Nisargadatta Ramos, Katarina, Kasturi, Kasturi, Josh, Marty, Cliff, Maroja, Michaela, Michael, Tony, Kalo, Katrin, Ros, Dean. Well, good morning everyone. Good morning. Good morning, brother. Nice group today. Everybody's in here quite a few times. So you all know all about it. But I suppose I'm going to go through the same old ritual. I can't teach you anything. I can't teach you anything. Why? Because what we point to is what all the scriptures point to in one way or another. Some go a bit long-winded about it. Others are more direct. of what. niece.. of what? niece. of what what niece.. what this thing called God is. And there's some all sort of If you read some of the text and scriptures over the years.
All sorts of ideas and images of what that is. But in some of them, they point to the non-duality. The one and only essence that patterns, shapes, forms, experiences, and expresses. As everything. Means it's only that. It's vibrating, patterning, shaping, and forming. Into all this manifestation. And all the different, so called different objects. Things. That appear in us. And labeling with the one essence which they are. Still. We've labeled ourselves human beings. And that's where we separate ourselves. You can't negate your beings. Can you? You know that much for sure. But the human part of it. Those of us using the so called mind. Get an idea of what some of us are.
And I get a lot of concepts about what we think others are. There's a lot of separation and division comes up over that. But they tell you, it's non-conceptual awareness. Now there is an awareness of that being. Can anyone in this room negate that awareness right now? Of course you can't. There's a knowing that you are. And there's a knowing of the beingness. But you've got the human part attached to it. And then if you've got the human being and you believe in this greater power, greater power that's God becomes a supreme being. Greater than everything else. But take those labels off. Words human and supreme.
And so are the beings. And so are the beings. What is actually happening where you are as you are right now? Anyone who is not being. Put the human on, put all sorts of other labels, good, bad, human, person, place or thing, on the beingness. And separate it. And get into trouble. But if it's... Take the label human and supreme off. You can't separate the beings. Try and say, I am not. I'm not being. You can't. Because if that very beingness is expressing through that pattern you call the body and mind, it enables you to say it. And it's the knowing of it. Being, knowing and loving to be.
We all want to continue in that beingness. Not with all the concepts and labels and things we imagine. But we're not being. We're not being. We're not being. We're not being. We're not being. We're not being. You can't. Because if that very beingness is expressing through that pattern you call the body and mind, that enables you to say it. And it's the knowing of it. Being, knowing and loving to be. We all want to continue in that beingness. Not with all the concepts and labels and things we imagine and anticipate and beat ourselves up with. But the pure being or absolute being is it which is functioning, this universe and everything in it.
And to know that you are that, you must be in the driver's seat, mustn't you? You know that. And the knowing that and leaving it express and pattern as it will, as it does. Without putting the concepts and ideas and images of belief that we picked up along the road and believe this and believe that. But realize the belief is not the actual. You don't believe that you are. You know it. You know it for certain. But what you are, you've got myriads of beliefs on. I'm a good person. I'm not so good. I'm happy. I'm sad. I'm greater or lesser. All sorts of concepts were put on that beingness.
Not only the own beingness but what you see what appears to be the beingness in another. And you label that. Might be a different label to what they've got but what's your label or what you think they are. It all comes about through the words. And we've learned words and you know that also. What words we are born with. And you go back and try and remember and you realize if you look into it closely enough. You didn't have any words when you were born. And you didn't have any words to you about two. Two and a half, somewhere around that age. When the capacity of reasoning developed in you and you were able to hear the words that your parents were fussing, telling you about.
The capacity of reasoning and reasoning out that these words were. And you learnt words such as I and me. I haven't got my ears in. I can't hear you. So we learnt words and realized the words not the thing. Are you a word? And which word would you be if you were a word? Would you say your body, mind, hearing, seeing, tasting, touching, thinking? Many words there you can grab. But we grab it on that we're being this human pattern, shape and form. The tree's not this human pattern, shape and form. It's shape and form is what we call a tree. And the bird is what we call a bird.
Dog is a dog. Space, sky and all the other elements. We've got words for them all. But we put it on to ourselves the human race is superior to everything else. But there's something superior to that. This God. This label we put on which is just another word. God. That's a greater being. Show me this greater being. You might believe in God. But God is the very essence that you are. It is the life. It is the absolute. Not a word or a label. They tell you in the Bible in the beginning was the word. The word was with God. So using that God or word as the beingness, the pure absolute itself.
All things were made by the word. We've learnt words and picked up until we were a couple of years old. And we've learnt words ever since then and every word you've ever spoken has been learnt. And you can still pick up words today. You don't know every word in the dictionary. And you forget a lot and add to others and we're still making them all words. Fresh and new. And in the beginning was the word. The word was with God. That's what this, believe this God is, is the word which we set somebody up for something. up which we worship. And a lot of it's made of stone, wood and other things, other concepts, ideas which we call God.
And worship, the word. So I forget who it says somebody says love and worship your own self. Bow down to your own self. God dwells within you as you. So if you've got the term God, recognises it, it is that life essence that's pattern, shaping, forming, expressing through you. And the pattern, shaping, forming, expressing through this human form is much more intelligence than the tree, the flower, the bird, the bee and everything else. They haven't got the capacity of reasoning to the extent that we have. And we've taken ourselves to be less than this absolute. Not realising that you are it. That everything is it.
Everything is that absolute. There's no separate entity. There is no individual. There is no person. It is non-dual. Not two. One without a second. Not even one. Because as soon as we say there's one, there's a concept there could be other than one. And then it becomes two. And then it becomes many. All with concepts, words which seemingly divide it up. But have a look around you. And what do you know? You know you are life itself. You are alive. And don't you see life all around you? The tree is not a dead tree. You know it's alive. The birds, an animal, the worm, the bacteria.
There's life all around you. And you know that you are life. As Christ told you in the Bible, I am the way. That sense of proof that I am-ness is the way. I am is the life. I am is the truth. Not me is the way or me is the truth. Not this body, mind. This body, mind when you look at it also. It's that life that's expressing as that. Using that pattern. And look at the different patterns in this room. It's expressing through each and every pattern. It's written. In it's own unique way. And recognizing that and knowing that you are one. And that.
