cognising emptiness, right here, right now. Which always was and always will be, but was un-cognized at certain periods. And then that non-recognition with all the problems that so-called life can soon throw up. That's it. You want to look just for a sec to that camera? There are people with us who would really like to see your eyes.

Oh, that's beautiful. Yeah, recognize. That's the thing. The cognition is there. It's just the cognize again what the baby, newborn baby knew. The pure knowing of the existence. I am the existence, not even of something or the other, it's just the words that we put on it. Just the pure capacity for knowing, sat chitananda, being knowing and preference for being. That's it. It's always here. There are others who are here who are not saying too much. Get into it. Get into it, get into it. I was going to say, yes, and it's okay to... There is no one there, but it's okay to drift back into a dream.

The recognition is very close. It's a very small shift back as that. And that's the beauty of this thing. Like Bob says, you can recognize. So incredibly subtle that really nothing changes. The attention moves as it always did. Nothing changes. It's only that house of cards, which we call conceptual self or the parasite or what we call it, what was the word here? Alien? Kavisha, you were saying something that it was what? The impostor? No. I said parasite. Parasite, okay. I've been a bit mean to it. The house of cards, the self made of concepts, constructed of concepts, of conceptual image, made of ideas, made of memories of the past.

This is very, very subtle shift from believing that this is what I am into just being and not being something or the other. It's interesting, you were talking about boundaries before, and you know, people over the time used to say, oh, put your boundaries up, you know, if you don't want them to impact you. But really, why would you put a boundary up? Because it's you expressing what they're feeling at the same time, and that's, you know, we were talking about love before. The world, you know, in a way, I know it's playing out in the story, but everyone seems to be so separate from each other.

Why would we put a boundary up, you know? You know, because God... There's already enough boundaries. Yeah, there's already enough boundaries and if you can walk down the street and say, you know, like, you know, sometimes I say it but I've become less and less critical but, you know, you might walk down the street and think, oh, you know, why are they wearing that yellow dress with blue dots or something, I don't know. And you go, if you let go, you can just say, well, that's how they're expressing. So to me boundaries are something that's really, I know the world's playing its story, but if you look at it in the world, boundaries is really what's caused a lot of conflict in people.

So we've really just got to allow that heart and that energy of love just to flow through because then we can see love there and there and yeah, not, you know, not be separate and go into our own. Because when we're judging, we're really, you know, theoretically judging ourselves, if you look at it that way. So, yeah. I noticed how filtered I live my life As I taken things on and believed that this is a way of doing things or this is my story that story filters how I see my reality Everybody here is filtering in a different way. And so, through being more and more aware of the fact that I have filters, is allowing those to slowly drop away to see that, you know, that's why I don't feel what I really...

I don't feel reality as it is, or that conceptual cognizing awareness is filtered through the self and what it's picked up. So the more I'm aware of those filters, the more they actually just dissolve and drop away. Because I can see through those filters, which before they were just so strong that it was just like rock and not, you know, vapour. There's more peace that way. Life's got more peace when you're less judging. Judging is a thing as well. Yeah, yeah. There's more peace. I used to be a sessional teacher at the Victorian College of the Arts and I really hated grading the assignments. I was supposed to grade assignments and I passed everybody.

The only people I didn't pass were the people who didn't turn up. Which is fair enough because if they don't turn up, but even, you know, there were varieties in what was presented from the people who did turn up. But I just went, you know what, you came here, you gave it a go, you're a pass. It's like everyone gets a pass in life if you turn up. Yes, exactly. Oh, that is coming to me live. Maybe do that song again. Your request. What shall we do with the awakened sailor? What shall we do with the awakened sailor? What shall we do with the awakened sailor?

Aum, what are we going to do with them? Lineage terms and phrases used in this event include the following. Subtitles by the Amara.org community I Am That, Ramana Maharshi, I Am That, Ramana Maharshi, I Am. I Am That, Ramana Maharshi, I Am. I am a person who is not aware of the existence of the mind. I am a person who is not aware of the existence of the mind. I'm back to that thing about the showing up. Like there's something that wants to show up. There's something that is trying and it's trying to, it's coming from a place of good or love that's trying to improve itself.

Or it's not, you know, I can't find the words to it. You know what I mean? Otherwise it'd be dormant and not just lie in bed all day. There's something, there's a livingness that wants to be and it wants to keep going and express and find its way in some way. Okay Yeah And it does come to love Yeah And it like every different version of that is all okay Yeah, and that's amazing because, you know, the way you showed in the morning, how you're going to show up, the most, most, most difficult cow that ever I could imagine of. Yesterday we had a question from a first person who ever attended, who was following Bob's teachings 49 years ago, Lena.

So that's where the group really started, 49 years ago. She asked if we're going to go to Alzheimer's or anything yesterday and we couldn't. In three months Bob will have 65 years of sobriety, being a living example of not only being able to get from the most acute psychological suffering, suicidal suffering, but also live a life of being a shining example of freedom from suffering, of love, joy and showing up. He was showing up and he continuously shows up for nearly 49 years. He met Nisargadatta in March. So it was 76, wasn't it? Although some information I had was 75, so it would be 50, I don't know.

