Good morning everyone. Here we are again and again and again and again. Same old, same old. What we point to is the only, the one, the one essence in which all the seeming things happen. They call it awareness. You can't describe awareness, but you can't negate it. And that is the important thing. That awareness is here, right here, right now, ever fresh, ever new, ever spontaneous. And I can't say, I am unaware. Can you? That's it. That's the thing that needs, the so-called thing that needs to be recognised again and again and again. The ease of being. The spontaneous presence of awareness. The bodiless, mindless, timeless, spaceless.
Beyond any when, where, why or how. And all those questions come up in the so-called mind. Can anyone show me a thing called mind? And they, why do they say, you'll never find the answer in the mind? Simple enough, isn't it? I found the answer to many things in the so-called mind. At the end, to this presence, awareness or life or enlightened state, if you believe in any of those things. They're all mind stuff. It's all in the mind. And they say, you've got to get, find the silence, the stillness, the emptiness. And what do we do when we try to find the answer in the mind when they say that you'll never find the answer?
Because, have a look at this mind, the thing we call mind. Is it ever still? Is it ever silent? Isn't it continuing to come up with more and more thoughts, ideas and images? And there are periods when it's seen through, it's not there. You've had taste of it all throughout different periods of this so-called life. When everything's fallen into place. There's been the stillness and the silence there. When you go to sleep at night before you, you start to dream. There's no mind stuff going on. There's not much turmoil going on either, is there? In deep sleep. And the answer is peace is when the mind is not.
And they put the label on it, the peace that passes all understanding. I'm raving on here about mind. But I've realised or recognised there is no such thing as mind. Apart from thoughts, feelings, emotions, memories, ideas, images. All these things make up what we call the mind. But what are they? Every one of those, as I mentioned, is a vibrating pattern of energy. Vibrates, throbs or pulsates into the word, into the label. And we've taken it to be the real. And we've taken it to be the real. And we've taken a whole lot to be a thing called mind. And then we claim it. My mind.
Who is it that has this mind? And when you look for it, you can't find. Who is this I that has the mind? What is I? Isn't I a word? I? A sound? A vibration? A sound? A movement of energy? It's like a musical instrument string on a musical instrument. Twang it. Pluck it or rub something over it. What does it do? It forms a vibration. A sound. And we translate that sound into a musical note. And we can get some amazing music out of it. And we can get some amazing music out of it. Musical compositions. Plucking those strings. Hitting the pianos or whatever.
All sounds. All vibrations. And you see, those sounds don't happen of themselves. And you see, those sounds don't happen of themselves. It seemingly needs to be an instrument of some sort that hits them It seemingly needs to be an instrument of some sort that hits them this so-called human body that plays all these instruments, speaks, all these words come through. Is that the absolute? No. It's just another pattern, shape and form. Now again, to see that there is something, pattern, shapes and forms that are playing these things, and we take it to believe that these human forms are doing the job, they are the instruments which are being used to play them.
How solid and substantial are those instruments? How solid and substantial is this body which we take? This is I, or me, and the belief has gone into it, that the body and the mind are the actuality. But we've recognised and know that they're not the absolute because we wouldn't be seeking enlightenment if they were. We don't realise they are through the instruments through which that life or intelligence energy or whatever you like to call it, or the awareness expresses through, that has pattern, shape and form in the innate intelligence that's suffusing it. Now, we think it's all separate and different in terms of... Get out there in space and try and cut out a bit of space in which intelligence in that space is patterning, shaping and forming all.
Try and cut a bit of the intelligence out of it. Separate it if you can. You realise you can't separate it. It is all in one essence. But it appears. It appears. And you can see around there's myriads of different pattern, shapes and forms. Myriads of them. Minions. And a lot of them we don't even see. They're that minute. But you feel the effect of this so-called virus that's going around. Other things, the mosquito bite or the scratch of a... walking through the scrub and get a scratch from a branch or something like that. You feel all these things. They happen on this pattern we call the body.
And we put the labels on them. And they can all seem to... All these things seem to be going on. All in that activity of knowing. Anybody who is not knowing right now. And we say often, I don't know. But there must be a knowing to say I don't know. So the I that doesn't know is not the reality, is it? But we've taken it to be the reality. When we learnt the word I and me, we take that to be... I mean that's what we focused into since then. I have to become this or I have to do that. I have to do that.
It's happening to me or I. And we've taken it to be a separate entity, a person, an individual. And believing it has some substance and independent nature. But have a look at that, what we call word or thought or sound or vibration I. What does it represent? I am. The I am-ness is the sense of presence. The energy running through it is the am-ness. But the I is nothing. But we put a label on it. And believe it is the body-mind. The body with this mind in it. The separate entity. The individual. We get it some shape and form that now appears to be real.
Seemingly so. And that I, you can't do much with that sound or word or vibration I. So what happens to it? We add on it other sounds or words. I am. I am this. I am Bob. I'm Australian. I'm a good fella. All other words, concepts and labels we'll add. And form that I, which is just a vibration sound. With all these words, concepts, ideas added onto it. Has now become a seeming object. A seeming solid and substantial pattern. Which without question we've taken to be real. But we need to look at that. And to make that. And being real. And being the shape and form and the conceptual image we got about it.
It's either good, it's bad, it's pleasant, it's painful. Happy, sad, loving, hating. Strong, weak. Ugly or beautiful. All these concepts are added onto it. And they all vibrate and seemingly so. What happens to it all? It seemingly lasts a bit longer. Than a lot of the other thoughts for me. Feelings and emotions. This seeming body that is patterning through. But in the scheme of things. How long do these bodies last? In the so called millions of years. That's been happening. The body doesn't last very long at all. We take it to be substantial. Just like the pattern, shape and form it's in. Seems to be solid and real and substantial.