What are you going to be in conflict with? Conflict comes about with a sense of separation. Individuality. Personhood, if you like to put it that way. And separation. But it's the same essence or life that rolls the earth around the sun. Forms the stars and the planets. The seasons. The tides. And each and every so-called pattern, shape and form that expresses through it. It's that one life which I label intelligence energy. Because the way this human form patterns, shape and form. It's an intelligent way. The tree and the flower, intelligence is the way they pattern. It's not just some accidental way they come into being.
It's intelligence. Intelligence is an activity. It's something that's going on right now. It's that same intelligence breathing and beating heart. Causing the thoughts to come and go. The reasoning capacity. And it's all vibration. What's vibration? Energy. The sense of presence. It's the sense that's happening. Going on. Sensing. It's going on. And we put the labels or words on it. And discriminate the senses. The good, bad, displeasant, painful. Feeling, emotion. What is wrong with right now if you don't think about it? Each and every one of you hear the three thoughts coming up and happening at you. Have a look at it. Have a look at it.
What's wrong if you don't think about it? And on top of that have a look at it. What's your next thought going to be? And if you see who's doing the thinking? The thought I think is there. But what's this I that thinks? Is it the concept? Is it the word? Or is the thinking happening? And the statement or label comes on it. I think. Since the old word I think comes up, who do you apply it to? This me. This conceptual image you have. You think now it has the capacity of thinking. But can a thought, thinking is thought. Can a thought think? The thought I think.
Can that really think? And you realise the thought can't think, it can't do it. The thought comes up. That's John too when you say, I think. And who do you think the thinker is? Who's the thought? I think. We think it is this word, I think. Me. We had it to this concept, me. Bob, the person. I'm thinking. And what's that person? Isn't it the conceptual image that's happening through this body? The labels I took on when I was young. And looked into and learnt. And fixated on and stayed with. Which I'm still learning words today. And attaching to. And you see. You look at that and don't break it down.
You see I've got a conceptual image. An image made up of concepts which I've taken to be real. Why? Because it's been reinforced every day. Not only by me but the school, society and everybody around me doing it. And naturally I stay with it. And add to it. But some of us down through the ages have looked through. Question it. And recognise that the separate entity, the individual is a fiction. The earth rolling around the sun, the seasons coming and going. The breathing, your heart beating, your hearing your fingernails growing. All the insects, birds and everything that's happening. It's all happening by itself. As itself.
Through itself. Naturally. There's no separation anywhere. Though it appears as separation. They call it a phenomenal universe. And the definition of phenomena is that which appears to be. So it's all appearing. Everything in this room is appearing to a believed in you. Isn't it so? Everything out of the room is appearing to be so. And this body that you think you're appearing in and through appears to be real. That which appears to be. And that applies to this whole manifestation. This whole world. And any other worlds you like to conceptualise and believe in. All seemingly so. None of it is the actual. But the definition of reality, those who look into it, is that which never changes.
But this life, this body, this mind is constantly changing. The words, the concepts, the ideas, the feelings, in a sense, are constantly changing. This room is changing. It's full of people sometimes, empty of others. New furniture comes into it, other stuff's gone out. And everything else in this manifestation is transient. It's constantly changing. But we need to fix on something. We fix on this idea of I or me. This separate entity. This egoic pattern. And take it to be real. Am I the body? Well, investigate it and see. Through investigation I know I'm not the body. And I know it innately anyway because I say my body.
Points out there's a knowing there of it. Even though I haven't understood the knowing of grass. Because you know you're not the house when you say my house. You know you're not the car when you say my car. You know you're not the coat when you say my coat. So why the hell would you be my body? You know you're not the body. But till we're in the habit of saying my body and we take it to be real. And the concepts we have. We've picked up words and that's all this. Language is words and words are concepts, ideas, mental constructs. And we put the label or the word on everything.
As it says in the beginning it was the word. That's when it all starts for us when we learn words. What beginning was there for you for the first couple of years of your life? You were there. The livingness was there. The beingness was there. But you didn't know it. You couldn't discriminate it. Because you had no words. So the beginning for you, me and every other human pattern on this world. That's when we learnt words. But we've taken it to be real. And show me a word that is real. That is actual. Take the word water. Can you drink it? Can you swim in it?
Can you bathe it and drown it or wash it in it? Can't. So it's a label we put on something. We put on some intelligent energy. Some pattern, shape and form. That's expressing it. And put the label on it. And we take the label to be the actuality. And miss out on the thing itself. And have a look at that. As this human pattern. Haven't you got words for everything? But words and labels for everything. Things you mightn't even know or believe. Look in your dictionary. And you'll find there's a lot of words that you still don't understand. But other people have other sort of formulated them.
And believed them. There are a lot of words in our language we don't use today. But we've got other concepts and ideas and put in their place. So what needs to happen? Have a look at it first of all recognise. If it's one without a second, not two. And everything is that. How or what could I or anybody else or anything at all be separate and apart from it? If that is all there is. If that's all there is. What does it appear? It's appearing in that. What does it appear in? Well there it is in front of you right now. What are you sitting in?
Sitting in this room. What's in this room? What's in this room? You're sitting on things in this room. What's in this room and the things in this room? They can all be broken down into space. Into emptiness. So the room is an emptiness. The room itself. The walls and the thing is emptiness. It's all space. And have a look at that. Can you think of anything, postulate or think of anything at all, that could be out of space? Can you think of anything at all? What's all appearing but is there anything outside of space that it could appear in or out? You realise no, space is there.
But what can I say about space? The very first thing before my eyeballs is space. No thing. And then a little gap and all these other things appear and come into play. Space is no thing. Space is no thing. How can I say that? Well investigate. Try and find it. Does it have any centre to it? Does space begin? All these other things seem to have a beginning and an end. But does space begin? Where? Where's its point of beginningless? When? How? Why? You can't find any point where space begins. But it's there. It's still there. So it's beginningless. Does it have any shape or form?
Or any end? No. There's no boundaries or end to space. You can't find any binding, anything that binds it. Can you get out of it? Try and get out of it. Do you realise, like, there's impossible to get out of it. Because space is suffusing this pattern in between the cells and everything else. Put it under a microscope at sea. But space is no thing. Hasn't got any shape or form. No thing. Can something come from nothing? Have a look at that. Can something come from nothing? Because what is the content of the space? Isn't it things? Chair, table, mats, air, space, tree, flower, you, me, bird, insect, larvae, virus, cobblers, all things.
