Hi there. Sunday morning again. Hope you're all okay, happy and ready to go. The same old thing we talk about, it says in the Inking Men, the great way is not difficult. They call it the great way. The way to what? The way to where? Or where to? And we believe it will take us to a thing called enlightenment or wakefulness. Anyone who is not awake right now, they are awake to a lot of the beliefs we've taken on and believe to be real, that we're separate, we're individual. We're the person and it's not so. We are not the person. We are that pure wakefulness or awareness or in that, whichever way you like to put it, that awareness.

Everything appears. Like you can say, the moon in water. There's no moon in the water and there's no moon on the water, but it appears to be so. And we are the person. We are the person. We are the person. We are the person. We are the person. We are the person. And knowing how to experience that ray appear to be the separate entity, this individual. A little bit of investigation and you will soon recognise that you are not that person. What do you believe the person is? It's the conceptual image you've got about yourself. An image based on past events, experiences, and conditions made up of former and present people.

KOSINGS Uhh This is why byasi does it. Do you think you got the KOSINGS KOS change and make you a universe? up of words, concepts, and the word is not the real. And you know that. Just take the word water. Can you drink it? Can you swim in it? Can you wash in it? Will you drown in it? No. The word fire, does it burn your mouth? Can you cook with it? Can you heat yourself with it? With the word you can't, because the word is not the thing. And we've learnt all these words and believe that they're so. And that's where our problems arise from.

The sense of separation. Because all the great traditions, and if you think about it a little bit, or look at it a little bit, you realise it can only be one. Space-like awareness. And that's the real thing. Space-like awareness. Or cognising emptiness. It's all the one essence, which is not divided at all. All the seeming divisions in it can be broken down into nothing. And what it's all seemingly appearing in, you call space or emptiness. And what can you postulate would be outside of space? Nothing at all. Everything is the content of space. Or silence. Silence and space, stillness and emptiness are the screen which vibrates and everything appears in it.

Everything appears in that screen. Or on that screen. But like the moon in the water, you can't say it's in it. Or on it. It just is. And you can only and ever be that. Concepts and ideas and seeming vibrations into patterns, shapes and forms, which are no thing, but they are seeming things. And all things need names and forms. We're putting those vibrations, we put them in the laws, we put them in the ways of time. Or, they say, their forms as such form. Yes, of course. So they Vivitate intimately with gross elements. Yes, they do. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. which appear to be real are just vibrating vibrations of that emptiness.

Like you see the ocean can be still, calm, and a movement appears in it and forms a little ripple and that ripple can become a wave, a tsunami, all sorts of different things, foam and everything along that with the movement of it. But it's still never ever been anything other than the ocean. There again that's what we try to point towards, this manifestation as similar to the ocean. And some of these parents of emptiness is form, the form is nothing other than the empty. And all the forms we put labels on are words. And what are words? Sound. What's sound? Vibration. So the words are the ripples that are appearing on that silence and stillness, the essence that you are.

And that needs to be recognised. That the person, the shape and form is not the reality. They are things, appearances, seemingly, some thing. You are a thing, I'm a thing. The chair is a thing, the room is a thing, the space is a thing, the trees, the flowers and everything else. They are all things. This manifestation is made up of things. It's all appearing in that emptiness. The vibrations seemingly on it or in it, that are appearing in it, are nothing but things also. Can something come from no thing? It can't. Like the ripple or the wave. Can it, the ocean's not there? Can there be a ripple or a wave on it?

What we're seeking, we're seeking to become whole or complete. Because we've taken on the idea that we're a separate entity or an independent nature, a person. And we're not. But it appears, seems to be real. So in the seeming reality, we put the label, the word on it. And that's the thing that these human patterns have learnt, picked up. Vibrations happening in that human form, making sounds, words, ideas, concepts, images. And we've learnt all these words, put different meanings into them, different labels. It's not the thing. It tells you in the Bible, the beginning was the word. And the word was with God. The word was God.

So you see this, God we believe in as some thing, is a word. All things were made by him, by the so-called word. There was nothing made that was made without the word. And have a look at it. And so, all the things around you, even the belief in this greater power or higher power, has got words on them to discriminate. Without any word, how can you discriminate anything? It's all just as is. And saying as is, even putting a word or a label on it. But we're just, all that's happening is trying to point toward, to see, give you something to look at and see for yourself.

It's all made up of words. And you've got this word about that pattern. You believe yourself to be that body-mind. I. This is I. This is me. And you can't do much with I or me, so we add the name on it. I am Bible. I am CAD. I am this. I am that. I am the tree. I am the flower. We put labels on it to describe it. And even though they're being described in the words, the description can never be described. Like the map can never be the territory. So the word is not the real. It's not the thing that's being pointed to at all.

