Mining, not speaking to anybody, not speaking to any mind. I'm speaking to the I am that I am. One essence that's pattern, shapes and forms and expressing as everything. Just to this and nothing else. So I can't teach you anything. I can't tell you anything. All I can do is point to it and ask you to look. To where I'm pointing to, to see for yourself. Because no one can ever do it for you. Purely and simply, when you investigate and have a look at those things, you'll see there is no one except the one, the only one, which you can put all sorts of different labels on it.

Call it God, call it the Supreme, call it Rama, Vishnu or whatever. They're all labels we've put on that basic life essence or pure awareness. Another couple of labels that you cannot negate. That which you cannot negate is what you actually are. And investigating in that, that and knowing that I am. So the sense I am-ness is not the words or the thoughts. That's what it represents. There are beingness there with you right now, unknowingness. And loving to be. None of us want to be dead right now. So we love to be. That's life. That's loving to be life. Or, as they put it in the scriptures, it is sat-sit-ananda.

Existence. Consciousness. Bliss of being or loving to be. And the names and forms we put on it, are maya. Maya meaning illusion. So we take in these body-minds, that sense of presence, which translates through the form, the illusory form, the name, into the seeming person. And see what we've done. We've separated ourselves from the so-called God-ness. Godliness. The one without a second. The absolute. The great perfection. Now, if it's all the one essence, that's patterning, shaping, forming, appearing, and expressing as everything, and we put the boundaries on it, as I am this person, I am this human being, that's another way of putting it. Being, knowing, and loving to be.

That's the same as sat-sit-ananda. But the being is the one being, not a human being, or not being a carpet, or a chair, or a tree, or a flower. But everything is that pure being. And all of that, and all this manifestation, when you look at it, it's all things. The tree is a thing, the flower is a thing, the bird, the animal, and we call ourselves human beings. Being human. But it's just the pure beingness. And it is the one being expressing as everything. So there's nothing separate or apart from that. And aren't you being right now? Negate it if you can. You're going to have a lot of trouble, aren't you?

But put that, we've got that label, human being. And if this concept of God is a supreme being, a being superior or higher, or above everything else, and it's, we call it a creator. But is there a creator? Is there a creation? And above all, is there a creature? When we look at it, we are all creatures. We believe we've been created by this creator. Creatures of that creator. And that is so. But it's all appearance, in and of the one essence itself. Or the pure absolute beingness. So take away the label human, and take away the label supreme, and see for yourself if you can separate that beingness.

And you realise then, that that which I'm sitting on is being a chair. The room I'm in is being a room. And it's being the space outside. It's being the trees. It's being the flowers. Everything really is that pure beingness. Not separated or parted. It's still its natural state. But what is doing the separation? And then seemingly individualising? Well, isn't it a thought? A feeling? Or an emotion? Well, if we believe the thought is the only thing that's there, then we're not really a creature. We're not really a being. We're not really a being. We're not really a being. If we believe the thought is doing it, what's the thought?

Is thought something separate and apart from that beingness? Or one essence? Separate the thought, or the word. And that's what a word is, isn't it? A thought. And what's a thought? A sound. A vibration. A concept. A movement of energy. A vibrating pattern of energy. Which vibrates into the thought. Into thoughts. Words. Feelings. Emotions. Look out there in nature and see the manifestation. And realise it can all be broken down into vibrations. Seeming patterns of energy. Intelligence energy. Seeming vibrating into patterns, shapes and forms. And that's what I tell you again. Sat Chit Ananda Nama Rupa. Nama is the name. And Rupa is the form.

And isn't that what we've done? We've put names or words, concepts or labels on everything. Names and on all the forms. Now it is vibrating into shapes and forms. But are the shapes and forms are they in the form? Are they anything other than things? Appearing things in the space like awareness. And realise that. Look at yourself and realise you are a thing. I'm a thing. The tree is a thing. The flower is a thing. Everything is a thing. All appearing in that basic essence space. Which we take to be empty. It is empty of the patterns, shapes and forms that are only appearing in it.

But space itself is no thing. Has no shape, no form, no centre, no circumference, no beginning, no end. It is no thing. Not nothing. When we say nothing we think it's a vacuum, a void. Zero. Zilch. But it's no thing. It's still that animating life energy or intelligence energy or absolute space. Silence. Stillness. Which is all one. Absolute. Appearing as one. But the vibrations, seeming vibrations have broken it down and seemingly separated it. And we've got the idea of, there is something other. Something other than that which is appearing in the space like no thingness. And that's become a problem. Simply because we don't recognise or realise that something does not come from no thing.

If it's no thing, there can't be anything at all apart from the no thing. So what must this believe in pattern, shape and form which I call I or me. I am that absolute. I am that no thing. I am that pure awareness. There's another label we put on it. Or cognising emptiness. Emptiness is the no thing. But it's cognising. It's a fusion with intelligence or knowing. And the Buddha worded that out when he called it cognising emptiness. And made the statement from that that emptiness is form. It is the emptiness that's forming all these patterns and shapes and things, trees, flowers and everything. And realised that form, all the pattern, shapes and forms are emptiness.

Excuse me, emptiness is form and the form is really no thing. So it still appears to be other than the no thing. An appearance, they call it a phenomenal manifestation. The definition of phenomena is that which appears to be. So all these things are appearing to be real. Seemingly so. Illusions, vibrations, illusionary patterns, shapes and forms. But we don't realise that even the illusoriness is illusion. It doesn't exist either. But it hasn't stopped the beingness, has it? It hasn't stopped the knowing. It hasn't stopped the loving to be. Now when did that beingness start to be? Can you give it any time? Can you begin at such and such a time?

