Right, good morning everyone. Beautiful morning. I hope everyone is well, happy, contented. The Great Way is not difficult for those who have no preferences. What's the scraped way they're talking around? So-called path, I think they've got to find, we have to find to become one with the higher power or with the God or all the other labels they put on. And that statement is not difficult. People are searching for years and never seem to understand because the so-called people that are looking for it, trying to become one with it, are already that. There is nothing simple and that. Innately you know that already because everything is that.

Every pattern, shape and form which are the things is that when you say that's the tree, that's the sky, that's the space. Pulling at that, but that doesn't discriminate anything and it's not discriminated if it's the one. But we put the labels on it, the words, the concepts, which seemingly discriminate it and make it the many. But the many is the one and the one is the many. As the Buddha says, supposedly the Buddha said, emptiness is form and the form is emptiness, saying the same thing. This is one and one is the emptiness. And that goes for all things, so-called things. They are the one essence appearing in that no thing, which we call space, emptiness, sky, different other names.

But it's the one essence that's a patterning and appearing as everything. Like the wave on the ocean is still only the ocean. The ripple on the ocean is still only ocean. Tsunami and all the rest of it stirring up the ocean. And the ocean is water. And water can be broken down into elements and just a vibration of energy. You can easily see, if you look at the ocean, if everything is the one, it's the one intelligence energy that is patterning, shaping, and forming and expressing as everything. I put that extra word or label in it, intelligence. Because it is a knowing emptiness, a cognizing emptiness.

Different words, we describe it again. It has that capacity, capacity, capacity, of patterning into different shapes and forms. Like the movement on the ocean becomes a wave, but still only water. And then it never been anything other than the water. And we don't call persons the pure intelligence energy, the knowingness, which we've divided into pattern shapes and forms through the word, and become these so-called persons, separate entities, individuals, conceptual images. And we've taken the position that we are separate. And then we've broken ourselves down from the absolute into the personal. And then we've taken the personal persona, which comes from the ancient Latin persona, the mask, which are just masks or concepts or appearances, appearing in this.

And it's just like a wave appears on the ocean again. A cloud appears in the sky. And all other things appear in the so-called sky, which is the basic space, in which we are. And then we've broken ourselves down into the pure intelligence energy, which is the same thing, which all phenomena appear. And again, it's the same thing, which wherever you look at it, if you take it back to its origin, everything comes from nothing. And can something ever come from nothing? No. No thing. It can't. So you, I, and everything else that's appearing in it, though we seemingly appear to be solid, substantial and real, we say nothing.

We think we are nothing. Since we say nothing, we've taken a different, put a different slant on it. Nothing means vacuum, void, zero. But no thing means it hasn't got any pattern, shape or form, but it's still suffused with intelligence, the knowing, the vibrating intelligence, the intelligence energy, which pattern, shapes and forms all these seeming things. That's why I traced it back to non-duality, one without a second. And that is all there has ever been. But when we learnt words and believed to be other, with the pattern, shapes and forms of, it's now something. And all this, phenomena, seems real, seems separate and apart and real.

But the definition of, dictionary definition of phenomena is that which appears to be. Phenomena is an appearance. So that means that you, I, the sea, the trees, the flowers and everything else, appearing in this emptiness, or on this emptiness, which, what, is another label for that is awareness. A knowingness. An intelligence, intelligence energy, a vibrating knowing. Bring it back to the simplicity we were talking about at the start. Nothing simpler than that. But when we got all these concepts and labels on, we made it seemingly hard. We say, oh it's very hard, to recognise this or know this. And what makes it seemingly hard, solid, substantial, is the belief we put into the concepts, into the words, into the thoughts.

And that belief, is another thing to need to look up in the dictionary. It's an unquestioned acceptance of something, in the absence of reason. Acceptance of an alleged fact. Without positive knowledge or proof. Now wouldn't it be wise, if you investigate, all these things as they come up, and see for yourself, whether it's true or not. Because there's a separate pattern, shape and form. There's no other separate pattern, shape and form, which is just another appearance, the same as you are, can tell you anything. So you're not going to be able to tell, so you're not going to get it from somebody else. You can go to this one, that one, and repeat this and do that.

But you're not going to get it. What happens when you go to these, so-called recognisers, coming from others, it'll resonate, if it's true, whatever is around you, will resonate. And it'll cognise it, or re-cognise it. It'll be the cognising emptiness, because it re-cognises it. But if it's a fiction, you can struggle as long and as hard as you like, but you'll never know the truth. Because you're looking into a fiction, and believing the fiction to be real, without pausing and having a look. What's it all made up of? And you realise it's all made up of words. And what are words? Concepts. Sounds. Vibration. Energy.

What is energy? Energy is life. And you are life. A manifestation is suffused with knowing, suffused with life. And that body is formed by the awareness, the knowingness, or the lifeness. So when Christ can tell you, you are, I am the way, I am the truth, I am the life, and people think he's talking about himself, he's not talking about himself. He's talking about that sense of presence, which translates to the thought, I am. And he knows that he's not that I am. The am is the sense of presence that's come upon him, from the capacity range, the same has come upon you and me.

The sense of presence translates to the thought, I am. And where did the I am come from? Your parents told you, your little Johnny. And you learnt the words. And there's no reason, I am little Johnny, or little Billy, or whatever your name is. And each one of us says, I am. But instead of saying, I am the oneness, the absolute, the great perfection, now it's, I am the persona, the mask, the separate entity, the individual. And I need to become aware, not realising that you're not unaware right now, or you wouldn't be able to say that. But you think you've got to become aware.

And becoming is a move away from being. It won't happen. Because it implies a future time. Some time in the future when I will become realised, or at one, liberated, or free from the bondage of concepts. Becoming is time. Now that's another thing we need to investigate and look at. Look at this concept of time. Time is a concept, another thought. Is there a past if I don't think about it? Well, you don't have to be hard to work out. If there's no thought, how can I say there's a past, or a future? Well, I see there's no past. Well, try and live yesterday. What we call yesterday is now past.

