Good morning self. That is all there is. The concepts onto discriminated it. My self, your self, this self or that self. But it's still only the self. And that's all there is. Because that's what we point to. What they call non-duality. One without a second, not two. So it's the one self that's patterning, shaping, forming, expressing as everything. So I'm not speaking to anybody. I'm not speaking to any mind. I'm speaking to that I am that I am. That sense of presence that expresses through the mind as the thought I am. That's all the self. That's all the self. The one self. I am that self.

Seemingly being divided by words, concepts, ideas, images. And to take on the idea that there is other than that. Non-duality there is no other. There's only the one. They point that out saying without a second. Because the second must be other than one. And then it would be as it appears to be. A dualistic manifestation. When the one's there, it implies that there are many that could be there. Not even the one. It's only that. And that's the great mantra. I am that. Each and every one of us have taken ourselves to be the I am that. Not the that. They say the I am.

We put the concept or the word on ourselves and think it's separate. Believe there is a separate entity. An individual. We look around and see what appears to be many, many different things. So-called good things, bad things, pleasant things, painful things. What's a thing? Well, you're a thing. I'm a thing. Discriminated and seen. The appearance is taken to be real. The belief of the great, what they call the great mantra, I am that. We take it to be the pattern, shape and form. What does that word I represent? Doesn't it represent the figure one? One when you write it? We don't see it as the one essence.

We see it as the person. We see it as the person. We see it as the person. I. Now the label for that is me. Me. The believed in person. Persona. The mask. The conceptual image. Because if you ever look at these images, they're all conceptual. All concepts. What's a concept? It's a mental construct. A sound. A vibration. It vibrates into different pattern, shapes and forms. But what's the vibration made up of? What's the pattern, shape made up of? And you find when you look into it and break it down, put it under a microscope, it will be broken down into emptiness, space. We call it space.

We call it emptiness. Concepts. Words we put upon it. But it's one thing. One essence. It's the many. What needs to be re-cognised, and I say re-cognised because it's already cognised. Another word for cognising is knowing. Or re-cognising is recognising or re-knowing it. Re-seeing it as something. So it's a cognising emptiness. Emptiness is a cognising of something. You can say that space, have a look at space. I look out the window and I see trees, electric light lines and poles, clouds, a dimming blue sky. Has anything, any of that contaminated the emptiness, the space? Space is no thing. Things that appear in space, something, where do they come from?

Emptiness. Emptiness is something that seems to come from nothing. They seemingly come from no thing. See that's not the reality. There is some things appearing in that no thing and the no thing is empty. So it's vibrating patterns of emptiness that seemingly form into patterns and shapes. But it's still only the no thing. Now that no thing, a vacuum or a void, it's suffused with an innate intelligence, a vibration, what we call intelligence, that's enabling it to take those patterns, shapes and forms for them to appear. And they seemingly appear in this body which is another vibration, pattern, shape and form. And the body, what seemingly appears in it is a thing called mind.

And the mind forms patterns, shapes, images. What is this mind? Can you find anything solid or substantial with any shape or any form, with any beginning or any end that you can call mind? Like the space, you can't do any of that with the space. But things appear in it. So this mind which is similar to the space, things appear in it. Things that appear are really no thing appearing as something. So it's never changed its true nature. That's all there is. It encompasses and takes in all the manifestations, all the patterns, shapes and forms. There is not a thing that you can postulate or think of that is not something that you can think of that could be outside of space.

What would it be in? You'd have to think up some other pattern, shape and form for it to be in. But what can contain space? What is there that contains space? You can't imagine anything. You can imagine other worlds and stars and other satellites and all sorts of things. What would they be in? Could they be out of the cognising emptiness? So what we are doing, because we're doing this, we're doing this because we're doing this because we've taken on this idea we are the person, the separate entity, and we are not satisfied with that. Because there's so much fear, anguish, depression, guilt, shame, remorse in it.

And now and again there are little tastes of seeing through it when everything becomes that one essence. We're not satisfied with it. So we search to become something other that we think is something else. Or be it. Call that, put it all over, call it God or the Supreme or the higher power or the great reality. Different words, different concepts. It all comes about through concepts or words, concepts which are thought. Words, sound, sound, vibration, a movement of energy. Now there's energy happening, but I can't grasp it. But I can't grasp energy. I can see the results of it. The trees are vibrating, a pattern of energy.

The water, the space, all these elements are vibrations of energy. So I'm a pattern of that vibrating energy. So are you. So is everything else. But because it has, it's a fuse with the innate intelligence or knowingness, it's not. And we've learnt words or labels to put on it, put labels on I am a person, I am an individual, I am separate. And those words, the seeming pattern of a body, what's a fuse with this intelligence can utilise words and has the sensations and feelings and sights and sounds and sounds. And it's seemingly real. And seemingly we'll have taken ourselves to be separate from it.

Taking ourselves to be a separate entity, an individual. Separated ourselves from what is inseparable and not undivided and total. What happens when we separate from it? We find we're not as great as we think we are because we can't control any of the manifestations that's going on. Does what it's doing, the necessary, or even necessary, the natural functioning spontaneously like earth rolling around the sun, seasons coming and going and that, tides coming in and that, can you control the tide? There were some great sage years and years ago, I forget who it was now, tried to stop the tide. The red sea. Legend. Some legendary figure was it?

