I know what you're gonna tell me. Take your ears out. Oh, of course. Yeah, who's a big old friend? I can't hear myself, so I hope you all can hear me. How's that? Hello? I'm sorry. Yeah, that's good. Yeah. Well, you've all been covered for a while, and you all already know that you are that. That one essence. It's the one life. The one God or Spirit or intelligence, whatever you like to call it. It's only one. It's a sense of individuality and separation which is the cause of all our psychological problems. because if you are one, absolute, nothing separate from you, how can there be any problem?

It's only in the sense of separation and division that problems come about. But if, they tell you, it's one without a second, not two, that's invader, absolute, pure intelligence energy, existence, consciousness, being, just this, nothing else. and they say, start from the fact that you already are that. Because we've taken on the belief that we are these persons, these separate entities. And then the belief in that, that's the cause of all our problems. Anyone, they call it Satyatananda, being, knowing and knowing. And that's the cause of all our problems. Anyone, they call it Satyatananda, being, knowing and knowing. Satyatananda, being, knowing and loving to be.

Or, existence, consciousness, bliss. Anyone who is not existing right now? No, you know you, you are existing. Anyone who is not conscious? You all know you are conscious. Or aware. Anyone who is not happy to be? Well you'd rather be than not be, wouldn't you? So you already are that, but, see, it's been obscured by all the concepts, thoughts, ideas and words that we picked up along the way. That seemingly divide the, indivisible, and separate the inseparable. It's just a matter of recognising. that, that, I am that. That, I am that. And that's what all the, the text will tell you. I am that. That is all there is.

That is all there is. And don't you innately know that already? that's the chair I'm sitting on. That's the carpet on the floor. That's the space in the room. That's the room. That's the tree. That's the flower. Everything is already that, the one thing, which has been divided and separated by the names. the words, the labels. But the words, not the thing. Take the word water. Try and drink the word if you can. Take the word fire. Cook with it, So by the time taken, what's this I or me? That we take ourselves to be. That came about when our parents told you, little Billy or your little Jean, whatever your name might be.

And you learnt the word I and me. So then you put that onto it instead of investigating. We never questioned it or looked into it. So when somebody asks you who you are, you'll say I am Billy or Jean. Not recognising that you are the absolute. You are the one essence. That one essence patterns, shapes and forms. Experiences and expressing us all this manifestation. And that's where it's all separated by the word, the concept. It tells you that in the Bible. In the beginning it was the word. The word was with God. The word was God. That's all there is. God is the word. All things were made by him.

By the word. All these things we put words on. Nothing made that was made without the word. So, it's the concepts or words that we've learnt and labelled things with the words which seemingly separate and divided. But it's all absolute. That's what I tell you. One without a second. Not two. What can you add to the absolute? Nothing. It couldn't be absolute if you could add that. What can you take away from it? Nothing. It wouldn't be absolute. If you know you are the absolute. Who can ever be superior to you? Who can ever be inferior to you? And what would you want from the other person?

Because all these so called others are just the same as you are. They are the absolute. One without a second. But we don't recognise it. That's what. But you've all had taste of it. You wouldn't be here if you hadn't been dissatisfied with what you've understood till now. You're locked into all these great traditions and religions which separate everything. But that belief in this God is something greater or higher than we are. Superior and better. That's a problem straight away. When there's a sense of separation and division. But in the recognition that you are the absolute. That appears, patterns, shapes and forms and expresses everything.

And I am that. Know that I am that. That's going to take away a lot of your problems. All the psychological problems. The fear, the anger, the separation, the hate, the jealousy, the envy. All come about because we've taken on the idea we're separate. So that makes us inferior or superior. Or whatever label we've got on it. But they tell you in the scriptures they say, start from the fact that you are already that. I am that. That's the great mantra. And each and every one of you know that. Because you say, that's the chair, that's the tree, that's the flower, that's the bird. You know that everything is that.

Which we put labels on it. And discriminate with the word. And remember, in the beginning was the word. When did you begin? You say, I was born. But can anyone actually remember your birth? And you realise, no. You don't actually remember your birth. How could you? Because you didn't have any words at your birth. People might tell you, I was born, I know I was born. But that's not the fact. We didn't have any words until we were about two. Two and a half. When we learnt words from our parents. Before that, the little child was living without any word. It was seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, spelling.

And the capacity of reasoning was developing in it. With that capacity of reasoning, we learnt up words. And as I pointed out before, the word's not the real. You can't drink the word water. You can't swim in it. You won't drown in it. You won't drown in it. You won't drown in it. So we've got all these words and we're using words right now. To try and describe and point to the one reality. Now we've taken on this belief we are the person. The separate entity. And every problem we have happens to me. I like it. I don't like it. I'm fearful. I'm anxious. I'm fearful.

Instead of saying, I am absolute. And only that. Nothing can be separated from it. So when words come up. Instead of fixating on them. And see how the words function. As Shakespeare told you 400 years ago. There's nothing either good or bad. But thinking makes us fun. And have a look at that. See it's right. How does it function in your mind? Well it's always functioning good or bad. I don't like it. I'm happy. I'm sad. I'm loving. I'm hating. I'm fearful. I'm at peace. We're constantly conceptualizing in these pairs of opposites. But the problem is we take the opposite to be separate. And when the fear or the anger come up.

We don't like it. We don't want it. But not really. It's all the one essence. Not separate at all. The one essence that appears expresses as everything. Keep it in that one essence. Two ends of the one stick. Or two sides of the one coin. But it's still only the one. Only the one. And so we think. When something comes up. We like it. Not realizing everything is transient. It's all constantly changing. Changing right now. Something comes up. We like it. And we don't want the things we like. To go away. Not realizing. They're transient. No matter how much you love them. How much you want to keep them there.

They're going to change. And notice that in your life. Which are occurring all the time. So we take that change. To be separate in the past. And if you understand and recognize. It's two ends of the one thing. Then. What is bad at this moment. Left as it is. Unaltered. Unmodified. Uncorrected. Will swing around. And change. And then the good. Will come up again. And that'll stay for a while. And move again. As in nature. The sun. The earth facing the sun right now. And here it's light. But the earth keeps rolling around the sun. And after a while. It'll be the other end that's facing.

The sun and this light. This end will be away from it. It'll be dark here. It'll be light there. Now does the earth know anything about darkness or light? It doesn't. And does the sun know anything about darkness or light? It doesn't. Just as it is. And with us we have the capacity. Of learning these words. And the words are dividing all the time. They call it a cognizing emptiness. We think we cognize. A cognizing is knowing I see. We think we cognize the emptiness. But it doesn't mean that at all. It means that the emptiness itself. Is cognizing. It's changing. And the Buddha told us that.

