Morning. Morning all beings. Everybody is well. Being well. Well being. One and the same thing. It's another term for that chitinandam. Existence, consciousness, bliss, all being, knowing and loving to be. And isn't that naturally with you right here, right now, in this very moment? Constantly transient, constantly changing. Thoughts, feelings, emotions, everything spontaneously happening. And if it's not, what happens if they're not grasped, not fixated on, not attached to, just left as they are? Left as they are, everything then is. As it is. Just that pure airness. Isness, not wasness, not well being, but is right now. And thoughts, feelings and emotions, as I say, continually coming up.

But they say, be utterly awake with the five senses wide open. Utterly open with unfixated awareness. We are not fixating or attaching or grasping or clinging to anything or whatever. Leave it as it is. And there's an absolute certainty that it's going to change. But when it's attached to, fixated on or grasped, it doesn't allow the change to happen. It puts a blockage on it, doesn't it? All those. Things I mentioned at the small and constant change are life. And there is only life. Nobody, he lives that life. I am the way. I am the truth. I am the life. That's what Christ explained it to you.

And Shakespeare told you. Nothing's either good or bad. There is nothing either good or bad. But thinking makes it so. And so I've got to tell you. Nothing can trouble you except in your own imagination. Thinking, imagining, feeling, tasting, touching, smelling. They're all things we put labels on. But the thing is no thing. Everything is empty. It's a cognising emptiness. We are not cognising the emptiness. It's the emptiness itself. Mm-hmm. Which is divine. Which is doing cognising because it's empty. A cognising emptiness states that it is the emptiness that's cognising. And they go on to say further that emptiness is form. It's that cognising emptiness.

And the cognising is knowing or wearing or being. It's a movement of vibration. They made the statement that emptiness is form. So it's this cognising. It's this cognising emptiness. It's forming all this manifestation. Forming all the thoughts, feelings and emotions that are going on in that particular pattern you call you or I call I. But the so-called pattern you or I is not doing the cognising. It's the emptiness itself that has that capacity. So if emptiness is form, the form can be nothing other than the emptiness. It's a happening, an occurrence. It's continually patterning, shaping, forming everything in this manifestation. But in essence, it's only the one because everything appears on the basic screen.

cognising emptiness. The form is nothing but the emptiness and the emptiness is nothing but the form. So no thing ever happens, though it's seemingly so. All transient. Transient means it hasn't got a static point. It's constantly changing. So none of these things, and you and I are things, have any reality as the thing. But the reality is the cognising emptiness that's forming, patterning, shaping and forming everything. Call that awareness, another term you can use for it. Yeah. Or, break it down a bit, they call it consciousness or thinking. But all these labels which discriminate and break it up, all the labels are no thing. They put the word on the seeming things.

And if there weren't words coming out of this mouth, who or what could or would understand it? Or hear it? Yeah. Or hear it even. It'd be just sound, vibration, word, concepts, idea, image. Everything is no thing. So the other way around, no thing must be everything. If that is cognised, a cognising emptiness, or recognised, is there any need for any search? The basic knowing that you are, is there any need for any search? that you are is that I am-ness. That sense of presence, the cognising emptiness translates as the thought I am. I am-ness is the basic essence, the know things, but we put the labels on them.

Even the word I am is just a sound, the om, the vibration. Translated as the thought or the word. Is the word the thing? The word is not the thing. The word is not the real. Word water you can't drink, can't swim, can't drown in it. Word fire doesn't burn your mouth. Can't cook with it, can't warm yourself with it. All these words which we put labels on the words they appear in the word. appearance, but seemingly so, and take the word to be real. And so we form ourselves as a separate entity, an individual, a person, a person coming from persona, the mask, we've got the mask or conceptual image.

I am Bob. I am an Australian. I am a good fella. I'm not so good. I'm having trouble. I'm fearful and I'm anxious about this and I've got to work this out with the mind. I have to think about it. I have to feel it. All concepts, all words appearing in, on, as pattern shapes and forms, but are nothing other than the no-thing itself. The space-like awareness. Space has no shape, no centre, no body. No boundaries, no circumference. So you can't say it has any form. It is formless. We learn words, as Shakespeare says, the words function in the pairs of offices, like good and bad, past, future, pleasant, painful, happy, sad.

See, we put concepts or ideas or images on that which has no boundaries. No centre, no circumference. There's no thing whatsoever. And we as things not realize ourselves as things. Taking ourselves to be this persona, these masks, continue to think. The thinking comes up, expressing as words, sounds, vibrations, labels which are put on all these things. It takes them to be real. And that's what I'm doing. And the energy and belief goes into them. And there you have it, the cause of all our psychological problem. The belief in the word. Taking the word to be real. Because the words we've separated from the absolute, the totality, which are labels, also which we put on.

