I am the one who is superior to you, no one who is inferior, no one who can teach you anything or tell you anything because you already are. You are already conscious and you are already aware. So you may not be fully realizing that that's it. I am a person who is not aware of the reality of the present moment. I am a person who is not aware of the reality of the present moment. Just an obscuration, they are just veil. So really everyone is already present and aware. If you want to call it awakening or you want to call it enlightenment, that is already for granted.

For granted is yours right from the birth of the body and even before that. So there is no one superior, there is no one inferior. If anyone resonates with the message, if anyone realizes that this is a case, we are assisting each other in sharing it in... Sorry, the other one. This way? Okay. Sorry, just one second. Now again, because I can see a couple of new names, I'm Katarina and Bob's wife and this is Sailor Bob. He's been pointing to that truth for about 48 years now. He came to the realization of it by meeting Nisargadatta Maharaj in India in 1976, 75, 76. And it really is very, very simple and very basic.

It really boils down to the realization of what is already and always has been present, but has been ignored. That's why it is called ignorance. We ignore the fact of our own existence because the perspective or the viewpoint is from the mind, the conceptualization or the faculty of the vision. The mind is the thinking capacity or interpreting capacity, which basically makes meaning or makes sense of everything that happens, narrates or comments on everything that happens. So things are happening naturally. That's just fresh water, darling, fresh water. Yeah, fresh water, fresh new water. I brought you half an hour ago. So the natural state or the natural awareness of presence is This is ignored because we are looking from the dividing capacity of thinking.

When we see, when we look how this dividing capacity has developed, we may see when the baby is born, it is born without any thoughts, without any ideas, without any capacity to The So now not only I know mama, papa, whatever and the toys, but I also know the I, the me. It creates the concept or image of itself in which it is an object in consciousness as well, but it actually understands itself as subjective, as subjectivity. So now, from then on, the identification builds up, more of the concepts is being added, that child is learning about itself and about the world, and it is all in the framework of the language, which by its nature is divisive.

Language is symbolic, is objective, it creates objects. So the programming of that young mind is coming about just inserting, installing a lot of images, a lot of objects, a lot of symbols. And naturally, when the objects are created, the subject also develops. And with the age, the child adds to itself the experiences, the events, the more and more of labels, and it creates the identity. And that identity evolves practically moment to moment. I am a person who is not aware of the reality of the world And the healthy self goes bananas and you feel inferior and insecure and vulnerable And then someone tells you a compliment and then again you feel oh yeah it not so bad life all right I okay So you can see how that program of existing as a separate entity having some sort of a image or mental concept about itself I am a person who is completely dependent on the environment, on the feedback from the environment, and on the mood, on thought, you know, because it is your self-esteem when you get up in a good mood and you have a good cold shower and a coffee.

That self-esteem may be different to the time when there is nothing in the fridge and the bills are unpaid. So it really is just a bundle of, it's almost like a, Bob beautifully calls it a conceptual image. It is really a costume. It is really a mask that you put on yourself and you believe yourself to be it. But when you were born, you didn't have it. It came with the conditioning. And now we have that character, the dream character that may have healthy or unhealthy All of this, is a combination of all the coping mechanisms and my have fears and desires and dreams and along the way the identification with the dream character developed and now this is who I am, this is I, this is me.

And I like this and I don't like that. And they did it wrong to me or the world is against me or whatever the story is, and that story is changing all the time and it also depends on environment. When I get a good job, the story may be positive. When I get a bad job or bad partner, the story will become negative. It is inseparable. That character and the self-esteem of the character and the influences that the environment has on the character are inseparable. They are completely interdependent. My self-esteem depends on my parents, on my upbringing, on my job, on everything, if I am identify as a person.

But again, it hasn't been like this. It only come on board through imitation because our parents are identified as people, our teachers are identified as people, our politicians, actors, everyone we love and admire and imitate and want to be like, Like, have that unfortunate conditioning or limitation that I am something or the other, I'm vulnerable, I can be destroyed, I have to watch out for my opinion, how they perceive me, or I have to deal with the difficulties, or I have to improve myself, or I have to gain skills. There is always the I in the center. There is always that self-obsession. This is my story.

This is my life. This is my dream. And I can get it wrong. And if I take the wrong decision, my life will be wasted. I waste my potential. Or I shouldn't have said that. I shouldn't have done that. What a burden. What a weight. I can get it all wrong. Oh my God. And now something, some suffering or curiosity or whatever the story is, draws you to the teachings which shows you that the idea of separate I inside that body-mind is a bogos. But there isn't such thing. There is no self that could get anything wrong. There is no I that has to work out the politics of my workplace There is no such entity there.

How could the separate entity even conceive of the idea of no-self? Well, this is where the whole conundrum lies. That it isn't an idea. We are not talking about the idea of no-self that we are going to believe or It's about the investigation, about looking what is the truth. It's not about, and this man has changed my life and I believe every word he says, but this is not about believing what somebody else says. Someone may say Buddha said there is no self or Jesus may say that I and the Father are one or whatever the other people say. It isn't about believing, it is about really verifying, investigating and seeing what is the truth for yourself.