We think this manifestation and believe it, not everyone, that this manifestation had a beginning. But realise also that anything that has a beginning must have an end. That's what we call stories. And we're not going to say, fairy tales. In the beginning was the word. To tell a story it has to have a beginning, a start. And what's it start with? With words. Now have a look at the words. What's the word? Isn't the word sound? And what's sound? Noise? A vibration. A vibration's a sound. It's a movement of energy. Now you can't say what energy is, but it is. You can't negate it. Like this awareness.

You can't say what that is. Consciousness appears on that awareness. You can say what consciousness is. But the awareness is just a label we put on that absolute. The one reality. That all this manifestational cosmos is. Including you, me, and the cat, and everything else that's appearing in it. No shape, no form. No label. No name. But all these so-called things, which are in reality no thing, are appearing on that basic screen of silence, stillness. Investigate and have a look at that. Can you postulate or think of anything at all that could be outside of space? What would it appear in? Talk about next lives.

Another lives. Could they be outside of space? And if they can't be outside of space, would they be anything other than space? So things could still appear or seem to be, but the basic essence, the screen, nothing is contaminated or corrupted or ever can or ever will. There's not only pattern of these shapes and forms, but look out there in nature, what we call nature. The natural state. The natural state is the only state. That's why it's natural. It's not a made up or formed state. It's just naturally vibrating and appearing as a. And see in nature, the pattern shapes and forms. The earth, for instance, is a larger pattern, shape and form of what these bodies are.

Bodies are minute compared to the earth or the cosmos. But the earth is rolling or rotating around the sun. Now the sun is greater, much greater than this earth and this cosmos we call it. This satellite or whatever you like to call the earth. The sun is much greater than that. So there's different states and forms and dimensions to it. But it's still only the one. So what's our problem? What problems can there be? You realise we've got books out there and scriptures and so called different pattern shapes and forms or beings down through the ages have investigated, looked into it and been recognising different pattern shapes and forms of all with the words they put on it and tried to describe what is indescribable and separate what is inseparable.

The call down through the ages has been know the truth. And it's the truth that will set you free. What can you be free from? If the truth is all there is you must be free from the beliefs. It needs to be free from something. And what have we taken on? We've taken on beliefs. We believe we are separate. We believe we are the personal. We believe we are all these different things, creatures, creatures. But there have been some that have recognised that they are the life itself. Not the pattern shapes and forms which is expressed through but the actual activity of knowing. The activity of seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, of living.

The activity of life. And there are so called persons or beings down through the ages that have pointed that out. Like Christ says, I am the way. I am the truth. I am the life. Now that I am is a basic idea we've got about our personal selves. I am. But he's pointing it out differently. He's saying you're a bit more. That you are the life itself. You are the pure being. You are the pure knowing. You are the pure knowing. You are the pure loving to be. And people like this argument are all pointing at this life. There is only life. That is all there is.

There is only that life. And there is nobody who lives that life. Now and they're saying that they must be talking about the so called you, they and every other thing. And aren't you alive right now? Aren't you living? Knowing? Being? Right now in this moment? So called moment? So you must be that life. And as I say, being, knowing and loving to be. That life loves to be. That loves to express pattern, shape and form. In all its variety. In all its diversity. So the basis of life is love. Loving to be. Love is love. Love is life. Life is love. And if you are the life you must be the love.

But we differentiate it. We take it to be as the words come out and realising that the words we've learnt can only be in their opposites. They can only come about as dividing into opposites. Good and bad. See that. Good and bad. Pleasant and painful. Happy and sad. Loving and hating. If it wasn't discriminated how could there be any knowing of the sense of separation that is upon you because we've learnt words and separated and divided. You would still be in what they talk about in the analogy of paradise. You'd still be in paradise. Where it would be just that one essence that's about to be shaping, forming, appearing expressing as everything.

As natural love or bliss of being. But we learnt words. When we learn words we learn words like I and you and me and we and separate ourselves from the totality, the absolute. And with that sense of separation what happens? We're no longer being the confident, absolute knowing of being. We've separated ourselves into seeming different patterns, shapes and forms which are now insecure and vulnerable. So we've taken ourselves out of what they call paradise, the garden of Eden. Because we've taken on the words. We've learnt words. Now words are just another vibrating pattern that's appearing in this manifestation like everything else. And like the other patterns we take to be real, so we've taken the words to be real.

Instead of investigating and seeing are you the word? Now just a little bit of investigation go back on your so called life. What you can remember. Can you remember birth? No. Why can't you remember your birth? Because you should have no words to discriminate it. Or divide it. You just were. Just with the livingness. And you couldn't divide it or describe it. But when the capacity of reasoning develops as that body was developing and growing and the body and see where that seemingly came into existence also. With the so called birth. But you don't remember your birth. So how can you say I was born?

Yet we're giving it so called time from our parents and who and we've taken on the belief in time the same as they have. And belief in the words the same as they have. And belief in separation. But there have always been some pattern shapes and forms. The intelligence energy that's vibrating. Patterning shape and form brought about that curiosity. But look there's got to be a little bit more to it than this. Why should I be this suffering individual? Unhappy, depressed and guilt. Why should all this fear anguish and distress and all sorts of things be going on if because I have this believed in separate entity and form on it.

