We are going live now and we have Navi, Paula, Anyfayman, Brendan, Nick, Sheila, Michael, Chris, Hayman, Joseph, Kyle, Julia, Lachie, Gail, Linda, Ross, Anita, Tibor, Adrian, Ben, Dean, Mitra, and we have the same. Hi. Hi. Well, same old. Same old. Well, we point out nonduality. One without a second. Only that. And point towards and recognise that that is all there is. One essence. Vibrating, patterning, shaping, expressing, experiencing as this manifestation or this world or cosmos or whatever labels you like to... You see, it's all words, all labels. And it's the one essence, the one expression of that. But we've taken on the belief that we are these separate entities, these persons, these individuals.
And because of that sense of separation and division, there's fear, there's anxiety, there's stress, there's guilt, shame, remorse, all these psychological problems are happening to the believed in me, the entity we take ourselves to be. And we've lost sight or we never even noticed that it is all the one essence of patterns, shapes and forms and experiences of everything. And there's only that. And you've read that in what the ancient texts tell you, that is all there is. I am that. And we don't realise that. But we know when you look at it, that's the chair you're sitting in, that's the room the chair's in, that's the space in the room, that's the tree, that's the flower, that's the planets of stars.
Everything is that. Which we put words on and differentiate it and divide it. Divide the indivisible. But it's always been even. It's always been equal. And no matter how the display seems to appear, it's not as it appears to be. And that's the definition of phenomena. The definition of phenomena is that which appears to be. And they call it a phenomenal manifestation. And this whole manifestation is made up of phenomena, all appearance. It's there in all the things. How many of us take notice of that? We're so invested in this believed in entity, this person. I am Bob the Australian. I'm a good fella or not so good.
People like me or people don't like me. All the concepts that go on with that. And the activities going on and the belief that I have some power and independent nature and do what others can't do and all the rest of it. And I got in a lot of trouble with that. And got tangled up in beliefs of things and things affecting me like drugs and things. I didn't take drugs but I got into the booze and that took over. And all the concepts that went with that. So I became this poor, miserable separate entity, this individual, this person. But fortunate enough, it turned me around.
And I started to look the other way. Look away from what appeared to be and seemed to be real into the direct intelligence, energy, the direct reality, the fact of being. And realise that I couldn't negate this beingness. I had the concept that I was a human being. And all around me were human beings. And all sorts of other beings. There was being a flower, beingness. All different labels, concepts, all on the words. And then it was pointed out that the words, not the real. And all these words and labels we put on are what divides us. If what they're saying is true, there's only one without anything else, one without a second, not two.
It must mean it is absolutely that. Absolute. And look at that word. What does that mean? It means there's nothing can be added to it, nothing taken away from it. Everything is already that and only that. Absolutely. And investigating that a little bit further, recognise if I am absolute, there is nothing superior, nothing inferior. And what would I want from anybody else. It's all there. It's all available. Available. And was being ignored. Because the sense of separation, this person was always acquiring something. Always wanting, needing, feeling. And all sorts of concepts going on. And needed to be made whole. And there were a lot of religious teachings out there that talked about a higher power or a greater power.
A superior being. And then I had to go find this superior being. God, at the term. Believe there was something up there. If I prayed to him, sought him, sought him out and touched him. That would fix all my troubles. Then and again, looking into what they pointed out, they said that it is absolutely that. If there is a, they like to call it God or whatever, it's still the one essence. It's still only the one. It's not two. And that's hard to believe when you look around. You'll see all the separate people, separate trees, flowers, stars, planets. All the sense of separation. But each and every one is all the content of space.
Space is no thing. And they call it space-like awareness. They call it awareness. They call it awareness. It's like space. Space is no thing. Can't find a beginning to it. An end for it. No shape, pattern or form. No centre, no circumference, no boundaries. It is no thing. And all this manifestation are the content of space. Space is no thing. Can the content be something? Though it appears to be something, it cannot be anything at all. It is absolutely that. And awareness. We need to hear this awareness. And you realise you're not unaware. You are aware right now. What is awareness? People try and grab that.
It's just another term, another label. We think it's this, we think it's that. But they call it space-like awareness. Well there's your answer. It's the same as space. You can't, nobody's ever grasped that awareness. They know you know it as the word or the concept. But you know you're not unaware. There's a knowing in that immediately. Anyone in this room can say, I am unaware right now. You can't, why? Because you know this thing, whatever it might be, we call awareness, which is no thing. You can't give it any shape or form. You can't negate it. But we ignore it. We ignore things and reasoning that appear on it like everything else appears on it.
Words, concepts, ideas and all of that. All pattern, shapes and forms are appearing in this space-like awareness. So awareness and space are one and the same thing actually. And can you think of anything that could be outside of space? It would have to be in something, wouldn't it? You can't postulate or think of anything at all that can be outside of space. So what's the point of looking if I recognise that? I've been looking for years to try and find something, become something, change and do all things instead of settling in what is right now. The fact of being, the presence, awareness. And being is not becoming.
It's pointless trying to become something when you move out of being to become something. But realise that I can't say I am not. But I've got this label human being. I think I'm this human form. But haven't we got different names for all the different patent shapes and things? We're so-called human beings, these people. Trees, another thing. There's not, you know, the trees, there's stars, there's planets. There's all these many different things with different labels that take the whole group and into all different certain patterns. Trees, flowers, birds, bees, you and me and everything like that. Divide it all with a word. But not saying it's all the one thing that can express as anything and everything.
And it does. And we divide it up with, there's good, there's bad, there's pleasant, there's faithful, there's you, there's me, this, that and the other because we learnt words. And Shakespeare tells you, the word is not the reality. There's nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so. And I'm not the right- because I know the man I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man, I can't be a man attached to the air you're breathing now?
Can you escape from that? Can you accept from the body temperature, the fire? Don't drink water, you wouldn't last too long? Can't get away from those elements. And neither can any other thing in this manifestation. There's nothing that can stand on its own. And there's nothing that's outside of space. And that's what the ancient teachings, those that really knew and understood it, is all the one. And in the searching or trying to become something other than what you are, it's a futility. But fortunately enough, some of us are not content to go into those other concepts. They realise, like you people sitting there, there's more to it than this.