But put it again out in this universe. Out in this cosmos. And it's less than a grain of sand. The way we see a grain of sand. It's mountains. It's hills. It's wherever. It's been worn down. Over the years. Like that. The size of that. Let's recognise that it's all changing. It's all transient. That's what transient is. It's change. Even this body. We think it's substantial. I'm in it. I'm not relative. I think I am the body. Not in it. I think I am that body. And I look back and know that I am changing. The concept doesn't change. But what it's referring to is constantly changing.
And it doesn't realise that. Thinks it's the same concepts I had yesterday. This is the same body. This is the same body. This is the same me. But it's not. When you look back on it how it was a year or so ago. If you go to the concept of time. You'll see it's changing. This pattern. We've put into the scheme of things. It's been around for 93 years now. What does it know of that? When it puts it into the mind. And tries to look back on it. It seems a long time. But if it's not in that mind. The thing called mind. If it's a fresh and new.
Present. Aware. Concept or idea. What is it? Just a spontaneous movement. Throb. Pulsation. Trying to become enlightened to get somewhere. Have a look at time. See this concept of time. When does it begin? And when you break that down. You see it's beginning right now. And it's also ending right now. It's got no duration to it. And it seems to have duration. When you wake and sleep. And it seems to go by. When you relate it to concepts. Words. Ideas. Images. But it's not something that's being new. That's being pointed out here. It's been pointed out down through the so called ages or years. Which we point out.
It's been all spontaneous. And it's been recognised. And the ones that recognise it and point it out. It's been able to be passed on and recognised. By others. And that's what's happening here right now. The recognising is going on. And it mightn't be expressed here in the greatest of words or ideas or scientific things or all the rest of it. But it's being recognised and spoken. Spoken in its directness. And its immediacy. And its absoluteness. That is all there is. And you, I and everybody and everything that's appearing in it. Is all only that. Just this. Nothing else. And so. I must be that. And what's the that?
Well again what they tell us. Everything is that. That's the great mantra. The great mantra. The absolute I am that. What's the that they're referring to? It's the one essence. Because you look around and you see that everything. Out there in here and everywhere. Whatever you look. Is all that. That's the leaf on the tree. That's the tree. That's the space in the room. That's the hair on your head. That's the teeth. That's your body. That's the mind. That's the sky. That's the space. That's the stars. That's. That's the cat. That's the cat. That's the cat. That's the life itself is that. So why would they tell you that?
Why would they put that mantra out there and say that's it? Well what they've recognised. That is all there is. That is all. That is everything. So that must be the isness. That is all there is. That is the isness. There is nothing other than that. Who or what is trying to find that? And we do. We search for that. As Ramana says. We search for that. What is it? What's I am? And you say look for the I am-ness. Who am I? Yeah. Who am I? Well I is the thought that God knows. And it's that. How many times do you have to say, repeat and hear?
But that is all there is. And I am that. Or that is what I am. See how conditioned we are into these words, concepts and ideas. And where did we learn these words? We learnt them from our parents who were conditioned into them. And they never investigated them because not everybody has investigated this and looked into it. And that's why there's only so-called seeming few that have passed it on. What is that? That is what is. What is? Is and the is when you're asking what is. That is. And if I am that, I am that is-ness. And is-ness is not was-ness and not will be or not might be.
It is exactly as it is right now. What's and all. Whether it's got some fearful concepts hanging around or hateful ones. Or painful ones. Or unhealthy ones. Sickness ones. It still is. Only. Only. Break that word only. Take the L-Y of it and put the E back on. One. Only. That. The great way, as they say in the scriptures, is not difficult. It's not difficult. For those who have no premise. And in the Taoism they'll say the way that can be spoken of is not the way. So the great way, that was not difficult. You can't, it can't be spoken of. They'll try, it's been spoken of here.
But that's not the way. It's a pointer. Points at the wood. And it's only can come about by the direct cognising. Or knowing. And can you negate the concept or the thought I am? You don't have to be a Rhodes Scholar to work that out. I can't say I am not. Because I'm here to say it. If I wasn't here I couldn't say it. But I'm here to say it. So I can say I'm. So it must be. I must be here. Not away from it at all. So if I am. Now just be that I am-ness or is-ness. The sense of presence. Not the person.
Not the individual. Not the body. Not the mind. But the is-ness or the essence of those things. And I say that is a chair. What is the essence of the chair? The wood, the leather and the buttons and everything else is made up of it. That's its essence. And what's the essence of those things? So it all comes back to that. It might seem that how are we going to live? How are we going to do this? And the great fear might come in. Or a lot of crap I can't do without it. But see it's still functioning. I'm saying I can't do it or I can do it.
It's still functioning of itself. The chair is still vibrating into a chair. The tree is still vibrating into a tree. You and I are still vibrating into these body-mind entities. These patterns, shapes and forms. Still appearing to be so. But that's not our true nature. And so because it's not our true nature, we lose sight of that completeness, that absoluteness, that wholeness. We become, seemingly become, when you haven't, but appearing to become, miserable, unhappy human beings. The godliness, though it's still there, still before you, has seemingly gone out the window. Because we've got this term, or word, God, and we've got all sorts of concepts about it and labels on it.
Some of them we don't like and don't want. We don't want to be like that. Let's get the conceptual out of it. Image out of the road, the label. And taste your true nature. Get the taste to what's there when all the conceptualising is going. When you are that being. And you realise that being is being, and it's knowing, and it's loving to be. It doesn't want to be there. It doesn't want to be out. It doesn't want to be happy, miserable. Sure it doesn't. Because it's taken... The belief, erroneous belief has gone into it. And it's being ignored. That's why they call it, we ignore our true nature.