A couple of thousand years ago. He says it's cognizing emptiness. And he made the statement then. Emptiness is form. You and I and everything else in this manifestation are forms. But it's all empty. Emptiness is form. And he turned it round out of way and said. The forms can be nothing other than the emptiness. Well you and I are forms. Recognize. That you are the emptiness. And the emptiness is not a vacuum or a void. It's not fear. It's the pure intelligence energy. The life. The patterns, shapes and forms. Experiences and expressing as everything. Or the godliness. If you like to put that. As Christ told you.

I am the way. I am the life. I am the truth. Talking about that sense of presence. As being the way. The truth. I am the way. I am the life. I am the truth. Talking about that sense of presence. As being the way. The truth. Wasn't talking about himself. As being the way. The truth. The mind. But that sense of presence. That expresses through the mind. As a thought. I am. Tells you in Isaiah. Be still to know that I am. Is God. And Moses on the mountain. Sitting on the mountain. Looking after the Jewish people. And they were playing up. Not doing all in disorder.

And he says. What am I going to do about this? And sitting there it came. To him. These tablets. There's ten commandments. And he says. Good. I'll go back. And tell them this. And that'll bring them together. And be more. Happiness and understanding there. But he say. Who shall I say sent me? Because they won't take any notice of me. And it came to him. There and then. Tell them. I am sent you. I am. Is my name. And each. And every one of us. Is saying that. I am. But see what we've done. Instead of telling yourself. To with real. I am Bob. Or I am Bill.

I am the separate entity. I am this individual. No wonder we get into trouble. The I am this is a sense of presence. Not the thought. Or the word. The capacity. Where the capacity of reasoning is apart. And what are you? You and really. You are the life. And again. I am the way. I am the way. I am the truth. I am the life. As Christ is. Not talking about himself. Talking about that sense of presence. And what's the first words you learn? Fussing around your parents. Parents fussing around you. Start teaching. Your words. And I am. Well the label they put up on you.

Bob. I am Bob. And then I don't have the Australian. Or not so good. The sinner. The unhappy person. Ther are the way. C And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. And the way. it. And the way. in a way. and a way. in a way.

Start teaching your words and you learn the word I am. And I am, well, the label they put up on it, Bob, I am Bob. And then they had on it that the Australian, the good fella, or not so good, the sinner, the unhappy person, or the individual. All these concepts which cause the fear, the anxiety, the stress, the guilt, the shame, the unhappiness. Not being still and knowing that I am is the absolute or the godliness of it. But in the recognition of that comes about then the peace, what they call the peace that passes all understanding. You will never, ever get peace of mind.

Because it's the nature of the mind to divide. As you see, it's either good or bad, pleasant, pleasant, happy, sad. And that's why they call it the peace that passes all understanding. Because it's prior to the mind. It's before thought. And you are that peace. What's wrong with right now if you don't think about it? Pause the thought and have a look. You realise without a thought you can't say it's good. You can't say it's bad. You can't say it's pleasant, painful. Anything at all without the thought. So it's just pure being. Anyone who is not being right now. And that's how they put it again.

Satyat and Nanda. Being, knowing, loving to be. Being is not was-ing. And it's not becoming. So if we try to become something, it'll never happen. But can you negate your beingness? You call yourself a human being. You believe in God. You call God the supreme being. Take away the word human. Take away the word supreme. Try and separate your beingness without the word. You cannot negate your beingness. The knowing that you are. We'll learn to leave it as it is. Unaltered, unmodified, uncreed. Don't bring in the concepts or I'm not good enough or I'm fearful. They don't like me or I'm unhappy. Beat ourselves up with a word with a concept.

It doesn't have to be that way. And where's that leave you? As the life itself. And didn't the target it show you? He says that the only life. There's nobody who lives on life. Life lives on life. And out of life, more life comes. Well, you investigate that, isn't it so? Where did you come from? You realise you came from the life of your parents. That animating life essence, which you call your father. Enabled in that pattern through the food he's eaten and the breath he's taken. A little microscopic particle called a sperm to form. You can't see it with your naked eye. But that sperm was suffused with intelligence energy.

Your life. It knew what to do. And the same in your mother. That animating life essence in your mother. Enabled in that pattern, another microscopic particle called an egg or an ovum to form. That ovum was suffused with intelligence. It knew what to do. It attached itself to the wall of the uterus. And the sperm, knowing what to do, swam to the ovum. Put it under a microscope, I see. And penetrated the ovum. And when those two came together, the mingling of those two doubled that cell and doubled that again. And formed a little embryo, the little fetus. Which is what you are today. What were you doing about it then?

Nothing at all. But the life itself was doing it. And when you've got the capacity of a couple of years aging and alert words. And from then on you took yourself to be the doer. Not realizing it was the same life that was functioning at the end and doing it. The same life that's doing it now. What we believe in is that we go to school and learn more words. And take ourselves to be this, that and the other. And get caught up in the words. And it's only me that can be fearful. It's only me that can be anxious. It's only me that can be depressed, guilty, shameful, remorseful, jealous, horrendous.

Me is the cause of all my psychological suffering. And the effects of that cause relating to the me is the fear, is the anxiety, is the guilt, the shame. So we're into these things constantly because relating to this believed in me. But what's me or I? It's just another concept, a word. When the capacity of reasoning developed is when we started to learn words. For the first couple of years you had no words. The little child was saying, hearing, it was living. It had no words. Parents were looking after it. But the capacity of reasoning developed at the word. And it can be very useful, that capacity of reasoning.

But because it vibrates in the opposite, it's self-destructive. Because it's the bleeding eye that tells me I'm unhappy, I'm fearful, I'm anxious. Me is the cause of all that psychological suffering. And the anxiety, the fear, the guilt, and the most are the effects of that cause. Cause and effect. Isn't that what they call karma? Cause and effect. Talk about my karma, this, my karma, that. But what happens if I look into this and see that the me, the cause, is a fiction. It's just a conceptual image. And I ask the simple question. Can there be an effect if you're not relating to a cause? Well, you don't have to be a Rhodes Scholar to work that out.

You're not relating to an effect, what are you? You just don't know what is. The absolute. The one essence. That's patterning, shaping, forming, experiencing and expressing. So there's the cause of all your problems. And there's the way out. Up to each and every one of us to see for themselves. Am I this body? Am I this mind? I believed that for years I was this body, this person. But when I investigate it, what's this body made up of? Call it my body. Just to say my house, my car, my coat. Are you the coat? You're not your coat, you know that. Are you a car?

You're not your car. Are you the house? No. Well, maybe you're not the body either if you look on those lines. And when you look into it, you'll see you're not the body. What's this body made up of? Made up of elements. Air, earth, fire, water, space. Just the same as the elements around you. Take the air out of your body. See how long it lasts without it. You wouldn't last too long without the air. Take the fire, the body temperature. You'd soon get hypothermia and die. Take the water. You'd die a thirst. You'd die a thirst. So when you investigate, you see you're not those elements.