Or a moment ago is now past. Try and actually go back and live it. And you realise you can't live a moment in the past. But you can recall some of it. And when is it being recalled? Right in this immediacy. Because there's no one of you can tell me what you thought of a minute ago now, unless you recall it. It's gone. It has to be recalled again. And past and future, past, present and future, they're concepts of time. Presence is this cognising immediacy. It doesn't last. It's spontaneous. So you can't say it's time. It hasn't got time to be time. So spontaneous. The same with the future.

You live in the future. Well, you probably think, what am I going to do when this is over? Or I might get up and leave before it's over. I don't. I think I'll do this. I think I'll do that. But you can't live that moment in the future. You can't live it. Because it's the time. And when does this moment begin? When does now begin? That's got no duration either. Which is time? Any duration is time. Because as you're saying now, it's already ending, as you're saying it. And as it's ending, it's beginning again. So it's freshening you, each and every seeming, what you call a moment, which is time anyway.

We've got to put time on it to tell you what it is. But it's not the actuality. So it's all one essence, one knowing, one seeing, hearing, tasting, that's vibrating in spontaneously and immediately. And if it's the one, you can only and ever be that one, which is no thing. It hasn't put the concept on it, which is the thing. It's pure presence awareness. And presence is this immediacy. This immediacy presense which the sensations are not being labelled, the feelings and the sensations are not being labelled. Prior to the senses, prior, before the thoughts, before the... So this so-called individual entity, the person, believes it is this person, but the thinking is appearing in it.

The words appear in it. But you are prior to that because you weren't born with any words and you lived for a couple of years of your life without the word, before the words. So that you are prior to the thinking, prior to the thought, prior to the word, before. And what was that prior to it? There was awareness of being. There was awareness of thinking. There was awareness of being conscious. Nobody is unaware right now. But what is this awareness? We call it awareness, but you can't put it any description on it or any concept on it. Just a concept we learn and we're talking about the know thing which is expressing, patterning, shaping, forming, as everything.

The pure intelligence energy which is the activity of knowing. And the activity is a movement. It's a vibration. And it's an intelligence activity. Because look out there in nature and see how it's vibrating. It's forming planets, stars, galaxies, everything. Trees, flowers, seas, oceans, mountains, rivers, human patterns and all the animals and birds. It's all the activity of that wondrous life essence or intelligence energy. It's natural. That's why we say it's nature. Meaning it's just naturally and spontaneously happening. And then the great mantra is I am that. They're telling you there and then and these angels put it in the scriptures. That sense of presence or the I am-ness, not the thought but the sense of presence, the knowing that you are, is that.

And everything is that. All this manifesto, all this energy, all this energy, all this manifestation, that's the chair, that's the carpet, that's the tree, that's the flower, that's the bird, that's the lion, that's the tiger. It's all that which we put labels on, words to discriminate it. So it's a cognising emptiness. That that-ness is empty. It's silent, it's still, it's empty. But at high rates in the pattern, shapes and forms. And the Buddha called it a cognising emptiness. And we've taken him to say it means that we cognise the emptiness. But we don't. It's the emptiness that's cognising. And it's the emptiness that's cognising or that awareness or intelligence that's cognising and forming all these patterns.

And the Buddha made the statement that emptiness is form. Which is true. It's that emptiness that's vibrating and forming everything. But the form can be nothing other than the emptiness. So it's still only the emptiness, the no-thing, the oneness, the one essence, suffused with that intelligence energy that's appearing and expressing as everything. There is no thing that is separate and apart from it. Now can you get anything simpler than that? So when we struggle to become that, fight with it and struggle with it and do this and do and that and look into it for years and years and years trying to find the answer in the mind, when you realise or recognise when you investigate there's no such thing as mind.

All mind is what we call thought. And all thought is a vibration. It's a vibration of energy. It's a fuse with that innate life essence or intelligence. Emptiness is form. Form is nothing but the emptiness. So you are that emptiness. We've learnt words, taken the bird to be real and separated ourselves from the oneness. The one essence is patterning, shaping and forming and expressing. The omnipresence, total presence. The omniscience, the total intelligence. The omnividence, the total power which they call God also. The description of God. And God is a word. And everything says it in the Bible. In the beginning was the Word. The Word was with God.

The Word was God. All things were made by Him, by the Word. And isn't that a fact? All of the things you see, you put words on them, label. Even the things you don't understand or don't know, you call no thing. There's a word trying to describe it. The absolute. We learnt all these words and we put the belief into them, the meaning into them and we're suffering because of it. And the words divide. Good, evil, good, good, good. And the words divide. Good, evil, good, good. And the words divide. And there's this opposite, bad. But can there be the bad without the good? Can there be the good without the good?

Day and night. Can there be day without night? Can there be night without day? Me, you. Can there be me without you? Can there be you without me? So they're seemingly divided, they're indivisible. And that's what happens when we start to reason. Something comes up and I like it. We don't want things to go. And the things we like, we don't want to go. We want to keep them there. Not realise that everything in this manifestation is transient. There's nothing static at all. It's constantly vibrating into different patterns and forms. It's changing. But the patterns, shapes and forms have no reality or no absolute nature of themselves.

It's all emptiness forming. Something comes up and I like it. We don't want things to go. And realise, and I said this then, it's transient. And that body you believe is you is changing right now. See for yourself. There are thousands of cells dying right at this moment and being replaced. It's not the same body you had when you sat down in front of the computer or the Zoom, wherever you are. It's changing. Changing. We don't want it to change. We want to keep it there. So what do we do? We fight the change or resist it. And resistance is conflict. And conflict makes you anxious, fearful, unhappy, depressed, guilty.