Appearing in nothing. So the so-called things are exactly as they say, they're only appearances. Only seemingly so. It is all no thing. And you and I and everything else that pattern shapes and forms is no thing. We don't want to take that on, do we? We've got this belief. No, I am something. But not realising something is no thing and no thing is the everything. There is everything and no thing. And look in the pairs of opposites. There's good and there's bad. There's happiness, there's sadness, there's purity and whatever it is, opposite. None of those things are separate. So there's still only the no things.
But we've made them seem that they're separate. And there's a sense of separation that's through us and all around us and everywhere. And of course we come in bondage to the separation. I like it, I don't like it, it's good, it's bad, it's good. All refer into this conceptual image I have. It fits it or it doesn't fit it. If it fits it, it's good. If it doesn't fit, it's bad. Happy, sad, loving, hating, positive, negative. All concepts. But what happens if I take on the knowing as I am? I am the actuality, I am the reality. I am that which everything appears, patterns, shapes and forms.
That is no thing. So I am no thing. And that no thing is everything. So I am absolute, everything and the no thing. Nothing can be added, nothing can be taken away. It's going to seemingly divide, day, night, winter, summer. That's how it patterns, shapes and forms in its dualistic nature. And if it's understood what they point out, non-duality. That's what's pointed out. And that's what happens when you investigate. You'll see that's all there is. It is non-dual. It is that one essence. And I am that. And that which is functioning and going on now. All sorts of patterns, shapes and forms taking place and thoughts coming up, being recognised or fixated on or let go of or whatever, still goes on.
But the difference is, if there is no energy of belief going into them. When the energy of belief comes in, it makes it seemingly real, doesn't it? But the definition of reality we pointed out before is that which never changes. And you latch onto that and you see that this manifestation is constantly changing, constantly changing. What doesn't change is that sense of presence, that beingness, that knowingness. The awareness of being is bliss as they say. And that sets you to man, to being, knowing and loving to be, the bliss of being. Without any other concepts that you've got heading in there now. This is a lot of crap or it's good stuff or whatever.
Crap you've got about it. Just that. Are you unaware right now? No, you know, you're not unaware. So you must be aware. So you're aware of that being. And what's wrong with it if there's no thought or concept? As soon as I said that, the thought dropped. As soon as I started speaking again, it came up. But then the dropping went. Seeing, hearing, breathing, functioning, without having to say, I'm breathing, I'm functioning, I'm seeing. It's happening. And then when I look into the thoughts, what's wrong with right now if I don't think about it? When no thought was going on. I didn't have to put any conceptual image on it.
What's wrong with I don't think about it right now? Do I have to stick into that unhappy or sad or miserable thought if I don't think about it? If I let it go? But it'll be subtly there. Coming up in different ways. Coming up in different stories. Each way it comes up will be a different story, different title. Just do this or don't do that or look at this and look at that. The basic essence is no thing. But the story becomes something, doesn't it? We've got the word, we've got the story. And the story continues. What happens if I stop the story, full stop?
The bear seeing is still there. The bear hearing, tasting, touching, smelling, the functioning, the breathing. The life is still going on. There's no conceptual image of I've got to do this or should do that or this is a lot of crap I can't go there. The story. The story is ended. It's over. And every story, that's what they tell us a lot of. Fairy tales. When we were little kids, they have a good, what's it own to them? Good working out. But every fairish tale starts with once upon a time. And ends would live happily ever after. Again, give me the clue. Time. All goes on time.
Is there a past if you don't think about it? Look at time. Look at time. And you realise, without a concept I can't say it's a past. Can't say it's good, bad, unless I put words or concepts or tales of. It just is. Is there a future if I don't anticipate and imagine? Without anticipation, imagine just as it is again. And what is means unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected. And it's transient of course. It'll change. But if that alertness is there, when the change comes about, recognise it for what it is. If it's a concept that doesn't, it's not worth fixating on. If it's something to be useful, utilise.
And thinking can be, that vibrates in a pairs of opposites. It comes from that pure life essence intelligence energy. It can be a guide, show you what to do. But you've got to recognise what's true and what is false. Because that's what they say, know the truth. And the truth will set you free. And what they're telling you is nobody can do it for you. Because there is no body. There is no mind. There is only life. Which expresses as these patterns which we call body-mind. Be what you are. Know the truth. And the truth will set you free. So that's where the story ends.
And you get the questions and answers and go into it. You all know it. The Lord has heard it all many times. And the only one you have. And the other with the first one. And the other with the first one. And the other with the first one. And the other with the first one. And the other with the first one. And the other with the first one. And the other with the first one. And the other with the first one. And the other with the first one. And the other with the first one. And the other with the first one. And the other with the first one.