And all those elements can be broken down into sub-type particles, into pure energy. And that's all this body is. A vibrating pattern of intelligence energy. The intelligence is the way it patterns. With the nerves, the sinews, and the blood, and all the serum, and all the rest of it, that it's made up of. It implies it's diffused with intelligence. The knowing that you are. And the knowing is not what was or not will be. It's something that's happening right now. Knowing. And doesn't that imply an activity? A movement? And isn't any activity a movement? A movement of energy? So it's that intelligence energy, exactly what you are, that's functioning and expressing through that pattern.

And they tell you, know the truth. And the truth will set you free. The belief is not the actual. We believe in a lot of things. We've taken on these beliefs without questioning. And that's what they tell you. The definition of belief, look in your dictionary. The definition of belief is an unquestioned acceptance of something in the absence of reason. Means we haven't reasoned it out, we've just taken it for granted. I am this body. I am this mind. An unquestioned acceptance. There's a cause. Oh my brother. Same with the mind. Show me your mind. If you believe you are the mind. And you'll realise there's no such thing as mind apart from thought.

And if mind is thought, which particular thought would you be? Well, you'd be that I am thought, wouldn't you? The sense of presence. But if you were that thought, you wouldn't lose sight of it. Without that thought, it would be the end of you. But don't you gladly give it up every night when you go to sleep. You're not trying to keep it there, aren't you? You're trying to get rid of it to go to sleep. So naturally, you must realise that you're not the thought. But you wake up in the morning, so you're prior to the thought. So you are beyond the thinking and the mind.

And you had no mind thinking until you reached the age of two, two and a half and started to learn words. So you are what you've always been. The absolute, which appears to appear in all these different patterns, shapes and forms. They tell you that also. That this manifestation, and this is all the parents, is all manifestation. This manifestation is appearance only. It's simply what appears to be. Seemingly so. And when you look out and investigate a lot of it, you'll see. It's only appearance. This body appears to be real, solid and substantial. As I've just broken it up into elements. And the mind, the same thing.

You can do that with everything else. It's only that one essence. That one intelligence, energy. That patterns, shapes and forms. And appears. And experiences. As everything. And you are that. Let that resonate within you. And recognize itself. And you get the taste of it. And there's an immediate lightning. All this concern and unhappiness and fear drops away. This body here is not what you'd call a perfect body anymore. There's pieces cut out of it and all sorts of things. But the conceptual image about it is not there either. It's seen just as it is. And it can cause, if it's locked into it, it can cause a lot of concern, a lot of unhappiness, a lot of pain.

But there again, they come up and divide. But they can't stay there forever if it's recognized. Because, as I say, the vision comes and goes. It's constantly transient. It'll change. And there'll be patterns when it's well-being. Being well. Nothing wrong. And there'll be other patterns when it's not so good. But if I fixate on the one and go into it, it can be terrible. But leave it as it is and see the change that's coming about. You can't say there's anything good or bad about it. As Shakespeare told you years ago, there's nothing either good or bad but thinking makers. That's what's understood here and been recognized.

And as I say, others of you here have got a taste of it. You've looked into it, investigated it. And down through the ages, the ones that have recognized and known it have recognized the same thing. That it's absolute. It's only the one essence. It's only the one life. And I am that. Not the body, not the mind. So was, what's his name was, Ram Desdain. Be what you are. Not what you believe you are or think you are, but be actually what you are. And the other one, know the truth. And the truth will set you free. What is there to be free from?

Free from the belief that you are the separate entity. And look at that word belief. Look into his direction. Take the definition of it. The definition of belief is an unquestioned acceptance of something in the absence of reason. We've taken it for granted that I am this person. I am this individual. We never looked into it. But when you look into it and investigate, you see you couldn't possibly be the person. The person comes from the ancient Latin. Persona. The mask. Another word. Another label. We put on absolute. As I say, when you recognize the absolute, nothing can be added to it. Nothing can be taken away.

Or as they put it in Buddhism, the great perfection is the same as the absolute. You can't add anything to the perfect. You can't take anything away from it. And the great perfection is non-conceptual awareness. There it is. Drop your concepts. Your beliefs. And just sit in that awareness. Sit, stand, walk, do what you like in the awareness. Anybody unaware right now? You say, of course not. I'm not unaware. You know it immediately. But then we put all sorts of labels on it. Well, just be what you are. And recognize it and see for yourself. And that reveals everything that you need to know. And leave it come about as it does.

And the living becomes easy. There's what that song called, poor Jan Bess. Summertime and the living is easy. And it is. Easy doesn't. Be at ease. Anyway, that's enough from me. So, cats, cats will take over from there. Yes. Thank you, God. And they can all have a say. So, get into it. Welcome everyone. And welcome people who are with us online. We have a nice one beautiful comment from Gilbert here. And he says, one consciousness. One whole. Never divided by time or space. You are conscious. That is that. No doubt in that. Nothing to add or take away. Away. Leave it as it is.

Simple. And we have British Julia. Oh, no. That's not American Julia. Lots of people seem to think they are a soul. Without a belief in thought. Can you find a soul? I love Bob's quote. I have three souls. The souls on each of my feet and my asshole. And the Yelena says, perfect. And a lot of laughter. And we have good morning messages. But we just focus on the, on the content and good morning again. So, anyone would like to start us on sharing, asking questions or? And what Gilbert said, time and space. That's, you see, look into that too. What time is there if you don't think about it?

Is there a past if you don't think about it? Mm-hmm. And space. Can anything at all, can you postulate or think of anything outside of space? What would it be in? So, you, me and everything else, there's space in this room. We are the content of space. And the room itself is the content of space. And that's why they call it space-like awareness. Like space. Space. The content of space is only an appearance, like we pointed out before. So, it seemingly is, but recognize what it is. Know the truth. Truth will set you free. Yes, beautiful. He says, never divided by time and space, one whole.

Absolutely. Yes. So, anyone would like to add something or show something? If not, I'm going to, oh yeah, you go ahead. I don't know, I like to use the word bullshit a lot in my language, I don't know why. And then it just happens with my mother, sometimes we talk and like, oh, this is just bullshit. So basically what came up is with the belief when we're learning the words, from the day we learn the words and we learn the belief of the I, that's all bullshit in that sense, like it's all nonsense actually. Because it's a belief, so by then it always passed on through the generations, generations, generations, and we use it all the time.

But that's where the problems of suffering starts, what I see. You've got to realize that even the word bullshit is false, don't you? Yeah. So that just came up then when you finished talking and I thought, oh, hang on, it starts with the word, the whole suffering. Literally, it tells you in the Bible, in the beginning it was the word. Yeah. In the beginning. Yeah. The word was with God, the word was God. Yeah. That's all that God is, it was a word. All things were made by him, by the word. All the words in this room, the tree, flowers, pictures, words, all words. And there was nothing made without the word.