And so take all the words and labels off it. What's left? Has space disappeared? Has the innate intelligence that's in, that is that space, like awareness, that's forming everything, has that gone away? Without, you are not unaware. That life, life is still there without any words. You're not unaware, so you must be aware. Those words twist things around, a lot of them. So when you break it back to the conclusion that you are that awareness, and on that awareness appears another word, consciousness. Consciousness is a knowing, an intelligence patterning, shaping, forming, into all those words. So this conceptual idea of the person, the separate entity, is a fuse with what we call life, and learning of the words is recognised, what it is, a vibrating pattern of energy.

And that energy is a fuse with that knowingness or intelligence. So I don't use the term God, because you can get confused with the term God. Because all the great traditions, they all have a different pattern of what they believe God to be. Hindus have a thousand names of a vision of the God. Many, in every other religion. Hebrews say, Hear O Israel, the Lord thy God is one God, there is nothing other. So, and what they call that, Yehovah or something, or whatever it is, they put a label on it, and they call it discriminator. The Muslims say, There is no God but God.

Allah is his name. So they put the word or label on Allah. Which is pointing towards this one God, that there is nothing other than that. Others will say it's omnipresence. It is this total presence. It's omnipotence. It's total power. It's omniscience. Total intelligence. It is the total. And they'll say it's absolute. God is the absolute. Buddha say, called the great perfection. What can you add to the absolute? Nothing. What can you take away from it? So that's all there is. Absolute. Or, another way of putting it, a different label they put on it, perfection. What can you add to perfection? Nothing. What can you take away from it?

Nothing. The one essence that's patting, shaping, forming and appearing is everything. But when we take this, put these labels on it, God or a higher power, or Allah, or Jehovah, or whatever else, other names they put on it, and we set ourselves up as being separate, because we think it's a greater power or higher, than what this human form is. The one essence is patting, shaping, forming and expressing through everything. Just the same in this room, there are several different lights. There is a computer. There is a TV. All have the power, electricity, the generator, forms that electricity. The one essence expressing through all those things.

It's the same with this, God and the universe and everything that's in it. It's the one essence that's vibrating, patting, shaping, forming. It's that. And they tell you in the scriptures, that the great man is I am that. The sense I am, is not what it is. It's just a translation of that presence. That I am is that, pointing to that, one essence. That is what I am. And don't we innately already know that? When you say I am that. As you look around and see yourself and say, that's a chair I'm sitting in. That's the carpet that's on the floor. That's the window. That's the space that's outside.

That's the tree, the flower, the bird. Everything is already that. The car, the house. It's already that. Which we discriminate by these words we put on it. And then the discrimination seemingly separates it. It divides it. What is individual and inseparable. And because it's a seeming pattern that's enlivening and functioning through, which are called me or I, the body or the person. We take that me or I, the singly person, to be separate. We think it has this separate life, separate power. To be this person. But that word, like all the other words, which are not the real, been picked up, comes from persona. The mask.

We've got to wear masks at the moment. What do those masks do? They block off some of the sounds, sounds and words, constrict the breath, do lots of things. Well, so does the word we speak. We've got this mask or conceptual image made of words. And the word's not the real. What are you without the word? When you go to sleep at night, there's no words going on. But are you dead? Is the life out of you without the word? It's not. Because a dream can happen in the sleep. A stirring of the consciousness. Or awareness. The words can appear in the dream, but they're not coming out of your mouth, the sounds.

The things that are appearing in the dream are only appearances, only seemingly so. You wake up, it all disappears. Just like an image in the mirror or a reflection in the mirror. You see the reflection in the water. As I said before, the moon reflected in the water is not in the water. Nor is it on the water. It appears to be. Look in the mirror and see the reflection in your face. Reflection seemingly in the mirror. Go up and grab the reflection out of the mirror if you can. Break the mirror and see if you can find any reflection in it. And is it on the mirror?

It's not. We've got all these words, concepts and ideas that are obscuring, seemingly obscuring, our true nature. Because it all vibrates and appears in it. And the vibration is just a movement of energy. And the way, pattern, shapes and forms that appear are wondrous and amazing ways. Like trees, flowers, birds, insects, stars, planets, oceans. All these things implies it's an innate and amazing intelligence that's fusing it all. So that's where I get the term intelligence energy. The activity of knowing. And the intelligence is knowing. It's seeing. It's hearing. It's tasting. It's touching. It's experiencing. In all its myriads of different ways. And forming into different pattern, shapes and forms.

And I point that out in the scriptures too. Emptiness is form. Pointing out all these forms are empty. And they turn it round the other way and point out that the form, the empty form, can be nothing other than that emptiness. And it's all dreamlike. Seemingly so. All pattern, shapes and forms. And what's wrong with a pattern, shape and form? It'd be very beautiful. But it's a vibration. And it vibrates in an opposite. So the labels, the words we've learnt, are always vibrating in the opposites. Good, bad, pleasant, painful, happy, sad. Loving, hating, positive, negative. Because we put those words on them. Which discriminate and divide them.

