Well I run over the same old, same old again and again. It's sort of made me that the new buddies, new ones can recognise or hear something that's still the same essence. Can't teach you anything and I can't tell you anything. All I do is point toward and ask you to look to where we're pointing to to see for yourself because that's the important thing. Nobody's going to do it for you. You've got to see it for yourself. No matter what you've read or understood or believed, somebody's going to tap you on the head with a peacock feather or something and you're going to get it if it doesn't work that way.

And it's nothing new we point to. So another way I put it, I'm not speaking to anybody. OK. I'm not speaking to any mind. I'm not speaking to the body, mind, entity you might believe yourself to be. I'm speaking to that I am. The I am that I am and everything else is that I am. Just this, nothing else. What we point to and what we talk about is what they call non-duality in Hinduism, in Advaita, Hinduism. Non-duality translated means one without a second. Advaita means one without a second, not two. That is all there is. The one. But the problem is we've learnt words and picked up words and taken ourselves to be other than one and trying to become something.

When you look at it you'll see that being is not becoming. Being is not becoming. It's a different thing altogether because becoming implies a future time. But the being we're talking about is what's right here, right now, this obvious presence awareness. And that's the way they describe it. Sat, Chit, Ananda, Nama, Rupa. They're the five factors. Sat is existence. Chit is consciousness. Ananda is loving to be. Nama, Rupa. Nama is the name we have on ourselves and Rupa is the body. And I tell you, Nama, Rupa, body, mind is illusion. It's a fiction. The body, mind is not what you are. And when you investigate and have a look, are you this body?

Innately you know you're not the body. You say my house, my car, my coat. You know you're not the house. You know you're not the body. You know you're not the car. You know you're not the coat. So putting along those lines, if you look at it, maybe you're not the body either. And when you're investigated, you'll see it's so. Because they say the false cannot stand up to investigation. And that's where it needs to be investigated. We've taken it all for granted. Taken on the belief that it's all real. For when we learnt words, instead of questioning and investigating the word, we've taken on it to be the real.

Same with the mind. Am I the mind? And you say my mind, just the same as you say my body. If you believe you are the mind, show me a thing called mind. I can't find anything here that is mind. Mind, when you investigate it, what is it? It's sound. It's word. It's idea. It's image. A vibration. There's no thing that I can say is mind. And this body, what's this body made up of? You say my body, just say my house, my car. Well, look at the body. What's the body made up of? You realise the body's made of elements. Air, earth, fire, water, space.

They're the elements. Take the air out of your body. How long are you going to last without air? Take the fire, the body temperature. Take the water. Stop drinking. See how long you last. Get off the earth if you can. Get out of space. So you'll see the body's not separate from those elements. And all those elements can be broken down to subatomic particles. Into pure energy. So all this body is is a vibrating pattern of energy. It vibrates into sounds, into words, into concepts. Just the same as the mind is a vibrating pattern of energy. And doesn't Einstein tell you that? This whole manifestation is energy alone.

It's all energy. But that energy is suffused with an innate intelligence. A knowing. Have a look at this Satyajit Ananda. Sat is existence. Is anybody not existing right now? No, you realise I'm existing. Anyone who's not conscious. Then you realise, no I'm conscious. Anybody who's unaware. No, I'm not unaware. I am aware. Anyone who's not happy to be. Well, none of you want to be dead right now. So here, right now, when you go along those lines, you realise that I am already so. And the search itself then becomes the problem. Because the search is the belief that I am not there. I've got to become something.

And what a lot of the texts tell you, you know, you've got to meditate, you've got to practise this and do this and do that to become something. But being can never be becoming. Being is actuality right now. No one who is not being right now. Becoming implies a future time. If I do this practise or do this, I will eventually become realised or enlightened or something else. But when you investigate time, you'll see time itself is a mental concept. Ask yourself this, is there a past if I don't think about it? Well, have a look at that and see what you can say without thinking.

Pause the thought, if you can, for a while. And you realise without a thought you can't say it's good, bad, pleasant, painful, happy, anything at all without a thought. And the future, is there a future if I don't think about it? The same thing applies. But you'll say I was in the past. Well, I'll say try and live yesterday. Try and live a moment ago. You can't. You can't go back and live yesterday or last week or last year. You can recall it. And the only actuality you're given is when you recall it. Because if you can't, don't remember what you said a moment ago, you can't recall that it's gone already.

It has gone. It's gone for good. But if you recall it, you bring it back up again and probably add other concepts to it to create a story about it. What about the future? Well, you can anticipate and imagine what you're going to do when you leave here, but you can't live it. So, past is a concept and future is anticipation and imagination. They're not the reality. The actuality is the reality is right now. Are you unaware right now? Are you existing right now? And you know that you are. So you are already that. And that's the great mantra, isn't it? I am that. This is that.

Everything is that. And see, that's true. Because that's the chair you're sitting in. That's the carpet on the floor. That's the space in the room. That's the tree. That's the flower. That's the sun. That's the stars. Everything is already that. So you don't have to try and become that. It is so. But that, we discriminate it with the word. Put the word on chair, carpet, chair, space, this, that and the other. How many words were you born with? And you realize you weren't born with any words. And you didn't learn any words at all until you reached the age of about two, two and a half, or somewhere around that age, when the capacity of reasoning developed in you.

And with that capacity of reasoning, you picked up words. And we've taken the word to be the real. But when you look at the word, you see the word is not the thing. We've gone into it before. The word water is not water. The word fire is not the fire. The word I and me is not what you are. You are the life that's on. Nisargadatta tells us there is only life. That is all there is. He says there is nobody, nobody, no mind, no person, who lives a life. Life lives on life. And from out of life, more life comes. Well, have a look at that.

Isn't that so? Where did you come from? You came out of the life of your parents, your father and your mother. That animating life essence or intelligence, that pattern you call your father, enabled in that pattern a little microscopic particle through the food he's eating and the air he's breathing, called a sperm to form. You can't see it with your naked eye. But that sperm was suffused with energy, intelligence energy. It knew what to do. The same with your mother. That animating life essence, a pattern shaped and formed your mother, enabled that pattern, a little microscopic particle called an egg or an ovum to form.

That ovum was suffused with intelligence energy. It knew what to do. It attached itself to the wall of the uterus. It wasn't floating around accidentally. It knew what to do. The sperm, knowing what to do, swam to the ovum and penetrated the ovum. Those two merging and coming together naturally in the genes and that and the food they're eating and the air they're breathing, enabled those two merging together to double, that cell to double and redouble and form the little embryo, the little fetus, which is what you are today. What were you doing about it then, if you think you're running the show? You realize you weren't doing anything at all about it.