so welcome to everyone who is online we have 25 people at the moment but it varies of course and we have a lot of welcoming messages and the compliment for your spiel from bill that is excellent spiel from the heart and a lot of good mornings to all loved ones and one but no questions again we have the online community pretty clear and enlightened in the topic so you may be guys sharing also we invite everyone to share because it really is a very very simple acknowledgement of the of the existence of the miracle of existence it isn't anything complicated or sophisticated something for which you need the sharp intellect or discernment or anything like that it's just a present present awareness awareness of the presence that is here and what we do as bob started there's no teaching there's no teaching i can't be in a teaching it's just the sharing of the moments that everyone for for some it may be kind of more or less constant and for others it may be moments of no thinking when there is just a relaxation in the being in the presence so bringing the attention to those moments some somewhat does the acknowledging job does make it more significant more more lovable and that's where we are why we all are here because we share that love for the mystery of life and some people may still have concepts that they don't experience it or they understand it intellectually but intellectually nothing i mean things may be understood the concepts may be understood intellectually but non-duality has nothing to do with concepts and nothing to do with thinking and nothing to do with intellect so any intellectual story is not an understanding it's just a belief in the story so there is either the deep depth of understanding which is undeniable and which is just to be noticed that of course i understand that i exist of course i am this is the understanding the certainty not something that we understand the way we understand understanding as something that is being uh worked out is it's a very very simple acknowledgement of existence and giving putting the heart into it not the mind so relaxing the mind and that is from claudia hello thanks to you for the reminders nice to have you here claudia claudia hey so anyone would like to start sharing how it really how it opens up for you how it shines through just really putting putting that acknowledgement that love for being making it shine even brighter as it is expressed it is all just the whole life is about experiencing an expression and that expression from that higher point from that deepest point of the heart expression of that oneness of that joyousness radiance of life and being expressing the moments when it is clear when it really shines to itself and there is nothing that obscures it that's just that's just such joy but if you have also the opposite concerns that the clouds are noticed obscurations are there and that clarity is somehow contracted is not being experienced then we can look at that too because whatever is being experienced right now this is exactly what life is experiencing the idea that should be something different is another idea and it is good to just acknowledge that i'll say something i feel like i don't know what to say but anyway yeah i just want to say thank you to bob i really enjoyed the spill this morning it's beautiful and i think what you said cat you know does resonate the simplicity but that simplicity comes from seeing through the false only and before that's done it can appear very complex life because we've been conditioned to believe that the appearances are real that time is real that the separate entity is real and it seems to be becoming more and more fixated on in our um society so actually from that perspective of a me it can be quite uh overwhelming and complex and i think uh from coming here and doing the investigation is very important as far as uh breaking down those concepts which we believe in implicitly and um you know it can take a lot of looking and inquiry and as you say bob we have to do it each one has to do it themselves and it's kind of a tailor-made thing nobody can do it in the same way because each each so-called person or pattern is unique so what works for one may not necessarily work for another but i think hearing the pointers in different ways is very powerful and um i like what you said this morning about uh kind of discerning you know which thoughts come up can be useful say and which are just coming from a self-centered idea or desire of i want such and such to happen but perhaps thoughts can come up that can be a guide and useful as to what to do um but you know seeing through the appearance is quite remarkable to uh see that it's actually always changing i've been coming to this room quite for a long time and i see there's a lot of cracks and things happening paints flaking off and you know it's not permanent nothing's permanent everything is that spacious is as you said in the spiel it appears to be solid but it's actually even the word space is not really the actuality you know the words we're deceived by words we concretize the word as being it and that has to be investigated all these things are incredible to look at and to come to seeing what's being pointed to uh and it becomes your own truth so to speak so thank you so much beautiful i have it now um actually i don't have one idea that i could think of that i could add to what you said bob so i'm going to be quite solid here i think i can't think of one extra label i could add to the burden of being here either thank you i didn't have anything to say i just took the microphone um last few times i come back recently then like especially bob was here i could just the thinking about it just went off during while i was here but today um i think there's more thinking i think i've been reading up about histories of various people um teaching this sort of thing around the world recently and so a few i might read the journey of some one person and then i'll just stand up and a whole lot of my bottom is just gone about a ton of stuff for the next 20 minutes you know and that's been somebody who's been quite you know clear and and um and just the life story did that to me you know and um so there's been more especially here today noticing the thinking about it starting to come in and then it not coming in so um that means you're then you're feeling a lot more sensations and adrenalins and you know adrenalins before you might want to talk or something all those things but um yeah it just seems this kind of room just gives the gives more space to see some of these things that yeah they're thinking about it because they're not thinking about it when they're not thinking about it you can't say squat about anything and i'd probably even disagree with any of the things that i said here because at the real purity of not thinking about it there is no consciousness intelligence any of that because you know i think there's no thinking about it there's just yeah um a memory of a visual image really is all i get later on you know and that's about it um but clearly even though the whole eye and free will mean nothing to me but that's only when somebody raises it and there's a checking yeah no that's nothing there but the thinking about it comes in and thinking about it comes in and the thinking about it comes in and in and in so even though that some of those concepts may not exist for for this package here there's still thinking about it happening and i think that's the bubble i was trying to get out before so it's nice of sitting here and seeing the thinking about it almost coming in and then not and um you can't say much about how clear the rest of it is because it you know i don't know there just still seems a lot of areas that aren't noted you can't really tell what's going on there it still seems dense you know but um yeah it's just nice to see the thinking about it not quite happen hi everyone how are we all doing um uh i just wanted to talk about space um quite hard thing to talk about um but just want to share experience um that maybe a lot of people have had we've all had the moment where we look up at the sky at night when the stars are out and and um you get that sense of sort of space you know when you when you look up and i i remember the first time i sort of had an inclination that i wasn't um this body in concept was when i was looking up at the sky and i felt the the vastness of the sky and i was like how can i feel the vastness of the sky right now how does that make sense because for me to feel the vastness of the space in the sky i have to also be that space to be able to feel it so um yeah i just want to share that i thought it was quite a nice moment my turn okay um um yeah i just really i really like what you just said um it's some something that uh often comes to me or that pete and i spoke about recently even any any experience um that's described has to occur within the basic space of awareness which is what i am which is what everyone is in the same time in the same time and and When the mind was first recognized as being separate to the body, and there was some fascination about this.
And it was a time when there were grown-ups in the room, and it was a social occasion. And it was noticed that people were talking, and there were certain words recognized. And then there was the intention to say something, say a word. And then there was a recognition of the word. And some of these grown-ups seemed to react to that. And then it was seen that that was the game. The game was about words, saying words, recognizing words. And it was all a kind of joke. But that was it. You could play this game of words. At the same time, there was a contentment that everything that appeared was empty.
Everything was appearing in emptiness. And that was recognized as well. So it was one of those times where there's just a sort of contemplation going on, a clear recognition of it. And then that all gets covered over by words. And then that's why it was a good thing. Yeah, amazing. That's quite often the case. You know, like when Catherine mentioned Bob saying that some words, some thoughts may be useful. They create functioning. But a lot of thoughts are really self-destructive and harmful. Because you can see how the thought arises, and Tony was saying about it as well, the thought arises, how quickly that thought will be a self-referential thought.
Whatever it will be. You know, the cloud in the sky. Oh, it's a rainy sky. Oh, it's a rainy day. Oh, it's a rainy day. Oh, that's bad. Well, for who? Is it bad for the forest and the trees? No, it is bad for me. But is it really? I mean, if I say it is bad, the confirmation bias, the psychology, the program will stride away, create the story in which I completely overlook the reality of this moment. Because I subscribe to the story that is bad because it's raining. And we do it so quickly. I mean, we don't do it. It happens. It's just an automatic program of referencing.
Tony was talking about, you know, when you think about it, you know, when there is thinking about it, thinking about that, about space, imagining space. Of course, that's the same thing as self-referential, because you are that space. You are that consciousness. So thinking about consciousness is ultimately self-referential, still thinking about the self. And those thoughts cloud the reality. Those thoughts completely cover up this uniqueness of this moment. And it's very, very easy to see, you know, like people would have the story. I had a conversation yesterday with my friend from Poland and she just gave me an update of a couple of my friends, you know, like how do they live their lives?