They use the terms like a stick. There's no two ends to the stick. No two ends. No two ends. There's no one end to the stick, I should say. It's got two ends on it. Always got two ends. And isn't the thinking like that? It vibrates from one end to the other. And it causes all the sense of separation and the appearance of this world. Because of the word. When you break it down and look at it, it's still only the one. Go to the North Pole. How much further north can you go? You can't go any further north. Your next step will be south.

You go to the South Pole and you can't go any further south. Your next step will be north. So it's the one Earth. Seemingly with two ends. We discriminate them. Like one stick. And the trouble with the discrimination, we put the meaning in these words. And one that can be good. Seemingly ends can be good. And the other bad. Pleasant, painful, happy, sad. And we take on. Leaves in. So this is good. That's bad. This is pleasant. That's painful. And what do we want? We want to be happy. Complete. Whole. Not realising that we are complete and whole. Always have been. We've taken on these labels or words and separated ourselves.

And we've added the I thought to it. And so that I, that conceptual image, it's me, Bob the Australian. It's happy or unhappy. It's fearful. It's anxious. It's depressed. Just vibration. So we believe the word. It's everything. And it's no thing. Because the word is not the real. And see how we get lost in discrimination. And this is believed in mind. But when it's investigated and known the truth, you're free of the belief. It tells you in the same way. When no discriminating thoughts arise, there is no fear. There is no fear. When you know there is, the old mind ceases to be. Longer thinking in the old pattern, shapes and forms.

Or, it's always thinking in that dualistic way, but the energy of belief is not going into them and making them real. So it can be useful, but when it's believed in separate entity, it takes delivery on. It's self-destructive. Because instead of being the absolute and the total, now you are this poor, miserable, unhappy, depressed, fearful human being. That's another thing, we put the label human being. They tell it, tell you in the Buddha scriptures, it's that you don't have to have existence, consciousness, bliss, or being, knowing, loving to be, seeing the same thing. So we call ourselves a human being. And that being is knowing, isn't it?

You're knowing that beingness, and you're loving to be. You don't want to be dead right now. You love to be. Now you are already that. But we also call us human being. We call this thing called God. We put God on as a supreme being, a greater being than this being. So we've got the word human. We've labeled it. And we've got the word supreme. Take away the word human. Take away the word supreme. See if you can separate the being without the word. And look around you again and realize that chair sitting on is being a chair. The room you're in is being a room.

Carpet on the floor is being a carpet. Just the same as the thatness, everything is that. It's that pure being. So see, the problem we've got ourselves into, with this belief, we are other than that. We are separate from it, divided ourselves. And that is the cause of all our so-called psychological suffering. And intelligence is divided into psychology, reasoning, and all sorts of things, which can be useful to a certain extent, and all the inventions. And as we're evolving. With words and things like that. All can be useful. But they can, in their opposites, because they're a vibration in movement, they'll vibrate in the opposites.

And they'll cause all our fears, anxiety, stress, guilt, remorse, depression, unhappiness. And that, picked up by the pattern we call the body, thought, forming a thought, a vibration, a concept. That thought, be there long enough, will become a sensation. Because it gets in the body and through the senses. And that sensation will be a feeling. And then still at that stage, still in the thinking part of it. But then when that sensation or feeling is there long enough, it gets into the body and becomes an emotion. And that emotion, and anger, and stress, and guilt, stirring up the patterns in the body. Will make it uneasy.

Another word for uneasy is disease. When you're not at ease, it's disease. And that disease forms all sorts of things in that body. And it's miserable, unhappy, and struggling to get out of it. To become, or getting locked in it, and going deeper into it. And still, if we get that bad, it can destroy us. And it can destroy this pattern. And so, in the recognition, if it is one, as they say, and it's always being the one. And be free of all this psychological suffering. But we would try instead of realising, we are that pure being. We think we are this person, then we need to become that pure being.

You can't become what you already are. yoginambute beep and we struggle in this becoming and it doesn't happen. We do all sorts of practices, all sorts of meditation and all sorts of activities to become what we already are. Recognise that and see. You might understand then that you've been moved to get out of it, to get away from it, to get out of it, something. Then life essence itself has moved you and asked you to look a bit further or not asked you but driving you to look a bit further. The answer will be there in the thinking, in the mind when the ancient scriptures will tell us the answer is not in the mind.

It's prior to the mind. How can you get prior to the mind? To recognise that you are that life essence that's prior to the mind. Realise that it was there before you learnt anything and you had no words. The life essence was there. When you were seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling, breathing and all the rest of it for the first couple of years of your life you had no words. So you were prior or before the mind. And that you were, it was the life that was animating and expressing through you that pattern then. And it's still the life that's doing it. But we've taken all these concepts and obscured the mind.