And you didn't have any words. And then after nine months you were born. And you weren't born with any words. And you didn't learn words until you were about two, two and a half in the capacity of reading them. But you were living prior to the word. So you see out of that life, more life came about. And you came out of the life of your parents, and your parents came from the life of their parents, and so on and so on. Everything comes from that life, all that vibrating energy. So it's all happening spontaneously and naturally. There is no person doing anything at all.

But that's what we've taken to believe. I am this sense of presence. I am this person. I am this identity. Bob or Bill, whatever your name like to be. Which we learned the word. And we've added that to the I am. Now what's that I am-ness? Isn't it the sense of presence? You are knowing that you are right now. How would you describe that to an individual? You say I am so and so. And we put the label on we've been given. And take ourselves to be that human pattern, shape and form. So to say I am the reality. I am the absolute. I am the totality.

And we've broken it down to this persona, which comes from the Latin persona of the mask. And the mask we put upon ourselves is the conceptual image. I'm Bob the Australian, the good fellow or not so good. I'm happy or I'm unhappy. I'm fearful, I'm anxious. All these concepts are added onto the non-conceptual, ever fresh presence awareness. It's non-conceptual. They tell you that. So the Buddha's told us. Or in the other traditions they'll call it the absolute. What can you add to the absolute? Nothing at all. What can you take away from the absolute? But we're constantly relating it, still saying I am the absolute.

Somebody asks you who you are, you'll say I am Bill or Jane or Joan or whatever my name might be. We put that on it. It believes in conceptual image, the person. Coming from the ancient Latin persona. The mask. What will you do? You need to investigate and see. If you're not this person, what are you? Well, the breathing, your heart's beating, your hair and fingernails are growing, the food's being digested, you're seeing, you're tearing, you're tasting, you're touching, you're thinking. What's all doing that? And you realise it must be life. If you're not the person, you're not the entity, you're not something you're related to, but you can't negate.

You are that life. And that's what Christ told you. I am the way, I am the truth, I am the life. People thought he was talking about himself, but he wasn't talking about himself. He was talking about that sense of presence, which you can say the same thing. You are the life. You are the intelligence energy. And you are not the person. But we take on the belief and reinforce it. We go to school. We learn all these words in the speech. Parents and teachers tell us all more words and we start learning words ourselves. We start believing in the words. And words are nothing but concepts, vibrations, thoughts, images.

What's a thought? A sound. It's a vibrating thing. A sound becomes a word. What's a word? A word is vibration. What's a vibration? A movement of energy. A movement of energy. So you don't use the term God here, because we can get confused with that term. You look in the scriptures, and every different tradition has got a different concept of what belief God is. It tells you in the Bible, in the beginning was the Word. The Word was with God. The Word was God. Pointing out that's all there is. What God is, is a Word. All things were made by him. By the Word. Have a look around you.

What are all these things around you? words and labels on everything. Instead of seeing what they really are, we've got the conceptual image. And there was nothing made that was made without the word. So we've got the belief we are these words concepts. And it tells you in the text, there's something about it, that the false cannot stand up to investigation and know the truth. And it's the truth that will set you free. So we're taking on all these erroneous or false beliefs. I am Bob the Australian, the good fellow, this, that and the other. All erroneous beliefs that the energy of belief has gone into and it's seemingly real.

What's belief? Have a look in your dictionary and see what belief, the definition of belief is. Definition of belief is an unquestioned acceptance of something in the absence of belief. The absence of reason. We've taken all these words, concepts and ideas on and taken them to be real without investigation and believed that they're so. An unquestioned acceptance of something in the absence of reason, acceptance of an alleged fact. An alleged fact without positive knowledge or proof. And when you put your belief to those tests, if they're not the truth, they'll fall apart. And there's many ways of doing it. You can see that, that things you might have believed in at one time, you don't believe in now.

Go down to the ocean, I ask you to get me a bucket of blue water out of the sea, you'd say, don't be an idiot. You know the sea's not blue. But it still appears to be blue. And you might have believed it was blue at one stage, but now you've investigated, you know it's not true. People stood on the shore years ago and looked out where the sea and the sky met, the horizon, and it looks like the ocean. And then there's a cloud of blue water over the edge of the earth. And people were told years ago, don't go out there, you'll fall off the edge of the earth.

Who would believe today? Nobody, because it's been investigated. You know the earth's not flat. It appears to be round. A rainbow. You go outside on a cloudy day, you'll see the sun shining through the mist, forming colours on the background of the sky. And you'll see there's a beautiful rainbow there. But you go out and try and grab those colours out of the sky, you'd say there's nothing there. I've got a crystal in this window over here, when the sun comes round to the rest it shines through that crystal. And on this wall it breaks up into many colours. Go and try and cover one of those colours off the wall, you can't because it's only a seeming pattern on the wall.

Look in the crystal and see if there's any colours, there's not. It appears to be, that all these things are appearance only. And they call it a phenomenal manifestation. The whole manifestation is a phenomenal manifestation. Look up your dictionary definition of phenomena, and the definition of phenomena is that which appears to be. So this world, though it's appearing to be real, solid and substantial, is only seemingly so. When you start to look at these things and see them, and recognise that one self, that one essence that you are, that one life, is the reality, and you're not dividing yourself up into the person and the many things around it, which are causing fear, anxiety, stress, guilt, unhappiness, depression, all because we're separating it.

Who can be fearful? Me. Who can be anxious? Me. Who can be unhappy? Me. It's only me that can be, all these psychological problems, can have them. And they're all psychological problems, all conceptual, conceptual thoughts. Me is the cause of my anxiety, my stress, my guilt, my shame, my unhappiness. And they are the effects of the cause, me. Cause and effect. Isn't that so called karma? They call karma cause and effect. What happens if I ask myself the question, can there be an effect if it's not related to the cause? The Andrew B. Rhodes Scholar will work that out, and you'll see if you're not related to a cause, there can't be an effect.

So then when you look around and see that the believed in cause is I or me, this conceptual image, what happens if I stop relating to that I or me? See it's a fiction. Just see everything as it is. Absolute. The one intelligent entity. Who or what can be fearful or unhappy or depressed or anxious or guilt-dense? When you recognise that, what happens? You recognise the truth. And what do they tell you? Know the truth, and the truth will set you free. You're free of these beliefs. And that's all that needs to happen. To recognise your true nature. That you are already that. Try and negate your beingness right now.