What is this so? Why I think I will investigate and look a bit further. And that comes up with some of us. But who's this I that's going to investigate? When it's the one essence, the one intelligence energy that's expressing everything. If it's what they say it's expressing, it's everything. Who is there to investigate? And what is there to investigate? Well that in itself is the investigation. To see whether that's true or not. Who's this happening to? It's happening to me. Now if I am the absolute like they say what can happen to the absolute? Think we added to it anything taken away. And the Buddhist call it the great perfection.

Now perfection is a word which is similar to absolute. You can't add anything to perfection. You can't take anything away from perfection. So if I have the great perfection as they say, call it in Buddhism the great perfection. And they give it to you in one sentence there. The great perfection is non conceptual awareness. Now what's all this language and words? They're all concepts. Concepts. What's a concept? Concepts are vibration. Vibration can appear as sound, word. But what is a vibration? It's a movement. A movement of energy. Energy is movement. An activity. So it's infused also fused with intelligence. A knowingness. A recognition. Or a realizing.

Or an awareing. Or a consciousness of being. Not becoming or not wanting. Just this immediate presence awareness. Negate that beingness right now. If you can. Say I am not. Yeah I can say I am not. But how could I say it if there isn't something there enabling me to say it? Is that beingness can it be contaminated or touched or hurt or damaged in any way without the belief that it is something separate? Can I say a time when I was not? If I can't say there's a time it was not can I say there's a time when I was not? When it will not be can I imagine a future time when it will not be?

I can talk about death or this like that but does is that actual? Or is it only an imagining? And what does Nisargadatta tell you? Tell me? He says that nothing can trouble you except in your own imagination. Nothing at all. That means even birth and death are not a trouble to you unless you start imaging, putting images on them. And that's what we've done. We've put images on everything. What's an image? It's a reflection. Like an image in the mirror. An appearance. A pattern shape and form that's appearing in the mirror or in the still water or in the clear canopy of the sky, the blueness of the sky.

These can reflect in that a reflection. And these things, seemingly solid these bodies seemingly solid shapes and forms are reflecting in space which is pointed out earlier is no thing. And we realise that something cannot come from no thing. Now it's seemingly solid. Now get this body. Seemingly solid. Have a look at it. Question it. What's it made up of? Made up of elements. Air. Earth. Fire. Water. Space. That's all these elements. And all these elements, they can be broken down. They're not as solid and seemingly real as they appear to be. They can be broken down into subatomic particles into that pure energy again, which is no thing at all.

But seemingly to be some sort. They can all be broken down into no. No thing. Have you ever, can ever or will ever be any thing other than the no thing. Or as they call it, that. That which is no thing. That's a word we put on a torso. I am that. Innately you know that is what you are because you look out there and you'll see that it's a tree. That's the space. That's the sky. That's the flower. That's the bird. That's the animals. That's you. That's me. Every so-called thing is that. Without that label, that on it, what is it? It just is.

Just is. And even that's a label which you can't say it is not. So whichever way you look at it it all comes back to that. Innately you know that. But you say I am that. And that's truly what you are. But no. We've been taught words. And we've come to believe in the word. And so I am this person or that person. I am that body. I am that mind. I am that thing. So we've labelled the no thing as that something. As we pointed out earlier something cannot come from no thing. So you've never changed your nature. Now what's going to happen if that is recognised?

All these stories that go on are you going to believe in them anymore? And the thoughts, feelings and emotions that come up are you going to label them anymore? Or see that they're just patterns coming, appearing on that awareness, on that consciousness the awareness has become the consciousness that appeared in and in the consciousness come all these things. Everything's going on in that semi-consciousness which is pure awareness or the pure no thing. And that causes the sense of separation is dualism. It's relationship relative to. And could you have one without the other? Could there be silence without night? Could there be silence without sound? Could there be stillness without movement?

And again being in the concept of time could there be yesterday without tomorrow? So in that division we've got there is something to compare with something to relate to and we do relate it to everything. And we've got this male female relationship and seeing it's a natural merging or coming together of the basic knowingness and loving to be. And of course when it's relationship then there's problems because it doesn't always agree with what the other until it recognises and burges back into the oneness that you are that one. You are that one life. Now all the psychological suffering that we've got to deal with is the same thing.

When seen through come back, recognise it and there's a saying beautiful saying in the dog-shen teachings let it rest. Let it relax and rest in its uncontrived singularity. Singularity means it's still the one and only the one. And to get it out of that singularity you've got to contrive something. It's a thought, concept, feeling, idea, or image. It doesn't have to be done. It can rest in it. I'm not talking bullshit there. I just like to rest in it. And so have a lot of you who've had moments when it's all right. That's what needs to happen. If you're having trouble with it relax into it.

And some of you have because something moves you to do it. As it moves this pattern to look further into it. And it's the one essence that made that happen. It's the one essence that made and some of you can relate how it's expressing in that pattern. And there are others of you that might be starting to look along these lines and having a bit of a struggle with it. Have some doubts or questions. Maybe you can get some help by hearing resonating with what's here and seeing what's there. That's the way it was seemingly recognised in this pattern. Hearing it. Through another seeming pattern which understood or realised or recognised it's true nature.

Allow that to happen. So, I've got Kat here with me. She'll tell you some more if you like. Or if you've got any questions or doubts do not hesitate to ask or say. Keep silent. Now in the silence after a run you can see that the cat's gone. And that's all the questioning. But know the truth. And the truth is the freedom. Hi everyone. We don't have questions today but we have a couple of comments. A lot of love messages. And we have comments. Good morning messages and love from James and Catherine on the Goldbourne River. Thank you both for your love and inspiration. And that was Catherine.