All these concepts come up. That makes for the uneasiness, the fear, the anger, the depression. It's all uneasiness. Another word for uneasiness is disease. So there's resistance, conflict and disease coming up. And we've seemingly, with the concepts, separated or divided. The one essence. But if you see, it can't be one without the other. Treat it like I say, the one-ended stick. Instead of, now the good is gone and we're thinking some thoughts and this is bad. We don't want this one, so we resist it again. But if you recognise it's just the other end of the stick, the one-ended stick or the one-ended pattern, if you go there, you don't have to fight with it or struggle with it because it's the one essence.

It's the same essence. Just recognise it for what it is. Don't fixate on it. Don't try and alter it, modify it or correct it. And what's it going to do? Isn't it going to come back to its equilibrium? You go to the South Pole, you can't go any further south. You turn north and you reach the North Pole, you can't go any further north. You turn south. So you're going from one to the other. But where do they meet? In the equator, the equilibrium. So these thoughts of the fire, going back and forth from good to bad, from pleasant to painful, where do they meet?

In the equilibrium where it's pure essence. Pure seeing, pure thinking, tasting, touching, smelling. Not divided, just as it is. Unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected. What search needs to be done if you recognise it's the one and know it's the one? What needs to be found? Nothing. Where have I been looking to find the answer and continue to look? Isn't it in this thing we call mind? Well, show me your mind if you think there's such a thing. We say my mind. Who's this my that the mind belongs to? Who's this me of the mind that the mind belongs to? Is it the conceptual image that I call me?

It can't be. Because that is a conceptual image. It's not the reality. Is there anything solid or substantial there that I can call me? What's this body if I think that's me? Realise the body's made up of elements. Like the mind is just a vibration. The body can be broken down into a vibration. So it's all this intelligence energy. The knowing, the activity of knowing. Constantly vibrating in the interrelated opposites. But when it's recognised as such, there can be the sense of stillness and silence when the thoughts are not fixated on and are not labelled and left as they are. And that stillness is the lack of movement, the lack of vibration.

That one essence, not two, seemingly moves, throbs, pulses, or vibrates in the somewhat of a movement, not a full movement, but disturbs. When there's any disturbance in the ocean, little ripples appear, then waves, then tsunamis and everything else. Does a wave deplete the ocean? It can't. It can't take anything out at all. Does it add to it? It doesn't. And what happens to it when it's left as it is? Doesn't it go back into the ocean? It can be...water can be evaporated by the radiance of the sun and form a cloud. And the cloud can cool down and condense the water back into water again, bring it down as rain, go into the river, and the river can go into the ocean again.

So it's all gone back into its natural state. But what's been lost is that anything can be taken out of the absolute. It can't. It's appearing and vibrating in its different patterns, shapes, and forms. But no thing has ever happened. And you are that. Now, abiding as that doesn't mean to say there won't be an active part taking place. It will be. But it won't be believed to be by the entity. It'll be a natural functioning of the manifestation like it is functioning out there in nature. The naturally. The earth is rolling around the sun right now. Stars, planets, are breaking down, imploding, exploding. Volcanoes are doing the same thing.

It's all functioning, happening, appearing to be real. But it's not. Now, it's happening here in these so-called human forms. It's been happening all the time. But what happens, we've taken this conceptual entity we believe ourselves to be and thinking that all these concepts and things that are going on are real. And taken it down from its absolute into something minute, a minute little particle called me. A human being that's suffering and fearful and anxious. Because it's happening to this me. This aiming individual. And so that belief in the me, the sense of separation, is the cause. And the effects are the anxiety, the stress, the jealousy, the envy, the antagonism, the hatred.

All these things come about from the we relate to this cause, the belief of separation. When they call about realisation, talk about liberation, they're talking about seeking to be free from it. And that's what needs to be recognised. But who's trying to be free from it? Can the cause, can the me, free itself from the me? It can't. It needs to go back. It needs to be let go of and realise that the innate thatness that's happening right now. See all, recognise all these concepts and things like that and will not take them on board as something real, not relate to them. Go back to its true nature.

Which it's never left anyway. But it'll be re-cognised. Cognising emptiness needs to re-cognise that it is that cognising emptiness. Emptiness rather than the person, the individual. I am that. One essence. Peering as everything. And you won't find the answer in the mind. You won't find the answer there. But the knowing, when it's recognised, that there is one reality and you are that, will come up and be known. But you won't have to put the concepts on. And the images and beliefs in the images. Though they'll still appear to be so. Knowing the appearance of that and that you are free from the beliefs that come up in it.

Won't you enjoy it? Won't it bring that sense of wellbeing there? An affection? A loving warmth? This is it too. This is what I am. It's all that I am-ness. It's all that sense of presence. As we try to point out, I don't know who's there today, but it's the usual people. You'll all have a good understanding of it right now. You've been listening to it so much. But if you need any doubts there, ask questions about it. And might point to it and listen to what we're pointing to. If there's a knowing of it, put it in your words what you know of it.

Some other pattern might, that's waiting to resonate, might resonate with it. It might be the one thought or concept that they're looking for that they can't hear from this point of view or other points of view. So bring it out. Don't hide your light under a bushel as they say in the Bible. Let your light shine out. It's the light of life. Light is energy. Light is that intelligence energy, the beingness. Utilize it. Cat's here today again. She'll answer your questions and tell you what she's seeing about it. So away you go. Thank you. Hi everyone. I will read your questions. Hopefully Bob will answer them.

We'll see what comes up, how it plays out. I've got the question from Tanya. And of course there was a lot of nice, warm, welcoming messages and welcome everyone. Thank you. Thank you for all the love. Tanya says, could you speak more about this, and there's a quote of yours, you cannot be the body because you say my body. You cannot be the mind because you say my mind. Who owns them? Whose body is it? Whose mind? Have a look and see if you can find anyone there. And now Tanya says, when I have a look there, when I have a look, there is noticing.