You call yourself a human being. If you believe in God, you'll call God the Supreme Being. Something that's greater or better than yourself. And you've got to worship this Supreme Being. You've got to bow to it. You've got to do all these practices and all that, and that'll take you to the... to the higher self. But take the word being. Take that word human off. Take the word supreme off. And try and separate your beingness without any word. Try and tell me you are not being right now. And you can't. Because innately you know, I am. I am that life. I am that beingness. I am that knowingness.

I am that sat-shet-ananda. Being, knowing and being. I'm not unaware right now. I can't negate the beingness. I can't say I'm not being. Because the very fact I'm saying it, enables it, there's something there that enables it to be said. Recognise that and realise you don't have to become anything. And you also realise that the trying to become, is what's very, very thing that's stopping it from happening. You're putting the brakes on with the blockage on. Now you're relating to a separate entity, an individual, a person. A conceptual image. That you think is the reality. When you already are the absolute. You already are the life.

The beingness. And I think it was Ram Dass says, don't pretend to be what you're not. And don't refuse to be what you are. And know for certain that that mantra is true. I am that. Already. That is what I am. Without putting any descriptions, or concepts, or images on the thatness. And you know, everything is that. Because you say that's the chair I'm sitting in. That's the carpet on the floor. That's the space in the room. Everything is already that. Which we discriminate again with the word. I tell you the N.C. men, when no discriminating thoughts arise, the old mind ceases to be. We cease to see things in the same way we've had, have been seen.

We see them fresh and new. In a new light. In a new life. Recognize the true nature. The true essence of what you are. How does this thing work in you? Well something comes up, and you like it. How do you know? Well I've experienced this before and it's good. And we don't want the good things to go. We like it. We want to keep them there. Not realizing that everything, and I mean that, everything in this manifestation is transient. Transient means it's constantly changing. There is nothing static, nothing static about anything at all. It's constantly vibrating, and that vibration will change it. So we don't realize that everything is changing.

And we want to keep the good stuff there, and we don't want the bad stuff to be there. So when the good stuff seemingly starts to go away, we don't want it to go away. So what do we do? We resist it from going. We're struggling, trying to keep it there. And resistance is conflict. So now we are at war with it. We're in conflict with it. And let's see how that's happening. The thoughts that go on, they're all in conflict. Conflict with one another. Like, dislike it. Love, hate, positive, negative. Vibrating in the opposites. And we latch onto one, and try and get rid of the other.

Now resistance is conflict, and the conflict makes you unhappy, depressed, guilty. All the psychological self comes up in that conflict. That causes uneasiness. Another word for uneasiness is dis-ease. So there's resistance, conflict, and disease coming up in our body. The psychological disease of unhappiness and fear. What about the other way? Something comes up, and I don't like it. Oh, I shouldn't be thinking that thought. That's keeping me away from it. That's making me unhappy. That's making me a sinner, a bad person. I've got to get rid of this one. And what do I do? The same thing, I resist it again. Resistance is conflict again.

Conflict is uneasiness or disease. So as you see, that's what our life has become. Constant resistance, conflict, and uneasiness going on. Fear, anxiety, depression, guilt. Instead of staying in the reality, in the love, in the... being, pure being. This is conflict. All applying to the me. It's only me that can be fearful. It's only me that can be unhappy. So what needs to happen to recognise and have a look at this me? What is me? Is me Bob, the Australian, the good fella? Or is it just a concept I have about myself, an image? And I recognise that's what it is, a concept or an image.

What am I or me? It's the sense of presence. It's a sense, a feeling, a sensation. It's a feeling. It's a sense of presence that I've taken to be real as the person. I am not the person. I am that life, which is feeling, sensing, tasting, touching, smelling, thinking, breathing, heart beating. That's what life is. Not the one essence that's doing this, doing that. As I pointed out before, out of life, more life comes. And there is only life. Everything is that life. You take the life out of this body, what have you got? You've got a corpse. Now that corpse, before it rots and breaks down, you've still got the heart, the lungs, the eyes, ears, everything.

All the organs are there, the kidneys, the heart, the brain. But what good are they without that animal, that animating life essence, that vibration, that intelligence energy, that life? Not a bit of good at all. You are that life. When Christ says, I am the way, and people thought he was talking about himself, he wasn't. You can say the same thing. You are the life. Without that life, you're a corpse. You're not a bit of good. Just like your computer's got all that information and energy into it, it's some amazing information, and you can turn it, be very useful. What happens if the power's not turned on?

It's not a bit of good to you. And that's what happens when the life goes out of this pattern. It's not a bit of good to you. You're a corpse, you're finished. But where does the life go? Life lives on life, and out of life, more life comes. There is only life. That's all there is. And that life can only go back to where it came from. It's left the body, and even the body, as it's breaking down, has still got life in it. As the microbes and germs eat it, break it down, rot it, still the life, but it's no longer in the human pattern, shape or form.

All life comes from out of that, all life disappears back into it. And that is what you are. So, in essence, you are only that. You have no beginning, or no ending. No birth, no death. Just this pure, absolute, presence awareness. Being, knowing, and loving to be. Recognise that. Test it out. Question it. Because that's all that can happen. Unless you move to do it, you won't question it even. You'll stay in it. But as you all come here, why? Because you're not satisfied with the way things were going. You've read the scriptures, and a lot of them, and read a lot of the bullshit that's in them, you're a sinner, and all the rest of it.

And you've gone on to some of it, and it moves you to look a bit deeper into it. And you come to some of the other non-dual teachings, and they resonate. Resonate with you innately, as a recognition or a resonance. This seems true, this seems real. And that's when you take it up, and start investigating. And again, remember, the false cannot stand up to investigation. And if you investigate the false, it'll fall apart if it's false. And you're left with the truth. And that's what happens, what we try and do. What we try and point out here, the truth of the absolute. Some of you know it already, you've recognized it.

And some of you have still got some doubts or questions. And some of you are just coming upon it, and might have trouble with it. Well, don't hesitate. If you know it and recognize it, don't hesitate to share it. Because somebody else might be able to understand, what I'm saying here, might understand you the way you're saying it. And somebody else that might have a doubt or a question, might resonate with it here. But it's that natural resonating, or knowing. And to listen, you've got to recognize, there is an art of listening. If you're listening to me, the concept of you and me, you're not going to resonate with what's being said.