And we do. And focus in the conceptual. See, we've learnt these words, this mind, and taken this mind to be real. And it's been very useful. And quite useful, but it's been self-destructive also. And it's useful, unless we think we're going to find the answer there. We've worked out a lot of things with it. And the things to keep looking into, because we think we'll find the answer there. But has anybody ever found the answer in the mind? You can think, you grasp it with the concept with the mind. It soon comes apart again. It might last for a little while. It only lasts when the mind is not, when there's a spontaneous, clear...
knowingness. Pure beingness. Non-conceptualising. You are that. And that's the mantra that comes into play when, I am that. The thatness. And everything is that. And so there is nothing, no thing that is not that. Even the space in the words, is that space. So you've always and ever been that. And when they call it in some of the scriptures, the play, the dance of Shiva, the play of consciousness, you realise that's so. That's all it is. It's that one essence that's dancing, vibrating in patterns, in all its variety and diversity, good, bad, pleasant, painful, happy, sad, loving, aiding. And the sport of Shiva, the sport of consciousness.
To this pattern it can be seemly, seemly a very hard and hurtful and miserable sport, when you believe it. But is the pattern, shapes and form, is it really hurt? Because the feelings and sensations appear in this pattern, shape and form, the sting is there. But if you break the shape and form down to the no thing, where's the sting going to lodge? Where's the break or the disease or the hurt going to lodge? In the no thing. And they call it no thing, but we take on the wrong term of that. We say nothing. And we put a different light on it. Instead of no thing, when it goes to the nothing, that means it's got no shape, no form, it's zero, it's zilch.
It's got no intelligence, no essence. And they say, different way of looking at it, when you say no thing, means it hasn't got any pattern, any shape, any form, any individuality, any separation. It just stays to what it naturally is. Is. Everything is that. But as that, as that is-ness, who's going to enjoy anything? Who is going to see the pattern, shapes and forms? What's the point of them forming? And people ask, what's the purpose of life? And the purpose of it, all the purpose is a pattern, a shape and form where it can express itself, its oneness, without changing its oneness or appearance. It's always and ever being the absolute.
And nothing, from that point of view, no thing can ever be hurt, never be broken, or never be touched in any way, shape or form, because it's no thing. It has no shape and form. And when they say it's the peace that passes all understanding, well, in that no thing, the silence, the stillness, if the labelling is going on, the clarity, we call that peace. Stillness. But the very thing that's saying it, or putting it up, is that which causes it to divide. The individual is seemingly divided. But know the truth, as they say. That's the call. Know the truth. The way of that knowing, knowing it as it is.
The one essence, the truth. And the truth will set you free. What would they mean by that? What would you be free from? You're free from this belief of being a concept, a separate entity, a person, an individual that suffers. You're absolutely back to your true nature. Or, another label they put on that, they can put different labels on the same thing. The no thing is the great perfection, or the absolute. You can't add anything to the absolute. You can't take anything away from it. You can't add anything to the perfect. You can't take anything away from the perfect. So it's absolute. Perfect. And they give it to you in one sentence in Buddhism.
They call it the great perfection is... Wait for it. Wait for it. It's non-conceptual awareness. Got it? It's yours. Don't lose sight of it. Non-conceptual awareness. It gives you the clue where to look and what to do. Stop the conceptual idea. You can't but see a concept as a concept. Don't bother to carry on with it. Let it be. And every concept will fade away and disappear. And others will come up. Don't grasp onto them, fixate on them. And when I say don't, it's a saying, but nobody can do it. Nobody can do it. Nobody can't do it. But let it go. Let it be.
Or whatever way they put it. Don't latch on. Undo. And it happens after a while. And what you are is seen or known. The seeing and knowing that it is just this and nothing else. And the I or the me that I believe myself is only and already and ever that. And only and ever has and will be that. And that is what they call re-cognition. Realisation. Liberation. Freedom. Krishnamurti wrote a book, I think it was, it was called Freedom from the Known. It was not in the known. It's in the knowing. What's ever fresh. What's known is past. It's dead. It's something that's dead.
But the knowing cannot be negated. Just like the thinking. Freedom from the thoughts. Not the thoughts will go on. But the thinking. The thinking will be there. And the thinking. Have a look for the thinker. If you think you are thinking. Have a look. And see if you can find a thinker. A subject. A thinker is a subject. See if you can find a subject. If you can't find a thinker. And think then the thoughts are the objects. The thinking is the actuality. In which subject, object are contained. So it's all there. There's simplicity. It's evident. Obvious and evident. And you are that. That'll do.
Got any questions? Hi everyone. I got couple of nice comments. That you are looking very cozy in your vest. Tanya said. Then we have couple of welcoming messages. Isness is not wasness. Matthew says and laughs. Yes. And then Spiel is always brand new and fresh. Tanya says. And a lot of people saying hi. Jane says morning. The I am that I am. Love itself. Beautiful. And Dan says love you guys. And greeting one and all from Richard. And we have. That was few more welcoming messages. And thank you for all of them. And Tanya says. So any fearful concepts are just words. Stories or beliefs.
Without the labels. There is just beingness. Isness that. You are the consciousness that the words. Stories and beliefs are appearing in. You are not the word I or me. The feelings and sensations can come up. But again if they are not labeled. As fear and sensation. They are not going to damage you at all. You know they will come and go. They are part of living. Just like day and night. Winter and summer. East and west. You know. Now Jane says. Love you so much Bob. Your talks. Heat the heart. And resonate fully here. And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am.