Noticing there is awareness of mind and body. It seems ownership of mind and body really is only a thought that appears in us, awareness. But some belief still goes into ownership of mind and body, although there is no mind. Well, we take awareness to be a thought or a concept. But awareness is a thought, but awareness is a life essence itself. The knowingness, the beingness. It's that one essence that is omnipresence, omnipotence, omniscient. It's all knowing. And you are that awareness. Really, but you can't say what awareness is. But you know that you are. That's the only way I can express it. But when you know that you are, instead of saying, you are the awareness, you say, I am Tanya.

You've broken yourself down to a little label, a person, an entity. But what life has Tanya got? As Tanya. What can she do as Tanya? What can a word do without the life essence, the omnipresence, omnipotence that's forming it and patterning it and vibrating it? It can't do anything. But the life that you are, that pure awareness, is a knowing that you are. It's knowing. It has to suffuse with intelligence. You won't find the answer in the mind because the mind conceptualises, vibrates into thoughts patterns. So it was, and it couldn't vibrate, that wasn't for the awareness. The awareness is doing, the intelligence energy is doing, which we call awareness, is doing the lot.

You are that. There is another one. Tanya says, belief in identification with some thoughts or the body only comes up in thought content. What is believing the thoughts, ideas? Without thought, what is the reality of this? Laughing out loud. You can't say anything about body or thought without thought. Exactly. But that's right. That's what I point out often. You know, what's wrong with right now if you don't think about it? When you pause the thought, when there's no thought there, you realise there's still seeing, still hearing, still heart beating, breathing, and all that's going on. The functioning is going on without the thought, as it was happening to you as a little baby before you learnt words at about two, two and a half.

So, you are prior to the thought. What's prior to the thought? The knowing that you are. The little baby was knowing that it was, but it didn't have any words to say, I know. Yeah. So that, what we call awareness, the pure intelligence entity, is the knowing. So are you identified as a body if you don't think about it? Hmm. Are you the body if you don't think about it? Are you the mind if you don't think about it? I'm just reiterating your own answer because that's a, it's a spot on beautiful answer. There's another one, Tanya, still laughing out loud. Seems there is a lot to say today, but upon listening to the spiel, it is noticed the answers to the questions posed above are all there in a way, even though the answer is not in the mind.

Look forward to any elaborations that appear. Hmm. That's rude. It's not in the mind, there's a knowing. Knowing is pure intelligence. Yeah. Even though the answers are coming, they're all pointing beyond the mind. They're all pointing to the source of questions which you point yourself, which is just the appearing, appearance of thoughts and passing thoughts. Without the thought, there's no question, there's no need. There's no need for answers. Just what is. And you're not the body, you're not the mind without the thought. With it, you're still not, but the thought comes and says that. But who is the believer? How does the thought get the credibility to say or to claim what you are or what's real?

It's the phenomenon of the human story. Phenomenon of the language which cast us away from paradise. Yes. Not really distinguishing between the good or bad, but believing in the distinguishing that this is the reality. We came into believing that the imagined entity are more real than what is presently happening. Like we can say that we believe that, whatever, United Nations are more real than this chair and this room. There is no such thing. It's just an agreed upon concept. And now the world, the existence of the rivers and the pollution of the air and the nuclear weapons all depends upon imagined entities that we all agreed on in our collective stories and myths.

A couple of hundred years ago, there was demons. And whatever, we still have demons. They are other things that we collectively imagine and believe. But recognizing, or recognizing, that we are not the same, recognizing, or really cognizing, because, as Julia pointed once, that the re is kind of canceling out the fresh and new. We're saying, we're talking about the cognizing emptiness, the emptiness that is freshly and newly cognizing. So the recognition, the cognizing of story as what it is, the story, is available all of the time because the space on which the story appears, the page on which the writing appears, the screen on which the images appear, is undeniably there and it is here for taking, for acknowledging.

Julia, a British Julia says, thoughts create a story, constantly placing an overlay on the now and on the what simply is. There has been amusement lately by thoughts of I am bored, it appears the ego energy is missing, the drama, but it is soon recognized that this too is another thought. Beautifully said. Yes. Yeah. Can I be bored if you haven't got a label on it? That's right. Yeah. It's just a word. Yeah. Yeah. It is amazing because that story of the, of boredom is a story of sliding down to the, sometimes a suicidal depression or sliding down into gorging on food or getting into other addictions and it's just an idea, label of a sensation which comes from the second hand knowledge and past, so-called past experiences because as Bob pointed out, there is no past.

The past is created right in this moment as the story because without the thinking it doesn't exist. So it's obviously the story in thinking. To say I am bored, like, it's the same as saying I'm Julia, I am the body, I am the mind. You know, in that I thought put all these different patterns, shapes and forms on it. Yeah, but it's beautiful how Julia started the whole thing from thoughts create a story, constantly placing an overlay on the now and on the what simply is. Yeah. That's so nice, such a nice simple summary of what's happening. And now, John David says, very well said Tanya.

Thanks for sharing. Yes, that was well said. And Primalik gives us a thank you gesture and Tanya says, oh, Shooks answered some of the questions asked above and sharing. Haha, there is a clear seeing, just a bit of a flip flopping happening. Yep. That is Tanya answering to her question about identification, belief in identification with the body. So she says that answered some of the questions asked about and sharing. Yes, flip flopping going on, happening. Yeah, well, as I say, she knows it. But she's not a person who knows what's going on. She's a person who knows what's going on. And she's a person who knows what's going on.

Why? Why go back into the mind? Yeah, yeah, that's a habit. And think, you know, you're going to find a bit more. There's no more. Yeah, that's true. That's true. That this second guessing, this doubting, questioning thoughts are like, oh, am I really getting it right? Is there anything more? Maybe there is something more to find. Maybe I can understand it deeper or maybe I can grasp it or maybe it will last. Say it in a different way. They all talk. Yeah. They all talk. Like Julia was saying, overlay on what simply is in the absence of thinking. There's nothing else to be had and there's nothing to be found.