All the things in this manifestation, we have words or clothes. Without the word, with the first couple of years of your life, when you had no words, you were seeing, you were hearing, but you had no words. Living was going on. But it was going on in its natural state. We put words on and discriminate with the words. And then we have the words and we can think, we can talk about it, but then we can't talk about what's before the word. Just breathe. Yeah. So you can't describe it with the word, what was before the word, because we can't see it. Or remember it or something.

I don't know, it's just interesting. I don't know. And last night marked the end of a lot of work that had gone on. And I kind of relate to what Kat was saying this morning, where she's produced these wonderful carts of pointers. It was something like that, but it was in memorial for my brother, who died in March. And so I put together these folders of A4 folders of 40 photographs and made a video and slideshow presentation. And all of this took place over a certain amount of time and finally came together last night. And it was supported by his close friends. And it was just a wonderful occasion.

And it was the end of a lot of sort of trial and tribulation that's gone on over the past few months. And this morning, driving up Cotham Road, there was this great clarity. It's probably to do with Mother's Day. There was just a lot of peace and silence around. And this clarity was very much like experiencing the great space that everything takes place in. And the senses were very much like that. And it was just a lot of interesting things that you've passed by and never noticed them. And it was just a really lovely experience. Why isn't it like this all the time? Well, it is, but some identification gets in the way.

That'll come up more and more frequently. Get the taste of it and recognise it. Beautiful. Yeah, thank you, pal. We have a moment of quiet. I'll actually elaborate what Rose mentioned. This is just the joyous news that came only about an hour before the meeting. But they are ready to go to the world. This was months and months of work. And it contains all the most beautiful. Actually, we were really getting high on those pointers when Bob was in the hospital. Because you just pick any. And any. Yeah, any. Whatever. Just read the first one, darling. Whatever. Pick one. And they are wonderful. They absolutely.

Pick a card, any card. Yeah, any card. And just read the pointer. Just. And they are wonderful. And they are all made with sea and the sky, like a sailor's element. That intelligence functioning now is the razor's edge. Pre-sense means pride of the senses. It is ever fresh. It is ever fresh. Just this. There is nothing else. There is nothing else. And those. And they are in different colors. So this one actually goes in a bluish color. So it is with the little instruction to relax. To relax. I'm just going to sort that one. And apart from relaxing there are ways. Because as the cards usually go, they are four colors.

So there are four R. And you can read it on the box. There is one about relaxing. So it's a pointer that just is to just blow your mind and just bring that relaxation. Another one is reflect. So it's a pointer you can find with a beautiful picture of some reflections on the sky, for example, or the sea. A little heart here in the clouds. And they are to reflect. What is the belief? And now you get to reflect. Is it ever the actual? And then on it goes. Another one. There's 22 in each color. They silver. Reflection is the silver. And then resonate. Resonating.

It's just the pointer which kind of brings up resonate. Any on the resonation. There can be no light without darkness. And then it's just fine to resonate. It goes on. And it's how beautifully they made. They're glossy on the beautiful sunset sides. Because resonate is like you have blue for relax and silver for reflection. Resonate is like rose gold. So all the sunsets there are in these gorgeous colors. And yeah, it's to resonate. And the gold, which Bob was always saying. Recognize. That's gold. Recognition is gold. They have 22 in each colors. And golden edges. And they nice and thick. They not breakable easily. And it's just to keep by your toothbrush or something.

Pick one. And just see what it says. We will literally read a couple of a day or two or three. And just I was just saying, isn't that husband of mine absolutely brilliant to come up with this beautiful pearls. Like really complete. Every single one. It's just absolutely gorgeous. So that is. Thank you, Kat. Yeah, they're really good. Yeah, they're really good. Thank you. They actually just an hour ago they came live on Amazon. And they will be available for just clicking. There won't be any profit because I want them to be available. I want them to be as cheap as they could possibly be.

Because that, yeah, that joy, that joy, that happiness that they will bring, it actually has ripple effect on everyone. I mean, if one person within the group carries that light and that joy and that happiness and that lightness of being, well, that's the price enough. And we have few there on the table. And if we're lucky, Sophie is going to get few to Europe. So, and that will be wonderful because unfortunately we went over the budget and we could not set Amazon account in many countries. It's just too expensive. So, yeah, we'll see how we go from there. If we run out of words, we'll just pick one.

So, but I invite you to bring up your pointers, your favourite quotes or anything that we could talk on. But at least we'll not have to bear with that kind of anxious sense of silence that, oh, nobody wants to speak. Let's go home and watch the TV as Bob used to do on the meetings sometimes when people just did not want to participate. So, let's participate. Hello, beautiful Bob and Kat. Lovely to be here again that I could make it. Thank you for coming. There's just a couple of things I want to talk and ask Bob about, you know, since, um, since some shifts have happened in my life that bring you into the present moment.

It'll bring me into the present moment much more regularly. Do I need to speak up, Bob? Can you hear me? Yeah, could be a bit louder. Okay, I'll speak a little bit louder. Um, it's the thing about, um, about how all your relationships change. In that place, and everything changes, not just relationships, everything. The whole life is changing. And, and, you know, good and bad, you know, like you say, everything's the same, right? It's like, sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not so good, you know, and sometimes it's bad. You know, that thing about, um, relationships, relationships with people. I have beautiful relationships while I'm present with people, but there's, there's no, there's no previously there was a continuity or a desire to keep up or do this or do that with them, you know, with all the relationships in my life, family, everybody, friends, acquaintances.

When I'm with them, it's just a joyous heart sharing of the spontaneous moment and that's it. There's no continuity. And so, you know, like there was previously before, no inclination for continuity. It's just in the present. So, um, I'd like to ask you about, um, you know, I, I, I can't say I'm awake and I, I wouldn't be so bold as to say that, but the, the present moment experience changes everything. And, um, all of life changes then as a result of that. And if you could have a few words about that aspect, please. Well, relationship is duality. Relative to. But what are you relative to?

Separate yourself from it if you can. And there's a natural merging and coming together, which you can't say is relative where there's a clash. If it's one, there can be no clash. Yes, I think, uh, what's going on is that, uh, that's how, I experience like that and then I think the person says, oh, hang on. Well, you know, my children, my brothers and sisters, my, you know, my, well, this, all of that is changing dramatically. Yes. The person is what we believe in. Yeah. And the relationships of the person. Yeah. And that belief, the relationship, relativity, was the wrong stance. There's no, as I say, they keep telling you it's one without a second.