And they come looking for something else. And in the search, they find it as those in their so-called ancient times too. And in finding it and recognising it, they're able to pass it on. And so it keeps going. And that's what I need to investigate. Am I this person? Am I this body? And I realise I'm not the body. Am I this mind? And I realise mind, like body, is just another word, just another label. And there's no such thing as mind apart from thought or word. And how many words was I born with? I realise I wasn't born with any words at all. Yet it was two years, round about that, one or two years, before I learnt words.
So wouldn't that mean that I must be prior to the word? I was before the word. And then things like the Bible tells you in the beginning was the word. That's when it all begins. Well, it didn't begin for me until I learnt words either. Though the livingness was there. And the word was with God. They put this word, label, we've got labels for all these different words, we've put the word God on them. And all things were made by him, by the word. And that's a fact. All the things around you, you've got labels or words for. Taken to be real. There was nothing made that wasn't made without the word without the word.
And so it goes on. And looking at the word and seeing what's the word. Break it down, it's just a vibration, a sound, a vibration. The vibration is just a movement of energy. Just like the breathing, the heart beating, the thinking, all the movement and activity are movements of that intelligence energy or life force, if you like to put it in. We put different labels or different words on these things and get lost in the word with it. Instead of saying, as they say, there's only one self. We've got all these ideas that I am separate self. But as they tell you, it's all Atman, the one self.
Not a personal self. Absolute self. And that's what I am. Self shining, self seeing, self feeling, ever fresh presence awareness. Only this. And you and everybody else can say the same. It's a matter of, you can say it, but it recognise and realise that it's so. And live from that point of view rather than from this idea that this person has got to become something that needs to do this and do that. Though the doing this and doing that, the expressions will happen. The events will happen. The seeming body will do what bodies are supposed to do. Just the same as the seeming tree does what trees and flowers are supposed to do and birds and bees.
They're doing what the life is expressing through them. Enabled them to be. But when to take delivery of it, it's me that's doing it. It's me that's doing it. And lose sight of its absoluteness. And separates it in the sense of separation. It brings insecurity, vulnerability, vulnerability, isolation. And when I was locked into it, I was very much alone. Very much alone. The world was against me and I was against the world. Cook it on everybody and everything in it. And didn't get too far. But fortunately, in the recognising, hearing it and resonating it and seeing it as it is, it brings about the change.
The fear, the anxiety, the stress, the guilt, the shame, the jealousy, the envy, all these concepts, sensations, which we put words or labels on. When I put the feeling or the label on the feeling or the sensation, seeing it as it is, like every other pattern in this manifestation, it will change. But we put the sensation of fear and then we've got the concept of what fear is and enlarge it. Enlarge it and it grows bigger and bigger and overwhelms us. Unhappiness, depression, guilt, all these psychological labels we put on the sensations. Thought, feeling and emotion. That's how it's functioning. First there's a subtle thought, a vibration.
Which we call thinking. Sound, a word, a vibration. Then it'll come the sensation. The sensation will be kept there a little bit longer. It'll become the feeling. And when the feeling is there, it becomes emotion. Emotion. Energy in motion. And when that energy is working and you're angry or you feel, you know what it's all about then. And it's very pronounced, taken over. It can upset the whole body, the functioning of this body. It stirs it up. And the peace, they call the basic peace, which they say, the peace that passes all understanding. It's not a conceptual image of peace. It's a peace that's spontaneously and effortlessly and naturally there.
It doesn't need the mind to form it or shape it. But the mind can, it can be recognised. Because it's overwhelming to be at peace, quiet and joyous. You've had taste of it all your life. But only very briefly. What happens to recognise it more? Recognise that it is the basic essence. And if I'm not conceptualising it and over-carding it with thoughts, feelings and emotions, emotions, it's going to be there in its naturalness and effortlessly. And amazing enough it is so. And other things can still go on. They can't get the same hold as what they did before. And so life is much better from that point of view.
And the thing here is it's well worth it. If it wasn't worth it, it would be like it was before. I'd be still doing the other. And I wouldn't be here. But I'd been dead long ago. But in that, recognising in this, I've had over 60 years of spontaneous living. Extension of life. And that's not going to last forever and it won't. That's natural enough. But where's it going to go? Going to go exactly where it came from. How did I come about? I came out of space. From the parents who came out of space. And their parents before them came out of space. And space formed this pattern, shape and form.
And where does it go? Well, if space is all there is, where can it go? Where is it anywhere that it could go except back into space? Space is no thing. And something cannot come from no thing. So all the concepts we put on, the heaven and hell and all the rest of it. Hell's another place. That'd have to be in space too, wouldn't it? What's the difference? So, recognise there's nowhere to come, nothing to go. But you can relax into being. And the being is not becoming. Being is something that's happening right now. Like thinking, seeing, tasting, touching, smelling, feeling. The I-N-G that something's happening in the moment.
But the thought comes up and I say, I think. Instead of the think now, I've claimed the think. I think. I've become the thinker. This conceptual image that can't think. The thought has come up upon it. But it claims it. It has the capacity of reasoning. They've developed it to reason and recoginize. I see. I feel. I taste. I touch. I smell. So, separating the inseparable. Making the evenness uneven. Isolating and dividing with the words. And the words not the thing. Why continue to do it? And, recognising that. I don't bother doing it much anymore. There's more silence here now than what there was thinking.
And the other way, there wasn't hardly any silence. And that's why it becomes so overwhelming. Because we're not used to recognize that when the breathing ends, there's a brief pause there. But there's no breathing before it comes in there. No thought. Because the thought comes in with the breath. And goes out with it. And as Shakespeare told you that, people have looked at it. Nothing either good or bad, but thinking likes it so. So, there it is. The division, the separation from the absolute. Is in the good and the bad. The pleasant and painful. And when you look at the way you think, and the words we've learnt.
Instead of lessening the thinking by lessening the words, we learn more and more words. And divide it in there. How many more different psychological traumatic patterns are happening now. And the different labels they put on them to what they were a few years ago. And when we take these words to be real and all these scientific things and I'm this, I'm that, and something else, and something, all added on to this conceptual image. But I've never been anything other than that. That. That is all there is. And they know. I am that. And isn't that so? The that, all the words, and everything the words convey, and the non-words, is all that.