It was Moses. Moses. Oh, tried to pass, open the water, divide the water. Yeah. Yeah, but somebody decided that was some other Greek patriarch or sage or whoever was, sat on the shore trying to stop the tide. They've all tried it out before, they've really looked into it. We don't. Or we haven't. And so, we've tried it out. We've tried it out. You're not going to do it. We've tried it out. We've tried it out manually. With that idea that we are the separate entity, we find we're wanting a lot of things because we can't do what the absolute intelligents can. And so, we feel insecure and vulnerable and separate from it.

It brings up fear, anxiety, stress, guilt, shame, remorse, all these sensations or feelings which stir up this physical pattern. The energy surging through us. surging through it. It stirs it up and so the thoughts, the feelings and the emotions have now gone into the seeming physical, taken on this physical state. Innocent Bob has become unhappy, has become fearful, become anxious or angry, doesn't like it and thinks he needs this and wants that and must have, and so it goes on and that psychological suffering is there seemingly real, causing all sorts of fears. Fortunately, brother, in the pauses, you were removed to recognise this is not good enough though it doesn't say that initially, and it's got to look a bit further And in this manifestation and how it's seemingly pattern shaped and formed, there have been seemingly patterns that have looked into it and they have had the capacity of passing it on by word and in the development of it all, in the moving on of it all, it's learnt words, it's learnt to write, write books and things like that, or given experiments, experiences.

Some patterns have seen, taken them right back into the natural essence that they are and have been able to express that and point it out. And it's been seen and recognised. It knows. It knows. They're not happy in it. They've gone to listen to them or read about them and some of them have seen it, what they're seeing. And so it's gone on over the years. And more and more people are starting to resonate with it. And there's been more and more scripts and textures, texts and Bibles and things written about it. And more people have written. Some are right on the ball, some have had their own take of it and put more concepts onto it that are not seen in its natural purity but have still been useful to a certain extent.

And so it goes on. And the people that do look into it can't help if they're investigating but recognise it sooner or later. And here what has been pointed out or read, tested it out and seen for themselves that what we've taken on as the person, the separate entity is all false. And on investigation, the false can't stand up to that investigation. Because the false is not the truth. The false is continually changing. It's not the fact. But in recognising that false is false, you must be left with the truth. You must be left with the fact. And that, I'm saying you, and this is that, I'm using those terms, but in the recognition of the fact, the recognition that you are that and that is all there is, that is where the freedom is.

The peace, the joy, the knowing of the oneness and the recognising that I am already that. That's the truth. That. That's which I've heard about and read about and innately know because when I look out there, I see everything. Every so-called thing is that first before it's seemingly put in the concepts that separate it. And that's what needs to happen to separate it. We need to put these concepts on it. Because what's a tree if you don't separate it? Don't put the label on it. What are you without the label? What am I without the label? What's the flower? What's the space without a label?

It's all that. And these words we've learnt need it to be, before they can be seemingly separated. Instead of seeing it's the one, that or the absolute, we put the words on it that discriminate it. No discriminating thoughts arise. The old mind ceases to be. The old mind is what we've taken to believe over the years and we've added it to the seeming selves. When you're not discriminating it, what words are there? It needs words to discriminate it. The word can be useful, but it's self-destructive. It has its uses, like everything else, but it's self-destructive. And that is where the peace is. That is where the love is.

That is where the joy is. And the peace, the love, the joy and everything else is that which we've translated into words and labels that are discriminated and seemingly separated. Instead of being the one essence. It's now in the essence. It's now in the essence. So we have seemingly these separate things which are discriminated and we fixate on one thing over the other because we think this is a better concept or a better idea or a better image. Not seeing that the good is the image we want and the bad is the same that-ness at the other end of the scale. And we've separated the two and divided it up.

and not I. This and not that. But still this is that, that is this. Still one and the same thing. So we need to come back. You mightn't see that, you mightn't recognise, but that's what I found here. It needed to be re-cognised because it was pointed out in the scriptures that it is a cognising emptiness. It is this emptiness which has no shape, no form, like the so-called space, has no centre, no circumference, no inside, no outside, no higher, no lower, no thing. And the only thing that's dividing it is words. And the words are not real. If you take the word water, drink it if you can.

And that's the body's made up of water. Take the earth out of the body. Take the fire, the body temperature. Take elements out of it. Break it down into no thing. Because all those elements will be broken down into no thing. Subatomic particles into no thing. So it's never changed its true nature. What's sitting here, which at the seeming moment is a mouthpiece for these words, ideas, concepts to come through, is no thing. No thing whatsoever. It's appearance. And what it's speaking to, you and the other, might take it that you are something. That's what we're trying to point out. See that you are no thing.

To take it as something, you're seemingly different from other things. And there's a division. But if you are no thing, you are the absolute. There is no difference. You are the cognising emptiness. It's emptiness that's doing the cognising. And the Buddha said that emptiness is form. It's that cognising emptiness which is forming it. And the forms are nothing other than the emptiness. Pointing out again, in the reality, nothing's ever happened. Nothing has changed. But the constant appearance has changed. The vibration, the movement, the tremor, the subtle shaking or whatever you like to call it. It's vibrating into different patterns. Like on the oceans. When the ocean moves, the sea vibrates.