Yeah. The Lord thy God is one God, there is nothing other. It doesn't matter what concepts you have about that, so-called. But it's only the one. Yeah. And you are that one. And in that, that's actually one. Every one is that one. Every apparent one is that one, yeah? As absolute. Who can be superior to it? Who can be inferior to it? And what would you want from anybody else? Takes away all that. Yes. So, yes, you know it. Yes, we know it. But it, you know, the changes that are happening as a result of that are quite- Yes. Yes. Yeah, good and bad. That's good.

There's all sorts of things around that going on. Oh, yeah. So, I look forward to hearing more about, you know, how you navigate that. Or do you navigate it? You don't. You don't. Yeah. Yeah. As it comes, comes up with you and you recognize it, just the same as Ross was saying, you can make a kind of image. It's happening to you all the time. A lot of it we don't notice. Yeah. And then you start noticing and let it get there a little bit stronger and longer because the idea of a separate entity we're reinforcing all the time. I don't like this. I'm just no good.

He said this. And we've done that ever since we learnt the words. And it's been because everybody else around us, you tell you, we fall into the trap. But something makes you realize a little bit more to it than this. And that's what brings you in and look at something else apart from the scriptures. That would tell you you're a sinner, you're a terrible person. It does that matter. Take you away from your true nature. Absolute. Yeah. But it is a nice example of, you know, using the mind in a way that is actually bringing that insight because if you look at the world of the animals living in the parks, they do have relationships and their relationships also shift and change all the time.

They don't have prior or after, before realization, after. So they can't actually compare those big changes. And we can. We can actually have a look. We have the memory. We can relate. Oh my gosh. With the more freedom that comes more responsibility with the more freedom that comes a real shift. I mean, you know, certain codependency is kind of moving on. And it's yes, they are changes. But again, the judgment comes. Oh, this was better. Oh, this is getting better. Oh, this is getting worse. So this one, they, they navigate themselves. They, they, they, neither good nor bad because was the realization there. Change is the only constant.

They would be changing anyway. People who never had an insight, never had a moment of, of reflecting on that source of life or essence of what they are. Their relationships also do change. We do have that change more dramatic. That's for sure. And we can reflect on it and enjoy the drama. Well, they're just the joy of the present moment really. What else is there? Is there anything else? But, but the noticing of the changing of the relationship is much stronger than before. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And certainly we say it's relationship, but good and bad. Are they relative? Or are the two ends and the one stick?

Happy, sad, loving, eh? We divide them and take them. Think the division is separate. Ah, sorry. That's okay. I'll listen to the recording later. That's the one, it's the one, it's the one stick, two ends. They're not separate. As Shakespeare told you, there's nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so. It's the way we think about it. And as we said, there is nothing that can be done because there is no doer, so there is no navigating it around because there is no navigator. And on the same token, we have a brilliant comment from Gilbert regarding the cards. Nothing you can do yet, you've got to know when to fold them, know when to hold them, know when to walk away and know when to run.

And of course, that is being navigated by intelligence of life. So whichever way that holding folding and running away works, it is that inherently present program of always taking the best possible decision with the circumstances that are surrounding and with the knowledge and conditioning. So whatever is happening, even the relationships are breaking, that's still the best that life has decided to unfold this way. So it is life navigating, holding folding and running away. And it is doing the best it can because it is programmed this way to protect and survive. And then Julia, American Julia says, yeah, I want at least two decks. Julia, you are, yes, you got it.

And British Julia says, the more you get out of the way, the more intelligence takes over. And British Julia had a birthday recently, happy birthday Julia. And Bradley says, there is only one thing we can be sure of, and that's change. Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I wanted to reflect on what you were saying, actually, and also what was coming up with me is, is the, it's the, I suppose, I don't know if I'm going to get, I'll stumble with words, but that's okay. Um, about presence and it, the reality that we perceive is, is coming out of the space or out of, out of, in a way, nothing or no thing.

And what we see or what we perceive, other people, is extraordinary. It's just amazing. I mean, all these, all you here, all these people, and this room and the world outside, it's just fucking amazing. It's just incredible. It really is extraordinary. And so I just sort of pondering on out of nothing comes all this, and we get lost in this, which, you know, well, why wouldn't we get lost in this? Because it's so extraordinary and so amazing. And so that's sort of the dilemma. And when realized people talk about, you know, where actually we are nothing, we think my mind goes, nothing, you know, there's nothing there.

You know, it's like, how could, you know, this is much more interesting out there than nothing. But it's the, I mean, that's, again, it's just my mind sort of playing tricks because I know in a bad, you know, when I'm in a kind of a low mood, the world is dull and, you know, everyone annoys me or I'm annoying, you know. It's that sort of thing. But like you were saying, the, when you are present, when you are fully present, there's an intensity there, an incredible intensity where everything is so bright and vivid and everyone looks incredible. I'm an artist, by the way, so I'm very aware of, you know, colours and shapes and forms and textures and all this sort of thing.

But the, when you have that intensity, there are qualities that are there that are, which you can't see, but you can feel, you can almost see them. It's like there's a goldenness. I've had moments where, like, the air is gold, but I can't see it, I can feel it. And it's, you think, my God, this is so extraordinary. And it's like you kind of want to write poetry forever. And, you know, so it's, I'm having glimpses of the sort of the bliss in a sense. But it's just touching on that kind of relationship between the form, what we see, and the no thing. So that's sort of, it's just like a kind of an exploration, I suppose.

Yeah. Thank you. Beautiful. And Bradley says, the traumatized says, my life will never be the same again. The believed in thought story called me is the trauma trance that fears change. Yeah. Yeah, that's a good point. Even the idea of my life. And it will be or not be the same. So it's a lot of presumptions here. That the life belongs to someone. That there is someone who is the owner of the life. That there is a future in which this life will change or not change. Or, yeah, it's, that's the, as he says, the thought story called me is the trauma trance. That fears change.

Beautifully said. Yeah. Mm. And you were saying before, what were the two pointers you love the most? And for me is what's wrong with right now if I don't think about it. Mm. And the other one is when there, when there's conflict or apparent conflict arising, who's it happening to? Who is it happening to? They're my two favorite pointers. Mm. Just thought I'd share that. Yeah, that's beautiful. Thank you. Yeah. They really good self-discipline when they arise and assist in any point in life. Bob sometimes says different things actually shift different people in different ways. Sometimes that discipline, that, that love for the truth arises in the, in the form of a pointer that just knock the door and say, Hey, or don't go there.

You know, like obviously there's no one who is going anywhere, but the pointer creates that pause. Like what's wrong with right now? It creates that little pause. So they, yeah, they, they, they're beautiful gifts to actually have a favorite or to have a couple of favorites. So they have something that adds to, to a drama of life or to even, yeah, pick one and put in the front pocket and walk around for a day. And when that discipline is needed, you can just. Yeah. Anyone has any other favorites to share or not really? Yeah. All there is, is this. Yes. Nothing else. Absolutely. That's it.