But when you look at that word, what's it mean? How is it expressed? Can you add anything to absoluteness, the meaning of it? Nothing. You can't. Can you take anything away from it? So that essence that we're pointing to, or that life, as absolute, it's already everything. And it's already no thing. It's already complete. Nothing can be added to it. Nothing can take it away. away but it seemingly because the vibration goes on and simply divides it into the interrelated opposites and seemingly now more than one become duality other than one too but they give it to you in no uncertain terms in the scriptures there is absolutely no duality in non duality absolutely none whatsoever how could they be if it's absolute or the right perfection who see where how we've got ourselves and tangled in the net of concepts bound ourselves in the in the conceptual web or the cocoon like seemingly contained in there and live in that can go in for years trying to get ourselves out of it with more concepts trying to fire the way out of the mind with the mind can't happen so it's non conceptual ever fresh presence awareness and you are that already are there any questions okay I'll get cat to tell us what what you're saying I'll just read the questions for you and you comment on it hi everyone we have two questions from New Zealand comments shah the the beautiful girl you spoke with lightly I'm seeing more clearly thanks to my conversation with Bob few weeks ago it feels like now that our purpose in life is just to be present to all of life and everything that it brings when people speak of purpose and and finding purpose, is that just another concept?

And is there anything we can consciously manifest in our lives? You want to comment on this? Yeah, well, it was just to say, it's all presence, there's only presence. There's no person, there's nothing. It's just vibrating naturally of itself, vibrating into seeming patterns, shapes and forms, which are transient, constantly changing, constantly appearing, playing around and disappearing. And when they say, you are that life, that's what you are, the life. And life lives on life. Out of life more life comes. And there is only life. There is no body, no body, no mind, or no thing that might be there. It lives the life. Life itself is the livingness.

Take the life out of that body, you've got a corpse. Corpse has eyes, ears, heart, lungs, kidneys, all those organs. But without the life essence, the pure intelligence energy, what good are they? So what are you? You're the body, mind, or the person, or are you the life itself? Know yourself as that. Know yourself, otherwise, little you, but you're not the person. And if you understand that sense of the self, whether it's in your mind, or your mind, it's your own self. But you're in that state of an existence, in that state of consciousness, if you are in that state of consciousness, it is your own self.

And there is no you, it's your own self. It's your action, you're acting. It's not a question. And you're just a person. And a person has an action, he is acting. There's an action, there's action in you, that does it is the dance of patterns and the manifestation is happening if it's patting through that pattern shape and form which where else could it express through without the pattern shape and form so that pattern shape and form that's the life that's forming it the life that's expressing it and the life is utilizing it as the thoughts the feelings and emotions as the breathing the heart beating the hair and fingernail there's only the life and you are that one more maybe i'll just sit on the chair yeah sit on the chair you jump on the chair okay so another one from tanya new zealand again and so the fixation on certain thought patterns that seem to cause fear and tension keeps them there is there any need to investigate these false stories so they will not appear anymore thought says it you want to well the thoughts will appear they come up but who's taking delivery over them who's fixating on them and that will the answer that would be i am that's me they believed in me that's fixating on them and holding them instead of letting them be as they are now what's what would happen then we'll ask yourself who is this me that's holding on to them that fella tells me there is no me there and you've probably had glimpses of it yourself already have another look and see if there is see if you can find a substantial solid entity that's me tanya there and if you can come back and tell me but if you can't what are you going to attach to then aren't you going to let it all be as it is let it know knowing full well it'll change it's transient it'll move on and see that now, what's your next thought going to be?

You don't know if you try to look for it from the point of view of a me. But if you let it rest, the next thought will come up, and with it the next feeling, the next emotion. Yes, so, is there any need to investigate those false stories so they will not appear anymore? You just answer, they will appear, but yes, to who? Thought says, is this thought pattern appearing, stopping full clear seeing what I am not? Yes, the thought says this is the thought pattern obscuring. And what are you going to do when you see that? Are you going to fixate it and say, let it be?

And who would say let it be? But that would come up as a thought also. Or it might not even come up as a thought. But the natural letting it go or dropping it will happen. Yes. Just as natural as you breathe in and breathe out. Your heart expands and contracts. You're not doing that, I'm beating, expanding my heart and contracting it, expanding it again, not even thinking about it. But it happens spontaneously and naturally. The breath happens. You're not saying I'm breathing in, I'm breathing out. If you want to do a Wim Hof or something, you might focus on it. But without that, just the breathing is still going on.

And there might be value in doing those exercises of the breath and the thoughts too. And the reasoning. But it is no person doing it. It is a natural spontaneous functioning. Appearing, stopping full clear seeing of what I am not. Maybe it does not matter that these thought patterns appear. Who cares what thought pattern appear? Beautiful. Yes, that's right. It doesn't matter. Because matter means it becomes material. But what you are is spirit, pure spirit. We call it spiritual and material. We think they're two separate things. But spirit is a subtle essence of things. And matter is a solidified or congealed aspect of things. But they're still the one essence like steam, water and ice.

Water is liquid form like spirit. And when it becomes ice, it seemingly solidifies. It becomes material, matter. Who cares what thought pattern appears? I am aware of the thoughts. And can't be the thoughts. But there seems to be a little psychological suffering around these thoughts. Yes. Because it's only me that can be suffering. What would cause the suffering? The thought. The thought I'm not good enough or I'm not that. Or this is fear. This is anger. All words or concepts we've learned. And the words not the real. Also, see if really... Because I would make a slight distinction between the suffering and just an appearance of the sensation.