And the ocean moves. And the ocean moves. And the ocean moves. And the ocean moves. And the ocean moves. And the ocean moves. And the ocean vibrates. Waves will come upon it. Ripples. Spray. Foam. All things are common. But are they ever anything other than the ocean? And is the ocean anything other than water? It's got no colour of it at all. And is water anything other than oxygen, hydrogen, gases? And those gases, nothing but elements. And that's the question. But are those elements or whatever broken down into no thing? Seemingly real? And if it didn't break into these so-called human forms, who would be there to know anything?

How could it? And if it didn't have these so-called organs in it, like the brain, the nerves and everything like that, would it be able to discriminate anything? Would it be able to investigate and look into any of those things? to those things by some of the wonderful inventions and one of the recognitions and things that things that patterns is doing the life that's being lived so who are you going to give thanks to some imaginary higher power up there or Big Daddy in the sky put another label a few different levels with life see it's all what we call life and does that know death life is changing it's constantly changing constantly manifest it manifesting in the different patterns shapes and forms but it's still only the one essence it has no beginning has no end has no shape has no and no concepts right is all these things appear in it they call it space like oh and the willingness like space or in the Gita it'll tell you the fire can't burn it the wind can't dry it the water can't drown it and do any of those things why I can't do any of those things because all those things are contained in it made up of it and through it seemingly and then you can't do anything about it and then you can't do anything about it and then you can't do anything about it I can't contain it it contains all of those things and all those things are only appearances patterns in it they are nothing other than that now when you take the narrow or small or my neat conceptual image you put upon yourself I am bothered the Australian and I'm unhappy I'm fearful take that all off and leave yourself as that and leave that and let what's be that all off but what's the point of what's inside and what's not that which is doing the pattern the shape and form let it do what it's doing let us vibrate into the different pattern shapes and forms know the truth of what it's doing and then I'm going to be concerned with the so-called fear if it comes up the so-called anguish or the anger or the unhappiness or the guilt or the shame when I know for certain that It is that constant change.

And there is no such thing as time, so it's not going to last. It's not going to hang around forever. It's not going to beat me up when I'm living in the concept of time. I think it's going to. It's going to be spontaneous. Spontaneous. The beginningless, endless, timeless, spaceless. Seemingly momentary, but not even that. But it hasn't changed its true nature. And you haven't ever been or ever will be anything other than that. So that particular pattern, it's not up to that to do anything at all. But in the hearing or the recognising or the resonation, what's been going on in the conceptualising, in the livingness, has made you look a little bit further and you'll see that it will take you where you've got to go if you leave it happen.

Just don't stop at believing there's a higher power. Investigate and see. Take it to its end. Realising that the false can't stand up to investigation. And when it's investigated and you see the false is false and you're left with the fact, then the knowing and the realisation of the truth will be there. And that's what you need. That's what you need. That's what you're looking for. Realisation of the self. The one self. Liberation and freedom. Peace and joy of living as that self. We've got Kat here with us again today. And that's all I'm saying for the moment. And whether something else comes up later on or not, I don't know.

And whether this is understood or liked or not, it doesn't matter as far as this is concerned. It's just... It's just as it is. It hasn't affected the essence that it's coming through. So away you go. Get into it. Some of you I know have understood it and know it. They can... You can tell us how it is for you. It might resonate with somebody else. And some of you hearing it for the first time or only heard it for a couple of times might have a question to ask. Because in the investigation of it, you've seen something that's brought up another question. But there it is.

It's there to be... This meeting is there to be utilized. Make use of it. Hi, everyone. We don't have that many questions, but we have the words of gratitude from Julia saying, I'm giving thanks to the life essence that I am, which somehow moved my dialing finger to call this beautiful man. But they were really sweet, welcoming messages. I don't know if I'm going to remember them. But there was one from Jane. When you were talking about the one, the oneself, and just stressing that one, Jane would say, good morning, everyone, the big one. And then I think Tanya answered, good morning, lovely one. And then Sally added, what was that?

Something, yeah, a lot of really sweet. I think I took a screenshot. Sweet little variations on that. But were played. I was even, oh, this is gorgeous. Good morning, dear ones. Yes, so... There's one speaking to itself. I was even contemplating for a moment of interrupting you and putting it in the relevant place, but I never want to cut the spiel short. If you lose the train of thought, we can end up just... That's how it is. Yes, so the little comments about... One, and now we have... Can you please, Primali, can you please explain time and space more? Time and space? Yes. Well, basically, they're concepts.

Look at time. Time expresses its past, future, you know. Mm-hm. Or now and then. Yes. But is there a past? Mm-hm. Past implies yesterday. Or something that's gone. Mm-hm. And can that... Can you live in the past? Nope. Can you recall it? I can. You can recall it. But what... Is it the reality that you're recalling? That's the now. Oh. The only reality it's got is when you're giving it. Yeah. There's a many, you see. Mm-hm. And you can't recall it. You can't say there's a past. You can't live in the past. If it was something real... Mm-hm. When it was living in some way, that's when you were living in that presence, that immediacy.