And we've taken all these concepts and obscured the life like the mask of concepts. Word needs to recognise, look again and see am I this body? Am I this mind? Am I this separate entity or person? Who or what am I? The questions you need, that needs, needed to be asked. Or as I say, they will happen by themselves. Because what you need and what you want, trying to need and want is an impossibility also. But something moves you to look a little bit further. And looking a little bit further, it shows you the way. It takes you to where it takes you. As it did in this case.

And the recognition was that absolute, that word absolute, or the great perfection that they point to, that others have pointed to, a few others down through the ages, that was recognised here. And it can be recognised there. If you follow that where it moves you. Some of us will say that's a lot of crap. I'm going to stay looking for it. See if I can find it. Or I'm quite happy to be as I am. Well, who's doing that? If that life wasn't in the body, could anything come out? Or can anything be done? Could there be anything in this manifestation that could happen at all?

Could it move out or away from its absoluteness? In shaping, patterning, forming things? It couldn't. What appears, appears. And seems to be so. And if it lasts or doesn't last, which it does, you see life, the so-called life in these forms, doesn't last forever. It comes and goes. Some sooner, some later. In the concept of time, that's another thing that needs to be looked at. See that time is a concept also. Questioning and looking, you'll recognise that the false, what is false, cannot stand up to the investigation. And it'll be seen through and fall apart. Now that's what we point to and ask you to look at.

I don't know who's with us today, but there's generally a pretty good bunch of people who are looking along these lines. Some are looking and recognising it in its fullness. Some of us have had some openings, little insights into it. And I'd have a few doubts still, or a few questions. Well, that's what it's all about. Got any questions, don't hesitate to ask them. Don't be afraid of what you think people will say or this question. They'll think this is stupid. They won't find the answer by doing that. Or some might do, some of you have understood a bit of it, might point it in different ways.

Use a few different words, different ways to point to it, where somebody that can't hear what's being said here now might be able to hear and resonate with what you're saying. And it'll be yours. And see for yourself. But that's what needs to happen. Cat's here, so she can add to it, answer any questions that come in and all the rest of it. Get into it. Hi everyone. I just have a few comments. As you were speaking about the totality, Jane said nothing can be added or taken away. That's the first one. And then we go for questions. Tanya says, I have a couple of questions today.

I will start with this one. Before the meeting today, my husband, in response to something I said, brought up an old story he has about this seeming person Tanya. Annoyance came up and defensiveness, although I see the story isn't about what I actually am. He is not responsible for that story coming up either. It doesn't matter that there is a belief in that story. There is a belief that the story is there. Even if that story did not come up, for him anymore, it makes no difference. I am not sure how to speak to him about it or if there is any need to. Could you speak on this?

It's what comes up for you. If you're unsure what to do, well, just let it be. But if you move to do it, and it wouldn't have come up, something hadn't have moved you. So, I can't say you've got to do anything or not anything. I can't tell you what to do. But if something moves you to look into it, do so. You've got a pretty good understanding of it, Tanya. You've been looking into it for a long time now and seeing it, mainly. I don't know whether your husband is following it or into it or not. But if you've got an old concept about you and what happened, you could remind him that he's bringing up a dead image that's no longer the actual.

And be with what is right now, be with life. Anyway. And be the example. If he is reverting to something that is long since expired, you could just shine that light of consciousness and seeing him fresh and new. And perhaps even mention that, look, you know, 10 years, 15 years ago, whatever, you were a child, you were different too. But the way I see it, I see you, is an open-minded sort of a seeing. The best way to invite someone to resonate is by... radiating that sort of a frequency. It is the... It's not really a teaching, but it's a demonstration. Like the way you would like him to see you, this is the way you see him.

Because the world is projected. So if he's projecting some stuff, some unresolved things at you, well, poor guy. I mean, have compassion too. But generally, just kind of, yes, it is a gentle way to bring back that presence, freshness and newness that is available. And yeah, I don't know. But I usually find myself in a situation, I had a situation when my sister brought up a story from like 15 years ago, for which she's blaming me, even though I wasn't even there. But I did felt that her blame, if I take it, will actually make her suffering a little bit easier. So I took it.

I say, I'm really sorry. I didn't know any better. I wish I had another chance. I would do something else. Even though I know I'm not the doer and I couldn't have any choice ever. And there is no past. But somehow in that, from that present moment, instead of taking an offense, the maybe, you know, you touch that heart essence of what you are, there may be a compassion arising. And yeah, the poor guy, he's seeing something that is not longer there. And he is locked into a story that is kind of not only expired, but probably not very flattering either. And he's looking at this, through these lenses at his dear wife.