The is-ness, the being-ness is the reality. The thought is just the cover up, the veil of imagination. Which is quite amazing when you recognize it for what it is. And it's quite hellish if you think this to be true. John and Jane says, thank you, Bob. And, and Amarnath, owning without ownership is joy without enjoyer beyond thoughts and words. Owning without ownership is joy without enjoyer beyond thoughts and words. And Amarnath also says, thoughts without thinker still can be there as deed cloud cannot stick to the sky. Yeah. As dead, or as dead, still can be there as dead. Yeah, there's nothing excluded from the appearance.

Answer is not in the mind, Amarnath, after going beyond no need of answer also. That's a quote from Nisargadatta. He says. If you go beyond the answer, what do you need? Beyond the need for answer, he says. That quote of Nisargadatta is going beyond the answer. That's a quote of Nisargadatta. That's a quote of Nisargadatta. That's a quote of Nisargadatta. That's a quote of Nisargadatta. That's a quote of Nisargadatta. That's a quote of Nisargadatta. That's a quote of Nisargadatta. And I think that's going beyond the need of answer also. Yes. Yeah, the rude question, who wants to know? Anyone there who wants to know? And bread, morning Bob and Cat, hearing Bob today is like stirring, stirring sugar in the tea of being bread.

Dissolving into unity, into unity one refreshing soothing balm. This morning's thought, the name game, is to blame creating our separation anxiety. If we dissolve our dualistic desire, our dialogue of division, into the ocean of observation, we breathe as knowing and dispel nowhere unknown. Cutting through with diamond words, such clarity today, Bob. Many blessings to you both. What a gorgeous, oh what a beautiful way of saying. You do have such way of words. Yeah, gorgeous. The name game is to blame creating our separation anxiety. If we dissolve our dualistic desire, dialogue of division, into ocean of observation, observing, we breathe as knowing and dispel nowhere unknown.

Yeah, cutting through with diamond words. Yeah, just see the functioning, see how everything is happening with the ing presently happening. Thinking is happening, imagining is happening, the entertaining itself with the drama is happening, the ing is happening. But it is just the, that's just what's happening. Mukti says, a spiel of truth, a spell of truth, a spell of truth. Thank you, Bob. Amarna, great. Why to dissolve, why to do anything? There is no diversity except in our imagination thoughts. Yeah, whichever way of resonating works. For some people, why dissolve works, for other, recognizes already dissolved, whatever works. Oh, Tanya says, beautiful bread. Thank you for the standing clarity and poetic expression of reality.

Love it, yes. And Amarnav, Bob reduced whole ignorance to word, nothing. Yet, everything. Ignorance doesn't exist. Nothing really exists. Everything only appears to exist . It appears as some, ignore the true nature, because they are all adding to it. The ll ls are just people and we stuck with them. Who, who, who the deep? They said, I don't think you can spin bored. They cannot put this together, it's never Because for the mind that the true nature is nothing. For the heart it is the no-thing which is potent with life and love. But for the mind is nothing, so of course it's ignored. Yeah, they can't.

And it can't be found. There's no one to ignore it. There's anybody who can't be ignorant. Although does the fact that one understands what you are saying make one special? Does the one who understands you is special? What can it be special from if it's only one? One is all there is. There is to be special or not special. What are you relating it to? No relationship, no relativity, just as it is. And no comparison. And that's why there's nothing easier or simpler than what it is, but people make it hard. Yeah, yeah, that's a nice one. And Mukti says even beingness can be taken as a concept.

This that you are is prior even to beingness. Absolutely, absolutely. There's no words that can describe it. Yes, and Julia... Although yes, it makes you a guru. Well, Julia... Julia was laughing at all those poster jokes. Oh, I think it might have been. Does the fact that one understands it make you a special, make them special? And then Julia says yes, it makes you a guru. That's cute. And Amarnath says nothing is special or everything is special only. Yeah, if you don't compare, what's not special, what's special? And if everything is special, everything is a reflection of that omnipotence, of that absolute. Everything is absolutely perfect because it is a reflection of that pure perfection.

So it can be recognized and seen as such. Amarnath, nothing is special, everything is special only. Yes. Who is the doer? Catherine is asking. Yeah, is there any? Is there a doer? There is a doer. Doing happens. Yeah. But there's no doer. And when you say I do, you form a subject. Say I'm the doer, you form a subject. And can the thought I do, do? There is doing, yeah. And nothing is excluded from that doing. The doing happens also through your hands and legs. Also through the oxygen processing the body that fuels that. Electric signals that feeds the body. Nothing is excluded from the doing because this is just one universe is the doing of it.

And now we have our American Julia says, I'm so grateful for Bob's spills and I'm extra grateful that he's doing it again tomorrow on Zoom. If Americans or anyone else would like to speak with him live, but Australian Tuesdays, Thursdays nights don't work for them. Please refer to his website for time and let your friends know about this. Friends know about this is you have benefited from this. This is if you have benefited from it. Yeah. Thank you for the reminder, Julia. Yes, absolutely. Thank you, Julia. Yes. For everyone to know tomorrow at about the same time. A bit earlier, a bit earlier, a couple of hours earlier.

There is a Zoom call with Bob where you could actually ask questions. Instead of typing them and all the information and link is on the website. And sign up. Bob Adamson dot com. Jane says there is only doing the so-called doer is phantom. Yes. And I'm enough to whom is the fact who wants to be special. Trace it to whom is the fact who wants to be special. Trace it. Right. Right. That is what Amarnath commented. Yes. Yeah. Trace it. Yeah. Try and find it. Yes. To whom who wants to be special. Matthew, thank you for your streams and videos on YouTube. Welcome. John standing by the river selling water.