Mm-hm. But now it's gone. It's gone forever unless you recall it. Mm-hm. That needs to be remembered or recalled. Now, when's it being remembered or recalled? It can only be remembered right now. As I say, it's not the past as a concept of time, past, present and future. Mm-hm. Mm-hm. Mm-hm. Mm-hm. Mm-hm. Mm-hm. Mm-hm. Mm-hm. Mm-hm. Mm-hm. Mm-hm. We think we're going into the future. But is there such a thing as there is a future? Well, what's future? I can imagine what's going to happen when I stop this meeting, anticipate what might happen. But that's not what is going on. That'll be going on right now.

Mm-hm. Just the same as recalling the past will be going on right now. Mm-hm. So there's no past or no future unless it's real. Mm-hm. Mm-hm. recalled or anticipated or imagined. And the now is presence, what they call omnipresence, total presence. What's past and future, what else, what was the other part of the question? Yes it was time and space and you can talk to Primali directly. Yeah. Just watch the camera. Space? And where's it all taking place? Can you postulate or think of or imagine anything that could be outside of space? Now what is space? Space as we know it is empty. It hasn't got any shape or form.

Can you cut it? Can you encapsulate it? Anything with it at all? No. Hmm. Isn't it the very first thing you see? The closest thing to your eyeballs when you open your eyes? What is the closest thing to your eyeballs? It's that emptiness, space. We can try and put, discriminate it, put labels on it and things around it, but it must be contained in space. Now can you fly to the end of space? Can you grasp a centre to space? Hmm. You can't. So it hasn't got a, any substance. You know? Get a handful of space. You can't. It is no thing really, no substantial thing with any pattern, shape or form.

And its empty, but in that emptiness, in it is infused with a knowing, a pure intelligence, provement and body thinking. Wow. intelligence, intelligence which forms patterns, pattern shapes and forms everything. And it must be the, I've got to say, thing to express it, it's not able at all, the pattern shape and form. But it's no thing which is seemingly has a vibration or a movement. But when does that vibration begin? You've got to say it's beginning right now, so it's spontaneous, like everything else. And how long does now last? It doesn't, it's spontaneous. So can the idea of space being a vibration like that, it's got no beginning, no end, no time, no space.

It's all somewhat of a movement, spontaneous, a vibration, a tremor. Do you understand? They put shakti on it, energy. And they say that shakti vibrates and the world appears. And they call it Shiva, the static aspect. And they call it the dance of Shiva, even though it's his partner, his mate does the dancing, because it all appears to shakti or in the shakti, the shakti vibrates and the shakti vibrates. And that's what, that's the thing, that's the thing that's the thing. The objective vibrates in different appearances. I don't know. That's beautiful. I'll just add one more aspect because I find it really fascinating the aspect of how the space and time come into existence.

You obviously close your eyes and the sense of space disappears. You stop thinking and the sense of time disappears. So you could say because the senses are the faculties of the mind, the mind is interpreting the sensory signals, the world is projected. The best way to actually see it is to remember any dream you ever had at night when you were sleeping. Even a daydream, even a dream that you were actually fantasizing about sitting on Copacabana beach, whatever. You see how within that space of mind, which you can't even say there is a space of mind, but there is some sort of a capacity for the imagination or in the dream, capacity to create the time space.

In the dream there is a space. Bob has this beautiful description like you are in your dream and you see the mountains and you see the people, you are in the city or you are in a village or you are outside or you are at home and there are other participants in the dream there. So there is obviously an environment and a space in the dream. But does it really exist? It has been projected. It is a dream. It all happens. There is no space without time. There is no time without space. It is all faculty of the mind. And you say it exists, but does it?

So you can't say it exists and you can't say it doesn't exist. It neither is nor is not. Just like the reflection in a mirror. You can't say it is there or it is not or the reflection in water. Is the reflection in the water? Is it? Well it is. It appears to be in the water. It appears to be in the water. Is it on the water? No, it appears to be on the water. Yes, neither in the water nor on the water but it definitely appears to be there. Yeah, it appears to be there. Like the reflection in the mirror. You can't say it is in the mirror.

You can't say it is on the mirror. It appears to be. Go and try and grab it. So this manifestation is all the same. And it is a great question to actually really contemplate on that time-space phenomenon. So thank you for the question. It's indivisible. It can't be divided. But that's our problem. We take ourselves which is or is not you know, we take ourselves to be real and that's separation. And we fall into a world to live in, to exist in. Because we are not if there was any reality to it you'd exist outside of the space of the emptiness, wouldn't you? Try it.

Yes, this is a great contemplation, a great exercise and great entertainment for the mind to arrive at the final conclusion that the answer can't be found in the conceptualising in the conceptual thinking. There is no conceptual answer to life and everything, to space-time. Because those are assumptions, concepts and the whole idea of the time-space lives only in that created, constructed, believed into conceptualised world. That's what it says in the Nying-Tzing Ming that phrase you use in it there are no conclusions. No beginning, no end. And I think we have Brett drinking clear cool water from your stream of consciousness. Many blessings, Bob. What a beautiful saying.

Clear, cool water from your stream of consciousness. And you are that plain blue water, isn't it? Absolutely, yes. And then Daniel added to the all ones welcoming message of the dear ones, lovely ones, every ones, he says many ones. One in many. Many is the one. The same one in many shapes. Same one, absolutely. Only one. And now we have Richard. Good morning to you both. Bob, this space-like quality might well have no limits but the experience, however, is very centred and feels like an aware circle. About 18 inches in diameter. You keep taking the medicine. Yeah. Yeah, the feels feels like an aware circle.