Poor guy. I mean, really. You get over it. You kind of shake it off and whatever. I mean, it was just a temporary mood or thought coming up, floating through his awareness. The awareness in total, but through his body mind. Yeah, I'm sure, just like Bob says, there is no better advice than this. See what spontaneously arises. Just keep coming back to your heart, to the essence of what you are. And from that, what spontaneously arises. Now we have Tanya asking second question. Second question is, could you speak about not being the body, but the intelligence, energy expressing through it? I'm aware of the body, thoughts and feelings.

So I'm not that in particular. I am that which is aware being. What's the first part of it? Could you speak about not being the body, but the intelligence, energy expressing through it? Yeah. Well, it's what the body is. It's all one essence. And what happens? In the silence and stillness and the empty space, there's somewhat of a movement. A vibration. That vibration being a movement of energy vibrates into all this manifestation. What's the body made up of? You say, my body. Innately you know you're not the body. And the body's vibration, a movement of energy. Made up of air, fire, earth, water, space. The elements.

All those elements can be broken down into sub-attributes. Sub-atomic particles. Pure energy. Pure vibration. Now it's been vibrating intelligently and forms the mountains, the hills and all the galaxies and everything in this seeming thing we call the world. And everything on it is a vibration from the minutest sub-atomic particle to the hugest galaxy or whatever. And it's vibrating into that pattern you call the body. Through the essence of the father, which was a vibrating pattern of energy, and the essence of your mother. Form that pattern called the body. What's suffusing it is that pure intelligence or life energy. The knowing. Through the birth, the pattern, the forms to express through.

In its absoluteness, can it express at all? No, it can't. It'll be just silent, still and empty. Dead. But it's suffused with that intelligence, which we call life. And you take the life out of that body and see. You've got a corpse. And that corpse, which you're calling this body now, and you think the body's doing everything. It's got eyes, it's got ears, it's got all those organs. That's the amazing way it's formed and patterned. Heart, lungs. There's no life or intelligence energy going through it. It's just a corpse, which must and will break down. It'll rot. It'll be devoured by other life forms, microbes and things like that.

And where does it go? Well, it goes back into where it came from, the space. The emptiness, the silence, the stillness. And something will stir in that and other patterned shapes and forms will come. So this thing we live in, the body and the mind, we think it's so something that's, it's suffused with the brain and things like that, the intelligence, the life to function through, to express. And that's how it's knowing how we, this so-called we, these patterned shapes and forms, are knowing with that intelligence expressing through it. And it needs to, with that sense of separation, I say there's problems all the time.

So it can only recognize its true nature itself. And some patterns will and some won't. But it won't make any difference because there's still all and only and ever that one non-dual. To be in the play, the sport of consciousness or functioning or the intelligence, it needs the patterned shape and form to express through. And that's all that happens. You can say you're fortunate to have a human pattern to express through. But that's not so either. It couldn't have been any other way than that. Anyway, that's enough. Yes, so just to summarize, you say you're not being the body but the intelligence energy expressing through it.

As a pointer, it is a helpful pointer. You are the intelligence expressing through it. Like you are not the globe or the bulb or the computer but you're the power expressing through it. But if you didn't have the body or the computer or the globe, there would be no expression. And ultimately, the computer is also built using power and the globe and the body. So I like when Bob puts the one-liner, intelligence energy is shaping, forming and expressing as everything. So it is the body as well. It expresses through the body and as the body. But of course, being the body, it is kind of very, very, very refined, the energy transformed into the matter, transformed into the thinking.

In its pure form, one could say it is the pure senseless. Attributeless presence. As it dances, it creates the body, the emotions, the thoughts, the seeing, all of the way it expresses. So you are all of it. Not only your body but every single form in the whole universe. But that's the transformation. It's like you have the white light shining through the diamond and it breaks into colors. You're not those colors but you are those too. Being the light, you express yourself as the colors. Being the life essence, you express yourself as thoughts, feelings, emotions, blood cells and paintings that you paint. And all that comes up.

But primarily, yes, you recognize yourself primarily as the pure presence. Not as certain transformation to the form or vibration into the form. Which is not excluded. But kind of primordial presence is closer, is less filtered. That white light, not when it breaks into seeing, hearing, tasting, touching colors. That is just more helpful, helpful pointer. And then Rohan says, answering the questions of Tanya, will be good to hear Bob's advice on this. Yes, Bob's advice was very simple. See what naturally, spontaneously comes up. Just to recap. But one thing that arises here is that husband is surely also part of the story. So it's like a story in a story.

In your personal story, there is another story about husband who seemingly has its own story. Good point. Absolutely. Where is the husband now? Yeah. It is a nice, valid point. Instead of changing the world, change the projector, clean the lenses. But in a practical sort of a dreamlike settings, of course, when you get the thorn, you take it out and throw it away. Or when you are threatened, you run. See what spontaneously comes up. But yeah, it's a good way to think that, oh, okay, what am I now engaging in a story about my husband saying something in the past. And what it means for who.