Because it's head to head. You'll have your concept of image about me, and I'll have the concept here of what I'm trying to impart. So head to head, there's no communication. And you've heard the story of heart to heart. And you know what heart to heart is. Because when you hear somebody's sad story, it resonates with you. And you feel out to them. And you'll say to somebody later on, tell them why heart went out to them. Heart is the pure life, or pure intelligence usually. And if it's heart to heart, there is communication, a natural merging. Because head to head, there's none. So learn to listen from the heart.

Not your physical heart. Physical heart's got nothing to do with it, that's just a lie. But we're talking about heart as the centre of the spirit. The symbol of the spirit. The natural coming together of the two. Communication. From that point, the true teaching will be recognised. And once you've got a taste of it, it goes on of its own accord. When you see something as false, and know the truth about it, you can't believe its falseness anymore. It might come up and catch you out of habit. It'll also come and go, hang on a minute, I saw through this. I'll have another look. Because we're so lost into this conceptual imaging, so believed in it, that it's continually coming up.

And the worst thing is, it's reinforced by the people around us, that don't understand it. And they can suck us back into it again, quite easily. People come here and say, I saw it, but I lost it. How can you lose the reality? You only lose it because you've taken on the belief of some of the old conceptual ideas. Recognising that is it, and if it's recognised, you are that. You can never be lost. So you need to remind yourself, again and again. It tells you in the scriptures, be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind. How would you renew your mind? Would it be just to keep reminding yourself?

I'm not this conceptual image up, that's coming up and obscuring it. I am the absolute. Keep reminding yourself that you are that absolute. And each time you remind yourself, you might get another taste of it. Until, when the false comes up, it can't hang around for very long at all. And you settle down and resonate with what you are. Know the truth. That's what we point to. And Kat's got some questions from the people that are listening in. And then she'll open it up for all of you to have your say. So get into it. Twenty-five to thirty people are watching Clever's Sunday Commenting Online.

So we have a few of the welcome messages and love messages for a few people. That's initial greetings. And we have a nice comment from Jay. Human beings are differentiated by two advanced faculties. Memory to learn from the past. Imagination to plan the future. The problem arises when we see these faculties as hindrances rather than tools to help us navigate the present. How nicely said. When we look at that, that was beautiful, he said, Jay. Thank you. Who? Jay. Jay, not dry. No. No, beautiful he said. It's usually when we talk about problems, we contextualize past. We blame the past. We just basically make it really very real.

And the more real my traumas are, my abuses, my whatever, the stronger the blame and the shame, the more real the object, the more real the subject. So rather than doing what animals do, they also learn from the past. Or even artificial intelligence. If you think of genetic algorithms, they learn from the past and don't have much story about it. It is just a self-updating property. And it's wonderful. We actually make it to be a problem. So something that is, that is a gift, that could be a gift, you know, the fact that we could navigate present and we do navigate present moment. Even the fact that we speak is part of that faculty.

We learned and remembered the language. Beautiful. So it's only a problem if we see it this way and when we make it real. The way I can see that Bob has it the same, the way we relate to the past, it's completely liquid, it's fluid. There's nothing written in stone. The memories are interpretations of vague feelings and sensations and they're fluid. There's nothing solid about it. They come and go. So if the past isn't solid, if the object isn't solid, the subject isn't solid either. That's fluid too. So, and that makes life exciting, interesting and easy. And that's the only comment. So that's the time when I'll just turn the camera the other way and request you to join in, ask questions, share.

When we attach, as cats say in the past and the future, they're fleeting. But when we attach to it, fixate on it, we put a burden on ourselves, that attachment. And they keep telling us it's detached. Detached. Leave it as it is in its singularity. Let it rest in its uncontrived singularity. Singularity. If you're not attaching to anything, it's refreshing you. Again. So we attach to it, we continue the story. It's good, it's bad, it's worse, or so and so, and that is the story. But just leave it as it is, unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected. See what comes up next. Haylen. So last week, pathetically, disgustingly, I was acting here like a fool.

And I felt vomit when I watched my footage on YouTube later. It was difficult for me to come back to this effortlessness. And bring back my commitment to this, which is the first and best priority of all human beings. Past, now, and future. I went to the protest. I shout a lot to the protest. And I release a lot. And because I don't have people who I speak with or go, you know, somewhere, have a coffee and speak. And that's how I live my life. Since I start to live my life as a form. And yeah, I I mean, this is entirely not what I plan to say at all.

This is totally different. I'm out of control. I can't plan for a small thing, for something simple that many can do. Um Well, I just this is everything is interconnected. This is non-duality. I'm not talking politics in a non-duality satsang. It's my obsession to to say that. You never warn me about anything. You never warn about anything to anyone. You always say whatever come up. Well, it came up that Australian government put a petition on the on its website to expel Iranian diplomats and shut down their embassy after 43 years. So I felt much better. That there are a lot of people that have same thoughts, thinking patterns towards a specific object, including Australian government.

So many, many others can have that. Um And that's how I told myself I'm not alone. I have thinking aligned with other people's thinking. So I'm not caveman. I look like others. Yeah. And I sit comfortably for in silence with all the with all difficulties in my system. And I get distracted, stand up drinking or something, drinking or eating something, and then come back sitting again and again and again and again. Since last Sunday till this Sunday happens hundreds and hundreds of, you know, strikes and fights. And it's a fight. Believe me, it's a it's a fight. It's a war inside. It's a war inside.

It's a war. It's a war inside myself. I put it like that. I don't know how else I say it. Thank you. Thank you. Anyone would like to share something or ask question or say perhaps maybe there was a pointer that you heard particularly strongly in the spiel or maybe you are moved to comment on anything or Adrian. Thank you, Bob. Amazing as always. It was a little innocuous little line, but it just went boom straight through the what is it that Hang Seng Ming saying talking about the discerning mind or something like that. Seeing the non-discriminating thought arises. Yeah, the Hang Seng Ming discerning thought or seeing the discerning mind for what it is or something.

Non-discriminating thought arises, the old mind ceases to be. Yeah, that's beautiful. Sometimes there's little pointers that go in a bit deeper. It's like this little thief that's getting around that needs the torch shone on it. I see it sometimes in the minds like a little, it's this trying to this little thief in disguise getting around and sometimes it's like the cops shining the light on it and exposing it sort of thing. I don't know why that came to mind, but nothing really matters. So I can just say whatever. So it's cool. I just like to say just we can't go back living yesterday or 20 years ago and it just makes so much sense and we're just recalling the moment.