That's the chair, that's the carpet, that's the tree, that's the flower, that's the bird, that's the bee. That's you, that's me. And then that discrimination again, we take it to be something separate. And brings about the fear and the anxiety of the strips. To live and recognise the simplicity and actuality of being, to me, it is necessary. And that's what we try to point out here. And it can be picked up quite easily because quite a few of you are recognised. And are living from it now. Where before, like I was, you didn't know anything about it. Before you didn't know anything about it, did.
But you can tell me it's changed. There's a change come about. And, but millions of people are still locked into the belief that they are these persons. And that might come about that's more of a change. It might come about that they might. But whether they believe it or not, or know it or not, it's still only that. So it really doesn't matter. And see that. They call it spirit. God or spirit. And the opposite of spirit is matter. Spirit is the essence. Like the scent of a smell. And the matter is when it solidifies. Become solid. And you know that in your language when you say it doesn't matter.
Somebody says, can I do this? Or you did that, I did that to you. And you're not concerned with it. It doesn't matter. What have you done? You haven't let it solidify. So you couldn't care less. The same thing when it doesn't mind. I don't mind. When you do mind, and somebody says something in your mind, you take it up, you're up in arms, you're angry, you're fearful. If you say, I don't mind, you couldn't care less. You understand now when Shakespeare says nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes us so, you realise that how these concepts, words and ideas are causing all this conflict with us.
But it doesn't have to be that way. So that's a rough outline of what we're on about. So you can all get into it and take it from there. And others can add to it and know about it. And if you haven't liked it, got any doubts, let it out there. And people will soon let you know. So come on. She's got cat paralysis. Yeah, I can't disturb the girl. You can close your hearing aid. And we only have welcome messages from our online community. So that's the time. There's no question. No. So that's the time where the mic goes to you guys. And if there is anything that you heard particularly strongly in Bob's field today, just repeat it.
Because, you know, there is, if you even hear one thing from the whole half an hour or more, it depends how long the introduction, that's, that can make a difference for everyone. And that brings back that resonation and that energy, that frequency of the pointer that was effective. So, Ben. It's just something I picked up on because it's actually something I've been contemplating for the last several weeks. And that's the sort of phenomena and how things appear. And, yes, I recognize things were appearances, but there's still that characteristic of something appearing and the recognition of the no thingness. And Bob just, I don't know, it just became clear as he pointed over that, that there's not that separation.
So all the things are in fact no thingness. Yeah. And we've just simply thought of them as things when they're not. Mm. But it, so there's a clarity now that there's everything that appears and everything that exists in a phenomenal sense is no thing. But there's still that little jump to consolidate that now as a result of that, that, that appearances are no things. Because the whole history of life is about looking at things, right? But yeah, that was really struck me today. Yeah. Thank you. Yeah. You also? Sorry. Thanks. Yeah. Yeah. People laughing. Interesting things happened to me also in relations of presence and realizing the thought, most of the time the thought wants to, actually all the time usually, the thought wants to create something unconsciously, or what's more unconscious to me.
What concept of living, concept of this, concept of that likes to have, or achieving to have, and it's not happening, and then the disappointment comes, and all these things. And, and then to me, it was that, that being with what is, for example, being alone, what is, or feeling lonely, or being alone, these sort of thoughts came up, or come more to conscious, and then realizing, oh, this is what is now. And, all these things, what I thought about this situation, or that, or what I want, or what other things, it's just a thought only. Mm-hmm. That's it. That's it. But it's always been there in the background, focusing on that, achieving that, wanting that.
And, and it's relation, it's based on relationships topic, not in relations to creation of building something, what I used to do a lot, or focused on, and being in that moment of present, or this is what is now, not what I thought I wanted. Actually, what is actually, actually, what is actually, has happened, in relations of being observant, what actually has happened. Um, or, Joseph did this, Joseph did, I wonder why Joseph didn't want to go there. He didn't, so he chose not to, what, what, why didn't he choose to, that sort of looking in the thoughts past, but then also realizing, what Joseph is choosing to do, being by himself now.
Ah, okay, there must be something there, he enjoys there, otherwise he wouldn't do it. And then I thought, ah, this is what is, and then being comfortable with what is, and then, and it, the feeling is much different. So, it's sort of, yeah, it feels more authentic, and, um, basically recognizing, oh, this is, is, this is what is now, and, and then what is now, is okay. And, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and and not connect or basically turn my phone off for three days.
And then being by myself basically or looking for that and then I'm realizing all the time you're actually by yourself anyway. That it's just people come in or come out or trees or birds or whatever creatures are there. So it's actually you're always there anyway. It's just you know it's always that yourself like being yourself like you know if you connect with someone like a person or nature or all these things you only receive it through you anyway. It's you know I don't know how to say it but I after two days I came to a sensation that I'm feeling lonely had only to do with the thought.
And the thought compare that someone is connecting with someone and you're not. And that thought was oh this thought is just creating the feeling of being lonely. When I was the whole time alone for three days I never felt even one second lonely. I thought how is this happening that I don't feel lonely for three days by myself. Literally just worrying about drinking, eating and walking and relaxing. That's all I worried about. That's it. And then it was so simple. And then I thought isn't that interesting. I was amazed. I was actually excited. Everything was there. And then I thought oh this is just a stupid thought.
But as soon as I came back the old pattern recognized back and I went in that loop again. And because but that experience was amazing because and I realizing oh you're always by yourself all the time. It doesn't matter whether it's people or not. It's always that same. You know it's always you anyway whether they're there or not. It's it's just a thought that you're that you're not alone because they're there. But you always receive it to yourself anyway like that you can only see it through that eyes anyway. So it's just so it's very interesting to us like every time these things come up now.
I'm I think a little bit better to go back. I'm like oh it's actually by yourself. It's what is now. It's okay. It's just the person texted and then you get into the story or you see that person and then that other person say. Oh I'm not going to catch up and then that disappointment comes in. But this is just all created in the thought. So if you take it away it's like oh what is now. Oh this is this what I'm doing. This is this for example I was in the city and and I'm working and then I thought okay this is actually quite interesting what I'm doing.