Brett, greetings, Bob and Kat. Wonderful to be you. Yes, thank you. Just as words are not the 10,000 things, neither are words the equivalent of pure presence or knowing. It becomes easy to mimic understanding how do you really know or believe the felt sense of I am. Can you not know it? That's the good question. Can you not be? People parrot paragraphs or fool others, and more importantly themselves, to project a superior self, a spiritual saintliness. How do we rest in the unmade bed of being without denial or deceit? Beautiful question. You want to comment on that? Who is it that's going to rest in it?

Just going to see it out of the road. See, it's all in one essence. And let it rest in its uncontrived singularity of its own accord, which it will. You've got to try and become something. It is what it is, just right now. It's always as is. What does it mean? It's unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected. Just as it is in itself. And unfortunately, even those who are saintliness, expressing spiritual saintliness or deceit, they can't be any other way either. That's how life has created them. So even there, there are no doers. It's just what shows up and how it appears. Because we look at others, oh, I don't want to be like this, I don't want to be like this.

You don't have any saying. You don't have a choice. And in fact, as totality, you are like this. Every one of us is saint and sinner at the same time. Yet maybe not at the same time, maybe at different times, so-called times. But the potentiality for expressing anything that you can ever spot in anyone else is here in the projector. Otherwise, how would you even know it is deceit if you didn't know it first hand and project it out there? So it is a wonderful question. How to actually stay pure? Well, just drop the thinking. I mean, drop believing in the thinking. Because thinking will be going on.

But even the idea of pure-impure comes from comparison. It comes from engaging in the thinking and applying some standards, social or moral standards, ethical standards, which were second-hand knowledge again. But I love the question. It's beautiful. How to not parrot paragraphs of full others and most importantly, ourselves, and projecting a certain idea into the superior self. Yeah, it is quite often the case. There is a lower self and a higher self and a nobler self and the soul and the ego. So many projections. Well, there is really nothing. It's just what shows up. It's just life dancing. Uncorrupted, uncontaminated. No self at all. One self.

And Tanya says, Yes, that is a great point, Rohan. Husband is a label and is part of the story. Part of the seemingly personal story that arose. Laughing out loud, yes, a story in a story. Feeling that arose has passed, leaving it as it is. And yes, what I ask is just a story. Still looking forward to what Bob and Kat had to say about that. You've got it. Yes, we've... The second question, the second question of Tanya, this is Jane's reply. Patterns come up to be seen. They always relate to an image we have about ourselves. The response is also a pattern, as all conflict arises between alleged me and the alleged other.

As Bob just said, this alleged me takes delivery of perceived attacks, etc. But it is an opportunity to watch. When the pattern is seen, oh, there it is, that resistance to what is, then you are once again cognizing emptiness. Relying on phantom me always creates conflict. As Bob says, no preference, no partiality, no conflict. Hope that helps Tanya. Yeah, that's a beautiful one. Absolutely. Yeah, who takes it on board? Where is the resistance relationship coming from? And now John replies to second question of Tanya. Hi, I suggest seeing all of life is intelligent energy, is the answer to all. When seen, it takes the power out of the feelings of separation that comes up in all sorts of ways.

Your husband comments probably coming from a place of feeling separate. Would you agree? Yeah, that's the assumption, because ultimately all comments come from just narrative. But yeah, it could be based on some sort of a threat, perceived threat or separation or uneasiness that he's experiencing as well. And Jane says pure intelligence energy, just this, beautiful. Yes, John calls it intelligent energy and you call it intelligence energy. It really doesn't matter. Whatever kind of resonates is just a point, it's just a label. Which John is it? The Irish John. And now Tanya is replying to Tanya. She's answering the question. That helps a lot, Jane. Didn't see it was resistance to what is.

So clearly before, but upon reading your... Didn't see it so clearly before, but upon reading your reply, it is so clear that it... that is what was arising. What a wonderful opportunity to look afresh at the phantom me. Jane sent hearts and flowers. And now another John, American John. So grateful for our family. Beautiful insights being shared in comments. The truth being shared is sprouting in wonderful ways. Love to all. Yes, it is gorgeous. Like how many different subtle aspects of that question. Thank you for the question, Tanya. And thanks everyone for chipping in, for unfolding all the beautiful aspects of the way one can see the oneness behind it playing out.

Now, Jane replying to John. We are so blessed, all because of Bob's inclusiveness. Thanks again, Bob. And thank you, Kat, for making this sessions possible. And Tanya commenting again. Definitely agree, John. He is not into non-duality, so hasn't investigated any stories coming up. But that's okay. As you say, seeing all of life is intelligence, energy and husband's story. It's just how it was expressing in that moment. The power indeed has gone out of the feeling. Quiet here now. Beautiful. Beautiful. And Tanya says, thanks for all the great pointers, lovely ones. Hi, Bob. Hi, Kat. Good to hear all that. Good pointers in a spiel. Love, Cliff.