And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am. And I am. Yes. And the words resonate fully here. Is. Jane. Oh Hi Jane, here. Beautiful. And Tanya says. Same here. Resonating so much. This all is already known. Yes. Exactly. And we continue to realize that the. The. That. The. The. Resonation is already there. Yeah. Know it for what it is. talk today thank you Bob love you John hi John good to hear from you yeah so that's it we don't have questions you've done too good of a job you want to highlight some of the points that you were mentioning because maybe I'll just make an announcement Bob has agreed to do extra zoom meeting which will be for American time zones for the details you can go to Bob's website www.silo.bobadamson.com there will be Julia hosting the meeting she put up all the times for all the American time zones I think it's four times she calculated it so it will be easy and I won't be present I'll set it up for Bob and go for a walk or a drive or something so if anyone would like to have more Bob and less of me you're welcome and we'll see how it goes if there will be a participation Bob might continue if not we'll just this is just an experiment so an hour before then we started today link to the zoom is on Bob's website and welcome everyone you want to carry on answer some of the questions there's no question well put elaborate on some of the things have been said yes I elaborate the meeting will be hosted by our American Julia who was actually trying to set that meetings for over a year and there was never any interest for it so hopefully setting it up and and making it happen will let her look after her nation which is very nice some of the things were enough on that hmm enough on that what I say yes you say Bob looking great Bob thank you thank you very much thank you very much great, Aldo says.
You're looking great. Hi, Aldo. Glad to see you're still going strong. And Tanya is hoping to attend that Zoom tomorrow also. Yes, absolutely. That's important to add. It's for New Zealanders and Aussies and anyone. We are not our location, so it's not just for Americans. It's just because Julia was worried about the Americans who would not get up in the middle of the night to join our usual Zoom meetings. That's why she insisted on trying and setting up this additional talk, which we'll see how it goes. But absolutely, everyone's welcome, not just people from her, not her countrymen. She's half Aussie anyway now. Yes, and Julia says, it won't be the same without you, Kat, but I am grateful that Bob is sharing himself.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thanks for sharing yourself for a chat with Americans. I always wanted to attend the Zoom meeting but couldn't stay up until 2.30am. Thank you for doing this, Bob. I hope it won't be the same as with me, Julia. There are people who actually like to have Bob without me and they will be totally, totally welcome and their wishes will be granted. And big squishy hug from Caroling. Is that Carolyn? Yeah, she's been here. Hi Carolyn.
Haven't heard from you. Now we can just highlight then a little bit of what you were saying. The spiel started slightly differently. It started from the ideas of the sounds being constituting the beautiful orchestra, beautiful music and the sounds constituting words. So it is actually a great pointer to breaking down whatever is happening to the elements. You know, like if the sound constitutes the orchestra or constitutes the language, the communication, and see what happens when the communication happens, the thought happens, and suddenly the presence, the beingness is overlooked because the communication, the thought is so enticing. Let's say the thought, oh, I'm not good enough.
Oh, my God. My country, or my children, or my business is in danger. That thought has quite a capacity to steal the show, to take the attention away. But what it really is, is just a bundle of vibrations constituting the words, which we've learned to recognize and give meanings. And suddenly the overlay of the imagination has been imposed on the reality of here now. Because here now, my children or my business are not threatened, and I am not threatened. I am not good or bad. Here now, it is just the is-ness. But it was a nice little spin added to the spiel. I'm kind of trying to get you to engage again.
Go on, keep going. Yes, so I'm just appreciating that little spin of breaking everything down to the vibrations again. Because it's not just sounds that could be broken down to the vibrations, but also images. Also what we recognize as any appearance in the seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling, is all constituted of different vibrations showing up to different organs. For the eyes, it will be images, which are basically just a play of light, the reflection of light. And for the balance, it will be sort of a movement. The eyes and the balance, the whole content of space, is just a bundle of the orchestra, the symphony, absolutely phenomenal, of different vibrations constituting of sounds, lights, and movements, and what else?
Taste, smells, all of it. Seeing the world as the dance of vibrations, Bob was saying later on, the sport of Shiva. Or I know it as the lila, which is a divine game. Divine play. So it is just the way the Shakti dances. Suddenly we see the bundle of vibrations creating a wonderful dance, which may be very tearful, very sad, or very scary, but it is still a beautiful display. Big hug from Joe to both of us. Thank you, Judith. Who is it? Joe. Joe, hi. Yes. Now, we are going to talk about the music. Now, we have got a request. Can you talk on the intelligence, energy, being body-less?
Well, just have a look at the manifestation, the way it is functioning. Isn't it forming the patterns, which is all mire? Is, you know, what do I call it? No thingness, just as it is. It is all mire. It is a wondrous intricacy of a tree, a flower, a bird, a microbe, you, this body and that body. Doesn't it imply it is suffused with a wondrous, amazing intelligence? Yes. Now, what is that intelligence? Is it some big daddy out there, some amazing body that is doing it all? Or is it just something that is suffusing every, all of this manifestation? Space. It is appearing in space.
Yes. Vibrating and dancing. Like, you go out in the back blocks out there, where it is a bit desert-y, you know, and all the rest of it, and look in the distance and the, and the warmth shimmering on the earth seems as though it is, something is rising. Or you can do it on the highway, look at the sun shining, shimmering on the bitumen, seemingly rising in forms of what appears to be water. So the whole manifestation is like that, it is appearing, amazing display. And it goes, because it is such a wondrous intelligence, it can go further than just a mere mirage and things like that.
The planet stars and everything else vibrating a bit, and the intricate patterns that are in each and every one of these so-called human forms. All happening spontaneously, naturally and evidently. There is no one out there pulling the strings. It is every particle of it, which is no thing. It is no thing whatsoever. It appears to be something. And it appears, and that sun shining on the bitumen appears to be dancing on it, doesn't it? Yes. And it appears. So intelligence, energy, actually when it dances, it assumes all sorts of different bodies. The bodies of the stars, the bodies of the planets, the bodies of the trees and flowers and diamonds and rocks and cats.