Anyway so why would you compare to to that. But yeah that was sort of my experience around presence I think I would say and recognizing what is what is is okay and being alone is okay too. So it's actually peaceful not having too much chaos around so actually having that freedom to have to have that time is not everyone has that. And then I started thinking oh this is actually a privilege to be that and not that I don't have it. So the thought patterns start changing and I thought how did I create that freedom that you know I can do this and don't have constantly dealing with a lot of people around.
And so yeah I could just keep talking but basically it is it is great to be alone and it's not like a lag. That's what I sort of recognized and it's just a good reminder to experience it and then oh hang on it was actually it's good that way. Yeah that's it. I've been noticing that more and more recently again with just circumstances and it's the labeling of it is as you say it's the labeling of the sensation or the emotion when it eventually really hits home. But you can see well I can see the steps of it like starting with that thought then sensation and then that builds up.
I don't always pick it up in time and then you go into that or I go into that literally that wave that comes through. However there's still something in the back there that sees that that's the wave that I've allowed to come through because of the labeling and the putting something onto that. But ultimately behind that there is that space and there's still something in the awareness because even when I'm in it I've got a sense of the awareness of hey this is what's going on. And then I guess that I guess that I guess that I guess that I guess that then I just pull the label off it and then just feel the sensation.
And there's this there's this there's also the background like energy that I'm feeling which is what you say is always there. Because it's it's it's it doesn't always feel comfortable and is that because I'm uncomfortable with it or it's just that is that sense of that's too much sometimes it's there and it's okay but then again do I just have a thought and I label it. Is there any partition? Is there a back to it? Is there a back to it? Is there a back to it? No. Okay well that kind of simplifies things doesn't it? Partition separates. Yeah okay. No front no back no beginning.
Can you find a back to space? Can you find a front to space? No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. It's okay we have. No. No. No. No separation that's all the women. Yes. Yes. And we have Laura says how could we ever be lonely once we experience our true nature. Loneliness is just another concept and is based in illusion. no luck in oneness. No luck in oneness. All oneness. And Deborah says really good points about aloneness. Yes. Take the L off it. What is it then?
Yes. Yes. But it is like Bob says a big change you know. You also want to start since you started observing the difference between the present moment and the thoughts not have the comment around it you know. Oh why Joseph did this or why did he did do this. Oh this is because of this is all blah blah nonsense. I mean it might be entertaining but it doesn't really matter it just obscures the present moment. So instead of asking question oh why did he choose to do this or oh yeah he choose to do this because he blah blah blah. That's just the way to avoid being completely present with what is happening.
And now as you see it you know the choice is obvious. I mean there is no one to choose that. But once it is clear your heart will be with what is happening and not what is not happening. And the story why he did this or why he did that. That's what's not happening. Why and the story following it is not the present moment. This is just some contextualization some blah blah entertainment which may be you know exciting. But you know if your heart belongs to this to the truth to the reality. It won't be as exciting as being fully awake present with five senses wide open.
That will be more exciting than the story of why is it happening or should it be differently or should he choose or think or do blah blah. It's just the thoughts will not be as exciting as this moment now which will never be the same again which is only here you know just now. The thought pattern of what I was sharing about this what is Joseph doing. It came up because Joseph wanted something else and he did the opposite. And so then I was more observant of... Did he tell you that? How do you know? Because I tell... Joseph tells this to a lot of people.
So he has that thought pattern. I want this... Who is narrating that now? Who is speaking now? Joseph is talking to other people and right now who is speaking about Joseph? Is Joseph real? Yeah. Yeah. I know I say this terminology when I usually talk I don't say that. But what I was trying to express is that I was more observant of my behavior and observant what I was actually saying. And they were not the same so I was like recognizing ah I was I'm always talking about one thing but I'm doing the other. And that was the observation of the choice was passed of course or was different.
And I thought why did I choose it? Oh I wanted to be in connecting but I choose not to. It was like oh is it that I didn't want to feel the loneliness that I was thinking that? But once I choose that there's something that it enjoys that quietness. So recognizing that oh it is that quietness I seem to enjoy or I need the body needs to relax. So that that was sort of come from the observant rather than I want I want I want I want I want. It's like but I didn't do it so that's where this came into place. Yeah so to yeah that was that.
Beautiful. Yeah. Do you want to say something? Yeah. I'm trying to let it come out. Using a quote I guess that I'd seen somewhere online that you can be absolutely totally lonely in the presence of somebody else. You could have somebody lying down next to you. Even they love you. But you don't love them. You know. And you can feel really lonely so you doesn't it doesn't really matter what's next to you. In order to be lonely or not be lonely. I'm not about a week and a half ago I flew back in from Queensland where I was staying at my house up there alone for a month.
Ooh. Yeah. It was marvelous. You know. I mean I was my own worst enemy and I'm actually not that bad to myself so you know if there was any problems it would I know. It's just this you know that if that ever happens I'm just I've come to see listen you know back to this loneliness idea. I just want to like just stuff is coming up. I was thinking of my dad also while you were chatting when he died. And it occurred to me as I was feeling really sad that he's not here you know what I mean I'm wanting him here. He's not here.
And that was the story or whatever that was you know. It was so helpful to take a look at that too and investigate that. You know I love what Bob points out about the false not standing up to investigation because when you really look at every fucking thought you have you could see the real bullshit. All of them. Right. But anyway I was like I'm noticing this thought I miss him or whatever and then just just asking can I find where we're separate. You know can I find where we're separate. And then also just to be back to being alone man. I've discovered just from traveling.
I love to travel but that is like my favorite trips is when I go along because it's totally fine to be selfish. It's like I could do what I want when I want as little as I want as much as I want with whoever I want. And no one's going to you know say I don't want to do that. You know and then I you know I just it's easier to let life flow as it does. You know it's it's marvelous but I just I do think there is a bit of a cultural narrative that what's wrong with you if you're not with a partner.
You got commitment issues. What's your problem. You know what I mean. Like you're not you're not complete. You know if you don't have some significant other and I think that also is horse pucky. It's all BS all the all of it all the thoughts. And then what I was also thinking about what Bob was saying about just with space. You know and then even the space what we're calling space right in front of my eyes. I mean if you really look at it it's it's it's oxygen molecule isn't it. You know what I mean. But if you put that oxygen molecule or whatever if they were able to identify it and put that under a microscope and you look far enough that's space.