Seeing if there really is or there isn't an I or a self. Is there anyone who is not good enough or inferior or anxious or who doesn't have it and needs to get it or improve itself? Let's see, let's look if there is anyone there. Because if that self can be found the whole picture changes dramatically So this is really a... No, Yvonne, you have to be mute, unfortunately, because of the echo. Yeah. So it is really about the direct investigation into what is the truth, Ameen. I am the one who can hear the sounds of those words. Where is that one located? And how big is that one?

How, what is the, what can you actually tell about it? If there is a self that is hearing, if there is a me that is hearing, where is that me? Who is that me? How big is that me? And if you can't even say how big it is, you can perhaps say how small it is. Or where is it not? You know, it is maybe here, but it is not out there, maybe it's not in Tasmania, whatever. So it is somewhere, but it's not anywhere. As you are describing whatever you believe yourself to be, it is plain and obvious that you are the knowing principle and not the object that is being described.

You cannot be an object in awareness. So if you're describing the me that is hearing, then obviously you are the knowing of it, not the me that is hearing. So is there, is there anyone? Or is just a hearing? Just the capacity for hearing? So just the same as the capacity for seeing, the capacity for knowing. There is a capacity for knowing, there is a field of knowing, a field of seeing. In that field of seeing or capacity of seeing, there is a narrative arising which divides it. This is me that sees and this is what I see. But without that dividing capacity, it's just one singular field of seeing.

And that's the direct experience. The direct experience that is seeing happening, hearing is happening, tasting, touching, smelling, thinking, that is happening. Now, on that field of happening, the idea comes, this is me and the other, this is me and what I think, this is me and what I see, this is me and what I hear. But those are just ideas, those divisions come only with thinking, without the thought. How could you possibly divide yourself from the environment without the thought or mental image? How could you distinguish your boundaries? How could you say where you begin and where you end? How could you say you are here and not there?

For all those things, you require the thinking capacity. So if you could just shift the thinking aside for one moment and experience the presence directly, there is a presence. There is awareness of presence, there is a being right here, right now. And nothing could be said about that without the thought. And when the thought comes, we are far away in the forest, because the thought will take us for the trip. The thought, the thinking capacity is the storytelling capacity. The thought generally is a brilliant capacity which basically takes you away from the present moment, from the presence-awareness into that incredible story of what is not happening.

Into the bigger picture of what is not present, what's not happening. So if I say I am a person, I am a woman, I am from this country, how is that experienced? I can't experience that. This is not a direct experience. This is the story. This is something that I was told by somebody else. Direct experience is of presence. And even translating that direct experience into a present sensation or the current breath is already too far. Experience is singular and is non-conceptual. So landing back or coming back to that direct experience of presence and finding or putting Findinging your heart finding home finding respite in that awareness of presence and seeing that this is the only thing this is the first thing and the only thing that really matters This is the reality Because it is known directly it is not belief It's not that someone tells you that you exist in the same way as you are Australian or Dutch or British and you have to believe it.

The awareness of presence or the existence of being, nobody can tell you this or the other way. Even if someone tells you you don't exist, the existence is there to even hear it. That awareness of existence is prior to any concepts. What you are is a story, but that you are is an experience. It is a direct experience, that you are. And this is what the old scriptures called the great mantra or Maha Vakya, that you are, or you are that, either way, that you are. The knowing, the awareness, the clarity, that you are. No one can deny the fact of existence that you are.

Everyone knows that you are, that you are, that you are, that I am. And this is really it. This is that simple. And if you actually get down to the bottom of things and the rest in that non-conceptual I Am Self-awareness in the heart, or the core, or the essence and you fully embrace the fact that you are, that you are. You exist, there is an existence, there is aliveness, there is radiance, there is that luminous brilliance of being happening right now. That's not a small thing. That's not nothing. That's a miracle. That's an unthinkable, incredibly radiant miracle of existence. There could have been nothing, but there is that presence of awareness, that being.

That's not nothing. That's not a small thing. And in the hearts of hearts, we know it. But then it gets obscured because the mind comes into a picture and it says, yeah, okay, but I can't objectify it. So it's not important. Come on, you know, there's money or there is a fame or name or prestige or desires or past lives or traumas or all those things as mental images are just so much more interesting and more attractive for that conceptualization So, from the perspective of dualistic mind, that luminous radiance of existence is taken for granted and is completely invisible. It doesn't matter. So now the story is being told that, oh yeah, awakening, oh, Buddhahood, enlightenment, that's this great supreme state of continuous orgasm that lasts forever.

And I'm superior to everyone and everything and the birds will come to my feet and sing songs and all that nonsense that gets translated. And from that perspective, that's not happening right now. That may only happen in the future. And I have to maybe sacrifice, go to the monastery and meditate for 20,000 hours or do some seva or pay a million dollars to some retreats or whatever. It's not now, maybe later, where I will be refined enough or elevated enough or some other time, because mind is time. The time is a concept, is imagination. Time cannot be experienced. So nonduality is about the direct experience of what is happening right here, right now, including the experience of thoughts.

But if you are grounded and rooted in the presence, the thoughts are harmless. They thoughts, mental images are harmless. They mental images. They are not the truth. When the thought comes and say, oh, I'm only poor miserable human being, the heart is laughing. Like, wow, what a good story. Who believes there is no one? It's just a story. So there is this seeming duality of the seeking mind that always wants what is not, that is It is identified as that separate poor miserable little me that doesn't have enough and is not enlightened and needs future to become something better and bigger, complete. And that story is happening in this present moment, in this present luminous awareness of being right now.