The way they form is intelligence, amazing intelligence. And the form itself or pattern is energy. Yes. It is a vibration. Absolutely. So you can say that the body, it assumes, is that very sound that is coming out of my mouth too. Is the sunshine, is the orchestra, is the thought, is the very, very subtle or very, very solid. In the dream they are all appearing differently. So that's the body the intelligence assumes, but it is, you know, it doesn't really, it is a potentiality. See how it changes those bodies. One could say it reincarnates, but it's not reincarnating. As Julia pointed one time, but incarnating fresh and new ever again.
The word that I spoke two minutes ago is dead, but the fresh and new one is coming. So that intelligence energy is embodying everything constantly. It's just flashing, dancing, just popping and disappearing. It's a magnificent display. So of itself, it doesn't have the body, but if it doesn't have the body, it doesn't have an expression. It doesn't have it. To express it needs a body. And nature. To experience too. And the space needs something to express in. That's right, yeah. Yeah, so expressing and experiencing. For the expression and experience it dreams itself. And the silence needs a sound. Yes. Mmm. Mmm. Yeah. And the body needs a mind.
Mmm. So the pairs of opposites, though they're seemingly duality, they're not. Yeah. Two ends of the one stick. Mmm. Two of the signs stick a pair in every H-Y. So it is both and neither, bodiless and body-full. Yeah. It is, as a potential is bodiless, as the realization, actualization of the potential, it is any and every form, any and every energy, vibration. And Joe says, big I-O, I've seen this one, big bear hug from both of us, and no questions, no answers required anymore. That's from Bob and Luvia. Bob Seale? Yeah. Hi Bob, I haven't seen you for a long time. Hope you're okay. Oh, he definitely is.
He's got no questions and no answers required. Beautiful. Wonderful. Yeah, terrific. Thank you for showing up anyway and sending love to Bob. Mmm. And welcome home. That's wonderful. He's been home for a while. I know. He's always pressing you and always now. Yeah. And Aldo says, famous Chinese curse, may you live in interesting times. That is a curse. Yeah. Living in time. And Richard, do you have any suggestions, Bob? Any suggestions? You want to suggest anything? I've been suggesting stuff for the last 40 years. Yeah, relax and resonate. That's the suggestion. Because there's no doer to do anything. He can tell you to do something, but the one who would be the doer is the resonating energy which kind of creates the moment.
As they say in the dog's hen, let it rest in its uncontrived singularity. It's a singularity. It's only the one. Yeah. Relax. No one to relax in it, but just say, okay. Yeah, recognize yourself. Recognize that part of your true nature which is already and always relaxed because it is the space itself. There's no use trying to relax because you can't, but just drop into it. Yeah. Bob, for enhancing the experience of being aware of being aware, that's what Richard meant. The suggestions for enhancing the experience of, being aware of being aware. If it's absolute, who can enhance anything? It's all and the only and ever.
Yeah. Absolute. What can you do about this? Just drop into it. Don't move away from it in any way, shape or form. Yeah. See it as it is. Yeah, it's the so-called love. It's the so-called last desire of the mature seekers to not have any other desires, but the one desire of being aware of being aware. Yeah. And that desire is the reflection of the love of being in the mind. And are you unaware? Mm-hmm. Anybody unaware right now? Well, you don't have to be aware. You are. The awareness. The awareness. John David, well said, Kat. Thank you for all the love you share. Let your light continue to shine.
Thank you, John. You're good. Michael, morning beautiful people, would love to hear you both talk about this morning, the past we bring into this moment. The future can really, can reality of this moment totally change? Like skipping into a different timeline where past and future have no relationship or relevance to that other timeline. Ha, I bet the answer is who wants to know. What time is there? Is there anything apart or separate from this presence awareness? I actually, I actually sense the subtle aspect of what Michael is asking about. I don't know if I get it right. But this is something that the Course in Miracles calls a miracle.
That sudden shift, when sudden realization bring you to the reinterpreting the whole contents of the story or dropping of the story altogether. And you could actually experience that as a disappearance of universe and finding yourself in completely new reality. So yes, this one, this sort of a shift you could find in the popular books, called Transurfing. That's a sort of an idea that there are different timelines and you can travel between them. Why not? I mean the intelligence energy is the pure field of potentiality. Whichever potential is going to be actualized depends on the whole universe, not just your thinking. So you can't actually choose to travel just as a singular body-mind.
But as the whole totality, you can see how it is already happening. In any moment, when the sudden shift like Oh! Oh gosh, I got it all wrong! And then suddenly the world of getting it all wrong becomes ridiculous and you find yourself in a world in which your interpretation and understanding of what's going on is different even in the story. Like, you know, I thought someone was, let's say, evil but that someone wasn't. And I suddenly see, oh my gosh, there was something completely different happening than I was imagining. But there is another way of shifting also where the story drops altogether. And suddenly there is time gone and that is that kiss of eternity or that beautiful insight when when, yes, there is a totally different universe.
That's what I'm saying. You can elaborate on those things and point them in. I love you. He always tells me to talk more and elaborate on things. And now, John David Wells says, Oh, yes, John David is saying crazy autocorrect. It was supposed to be, let your light continue to shine. Thank you. Now I got it twice. Thank you. And Jane replying to Michael and says, snap. Snap or maybe stop it. Or maybe it was a comment on the who wants to know. And Caroline says, which we? I love that too. That's right. There is no we. It's just the various points in consciousness. The whole one consciousness gives itself different points.