Yeah, absolutely. That's exactly what's happening. So, John, thank you for your questions. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Bye. Thanks everyone. And now we have a starting point of our program. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. You've got to realize that the river is there, and if they're not drinking of that water, they've got to drink the water. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Selling the water by the river, and then people are sleeping in herds by the river and dying of thirst.

That's how ridiculous it is. Yes, the river is there. The river is flowing through you, and you're still dying of thirst. And seeking it and suffering. Tanya, so knowing that you are, or pure being that is always here, is what I am. So familiar. Great point, Bob. Why exchange clarity, knowing for thoughts that don't convey reality or what I am at all? I definitely understand. I am prior to thought. No need for any more questions, really. That's right. Yes, questions really do dissolve in pausing a thought. No need to search anymore. Just recognize what is here without overlay. Thank you so much. Yeah. Yes, Tanya, don't bother going back into the mind.

Looking for another question. And yet, if we didn't have it, we would probably sit in a lot of silence. So, let them flow if they do. Amarnath, we are ignoring the self as ignorance. We are ignoring the self as ignorance minus Bob. That's what Amarnath says. We are ignoring the self as ignorance. Yeah, it would be much easier if you would put commas sometimes. I know how it is if the English is not your first language. Yes. You are not. You are not. You are not. You are not. You are not. I don't think that's the case. I don't think that's the case. yeah I say that sometimes very hard to read because there is no punctuation and I totally get it I'm enough I'm not English not my first language either and I needed a lot of help with punctuation when I was publishing the book and yeah just kind of try my bit will be easier because I don't want to kind of misconstrued your comment and John David thanks for answering my question cut before I asked it everything is resonating beautifully today well thank you John and then no one understands it this is Ben says no one understands this that's right there is no one no one I personal one there is the one itself which is not even paradox of using words and JB every spiel is favorite it seems like every weekend they just get better and better and then the next weekend even more clear thank you for the pointing and guidance both at cut it seems like if I have question it is answered before I have a chance to ask JB JB thank you that's that's beautiful and yes the the phenomenon of spiel almost looking or feeling or sounding the same every time but every time being fresh and new and communicated from that certain to your presence like really refining the the direct experience that's why it gets deeper and that's why it is kind of building up on the resonance and a wonderfully said thank you Jane says 930 Melbourne time that's about the zoom tomorrow there is only doing Aparnav saying to Jane beautiful Jane what's behind doing non-doing like in deep sleep there is no doer non doer just it happens spontaneously infinite Yeah, and in deep sleep it still seems like the doing, you know, like in deep sleep there is no recollection, there is no memorizing, but there is still breathing being done, there is heartbeat being done, the doing of sustaining the body.

Yeah, Julia, British Julia, Kat gave me a pointer recently, life cannot die. Life, what you are, cannot die. Yeah, energy can't be destroyed if we speak with the language of science, they can only change form. Great translation, says John. And Jorge, I hope I pronounced the name correctly, if not, please forgive me. Today is my first day in a community like this, seeking for the true and trying to keep the awareness. It's normal to get thoughts about this every second. What if I am awareness and can't control thinking about it? Welcome Jorge, and yes, you are the awareness, and yes, you cannot control thinking, so don't really bother with them.

If they appear every second, or five thoughts a second, doesn't really matter, because who you are is beyond the thinking and thoughts. You are the life. And the thoughts are just merely the way life is expressing, just like life is expressing through seeing. Nobody has the problem with seeing. Oh, should I not stop seeing, or should I only see every five minutes? No. You see all the time, so you may be thinking all the time, and who you are is not being touched by it. There is an idea that it's better when it's more quiet. Well, there may be more pleasure, like there's more pleasure when there is a bright vivid colors.

And you don't need the glasses or something. But this is not about the pleasure, the recognition of the existence. It's beyond pleasure and pain. It's better than pleasure and pain, in a way. And would you like to comment on that? It is normal to get thoughts about this every second. Why if I am awareness, I can't control thinking about it? Would you like to comment on that? Leave it as it is. Who would be trying to control it? Awareness is spontaneous. It's breathing you. It's beating your heart. It knows what to do. You don't have to try and control it. Leave it as it is.

And recognizing it, instead of going into the beliefs that appear in that awareness, take them to be real. And then you can go back to the real. And get caught up in the beliefs. Just leave everything as it is. Everything is perfectly resolved in the unborn mind. The unborn is the pure mind. Right. Nature resolves itself. Only in the division, the thoughts, things get broken up. Me and the other comes about. No me. No us. No the other. Just as it is. And as awareness, you are, in a way, controlling your thoughts. Because as awareness, you are the totality. You are the environment. See how the environment is somehow inducing your thoughts.

You have thoughts about the weather because there is the weather. You have the thoughts about your work because there is your work. You have the thoughts about the food because there is the food. So the weather, the work, the food, the body, they are part of the awareness. So they are influencing your thoughts. As the awareness, you are the only doing. The doing of everything. You are every tree, every star, every cell. It's just that we somehow construe the idea that this is me, the entity that has the awareness. Now I, the entity, should be able to control the body because this body belongs to me and the world belongs to me.

So I, entity, should be doing it. No. Because the totality is not excluding the rest of the world. It's not limited to the body, mind, or consciousness. Everything appears in that, what we call, awareness. Everything. And another little spin, when you say that, why to get thoughts about this every second, you know? Keep the thinking about this. About this, you mean about the non-duality, about the awareness? Yes. Because that's how the longing of the heart translates through the mind. That there is a period in the whole so-called spiritual search when you actually really obsess about it. When you can't sleep, you can't think about anything else.