And James. I'm going to call you back today I promise. I forgot. Sorry for that. And Julia. And then Otto says emptiness is fullness. And fullness is emptiness. It's the same as emptiness is form. Yes. Absolutely. So one emptiness patterning, experiencing has everything. It doesn't need to be divided. But it seemingly is. And then we have from British Julia the smiling emoji and saying this smiling emoji is for hearing pointers fresh and having them resonate in different ways. Just love. Beautiful. That's a beautiful point because yes love is the movement and all the pointers, the expression and the words. It's just the way love shows up and being capable of hearing them fresh and new.

That's the waking up from the spell of the beliefs because you can't actually hear it unless you're completely open minded and open hearted because it's counterintuitive. Like you know you are not the body. Society is going to tell you. Amarnath, greetings and a lot of emojis and Tanya, that's a different Tanya. It seems the struggle is only ever a thought believed in. Beautiful. See that for yourself and know it for yourself. You're on the right track. Absolutely. You're going to persist in the thing. Yeah. Every struggle is just a thought believed in. If there is no thought whatever is happening, even if the body is lifting heavy weight or whatever it is doing, if it doesn't have a story it's just what is.

Amarnath, struggle equals mind, equals thought, equals movement. Yet, struggle can happen without a struggler. Exactly. Struggling, the activity happens without the two ends of the stick. Created by the mind. Amarnath knows what he's talking about. And American Julia, the truth that can be known cannot be spoken in words but you do an excellent job pointing at it. Love to you both. Thank you. Yes, it is an excellent job. I was just listening and marveling at the brilliant dance Bob is actually expressing in inviting you to follow the line of thinking back to the pure being, non-existence, emptiness, just the undeniable cognizing emptiness or intelligence energy where nothing really has been created.

And then he takes you back to the point in which what obscures it, the idea, the thought, the belief, the identification as a form. And then he takes you again into the point where how do you investigate, how do you see it? It's just so beautiful and it's constantly moving like you really bring up all of the ways of looking at it and different aspects so they're all in the picture. So the mind doesn't have a way to actually sneak and escape or argue if there is an openness to follow that journey of the spiel. It is exquisite. It's absolutely mind-blowingly brilliant. And Othul is answering to Amarnath who was talking about the struggle and the mind and the movement.

Without struggler, then whom is the then whom to the struggle is? Yeah, we have kind of reiterated it to the struggling without the struggler and the struggle struggle, yeah. It's just the process like without the seer seer, the seeing still is, the seer and the seeing. It's conceptualised within the field. The struggle is struggling is the field of activity. Although it's labelled. The ING gives us something that's happening in the immediacy. Seeing. Seeing without a seer. Seeing no thing yet it is seen. Different way to put it. Hearing, thinking. Without a thinker there can't be the thinker. Without the thinking there can't be the thinker.

Without the thinking there can't be the thought. Yes, within the field of thinking, the thinker and the thought are conceptualised. And that's how they come into existence through the conceptualisation. Without the conceptualisation there is no thinker and no thought. It's just the field of natural movement activity of energy. And British Julia says Struggling happens less and less when the truth of being is recognised. Yeah, beautiful. Yeah, even labelling anything as struggling is... And Tanya Belief in the story has been happening since Tuesday this week off and on. And not wanting to let go of the story because a belief health and appearance will be bad.

Lots of anxious energy felt. A bit embarrassed to write this, there is also an urge to let go of the belief also. Hmm. You see where that urge takes you. Yeah. It's really recognising what's happening. The believing's happening, anxiety's happening, all that thing's happening in consciousness. The urge is spontaneously, naturally coming up, let it go. Hmm, yeah. And also the idea that let's say if you stop obsessing about, let's say, weight control then you will go fat and something like this. That's a thought. That's a belief that actually makes you need another snack. Can you see how stressful it is? It will more likely get you to resort to that chocolate or that glass of wine because that self-sabotaging belief is kind of calling for the sedation.

But if you see the movement, if you see the tendency, if you acknowledge the loving care behind it and just stay with the loving care without following the obsession, that very act of recognition makes the division, so the thought process or the turmoil of the thinking is happening here in the witnessing space. And you are the witnessing space. You are already free. So then obsession will kind of, you know, the attention is being released. Or when Bob was saying that what are you waking up from? Or what are you realizing? What is the truth? How did you exactly say it? What are you liberating yourself from?

To find the truth you're liberating yourself from the belief. Belief, yes. Yes, and that's ultimately what it all boils down to. Recognizing and realizing that thought is not a reality. When we learned words we took on the beliefs in a way. Yeah. And see how you conceptualize the whole world when you dream at night. Sometimes, well if you train yourself to remember you may conceptualize, and I'm not saying that this is a you individual doing it. I say this is you live doing it. Conceptualizing realities in which you do whatever the activities, whatever things are happening. I remember up to five, six, ten dreams at night just for fun.

And that's what's happening. The activity of that computer here creates that belief in realities. And liberation or awakening is from belief in those realities. Doesn't mean they disappear. You know if you stop belief in the overlay of thinking, thinking may still go on in the background or not. But if you stop, withdraw the belief in the so-called manifested world of the senses, seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling. Again, it doesn't mean it disappears. It doesn't because until you break up the computer that is generating all those images, they will be there. But you know the truth and you're free. O'Toole says, struggle and struggler are just both concepts only.