So you can see the world underneath the ocean, through the eyes of a deep water, deep diving fish. It's the same consciousness. And it can see the world through the eye of a bird. So collectively we can see that, but it's not the same consciousness. I call those points in consciousness we, but it is really one. I absolutely love this talk, John David says. Thank you. Thank you for being with us. And Caroline asking Michael which we. Oh, yeah, that is an even better point. Yes. Who wants to know which we? Can we do it? Can I do it? Would it be done? Is it happening?
Yes. Always recognition. If you say yes, you recognise moments when it already happened. If it says no, it's not possible, that door closed. There's nothing impossible in the appearance. You can even walk on water and have supernatural powers. If you say yes to it, you'll find the evidence. That's the dream. That in dream there is nothing impossible. But yeah, it is a good question. And a good point. carly don't you yawn i'm kidding you can do whatever you're not doing it and tanya wow thank you bob and kat all really is that empty and full amazing how the words can be taken to be the reality isn't it amazing because that's the miracle of having this multiverse like one thought and suddenly you have the universe within the universe and and it's just so rich and juicy and so fractal like you focus on that thought and more and more and more is being created by that life essence which expresses through the attention of the mind as the mind in the mind question and answer are notions false creation whole scene of time play person cause are absent says amana amana that was a comment unawareness ignorance mind is absent is quoting you and another john hello from canberra so refreshing to jump into cyler bob's lounge room resting into my peace beautiful or the peace john says that's yeah even better from my peace to the peace beautiful good to highlight awesome michael says thanks and john is that little satori event they pass is that little a satori event they pass yeah they pass Ja I realized that's what a satori is supposed to be doesn't realize alert na infinite tanks cat and michael for this it is only by comparison with the past that you know that you are out of it otherwise you are just and you're out of it otherwise you are just and you're outのは you know that you are out of it.
Otherwise, you are just yourself. That's a quote from Nisargadatta. And Amanath, the we is we, nothing yet everything. Nice one. And JB, much love to you guys, Bob, Kat and everyone. And Dito. Yes. Thank you. Another Julia, love you and this community. And Dito. And Jane, right back at you. WA Julia. Yes. Amanath, there is only love, no lover or beloved. Beautiful. Love communicating the pointers, says Jane. And John David, could Bob share the icon in the fire, the iron in the fire analogy? Yes. Iron in the fire. Well, get a piece of iron, takes on the heat of the fire, pick it up. The redness.
The redness of the fire, pick it up, it will burn like fire. So it's like our minds. It's taken on all those things from the intelligence energy. Then it takes the people, I am the fire. But it can't do any of those things. Without the fire. Yes. So if you're not in tune with that life force or that essence, you're not going to breathe, heartbeat or do anything. Yeah, it's a beautiful analogy. Yeah, it shows how, you know, you put the iron bar into the fire and it really takes all of the qualities of the fire. And it says, I am the fire itself. I'm hot.
I'm red. I can burn. This is me. I. I have this quality. And it's saying the little, little me that we imagine that lives somewhere inside. It says, I can choose. I can change the world. I can save myself. I can wake up. Because it's got the qualities of life essence. It is alive. Same analogy I use with the, what is it? The golden lake. Use it every. The blue sea? No. No, it'll come up. It will come up. Okay. We'll try to get. Mind, fire. Mind blank says Carolyn. Lucky you. Carolyn says, mind, fine, blank. Lucky you. And I've got, ah, that's the message from Dean, but that's not.
Oh yeah, what I was trying to think of before. That, it's the same with the analogy of life, you know. Mm-hmm. Take the life out of the body. And you'll get a corpse. Got a corpse. Yes, that's right. But, ah. But when the life is in the body, it is dancing and talking and, and doing everything. And the body can't do, yeah. Mm. Body can't see, hear, do anything at all without the life. That's, yeah. So life's like the fire. Mm. And the body is like the iron. Or the fuel in the fire, yeah. Mm. Yeah, it is. It is the same. It's the same analogy.
Mm. It is, it is nicely connected, yes. It's the one I've been using a lot lately rather than the iron and the fire. That's true, yes. You always say that, ah, without that life essence, you have all the organs. You have the voice box, you have lungs, you have heart. But without it, even though they still, the eyes, they still kind of operational organs, they can't work. They, heart doesn't beat, the lungs don't feel in and out, and the eyes can't see. And they break down. Mm. Mm. Yeah, it is, it is the same. Yeah, we always talk about one and the same thing in thousand ways.
Yeah. In hundreds ways. That's right. Always the same. It's nothing, it's just one. It's not even one. We are talking about something that is less even than one. You can't say it is. Yeah. You can't say it isn't. But it appears to be. Yes. And it expresses and experiences itself through infinity of forms. And that's, that's your point. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And it's direct and immediate. It's not down, down some pathway or problem, or searching for it this way or that way. Mm. Kind of trying to find it. Direct. Yes. Right here, right now. Anyone who's not present, not aware. Got it. And this is not to discard, because I remember we had a Skype call once with a, you know, a woman.