Because there may be a sensation of sadness or even a heartbreak. Let's say your favorite pet is sick or is threatened or somebody you love left you or something. There may be a sadness present or even a heartbreak. But if there is no resistance to it, there is certain beauty in that feeling. And presence of that feeling is not a suffering. Because the feeling is appreciated. Like we habitually call that grief, sadness, they're all negative emotions. We should not have negative emotions. We should only have positive emotions. The whole division, negative, positive, is totally artificial, mind made. Like Bob says, nothing's either... Shakespeare said that, Bob repeated.

Either good or bad, but thinking makes it so. So if the thought that says that sadness is bad and love is good or... Sadness is also love. You wouldn't be sad if whatever had happened, you know, if you didn't really care. So that is a form of love. We've learned words which seemingly divide it. They're all mental concepts or thoughts. We put the meaning into good, bad, pleasant, painful. And seemingly divide what they tell you all the way through. It's all indivisible. And the reason why I'm actually... Why I'm actually even referring to it is because you say, Tanya, a little psychological suffering. A little psychological suffering.

Psychological suffering is usually something that you don't really call little. Suffering is something that's not little. So if there is some... Something little, then see if there is a judgement over whatever is appearing. And when that judgement is accepted, you may find complete acceptance and appreciation of whatever shows up. Anger, irritability, all of it. It can be fully appreciated and therefore it appears, but it doesn't cause psychological suffering. It may be still uncomfortable for the body because there is a surge of cortisol, whatever. There is... You know, the fist clenching. But it doesn't have to cause the suffering. It's all part of the appearance that divides...

Has to divide in the pairs of opposites. Because how could you discriminate it without... It could just tell good from bad or pleasure from pain if you didn't put those discriminating words on it. But you see they're all the one stick flitting from one end to the other. Not separate. It's inseparable. That's how... And when no discriminating thoughts arise, the old mind ceases to be. In other words, you're looking at it with a new light, with a new understanding, a new cognising or realising. Now we have Rohan. On the question of purpose, Bob has a nice story about the dung beetle in the book Only That.

Maybe Bob can tell us the story again. Yeah. Yeah, I was looking at it again the other day. It just came up on a documentary. Yeah. These dung beetles are... You know, you look at some of these things in Africa and see that there's animals crapping the grass and they're everywhere. And the beetle comes along and it rolls that dung into ball. Yes. Then it digs a hole in the ground and forms a little... What do they call it? The little egg in it which metamorphoses into a grub and that grub's a metre underground. And it grows. It starts eating the dung from the inside and lives on that and grows.

Then after a certain time it metamorphoses and comes up to the surface and flies away. It flies in a direction where the elephants or where the animals are to find these more dung to... Because innately it knows it needs that to procreate, to keep going. But it goes to the place where the elephants were and there's been a drought on. There's no elephants there this year. And it just dries, dies. The others will fly away to where they are but on the way they'll be eaten by birds, insects or something else. But a few will get there and dig the holes a metre deep and lay the egg in it again.

Now the honey badger, is it? will come along and he's got a sense of smell and can sense where those eggs are underground. It'll dig them up, dig them up and eat the little grub that's in them out of it. And so they die. But you see there's many, many dung beetles that have laid many, many eggs. Some of them have died of starvation. When there's drought others have been eaten by birds, insects and animals and the dung beetle will get the rest. Now was that their purpose? Feed on for the dung beetle, the birds, feed? Was that the purpose of them all? No, their purpose was to get into the ground and let those little crystals, whatever they are in the dung, little eggs to hatch and bring more dung beetles to life.

But the nature is prolific. It's done enough to feed a lot of the animals that needed those to live on also. There's no particular purpose. Would each one know I'm going to be the one that's going to be eaten by the dung beetle or by the honey badger or by the insects or I'm going to be squashed or killed by something else? No, each has its own purpose. Each has its what is necessary to do, what's there to be utilized and expressed as it. Okay, so that's the story of purpose. I have a good one here, Johannes. So the mask, the persona, never done anything?

We ever never give meaning to anything. It is just what's happening. A mirage for no one. Yes. Yeah. Brilliant. I just love both the points. You know, the mask, the persona, never done anything. In my country, when a woman wears too much makeup, like a thick layer of a fluid on the face or something, we say she's wearing a mask. I have some mascara today also. So I could say what the mascara or whatever, I don't have that fluid, but what that can really do. The mask on the face, what sort of an acting capacity does it have? Oh, you see, the mask you wear like that is a seeming material one, but the mask of concepts that we wear have no reality whatsoever.

We've put a mask of concepts which has no real, no substance, no independent nature, nothing real about it at all. Just conceptual, thought up. Yeah. Which the energy of belief has gone into and made to seem real. Mm-hmm. Yeah. So even if that mask of concepts or mask of whatever, identification gives a meaning to things, meaning is usually just an after story because, you know, you may put yourself a goal ahead of you and that's, you may be a general direction where you're heading. But yeah, really, life is so spontaneous. And it's all the pleasure. And it's all the play. Mm. The sport of Shiva.