It does. The thoughts, you know, beginning and end. And the bodily sensations. Trapped in that. Yeah, they all everything needs a vehicle for the experiencing. Experiencing is everywhere but you have this electromagnetic waves everywhere but you've got to put the radio or the TV to actually encode it. So then you have this device which is encoding that random vibrations into the sensations, feelings, thoughts, emotions. How amazing. Now Sally, dear Bob, can you talk more about hate and love? They're both concepts. Thoughts or words. Yeah. And that's how the mind vibrates. Good, bad, pleasant, painful. Love and hate. Well love is the unicity with it. Making all the oneness.

Can't be anything else but love or compassion or joy. But when it vibrates into the opposite become the opposite it can't get any worse than hate. They're the boundaries you put on. The words. Now the words are not the real. They're not the thing. The words not the thing. As I point out with the word water and the word not the word. Hate. What's hate? A concept you've got it's become the feeling, sensation, wouldn't you say that? And then sensation has become the emotion. The energy of belief goes into it. And what's it do? It stirs up the body, anger, blood pressure goes higher, all sorts of things.

And it's really like a head feeling, isn't it? And it comes up the idea of revenge and all of it. But what about the other one when it's love? You know? It sort of goes down to the heart then. Instead of the head it goes into the heart when there's a natural knowingness and joyousness of well-being of the loving seeing in the so-called other. Something that brings about the love. The joyousness that happens. The hate comes about they've got something we think they've got that I haven't got or something they've said that's hurt this conceptual image. But if you love someone aren't you going to be happy for whatever they do?

Wherever they go. And they're going to assist in every way you can. Naturally and spontaneously. So it's just like everything else. There's the pairs of opposites expressing. The more emotion we can put into it or feeling, you know? But to see that they say everything is love. God is love. If God is love, love must be God. I am love, you must be love. Everything must be that love. And that's what Nisargadatta says. There is only love. Even though it's seemingly divided, it's not a one-ended stick. It's still the same stick. Now that love expressing in an opposite way. Something where it's not attached to, not fixated on and going in.

So it vibrates into the opposite like everything else but it's still only and ever the one. See it as that. Recognise it as that. And then try to express the hate into them and you lose interest. I can't be bothered. Let them be as it is because it will change of itself. And that's what happens. All sorts of people have different feelings and expressions about this pattern. Good on them. Let them enjoy it. Yeah. I want to highlight that one thing that you say to Sally and everyone. Let's see how it vibrates. How it interchanges. Because seeing the love and the hate. If you think of a partner or if you think of yourself or your parent and you really kind of see the bigger picture.

You are the space. You are the screen. Or you are the scene for the whole world. And when you start changing patterns you will see how love changes into hate. Like you have this beautiful little saying I love her, I love her but she has done this to me, the bitch! And same with towards one's self because when you believe that you are a self you sometimes like yourself, sometimes you love yourself, opposites they always up and down black and white pleasant painful and they all appear in the consciousness that you are and that hinsing ming again puts it beautifully in the first few lines the great way is not difficult for those who have no preferences when love and hate are both absent not one and the stick the other when they're both absent everything becomes clear and undisguised yes but make the smallest distinction however and heaven and earth is an infinitely apart so it's that distinction and discrimination the problem when love and hate are both absent when there's neither one or the other what must it be it must be just as it is absolute perfect no separation then is that love unconditional the loving to be that is left that is beautiful beyond the pain pleasure love hate in the in the human relation which are considered to be opposites i have a screenshot julia just sent and thank you for for that julia please keep doing it because that way we won't miss any comments they were comments that were showing up and i didn't actually see or read them so it was the answer that primali gave to your space time elaboration you got it you can't say it is there or not thanks so much yes so true no conclusion yeah yes so thank you julia for that please if i omit anything assist and by the way i'll just remind that tomorrow and about an hour and a half earlier bob has another zoom meeting particularly for julia's countrymen in america who couldn't join us in the middle of the night for the regular weekly meetings weekdays meetings so i'm not going to be there but julia and bob will be hosting a meeting a zoom meeting the link is on website on bob's website www.silo.com get the zoom meeting going again yes and i also put another thing just now five minutes ago uh five minutes before the meeting on the website you can check it out if you want uh i published a link to the meeting and i'm going to put it in the description box for the next week or so just so i can get one off and see it when i'm done so uh you know um it's it's very uh and i've published the kindle version of a book that i was writing for a while with bob and thank you everyone for encouraging me to keep doing it because in this way the book finally got formatted and edited and it is out there available it's quite cheap the paperback is going to probably take another day but it will because it's in the review it's going to be available soon i'll put the link as well so if you want to check it out what's the title Sailor Bob.

Yes, good point. You can easily find it by googling Sailor Bob because the title is actually the acronym. Every letter of S-A-L-I-L-O-R, Bob, is the bag full of pointers. Just like when you look at Bob and his spiel, you've got bags of pointers. So you have S and a whole bag of pointers hanging onto the letter S, which are sky, like awareness, space, stillness, silence, suffering. There's over 200 of them. So it is intended to just sit somewhere on the shelf or by the toilet and just open and read half a page and you'll get the reminder. If you want. So back to the meeting.