That's right. Struggle and struggler, they're both concepts. Just like seeing you on a scene. And Amarnath says, thinker, doubter, questioner, dreamer, or notion. You can enjoy the dream without enjoyer. Yeah, and a lot of funny faces there. Yeah, enjoying. Yeah. As Masagata says, the dream is not your concern. Your concern is you love one part of it or not the other. Love all or none of it. The rest will be done for you. Amarnath's saying effortless, spontaneous intelligence energy. Good. And O'Toole replying to Tanya, there is nothing to cling and to leave anything. You are already beyond both. Very well said. It is only a matter of recognition of what is already so.

Nothing has to be stopped, disengaged, let go of. Those are just key words to create the resonating, resonance. But yeah, it is already beyond all that is happening in the narrative. Just see that it is so. And Amarnath saying mind equals division equals resistance. Yet, non-division and ease are also two ends of the same stick. Non-division and ease. Two ends of the same stick. They are not exact opposites in the way we understand language, but they are definitely two concepts. I would say non-division and division are two ends. And ease and non-ease are two ends. But yeah, they are all concepts within that field. You are the liberation itself, says O'Toole.

Yeah. O'Toole says you are the liberation itself. You are beyond the boss, you know, he was saying. So you are the open field of liberating, freeing, cognizing emptiness. And thank you Bob and Kat, says Tanya. Hmm. And that's for now all the questions we have. Unless I'll just have a look at the phone here. And wait for some more comments. Oh, there it is. Thank you, Rohan. Even when resistance come up, comes up, there is something that recognizes it. It was there when the resistance was absent. And when it was present. Beautiful. It seems... There's a recognizing of your resistance. Absolutely. Beautiful. From the point of non-resistance.

Hmm. And there is something that is always there, regardless of what's the content of consciousness. Yeah. Resistance, non-resistance. It seems, Rohan says further, it seems like the effort is to recognize that I am that thing which is there, both when resistance arises and when it is absent. Hmm. Hmm. Good. Megan, like, been quiet there for a while, Rohan. Yeah, thank you. Yeah, come on. Thank you for joining in and throwing your wisdom. Because it is beautiful, absolutely. That's the, you know, remembering that whatever is coming and going is not who you are. Whatever is perceived, conceived, or somehow witnessed is just a passing phenomena. And you are prior and beyond both.

So you are already that cognizing space. And recognizing seems like the effort, quote unquote, he says. Yes, because that effort is non-effort. It's really stopping the opposite. What cures the natural recognition is engaging and wasting your attention in the dream. When that ceases, recognition is not even an action. It's not even an act of an effort because it is always there. It's like the most obvious thing ever. It's so obvious that we miss it. But when the distraction stops, when the volume goes down of that waste of attention, that is always there. And John. Hi Bob and Kat. I've had six weeks approximately of living with real inner peace.

But for some strange reason, my inner fearful insecurities is right back. I was very tempted to go back to the alcohol but have not done. Mmm. Wonderful. I don't want to return to that vomit. Good one. Yes. But inside I have a lot of fear. Fear for my career. I seem to have a very strong sense of personal luck. Yeah, you're going to catch up with Bob John again. I think that would be the best remedy. But thank you for sharing that because it is more, I would imagine a lot of people would resonate with what you say. When the thought of future creeps in and somehow the attention is hijacked by that thought.

Oh my gosh. You may freak yourself out with anything. The career, the old age, the dying, the sickness, the losing your parents, anything. Anything about future, imagined future can freak you out. Just see how easily you can end up in anxiety just by believing. A few hundred years ago people would do it believing in devils or demons. Today they do it believing in governments or conspiracies. There are so many ways to just invest that free attention, that life essence into a story and find yourself in hell. Just see how it happens. See how the thought creates the anxiety, creates the response in the body. Also the personal luck.

Yeah, that's a good one. I'm not good enough. I'm deficient. There is something inherently wrong with me. See everyone else around somehow managed to fit in but I feel that there is something fake about me. Well, everything is fake about the false personality, the persona, the mask. Yeah, you want to say something about it? And wonderful that you didn't pick up the first drink because that one is, you know the road, you know where it leads, you know how it doesn't make anything easier or better. How it is a temporary solution and soon putting you in a place that was worse than when solution was needed.

Just give me a call. Yeah, just give him a call. Yeah, perhaps, yeah, any time today you could. And Taz says, I hereby name myself Greek Julia. Why not? Taz is a Greek Julia because we have British Julia and we have American Julia. We don't have Australian Julia. I have to invite some Aussie Julia and Taz is a Greek Julia then. Yes, we are all the same one. We can as well call it Julia. We can call it emptiness, we can call it love, we can... That's cute. Why not? Three big laughs on the comments. Truth is prior to all concepts, O'Toole says. Yes, the truth, the great perfection, non-conceptual awareness.

Truth that never changes. Can't be conceptual. Because concepts, even if they don't change, they are either present or absent, that's enough. Yes. That's what you're freedom from, freedom from bondage. The truth, knowing the truth. That's the freedom there. Freedom from belief. Knowing not to, yeah, not to take it so seriously. Any thought is just a laughable, it's just imagination. It's, yeah, imagination. That I lose my career, or I lose my loved ones, or I'll get sick, or whatever. They're exactly what is not right now. They're exactly moving away from that present aliveness into the imaginary realms that are fascinating, but completely laughable. They're not there.