a friend who said that a lifetime of seeking took her away from a possibility of being a mother or pursuing her career as a musician or because she had those questions and she was on the path and she was trying to trying everything trying to eradicate or sedate that that suffering through various rigorous practices and it took her 40 years before she found bob and before this all dropped off and she would look back and say you know wasted life but at the same time upon realization she understands that there is nothing wasted in years of seeking because without it that's how life played out without it you probably wouldn't be where you are i mean that's how it happens that's how it played out it bob sometimes says he heard nissar gadata right from the first time they met first time the same thing he heard from others for long years but they didn't really ring the bell and then suddenly sargadatta said you know the body of the mind and it just struck home but it took him 16 years to get there to get there 16 years of rigorous practices so can we say the practices didn't take didn't help oh you can't say they didn't say anything who did them yes that's how life danced and i think that's the thing that's so important to me is that sometimes the build up of a lot of suffering and a lot of frustration makes that realization even more prominent it's just like hunger creates more pleasure in eating and the so-called egos seemingly so strong we think we know it all and so it has to take a battering before it's recognized there's no thing there and we also know people who actually stopped seeking a long time ago like mark and they're still sitting and meditating because that's who they are that's that's that's the love of being that's how it expresses just the same as there are people who stopped seeking and they still play the guitar and not to achieve anything not to gain anything but just because that's who they are there may be a story in narrative oh i want to be famous but they don't believe it because you know the bird doesn't sing for particular reason we project the reason we say it is for this or that but uh they do what they do because that's how they how the universe has shaped them and formed them and padma says hello and love hi padma thank you and tanya there was a noticing or how of how to make things seem serious and urgent when in actuality nothing is happening and all is okay that is a brilliant noticing yes look up watch out for that seriousness because that's how through that energetic emotional charge of seriousness or danger or urgency that's how we fall pray that's how we become slaves to thoughts and again who is the we that's how the consciousness tangles itself and the whole survival instinct that's hijacked by by those ideas and the basic screen gets forgotten and obscured it's a good thing to watch out for is the feedback mechanism of the body will always tell you the uneasiness you know bob talks about uneasiness being or leading to a disease and the absence of relaxation is that feedback mechanism that will that will let you know that hey look what something something's there to be noticed something's there that obscures that natural state and caroline and the corpse can't do anything love that only the awareness yeah yeah it's a good analogy yeah bob has quite a few of them yeah we have good ones and not that others don't have them of course i just uh put out that on the little group that analogy that bob uses about the santa claus and our friend danielle from holland copied that to her instagram and few people said no this is muji muji says that it's just so obvious those pointers probably muji and 100 others or thousand others i never heard him say that but i only heard the song that julian said i just heard it on the radio and i just There's nothing that's never been said before.
Nothing that has never been said before. Every word that's ever been written. Yeah, so it's nothing. You don't really have to give credit to the messenger. The message is what matters. Who said it before Bob, or after Bob, or who said it parallelly to Bob, or who is saying it right now? Was there someone there before to say it? Is there a Bob now to say it? That's right. Although 30, 40 years ago, I'm pretty sure a lot of people who speak today were listening to you, and got inspired by the message, not the messenger. Maybe. And Amarnath says, Thanks to John David, all analogies are for the mind, imagination, and thinker, and thought are redness of iron due to self or awareness.
Body is iron animated by awareness fire. I am body, red is notion, or mirage water. Mukti sending hearts. And Caroline, love that too. That's how life danced. Lucky there is no time. So, can't waste it. Beautiful point. Yes, absolutely. And the past is created right at this moment. You know, I can create, I can't. That's how life expresses. The whole past of my journey, my journey, this costume's journey, and where is it when I stop thinking about it? It's gone back to the potentiality. It's non-existent. And if I will ask Michael, who is actually a hypnotherapist, to put some different memories into my mind, then perhaps that costume will have a different story.
So the past is created. It comes up together with, in this moment, as a content of this moment, the same way it does in the dream. I was actually dreaming about going to Poland, which is kind of weird. I haven't been there for many years, and I'm not looking forward to going there, because I'm not leaving you alone here. And the borders are closed. But in that dream, there was a past. There was a past years that I used to live there. There were people that I knew from the past. And they don't exist. When I woke up, they disappeared. So the past in the dream came with the dream.
I was visiting places that probably had to have been built, if that's a grammatical form that could be accepted. But they weren't. They just come like this, with the dream. That's how the whole appearance is always an ever fresh and ever present. And it doesn't have time. Time is only a concept of the story. Concept, content of the story. Time is mind. Jane, same happened here when I heard Bob. Beautiful. And John, perhaps we've all been trying to find our way home from about four or five years old. Hmm. Yeah. Yeah, that's a nice way to look at it too. Yes, since the incompleteness sets in and solidifies.
Of course, all the search, all the search is for finding home, for relaxing, finding happiness, for finding true nature. Being at peace, at rest. And some of the search, if there is a conditioning of belief, or that's how the life dances, is the search for audience. Let's say the actor or singer needs the audience, because somehow, if how many people will see me, then I will feel valued, I will feel all right. Some others will search for money, because maybe if they have millions, they will feel secure. But the motivation underlying any search, any search is, as you say, is a search for that home, for natural, for, ah, I've arrived, I'm all right, it's okay.
Hmm. Although you need to hear the word for someone you know what they mean, for it to penetrate the listener. Probably should be who knows. You need to hear the word for someone who knows what they mean, for it to penetrate the listener. Hmm. I'd say so, yeah. The energetic component of the word. Sometimes, we had the guy here who used to come from Japan. First few times, he did not speak a word in English. But for some reason, he was actually put in rest. And he was really coming into life and more and more vibrant just by listening to that transmitting frequency. Later on, he did learn the words.
He actually read the book translated to Japanese, one of Bob's books translated to Japanese. So he knew the concepts. But yeah, that knowing what they mean, knowing what they want to transmit, that energy of the certainty underlying the words. And again, everyone is a different instrument. There may be the same message transmitted, and it probably is, by anyone ever. Even by people who do not know the truth, they still innately know some of it. But not everyone will resonate. I know people who love magpies and hate crows. The voice of Bob could be a magpie and voice of myself could be a crow. And even though the message may be the same, they will only resonate.
They will only resonate with one, not the other. And that's perfect. That's just a reason to be grateful for so many ways that message is being transmitted so everyone can find the frequency that will touch their heart. And not everyone has to tune to the same music or the same pointer. That's why also hundreds ways or thousand ways of talking about one and the same thing, and it's enough if you resonate with one pointer. You don't have to hear them all. And Chris, Hey Bob and Kat, love you guys and this community. Thank you, Chris. Oh, you will be able to join tomorrow for a Zoom call Julia will be hosting.