You take peace in my skin or my hair or my heart or my lungs or whatever and you magnify deeply enough. That's also space. And and there's another video. I mean it's all space but it's just gets the mind is differentiating and going well that's outside of space or that's not me or that's something and we're using this. We're thinking we're separate because we're because of this this that we're thinking is separate. You know what I mean this form. And I don't know it was it's the more you look into this though. I think the the easier it is to to see the that this has never been a you know it's just it's like right now like I love his other quote of what's wrong with right now unless you think about it.
It's just so clear that's brilliant isn't it. You know just right here. And then you catch yourself going off and oh yeah that's not here. You know what I mean. Oh okay. And it's always good here isn't it. You know what I mean. I was talking yesterday I've got a little drama going on in my personal life as somebody who I love who's being broken up with. Yeah a lot of resistance there. I mean he's clinging. You know. But he's and it was the most I mean I was included somehow it was some very weird situation but in this they wanted me to like help out because.
Anyway the the the the the the the serious drama let's put it that way. But it was it's so even as this is all unfolding I'm like you know I just I feel like whatever is showing up this is what it's supposed to be including if even if there's a feeling or a thought of loneliness. Why is that I'm saying that that's a thought too supposed to be but whatever it is it's helpful. It has been anyway to to to see that you know what whatever this is maybe if I could just be with this if what is is maybe anger or sadness or fear for my family or you know that's okay too.
And but if I could just stay with this. And then if I when I'm not going into my thoughts about what it should be or whatever and all that it's just almost done. You know and and then I'm just left here. It's marvelous. I'm just babbling. I'm sorry. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And we have Laura says unfortunately many marriages are very lonely and there is more single people on the planet than ever before in the history of mankind. Yeah. Probably more married people in and it depends on the culture also. You know our culture is so individualistic the so-called Western culture.
You look at the more collectivistic cultures they they have still they still have the nuclear families. They still have a lot of connections that are important. But either way it's just the same life. And if you if you think of this creature here. I don't know if that one is visible here. You know she knows nothing about form and emptiness. She knows nothing about the microscopes to bring close to the skin. And she's all experiencing seeing hearing tasting touching smelling. She's got no concept of being separated from the air that she's breathing. She's got no concept of being separated from anything else in this room or in this world.
She's that she doesn't have a concept of a room either. It's just being. She doesn't have a concept of herself being an animal and you being people or air being air. No concepts whatsoever. That is what Bob calls after some ancient scriptures non conceptual awareness. She's not unconscious. Although she seems like she's sleeping she's not. Dogs have masters cats have staff. Yeah. So this is we this is what everyone can glimpse right here right now if not abide. So at least glimpse like Julia was saying what's wrong right now if you don't think about it. It doesn't mean that the thinking is an enemy and it has to stop or it has to end.
No. It's just the credibility and importance and seriousness given to thinking is the problem. You know the drama that Julia's family is experiencing now. That drama only exists in thinking because in direct experience there may be some aches and pains and contractions. But if they don't have any labels they are just passing phenomena. That's just what life is experiencing fully right now because that is what life is experiencing. Not even that it wants or it doesn't want. It's just what it is. And that cat has contractions sometimes too. You know she's she's screaming out loud when her stomach is empty. And it's no concept that something should or shouldn't happen or be chosen or not.
And it doesn't mean that we should reduce ourselves to being animals. But we could learn one thing or the other from them. At least the quality of presence that they have undistracted by concept. And then from that position from that perspective from that experiencing using the concepts instead of being used by them. Instead from that place using whatever the mind can offer including comparison and storytelling. But when they are put in the right perspective when they have the right place. You know you want to catch up and exchange a beautiful stories and connect based in the stories. And that's wonderful. But still if your heart is with the present with this unique moment.
If you're going to bring that light of consciousness into the existence that is magical and mysterious right now. That mind being a servant is a fantastic tool. But being a master is a source of suffering. It's no suffering without that credibility of belief. Bob says energy of belief given to that instrument, to that machine, to that narrative. Yes, Moshko. What? Oh, sorry. She's got something to say. Go on. I was going to say like Bob clearly says, you know, like the thought I think can't think. And like, but it's like the thought I'm lonely is not lonely. It's an idea. It's like it's incredibly simple.
And the thought I need to work this out can't work anything out. It's an idea. It's a little little fluff ball floating around saying, oh, I'm going to figure this out. And it's just, I think your spiel was really beautiful today. And it's really lovely to be here with you and you know, you're expressing the energy in that particular way. Yeah. Thank you, Bob. And Kat. Thank you. Yeah. You're brilliant too, Kat. Thank you. And Kat. The thing that really stood out today from the spiel is something so simple that I've heard Bob say it so many times, which is nothing to do, like nothing to do and no one to do it.
And it's just for whatever reason today, it's just really come through. And as soon as there's nothing to do, there almost by default is no one to do it because the having something to do creates someone that then has to do it. And it's a, you know, probably a common pattern in my life where there's always planning or like waiting for something or something to do in the future to get to somewhere. And then that pattern, you know, just reapplies itself to awakening or non duality. That's like, Oh, if I meditate every day, like then I will get this, me will get there. And it's just as soon as you see there's nothing to do, it just wipes it away.
And you're just there. And that's, if there was ever something to do, it's the seeing that there's nothing to do. Yeah. And even after Bob's, when you said that today, Bob, and then often during your spiel, I kind of find myself being more present and then maybe little thoughts appearing like of things I should do. And just coming back to nothing to do just kind of wipes everything clean and you're there or I'm there and it's seeing there's nothing to do. That's it. There's no one there. So yeah, that's all. That's, that was what hit home today. Yeah, it's, um, and, and, and, and just, um, I sort of agree totally, but you know, but I just want to add another slant to that.
Um, you know, um, I call if you like, um, I've been having computer problems for the last month. And, um, and that's sort of preoccupied me. But you know, at the bottom of the line, it's just being. That's all it is. It's what, it's what you think about it. It's what, it's whether you sort of think, oh, I've got to do this. I've got to do that. I've got to do the other. And it's, you know, the cat's doing something. The cat's sitting on cat's lap there. But is it doing anything? No, it's just being. And I think that, you know, this is, this is, this is all we ever do.