Sally on hate and love. Now Tanya, so much resonation with the whole spiel. I can see all of what you are pointing to is true, as true as words can be. Words do indeed arise in us, one essence. Words are always true. There is after the fact. There is still interest in words and rewards still appear. No one is creating the words. Words and sensations are mistaken to be me, the conceptual image. Without the labels, there is no me. Beautiful. I am noticing a doubting thought that I already am that and a doubting thought that the me has clearly. been seen to be false, although me is only a word or conceptual image.

Without the words, all questions disappear, and all is clear. Can you please speak on this? Thank you. I would say thank you. You spoke on this beautifully. You want to add something to it, darling? That was beautiful. Very good. Yeah. The interesting words and the attraction to words and stories. Isn't it great? Even now, they're just words and stories. You put on the movie and you watch it with interest. It's for pleasure, for fun. It is the fun and pleasure of being alive and experiencing. There's nothing wrong with that. Suffering only starts when the identification flows and when things become personal. So the attraction to words and the narrative, the story, they're fun.

They're entertaining. Yeah. But it's beautiful, you said, that even though there's still interest in words and words still appear, words and sensations are mistaken to be me. Well, even that is being recognized. What are the words? Yeah. They're expressions of that energy anyway. Yeah. They can be useful, very useful, but self-destructive also. It all depends on when we discriminate, put a meaning into them. And how quickly, when you've mistaken yourself for the words or expression or the feeling I or something happening to me, how quickly is that seen true? That's that flashing in and out from the... Yeah. ...the energy of belief fueling the thought and the recognition.

There wouldn't be any recognition. Like cats don't experience any recognition because they don't identify with the selfing thoughts because they simply don't have this neural network in their brain to actually imagine or hallucinate the self. Recognition is not possible. And that's what they say in the Bible, in the beginning was the word. And begin something without the word. What can I say to you without the word? What can you say to me without the word? The word was with God, the word was God. There was God coming out of your mouth if you'd like to believe in God. All things were made by him, by the word.

Men cannot live by bread alone, but by every word coming out of the... Yeah. ...the mouth of God. Yeah. ...the word of God. Yeah. It's like a food for the spirit. Yes. So I'm not sure if we can precise it a little bit more than we can maybe add to it a little more, Tanya, because otherwise you said it beautifully. And Primalis has got it. You can't say it is there or not there. Oh yeah, this is the screenshot that Julia sent. And Patricia, Patricia, our Patricia from Argentina, she says, how beautiful just to hear your voice. And Julia, I will post it on Bob's Facebook page.

And she says, yay, congratulations that I published that Kindle version. And Jane, 9.30 tomorrow Melbourne time. Yes. Link to the Zoom meeting is everywhere. It's on website, it's on Facebook group, it's on... Yeah. It is easy. Just click on. And Jane also says, well, don't cut. Thank you. And congratulations. Oh, thank you so much. I'll... I won't read all the... And Julia's quoting you. Try and begin something without the words. I love it. One of our Carolines sent a nice little icon of a... Of owl, owl, the bird. And Aldo says, since in Ming, all is void, clear and self-illuminating with no need to exert the mind.

Here, thinking, feeling, knowledge and imagination are of no value. Can you elaborate, please, Bob? Yeah. Can you elaborate on that? Yeah. Huh? Here, thinking, feeling, knowledge and imaginations are of no value. They are not. Oh. All is void, clear and self-illuminating. Yeah. All clear. Mm. Yeah, that's the space beyond the mind. Mm. Stop talking. No thoughts corrupting the mind. What's there? Clarity. It's clear. And to see that this clarity is always there, even if it's... Yeah. ...in the mind. Mm. Yeah. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Yeah. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. MMM. Mm. And the idea is clear.

resolute. Yeah. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Yeah, I'd like to be relevant. Not just rumble. I'll repeat what you already said. Must be someone there that can say something. Can you speak, that's Sally, can you speak about an old favourite, the narrative self, please? Narrative self. The old favourite, the me thought, the ego, the I. Well, is there an ego? Is there an I? Their words, their thoughts. But the narrative self, the fact that the commentary is often going on in the head and is telling you all sorts of things, is telling you that you're not good enough or that you should be doing more or you're wasting your potential or these people shouldn't be treating you this way or the government shouldn't be like the way it is and, you know, all that yapping sound in the head.

It's not even a sound. Who's it happening to? That's what we need. We need to do. Investigate it. Who's it happening to? Who is this narrative self or this me? Have a look for the me. What's me? Me is a thought. What does it mean? It means just the same as the I thought. It's a different way of putting I. What's I? I is a sense of presence. Translates the sense of presence. Translates the sense of presence. The knowing. that you are. So, it's a concept, a thought, a feeling, a sound, a vibration. There's no such thing. Now, there's no such thing as a separate entity, a person.

What is it? It's all that what are you left with? It's all the one self appearing, patterning, shaping, forming, expressing, as appearing, as everything. So, what are you going to put your belief in? See that the seeming thing, as you call it, the narrative self, has no substance or any independent nature. What are you left with? Which is the absolute, the total, which is not the absolute. Not discriminated at all. When no discriminating thoughts arise, as it says in the Hing Sing there, everything is unclear and undisguised. When you're not discriminating it, just as it is. Discriminated, or even if you do discriminate it, if you know the truth about it, you can't put any belief in anything other than it is.