Recognizing that story, seeing it for what it is, seeing that capacity or that desire for completeness being just a conceptual nonsense really, seeking, comes from the assumption that there is an incompleteness, that there is a me that is not enough and it has to become, fix itself, become bigger and better. That is just a story happening in that open field of knowing, of being knowing, which is perfect and complete as it is. In that luminous existence, that awareness of presence, that moment right now, there is nothing wrong. Unless the thought arises and tells you otherwise, but if the thought is recognized for what it is, just the arising and passing thought, there still is nothing wrong.

So relaxing out of the thinking mind, of identification with the thinking mind, back to the natural state to which everyone was born, is a natural state, everyone was born into it. You are in the body of the mind, and you are in the body of the mind. It's just been overlooked because of that incredible distracting capacity of that fantastic entertaining system called mind. That incredible capacity to imagine called mind. So the whole introduction to nonduality and then the discussion about nonduality is to initially just introduce few pointers to resonate with and bring everything back to the basics. And now we usually do traditionally we do half an hour of the introduction and then we invite everyone to speak, to share, to tell us what's happening, what's really bringing that recognition forward.

Sometimes when you actually hear it spoken through yourself, you know, it's only and ever that same live speaking. It helps you, sometimes it inspires others. Even though ultimately there is no others, it's just life. It's life. It's life looking through everyone's eyes. It's life speaking through everyone. If there are doubts or questions, it is life playing the game of hide and seek. If there are reminders that are effective, that is life which is offering those reminders. So we invite everyone to either put that hand up button or to just unmute and contribute to the meetings because we can't again highlight enough. There is no one superior and no one inferior.

Everyone is equally aware of presence. Everyone's heart is beat, everyone's lungs are breathed by the same life. And the clarity may seemingly vary. It might be the obstruction by a belief or religion or conspiracy or whatever it is or doubt. But that's why we are here, like a group of friends who assist each other, bringing everything back home to the presence of awareness. And Yvonne says I had again no sound, sound of my mobile now. Okay, so strange. See Yvonne, Amin had the same thing with when he mutes he loses the sound, but I hope you can hear us now. Can you hear now? Yes, you can.

Okay. And Primali has the hand up. Would you like to unmute? Yes, thanks Kat. I am not sure whether I can explain it clearly, but can you remember I had this lot of questions about, I was praying and I was talking to you, why am I praying, if I have seen this, why is this happening, and it took a few days, a few weeks I think, to realize that I am praying. That it doesn't matter. Yes, a no not praying or whatever meditation, temple, energy healing, whatever doesn't matter. None of that changes. What, what's really happening? Like, it's, that's the pattern it goes the way it is.

It doesn't really matter. So it took me a few weeks and then There was this experience that like I very attached to my children so there then there this experience that this is just a very simple thing I just saying my son was not studying hard in my thoughts So I really I saw that my anxiety coming up and it was really hard And I thought, okay, this time I'm going to feel it 100%. And it was really, really hard. And the mind is making all these stories and thoughts and all of these scenarios. And then it is gone. Now the same thing happening, but I am free.

And then I found this book you gave me when I visited you, Beyond Mind. Yeah, we had a little discussion about this book with the girls here today. It's a lovely, lovely book. I'm reading it, I read it before, but this time it is like amazing, amazing. And I was thinking, how did Bob wrote this? It is like everything is in here. I don't know how you wrote this, Bob. You must be a genius to write this one. So thank you so much. You want to say something? How this book came about darling? It just comes about naturally as it must if you recognise your true nature.

As they tell us in the scriptures, are you this person? Are you this body? Are you this mind? And when you look at it, you realise you can't be the body. Close up to the mic. It can't be the body or the mind. You are that pure life or awareness which expresses through the body as the thought, as the idea, as the emotion. And investigate that a little bit further. Are you the thought? And you realize the thought, the thought itself cannot think. Can a thought think? You know, when you say I think, but is the thought thinking? You realize it's not the thought that's thinking, it's being translated into the thought I think.

And as soon as it's It's translated, who is the I that thinks? And it's translated this persona, this conceptual image. We've taken it to be because of our parents putting these words and labels on it, giving us the word you are little Billy or little Jane or whatever your name might be. Instead of realising you are the reality, the one essence The pattern, shapes and forms experiences and expresses it as everything. And isn't that the great mantra that they talk about? I am that. And what's that? And innately, you know that everything is already that because isn't that the chair you're sitting in or the room you're in?

Isn't that the space in the room? Isn't that? Can you postulate and think that there is anything outside of that space? There is an awareness of being, awareness of that space, and it's the space itself that is aware or knowing. So it's the space that is the absolute, it is the reality. Not the person that the pattern, shape and form has been taken to be so by the belief that we are this pattern, shape and form, this person, this entity. You're not that. That which you are is a non-conceptual, ever-fresh presence-awareness which you already know. If somebody asks you who you are, if you say I am Bill or Jane or whatever you've got going on the label that's been put upon you by your parents, your school, your nation, but if you ask it out, you say I am this presence-awareness.

And you know that, well it takes you prior to the thought, the concept. You are not this body. Am I this body? And you know you're not the body, you say, my body. Am I this mind? And you know again, I am not the mind. It's my mind. My body, my mind. Who is the me or what is the mind? Who is the me or what is the my? Me and my are two words, two labels. Are you a word? Well investigate the word. Is there any word that is the actual? You have found out the The word is not the thing. The word body is not your body.