We just be. This is, this is, this is the, this is the, the way that the, uh, intelligence energy shows up. And we, we, we, we say it's doing, but it's just being. Yeah. Beautiful. Yeah. That's brilliant. I love the way you put it up. Yeah. It's, it's the cat lying there. Is the lying there doing anything? No. Is feeding doing anything? No. Is even chatting doing anything? No. Yeah. It's just what's happening. Yeah. In the field of being. Yeah. Yeah. Um, thank you everyone for your comments and for your talk. Um, what's come to my mind today is, uh, the more, um, safety has come from thinking, the harder it is to let go of thinking.
So, the better the quality of the thinking. So, less words that are being used. So, when few words are used, there's less thinking, which is more, um, presence. So, thank you for your words today. Thank you. Mm-hmm. Oh, that's, that's beautiful. Because yes, that's, that's what I admire about Bob's feel. Being really, really condensed to the key words. Not much elaboration, not much storytelling, embellishment, adornment around it. Just a distillation. And if you let them work within, without much words, they just show where they're pointing. There's, uh, nothing to do, nothing to be, nowhere to go, and nothing to see. That is actually, that is the very first of our cards that I put together.
Really, that was the first, that was the first pointer I ever put out. I think, I don't know if they are in order. They're not in order. But, uh, yeah. That's the recognition of the, oh, sorry baby. Sorry darling. The recognition of that is it, really. Um, yeah, beautiful talk Bob. And I was gonna say, like the being, the being is enough. Like the being is already complete. It's not that it's been complete. It's not that it's been complete. But it's not looking for anything to achieve or anything to sort of go out and grab and grasp onto. Like, as that stillness, it's just, it's just that.
And it's not, it's not seeking. It's just, it can sometimes be sitting and not, not looking for anything. Um, but I like what Bob said about spontaneous living. It feels like everything is just spontaneous living. Like it's all, anytime I come out of this immediate spontaneity, it's stepping out of what's, you know, it's, it's analyzing sort of what's appearing. And, um, for me, like there can be really strong charges of emotions and thoughts that still come up, um, quite a bit. And there's a, sometimes there's a story appears of, oh, there's something that wants, wants to be liked, or there's something that is looking for something or validation or whatever.
And, um, but it appears and disappears really quick now. And there's a space there that just is always there. And it appears in that and disappears in that. And for me, it's always, if that's when that's occurring, always bringing the attention back as this immediate being space and seeing that that's not, I'm not those appearances that are coming and going. Um, the, the being is so deep and so rich and so full yet empty at the same time. And it glows and it vibrates and is an energetic, a strong energetic resonance pulsing away. Not, and it's, it's like, there's no, there's nothing else. It's a bit, that's all.
That's all. It's hard to talk about. Right. That's beautiful. That's beautiful. Very good. Yeah. Well done. If there's anyone, if there's anyone, uh, hmm. That is, uh, Laura was saying that was a quote from Mother Teresa regarding single people. Yeah. See, that's brilliant. That even adds to it, you know, in the history of the mind kind in, in the time when she was around, probably when her grandmother was around, the same was valid. And so it is today. Thank you, Laura. And JB says, just want to say thank you, Bobcat and everyone. Great spiel, Bob. And Laura says, love that pointer. It is so freeing.
Schumann resonance. Hmm. Thank you. That's, that's that. Um, anyone? Experiencing, expressing anything that comes up to highlight? Thank you. I'm sorry, Bob. Just, just one. 15 seconds. Um, it was, it was, um, you know, this, this business about doing and being, you know, it's, it's all to do with the me. Uh, you know, it's, it's I who do. Uh, but I can't say I be. Um, it's not me. This is it. This is it. This is all that ever happens. And, and if there's no me there at all, how can the possibly be doing? Mm-hmm. Beautiful. Well, it's a really interesting point. Um, but if we're being when we're doing, then we're being.
So, um, it's just a matter of, I think, when I feel in pain, it's hard to focus on being. But when I feel happy, it's easy to focus on being. Eh, eh, eh, and the trick is to enjoy the pain, as it's another form of being, yeah. Mm-hmm. The thing is, instead of trying to focus on it, see if we can get rid of it. Or just enjoy it. It's just another part of it. Yeah, I was like, just say it, yeah. Especially if you realise that it's gonna change, it's not gonna last forever. It may get worse for a moment. Yeah. And then without the label pain, it's maybe quite fascinating.
Thanks, Cécile. Thank you. Can I have a seat back? Yeah. Oh, here we are. It's all good. So good. Thanks. I'm just babbling again. But here it is. You did mention a little bit about heaven and hell, you know. Those are just concepts. You know, I remember hearing once, Marianne Leimson, I used to go listen to her lectures, and she said, you know, a few thousand years ago we didn't have words for anxiety, panic disorders, depression, ADHD, all that stuff that we have now. So you were in heaven or in hell, you know. And those are words that we would just use to try to describe the experience of it all, you know.
But, so what is the difference between the two? I mean, can you actually find it without thinking? You know what I mean? Isn't it sort of just a resistance to what is? I mean, there's something I did hear from a guy who's kind of anti-non-duality, but he was going on about heaven is an acceptance of this moment as it is. Hell is wanting it to be anything else. And that was my favorite. I'm like, yeah, I like that, you know. But at the same time, that too is a concept. I mean, like that too is just another idea about what it is or whatever. But what if I can just drop in without the concepts and just stay with whatever's showing up?
Right here without the thoughts, is it that bad? You know, it's just when I kind of should on it and think it should be other than the mind has this sense. Other than the mind has this idea of how it ought to turn out, doesn't it? You know, like, you know, it should be this and you should do that and I'm supposed to do this. And, you know, if I was this and da-da-da-da-da-da-da. But that too, all that shitting, it's another concept. It's just, so it's fine. I guess whatever shows up, but if you just stay with like, with what is without the concepts added onto it, it's, it's, it's, I can't have a problem.
I was thinking before earlier more about what I was babbling about in space. There's a good video you can watch online. And I think it's called Google Eye. It's on YouTube. And it's just this video of a woman. And it just starts, you can just see your eye. And then you're her face. And then it zooms out and you see her body. And then it goes above that. And you see like maybe a tiny body. And then you see just the complex and the city and the state and the country and then the planet. And then you, you don't even see that. It's so clear that you're nothing.