So yeah, and it's just now. So thanks. I'm only holding this because Dean pointed at me. So I think I definitely felt in the last 15 minutes something just relaxed. That's just a relaxation. And an ease that came through and it's always nice when it happens. I think one of the things that Bob you're saying about listening, about listening correctly or just when you're actually listening, there's no, I'm not holding a concept, judging your concept. It's almost like we're just in the same action. Your speaking is no different to my listening. It's kind of one going on. And when I see that, when I notice that there's that state of listening that's not judging, it's just kind of being and it's almost like an active part of what you're saying.

It's like there's somehow it's not, yeah, it's the one and the same, the speaking and the listening. And I think that's what I'm trying to say. And I think there was just a beautiful relaxation and presence that arose when that kind of became obvious. So thank you. The recognition that it's all one. That's what's happening. She says to Heyman, Heyman, you're not doing any of those. Life is happening. And of course it is really sad to see a struggle and hope that, you know, even the fact that you found people who think in a similar way, gave you the sense of belonging. That is something that is soothing.

That's inner longing within. And that's, you know, that's what life took you. Can I answer? You can. Yes. You know, things changing rapidly. Thank you for everything. And what I said does not represent me one minute later. That's how I, you know, washing machine. And I know my dishonesty. Every time I watch the YouTube videos, look at my facial expression and body language. And Peter's facial expression and body language accordingly in response to my act implies my dishonesty. It is not deliberate. I'm working on it. The more you align, you do one thing, but happens a lot of things in your system. You don't have to do everything.

You have to do only one thing. I'm doing it at my best, which is only nine hours per week. Thank you. Thank you. Yes. Primali also says, story keep going, made out of concepts which are interconnected. And yes, life, Bob, I love that pointer when Bob says life takes you where it takes you. Life takes you where you need to be. And I think that's a good point. Who knows? Perhaps at this point of the play of life, you need to rather assert your value than dismiss it. Or maybe even assert your, you know, the way the whole identification game processes when it progresses from the baby that can pass the mirror test and then it says I and then it gives itself different labels.

I'm Polish or Iranian or Australian or whatever I am. And the identity, seemingly the costume gets sealed. And that's the point when it may, that the life may move to question that costume. Maybe you actually never had the chance to find your tribe and fit into. And who knows? Maybe that's how life intelligently, beautifully takes you. To the place where that, oh, okay, that what I am. And now, oh, is that true? Because what are you going to question if there is, if there is no assertion first? You know, you don't believe you are the body. So questioning that maybe it's not going to be helpful.

Anyway, trusting life and the pointers that people would have did, you've already using to leave things as they are. Yeah, go ahead. Bob's pointers. Thank you, Kat. Bob's pointers makes everything simple. It is simple. And Bob is simply pointed out. Bobby's expression of that through his sensory perception. I don't believe that I see that with my sensory perception. I feel that with my sensory perception. It is a fact. Therefore, I trust what he says. It is simple. So you only need to trust and relax. Yes. And you will wake up and it will do everything for you. Will undo you. Yes. But it is me, Heyman, that, you know, maneuver, you know, waste time.

Thank you. Yeah, it is life. It is life dancing. Heyman, I think you've got a right to be here like anybody else. Your absolute right to exist like anybody else has because you are existent. And that's proof enough, isn't it? You've got a right to be here, being now. And there's nothing else going on really other than that. Even if you do belong to a group of some kind, at some point you're going to have to question the validity of that identity that you've taken on for yourself. You see what I mean? So the only identity that really works is the identity of being of which we all participate in a similar way, at a similar level.

You know, I see, thank you, Peter, we're chasing each other's tail. So I want to grab your tail, which is a higher, say, level of consciousness. And you respond to what I said as a lower level of consciousness, which affirms what I said is real. Don't do so. It's not real. I'm dishonest. I'm coming from thinking and believing, which is very contracted and agitated and wrong. And false. It is its nature. Its nature is false. So be, I'm not criticizing you. You can, I'm simply saying you can say, you can simply be more difficult and harder on me. I'm capable to, you know, handle it, hopefully.

I have just a quick comment. Do you realize that the one that is this person? This honest is not your original nature or true self. It's just the personality, not it. And then it doesn't have to hurt when you say those horrible words to yourself and about yourself. And that's it. Just, did you want to say something? Yeah, I was just wondering if you could tell that story, Bob, you know, that one about how life takes you where you need to go. You know, that one about the guy and his. And his son who has becomes injured and it doesn't get. I wonder if you could tell that story if you remember it.

Chinese prophecy. You know, that one where everything just, oh, we'll see, you know, that one. Yeah, I think that's a great story. Yeah. Very simple. Now, let's say Chinese. I don't know what it was. Farmer. And he used to get a horse. He was a poor farmer. He hadn't managed to get a horse. And all the neighbors came around, oh, you got a horse. That's amazing. You know, you'll be able to do this and do that on your up and down. He said, maybe I will. Maybe I won't. A couple of days later, the horse gets out of the pound and heads away for the hills and disappears.

And people come around and commiserate with him. Oh, he said, they lost the horse. What are you going to do now that it's very bad? Maybe it is. Maybe it isn't. A few days later, the horse came back and got several mares with it and he brought it back. Oh, look, now you've got four or five horses. Okay, great. Maybe it is. Maybe it isn't. And then his son got on one of the horses, tried to break it in, horse through and broke his leg. They came around again and commiserated with him. Oh, that's a terrible thing. Oh, that's a terrible thing. His son's broken his leg and he can't be able to help you and all this.

The story goes on. He said, well, maybe so. Maybe it is. Maybe it isn't. And a couple of days later, the army came around. They were at war and they wanted recruits and they were taking people into the army. They took all the sons of the local residents, but they didn't take his son because he had a broken leg. . Oh, you're lucky, love. Maybe it is. Maybe it isn't. So it goes on. Is that the one? Yeah. Beautiful illustration and everyone, I'm pretty sure has an example in their own lives. When something seems like a tragedy and it turns to be the greatest gift, it's just the interpretation.

Yeah, it's a beautiful illustration. It goes in the Internet under the Chinese prophecy or something, but it's a good illustration. Yes. It's a good illustration of the intelligence of life which is so, so much greater than our own concepts. And it is really beautiful and refreshing to see when someone says, oh, I can watch myself and I can see the dishonesty, I can see the corruption. Because the place from which you're seeing the dishonesty and the corruption of the narrative is beyond. So you're looking at that from beyond. It is like to be able to see the criticism or to even see the dishonesty or to see the shallowness or whatever is the concept.