The body is just a word, a label. It's the life expressing through that pattern you call the body you say it is. I am the body Well I am the body is just a conceptual image And when you look at that and see there is no conceptual image it is the reality The reality is life itself. The one life, the oneness, the one being. And have a look again. Am I not being right now? And you know immediately, you know, I am not being. I am that pattern, shape and form, which is taken as the being. But the being itself is just a pattern shape and form.

Now if you're not the body, you are not the mind, you are not the person. But you can't negate the I Am-ness. The I Am-ness is the sense of presence which knows that it is. You must be that Is-ness that is there right now presently. That presence is happening right now. And is there anyone who is not present right now? And you realize that wakefulness is in you, that life is in you right now. And to be able to know that, you must be awake or aware to say it. Again, it's pointing out that you are not the body, you are not the mind, you are the life itself.

And that's what Nisargadatta tells us. You are the life. And didn't Christ tell you that also? He said, I am the way, I am the truth, I am the life. Talking about that pattern he had as me, Jesus, taken with that sense of presence that expresses through the mind and translates into I am. I am the sense of presence or awareness of being. I am not unaware. I am aware. And that's all I can be is that pure awareness that is being, certainly not was-ing or will-be, it's being right there. And it's loving to be and it's knowing that. So no matter which way you put it, when you look into it, you realize you are that being.

You are that knowing and you are that loving to be. And you don't have to believe the concepts. That it's me, Bob, the person, that is doing the beingness. But you realize that me can't do anything at all. And if you investigate that, what's my next thought going to be? You realize the next thought comes up as the thought I am. Not that I am not or might be or will be, but I am already prior to the thought of the word, before it's died enough. I am that sense of presence, that amness, that isness. And the translation is fictional. And when I look at it again, I look into the word and see the word is the word, the real.

And you realize the word is not the actual. The word is only a concept, an image. I am this body, I am this mind, I am this person. But are you the body, are you the person, are you the mind? You realize you're not that body, you're not that person. You are that sense of being, that presence-awareness. Just this, nothing else. And in that, you get a sense of your true nature. Reality. That presence-awareness, the presence is knowing that you are. And that knowing implies a sensation, a feeling. There's a sensation of being there. I am that beingness. I am that knowingness. And I am that loving-to-be.

I am the Sat-Chit-Ananda, not the body, The mind of the person. I am that. And in the keep recognizing that and sitting with it, seeing and knowing the truth because the idea of a person, the concept is constantly transient, it's constantly changing. See that that body is not the same body you walked in the room with a half hour or so ago. Not the same thoughts or concepts you had about. They're all They all concepts in the mind concepts thoughts feelings emotion Can I negate the beingness? We'll investigate that. And you say you're not being because that's another way they put it. The sense of presence, being, knowing and loving to be.

Any one of you who is not being right now and you know, oh I'm being and I am knowing that being. And I love to be. I'm not dead right now, I wouldn't be able to say any word at all. So where does that leave you? As that, I am that, being, knowing and having to be. And the other concepts don't need to be put, to try and describe it as being something. It's just the pure beingness, the presence-awareness. There is awareness of being present, not of the past or the future, of being right here, right now. You are aware of that. Presence-awareness is not time-bound.

It's not I will be that, or I might be, or I should be. It's I am that presence-awareness. The recognition must come about that I already am that, and there is no becoming in that. So there's no practice that I can ever do or ever be to become something that I am already. I am that. Only that. And that is all there is. And didn't we say earlier that I am that is the great mantra, the great word? We'll have a look at that. You'll see that that's quite right too. Because isn't that a chair you're sitting in if you're sitting in a chair? Isn't that the space in a room that you're in if you're in a room?

Isn't that the pictures on the wall or the light or the other things that are in the room? Isn't everything around you that? Now it's appearing as these other things we label as chair, table, space, and everything appears as other, but reality is still only the one essence or the one light. And then again, looking at what Christ said, I am the way, I am the truth, I am the life. He's pointing out that that sense of presence, that I am-ness, is the way to go, follow along that path and see if that I am-ness is the truth. Is it the life of you, I am?

If you live a corpse, can you say I am? You can't. So you're pointing out that what you really are is that that existence, that consciousness, that's loving to be. That's what you've always been and always will be. You are not this body, you are not this mind. They are conceptual images of the period and we take on the shapes and forms, the words, They've come up as, taken them to be the reality. But the reality is that very life that you are, which you can't negate. Non-negatable, inexpressible. You don't have to do anything about what you already are, except relax into it and recognise And that is what I am.

And that is all that there is. And that is only the one essence. It's not me and that or this and that. It is only that which is appearing and expressing as me and that. Or is or is not or whatever. A pattern-champion forms us ways which it expresses and which we picked up along the way with the words. But are you a word? You look into the words that we've learnt and picked up along the way and see the words not the thing. Can you drink the word water? You can't. Can you swim in it or drown it, wash yourself? You can't. Do you realise the words not the thing?

And to realize also, without the word, I am no thing. And you realize also that the word appearing as a thing is not the reality. So that is what needs

It needs to be recognized and saying that you are that life, that essence, that beingness, that knowingness, that loving to be. And that is all that there is and that is all that you can ever be and always will be. And relax into it. As they say again, let it rest in its uncontrived singularity. It's only a singular one essence that's patterned shapes and forms and experiences everything. And you are that, you can be nothing other than that.