Or the dance of Shakti. Yeah. Shiva being the static aspect. Mm-hmm. The female aspect, Shakti, is energy. Energy vibrates. Mm. And the world appears. And the energy vibrating through this body forms concepts, ideas, words, the sound, the vibration made into word. But it's all appearance. Mm. The mask is an appearance only. Manu, so-called samsara and nirvana of freedom are only concepts, really. Yes. But as human, living in a human world, concepts are used. So while the I am remains a concept, it is attached to the world by which it is used. And the world is not a concept. It is a world. But when this non-conceptual really is perceived, nothing remains.

Nothing was there in the first place. There's no, all the other thing. There's always the nothing. It's just the appearance. Actually, I had a really nice short conversation with our dear friend and brother, Heyman, yesterday. And he was bringing up the distinction between the appearance and illusion. Appearance is, you know, it is all appearance. You can't say it is. You can't say it isn't. So the whole world. But when you look at the I and you try to find the I, it doesn't even appear. So he was saying, this is the appearance and this is the illusion. It doesn't even appear. You can't really even say that the I appears.

It doesn't. So it is the illusion as- Like a dream. Yeah. You cannot say a dream. Mm. It seemingly appears. You seemingly have a dream. Mm. You're just a part of it. Yeah. Where does it go when you wake up? Mm-hmm. Was it ever there? Or even while you were dreaming it? But when this non-conceptual reality is perceived, nothing remains. Yes, see, to actually experience this appearance of the world, you just close your eyes. It's gone. It's so solid. Don't take that word nothing as zero, it's zero and empty. There's no thing. Yeah. It's all there as no thing. Mm. It's just a spontaneous cognizing emptiness.

Mm-hmm. But we take that word no thing and think it's still zero. Mm-hmm. Oh, there we have one from Hayman. Everything is the absolute. Wim Hof is absolute. Separation is absolute. Desire is absolute. Absolute is absolutely absolute and it doesn't matter. I am reality and unreality. Form and formless. Knowing and unknowing. Artificial and natural. Good, bad, pleasant and painful. I am is absolute. Hayman is absolute also. Mm-hmm. Yeah, yeah. Beautiful. Yeah. Beautifully said. I like that. Yeah. Yeah. Everything is that. And now Hayman says, I am everything. I am nothing. I am ever existed and never existed. Beautiful. Mm-hmm. Beautiful. Mm-hmm. Yep. As I put it, the ever changing but never changing.

Mm-hmm. And now Johannes, we are dung beetles relating to every dung which comes along. That's a nice metaphor. And having an after story too. Yeah. It's amazing how many stories you can have. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Hmm. And around anything. And if you see they are just stories, you just totally enjoy them, but when you believe them to be a reality. When you believe, the map to be this territory or description to be the describe. Oh yeah. That hurts. That hurts. But when you see that the narrative, the story as just the source of entertainment.

The. And you know better sources of entertainment. So, that one is just a, just a little bit of a coloring on the basic screen of aliveness of that, digest the way you want to, and thendogs still live. And every new story follows you his genuine identity. Mh-mm. Deliciousness of being that is the main source of joy and natural uncaused Joy then yes stories on top sounds music nice food all of it. Nothing's excluded They end the sad feelings and everything else Tanya, thank you so much Bob and Kat. I can't find a solid separate entity me only experiencing is noticed sensation seeing hearing thinking just sitting with the pointers now it is Only a thought about feeling appearing But that is not obscuring seeing what I am not seeing what I am not Yes, your words help with not fixating on believing.

What is just words that are not true Beautiful And Tanya's I love you new hair color and haircut cut Bob doesn't like it too much, but he could change I could Like it's a few stories. What and why to? It will wash off I'm enough Mask is only thought also thoughtless awareness to ultimately absolute self only drama dream also self thought free ever fresh presence awareness justice nothing else And I'm enough dear Bob. Can you speak on what we? See sky or space is unreal But full of self like dream space or ether, please What was it again? Can you speak on what we see sky or space is unreal?

But full of self like dream space or ether. Yeah Yes the whole thing Space got any center to it And it's got any circumference and can you really see it? Can you really see it? Yeah, it's not it is not a thing and Can you postulate or think of or? Try imagine or anything that could be outside of space What would it be in? No, it could not outside of space It must be in space and space is no thing Yet the seeming thing is like a dream appear in display Pattern shape and form play around for a while appear and disappear But no thing has ever happened Nothing has ever happened, but I really like I'm enough.

That's just such a good nice little highlight of the aspect of the whole space in which the whole manifestation Happens it indeed is like in the dream you go to sleep and you dream completely different space You may be out in nature even though your body is at home sleeping in bed But you dream the mountains or the cities or whatever you dream happening in that space of the imagination Or you can even have the daydream when you think about what you're gonna do tomorrow In one hour. Yeah, that space is part of the appearance But it really isn't because even the space in which the appearance happen is an absence We need the absence.

We need the absence of sound to distinguish to create a separate notes we need the absence of light to create of the translucency to to create the imaginary space the being and not being the absence and presence The up and down the vibration the movement Even pain when it's constant it will be selected out of the of the conscious awareness So it fluctuates a little bit There was still vibrates if you're not putting my labels on yeah Yeah, because how could it be discriminated Like the earth rolling around the Sun when it's facing Towards the Sun there's light Yeah, when it's rolled around the other way there's darkness Now does the earth or anything out of that?