And Caroline replying to Tass being Greek Julia, and Jane, they just, yeah, they're laughing. Sparkles, Caroline says. Sparkles. Non-resistance is recognized from resistance. Says American Julia. Non-resistance is recognized from resistance. And resistance is recognized from non-resistance. Yeah. And British Julia says, Tass is all oneness. And Catherine says, James, James' favorite quote, you are the absolute absence of anything imaginable or cognizable and the absolute presence of the ultimate potentiality. Beautifully said. I like that too. Yeah. Yeah. He's, yeah, he definitely had a way with words, didn't he? And now O'Toole replying to John, just try to recognize the one who is fearful and the smile. Yeah.

Who's fearful? Who's anxious? Who is in, who is deficient? Who is not, yeah, who is witnessing knowing about it? And O'Toole adds, all doubts and questions are just thoughts. So just drop it all and see you are already here. Yeah. Draw a row right now if you don't think about it, you see, if you drop the thought. Beautiful. Yeah, already here. And I do actually like the here. The here. Everyone points back to the now, the now, the now. But the here, here is kind of more now is really a pointer about the mind because you are out of time. But here is pointer to the space, to the reality of the five senses.

That's here. And here is now. Yes. And now is here. Yeah, yeah. It seems like all the six senses that the body is operating by, and the mind is operating senses as well. The eyes, the seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling. Or one could say the brain instead. But the immediate senses, seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling, create the environment, the space. While the mind creates the time, past and future. So now relates to the mind while the here relates to the rest of the senses. They are the same pointer. They are all one pointer. It's really just coming back to that one in many, many ways.

Hmm. And Tanya says, love it. Thanks Otto. Hmm. And that's it? That's it. Hmm. And now we have British Julia. Awakened soul seem to all have a way with words. Intelligence, energy. Hmm. Awakened souls seem to all have a way with words. They are I guess cases where that clarity comes through the silence or through music. The words is just one way of expressing it. There's Well, as you all know, words can be very useful. Hmm. But they're also can be very self-destructive when they relate to us having some independent nature. Hmm. Yeah, using words to point beyond the words. Using the investigation or the thought process to liberate yourself from the thought processes.

That's the freedom. Because that's that's the only, really, the only threat of virus that is infecting the minds, you know, the imagination, the thought. And I don't say that it is just bad. It's wonderful, as Bob just said. Thoughts can be very useful. But just knowing them for what they are rather than believing them to be reality. Yeah. All know a thing, just vibrations. They all know a thing. Yeah. And see what that know thing does to people. You believe in demon or Jesus or Satan or whatever the conspiracy and that sort of thing. Oh my gosh. You're gone. There's no clarity completely obscured. The devotion to the ideology makes people feel proud that they sacrificed their life for it.

Proudly going and getting their body killed because of the calling from the one or the other thought system without an insight or reflection And you, I'm sure, especially in times of pandemic, you can look around and see what thoughts do to people. Believing one way or another what it does to people, you know. Everyone who's believing that vaccine is going to kill you or everyone who's believing that lack of vaccine is going to kill you. All playing up with the idea of dying and fear and a funny way of using the confirmation bias. Oh yeah, you got the vaccine, we will see you dying slow, terrible death.

Within a few weeks you'll be dead. Oh, you didn't get the vaccine, you'll get the virus. Within a few weeks we're going to see you dying horrible death. It really makes me laugh, but it's not very funny. And it's the energy of belief that goes into them. Yes, and it is life, it is life playing, it is Maya dancing. Maya in a black dress or white dress or red dress. So it's life seemingly finding thought as a kind of more superior form of energy than humans. Since the thought can cause humans to die. What's the human now? It's a totally hackable animal which is just taken off.

It's taken over by the thought. And the thought is doing whatever it pleases. Atul says, you are the sky beyond the clouds. What can storm can do to you? Beautiful. You are the sky beyond the clouds. What can storm do to you? And yes, and what's the sky? I love when Bob, when you point out that there is no such thing as sky. It's just empty space. Yes. There seem to be a blue canopy of black at night, of grey on stormy days. But it's just vastness. And space doesn't move. No. Everything moves in it. Everything moves in it. Beautiful, Jane answers to Atul. And Atul says, thoughts are useful for practical matters, but useless for realizing.

The truth of yourself. Yep. Yep. You can hear the pointers and then put them aside and look what they're pointing. Don't hang on to the words. Thoughts. Hmm. But it is Julia says, beautiful cat. Thank you both. I really heard new pointers today. Hmm. Wonderful. And Rohan, there is seeming fear that the end of thoughts and thinking is not the end. Maybe this is why there is a seeming difficulty in recognition. When we relax into it, as Bob says, we will see that dropping the belief in my life does not mean the end of existence. Beautiful. Yes. Thank you for addressing it. Yeah. People may have those sort of an ideas that end of the personal me.

But I think that's the way it is. And I think that's the way it is. And I think that's the way it is. And I think that's the way it is. And I think that's the way it is. And I think that's the way it is. And I think that's the way it is. I think the personal me is the end of existence or is something dreadful worse than death. Yeah. That's really where the fun begins. Because the experiencing goes on. It's just one layer. One overlay of lie that is being. One kind of set of chains that is being thrown away. Like, oh. baggage of the heaviness that is being put down and you really look like you've ended your existence but yes you don't look like you ended existence because rohan was saying that yes people may consider ending or realizing no personal self like there is no me that it is it feels like death you know death of ego or something yeah but it's nothing that haven't been born can no only ego was never born anyways no such thing it's only a conceptual image we taken on board yeah but it is a good point and thank you for that so if it's seemingly got rid of it that's call it death if you like yeah bill it is geringly simple to even attempt to move away from here is not possible absolutely you can only dream imagine fall asleep and daydream that you are elsewhere but you still doing it here beautiful Catherine advaita teachings and most religions refer to an acceptance of the omnipotence omni presence of consciousness in you and in yourself I have to say this is really powerful as part of and omnipresence and omniscience of God or the universal energy.