What was your name? Simon. Simon. Yeah. Hello. Ross. What Simon said was summarized by Richard II in the character is locked away in this dungeon. He's reflecting on life. And he says, what am I or any man, but man be with nothing? Then will he be pleased till he be eased with being nothing. Oh, that is gorgeous. Gorgeous. Michael? Oh, no. Oh, I need a, yes, please. Michael. Michael. Michael. And also with what Simon says, with the art, like I'm not an artist. I don't know if I'm not an artist at all, but I've got a book drawing on the right side of the brain.

And to teach you how to draw, you turn the images upside down because then you're just looking at shapes and patterns. And it's a wonderful thing to play around with because you can't, I can't draw at all, but if I turn a portrait upside down, a sketch, and then I sketch with it upside down and you turn it around, you're amazed at the result. Because you're taking the mind out of the way. And it's the same with anything we look at. So I'm playing around with the headless way as well, where you're driving. But if you're driving, our mind says we're moving through the world.

But if you actually experience what's happening, the world is coming to you. It's only the mind that says that anything else is happening. And the same even with what we're looking at here now. It's just shapes, colours, patterns. You have to put distance in. You have to use thought. That's so true. That's what Douglas Arding said when he's driving down from Queensland. He says, I swallowed Australia. But this is what Nisargadatta was saying, that he swallowed the world. Yeah. And it is, of course, it's just a metaphor that is intending to stop the mind because there is no he in the world. The world and the he is one, so there isn't anyone swallowing anything.

But it is a metaphor that actually makes you at least laugh, or at least ponder, reflect on it. And that's the intention. Yeah. Yeah. It moves through. Yeah. I'd never sort of thought about a pointer as stopping the mind. But when I said, all there is is this, of course it stops the mind. I mean, there is nothing. There's nothing you can say that means anything. Yeah. And that changes your relationships forever. Yeah. Yeah. Sorry, I just said that means it changes all of your relationships forever. When there's nothing but this. What to say. Yeah. Other than joy. Yeah. That's right. And if you are one with everything, what relationships are there really?

The definition that this is me and there is other and we have relationship. I have relationship to my partner, to my cats, to the food, to environment, to the cosmos. Those are all just for the convenience of communication. But really, how am I separate from the environment, from the air, from anything? Yeah. I think that for me, it's actually my children. And as a mother, your relationship is a very strong habit. I have to say, it's a very strong habit. Happy Mother's Day. Thank you. Hope will be happy. Because yes, it is probably the most challenging. It's a very strong habit. Challenging relationship. And this is a beautiful role.

Because again, when you look at the animals and other creatures there, they do take up that role, but temporarily. It's roughly, one could say, only humans that keep that role forever. And that's because we have the story behind it. Like, you know, the cat, it may be a mother for a little kitten for maybe about a year. And then they are equals. Or the tiger or the lion. While humans, they carry the role and benefit from it. I mean, you know, they are good and bad, of course. There's the whole totality of it. It's a challenge. It's the potential for so-called growth. And all those shared stories and groups, you know, the mother's support groups and abused children things and all that stuff that joins up, that consciousness creates the bigger and bigger and bigger forms out of that potential, out of that.

Yeah. So it's. But really, in nature, we are like an event. It's not something that anywhere in nature where the conceptualized overlay is put upon the experiencing that it can be noticed. So it's. Maybe whales hold on to their youngs for a bit longer because they take longer to get them to the adulthood. But once children are adults, they. But yeah, beautiful that we can. We can enjoy that so-called relationship transforming through life. Actually, I have to. I'll have to talk to some. Seek out some saints who were women with children and find out. Find out what their relationship is now. Because my experience as a mother is that that.

That. Inclination or instinct never changes. Doesn't matter what age the children are. That's right. It never leaves us and it never changes. That's right. So I've got to say, I know a few female saints in India at the moment, but none of them have children. We'll have to see our children and see what happens. Yeah, Jane has children. Yeah, I have children and grandchildren. And of course, it's Mother's Day. I'm going to lunch with my daughter. But I get a lot of joy out of just the cycle of life. Why? There is no me or her or children or it's just the cycle of life.

You know, and you can name me, you can name her, you can name whatever, but it's life itself. You know, living off life. You know, so I get a lot of joy from that. Are you able to walk away from that? I've never had. Would you be able to leave it? You've got no choice. I don't think there's anyone that has a choice. Yeah. Yes, that's true. No doers. Yes. Bob wanted to comment. I was going to say something. Why would you? We would walk away. Bob wants to comment on it. Why would it be when they're part of you? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, it's life living through life.

It's absolutely not necessary to actually fix or change anything. The way any relationship, and of course, I don't have physical, biological children. I have adopted kitties. And I do have mother and siblings. And I love them dearly. And a lot of friends that, you know, the attachment naturally through the conditioning, the way actually that whole body-mind mechanism is, attachment is part of the survival mechanism. If not for the attachment, the little baby wouldn't be able to elicit that oxytocin from the mother to look after it. So there's all great intelligence going. So if there is a great intelligence expressing itself as the form of attachment and wanting to always have that wings over the family, well, what's wrong with that?

Just marvel at it. And idea, oh, I should, you know, cut the cord. Like, my mom is one of my dearest friends. It's hard to tell whether anyone is mothering anyone anymore because she's mature enough to not question my decisions in life and to trust them. And it goes both ways. We just don't have that sort of controlling mechanisms anymore for years. But the relationship is, one could say, it is a relationship because there is two forms relating in consciousness. That is one form and she is the other. And I'm neither. I'm neither that nor that. I'm the consciousness in which that relating happens. And you can marvel at the way the relating happens and it changes.

Like Jane is saying, you can label the objects in consciousness, but you actually just see how life plays out all its cards and be mind blown. Nothing needs to be any different than this. It's a pure perfection, even though it may be uncomfortable at times because this is 10,000 things that is affecting every, you know, like weather, hormones, all diets, everything. It's a dance. It's a divine game. Is it truly true that you are a mother all the time? You know, it's not really. Isn't it mind changing? Mind changes all the time, doesn't it? No. Every six seconds or so. It must. Yeah, it must.

When you don't think. You're not thinking. Well, I can really identify with that because I have a daughter and a son. But I'm not always thinking about them. In fact, in those moments, you know, well, but I am always conscious in the background, always. Yes. But, you know, no matter what. Yeah. Yeah. And when you die, that's another question. And the body moves on. My favourite point, I suppose, is at the moment is surrender. Yeah, matter. Surrender and giving up doership. I think it's really important. Yeah. What can I say about that? Nothing. Yeah. Because in giving up doership, there is no objective world left, really.