What's that? What is darkness? It's the absence of light. That's all of it What's like the absence of darkness just labels we put on or seeming boundaries on the boundary list? Yeah, but thank you for that little aspect and now Johannes it is like writing on water. Yeah Yeah, beautiful shows how Impermanent everything is writing in the sky Regarding questions or comments you want to say to me Yeah, I can say something I can keep talking but it would be nice to have the directional topic Well, there's only the one topic in there the one direction everything is already and ever that Has no shape No form it's transient It's constantly changing.

Yeah Like with the label of presence awareness ever-fresh presence awareness presence is What we take as this immediacy or pre sense and awareness means You're not unaware There is a knowingness Or a consciousness or an awareness there in which everything that never goes That is the emptiness the cognizing emptiness Ever fresh presence awareness It's ever fresh ever new But it's no thing no boundaries. No center. No succubus. No thing where it can be Clung to or hung on to But we hang on to thoughts feelings and emotions Keep them there and Then see how they build up the energy of belief goes into them and the story keeps going on and on Instead of seeing it fresh and new and full stop sentient it's constantly changing this idea of I We're constantly reinforcing and believing it to be real Instead of seeing the I am is just the sense of presence It's not relating to the person the conceptual image Ever fresh presence awareness that means It doesn't have any duration It doesn't have any time Investigate time and see is there a past if I don't think about it now the thought I can't say there's a word there at all Good or bad pleasant or painful So past and future Our words concepts ideas You'll say I was in the past once I try and live yesterday Try and live a month ago or you go you can't go back and live it You can recall it And you know if it was a way back it won't be exactly as it was now if you're recalling it even Because I mean little bits of it forgotten you won't see the total picture The future can you anticipate and imagine a future?

You can anticipate and imagine it but when you are you anticipate? And imagine it won't be in the future It'll be now So what is your actuality your actuality is a spontaneous life essence right now? That you are right now which of itself is beating your heart breathing you Going here in the fingernails digesting your food Replacing the cells in that body All these things is going on itself Take the life out of the body you've got a corpse What can you do what the net corpse do? Got a he's got a high he's got heart lungs all those organs But they're no good to it without the life So what does that prove to you prove that you are the life?

Not the pattern of shape of all these expressing through not the thoughts feelings or no motion but yeah Animating intelligence energy which are labels I put in which are not it So it's better. It's patterning shaping forming and expressing As the same event like in the dream That body that's lying on the bed no words coming out of its mouth in that seeming body All sorts of things because mountains there's rivers as hell. There's cars. There's all sorts of activities going on Contained in that little So called spot in your brain they tell you you know But if it wasn't for life surrounding it could it be happen when you wake up to this waking dream?

the mountains and rivers and it Continue on from where they left off and all the thoughts and feelings in it They don't disappear, but in that dream dream Your body never moved off the bed. No words came out of your mouth. It disappears. It realized. This is just the same as the dream in sleep Seeming more real that's all We don't walk into it Like we don't look into the dream at night when you wake up in the morning any longer What harm can it? God is asking how intellectual concepts be integrated How to integrate intellectual concepts Not sure why would you but? Nobody's doing it.

He said No, I'm trying to go to the That's just happening the integration because when the life essence moves out of the body disintegration start Well the words are taken on below believed them because that concept I Takes them to be real in other words not the real And you speak on awareness during deep sleep, please I'm not asking deep sleep also a notion state on state less so Tell us your own experience of deep sleep, please lonely sleep in deep sleep You can't say anything about it when you wake up. You can remember there was what I Was unaware When I was in deep sleep, so there was an awareness of your of your unawareness or you wouldn't be able to say you were unaware even.

So that awareness is always there but now it's seemingly obscured but everything appears in and on that awareness. Yes, so Amarnath asked both of us to answer that question so I'll just tell you Amarnath I remember a lot of dreams which makes my life quite abundant in a variety in the morning. I learned that when I was working on the oceans and that needed that variety. So what is the awareness in the sleep? Quite often you know there's always awareness of being. Awareness of being through the dream. I know that I am. I am something else. I am somewhere else but the I am-ness is that which never changes.

And of course there may be time for the mind because the mind is the one that records the events and conceptualizes time and put all that time aside. So there is a time when this conceptualizing narrative mind is off for the deepest part of the sleep not the REM sleep but for the fourth stage or third stage of the sleep. And then at this point recording is off. So how could you ever say anything about that stage if that recording device is off? Your tape recorder is off. So for the tape recorder for the mind mind, nothing happened, there was absolutely nothing, not awareness, unawareness, nothing, nothing can be said about it.

But at the same time, as Bob often says, there is the Being obviously present, because it's enough if someone whispers your name to your ear, and right away the alertness is there. So there are people who are claiming that they remember the time when the recorder was off. Yeah, you could say, you remember, you can't say how long, you can't say how short. You don't really even know what those sort of statements mean. Language is always such a tricky thing. So we can say, well, did you sleep well? Oh yeah, I slept well. So you kind of remember, you kind of know there was no interruption when the tape recorder was off.