What type of virus bugs them? You know, oh, this one, he's never alone for 10 years, never been alone. Surely, my goodness, what a horrible thought. Has he never been in a toilet? So I'd imagine he would be alone most of the time. But if you have the story like this, that's a depressive thought. Or, oh, his wife ruined his life. Well, he only knows her for like five or 10 years and he's 50, so how did she ruin his life? But this is so quick to cover up the reality, the thought, you know. And if you are a positive thinker, well, the same. Oh, I have a wonderful work, a wonderful job.
Well, now, is that true? Like, is it really a constant? What is the job? The moment that is the aliveness of the moment, the unfolding of the moment in which the thought arises to, if the thought is not believed, it propels the body to do the task. Moment to moment tasking. This is aliveness unfolding. That is, the story of having a work or having a family or having a financial situation or having a health situation. They're all stories. And some of them, of course, they are necessary for the communication. There wouldn't be a communication between humans if they didn't share the stories. They're lovely to share the story.
But it's how much easier and freer and more appreciative it is to share those stories, knowing them for what they are. Knowing those are stories. And we have a good laugh with Bob and I have a good laugh for people who are up for laughing at it by presenting the story. I mean, my goodness, we have the best life ever. You couldn't imagine a better life. I mean, life is just so radiant. It's just so much ease and love and it's just gentle unfolding in the energy of appreciation and beauty. And it's wonderful. But that's the story. I could tell another story about our life, which will include the health situation, the financial situation, the work situation.
And believe me, it's hard to create a story with more shit in it on multiple levels. But that is a story too. While life is not in the story, it is in the moment as it unfolds. It's in the freshness and newness of every situation. When every situation is unique and is to be discovered and experienced and delighted. Even if the experience contains the pain, that pain is there and it is completely included, is as fascinating as everything. So it is really that the thinking is not a problem. The self-referential thinking that is believed and jumped into. Oh, this is unfortunate. Okay. According to who?
To me, right? In relation to me. So this is self-referential thought. Those self-referential thoughts, instead of seeing situation just as it is, they stain the situation with that personal aspect of it. And straight away, that situation is not seen as it is. It is not experienced fresh and new. And it's not embraced with the curiosity of life dancing for itself. So to notice those self-referential thoughts, those little judgments. The judgments are always from a particular viewpoint. And it's not to say to stop it. Nobody can stop it. They will arise. They are preconditioned and they are fantastic. There is nothing wrong with them. It's just believing them to be reality instead of that mysterious unfolding moment.
And overlooking that incredible moment. And trading it for the arising of the self-referential thought, which is indiscriminately believed as the reality instead of that mystery of experiencing. So we don't really see the reality. We see the interpretation of it. And even that is not a problem. Because the cats also don't see emptiness. The eyes always distinguish objects. The brain processes objects in space and so on. But having a story, having this heavy loaded personal take on everything that shows up. Whether it is a positive story or a negative story. It always covers up the reality. Although, of course, it is more comfortable. And a lot of people live their life this way.
By questioning the negative story and bringing it into a positive story. Like, you know, she ruined my life. And, oh yeah, okay, let's see how she enriched your life. Or whatever the story is. Or, I'm a failure. Let's see where, you know. They might be helpful psychological mechanisms. But it is still overlooking the freshness and newness and mystery of life. By covering your positive story instead of negative story. It's more comfortable. But it's as wasteful, really. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Ross, you were talking about the real mechanism of, or it seemed to me, you were talking about the mechanism of conditioning and how that actually occurred.
And you're picking it apart, which I think is quite a good thing to do, actually. You know, when you come up against that sort of thing. Have a really close look at, you know, Catherine, you're an expert at that. Thank you very much for telling me about that. But, you know, one can do that. You can really drill down and have a look at piece by piece, bit moment by moment, how each one of these conditioned moments occurs. And I had a memory. I don't know if this is valuable or not. But a real memory of, which was triggered by your talk, that how I was watching my father when I was very young.
I was watching him. And he was getting angry and he was getting angrier and angrier. And I decided in that moment, I could really see how I had come, decided to take on that behavior. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's okay. Oh, I'll be angry too. Yeah. Maybe that'll give me something. Of course, it never did. Yeah. But that was very interesting at the moment. Thank you. Yeah. Interesting. Yeah. Thanks. Yeah. Thanks, Bob. That was a great spill this morning. And thanks, Kat. That was really good what you just said. Because it really goes to the heart of some experiencing here. That yesterday seemed very clear. Like I was talking about a few Bible quotes with someone.
And I just remembered, be still and know that I am God. You know, just let go. Just realize that it is just as it is. And the mind complicates everything. But then last night I was talking to a friend. And they're meeting me on this overseas trip. I'm going on soon. And they brought a whole lot of variables into it. And I'm thinking this morning I'm waking up and thinking, I've got to sort some of this out. I've got to get on the phone on Monday. Blah, blah, blah. That's a nuisance. And I'm thinking, I don't want that. You know, I don't need that sort of thing.
Just go back to being with the moment. And then I was talking to another friend. She's telling me about all this disastrous relationship she's having. And the whole dreadful story. And why is he like this? And why is he like that? And I'm trying to help her see that it's all just, you know, it's imagination. And it's getting her. And then I'm thinking, she needs to do this. She should do that. Blah, blah, blah. And then I'm realizing I'm getting all caught up in the thinking itself. And, you know, yesterday was a good day. Today's not good. Maybe it's because I had that COVID vaccination a few days ago.
So all this story's coming about. And, you know, just more clouds in the picture and the appearance. And then, you know, the mind wants to wish it away or change it. And then the story starts again there. Good to talk about all that. It's beautiful. Yeah. And how immediately when a sensation occurs, the mind makes an image. So, you know, I'm cold or I'm not feeling so good. Immediately there's the image, the self-referencing that you spoke of. But sensations are natural. And to leave them as they are, you know, just as a natural part of our body functioning without then resorting to what the mind immediately brings up, which is a reference to me having those sensations.
And the images that are created, you know, and that's what we're taught to do and what we're encouraged to do. But to question all that is the inquiry. Yeah. Yeah. No, not really, but what you're talking, self-referencing. Self-referential thoughts. There's an I, me, and a my embedded in all sorts of, you know, there's a cloud in the sky. I see a cloud. Yeah. You know, there's a real, it can be really subtle sometimes, you know, as you're saying. I think as Bob says, leave everything as it is, unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected, also means to drop the self-referential thoughts. And then it is left unmodified, uncorrected, unaltered.