What if these are just concepts? Well, to put the label on, they are concepts. They are, yeah. But it's the actuality, if you can. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, you could say they're totally concepts, throw them away, and things like omnipresence, omnipotence and omniscience are the only aspects of the non-existence. And that non-existence is the empty space and way back where we started. That's what you can't negate. Yes. No, see, the false is false, you're left with the truth. And that's a beautiful approach. Thank you for that, Catherine, because it definitely is not about accepting or believing in omniscience and omnipresence, omnipotence. It is about questioning everything and finding out the truth and truth.

And the reality, rather than accepting and believing some teachings. Thank you. And O'Toole says, yes, it's a new beginning, an end of all illusions. Yeah, I guess that refers to what Rohan was saying, the end of the personal self, end of a believing personal self. Because funny enough, the memories don't disappear either. So Bob has the memories from his childhood, from his times of suffering and drinking. And so do I. They feel like somebody else's past life, but they're there. So nothing is lost. That's the beauty of it. The only thing that is actually absent is the attachment, which Buddhism say is the source of all suffering.

Craving and aversion, which follow the attachment. So yeah, if that one is gone, the freedom of happening, whatever shows up. Yeah. That's the thing that is happening. And you are the stillness in which that happens. You don't have to follow the pleasure and avoid the pain. And if the following happens, the mind still kind of does some sort of imagining or craving, you just see that you just see those clouds moving. You see that energy flowing and you are in the point of non resistance. Watching it as the sky space, like free. Attempt of moving away. Attempt of moving away from the moment. Attempt of moving away from the moment.

Attempt of moving away from the moment. Attempt of moving away from the moment. is also an illusion in it. Yes, this is, I think, what Bill was saying, that you can't move away from here. Absolutely. You can only imagine. You can only daydream. And that's totally illusion, yes. And Atul also says, questioning everything and question the questioner also, above all else. Instead of questioning every little thing in the appearance, just question the source and be done. The questioner is the question. Yes. Can you elaborate on that? Because that's a really nice lucid way of bringing it back to the questioner. Well, what's the question? Thoughts.

Yes. Who's asking the question? Who's the questioner? Thoughts. Yes. Oh, I'm sorry. They're both thoughts, so they cancel each other out. No questioner. There can't be a questioner without a question. There can't be the questioner without the questioner. And if some sort of a questioning happens and the questioner and the question are not conceptualized or imagined within that field, there's no problem. Nobody has any problem. The questioning is there, but there is no urge to end it or to stop it. Or to answer or none of it. It's just field of open curiosity. That's it. It's not labeled. Yeah. Yeah. It's actually a wonderful, wonderful state to be, realizing that there is nothing that needs to be known, really.

There is a lot of unknown. Absolutely everything is one great mystery. And there is no need or urge to get the answers because if there is no questioner, there is no answer. There is no questioner. There is no questioner. There is no questioner. There is no questioner. There is no questioner. There is no questioner. There is no questioner. There is looking for extinguishing the question. Although sometimes answering questions does quieten the questioner, but only for a moment because it will come up with fresh new question and fresh new question. And now we have Jane quoting some poll who said, I die daily. She says, die momentarily.

Yes. That's... Yes. St. Paul died daily and Jane says die momentarily. Moment to moment. Make it fresh and new. And Rohan, when you use the term non-existence, Kat, you are pointing to the insubstantial personal self, right? Even the Buddha said that we cannot call it existence or non-existence. If that alone is, the concept of existence and non-existence fall away. Absolutely. Beautiful. Yeah. The absence and all sorts of concepts are falling short to the expression of the non-conceptual. Even non-conceptual is not good enough of the word. Non-existence pointing of insubstantial personal self. That's a good choice of words. See that and recognise as insubstantial. The personal self.

Do you disappear? Nope. You must be. You're still being. You must be that. Yeah. When I was saying non-existence I meant the space that does not have any forms. There's a non-existence of forms in a way. That's what the sky or emptiness or space is. But of course that's again, that falls short because there is a lot of movement there and it's a lot of, even the way we don't really, there is no such thing as vacuum because there is a pure potentiality. There is a field of intelligence, intelligent energy. So it really is a mystery beyond language. But it's still fun to express it.

Or at least attempt to. Yes, the Eve concepts of existence and if that alone is the concept of existence, then existence and non-existence fall away. Absolutely. It neither is nor it does or it isn't. It's neither there or nor. It's totally beyond concepts. Both opposites are transcended. And O'Toole says, truth is so simple, that's why we've that's why very easily overlooked. Yes. That's what they say. Is that simple? We miss it. Yeah. And that is because all our senses and the thinking are calibrated in dualistic way. So we see the form, we don't really see the space. We hear the sound, we don't really hear the silence.