So be what you are, what you see and recognise and understand naturally and effortlessly. And see how life turns out for you then, see how it unfolds. But when we put the concepts and words on it, which are now labels that are dead, no life in them, and they soon disappear, we take on the words and appearances and get locked into the concepts. And the great perfection is non-conceptual awareness. It is awareness without any of these concepts. And are you unaware right now? And you realize immediately, no, I'm not unaware. So if you're not unaware, what must you be? You must be aware and you'll say, of course, that is all I can ever be, is that awareness.

I have that presence-awareness and that awareness is not in the future, not something in the future, it's something that's happening right now. And when I look in the concept of time and see that that's all that time is, it's past, present and future, three aspects of the one thing, always dividing and separating into other than the one. And that separation is not the reality. So know the truth, as I tell you again in the scriptures, know the truth and the truth The belief will set you free. And what is there free to be free from? From the belief, the belief you are this person. So all the manifestation is an erroneous belief, belief in the pattern, shape and form, which the pattern, shape and form is only an expression.

And you are not the expression. You are the reality. Keep going along those lines and you must settle down and relax into that presence-awareness of being. Not being this or being that, but pure being. Being everything and the no-thing, just as it is, right here, right now. That's the start, have a look along those lines. And Kat is hosting the meeting. She'll ask you to speak or if you've got any questions, put them out there. And look into it. Take on the search. Thank you so much, Bob. Thanks. Thank you. Thank you. Beautiful. So anyone would like to highlight something, anything? The way Bob presents the spiel is so uncompromisingly clear and simple.

Repetition only helps. Bringing it back to the picture, highlighting even a word or a sentence or a phrase. It just gives it more life, it just gives it more attention. So we invite people to just highlight whatever resonated. No repetition can. Every time it is new, it's fresh. Yes. It's no repetition. Yes. So in that freshness and newness of the spiel that Bob just gave, what did you hear? You can bring it up, what did you hear? Not necessarily repeated, put it in your own words. That's always just gives it even more life. Amin, hey! Hey everyone. Hey. Hi Kat. Thank you, Bob, so much.

It was not in words. It was just crying since your first words, Bob, until your last. I just wanted to witness this and say thank you. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you. And I see Dee, would you like to say something Dee? Yeah, thank you Kat, thank you Bob, hello. Hey. I just wanted to say that I was reading on your Facebook on Bob Facebook site The Pointings and you put something up a few hours ago about leaving things as they are They were Bob's words. Just see if I don't resist anything, leave it unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected, neither accepted or rejected, etc. That really resonated with me when I read that.

And, you know, it's funny how you're on this journey and things that you've read before or seen before, and then all of a sudden it's like, oh, I get it now. I get it. Yeah. And yeah, it makes sense. And it's how I'm living my life now. I'm trying to live my life now. It's hard to put this stuff in words, but I'm still in the body-mind. I just understand it on that level and the distinction between the awareness and the body-mind. I'm not sure if I'm saying this, but I think that the body-mind seems to always want to do something about something. Always wanting to fix that.

And if you don't take any notice of it, things just come up and they happen naturally anyway. That's what I'm finding. That you don't have to force anything. You know, I spent a lot of my life just, you know, trying to make things the way I think they should be kind of thing, and it gave me a lot of angst. And even, you know, when you're in the seeking mode, like, you know, that was a big frustration for me. Until, you know, I just came to this realization that I get it now, you know, and it's resonating more and more. It's like it's evolving more and more and it's just such a wonderful, I keep wanting to say journey, but I know it's just like here and now.

But, yeah, I'm really appreciative of that. And it was great to hear Bob. Thank you. Thank you. Beautiful. I only want to just read few things on the screen. Thank you, Bob. It is from Colleen and from Jens. Thank you, Bob, as always. And Helen says, great to hear you speak live. And Yvonne says, thank you, Bob. Thank you for putting in so much effort and time. Great spiel today, Bob. I am nothing and everything. Got to head off and see you again. Love you, Josh. And Marley says that was so beautiful and profound, Bob. Thank you so much. And Jenny has the hand up.

Would you like to unmute? Yes, then I'm going to take the hand down. Hey, I want to begin with us, just happy to be here and I second everything that has been written. I'm so happy that we are here. I'm so happy that you are here and taking on the effort and holding it all together, Kat and Bob, that you are sitting here sharing your wisdom again and again and again and what what really what what I heard today was always here always now that cannot be highlighted too much because that is something that I think every person every human being even if If we're totally stuck in the ego, we can begin there by realizing that we cannot be anywhere else than here.

And it cannot be anything else than now. However much our mind and our head is trying to fabricate something, that's something that we can really be certain of. That there is here and now, that's the only thing that we can really be sure of. And that to me is like, such a relief, you know, somehow. And another thing that I've been really aware of the last couple of days that has been in my awareness is that Everything that I'm looking for is always here. You know that if we, let's say that we make effort to sit down and find silence. We think that we have to sit down and find silence, but I mean it is in the silence that everything occurs, all the noise.