Yeah. Or ultimately, we just see through into the emptiness of everything. Totally. Don't do it. And that's going to be the solution to all my relationships as well. Because I find them difficult. I just remember, okay, I'll surrender to this. And let everything that's occurring within the vast space of awareness, if you like, be just as it is. Yeah. Yeah. That'll do. I want to share my favourite pointer. And my favourite pointer is, where was I born? Which for me is the same as, when were you born? Beautiful. Where was I born? Which is the same as, when was I born? Were you ever born?

Yeah, we have a couple of comments from the online community. Gioti says, why is there a need to repeatedly look for pointers about the truth? Once a pointer rings true, shouldn't the search stop? If I am that, then why don't I get it? Ah, well. Yeah, it seems like every seeming individual digests those pointers or clears up that confusion in very individualised way. Sometimes the pointer rings true and that cuts off all the search. And you never put this YouTube again. And you never come to our group. And you never need another book. And sometimes it is just that sort of a slow sort of peeling of an onion.

Like Jane often said, truth eating away the lies. So sometimes the pointer dispels some fragment of the illusion. And there is a little bit more freedom. And then another pointer dispels a little bit more of the illusion. And again, it's more freedom. It doesn't happen every time. That is just like a thunderstorm smashing completely. All the conceptualising. All self-referencing. Like it was in Bob's case and in my case. Just the self-referencing. The thinking doesn't stop. It goes on. It's a process that is there. It's just referring it, relating it to the imagined self. Which did actually end the search for me. Although I had an absolute delight putting all those gorgeous, beautiful pointers.

Delight. Not because they would give me something. But that because it is a gift of the consciousness. To consciousness in its reflections elsewhere. So yeah, also Gioti. The form of a question why is a kind of a dangerous form. Because it invites the story and justification. Why is it happening like this? Why I don't get it? Is something wrong with me? No, it is not. You are that regardless of the overlay of concepts. Regardless of what the pointers do or not. It's just, yeah, trust life. Trust those moments when you put your heart with what is. Rather than, like Simon was saying, you know, writing a poetry about the colour of the air.

Or smell of the shape. Or just the shade of a form. Which is happening presently. The sensory world. Really putting your heart with what is. Rather than with what isn't. And what isn't is the story of why. What isn't is the story of past and future. Bigger picture. Me. My relations. See, this is, I love what Peter was pointing out. You know, are you the mother all the time? Well, yes. But yeah, of course when you think about it. But when you don't. You're not. Are you even a woman? Are you even a form? No. No, we are. I could say, oh yeah, I have the most wonderful partner in my life.

And of course, that's my primary role. He is the centre of my universe. And I'm just, everything is about him in the universe. So I'm a crazy codependent wife, completely madly in love. But that's not true. That's not true. That's not true. That's only in the moment of describing it. The thought of having a role of one or the other doesn't even come near me, ever. Not ever. It just doesn't. When I talk to someone else, I say, yes, he's my husband. But that's only when the idea of that sort of a relating comes in. It is only there, every costume, every role, every identity, when the image is there, when the mental image is there.

When it is not there, it's just what's happening and how it unfolds. And Julia says, oh no, there is Bradley as well. Regarding the concept of relating, I noticed it's been mighty lonesome in a saddle since my horse died. Wow, that's poetic. Yeah, it would be. Bob was not the most joyous in the world where his first wife partner of 42 years died and he's been by himself. It was pretty. I mean, even if you look at the animals, you know, when you have a couple of cats, a couple of dogs and one of them pass away or you have a dog and a so-called master or owner goes away.

The whole constitution of that mechanism, of that body-mind mechanism gets a little bit shaken because all the automatic functioning goes and the narrative and the behavior goes around it. So, very sorry Bradley that you're going through it. That, well, that's, yeah, that's part of life. I mean, who hasn't lost anyone? A parent, a friend, a partner. Yes, that's part of the colors. We wouldn't appreciate connection if we didn't have this connection. No light without darkness. And then Tanya says, so this body is pure perfection, no matter what it looks like. Absolutely. Absolutely. You know, when you start describing how it looks like, there is a comparison already involved.

So, yeah, without that comparison, it is a mystery. It is absolute marvel. It's an incredible, unthinkably complex factory of pure intelligence expressing. Even if it's big or small or fat or has this disease or this deformation, it's still amazing. And American Julia says, Nisargatata apparently said that some fruit ripens quickly and some fruit ripens slowly. Either way, there is no doer of the ripening. Absolutely. Yeah. She took the words out of my mouth. I was going to say the fruit one. Yeah. I love that one. It is. It is. And I would add to it, you are the consciousness in which all the fruits ripening, you're not a particular fruit.

That's right. You're free already, regardless of the body being growing or ripening or not. I'm going to love you and leave you. Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers. Happy Mother's Day. Thanks, Jaira. Enjoy. Bye-bye. And we have Bill saying, there is no escaping freedom. No escaping freedom. Yeah, that's a good news. So that's for the online comments. Anyone would like to elaborate or introduce a new topic? Zoran, please. Thank you. Happy Mother's Day, everybody. Who is a mother? Just what we were talking about, just the experiential sort of changes in the descent, like the journey back home, where things become more vivid, relationships change, like things become lighter and brighter and a little bit easier, because there's less holding.

There's just an allowing and stuff. But something that has been recurring for me is being aware of when there is an opening of sorts, if you can say, a deepening. Being aware of the mind, not getting caught up in the experience too much, because things always do seem better and the show seems more amazing and more loving and all that sort of stuff. But I think that's, for me anyway, that sort of seems like the time to just knuckle down a bit more. Because if there is that opening there, like just being more in the silence, being so instead of being lured back into the experience, which is a whole better experience now.

Like it's a more complete experience, it seems like, and it's more enjoyable. But just trying to hold firm, I think, and not concluding anything too much and just staying in that silence even more at that point, I think has been important for me. Because I've tended to just go off with the mind again and, you know, like, wow, this is amazing, you know. And the mind is, everything seems, the mind seems to be empowered by this that's happening, the unfolding that's going on. And then, oh, like, you know, the mind just gets a boost of energy and, you know, and it's like, whoa, like, you know.

But I found in those times over here that that's the best time to just double down and just stay in that silence, go deeper. How deep does this go, you know, like investigate, like how much more, what more is there in this direction? And, yeah, then eventually, yeah, like it does pay, it does seem like it pays off because this becomes more concrete, if you will, or more stable over this side. And then there's still the experiences get more and more amazing, but they still can't compare to what's happening in this direction. And then I think eventually, it doesn't even matter, like after, you know, a while, as beautiful as everything is out there, there's almost an irrelevance, you know.