Memory is kind of... it's not exactly as we would expect it. Anyway, it's been a lifetime of showing up. Showing up for those who are ready and open to resonate. Just putting out that frequency of freedom, of clarity, of possibility, of that very subtle, as Adrin was saying, really subtle shift From believing to be a separate self to just being without any concept of what I am, who I am, where I am, do I am, nothing. Just plain space or field of being. It's so subtle because nothing else changes. The perception is just the same, the thinking patterns are just the same over time. As Tibor beautifully expressed, I loved how you said, you know, once you see the filters, That capacity of seeing is exactly that unfixated free attention which is sucked out of fueling the filters.

So the filters are weakened by that fact of observation. Filters are weakened and they don't survive. Eventually, one by one, those very, very strong fixed beliefs, they start breaking, crumbling. And then you are left in a space of just being where the story, no matter how beautiful, No matter how distressing, because distressing stories are always getting attention first. Oh, nobody loves me. Oh, I'm going to get cancer. Oh, I'm going to lose my job. Oh, what am I going to do? You know, those stories are always prioritized over the stories of how beautiful my life is, how grateful I am. But the less of the attention goes into that filter, the weaker the filter.

And eventually the filter either just become completely translucent or non-existent. Or even if it still plays out, it plays out in a way that you can literally laugh at it. You can laugh, you're walking, oh the woman with the yellow dress and blue squares, oh what an ugly dress. And ha ha ha, inside that free attention is, wow, that mechanical autopilot capacity for judgment is still arising. I am not judging. This is not mine. This is completely impersonal because there is no belief, literally zero belief going into it. That thought may even stop being noticed. Literally, I remember just because I have this natural affinity for whatever is perceived as beautiful, I will look at every beautiful dress, every beautiful makeup, every beautiful piece of flower and I will completely slide my eyes out of the ugly dresses.

I won't even see them because this is just such a hedonistic filter here. Today, I see much more and even if the judgment arises, judgment is not being attended to. The judgment is not being believed. And even if there is some sort of a judgment for a moment being attended to, then I'm just amazed, wow, that was really working up. I was pissed off with someone because allegedly someone did something. Of course, nothing ever happened. No one did anything. But in the dream, within the story, someone did something upsetting, really upsetting. The lioness just roaring the fire and still underneath that. Wow, this pattern is still so strong.

That's amazing. Not good or bad. Amazing because it isn't personal. It belongs to that interface. It belongs to that agency or the avatar which I am not. So why would I be bothered even... But as you say, of course, there is something

There is that life painting on that canvas and there is natural affinity for love. It doesn't want to paint the ugly psychopath. It does want to paint loving-kindness on it. That is a preference. If there is no suffering, if there is no sense of incompleteness, there is natural tendency to share loving-kindness. But again, all the patterns are available. This is the totality. And how wonderful, because if not for all the patterns, there would be no, if not for the polarity, there would be no experiencing and expressing.

So anger arising sometimes, welcome! Disappointment arising, oh my God, disappointment does arise, wow, I can see it and I can even note it down, like, wow, that was yummy, that was intense. It can even arise intensely. But because it is not mine, what does it matter? Let it be there and off it goes. Wise men say only fools rush in I am confident in falling in love with you. Shall all this day, would it be a sin? Cause I can't help falling in love with you. Not good luck, like a river flows slowly to our sea. Darling, how can't you see something we're meant to be?

I am a woman, I am a woman, I am a woman, I am a woman, I am a woman, I am a woman, I am a woman. Take my whole life to you, cause I need you in my head now. Fallen in love with you. I am now falling in love with you. Another one of those amazing songs that actually keeps falling in love with life itself, with that mysterious, magnificent, radiant, luminous essence. I have a pill for the pain. Yes, yes, I got you. You're going to entertain for a moment, I need to get off the camera. Okay, I'll just say, music does, it lifts the energy, it changes the energy of people.

It's so inspiring, and you know, you're singing because you're singing for love, and then That just comes, you know, ripples out to everyone, you know. Love, the love energy is really who we are. We all want to experience it all the time. How sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me I once was lost but now I'm found, was blind and now I see. Lineage terms, I Am Tthat, Ramana Maharshi, I Am Tthat, Veda, Vedanta, presence-awareness, Mahavakya. Lineage terms, I Am Tthat, Ramana Maharshi, I Am Tthat, Veda, Vedanta, presence-awareness, Mahavakya. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen. I Am the One who holds us by His grace and brings us home.

Amazing grace, how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me. I once was lost but now I'm found, Was blind but now I see. Was blind but now I see. I am a slave trader. slave-trader, inhumane sort of work if you like. And yeah, 1748, Newt was in a violent storm on the ship. So he basically went into, there was a massive storm that nearly sank the boat. He prayed to God for mercy and the ship made it safely through the storm. So he attributed his survival to God's grace and began his conversion to Christianity. But basically he saw that there was a grace available and when he arrived on deck he let all the slaves go.