When it is happening and you see that it is happening. Let's say you're lying and you know that you're lying. At the time that it happened, I didn't know that. Later I knew. Aha, okay. Okay, well, okay. Otherwise I wouldn't know. Who knows? Maybe it will, you know, if you can see it. Complicated, yeah. A complicated, yeah, complicated mind. Because if it is just a mindless judgment that, oh, I hate myself, that's not helpful. But if you see, you know, the moment, see if you could actually, during the speaking, if you have that self-awareness, oh, speaking is happening. As you said now, I don't know what I'm going to say.

This is not planned. So you actually speaking and you are aware that what is coming out hasn't been planned, is spontaneous. So that awareness of spontaneity of speaking is beyond the speaking. Now the speaking is going on. It's not you speaking. There is awareness of the speaking as the speaking comes out as well. Mindless judgment, no. This is, you know, you can judge anyone or anything. But even as you judge, if there is an awareness of judging going on, spontaneous awareness, spontaneous awareness of judgment, that's already a little bit more kind of consciousness involved in the happening. Because there is a consciousness of the happening as well as the happening.

And you have those moments and they, just, yeah, just keep noticing them. I deliberately transfer what you said to a specific pointer. Mm. Because that's what I'm, what I have to do in this situation. Mm. I have to act accordingly. Mm. I just do one simple thing. That's it. Full stop. Case closed. Yeah. Great. That's, yeah, wonderful. That's, that's the best. That's what you said to me. That's what I learned from you. Mm. Yeah. And firstly, Bob. Of course. Inevitably. Mm. And relax. Trust life. Everything's like completely spontaneous anyway. Even if you believe it's not. Even if it's, even if there's an idea this is pre-planned or premeditated, it's actually completely spontaneous.

Yes. And, which is crazy in itself because, yeah, it's, it's. I'm, as a, as a person, I'm much bigger and stronger than that to see that even for a fraction of a second. Mm. It completely feels it's, it's what I, it's my mistakes. I'm responsible. Mm. Uh, not that I blame myself. I'm better than that. Yeah, cool. A little bit. If I, if I look I can't find like a true thought or a false thought or a real idea or a false idea or like they're just like these vibrating whatever words or, or, or images or, um, thoughts. Is, is, what's, you know, I examine a memory and the memory is gonna, oh that, that's the way it was.

the way it was and then I examine it 10 minutes later and it's different it's all it's always it's just nothing's real like nothing's true there's no truth in this this thought is truth or aligned with my higher consciousness or super duper self and it's correct um I don't know I think investigating like all that to just there's just talk just vibrating patterns of energy just going in all these different appearing so many different ways that you stop analyzing it or trying to extract something out of it or find a point of meanness in it which can't be found because there isn't a center point or anything that can be derived of any substance really it's just movements of energy something like that anyway recognizing that you know instead of putting any concept a lot of them what they're beautiful just um that whole idea of just full stopping thinking if it occurs to do that again that's also spontaneous because you might set yourself up to say full-stop to every idea that comes up and just ignore the mind completely that's probably the most expedient way because as Bob says you know what's wrong with right now if you're not thinking about it it's usually thought that creates all the angst and the and the concentration on thinking as some sort of like you're going to be able to think your way to peace and it just doesn't happen that way if if it occurs to you to just full stop every time the the ideas start to arise just full stop and again if you do start getting engaged in the thinking don't give yourself a hard time again you'll go in and say oh I forgot to full stop the idea but you know if you can if it occurs to you and if it happens it's really not a fast way to just get peace but just full stop see just just shut up yeah beautiful you should see it have your face up small response just half an hour I'm joking yeah three categories i'm beginner so I decide to meditate I set a timer and sit on meditation and then effortly you know it makes me very crazy to finish three or four hours and I have to do it every day and spend six or seven months as a beginner like that then I change I changed to a second strategy, so now I'm an amateur.

So instead of setting hours, I just do it spontaneously whenever it feels that I have to do it. Now I'm doing it spontaneously whenever it feels that I have to do it. But because energy gets inside the me, before the me dissolves, let's say, it gets bigger, that's how I experience it. Because it gets bigger, now it's got much more power to manipulate people, much more power to get involved with its addiction, much more extreme degrees, much more difficult to come out later. But then a third strategy comes that, okay, I do all these things, I have to do it, because if I don't do it, it's just impossible to not do it.

But then recovery comes up, now I have to recover. It looks like... I'm doing it by myself, I don't pay attention to them, because there is no difference between me and them. They can't tell me anything new. I cannot be anything other than this with the help of others. This is how I'm thinking by comparing my experience and what they said. Now the fourth strategy, which is the current strategy, is... Okay, whatever happens, I just leave things as they are, always, whenever I could. And the best recovery that I can do... Fake it till you make it, or make it till you fake it. Anyways, I shouldn't talk more.

Thank you. Thank you. I have a comment here from Jay. Peace to the brother that spoke. You are not alone. That was for you, Hayman. Seek and you will find. To find peace is not enough to realize you are God in the process of awakening, but to realize that others are also God in various process of enlightening. Yeah, beautiful. And also, it highlights what Dean you were saying, that every thought is just that, it's a thought. Brilliant thoughts, stupid thoughts. And what Arety was saying, you know, you can have thoughts about thoughts. You can beat yourself up because of forgetting things. Just really pull stop and cut the shit down.

That's impossible. No, well, it spontaneously happens when life moves you to happen. Because you do have that longing and that desire for freedom. And that really longing for the relief from suffering, for oneness, for sense of non-separation. That is what facilitates the self-discipline. It's not that, oh, I do the meditation. But if that feeling is really, really strong, it will just, whatever the idea will seem helpful, that idea will just take root. I meditate and so did Bob at that stage for hours altogether as well. And later on we realized that we haven't done a thing. That was the energy moving through the body, translated as a thought.

That facilitated it. And Primaria also says, Hey man, if you are doing it, you can't stop it. It keeps happening because you are not doing it. That's a good point. Yes. You know, like if you believe that you are a doer, okay, stop it. Stop thinking. You think you're thinking? Okay, good. Stop it. And that is a very confrontational realization. Oh shit, I'm not doing it. I can't stop it. It keeps coming. And that is the thought. And that is the thought. And that is also liberating realization because the sense of judgment and self-blame is redundant now. Because if I'm not doing it, who am I going to blame?

That's beautiful, Primaria. Thank you. And she also says, Yes, quantum soup. To what Bob and Dean were talking about everything. And Enki says, Fake it till you make it has always worked for me. Yeah, whatever works. Yeah, yeah, whatever works. Because that's also translation. To say fake it till you make it is just a translation of particular impulse or energy. And it might be as close as it gets to what you are experiencing. That particular translation doesn't really do much to me, but it might be doing just right. It might be just close enough. So yeah, whatever works. And now Ajay says, How to apply stay in being when you are looking to move forward, have achievement, fulfilling our dream?