The silence is first. Like all the stuff is first. The things occupied a space first. And just the gratitude of these things being so that have become so natural having been so natural and to be able to like you shared in your Spielkat that the thoughts when they come to be able to just say okay that interesting blah blah The crap that's been narrated right now. Well, that's interesting, but it's just a narration and not to get drawn in, not to be. I want to use not to be seduced anymore by the thinking mind, you know, it's not being lured into it all the time.

I don't want to say anymore at all, of course, we all get lured into it from time to time, but that that's not the main theme anymore. I'm so grateful for that. I feel very blessed and happy to be here. Thank you so much. That's what I wanted to share today. Thank you. Thank you for being here and never enough of highlighting that. What a beautiful, what a degree of freedom not to put the priority on that narrative anymore, not to be lured. Occasionally, yes, the attention may be going there, but it isn't the center of the universe, The me, the I, the story of the poor miserable, it isn't.

The life is the stage and the me is just one of the characters. It may take stage for a moment, but it isn't really. And it's not a hero of a story anymore. The story is much greater than just that little self obsession. It's just nothing more freeing, respite. And I see there was Isabel, she's on mute and Sol has the hand up. Isabel, hey. Hello, hello, Bob. Yes, I have the same as Ami. The life gives such sweet, lovely tears. My heart was so fulfilled to hear Bob and to see you and Kat. And yeah, I cannot say enough, so much gratitude to you.

It's boring, maybe, but you cannot imagine how nice and great it is to hear you, to speak life through you with all that. Yeah, so, so, so, so thankful for that. And what I really like when Bob is speaking about the mirror, you see in the mirror, you cannot take any image, like you cannot take any grasp mind, not thoughts, you cannot grasp anything. But then what's always popping up at me valley is coming up the last... I go not back to time, but I stay now, now here. But when Bob say, everything is spontaneously, everything is spontaneously. There is no time, there is no bondage, there is no...

Yeah, spontaneously is a gift and we can only see what is. And that what is, that is the gift and that's such a great word, spontaneously because there is nothing that we cannot will, there's nothing that we want to will. Spontaneously is holy, it's the dance of life like Bob mentioned always. The dance of life is, it's the magic and that's the big thing that expressing through this dance. Thank you for that. Thank you, Bob. And I blow you a kiss. I blow you a kiss. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. That's beautiful. And we have Sol has the hand up and I see Ken is on mute.

So you go first, Sol, would you like to unmute? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, thanks so much, Bob. I really, really resonated with what you were saying tonight. And it's interesting. It's interesting how the words land differently at different times and tonight I just really, what really hit me was that there's no practice you can do to be what you already are. It's so simple. I noticed myself this past few days really getting caught up in the mind and this thing of trying to fix stuff fix people fix myself. And it was all this kind of illusion of not enoughness, you know, and this awareness is already whole and complete.

It doesn't need anything to be added to it And I also heard someone else, I can't remember who said it, but it was something about that from that everything naturally comes. So it's just that relaxing into that awareness and then allowing just life to unfold spontaneously. I feel very grateful to be here and to hear your beautiful words and the energy of the words as well. That's what really came true tonight for me. I just really felt the... At first, as I was listening, I kind of wasn't even... It was like I wasn't even listening. It was like I was a cat. It's like I didn't even understand the words, Thank you.

Thank you. Beautiful. And Ken, would you like to say something? Good day all mate. How are you? How are you? Ken is asking how are you? Good. Good to see the big smile on your face. Changed a little bit over the years but it's uh the being is the same Bob and thank you Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be with that again. You know, life goes on and the mind goes on and all that stuff. But I just wanted to share with you, I remember you used to talk about that all-knowing, that being, that intuitive intelligence that I am and how that has grown.

I'm very grateful to you for that. That becomes very much my go-to now, my all-knowing, my all-intelligence, that's within me. And, you know, certainly makes life just open up, I suppose is the word for it. It opens up and becomes a whole different thing when I'm not putting labels on things and I'm not identifying separation. I am a member of the National Association of the Indigenous People of the United States. I am a member of the National Association of the Indigenous People of the United States. It's a long time ago, isn't it? It sure does, Bob, but you know, it is what it is. And, you know, I'm still being and you're still being.

So that's a great thing. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you, buddy. Thank you. And Jenny says here on the screen, beautiful highlights, Isabel, spontaneously, the dance of life. And I really like, and Yvonne and Mare is second to it, I really like, Ken, what you say, the intuitive intelligence. What a nice way to put it, the intuitive intelligence, it kind of brings it all home. And Jenny, I see you're on mute. Yeah, I'm on mute again because you're sharing, Ken. Ah, really, oh fuck. Anyhow, it moves me really deeply because I'm one of the latecomers. I found Bob just less than a year ago. But the first time I read the pointer, something hit me so deeply and I felt at home.

And now you share how he saved you 34 years ago. And I just wanna honor, I mean, all the people, all the human beings walking around filled with illusions that you have helped see through the shit, Bob. I just wanna highlight that. What an amazing legacy to have helped so many people over so many fucking decades to see through the crap in their mind, to find some peace. And you know, to, like you said, to realize that this surface changes from day one, from when we enter, when we get, we have a two-way ticket, a return ticket in this body. So, I mean, in this return ticket, the essence, the being is the same from when we enter this life, right, until we check out this life, right?