I like, this is good fun. It's just being here and seeing it's all just one thing happening and appearing in so many different ways. And today, I think Bob spoke a lot about space and trying to find something outside of space or, and the space actually consists of no thing. Yeah. And it's just, I don't know, I just, I like that spiel because I see it as, you could also say it's all consciousness. It's actually, it's exactly the same thing, it's just playing around with words. And to me, something seems really very exciting. It's very, it's really funny being, I don't know, it's just, it's like there's an explosion, like there's this I am-ness.
And then when it explodes into sort of the manifestation, it's the whole universe with everything and everyone that ever has been, ever will be included in that. And then you realize, well, you're not that. Because you've noticed that. So what the hell are you? You are that, but you're not that. You're the observer of that. But you could even get, you could explain it another way and say that you're the God that's creating it all. And I think when you start to see things like that, I don't know how you, you know, and then we could get caught up in arranging some flight details or talking about someone else's problems or someone's relationship.
And it's all pretty much, much more fun, like you were saying. You can play around with the story. You're not playing, no one's playing. It's all happening on its, completely on its own. Yeah. So no one's even playing. No one's doing any, there's no one, there's no, like I was thinking about what Tony was saying before and what Bob said, the thought, I think, can't think. Yes. It's just a little energy. It's all right, I'm blaming for, I'll fall asleep too. I want him to sleep with a deep talk in the life. I don't know, that's all anyway. It's just a bit of fun. That's beautiful.
Yeah, it's... You want to... Oh, Susan. No? Thank you. Oh. Oh, please. Oh, please. Well, during your spill, Bob, my mind was just going nuts and it's so interesting that everyone was like, that was a really great spill. I know it was, by the way. But just even that, like you say the same thing pretty much every week, which I've heard many times. And last week I was sitting here and I was like, oh, it's so beautiful, it's so, you know, it's so lovely to hear these words. Today I was just thinking about, you know, problems and... And kept on going, just come back to listen.
Nothing was really sinking in, no matter how much I tried. And it's just, even that, just sometimes the beauty of the emptiness or the love or the fullness or whatever you want to call it is apparent and then other times it's not. And when it's not, it's just so frustrating. And anyway, we've spoken about this for 10 years now. But yeah, it's just interesting that the clarity comes and goes and that's also just what is. That's the play. But I guess the other things that sort of came to mind was, yeah, just that opportunity. I think I might have, yeah, I remember noticing like, oh, wow, life gives us this opportunity to be, like, it gives us the opportunity to be a baby, a toddler, a teenager.
Then we get to be, you know, the 20s. And then you get to have, if you're lucky, you get, you know, on and on. And then you get the opportunity to be old. It's just like, gives you this chance to experience everything from a different moment and space in time and have that play. And then that whole thing about, yeah, just that thing that the sun rises, you know, here in this space. Like, it's happening here. The moon is happening. Everything is happening here. Yeah. Without any, anything in between, I guess. Yeah. Anyway, that's that. Beautiful. But thank you. This feel was beautiful, by the way.
I know it was. I didn't get to hear much because my mind was noisy. I didn't think that I know it always is. Yes. We got another comment here from JB and great still Bob. Thank you both. And thankful for all the other input. What a wonderful family. And Rachel. So true and refreshing what everyone is saying. We are. We so often see everything in relation to me. Such freedom when your viewpoint shifts to be content, content with what is. It is as it is. Was particularly drawn towards what was said about sensations. They are just part of the body makeup. They don't need to be related to me.
Absolutely. Such a, such an important point. Like, just as in nature. Yeah, nature experiences. And Vivek says, Stillness is liberation. Any story is not real. Being is reality. Yeah. Beautiful. And I was just going to ask you, is the frustration when it shows up, honking a little bit less? Or is it, ah, no. No? The pattern didn't break? Didn't ease off? Oh, yeah, no, the pattern's coming and going kind of thing. But, yeah, I think when you're in that frustration, it's just as frustrating as it ever was. Like, even, you know, but maybe less resistance, knowing that, yeah, the mind patterns are going to come and go.
But, yeah, I'd still, it's, like, watching the momentum of that mind is still really challenging. And, some, yeah, I think definitely there's a distance. as in, I can see that it's, maybe less thinking, identifying that that's me that's doing that. And just more space, knowing that it's just happening. But, damn, it's frustrating when it happens. And I would say it still happens quite a lot, actually. But, yeah, it's also just, yeah, more acceptance. It's, it's what's happening. So, yeah, that's that. Yeah, well. But, yeah, I mean, I, I do love coming and being reminded because whenever I am, I'm like, it is so simple, but, yeah, a lot of the time that, that mind stuff does continue to take hold.
And, are you somewhat afraid of the frustration that it will come again? No, I don't want that frustration to ever come again or are you okay that it shows up? Um, I wouldn't say I'm okay, I just know that it will show up again. Yeah, yeah, but, but, yeah, it's, um, there is definitely continues to, there continues to be a kind of like, it would be good if, if this pattern just didn't keep taking hold, like, but, um, yeah, it is really frustrating. it, it's fine as well, yeah. I've been reading a book, uh, recently, by a Buddhist, uh, guy, I think, Bob, you mentioned it once, uh, Catherine has a copy of it, which is really beautiful.
Just the title of the book is, uh, all I want to say, which is, The Precious Treasury of the Basic Space of All Phenomena. What a wonderful title that is, which, as you said, as you've been telling us all, it incorporates, you know, the good and the bad, really, the flow of life that we seem to be in here, because, within that basic, fundamental, treasury, precious treasury, of the basic space of all phenomena. Thank you, that's all. I think I heard another translation of that, it was called The Treasury of Natural Perfection. I think that's another, yeah. Maybe it was the same. It's not checked.
It's a sequel. It's a sequel. It's a sequel. It's funny. Yeah, sort of, um, you know, came here, got the 101 on how to not think about it, but only, last such a short bit of time, because here, a lot of, um, you know, like, I heard in a Ken Wilber podcast, you have the waking up, we come here for, what's it like when you're not thinking about it? We have the growing up aspect, which is like personality stuff. I like spiral dynamics. I like spiral dynamics. It's just a really good look at a mature person, basically a less fearful person, becomes more open-minded. And when they, um, come out of an awake space, or they're triggered by an issue, you know, it's either, you know, you fucking bastard did this to me, you know, because they haven't evolved very much in terms of the growing up, or it's like, oh damn, that pattern's so annoying, you know, um, it's much more kind of evolved, you know, less fearful, less self-protective.