You know what I mean? And then it goes back in and then zooms into the retina of her eye. And then goes down deeper. And then they're back to the space. It's all that. And then it's just this, well, now this is this kind of space and that kind of space. And then we're differentiating the space. And it's just battling again. I don't know why. Well, okay. So a while ago, I think maybe a few weeks back, I talked about the matrix and the thoughts. And you have, Bob just says, full stop. Yeah. And for me, it seemed like I was running away from the thoughts for a long time.
You know, pushing away, suppressing them. And then this came up because driving up today, we were talking, Nick, and Nana and myself were driving up. And Nick mentioned the matrix. But the, but what I meant last time is like the thoughts are like, then I'm starting to kind of dodge them. So the thoughts are coming, but I managed to kind of just, they're not hitting me. And then the perfect thing just full stop. And they just fall out of the air. And that's, that's beautiful. What we're talking about today, Tibor, when you were speaking about the thoughts, it's like a mirror of thoughts. You know, you just, you have no, it's like you're lost already.
It's like, they just ping, ping so fast. And what Nick was saying this morning in episode, in the second matrix, Agent Smith, it's where he duplicates and it's me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me. And it's like that, the thoughts are shooting off down the mirrors and you're not even recognised. It's me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me. Yeah. I had, I, I, I just wanted to say something. Thank you. Um, my, with my father, I get a lot of reflections because I'm with him all the time. And there was this last night, um, this is how the, the, the mind just runs away.
And it's, um, I was making his bed for him and putting on, um, like this sheepskin rug and all this sort of stuff. But he's got a, quite an uncomfortable bed and it's, it's a bit tricky to get to and all that. But he's been used to it for a long time. And, um, I started off with, you know, making suggestions about how to improve his, his lot there. And it went from, you know, like, let's get you a new bed and move it to here to him, you know, thinking that the whole world's about to change on him. So it started off with something very tiny and then he'd go on to, but what are we going to do here?
And then that's going to affect this. And, and, and within like seconds, he was so anxious about his whole world collapsing. Wow. Uh, within a matter of minutes, you know, he was just like, he was stuttering. He couldn't, and that was, he wasn't always like this, but this is an extreme of how the mind can just get into a thought and then it cascades like you suggested. Just his thoughts were just bouncing off each other. And yeah, I just had to calm him down that we're not going to do any changes. He's okay. But, but from a little tiny thing, it just went to, you know, that was that, that was his hell.
He went into his, through his thinking that, yeah, I was just very, seeing that just literally, and that's what I do. But often I can do that, but it's often slower because I can pick things up, but that's the process. That is. Yeah. Yeah. And what, what a brilliant way of actually demonstrating. Yeah. It's a great, great example because this is generally the whole mechanism of how the mind functions. Yeah. It takes you for the ride. And once you're down the rabbit hole, it's just, it's, the light is gone, you know, you're in that darkness. It's falling and the cascading thoughts. That's what they say again, the new condition ADHD, which we are basically anyone who is using mobile devices are being trained to actually develop that syndrome.
So, that's the hell. But when you see how it, how it, how the mind functions, how it operates, you may be more curious about the whole functioning, then the thought that takes you for the ride. And then you can see the whole wagon, you can see the whole train rather just being somewhere locked up in and, oh shit, overwhelmed. Because that, you know, it shows, every thought is a new universe. It brings, yeah? Sorry. Oh, sorry. Yeah. I'll have a look at that. Where did you start from? A minute little sperm and over them. And look what's changed from that. The whole world collapsed. Yeah.
Well, that's right. It's the cascading mirrors, basically. And he, because every now and then we'll talk about, like, he has difficulties with mobility and other things. And, you know, life isn't always easy or straightforward. And we'll talk about death and other things from time to time. And he keeps saying, oh, you know, it's not death I'm concerned about, it's suffering and all that. And he's got a cataract operation that's coming up. And there's been, you know, I've been sorting out all this documentation for him and everything. And he's been getting really worked up about it and, you know, what's going to happen. And, again, he goes from, you know, like, from the operation to my world's going to end and I'm going to suffer for it.
But he hasn't even had the operation. And he's been suffering already. And I guess, as I said, I can, he's been a great reflector for me to look at. Okay, well, that's how it's functioning. He's suffering now already. And that's created. It's been created by his thoughts and emotions already. Yet nothing's happening. He's sitting in his, we're having a conversation in his room. And he's, he's suffering or the mind creates that suffering. Exactly. And he's, yeah. And so that's, yeah. Can't appreciate the comfort of his sofa or warmth of the room. Yeah. And I keep endeavouring to say, well, okay, well, again, what's wrong with you right now?
Yeah. But he's not, it can't quite get there sometimes. And that's okay. But, but it's calming that mind, calming that, and then he'll, he'll be okay. But when he's in that thing, the suffering, that's how we suffer. We suffer with that, you know, runaway emotions, runaway mind. And it's not to do with the situation as it is. Yeah. So. Yeah. Sometimes, you know, the little shift of attention, like, oh, dad, can you hear that car passing? And the, the mind focuses on the hearing. Oh, no, I can't hear it. Oh, yeah, I can hear it. Either way, the attention's already shifted. That gives a little bit of a break.
Now, oh, how about your back? Can you feel the sofa? And if he is with you, then he may actually shift to the sensory experiences. Yeah, I often just rub his back or his head or something to just, to say, it's okay, you know, and then physically touch him, which then will bring him, him more back. You know, it's just, and remind him that the only time he stutters and things like that is when he works himself up. Yeah. He's usually fine. And then he'll start banging his stick. He gets angry at the fact that he's now stuttering. And then that re-emphasizes the whole process.
So, I guess that's the thing, that if you fight that situation, you're re-emphasizing that situation and making it, I guess, more, entrenching it more into your system. And he's physically pounding. It's almost like that's also like that physical element of it is, you know, resonates back through the body. So, yeah, I hear what you're saying, like some sort of different physical sense or sensory. Yeah. That's it. Well, that's it. Yeah. Just some sensory thing that pulls you out of that thinking process. Because the attention can be trained. It has nothing to do with realizing your true nature. The whole mindfulness, nothing to do, it's a training of attention, which brings down the suffering a notch.