Can you negate? No. The is-ness. Can you say, I am not? You say it is, but it's not as it appears to be. Unless we put the label. It's it. It is this. It's the label onto it. It's only the one essence. Absolute. I'll just highlight the first thing that you say, because I think that's really relevant and helpful. When he says, who is this happening to? So, when you think of that narrative self, which started when you were learning language, and you rehearse what you're going to say in your head before trying to communicate with the adults experimenting as a little child, that voice gets accustomed.

And over the years, it actually got different hues. You could even distinguish a few different voices. You can have one voice in the head telling you, oh, come on. Come on. Just have that glass of wine, or have that cigarette. And then another voice comes after your head. It's like, oh, here's a cigarette. And then, here's another one. And then, here's a cigarette. And then, here's another one. And then, here's are you stupid idiot you are destroying yourself you know all those voices you can't even say it's a legion it's a lot of different uh it's like you counted but who is hearing them who is aware of them who is who is it happening to those all those voices the pleasant the painful the love hate you know you can even say one moment i like myself another moment i don't and all the voices talking about future scaring you intentionally they want to protect you and defend you and and make sure you're okay but they evolve to the point that to to grab attention they they feed with fear so that's the way that the narrative self get attention it scares you this is gonna happen you're not gonna this is all you know like all intention is to protect and defend but it got so misconstrued and misguided that suddenly it became the worst enemy the inner judge or whatever the other self-help stuff calls it it becomes something that destroys you that debilitates you something that tells you you're not good enough or you work for now you're worth of nothing or you don't deserve but who is hearing it who is happening it who is it happening to are you the consciousness in which it appears you the you the you the cognizing you the awareness of the sound of the voice or you the voice because often what happens over the years we think we are that narrative self when i tell myself i'm not good enough i tell it to myself and i believe myself how many selves is there now there is a self that is telling me so but this is me telling me well if that was just me i wouldn't need to tell myself as obvious why why so it is really a a funny phenomenon uh happening on that little circuits there that hallucinates the self and and and that self happens in time and it happens in the narrative but it does also happen in consciousness it happens in the conscious awareness and you are that field of conscious awareness or cognizing emptiness that is witnessing that narrative.

We want to know the narrative and the story starts and goes on. That hensing means, because in the last verse, words, the way is beyond language. It's beyond the words. There's no yesterday, no tomorrow, and no today. It doesn't just mean no yesterday, tomorrow, or no day. There is nothing at all. It's beyond language. Now you had no language when you were a little child before you learnt words. And you got along alright. But see all these problems have come about because of words. And the word can be, same time, can be very useful. But it's self-destructive also because it's all about words. It vibrates in the opposite way.

When what it's destroying is this conceptual believed in me. That's what suffers. The words, the conceptual image you've got about yourself, is fear, anger, depression, guilt, shame, remorse, unhappiness. So there was a... The words are not real. No. Jane, can you talk about resistance please, Bob? Resistance is conflict. If you're resisting anything, you're fighting with it, you're in conflict with it. So we don't like this, we don't like that, we're resisting it. How can you be out of resistance? Well you can't be resistant. Resistance comes up. And you can't be non-resistant. That comes up. But what happens is, when resistance comes up, you're locked into it.

But what comes up, if you see you're doing that and know, there will be a recognition of that resistance. And it must be recognised from its opposite. So resistance, non-resistance is recognised from... From my... It's the resistance is recognised in... The non-resistance is recognised from that point of view. From space-like awareness. It doesn't resist anything. It's still. It's still. It's gone. It's got nothing to... Not setting up anything to resist from. Like attention is the same thing. You recognise inattention from attention. Or attention from inattention. Yes. You're attending to something. Now, we got another one from Tanya. Interest in words is fun. Words can be entertaining.

You say it beautifully. You say it beautifully when you say the word is not the real. The stories are being seen through. These doubting thoughts appear, but those are just words, stories. Right? I can see I am waiting for the doubting stories not to appear anymore. And then all will be clear. This is another story arising, but maybe you could say something. So this can be investigated. Yeah, well, who would be resisting and waiting for... Who would be waiting for them to come up again? Full stop. Yeah. But that's beautiful. Just don't go there. Leave it as it is. And the thought comes up. But there's no me waiting for it to happen.

Also, the resistance is... Sometimes is the aspect because when you are subtly, unconsciously waiting for the doubting thoughts to stop, it means... It means the doubting thoughts arising are no good. There is a subtle resistance. Instead of actually having fun with them. Oh, another one. Oh, welcome. Oh, that's fun. Doubting thought. Oh, how else is that going to be doubted? You know, like really be light about it. Like children who don't have narrative yet. They just learn words and they explore. They're looking around. Oh, what else we going to find? What else is going to arise? Now, what other doubting thought is going to come up in the mind?

Ha ha, good one. Fun. Yes. See how this seeming entity called thoughts or mind is trying to survive. Hanging by the skin of its teeth for its dear life. That's the story, of course. And the doubting thought or rather is it any more real than the other? Yeah, yeah. Any thought. Doubting thoughts, supporting thoughts. Thought I don't like it, I do like it. They're all just the same. Neither good or bad, but thinking makes it so. And waiting for them to end because you're lucky. You just wait for one type of thoughts to end. The people who actually wait for complete silence forever and ever, I think they'll have to wait for Alzheimer's or dementia.