And then there's the cleaning up, which is all the issues and all the triggers, you know, that create all of the patterns. And for me, it was just like the triggers are going, I'm quite evolved in terms of like, oh yeah, that damn pattern, but it's like trigger, trigger, trigger, trigger, trigger, trigger, awake moment, half a second, trigger, trigger, trigger, trigger, trigger, you know? So I sort of went away and have been working on just sitting at the coalface of those uncomfortable emotions and found quite a good sort of method of just various aspects of, um, sitting with, you know, all sorts of random stuff comes up, you know, um, and it's all taken with a grain of salt, but, uh, all this unraveling happens.
And then sometimes never triggered by that thing again. And it seems that maybe enough of that's happened that I've drifted back here and, and I can sit here with the energy and the thinking about the not thinking about it is a lot more prominent and it almost feels in the last week or so that coming back from the waking up angle is a way in and the triggering is, um, yeah, the triggering is not taking me right into full thinking about it. And the full thinking about it's other discomforts of daily life, you know, there's, there's no eye and stuff in it, but there kind of might as well be like, there's no belief in an eye or free will or anything, but, um, there's discomfort and there's annoyance and there's how to get away from this discomfort and, you know, fully in that bubble.
So it just seems that kind of coming from the, I said like three point angle, trying to do the growing up stuff, but there's not much information at the more open ended, although I've been finding some lately. And one good piece of advice was the, you know, what's it really like in your daily life? If, um, you really, really fully understand that, um, hang on, blanking on that, um, that you really don't know what's going to happen. So just enjoy the experiences that you have right now. So that's, that's in the kind of like turquoise on the wake on the spiral dynamic scale of, of kind of, um, grown upness.
So it just ways of really embodying that stuff in the duality, but it leads to the non-duality and, um, yeah, so it seems that coming again from the waking up side of it. I mean, Bob, you know, I've asked this question a million times, but, um, you're making me think about it, Tony. Um, is, it is just weird how you can see that these stories are not real, but then that, yeah, that momentum of the mind making up the stories about whatever's happening in your life and the weird, you know, paranoid kind of dark or cynical or whatever it is, or the opposite, I guess.
Um, it just does keep happening. um, and I mean, I think that is life as well, but then there's resistance to it when it's like uncomfortable or annoying because no matter what we are, like you said, you've got the good and the bad story about your lives. but yeah, I think it's just, um, I think it's just when you can kind of feel that heaviness around the pattern of storytelling and just, you know, that you don't want to go there or do it, but it just keeps happening. I don't know. um, um, um, I guess it is just coming back to, you know, this seeing and this inquiry.
Mm. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. If you know it's there and you don't want to go there, why do you? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. That's what's so frustrating. It's, yeah, like, I, I, it feels like I'll say stop doing it. And then the next thought is going back into the story again. And then, you know, it's duality, don't you? Frustration. And then when there's no frustration there, there's a calmness or serenity or peace. Mm-hm. So it's flipped over from one to the other. It's what? It's flipped from one to the other. It's either good or bad. Yeah. Yeah. Where is it needed?
Where is it needed? Yeah. It's when you don't think about it. Yeah. Yeah. Mm. What's the, what's the heart of the cyclone? Always. Eye of the cyclone is still. Yeah. Mm. Yeah. It's like, before it's going on, it can be very personal when it's going on, it's causing a hell of a lot of damage. Mm. Then there's that weird thing of like, if you try to be in the stillness, it just makes it worse because you're resisting it as well. So. Yes. The very trying. Mm. Without trying. Mm. Yeah. It's the relaxation out of the, out of the turmoil and resistance. And I just add, the resistance is just so absolutely wonderful and healthy.
You know, like if there is in nature, if you look at the resistance that the tree resist the wind, so it doesn't break to certain extent. Mm. Or you resist the pain, it, it make you actually look after the, the wound. Or resistance to the abuse. They all wonderful, wonderful, uh, capacities. There's nothing wrong. It's just that if it is natural without the narrative going about it, it is, it is totally appreciated. I mean, resistance towards mistreating one another. I find myself jumping up straight away. It's just the pattern. I love it. It's nice. Or resistance towards being abused as well. Those things are in, in the natural way.
You know, resistance to frustration. It's how healthy. It is the love within that says, I love you. I care for you. I don't want you to be uncomfortable. It's that voice that is, it's not a voice, it's an urge that wants your comfort and, and the goodness. It's just that when it travels to, to be a commentary, and that commentary says, this is me. I am frustrated. And I don't want to be frustrated. Now it becomes personal. Now the pattern of frustration and resistance to frustration are not a helpful occurrence in the space. Now it becomes me. This is, and that hurts. So you swap one, it's two ends of the same stick, but you swap one end for the other.
It's, it's, if it's, what do you call it? Frustration? Frustration, you know. You're in the bad end. Don't you turn to the other end of it, you know. And that's the way it functions all the time. Good, bad, pleasant, painful. Nothing either good or bad, but thinking much of so. It's all contained in that thing. Yeah, it's sort of, maybe that's, a mistake I made, for a long, long time, is thinking, this spiritual path, is about, finding, this, this one positive set of emotions, you know, rather than just, that ease with whatever it is. Yeah. Like thinking that, at some point, I was going to get to this place, where there's no frustration, or no anger, or no whatever.
Yeah, whereas it's, it's definitely, never going to be that. No. There you go, making the thought again. What's your next thought going to be? You don't know. Don't know. But thinking comes up, and you say, I think. As soon as you say, I think, you've formed a subject. And the object is, the good and the bad, how it functions. It's related to the, conceptual image you've got a bit. If you realise there's just thinking going on, and it's the nature of thinking, to vibrate, just leave it as it is. They're not going to fixate them either. Can it be good or bad then, without it fixating them?
And the energy of belief goes into it. In this way, frustration will not be bad. It may be fascinating, interesting. We experience frustration. When the frustration comes, sometimes it just comes in Bob, and he says, I'm a little bit frustrated today. And of course, it doesn't mean the consciousness is frustrated. It means the body-mind, it's on the edge. For various reasons, there may be pain, there may be whatever, the atmospheric pressure dropping, or it may be under medication, whatever reason. He tells me that, and I hear it, sometimes it comes from me, and I say, you know what, I kind of feel a little bit edgy.