And people who are not interested in finding their true nature can still benefit from having a little bit of a mind discipline. Of course, if that resonates, if that is something. It is used very commonly in various therapeutic methods, which are completely uninterested in finding about the truth of what you are or who you are or whether you are. Mm. But it's just. A physical student, you're already so old because of the habit patterns. That's right. Yeah. That's right. Mm-hmm. Yeah. I mean, that is, that is right. It's that, the habit patterns are so, um, ingrained. And I mean, I, that, that helps me see my habit patterns as well, of course.
Yeah. Um, and I also see how, like, I'm still affected by his anxiety. It's like, if you're in a, a room of, of a certain type of energy, I mean, it's just, I feel there's a part of me that gets a bit drawn into that as well. Cause I'll, and there's also the, the, the part that wants to forcefully change the situation like, you know, so snap out of it, it's all bullshit or whatever. There is that, but it's, it's, that's completely not helpful. No. The only helpful thing is the acceptance of, of what is. But compassion arises naturally, doesn't it? Yeah. Yeah. You know, yes, you accept, you hold space for whatever he is.
Yeah. But the compassion just arises and you kind of want to give him a hug and say everything's going to be around. Yeah. Yeah. Pretty much. There's nothing else to do. Yeah. In that particular instance, cause he's got to ride out that wave, I guess. Yeah. And if you, if you remember from life's perspective, you know, there is nothing wrong. This is exactly what life is experiencing. There is nothing wrong because, you know, if you look how life experiences itself through pain, through suffering, through pleasure, through joy, to any sort of entertainment, any thought process for life is okay. For the imagined personality there, it is not.
And that one calls out for, for compassion, for sort of different, the whole field changing, because yes, you will respond to the, to the energy in the whole field, of course. I mean, we are constructed, the whole machine is constructed, the mirror neurons that will mirror whatever is happening. That's, unless you're a psychopath, but you're not. Yeah. But this is, yeah, ultimately seeing that, aha, this is how this moment looks like. And no resistance. Oh no, I have to fix it now. This is wrong. No, I don't want him to do it. No, that you, you, you don't like, right. You, you, you're not coming out from that sense of life is wrong.
God is an idiot. It created this moment wrongly. I know better how it should look like. No, you just hold space and see what arises through you and through him and through the whole space. Yeah. It's difficult to see suffering though. Of course. Because you go in and he'll start crying and he'll literally go into a, like it's, it's palpable. Like I can sense that he's, he's distressed. So if you're. Which is more important than you hold presence in that time. Yeah. The more and more you remain in your presence. The more potent your presence can be in drawing him out of suffering. Because suffering is only a thought form and presence overcomes all sense of thought forms.
Yeah. So you've got to actually work hard in your own situation. Not, not going, I wish he wasn't like this. But simply staying with what is in the sense that it can then radiate. Yeah. Nothing else can be done because there's nothing to do. But if you stay in that presence, then it does what it needs to be doing. Okay. Yeah. And if, and if your heart is crying with him, that is, you know, that is also a part of that space. That's close. You know, if you see him in pain and you feel like, oh, ouch. Yeah. That is part of arising. You're not doing it.
That is also life responding to itself. You are that space. Like Ben is saying, you, who you are in essence, is not touched, moved, contaminated, affected. No, the light, the space isn't affected. What is affected is that human response, which is totally welcome and it's totally beautiful. The response out of the compassion is beautiful. It's part of the landscape. It's part of what is arising. Life is experiencing this one through him, this one through you. Mm-hmm. But life as the potentiality, as the field, as the space, the screen, the empty screen, that one isn't affected. And if you can part, even a part of attention, relax to actually getting in touch with that empty space and hold that space for your response and for his reaction.
That is the, you know, like, realization that, okay, you know, like, when we've been going through really nasty situations that were really dangerous for Bob and for us three years ago, there was a part which was completely untouched and unmoved. There was a part that would rise his blood pressure. There was a part that would, you know, respond with, whether, even anger or like whatever the response was required. But underneath that is that empty space that is completely free and untouched. And you couldn't ignore it. You couldn't really, you know, you can't deny it, that empty screen. Yeah. It's, yeah, it's, it's like, there is that element of it, but I, I, there's often, you know, I want to try and fix the situation and then I get angry and there's, there's, there's other elements in there for sure.
But, um, um, yeah, I hear what you're saying though. Yeah. It's just, well, it's, it's, it's been 11, 11 months now, you know, and it's just, it's it's, it's tricky sometimes. What can I say? It's like, um, and I've got a lot of patterning history with my dad, you know, which also comes up. But, um, the best results are always when I can just sit in whatever's going on. Um, so yeah, thanks for just reminding me of that. Thank you for a beautiful example. It is really a nice, nicely narrated presentation of how the mind really goes on the, on its buggeries and creates pain, creates suffering.
And that suffering has ripple effect on everyone around. Yeah. That's the point too that you just alluded to. Pain itself is not the suffering. Yeah. The suffering is what I think about the pain. Yes. Yes. Because I can live with pain because it's simply there and you can examine pain. And the more you actually just rest in looking at it, you become more present about the pain. Yeah. And then the pain is no longer something separate. It's just what it is. Mm. And it's not necessarily a problem. It's just an expression, an appearance. Yeah. But if I start thinking negatively about the pain or wanting something different, everything becomes difficult.
Everything becomes more painful. Absolutely. And it's that second dart, as the Buddha once said, you know, you've stuck yourself twice. It holds it there longer. Longer. Much longer. Yeah. Mm. Yes. That's yeah. Putting fuel on it. Mm-hmm. She won't sign it. For pain. And we have a comment here on the screen. And, um, Laura says, you are a beautiful sun tipper and you're loving your dad is, it's exquisite. And Josh says, thank you everyone. And Laura says, however you are with your dad is perfectly born. However you are is perfect. That's absolutely beautiful. Thank you, Laura. That's true. And Bill says, uh, love and intelligence is the essence of what you and the person is.
And it will naturally move your thoughts and emotions and body and it will be all made of love. That's a beautiful reminder Bill. Thank you for that. Yeah. And thank you everyone. Thank you everyone. Thank you Bobby. Thank you Kat. Zoom tomorrow. Zoom tomorrow for Northern America. Yeah, whoever wants. Yes. Nice people. Thank you everyone. If you have a great day, I just like a great day, I like a day, I like a day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little day, I like a little about Thank you, everyone.