And this is how you put it, Bob, how you can, I mean, fuck, I'm just in awe and deep, deep, deep gratitude. And then I want to curse and be so bloody unknown spiritual as it just can be because

That's really where the rubber hits the road and where it becomes real, you know. So, yes, so deep, deep gratitude. Can you kiss him from me too, Kat, please? Oh, lovely, thank you. Yes, and, oh, beautiful, yes, oh, that's my darling. Oh my God, Ivon says, I cannot speak, very grateful. Thanks, Jenny, for expressing. Yes, it is, oh my gosh, it's even, it's impossible to even estimate how many beings life expressing through this one touched.

Impossible to even estimate. There are thousands of people that came through this room. Some of them Bob was telling me, you know, would show up 30 years ago and disappear. And 20 years later they would come again because some seed that was sown back then started sprouting. They didn't know what that was said back then or they considered it intellectual because that was the only way they could hear it back then. But something has ripened and they came back for more and then they were ready to receive the lot, I Am That, Ramana Maharshi, I Nchagiri, Dzogchen, Veda, Vedanta, presence-awareness, Mahavakya. I am very well received by Westerners, but for many people, Bob was the one who brought him down to the basics, who made him accessible, who took away all the embellishments and bring the message home in a way that is so simple and so direct and so uncompromising and so little room for any misunderstanding, misconception or misinterpretation.

And the truth that is hammering you down just right between your eyes like shit, yeah, right. So, yeah, it is a true gift and thank you. You're welcome. Anyone else would like to say something, add something, ask something? Bob is pure love says Colin. Yes. Hi Stephen. Yeah, I'll try something. Yes. Well first of all Bob, I really, I've been coming about a year just like Jenny maybe a bit longer, I'm not sure, but I've been at this for years and I've heard all sorts of stories and it's all been wrapped up very mythologically and made to be all very strange you get people saying I am that socket over there you know and things that you think well I'm not so what I think is great about this the way you present it Bob is it's so down to earth the basics you know coming back to this present awareness and the other thing I think is really And the other thing that's really great is encouraging other people to share their experience because you get so many different things that work for other people.

And I picked up things from Tazi saying, you know, there's nothing wrong anymore. That was a few weeks ago. And then Andrew the other day saying, you know, because I got a problem with, I keep thinking of me as the witness. I am observing all these things coming and going. So I still think there's a me witnessing it. Andrew said, no, there is just witnessing. That sort of hit home as well. So I think allowing all these other people to speak and we share and who knows what somebody is going to pick up from somebody else. You know, as you say, we're all the same essence.

We're all the same thing. I think that's really great. Sometimes there is this sense that I cannot possibly be anything that's seen to come and go. Any object has to be just this awareness. So even when I come back to what's wrong with right now if I don't think about it, And there's a tendency of a little bit of the mind going, but what am I looking for? You know? They don't look for anything. I don't need to look for anything. There is no need. There's just what's going on right now. Same with like if I mentioned the other day, hearing a bird sing or something, there's a natural tendency of the mind to think, I heard that.

There's no need for that. There's no need for me to go, I heard that. There's no need. That's just an extra experience added on top. There's just hearing. And that's so freeing when that's glimpsed. Now, the other thing is, seeing things like a witness did help has helped a lot because you can sort of distance yourself a bit like stoicism I suppose But it's not the, you know, something else that needs to be seen through as well. But again, there's no practice that can do it apart from this gentle inquiry and listening to other people and getting all these pointers. Certainly can't be done with the mind and just resting back into it and that seems to be helping anyway.

So thanks, Bob, I'm very, very grateful and I'm very grateful to you, Kat, as well, and everybody in the community. It was really great. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And we have Tazi on mute and Amin has the hand up. So, Tazi, would you like to start and Amin is next? Yeah, I just wanted to comment a bit on Pramali's question to Bob, how did you write the book? Bob has been saying for many, many years, I'm not speaking to anybody, I'm not speaking to any mind, I'm speaking to I Am that I Am. And that's what's happening. The I Am consciousness is speaking to the I Am consciousness.

That's the resonation. If it was the persona speaking to a persona, there would be no resonation. And there's only one I Am. And that I Am, which is speaking to itself, is creating its own resonation and creating its own understanding and its own revelation within itself. There's not actually a person that's seeking. The consciousness itself is seeking to understand itself and discover its origin. Well put. So the wisdom... Sorry, Bob. I said well put. Well put, Kiba. So the wisdom that we attribute to the body, mind, Bob, is actually your own wisdom, your own self, your own consciousness. It's not separate from your being, your own being, that I am that you are, is speaking to that I am that you are.

So, yeah, act on the pointer, act on the pointer, relax into that I am. Or dissolve into that I Am or whatever way you want to put it. The point is to focus and be that I Am to the exclusion of all else. And all the wisdom and understanding you're seeking is already there waiting to express itself. So, yeah, great appreciation to Bob and Kat for all they've done for so many people over the years, including the Tassie entity. Thank you, Tassie, for being one of them. Thank you. Amin, would you like to say something? Yes, just to acknowledge that sometimes Jane says the mind is seducive and I like to hear that.

And just acknowledging that here is kind of, it's not a seduce, it's his strategy here, the mind strategy is not, and that's what I saw today, is not seducing, is locking. And it was just like hearing you, Bob, it was just like receiving keys to unlock, to unlock, yeah, something, to unlock, I don't know. So, yeah, just acknowledging that, I just wanted to share that. Thank you. Thank you. Anyone else would like to add something or highlight something or ask question? And it's nothing new under the sun, so if there is something that you feel that has already been said, doesn't matter. It's fresh and new in the moment.