You know that you feel rested, regenerated. And the rest is a story. The way people narrate what happened or what happened, it's a story. And the way people narrate what didn't happen or what sort of awareness, comparing to other sort of awareness, see, this is all computing. So I wouldn't trust much of the computing. The direct experience is just like Bob says, you know, what can you say about something that does not judge and compare and create concepts on the face where the concepts are not required. That's... You see, we put it all on this thing called mind. Yeah. When you investigate that, show me your mind.

You can't say there is any such thing as mind apart from thought. Yes. Thought, feeling and emotion is what we call mind. But it's the so-called thought that forms the feeling and the emotion. And the word. It's all because we've taken learnt words and put words on this no thing which is mind. That's what it is. There's no mind. It's what they call, say look for a pure mind. Unborn. Unborn mind. No mind. No mind. In the mind no mind. Yes. In the thought no thought. Yes. In the mind no mind. And then when the mind, so-called mind comes, tell yourself, no mind. Well, then that's in the mind.

That's the mind? Yes. That's it? Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. In the thought, no thought. The next thought comes, say no thought. No mind, no thought. Do that for a while. Have you got any room to let anything else in? It's a cute little experiment that Bob inspires people to do, just to see, just to experiment, see how it is going to happen. And of course by saying inspire he doesn't tell you what to do because there's no one to do anything. If the inspiration latches on and moves you, that will happen. That will spontaneously happen. That experiment will happen. And we have more here.

Oh, we have a lot more. Thank you. Thank you for writing. Hey man, dear Bob and Kat, are these manifestations appearing on a platform? I would say all manifestations are the platform itself. That is the platform itself. That is the platform itself. What would you say? All and the self. Yeah, the platform. Yeah, well, it appears out of itself, so it doesn't need anything to appear on. But we often use the, we often use, we don't use the platform, but we use basic screen or something, or the awareness or the consciousness or the emptiness or the cognizing emptiness. But they are not two things. When Bob is talking about Shiva and Shakti, it doesn't mean there is a Shiva which is consciousness or emptiness or sky, and Shakti which means forms.

Forms and emptiness are one and the same thing. And I know that this is what you are asking because, yes, there is no platform. The platform, the appearance appears of itself. The vibration comes of itself and it appears as the multitude of forms. But it's not separated from the emptiness. It is the emptiness. That's right. No static point anywhere. You can fixate on. Yeah. It's the ocean waving, one could say. And of course that analogy is also limited because for the ocean to wave, you need something above the ocean where the waves could be formed. And for the whole manifestation, you don't need anything outside of it for it to exist.

That's why it's ungraspable for the mind. But the ocean waving is kind of close enough to help to imagine, but knowing the limitation of it. But yeah, good point, Heyman. Yes, there is no platform. So he says manifestation, platform itself. Yes, I'm just repeating last statement of Heyman that I would say all manifestations are the platform, not the platform, but whatever they, yeah, the substratum or, yeah. Yes. And now Rohan says, How is it that you know that there was a deep sleep state, because a deep sleep state in the first place, does this not confirm that there is an awareness there? Yeah, yeah. Good point.

Yeah, beautifully said. Yeah. Yeah, you know you had a peaceful or blissful, you often say, blissful sleep. Yeah. Now, Manu, same happens when you try to see what was there before to be born. Yeah. Before you were born. Yeah. Hmm. Another thing. And now Rohan, the problem is we have some idea that the false individual of the waking state should somehow be aware in the sleep state. What marks it is sleep is the temporary absence of the seeming individual. Hmm. Yeah. Yeah, one could say that the deep sleep with no individual self is closer to the natural state of truth than the dreaming, the self relating to the world.

Although the dream state, there is a character in the dream state who has, although in my experience that character has very, very little of the, of self obsession, that character just acts as out of the responding to the environment. I usually don't know my name when I'm dreaming. And there we've got to be careful because we're discriminating again. Hmm. Deep sleep, dream state. Yeah. Waking state. Hmm. Yeah, good point. Yeah, yeah, they're just, just different phases of the appearance. Yeah. Yeah. One essence. And that, that is also something that sounds rude for people, but I still like to bring it up. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. that basic aliveness of the experience it may be transferred to the dreaming but who cares this moment now is what really matters as you say direct and immediate experience in yeah right now not when I sleep not when I slept last night not when I die no this is there this is home and Tanya without the energy of belief the unpleasant sensation move on all by themselves the thought pattern is not talking about you as you speak bob I notice I am that which is aware not the body or thoughts so it is only thought that says there is any yeah beautiful no matter what thought appears I am already would have has been looked for and nothing can be add or take away from that.

Exactly. Brilliant. Yes. The absolute. Yeah, you could even say, when the thought comes and says me, yeah, I got back to the me or I have to keep, whatever the thought says, you could even just have a little reflection. What was there before that thought appeared? Just even a microsecond before the thought appeared. You, the existence was already there before the thought appeared and after thought is gone. Existence is that which never changes, never goes away. So the thought comes and goes, who cares? As you say, it's just, and who cares what it says? You can say that you are beautiful. You can say that you are ugly.