That's the only thing that matters. The truth, the non-duality. That's because the heart really wakes up and is really longing for that recognition. But the mind translates it to thinking. The heart already knows without the mind's translation. Without the mind translating it. But it seems to be that period of longing for truth and obsessing about it. Enjoy it. Because it's not going to last. And now, British Julia says, Sorry, I pressed send without finishing. This was powerful for me recently. Thank you, Boff. Now there is freedom. Of course. Yes. And John says, sad. I'm not quite sure what's sad. Sorry, John. I would have to find your previous comment.

I'm not sure if that wasn't about the river or, you know, people selling water. Hmm, maybe. Yeah, well, nothing's good or bad, sad or pleasant or happy unless the thought tells so. We are judging and labeling everything that happens as good or bad. But it really isn't any. It's just as it is. Life is expressing us seeking and suffering and all of it. And nothing really has any meaning unless we give it. But yeah, I'm sorry that this sad. We're sorry when people feel sad. And Amarnath says, great Julia. Thanks a million. And Amarnath also says, controller is notion. Bob, leave everything as it is.

Bob, unknown mind is pure mind. Bob, probably you meant unborn mind. That's what you were saying. I think maybe Amarnath meant unborn mind. He said unknown mind. No me, no others. Bob. Yeah, thank you, Amarnath. And Ben, this can be anything potentially. The mind is like dualistic power tool which makes heaven and hell and everything in between. Yes. That's right. Yeah. It's vibrating between good and bad. Between all the scales. Yeah. All the gray scale between the extremes. The two ends of the stick. Brett, what a non-conceptual celebration this morning. The perfect patterning party. Perfect what? Patterning. Patterning party. John David says, love you Bob and Kat.

And we do love you too, John. Yes, John. And now Amarnath says, nothing is everything. Everything is nothing. That's good. Yeah. That is so, yeah. He says, quoting Bob. Thank you. I'll just save that anymore. That hasn't been translated. Questions for now? For now, yes. Anything to say? I like to be relevant. You know, that message is I could speak about it for hours and hours. And if there is anything I don't know, I can just say it. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I can speak about it for hours and hours.

And if there is a necessity, I will. And I would. But it's kind of nice to be requested or invited for the particular topic that kind of makes it more relevant. Because that message is not something that you go out on the street and force down people's neck because you believe that they will be better off with it. Quite the opposite. People who don't need to become spiritual seekers and who instinctually flow with life. They don't need to go to translating the urges of the heart. They need to go to the activity. the urges of the heart into the worries of the mind, just for putting that mind aside and going back to the home they never left.

So if there is anything to say to someone who doesn't ask, it's like, don't start, don't go there, don't start seeking, don't go to the mind. If you don't need it, if you find the beauty and love in the flow of life, if you are at peace with the fact that everything constantly changes, and one day this body and this personal story will also change and end, then why seek? Why find anything? It is never hidden, it is never far away. So if you happen to be a seeker already, and you suffer because you can't find what you think you have lost, then yes, pointing out to that river, maybe saving you from the death of thirst, even though it has, again, it has increased, it has been lost, it is always here.

And you said, never far away. And what did the poet say? Closer than breathing, nearer than your hands and feet. That's it. It only seems like the source has been somehow traded for the explanation stories, myths and conceptual worries about it. Now suddenly, what's obvious and clear and always here and undeniable, the fact of existence, the fact of living being, has been taken away into the thoughts, which are not the pure, un-raw sort of essence of existence. They are just the code. You know, they are just translation. They are not the thing. They, and in between the thoughts, that aliveness can't be found, even though it's never absent anywhere.

You're yawning. You want to go for lunch early? Hm hm. But, well, I might have to, yeah. Oh, yes, we might have to, but we have couple of other comments, so... Bob, can you please speak about surrender, Amarnath is asking? Speak about surrender. Who is there to surrender? Yeah. Go there, leave everything as it is. Who can surrender? who's the person or the thing that's hanging on and wants to know when you see it's all a vibrating pattern of energy giving up don't go there full stop oh what they call surrendering no person and I remember the quote you quote sometimes from Muktananda that you know surrender to your own self bow to your own being because that being that God dwells in us you yeah surrendering the mind to the heart to the core of essence of being that's one way of looking at the idea of surrender Amanath also says mind translator not needed cut she he's calling me yeah well seemingly is not needed but is appearing it can also be appreciated as a part of the appearing It's quite amazing.

Isn't the storyteller quite amazing? But yes, it's not required. Primali, I had a big question, as I always, but then realized who is asking. And the urge to ask disappeared. Thanks, Bob and Kat. Beautiful. Thank you. That's wonderful. Yeah. It disappeared when I was… The urge, when you realized… The urge, when you realized the questioner is gone. So, where is the question lodged? Yes, beautiful. And Tanya, my husband has fibromyalgia and seems to suffer also from the story about the pain and other symptoms also. Could you say something about this? This is Tanya. Yeah. Gosh, I'm so sorry. This is really debilitating. This is like a chronic fatigue with the pain.

Pain all over the body with the nerve pains, random, horrible. It's really… Well, when it becomes physical pain, it's a sign that all is not well with the body. It's the body screaming out, do something about it. Need to get it looked at. Unfortunately, there isn't much of a cure because it can be anything. It can be a washing powder that triggers the reaction. It can be the asbestos. It can be anything. It's asbestos. Apparently, it's a condition that makes the life really, really hard and there's no simple solution for it. But even in fibromyalgia, the pain disappears at night when they sleep. Yes, we have a look.