There's nothing bad or nothing good about the show that's going on, but everything is always secondary to that which is witnessing, that energy which we are, which is, you know, not just witnessing, but taking care of all of it. But there's just a deepening of contentment. Yeah, not really kind of a loss of interest, I suppose, but not as important. Everything, yeah, everything just becomes a little less, you know, dramatic or a little less, you know, whatever. But, yeah, just focusing, yeah, that's been a big thing for me, just being aware that experiences have been coming and going forever, you know. And just saying, well, all right, it's just another experience.

Yes, things that, you know, but just to come back, which has been a really big thing for me. Just keep going, keep going until there's nothing, until there's nothing left to distract anyone. No person to be distracted, yeah. I think that's important. Thank you. That's beautiful. If you don't do that, what you just described, you just become like an experienced junkie or a bliss junkie where you're just chasing the next, like, high or whatever that is. And it's not, yeah, all these experiences are changing. And you get all this clarity and you think, oh, that's it. It's not it. It's just another experience on the screen of, yeah, what you're saying.

But I was just thinking of pointers. And, like, Bob's got a few rippers that you've accumulated over the years. But sometimes I find, like, the pointer is not a word. Like, it could even be an action or a movement or the way you're observing something. It's just an absolute pointer, like, of simplicity. Yeah. And I've seen that many times with Bob. We go for lunch and I watch him eat. It's the best thing ever. It's a pointer in itself. No. But it's just other things. You know, it's like the silence sometimes. Or just, you know, a pointer can be anything. If you open it, every moment is a pointer in itself.

Absolutely. Until it's not. Until every moment is just a display of the one show. Patterning, shaping and forming in infinite ways. And then relationships end, in a sense. Because it's all one. One. And it's totally. And you're not doing it. And there's no person as such doing it. And so the interactions and relations and that's the play. And vibrating, I guess. And that's the form it appears in. And, yeah. I think Ramana also speaks about, like, that ripening in a different way where he talks about hot coals. And, you know, he explains that ripening thing in a different way where some people need to hear pointers hundreds of times.

You know, or for over periods of time with a lot of practice and meditations and other people can go bang. And there's infinite combinations and permutations. We have no idea how any of this really works in any way. But something feels right about hanging out here on a Sunday with Bob and the gang. And here we are. Thank you. And a question for Kat. Did you do the photos? The cards. The cards. Did I do the photos? Yes. Yeah. The photography on your cards. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Absolutely. Absolutely. Yes. There won't be any copyright claims from anyone. Yes, that was important. I wouldn't want that to go off the market.

No, I really wanted to share that your photography was really good on the cards as well. Thank you. Some of those beach pictures we were actually taking. And there will be there actually four cards which instead of having a words of pointer, they have either just a full stop and a fragment of Bob on the beach. Because full stop is good enough of a pointer or the silent one or just the blank. Most of them, there are words on them. But yes, some of the beach pictures were our walks together and they were more recent. Others were the sunsets, the sunrises, the moonrises, the dolphins, everything that's connected with the sea and the sky from the sailor's life, being on the oceans around the world, everywhere.

Some of them are even done, which is a great pointer too, ocean from the sky, from the airplane. Just sea and the sky, it's just a pointer by itself. And yeah, thank you for asking. Yes, the pictures are all ours. I just wanted to say that in the Rebu Gita, they talk about all things emanating from the space of consciousness, the great space, including all food eaten. That's it. Everything we're eating, everything we're saying, everything, every question, every answer, every point of view is all part of the play. That's all we need to become aware of. It's all that, really, at the end of the day, isn't it?

So there's no answer to any of these questions that we pose, you know, except that it is that in essence, not in form, not in the content of the question, is it? So, thank you. Cole? Cole? I just, you know, I mean, these pointers have got me going. It's like, you know, for me, pointers are things that sort of are like, like, like I carry around with me. And whenever I, whenever something crops up, they come up and remind me about something. And one of the, and I've got two pointers that I just want to throw in as well. Well, one of them's mine and one of them's a well-known one.

The well-known one is that I'm just like a cork on the water going down a torrent. And that's, that's the control I've got. That's the understanding. That's, that's it. And the other one I've got, sometimes I get caught up sort of trying to work things out, you know, and I remind myself that I'm a bit like an ant trying to work out how a digital watch works. So, that's really useful for me. Thank you. Hello. Hello. I'm just sitting here. What arose was the, the extraordineness and the gratitude of being here, being with everyone today, and this feeling of like just coming in from another place and time on, on, on an illusionary level and being able just to sit and share in the heart here.

And, um, it's, it's, yeah, it's really, um, it's, oh, it's just, it's beyond words, but it's just so, um, it's so beautiful to be here. Yeah, that's, and, and, and as every moment is changing and we will be leaving, at the end of the meeting, we'll be leaving Australia, you know, but the energy moves and yet there's this knowing that there's nothing's changed and that this energy that we're all bathing in now and sharing in and, and seemingly being separate in but not is, is what remains. And, and, and it's like it will always be here in this, in this divine play of, of exploring itself and the shapes and forms will change.

And, and yet we can say, I'm here right now and I love being here and I love being with you all and being with Bob and the gratitude of that and Kat. So thank you. Dito, yes. Thank you. Thank you for being here. Kindness. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Yes. And, oh yeah. Yeah. Wonderful to have you here. Sophie sometimes used to come to our Zoom meetings because she's from Europe, from Portugal. So evening hours. And if there is anyone from Europe who watches us Tuesdays and Thursdays in Europe and Americans Monday, which is Sunday afternoon, please join us on Zoom.

And yes, it's just wonderful to have you here like physically, kind of more physically than on the screen, a picture of the screen. Beautiful. And yes, as Sophie was saying, she may take some of our beautiful cards to Europe. So if anyone wants to, we'll figure it out, how to contact you, maybe an email address or something. Absolutely. I feel like I'm spreading the light, the golden light over the waters. And yeah, I'll be bringing quite a few packets of, packs of cards. So please, yeah. Yeah. Email or Facebook or we'll figure it out. Yeah. And you're also leaving behind a couple of fish. Oh, and a couple of fish.

Yeah. We have a beautiful fish pond there next to the door. So we have a couple more comments and then we go and celebrate Sophie in Sophia and everyone. Everyone, you know, so Tanya says, thank you, Kat. I noticed a lot of comparison appearing for quite some time. And Gioti says, loved the fruit ripening quote. And American Julia, I love you all so much. I miss you too. I'm so grateful. Enjoy Sophia's. I'll see you soon. And Tanya says, thank you. And Catherine, no matter how clear the pointer, the one looking must have clear vision. Sadna helps clear the vision. And that's that. Thank you, everyone.

Thank you, everyone. Thanks, everyone. Thank you, again, Tanya. Thank you, she's not the right. Thank you, some of the other who you are. You are the one. So, you are the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. And the one. that I like. and the one.