You can say whatever the thought can say. That's the function. It convey the story. It distracts. It entertain. Yeah. Hey, Heyman, from viewpoint of reality, there is no possibility to differentiate between complexity and simplicity. Yet, it is possible as well. Wow. What a clarity. It seems paradox is the absolute as well. Don't you love the paradoxes? The paradoxes shut down the mind. The paradox is something exists and doesn't. What do you mean? Well, you can't. You can't work it out. Something appears and doesn't. You can't work it out. And then simplicity and complexity. Well, yeah, look around. Both present and then neither. Yeah. The paradoxes are beautiful.

Yeah. Thank you. And Amarna, thank you, dear Rohan. Deep sleep is also like deep sleep in a dream with full awareness. Yes. And a lot of beautiful little icons and flowers. And God, there is a quote about mountains and rivers seen as objects, then seen not as objects, then seen as real and unreal. Can you explain why real and unreal? Well, have a look in the dream. Mountains and rivers are seen very real there. You can be in the water. You can be anywhere at all. You can be anywhere. You can be anywhere. You can be anywhere. You can be anywhere. You can be anywhere.

Yeah, this is that analogy of this Four Transformations of Zen. That first the mountains are mountains and rivers are rivers. Yeah. And that's the ninety degrees. Then you go down and they disappear. Everything is empty. Everything is non-existent. And then as the understanding progresses and matures, they appear again, but you know they are empty. They exist, but you know they are empty. Their nature is empty. They can't see. stand on its own they are not independent exactly only appearance and that's knowing the truth yes and the truth will set you free you're free of the belief in all now hey man cat would you still need variety if you go on the ship again or you don't believe it anymore i have no idea i think that is again part of the life that self-regulates so this is a certain and that we believe into existence that there is certain nervous system having certain needs and stuff this is just a story of belief how it would work itself out yeah it self-regulates it would find a way to work itself out i have certain set of habits for looking out for beauty like even though I haven't been at sea for five years, oh it's gonna be five actually, it's gonna be exactly five years in six days, 26th of February, five years ago I got back from the ship and moved in with Bob, and I still have pure ecstatic beauties of watching the clouds, and the sky, and the sea, and the nature, and all of it, so it seems like there is a variety, it is just a habitual appreciation for the appearance, even though it's all empty, even though I look at it, and I know that this is just a beautiful dream, nevertheless it's so appreciated, the variety is still there, even though, yeah, I'm not working on the ships, although there was a variety coming up from traveling the world, and meeting different people, different cultures, this variety is absent now, yeah, life is self-organized, whatever it seems, I don't believe in meeting or not meeting, but I kind of know that, you know, life flows and works out everything perfectly, better than any stories we can ever have of it, any meaning that we give, we don't know what anything is for, we don't know why things happen the way they happen, we think we know, we think we understand, and we give it a story, but it's a mystery, it's a mystery, it's a mystery, it's a mystery, it's a mystery, it's a mystery, it's a mystery, it's a mystery, it's a mystery, it's a mystery, it's a mystery, it's a mystery, it's a mystery, it's a mystery, and now Theodore, hey Bob and Kat, we know that everything is energy, how intelligent is this energy called ego, because every time I set out to be vigilant at my thoughts, I end up in compulsive judgment, and talking nonsense, why is this happening, thank you, ego is a fiction, it is, but how intelligently played out isn't it what a brilliant illusion isn't it ego is believed into existence because of the conceptual framework that we give ourselves and identify with it but yeah it's totally brilliant i like when when this one is appreciated also how intelligent is the energy called ego it doesn't even exist but the belief creates it so real gives it a power seeming power seeming power the belief yeah makes it almost one could say manifested but it's still empty yeah this is this is important you know every time i set out to be vigilant at my thoughts i end up in compulsive judgment when you set out to be vigilant who is it that sets out to be vigilant self-sabotaging the animals itself is a goal see flying Land so who is it that wants to pinpoint that ego watch that ego watch that mind isn't that another aspect of the mind it's always the mind that wants to get rid of the mind there's always the ego that wants to watch the eagle kill the ego it can't happen the vigilance the natural vigilance comes from relaxation and not from alertness that alertness if the pattern is there alertness.

I know it from experience. It comes from what Nisargadatta called it earnestness, commitment, a love for the truth. Like the little eye, imagined eye says, oh I want it so badly I'll do anything. I'll do 500 prostrations, I'll sit six hours a day meditation, I'll do anything. Just give me my khandi. That very eye can never get its khandi. That eye can never achieve an amount to anything because that's the ghost, that's the phantom. An old saying. Know the truth. I go when E goes. I go when E goes. So but that's also an amazing thing to see how every time you set out to do something you end up in composure.

Yeah. Compulsive judgment and talking nonsense. That's actually brilliant to acknowledge how you are not the doer. How everything is happening. You may end up in the argument or in yeah compulsive judgment or whatever and after a while you see that you didn't do it. It's just the energy. There was some triggered volcano jumping coming and it happens. You didn't do it because you just set out to do something else. You see how everything happens. See how everything happens. You see how everything happens. You see how everything comes together. How you are innocent how everyone is innocent. How whole countries wars politics everything is just the dance of energy.