We always, and when we conceptualize, we conceptualize a thing and not the no thing. We can't really see in the way that the singularity beyond the duality of language and perception. That's why it is overlooked. It's too simple for the dualistic mind and perception. It can't be conceived or perceived because it's singular. And our perception and conception, conceptualizing is dualistic. Knowing that is enough. It's enough. That's it. Knowing that it can't be grasped. Like there is one thing that mind needs to understand. And the one thing only. That it is beyond its comprehension. One thing to tell to the mind is beyond the mind. Stop trying.

Stop seeking. Stop grasping. And there's no such thing as mind either when you look at it. Absolutely. Concepts. Just concepts. Just thoughts. Vibration. Thoughts. Vibration. But if that one thought is embraced, that may end the search. We've got John. Your freedom regarding the vaccine. But for me here now, this vaccine is being pushed with great force. I had the police call on me because I had no face masks in shop recently. Are you not suspicious of all the panic to the vaccine? The whole of humanity? I see all of those thoughts. And yeah, as an individual, I'm not very happy to live in a place where I'm not able to live.

I'm not very happy to live in a place where I'm not able to live. I'm not very happy to live in a place where I'm not able to live. I'm not very happy to live in a place where I'm not able to live. And the affair is being controlled. And that's normal as individual. But that is the seeming course life is taking right now. Seeing all of the contradictions, all of the different forces, different thought processes. I also see what is the response in my body. I also see what is the... Because I'm not this body. This body is already set with preconditions, behavior patterns and habit patterns.

And I don't really know. And I don't really know. police will approach me i also wear the mask kind of halfway and yeah i i don't know maybe i'll run away spit in the face maybe i'll laugh or cry who knows i mean that's just how life unfolds and i totally respect and i totally i sympathize with everyone who is kind of trying to increase the freedoms of individuals that's beautiful and i don't know how the life will unfold i don't know which way the forces will create the next scene if you look at the whole history of humanity is a history of of the ideas of thoughts you know if the idea comes up about the religion and the idea is fanatical then the conversion and taking away the freedom and pushing just like pushing the masks on you christianity have been pushed on people who believed in their ghosts in the forests then slavery has been pushed on people.

Then the, you know, all sorts of things throughout the history, history of human thought, whatever was the predominant idea, you know, for the king or queen or for the money or for the corporation or for the institutions, whatever the collective belief was, in the name of that belief, the limits of individuals have been limited. Nothing has changed. There have been all sorts of different life, seeming life pattern shapes and forms, but they've come and gone. Yes. Plagues have been before, viruses, all sorts of uneasiness and disease and fear. It's all appearance, seemingly so, then it disappears. Yeah. But the essence in which it all appears on, the basic space, the silence and the stillness, the pure life functioning intelligence energy, hasn't changed at all.

The changes appear in it, but it's still only the cognising emptiness. A basic intelligence energy. Yeah. And it expresses itself through ideas and it shapes itself through ideas. And it seems that, who knows, maybe humans will be random when the ideas find a better way to spread themselves without us. And what is happening to us? We are being tamed and we are being restricted. But look at us. What do we do to poor chickens or poor cows or pigs? I mean, how are we better? How we deserve any better as a species? But as life, it is just whatever unfolds. It is, yeah. There have been dark ages, new ages.

Enlightenment ages. And how enlightened was that? Ages implies the concept there's time. Yes. But see, investigate the seeming cause would be time. Mm. Investigate the cause. Mm. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It seems there's such a thing as time. Mm. Without a cause, can there be an effect? It's just as it is. All the time exists in this moment in the collective memory or individual memory, just in the thought. And no thing appears as everything, Othull says. And silence is the language of truth. Yeah. Wow. Amarnath, there is no difference between silence and chatter what's beyond both and a lot of laughing faces hmm life is unfolding moment by moment but there is no one leaving the life that's just an illusion yeah and then there is no preference really on the deepest level life doesn't prefer one species to another one form to another it's just yeah and it can't because there's no thing ever happened that's right yeah no thing hmm not nothing but no thing and Amarnath we were searching everywhere necklace was there in the neck itself yet play and game is fun of self yeah Julia a British Julia replied to John what you really are is free and cannot die can consciousness become transhuman well I don't think the life essence or intelligence energy has any limitations unless you put them conceptually other than that there is the infinite field of possibilities that is totally totally limitless it's only the thought that can limit things and judge the judge it or to change is an illusion in the unchanging awareness that's right nothing ever happens and Tanya thank you Bob cat and all noticing what is here without imagination and relaxing into it is key and that's why I want to go back into the story that's right beautiful summary yeah that's beautiful everything is happening as it should Jane says yes and spontaneous mode of self is superimposed by plan of ego it doesn't know its source and it can't be hidden Amarnath hmm spontaneous mode of self superimposed by the ego yes like ego is like a thought a virus a construct of thoughts that hijacks that field of open open attention oh tool you are choiceless choiceless awareness in which all relative choices are just illusions yeah and yeah and I'm enough choice can happen without choice maker what a fun absolutely everything is happening as it does says Dale absolutely yeah and Catherine thank you so much what an amazing way to start the week thank you bombs caught up with us yeah the non-existent time has caught up hmm but now is going to be a great time for us to start the week thank you so much for joining us today and we'll see you next time.

Bye. unfolding now yeah thank you everyone thank you everyone being with us and contribution spreads spreads this message hmm yeah make it as simple as it is and as liberating as it is when when all the struggle and turmoil is recognized as just a cloud and you are the sky thank you and love to all says yeah few people say it and queen and king are their throne with their kingdom and thank you which thank you which is beyond I and you beautiful and more thank you messages from other people so yes thank you everyone have a wonderful day and wonderful now love you all you