Detail. Thank you, Cliff. And Michael, I saw a video of a 70-year-old woman pushed over and sprayed with pepper spray by the police because she was protesting in Melbourne. Part of me is furious and wants to take... Part of... And wants to take a stand and take some form of action. Part of me feels like whatever I give focus to will make it become more real or attract more of it. I'm confused. If none of it is real, if it is a dream, well, this dream character is still in the dream. Just some comments. What does that mean to you? It is a message to me that I think that the political situation in which this is taking place can be taken with a lot of good intentions and will be greatly appreciated.

There are many ways to make it happen. Michael was watching the protesters yesterday and there was a 70-year-old woman who was a freedom fighter and she was put down and captured by the police and sprayed with the pepper spray and he says part of him is furious So he feels confused. Do you want to comment on that? Bring some clarity. Yeah, it is, but it's just kind of, I think, still worthy of bringing a few points of clarity. So I'll just say this. Everything that arises within you, all of those feelings, the responses, the emotions, are just what is arising because of whatever, the compassion in you, because of the conditioning.

And the outcome in any situation is sum total of all the influences. So you may as well step back and find curiosity in how is Michael going to respond when that situation happens in front of his eyes. How is Kat going to respond if that comes into my home or whatever? Because the thing that comes up, I remember Nisargadatta, I read it in a book, I didn't meet him, saying when people ask him, if you see the fight on the street, would you engage in a fight or would you stop it? And he says, how would I know? I wouldn't know. It depends on the moment.

It depends on the energies. It depends on the hormones, moods, breakfast, everything. The thing that can actually bring a peace is to step down from the narrative. Because what is confusing is the narrative. The narrative where you heard somewhere the law of attraction, oh yeah, I'll be safe, I'll be fine, I'll be fine. And you say, oh yeah, I'll be safe, I'll be fine. And you say, oh yeah, I'll be safe, I'll be fine. And you say, oh yeah, I'll be safe, I'll be fine. And you say, oh yeah, I'll be thinking about it, there will be more violence coming just because I'm thinking about it, I'm giving it an energy.

And on some levels, it might be truth because you train your attention to focus on this and then you'll see more of this. Then you heard some other things that, you know, but coming back from compassion and defending people, you know, if we can't trust them, then maybe we should, you know, all that is narrative. All that is not an action thought, is the churning, yapping commentary when you step out of that commentary you conserve your energy for the right action and that right action doesn't come from the from the head some of the actions of course if you're planning your budget or your trip and you and you go and book your plane or whatever that is the action comes from the calculation but this spontaneous actions challenges that life's life is throwing at you is the most appropriate response does not come from the calculation you drop to the heart and from that sense of being free from the commentary from the opposite comments you may actually find yourself engaging or not engaging sending love or sending feasts into the situation and either way be okay with the outcome because the outcome is how life plays through you it's not your choice is the whole universe's choice using all the responses that has already been available through that body like this body for example it would not be capable no matter how well trained to let's say go and drop the bomb somewhere and or be a suicide flight I don't know whatever but other bodies may have that training and meet maybe be capable of that so your body may not have the capacity to step and punch the policeman but it may have the capacity to do something else and that is for life to find out but the less confusion is when you find the curiosity okay this are the feelings that are rising when I'm watching this sort of situation stay with the feelings that is love compassion that is distress all of those feelings.

You can see the feelings. role rather than going to the head and translating them into the story and being with that energy role you actually feel the vibration feel the life and you are at the center of it rather than identifying with some or the other option of looking at it it is just it's just what comes up for me what bob says is the past and that's also that's definitely unquestionably true it is the past but if the thought keeps coming back you may shed a little bit of light at it tanya says thank you so much bob and kat what spontaneously comes up is just to live it be and as kat says to have compassion lots of amazement and all at intelligence energy patterning and forming every seeming thing heard the pointers fresh and new and recognizing arising i would like to say more but i'm speechless for now laughing amanath subtles of subtle and most grossly is self self is infinite love and infinite energy yep there is nothing that's not it amanath bob himself manifested us ourselves and universe we surrender to him infinite reverence and gratitude to bob and kat all the life behind that created the pattern because yeah it's not the pattern pattern pretty feeble pattern pretty feeble yes pattern didn't didn't let me convince him to take the ears off so he sounded like i could hear the traffic i couldn't hear the spiel because i was two meters away he has the speaker but i can't recap the spiel today because i couldn't hear it everything's happening as it should jane says good point amana calculation mind is ego and a lot of laughing what is beyond calculations and who is do it off calculations that's right yes nobody does just what's happening and john love ya bob and kat always a joy to be with you divorcee towards that future life knows too much so iaitles good points whatever else i would call jenny in these few places before you know j Wortz two story مitgl 같이 crawvaćer i will write some more imagery for you later this has been kathleen's courtesy thank you for your medical support best care al hitler taking care jenny found you who helped me in the be with you in this presence awareness.