And we kind of communicate it. And again, I, not the consciousness. Space is totally fine. Space is totally, the consciousness is totally happy, for the body to experience, in what it experiences. There's nothing good or bad. And there is no preference. In that moment, neither of us, for a million dollars, would change a iota. Don't want to get rid of frustration. Is there? Wow, amazing. And it doesn't last. It stays. Because it's not good or bad. But at the same time, you want to... Well, I tell you, if you don't tell them that, you know, it's a bit frustrating. They'll, they not, believe in the QR, and if they go at them, they'll fire back.
And away it goes. If they, I'll realize, let it go also. They're not building on, you're not building on. It doesn't happen too often though. It's very, very... Just in... If you investigate who you are, and this is very important, isn't it? Who are you prior, prior to, you know, the thought or after the thought, of frustration? You see, you're not... The self that you are, isn't limited in any way, shape or form, by the frustration itself. Is it... Are you less alive? Are you less the energy of life? You know, for having this sense of frustration? Less lifeable. Maybe, yeah. I think that's the thing.
It's like, I don't want to be this person who's, you know, angry or frustrated or negative or... Can I, can I do it? Can I talk about this on, from a different angle? Um, so, let's see how this comes out. Um, so I, I feel you in terms of what you're going through, because I definitely, um, felt frustrated a lot at times that, I knew that it was simple, and I knew that there wasn't anything I had to do, but yet I keep thinking thinking that there was something to do, and then that was creating frustration, and I thought there was something more that I was, that I was going to find, like you said, you, you thought there was eventually going to be a time where you would grow into something that, um, would be this superhuman or something.
Um, and for me, I guess, I can only share what, what helped me, um, is seeing that, uh, you are already perfect. Um, you are already that awareness, like Josh said, I am, I am the space, I am the awareness. So if we start from the fact that, you are already this, reality, or whatever you want to call it, this presence, then the only, issue now is thinking that there's something else you have to now do. So there is actually no issue right now. The only issue is thinking that there is an issue. So it's the thought, as soon as it starts and thinks, there's something I've got to find, that then creates the, it then clouds this perfection that you are.
And it, and it's just seeing that you only have to see it once. And when you see it once, those thoughts will just, they just, they just go away because you've seen through it, you know, that the fact that you're looking for something is, is creating the contraction. Yeah. Yeah. That is very beautifully put. You do. I don't want to say, but. No, that was actually very clear. Thank you. And. There it is. Yeah. And. It does come back and get clouded. I mean, I do find that this is an interesting thing though, isn't it? Cause often. And I've. It feels so clear sometimes that you, I will never forget this clarity.
I will never unsee this. I will never feel this frustration again. And then it comes back. So. But yeah, it's, it is actually a really good point. Just, just remembering there is absolutely nothing to do. Yeah. And there's no one. It's remembering the thought that there's something to do. As soon as I think I'll go to find something. Give him his mic. That is. That's me. Good. Mm-hmm. It's not remembering what you are. It's. There's no, you don't, you can't remember what you are cause you are what you are. You don't have to remember it. That's the best thing about it. Um, it's just noticing that when you think, like if I find myself watching a Sailor Bob video and being like, I'm going to watch this and something about me is going to change or that is the issue that thinking that is the issue.
Um, the issue is just thinking and it's just, once you notice that even the moment you think, and I'm not saying don't think, but I'm just, just, just noticing that this, these thoughts are the issue. You are perfect. There's, there's no understanding that you'll get that will change. Who you are cause you're, who you are can't change. It's noticing the thing that is changing is not who you are. Okay, cool. And isn't it that, um, isn't it that, the habit of thought we're taught to think that thinking will fix some, everything. You know, we're taught that, that if we think about it, it's going to get fixed, fixed.
But then what we see here is that just thinking is the actual idea of a me. And any more thinking is just going to perpetuate whatever problem is occurring, isn't it? because it can't, a thought can't fix another thought. Sorry, and this loops back around to investigate. Now investigate. Right now, you're perfect. you're perfect. And now as soon as you think, but, where's the perfection? It's clouded by the but. So now it's investigating. Okay, so every time this thought comes up, it's now clouding. I'm actually all good. I'm actually all good. Like. Mm. Yeah. I have a couple of comments from the one. I was just going to say, on that one which you just said, Kasturi, even the thought, I'm never going to forget this, or I'm going to stay like this, or whatever, is starting it off again.
Yeah. Yeah. I was going to address that one as well. The one who thinks they are clear, is also to be investigated. You know, when, when I think I've understood, I've got it now, I, I know it. I can never, I've seen it again. I've seen true. I will never forget it. This is so obvious. Who is that I? Because there's no one there. If there's someone who claims the understanding, the seeing, the enlightenment, if there's anyone there, who thinks that, oh, I've seen it, I've got it. That's the story. That's a beautiful, pleasant story. That's an ecstatic story. The nice story. Yes. It's an ecstatic story, but, but that's, traveling high, and just, bumping on the ground from the high horse.
Because there's no one there to see anything. It's, the, the clarity and the clouds, all appear, in that emptiness that you are. Whether there is clarity, or there's no clarity. It doesn't touch the space, which is not touched by anything, which is not even there. You can't even say it exists. You can't say it doesn't. So, I have a couple of comments, from the people who are online with us, and that's, Dale Allison says, the problem can arise, when one wants only good thoughts, not the uncomfortable thoughts. Well, spot on. Absolutely. Bradley says, Trauma is a story of the past, made real in the moment, via personal thinking, with an imagined future story, of resolution called expectation, and that expectation, is based on the story of me.
And that, can't be located. Yep. Yep. Veevek says, thinking creates division. Thinking is about names and forms. And Rachel, assuming thoughts belong to me, creates division. Thoughts in themselves, as Bob says, is just vibration. And Rachel says, thank you to everyone, such integrity and honesty, pure grace and good company. And Yelena says, there is no one there, to do or not do. All just is. That's that. That's that. As soon as, as soon as the butt comes in, would. Throw the butt away. Yeah. You're smoking cigarettes, you throw the butt away. When the butt comes in, the story was over, you started up again. Throw it out.
Worship the God of the air. Thanks everyone. Thank you everyone. Thanks for being cut.