And then he became an advocate for anti-slavery for years beyond that to move through that. But that's the... I think he wrote it. Yeah. Transformation Yes, victim thinking. That field or that grace or that love or that God is always right here. It shines out. It's the omnipresence. It shines out of everyone. It appears. It's omnipotence. It appears as the storm and as the calm. But it also has the capacity of loving care. And that loving care, if you really, you know, like why would life hurt itself? Yeah, it comes from love, it's not about like, you know, treating people like shit and killing people and treating, like that's the ego side, that's the show.

Also, we're judging ourselves, shitting on ourselves and we're either bad-mouthing ourselves or taking things that are harmful or self-willed. I mean even when we judging others as I said before we really hurting ourselves really are the ego because you believing in a story that really a lie Water No You said a lot more than I thought I would Thanks for that. It was good to be reminded of that story. Yeah. We might learn it a bit better, but it's like, yeah, that's the premise of it. He had that awakening, that grace, and he saw what he was doing was evil and he dropped it immediately.

You can just imagine his business partners going, what? What? Oh, it's just, yeah, amazing grace. It is by grace because, you know, how often in life do you push through or strive and everything and you just don't seem to get anywhere, whether it's seeking or building All, you know, conceptual things, it's really grace when you just let go and there it is. It's the non-grasping that allows for something new or beautiful to come through. That really is amazing grace. Beautiful. I'm in the recovery journey, whatever it's a story, it doesn't matter. Stories are okay too. But on the edge of some really deep suffering, a lot of significance in the me is fucking hell.

It helps. You are that. Turninging to something, prayer, from the earnest asking for help. It's heard. Because of that many experiences where stuff is being resolved and it hasn't been me doing it. Obviously, it's not me doing it. Sometimes people ask if there is any space for surrender. And well, if there is a space for the belief in a personal self, then well, surrender is really the only course of action. But again, once the surrender happens, you realize that there wasn't a self and there wasn't you that surrendered. But in the moment, it may actually feel like, and this is the moment of being on your knees and asking for help, and then in complete sense of humility, in being absolutely humbled out of that self-centeredness that arises.

And we have a couple of people, we had our community was really quiet today. And Joe says no thought, no story, no suffering. Oops, shite stuff. And, goodness, maybe there was some comments making it difficult for me on the Android phone. Julia, just judging others always self-belief projection in some sense. Gosh, I don't know if I can reach that conversation back again. And Julia says, yep, it isn't an expression of that thought. And Maggie says, honor yourself, bow to yourself, pray to yourself for God dwells in you as you. First heard this from Adams and now Robert Adamson, teacher, Nisargadatta. Although, go fair, I've never heard Bob mention God.

Please allow me some poetic license, no separation, all one without a second, love Magi. What about the note AIS, not eyes, not eyes. Julia says the other day I heard Bob say something about how stories lead to more stories with no end. Stories can be lovely, no story, no problem. I don't know if I can recover any more of those contributions Because unfortunately Android phones are really saying goodbye to Facebook. I think we couldn't stream on Android phone, only in short version, portrait version. Yeah, so if there were any other commentaries, please forgive me. Do you have iPhone? Could you reach other... Yes, I will find it.

Contributions? Yes, just see if anyone has commented because I only have few last comments and it might have been more. I was checking all the time but nothing was coming up. Do you want to give us some, Kamila? Sure Thank you What is it that makes us turn the page and begin again What is it that makes us weep and feel our pain? Invisible, indivisible, unspeakable aching in my heart. What a sword, what a chain, what a love's the candle we can't challenge. Lineage terms are the same as the previous one. The difference is that the two lines are the same. Invisible and invisible, unspeakable radiance we hold.

Unspeakable radiance we hold, Invisible and indivisible, Unspeakable radiance we hold. www.kavisha.com And we have... David says, it is grace, by the grace of Guru, by the grace of God, or just by the grace. That's it, yes, yes. All the grace manifesting as the Guru, as the God, as the... Yes, because again, back to nonduality, when we are talking about nonduality, it means that it's one, one without the other. There is not two, there is not you and I, there is not you and God, there is not two, really. It is that simple. Everything is that one essence, experiencing and expressing as everything, and appearing as everything.

And that is what you are, that is that one essence or one field is what you are. Everything is included. There was a question about judgment being a projection. Everything is projection. The whole dream is projected. This is the projector. The whole dream. Like Jacinta was saying also in the beginning that whatever is happening, you are creating it. Of course not you as individual self, separate from the field because such thing doesn't exist. But you as life, omnipresence, omnipotence, omniscience. It creates using the projector and it even created the interface that takes credit and says, no, this is I, me, separate self, I've done it.

Even that piece of mechanical software narrating and taking credit is also created by that one life, one essence. And the Nisargad Nisargad is the essence of the one essence, therefore it can recognize as that one life or one essence, as just merely a software. It's just a cloud on the sky and it doesn't have to be binding, it doesn't have to be believed in. And that we are. Not the pattern or the whole field including all the patterns. Everything that happens within the field of knowing belongs to the field of knowing. It's one with the field of knowing. You can't separate it from the field of knowing.

Just like you can't separate the seer from the seeing. So that's that really. Anyone have last words? You want to have last words? Word. Thank you.