Look into the pain. Go and see somebody about it, doctor or something. Yeah. Where is it happening? Who is it happening to? Pinpoint it if you can. Yes. Still, questioning personal story helps. Yeah. Yeah. It helps at least with the psychological suffering. The physical pain may have to be there. Who knows? I mean, the people who are born blind and they either suffer psychological suffering or they question it and they don't. Well, it's here. The pain's here in this body. Yeah. Bob has pain too and it's not suffering psychologically. He's doing as much as he can to... Yeah. It kind of gets worse and gets easier.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Hmm. And... Yeah. Yeah. But right now as you see it's all right, isn't it? Yeah. Yeah. And it's always good to focus on those moments when it's all right, when it's nothing wrong. Because that trains the mind to recognize more of those moments. And then the hip, when it got too bad, I had it operated on. Mm. It's eased it. And that right knee was operated on. It's eased it. Mm-hmm. do this left one so have to manage it in other ways yeah you gotta you gotta have heart for him and for yourself because living with someone with chronic pain you got a self-care too because it wanted or not it is going to affect you because it is the frequency that is in the field yeah so uh open your heart even wider if you can for yourself and the struggle and your husband just follow the instinct what else can you do i'm really really sorry that is always a situation when you see people in the pain that is not avoidable it's not perhaps it is because things will change you know nothing stays the same it may get worse but it will change it may get better but psychological suffering is still still avoidable now i'm enough answering to primali the great that she her question resolved great congratulations for going beyond enlightenment and non-enlightenment beautiful and american julia i love you both pop and cat actually i love this whole community even if there isn't anyone here thank you again for this and ditto julia thank you and dito whole community we'll know it in it so it must be love isn't it yes love experiencing love and receiving love yes thank you bob for another wonderful sunday spiel uh thank you cut for putting it all together much love to you both and all enjoy this stunning spring day that was jane and british julia replying to american julia that you love you and Tanya replying to the comment about her husband I'm asking this so I can point him out of thought although he is not interested in non-duality the thought arises to help in this way yes be gentle with that because you can point to non-duality without using some duality I mean the non-duality is just a word just a word but the obviousness of existence and pointing people back to the to the miraculousness of the fact of their own being doesn't have to be done in under any umbrella under any religion philosophical system or anything just you know if you go back to your own heart and you feel this miraculousness of being and with that resonating radiating out of yourself you bring his attention to it then you don't really go beyond or you don't go into those difficult philosophical concepts as it may appear for people who don't seek through Advaita or non-duality yeah non-duality is one without a second only that so that means the pain and everything else it's all that one essence yeah it's not discriminated with well it might resolve itself or it might not but it's still only that whichever way it appears yes like as I say the one-handed stick it's going to go from one end to the other like you set of scales or your seesaw will go from one end to the other yeah where do they meet at the fulcrum center and then you can tell especially when they're at their best record and there's no ид心 rather ask them what they need than give them what we believe they need but I assume you know that already because you are married so you wouldn't be married if you didn't know that he would run away but it's just a reminder for everyone that really the best help is to take someone beyond the need for further help but not by indoctrinating not by forcing on them concepts but by rather resonating with what they already know innately because everyone knows that we are selling water by the river after all just find the source of the water within them and let them show you what they already understand and highlight it, bring it up Charlie says love you both and we love you Charlie, thank you and Thomas any perception process must have the following two elements subject or observer object or observed is time just a concept yes and also the assumption the perception process must have the following two elements percepting is happening without the so called naming the two ends of the stick those are only conceptual division within the process we can say they must exist yes because we can't imagine intellectually or conceptually they wouldn't but do they really exist if we don't name them we don't know two ends of the one stick yeah yeah and is the time just a concept very very easy to verify when you stop conceptualizing is there a time when you stop naming things measuring is there a time yeah but uh while are you thinking about it there is still a time but um yeah well you're thinking about it there's still a time time yeah because time is mind time is thinking concept i'm just thinking thoughts without the thought without the thinking is there perceiver perceived what is wrong with right now if you don't think about it yeah is there observer observed if there is no label it's just what is it's just what's happening the whole world is made of labeling conceptualizing is overlaid with those uh appearances and mukti says love you bob and kat thank you all and love to you mukti and all yes love to you and jb said would it be accurate to say that the doer is the narrative that happens after the happening reality that it tries to claim and comment about mentally for instance see a beautiful sunset happens and then after sunset has happened then there is a commentary which creates this doer although sunset was prior to this commentary the doer is the narrative the illusion of doer we could say because narrative doesn't really do the sunset it doesn't create the sunset in a way well you could say it does in in the in the interpreting process well doing heaven without the narrative sense it can still happen no doer yeah yeah but you might actually imagine that this fictitious phantom sort of an entity which we call the me the eye the ego the doer is fair enough to say that this is just that stream of narrative but it isn't real it's not real and And British Julia, this Sundays and all you both do is a gift.

The gift of presence overlooked for so long. A million thank you, yours, mercies and gracias. Thank you, Julia. That was a message from Julia. The Sundays are all gift and we are gift of presence overlooked for so long. A million thanks, thank you, thank you, mercies and gracias. Thank you. And would it be accurate to say, yes, Jane says to JB that well said. And Julia, American Julia also said to JB that you nailed it. Doership only exists within the narrative. Prima Lee sends a heart. Thank you all. Now we have thank you messages coming. There is only love. No, you and me says Amarnath.

Thanks Bob and Kat for today's. Keep it real still. And JB says, thank you, Bob and Kat. And I'm grateful for all and love you guys and this group. Thank you, Jane and Julia for comments. Any now Amarnath replying to Thomas. Amarnath. Top five comment. Perception without projections. Yeah, good point. And Tanya. Thank you for the wonderful answer about husband's pain. Love is the best answer along with pointing back to source life. Knowing. Thank you so much for this meeting. Highlight of the week. Love you all. And Jane you are love itself. Stay with that. And don't try to figure it out. Then the right action to your husband will arise.

Amanath, to whom is the time, person, space, mind, timeless, spaceless, impersonal, spontaneous intelligence energy? And Michael, lots of beautiful red hearts, so much gratitude, no questions today. How great is that? Much love and thanks to you both. How wonderful is that? No question. Beautiful. And Tanya, thank you Primali and Jane, so true, no need to figure anything out. Right action will happen spontaneously as it always has. Perfect. Thank you all. Thank you everyone. And lots of love. Have a good Sunday.