Chris is from America. And John, enter stage left. Bob, quote unquote. Enter stage left. Bob, quote unquote. Amarna, Whatever is there, we all, false I, multiplicity, are prey to lion, self-body, and tigress. Cut. Fully consumed by both of you. Infinite love and gratitude to you. And Dito, thank you, Amarna. And I will see you tomorrow. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. See you tomorrow, Rohan. Hi, Bob and Kat. Even after having glimpsed that the thing called I is not really there, there is sometimes a sort of feeling of suffering on some account, although this thing is gone. It is certainly nothing like it used to be. Is this just the old habit pattern of belief?
You just bitterly say, just a bit of residuals remain of course. Years and years you reinforce the habit pattern, drops off straight away. But you know the truth about it, if you don't recognise it straight away it does come up you know. For a start off it'll be weaker if it's been recognised a few times and it won't last longer. And as I say, the more it's recognised and seen through the quicker it'll disappear. There is another part of that question. Is this just old habit pattern of belief? There is a feeling that this should somehow weaken to nothing. Yeah. But perhaps it doesn't need to.
No it doesn't. If the habit's there it's got to you know and you don't persist in it, well it's going to get less and less. If you keep persisting in it, even for a while now again it's still going to be atrocious. Also the human experience will never be completely excluded. Like in the face of danger or loss or whatever the threat or drama or pleasure, there will be a response from the body-mind and it can't be completely excluded. Like you are the space, you are the consciousness. Are you ever going to get rid of Santa Claus? That's right. Yeah it will still appear to be.
And what I've noticed actually that sometimes there would be a situation where there is a response of irritability or anger in my body or in his body, but there is something really interesting and new about that response. No one wants to get rid of it. Like there is no resistance to the response, whatever the response is. There is a curiosity about that response. So there is like... coming the energy like this coming and right at the same time instead of oh I don't want to be there, instead of that there is wow that's interesting and there is a space around that. So even though the response is there, even though something that I would habitually call negative or undesired emotion or uncomfortable feeling is there.
Oh I hit my knee yesterday, that was uncomfortable too. But there is no resistance to it. There is no need to get rid of it. There is just a curiosity about it. So as you say Rohan, the stink is gone, but everything shows out. Yeah, get back to the stick again. The one and... there's no one in the stick at least two ends. Yes. And the other one's going to be there. Which you might, you know, you don't want to... might want to use the thin one. It might snap, you know. Yeah. It seems seeing it all the same thing without dividing it. It's the division, the sense of separation.
Yeah. It's the problem. And also how long is that going to hang out? Like hang around when you see, you know, you step on the dog's tail and the dog will bark and maybe even bite you. But after a while it forgets about the pain and walk its tail again. And we humans, we are conditioned the way that if something happens, the narrative will hold it for a bit longer. And you may focus into that narrative because it is so charged and it's so strong that it will keep engaged, will keep you engaged. But how much longer, how quickly it drops away and the reality takes place, it shines forth.
That's... it may or may not dissolve to nothing. From my observation, of 45 years of Bob's clarity he's still capable of having human responses and thank God for that so I hope the responses both pleasurable and undesirable or whatever will still be there so he will still have the human love for people and the human irritability for whatever you know, being dropsy or something that's, yeah, let it be not a robot but thank you for bringing it up, Rohan it is a common doubt that comes up in different forms sometimes, well, I've seen through it why is the narrative still there? shouldn't it be quiet?
that's one way it appears, the thought appears and another way it appears is like yeah, you know, I knew it so why am I so angry? or why am I so restless? well, I am not, the body is but, or maybe I didn't actually see it or shouldn't I be in a state of ananda bliss all the time? many, many different ways we hear the same sort of a doubting thought coming up but it also comes up on that consciousness yeah, you've got a vested interest in it and the story isn't coming up yet yeah and also the subtle aspect saying that hmm, will that get better in future?
because as it is right now there is a subtle judgment well, it's not that great it says who and comparing to what? but again, if you're looking for it to get better in the future there's no future against it I know, I know, that's just a subtle way that doubt takes place not in your case, Rohan in your case, Rohan in your case is quite clear and it's quite clean also, but I hear the same doubt in various dresses dressed in various words the same sort of an energy showing up in the different costumes Michael, I wish you a merry eas richness and a happy, no-fear yeah, I posted it once for the Christmas wishes, I think like this instead of Merry Christmas Merry isness instead of Happy New Year happy no fear beautiful beautiful Amana message is the messenger the message ing consists the messenger and the message Dale hello all loving this morning meeting Bob and Kat thank you Dale thank you now to you love that Michael Jane says may the longtime Sun shine upon you there is no you only Sun beautiful I love that blessing song also beautiful tune from says John and Chris yes I plan on joining for the zoom call tomorrow you great Amana there is only you self guru Bob and Kat there is no there was no me at all me non-existence false I me was surrendered without surrender beautiful and Julia it seems to me that if there is a holding on to a story for longer days and years I will be able to tell you that I am not alone I am not alone I am not alone I am not alone with the content of the message and no big deal though even if somebody will read it in the basic doğru 2015 in the biい in the in the in the in the in the from you calculated in and how I'm holding on to whatever is showing up is part of the new setting so yes the is selfing happening by nobody nicely said and Tanya thank you highlighting the doubting expectation and judging thoughts beautiful meeting full of silence peace and sound also love you all thank you and love to you and we still have oh no we just I was wondering why the thank you messages we we run out of time that's it hmm thank you everyone thank you everyone and enjoy the rest of the yeah for those who know once can see Bob on zoom tomorrow with Julia