Well, make staying in being your dream. That's the thing. If you are distracted wanting to get promotion, money or looks or health or anything else, and that takes a priority, that will take more time. That will take most of the attentions and that will take most of the thought. Try and get away from being if you can. Yeah. Yeah, being is there whether you think about it or you are achieving it or you are staying in it or you think you are staying in it or you are not thinking you are staying in it. It is there. The question is, is it recognized? Is it really given its due importance?

Because if not for the being, you couldn't achieve anything at all. No other goals would be even presenting themselves. If the being wasn't there. So if the being is the center of the spirit, if that's the screen, if that's the heart or the God, maybe giving it a due attention and due reverence could actually take this thing out of the sense of luck which make you chase name and fame and money. And maybe that's not what you're chasing, but generally the external goals which hold the promise that they will fulfill us. If I only have a boyfriend or girlfriend or house, then I'll be happy.

Something to that? Yeah. That idea of, you know, how do you stay healthy if you don't, you know, make an effort to be healthy or go for a promotion or whatever it is. I think it's important to realize that it's action that's happening. You know, sometimes we're thinking, I want to go for a promotion or I want to start eating healthy. But we're not. Because whether you're eating healthy or not has nothing to do with the thinking. You know, you might be thinking that's what I'm going to do from now on. From now on I'm going to not eat dairy and I'm going to avoid gluten.

But whether that happens or not is going to happen or not, whether that thinking is happening or isn't happening. If you know what I'm saying. You know, you can set yourself up with all these goals that this is what's going to happen because the mind thinks it's in control of the show. But whether that happens or not is arbitrary. It's totally not dependent on the planning that you've made. So it's important to realize that action is happening. You know, all this stuff is happening. The mind comes in and tries to take ownership of what's happening and say, I'm the one that's doing that. But you must recognize that.

It's really never, ever dependent on what you make plans to do. Right? Yeah. Life is happening. There's no controlling what is happening by thinking that you're going to control it. So I think that's something that is important to recognize. Oh my goodness. This is crucial. And thank you for that. Yeah, that's... That was brilliant. Before there's only life. Yeah. Nobody lives a life. Life lives on life. Yeah. How to live while life comes. It's all happening. But I love that highlight. The huge difference between thinking I'm going to do something and actually acting, doing. And it happening. It happening. Because, yeah, again, you look at the animals.

They don't have the narrative, oh, I'm going to be doing it now. I'm going to be eating from the fig tree and not from the banana tree. No. The action happens. And the action comes as the energy of movement. In our case, the action also comes in the energy of movement that gets the body up. It has the narrative component. But the narrative is post-factum. The energy moves first. And then the narrative narrates, interprets the energy. And takes ownership of it. Absolutely. Takes credit for everything. That is such a crucial point. It can't be highlighted enough. I also have a comment. I just wanted to say...

I think the solution is always with the problem exactly. Exactly there. So, you know, if you, in other words, if you drop the ball and walk off the field, there's no game, I want to say. Yes. So there is a comment from JB. He says, analysis takes person out of now moment. But when you realize there is analysis happening, then you are in present and here in the present. And you are in the present. And here in this moment again. That's a nice way of putting it. See what sees that analyzing is happening is where to try to stay. What is seeing, analyzing is freedom from the struggle even if for a small moment.

Yes, that's beautiful. Bob always highlights that only from the point of attention you can see you're in attention. Or only from the point of... Yes, everything is known from its opposite. So if you see the narrative, blah, blah, blah, it means you are the consciousness beyond the narrative realizing the content. And to put it on the analyzing, that's a really nice and relevant point there. Thank you. Enki says, creating an idea of the way you want to be, then creating a pattern of it. Sometimes faking it till you make it. Eventually you become the result of direction of going. Well, it may apply to any role you want to play in life.

If you want to be an actor, you may play your character. You want to be a mother or father or boss or anything. You can keep pretending to be that costume until you forget who you truly are. It doesn't work the same way with being. Because you cannot possibly eventually become the being because you are it already. So it is really shedding your costumes and recognizing what's already present rather than pretending and eventually forgetting the truth. So it is just a distinction. Bob always says being is not becoming. So you can't become because you already are. And that's why... And that's what Zulma commented, a cosmic joke.

That's a cosmic joke. You can't become who you are because you already are that. And is narrative same as judgment, says Ajay. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. I mean, you know, you can say the sky is blue and that's not necessarily something that in one set of terms you would call judgment. But in another set of terms, you may say it. It's a judgment. What would you say, darling? Is every piece of narrative a judgment? Yes. It occurred to me then that the being isn't doing any trying. Like the being is just being. So anything that's starting to try, you know, is trying too hard to reach something or get something is already stepping away from what we are.

So it's a dead giveaway that the thing that's trying to get something and trying to get something is already stepping away from what we are. The thing that's trying to get something and strategizing and getting is seeing that whole story, seeing all that. It's seeing that that is, you know, that's sort of not what we are. That's actually trying to get something. So, yeah, seeing who is trying, what is trying, seeing that story in itself. It's already, that's already split everything up. You know, it's a dead giveaway that it's something separate trying to get something. So it's just stepping back and seeing that whole false, you know, trying and seeking.

It's like the seeker is the problem. It's the same thing, isn't it? The seeker trying to get something which will never arrive anywhere because it can't arrive anywhere. It doesn't actually exist in the first place. Yeah, for me, it's seeing anything that's trying is stepping away from what we are. All right. Beautiful. So, absolutely. That's, yeah. Seeing, seeing the trying, it already has that inherently, that inbuilt dissatisfaction and rejection and resistance to what is. It's no good. I don't want it this way. There must be something better. And that's the characteristic. And again, someone was saying, I think it was Jay, that fantastic faculty of the mind to imagine and, and relate or learn from past.

It is a fantastic faculty of the mind to always try and negotiate you a better condition for the body, for the survival. You want to have better body, more food, better, everything better than that. It's a great faculty and animals possess that faculty as well. They also seek for shelter and for partners. It's just that with us humans. When we exclusively focus on that, not this movement, something better, better tribe, better position, better. And completely forget that this is a function. And we identify with that part of resistance and dissatisfaction. That's where the suffering sinks in. And that's where seeking and trying becomes out of, it's unmanageable.