Tazi, I see you are on mute. Would you like to add something or you just forgot to mute? Yes when I met Bob many many years ago one of the things that he said that really resonated and really helped resolve everything here for Tassie he asked me you know do you know that you are And I said yes yes yes I know that I am And he said that it That it He didn say anything else That all he said That it And I remember flying back into state After that meeting and feeling that resonation and realizing yes that is it that's it that's all that is beyond any doubt beyond any confusion I know that I am it's really the only thing I know for sure it's beyond doubt on any confusion And that became my rock that I, whenever there were deaths or confusion, return to that sense of presence, knowing that I am.

And let the sands of the mind just blow over it, blow by it, and just hang on to that immutable, unchanging sense of presence. That's really the root understanding and the root pointer that Bob gives to everyone. So grab hold of it, hang on to it. It is what you are. And that will reveal everything you want to know. Yeah, beautiful. That's what Nisargadatta was saying, stay with the I am, stay with the sense of presence, the awareness of existence, with that you are. And of course, there's no one who can stay with it, it's just an invitation to resonate with the pointer and just awareness naturally following that resonation will just dwell There, in that present moment, in that awareness of presence, that existence.

Because yes, that's it. The rest is passing phenomena. The rest is maya, illusion, something that comes and goes, different states, different experiences, different moods, different thoughts, different situations, different relationships. That is all just a dream, casted on that screen of ever-present, ever-fresh existence, pure awareness, knowing. So of course it is really about always about returning back to what really matters. And if you find any sense of heartfelt recognition that that really is what matters, that makes it much, much easier. Because trying to be convinced through the logic of the mind that this what is prior to the mind is more important than what is, you know, that kind of, yeah, it might initially help kind of quieten the thinking.

There is no need to be convinced. There is no need to get it logically explained. Because the idea of self that needs to get something, understand something or become someone is bogus. It's a dream. The freedom is the freedom from believing to be associated or identified as it. The only freedom there is, is the freedom from the illusion of self. Not from the self because there isn't such a thing, it's from the illusion of being separate. So I think that was all self-talk, as Ivan says here on the screen. Yes, one can call life self, so then there is no separate self, but there is only one self.

And if there is only one, it doesn't matter what you call it. And Conor, hey, would you like to unmute? Hey, I just wanted to say love you both. Love you, Conor. Thank you. And lots of love to everyone. Thank you everyone. Thank you for being here and doing that investigation. It's a pure joy to just put the heart of attention where it belongs, to the source of it all. And I saw Nierguna on mute for a moment. Do you want to say something or was it by mistake? I had a question actually, but it is not so actual now, about attachment. Because there is recognizing, there is understanding, but the sensations come up and it's overwhelmed and the attention goes to the objects again.

I understand this is an energy this is an energy this is life itself and nobody understands there nobody here it only energy only awareness Maybe Bob or maybe can you say something about attachment, attachment to sensations, to this form? Oh sorry. Darling? No, I think, yeah. Attention. Attachment to the form, attachment to this form. Attachment, fixating, that's fixating on something. I Am, I Am. As they keep telling you in the scripture, detach, let it be, unfixated. The great perfection is unfixated awareness. If you're not fixated on it, you're not attaching it to it, and it's free to move on. Or if there's any attachment to it or fixation, trying to keep it there, well, who's trying to keep it there?

I believe that entity thinks it's running the show, thinks it can keep it there and do something about it, but it can't. Detach, let it be in its uncontrived singularity. If you're not contriving any concept about it, you're detaching from it. Detaching from it is leaving it as it is. As it is means unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected. See how that works. And you'll find it does work. If you're leaving things as they are, they've lost their hold on you and the belief that there's something that needs to be fixated on and attached to and kept there. Let it rest in its uncontrived singularity. Thank you and love you both.

Love you. And now we have five, six minutes of our time. So Marlis, would you like to unmute and be brief? Hi everyone. I won't be long. Today's introduction and also Bob's PLA, which is so amazing. And just really, really hit me right in the heart. And I would love to actually listen to it again. And I was just wondering, because I know you actually recording the meetings. Is there a way of getting hold of it? It is. We actually encourage people. We should probably say it on the beginning. We encourage people to record on their own devices because it is a way. It is a way.

I can send you an audio recording because it takes, you know, I have to download it from the cloud, then I have to convert it and then I have to put it on Dropbox and send you a link. I can upload it on YouTube as well, but that all takes some of the, you know, some of the machinations around it. I can do that, but in the future, if there is something that you would like to keep, it's probably just easiest way to just ask for the permission to record. We always give that permission, but I'll send you the link to an audio file. Yeah, you know, tonight was...

Okay, so I guess Marlis, you froze and your internet got scrambled, but yeah, we'll work it out. I've got big internet problems, I just keep being knocked out. Okay, I will... Thanks very much, guys, as well. Yes, and thank you everyone, and have a wonderful day, and we're going to be here in a couple of days, hopefully. And, Janice, if you send that audio file cut, could you send it to me too, please? Look, I usually have it, you know, if there is more than one or two people Thank you Kat, thank you Bob. Bye bye.