Dito, John. That's the American John said that. Ah, yeah. Story equals mind. Quoting Bob and Kat. And thank you Bob, says someone who is calling themselves non-duality unfiltered. Beautiful, beautiful nickname. And Irish John. Hi Bob and Kat. I wrote intelligent energy with no intent. For me, intelligence energy is fine. Hmm. Yeah, yeah. Whatever works. Thanks Kat. Really helps. So much gratitude to both of you, Michael says. I'm glad. And that's it for the comments. We have no more comments. So I'll just remind everyone that tomorrow about the same time, couple of hours earlier, there is extra Zoom meeting, especially for those who can't join us in the evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Because it's too late or too early. Europeans can be there. But Americans is the middle of the night. So tomorrow about the same time, couple of hours earlier, there is a Zoom meeting with Bob where instead of me reading questions, you can actually ask them yourself. And you can engage in the conversations. Usually one at a time speaking. So it's very pleasant. Ram says love to see you. Yeah, then join the meeting tomorrow. I mean, I won't be there, but Bob will be. Thanks so much, says Primali. I'll also say that the book that I was announcing last week that was available on Kindle now is available also in paper form in most of the country that Amazon has print on demand.

That took few days. For some countries was available next day, but for UK and Europe it took few days. But it is available now. And I even got some very, very kind and sweet comments from couple of people who already started reading it. They found it helpful. So I hope it will serve. It won't be it's not a big, I mean, I put the price as low as I could above the printing cost. So it's not that big of a of the expense. And Julia says Oh, yeah, absolutely. Right. Thank you, Julia, for that. For the link for the Zoom meeting, for the extra Zoom meeting with Bob tomorrow, you go to www.sylorbobadamson.com and you have that all instructions, but there is this black and white picture of Bob with all the American times and the link on the website www.sylorbobadamson.com slash meetings.

And Julia says congratulations on the book. Thank you, Julia. And Amarna thanks a million from bringing this book, says Amarna. It's a pleasure. Thank you. And that's it. And love to all, says Arthur. Yes, love to all. We still have a couple of minutes, but if there's no comments, we will say love to all and go for a walk. Blessings to Bob and Kat and all. Thanks so much. See you at 9.30 a.m. Melbourne time tomorrow. Yes, that's 9.30 a.m. Melbourne time and there is 4.30, 5.30, 6.30 and 7.30, I guess, for the Indy or Sunday afternoon for Americans. Yes, so we have another comment from Tanya, not saying anything at all.

Um... Expresses more what actually is, but love to hear all the beautiful expressions and different ways of seeing what is. A pointer from the Facebook group brought a contemplation on a goal of the body looking a certain way, which is just a story picked up via fitness magazines, YouTube and Facebook. Intelligence energy has no preference for the appearance of this pattern. All patterns are beautiful, no matter what they look like. So much beauty. Absolutely. And that includes the worms, bacteria, viruses, plants, birds, birds poo, all of it is all brilliant. It's all incredible. No separation. Yeah, yeah. It's the omnipresence, omnipotence, omniscience expressing in every pattern.

So it reflects its own magnificence in every pattern. And if you don't see the beauty, just look again. Remember what's behind creating, expressing it, and hopefully you'll see it. And Julia answering Michael, it is an interesting dream right now. Yes, it is. It's, uh... pretty intense, isn't it? No words, thoughts lost their meaning, says Amarna. That's cool. And Billy, Nisargadatta Maharaj said, I am the self, the witness of consciousness and pre-awareness. Hmm. Yeah, they're all pointers. Of course you are prior to the word I am. You are prior to the word being. What prerequisite for the existence. You may even say you're prior to the word existence.

You're prior to the word awareness. All of it are just what appears on that which is beyond words and pointing, really. And Jane gave us a couple of hearts. And Amarnath, no patterns at all. Self itself manifestation, us itself. Hmm. No more comments. No questions. We'll close it. Thank you everyone. Thank you everyone. Great input. Not with it the self this morning. No, you were right. I'm sure if I could hear it, I'm sure it was great. And emptiness with fullness says Amarnath and gratitude from Julia and all the nice messages. Indeed, even the bacteria vomit and the dog poop are beautiful. Can't say that in conversations with the family and friends, Tanya says.

Yes. And thank you, love. I love you all, Julia. It was amazing, Bob says. British Julia. And thank you, says Chetan and Rohan and Michael. And Michael says it was awesome, Bob. So, yeah, all good. Thank you so much. You were very much with it, Bob, says Tanya. Love to all. Radhe Krishna Bayam Namah. You don't speak that language, but thank you. All is well, self. So, that's...