It gets unmanageable. Now having that function activated, we'll go shopping and we'll pick the best veggies, not the rotten ones. What's wrong with that? Nothing. But the idea that this present moment is no good, it's not in there. The function is serving. The mind seeking mind is a servant. It's okay to seek better situation, to, to live in a better home or, or drive a better car. But that is marginal. That is marginally important. Much more important, juicy, fulfilling, healthy and happy place is this moment right now. And capacity to appreciate what it is in this moment now. And that mind does not possess as a function.

Because it is not necessary for survival. It is necessary for sense of joy and fulfillment. And, and, and basically it is our essential true nature, the joy of being. But it is not a function of the mind. It is completely beyond the mind. Joy of being, the, the love of being, the appreciation is beyond the mind. Mind will always go and seek. So realizing what you said, Adrian, the, the tendency to always try something else, not this. It belongs to that software, to that program. That's not true. That is not to seduce us out of that place where the real fulfillment is. That relaxed natural state.

And it doesn't mean that it will ever stop. The animals keep seeking food. It's not that the body will stop looking after itself, feeding itself and cleaning itself. No. But that goes on automatic without taking too much. Of narrative like Arety was saying. You know, that is an action rather than blah, blah thought. And, and, and as such it's a, it's a fantastic action. And not, not the suffocating narrative. Yeah, it's very relaxing. Like, because if you notice the functionality is just that functionality. And it's, I think you said something about it earlier. Self, it's self replicating or self improving. It's something like that. Updating.

Updating itself like constantly. But you don't have to worry about it then. No. Functionality is doing what it's designed to do. And that's function. Yeah, yeah, like you don't have to, you don't have to desire your heart to beat. No, no. And Bob uses the word effortless. Yes. Well, that's, that's all. Just effortless. Yeah. Yes. Yeah, no trying. We have a couple of comments. Enki says, go where? There is nowhere to go. Nowhere to go. What is the four liners Bob of yours? Nowhere to go? Nothing to do, nothing to be, nowhere to go, nothing to see. Yeah, yeah, that's it. It doesn't mean that you're never going to move a step ahead.

The going will happen effortlessly. I think some non-dualists take that on as a, as a new concept. Getting tossed was a trouble. Yeah, taking it as a concept, that would be a disaster. And I think that's, I think that's the, that's the, that's the, that's the, that's the thing. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, exactly. And then Enki says, go anywhere. There's nowhere to go. And Primali says, wow, Kat. And Jai says, beautiful, he explained. And Ajay says, detachment is the key to freedom? That was a question. Is the detachment the key to freedom?

No key. Not as a concept. No, no, no key to anything at all when you're already that. That is all there is. And that's really what happens. Rather than forcing oneself to detach, you know, oh I love my children. I can't just ignore them and detach from them. No, you can't and you don't have to. Realize that there is a place in your heart when you are already detached. When you already, that place of loving, trusting life where you are already okay with whatever life brings. It's not faking detachment till you make detachment. It's finding the place where it is already present. And Primali says not detachment but seeing through.

A little while ago you asked me a question I didn't answer. Life's carried on all right without the answer. Yeah. Yeah. All moves on. Detach from the concept of detachment says Otto. Yeah. Concepts are also useful but they double bind or double sword weapons. Yeah. Yeah. They can point or they can misguide. Can I say one thing? Yes. I was just thinking this idea of attachment, I think applies to attaching, it's all ideas really. Yes. It's being attached to an idea. You know, I will love this person. He and I are going to stay together forever and then it doesn't happen. You know, or I'm going to eat healthy food and it doesn't happen.

So then you're beating yourself up about this not happening or that not happening. So the attachment doesn't just apply to attach to a person. It applies to attach to a fixated idea because the mind has said this is the way it is and then all of a sudden it's not. You know, that's why I think Bob's story, you know, the horses, you know, or maybe it is, maybe it isn't. You know, oh, it's so bad your horses have run away. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. You know, oh, it's so bad that your son is injured, you know. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. So it's this idea of fixating on the mind and thinking, yes, the mind has finally come up with an idea that I can hold forever.

You know, I'm going to be healthy for the rest of my life. I'm going to do yoga every single day. And then you don't, you know, because that's not the action that happens. Right? So it's just that. Yeah. But there is no finality in thinking. The only finality is before the mind. Not before, even before, but just in, it's always and ever there, that peace. It's not something that you can hold with the mind and find peace through that, you know, because now I'm going to be doing yoga every day and I'm going to be relaxed or whatever it is. So it's that attachment. I think.

That's what I was going to say. There's no attachment to anything. What's wrong with right now if we don't think about it? Without a thought, without a concept. Everything is just as it is. It's one essence. So how can anything attach to the absolute? How can anything be taken away from it? And we take on these thoughts and attach to them, leaving them real, gets into all sorts of problems. But are we? Mm. Mm. Mm. We try to detach. If you can't, if it's absolute, you can't attach anything. There's nothing to detach from. Leave everything as it is, unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected, just as it is.

And the change is by itself. I love the way you've explained it. It was beautiful. You said the difference between attaching to the idea and to the, you know, you may find, OK, I'm not going to eat gluten without even narrating it. You can find energetic commitment in the body. And without having the commitment written down and really reinforced and re-hypnotize yourself with some sort of an idea to which you have to obey now and religiously and fanatically stick to and stand up for your beliefs and die for your beliefs and whatever the concepts are, you can find that sort of an energetic commitment of the behavior to the behavior.

Mm. You find it already present in the body. Like we've watched a war movie yesterday where the guy got violent and he hit his brother with the brick. And he somehow felt that he'll never touch the weapon ever again. And that was what perpetuated through his life. That was the commitment that he found. He didn't know that it was there until he found himself somewhere in the army trying to be a medic and needing to have the, he found it already present. Rather than just self-hypnotizing and attaching to the concept, it doesn't mean that the concept will not get translated. That's what the narrative is for.

When the energy is there, the translation might happen. But if the translation happens, OK, I'll do yoga for the rest of my life every day. But there is no attachment to that idea. And I don't do yoga tomorrow, or the day after, or in a month time. Then there is no suffering. But you want a quick way to suffering? Great way. Attached to the idea. and make that idea God and worship it and just what a quick way to put yourself in a miserable place. But then again, is there a choice maker? No. But is there a possibility to see through? Well, that's why we're here.

Because when you see the trick, you may keep recognizing it and you may not get trapped into it again. And that's what the recognition is. Just see the mind, see how it functions, see how it works. And don't give in to the commentary. Follow the present energy. Move with the movement of life, not with the story about it. And that's about the time for us to wrap up. And we'll stop. Thank you everyone. Careful stop. Thank you.