Ha ha. Because the nature of this device here is to fire electrical signals over the neurons and that creates images, thoughts and sounds and stuff. And that's its function. It's like waiting for the saliva to stop producing or waiting for the digestive enzymes to stop. Why? Let the body do its thing as it does. And you are the consciousness, curious and explorative like a child if you have to be as something. Because really, just down at the bottom of the pure space-like awareness, you really are completely indifferent, just loving to be, just enjoying being. But the human experience, of course, is part of it. But being aware, having it fully, feeling the feelings and engaging with whatever's happening in life, seeing the body engaged and at the same time being conscious about it.

That's where the fun starts. And Julia, you are leaving us speechless as usual, Bob. It's often difficult to hold onto a thought. When I think about it, I think about you. And I listen to you. Good. And Amarnath, yes? Let the thoughts be free. Yes. Don't hang onto them. Yes. They're free, they'll move on. No thought fixed in the head. They move on, fresh and new thoughts will come, which might clarify that thought which was seemingly blocking it. Now we have Amarnath. Neurotic self is non-self, non-self. It's not a self. It's a self. It's a self. It's a self. It's a self. It's a self.

It's a self. It's a self. It's a self. It's a self. It's a self. It's a self. It's a self. It's a self. It's a self. It's non-self, absence created presence, Bob. Neurotic self is non-self, absence created presence. And it says, Bob, discrimination without discriminator is truth. Richard, but what if you are not good enough? And resultantly, you're not good enough? Yes. What if you obtain this method Leah and say, this myself and your self and every individual in this world and we will become duty for god CEO will never amount to anything? Beautiful. And that's true. I remember Bob saying it to Dave. You are nothing and you will never amount to anything.

That's true. That's exactly right. He was nothing. Love you Richard. He is so funny. Always having something like who you are. I'm enough attention of non-attention. It's non-attention. is fun and Tanya the thoughts voice narrative changes but the consciousness doesn't change you can't be that which changes beautiful yeah you can't be that with changes because how would you even know it changes you have to be free from the change to actually be aware of the change beautiful and now Amarnath observation without observer Sakshi and Sally thanks so much Bob and Kat yes when Bob said who are those voices happening to that stopped me in my tracks and Jane says thanks Bob Amarnath resistance is fixing the stinker which is only thought coming him for help or what do you think but always release fear or, you know house at least start.

clouds or Ups and just three this or who are at ease always you are beyond resistance and these. that's a nice sentence I would try to guess where. The punctuation is because I can't understand it resistance is fixing the things care which is only thought clouds or Ups and just least got stars as soon as any niceties just trace the source you're reading clear he said that he's now my own he said based on instinct yeah and his CVs are going to be light but there are many things at ease always you are beyond resistance maybe yeah yes hard without punctuation but this is possible thank you we are that's Byron we are resisting the resistance the mind finding with the mind yeah I'm enough you are not there creating phantom I beautiful the message mind I think with the mind you want to come in the mind fighting with the mind yeah that's what appears to be happening but show me a mind is there such a thing as mine just so it's okay Just thoughts.

Energy, just energy coming up, vibrating up into different patterns. Just like water boiling, it bubbles everywhere. And creating that brilliant illusion that there is someone who has an opinion and then another thought who has the opposite and the thoughts arguing. Thoughts are not arguing. The thought doesn't have any cognitive capacity to argue with another thought. It's just churning, churning, churning, churning of the commentary. That's all. It's the consciousness dancing and shaping forms and patterns. Even to say that I thought is believed and it wants to live, that's also just another thought. Because thought doesn't really... I mean you could see the thoughts as a living creature because nothing is dead.

It's all life, it's all movement, it's all energy. Yeah. And as a living creature you may even see the thought as something that also wants to survive and has the instinct and wants to replicate itself. So just like a religion or politics or science, which is also a thought that wants to replicate itself. If you're not with me, you're against me. If you don't believe in what I believe, I don't want to know you. That's the way thoughts are ensuring its continuity. Like a virus. I mean that's a real virus. The little flu or the big flu or whatever it is, is nothing comparing to what the virus of thought does to the civilisations and societies and individuals.

John Wheeler put it in his song. You can see the thoughts, feelings passing by. They are only clouds, but you're the empty sky. What's wrong with right now, unless you think about it? And then he heard it from the old sailor, Bobbing along. We have that song also if you go to Bob's website. We have the whole section called Tribute Songs and they are really beautiful. Four songs I think. Tanya, wow, thank you. Yes, there can be lightness and a childlike curiosity and wonder about the words. Who is resisting the doubting thought? No one. Who resisting is just another thought arising. Laughing out loud. Being speechless is what is arising now.

No need to wait for any thoughts to stop. Just see them for what they are. Thank you so much for this beautiful meeting. Thank you, Tanya. You always put it so precisely. That's pretty amazing, isn't it? Just nice, precise recap of the whole thing. Yeah. And is it the thank you meeting? Thank you message? So I guess, I guess, I guess, that will be it for today. Yeah. Thank you everyone. Yeah, thank you everyone. Everyone. Everyone. No one. Dear one. Loved one. Let that living love that's fashion shapes and forms everyone, radiate, express and flow out to every corner of the seeming universe. You are that.