Dance of patterns which have been created, you know, created in the real time right now. But the whole history whole time and the whole universe is included in the spontaneous dance. Why is this happening was the question. Yeah, can you- would you like to answer? Why is this happening this way? That whole- Well, you mightn't like what I answer is. Who wants to know? Oh yes, oh yes. Yes, see how the one who wants to understand and who wants to work it out. Tell me why? How do I get out of it? That eye is the same eye that set out to see the eye, to see the thought.

See that's just another face of that same phantom. When you actually notice, okay there is me who wants to be vigilant, there is me who wants to be watched, there is me who wants to understand, all that me is just a vibrating pattern, it's just a tendency. Tendency to want to understand, tendency to want to be vigilant, tendency to commit to the truth or to love or find the answer. These are all patterns. You are the space or the consciousness in which those tendencies play out. There is no I, it's just a tendency. Well, we try, that's when we say we try to grasp it with a concept.

Yes. And we fail. And you're bound to fail because it's non-conceptual. Yes. Yeah, why is this happening? That's exactly as Bob says, trying to grasp it with the concept. Answer me the question why? Why? Because we can't do it because that will be just the mind. That will be just... And we can go for the story why. Because yeah, one of the beautiful stories why is because if you don't fall asleep, you can't wake up. So why is it happening that we have the ego and we can't find a way out? Because yeah, the, for the awakening, the dream or illusion of separation is the prerequisite.

If you look at the animals, they don't have narrative self. They don't feel separate. They already in the natural state. How well do they appreciate it? They take it for granted. And now as a baby loses that natural self, natural state and learn concepts, start arguing, then start labeling itself and then growing that sense of insecurity and vulnerability and sense of worthlessness and trying to medicate it with things that are not good for you. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The, more concepts and objects and relationships and careers and status and perhaps admiration from other people whatever the person does to medicate that sense of lack.

And then suddenly the shift happens, relaxation happens. And oh my gosh, that sense of lack was completely believed into existence because I believe the thoughts of what I am. I believe the thought that I am limited or ugly or stupid. Without those thoughts, there is no sense of luck. There is nowhere to go, nothing to get. I'm already in a natural state, just like the animal. And now we got Amarna. Whatever we are speaking about, deep sleep is with our memory, our imagination, our thought only. Same with waking state too. So, if we stop talking and thinking, who are we? That's Sailor Bob, he is Amarna quoting you.

Yeah, yeah, where is the deep sleep right now? Right now is when you are, right now is when we are alive. And we are imagining what is going to happen tonight or tomorrow night. We are, what do we do? We are actually just making a theory. We are just doing the conceptual, entertaining, theorizing sort of. Yeah, we are going to time. Yes, going to time. Arthur, Upsani Baba said that enlightenment is like dreamless sleep, but with one exception. In dreamless sleep you are aware of nothing, but in enlightenment you are aware of infinite bliss. Do you want to comment on that Bob? No, that's right.

Thank you. Thank you Richard. He says my hair color is cool. Yeah, in enlightenment you are aware of infinite bliss. Yeah, don't have the images or imagination about what it means, because in this way you will miss out on the natural state. Because when you look at the natural state in which the trees, the sky, the dog who has Buddha nature and everything else is, they not necessarily scream out in ecstasy. They not. Natural state is the bliss, is just that bliss which you have in a deep sleep. People hear that word bliss, I can't find the bliss, I can't find. Yes, yes. Just loving the being, or just being, pure being.

Yeah, just appreciation of the aliveness. No conceptual state. Yes. It doesn't mean, there would be moments of intense shivers, but those are passing experiences. But the base, which is not an experience, is not an experience of pleasure or displeasure. They call it bliss of being or ananda, but that's really base, that's really... Loving to be. Yeah, quite neutral. It's just, yeah, ananda versus non-ananda is being versus non-being, because you are, so that's already a certain preference for being. A love for being. Self-evident, because being is what is. In enlightenment, aware of infinite bliss. Hey man, I don't mind if I do mind, and I don't think about my thoughts.

I flow and flow and flow. Beautiful, he said. Yeah. Yes, that's it. Yeah, and that's the freedom. I don't mind if I mind, you know. Even if there is resistance, who is there to object to it? Yeah. If there is thinking, who is there to complain about thinking? If there is no one there, there is just freedom, the pure empty space is free to welcome anything that is there. And like the river, flowing. It's flowing, yes. And now, what is happening never happened, Heyman said. Nothing ever happened. And now, Johannes, we are like... We are like fireflies blinking in and out. We are never static.

Just appear and disappear. Beautiful, and everything is like that. It's all transient. Yeah. The bodies, the thoughts, the feelings, the perceptions, the impressions. Transient. Yes. Ever changing, but never changing. Never changing. Oh, we have something from Brett. He always has the beautiful... Beautiful images. The sun, the shadow, the soil, the same. What's the last one? Fracturing, the same, sameness. Yeah. Fracturing form is a falsehood. Feverishly we foster. Feverishly. How do you pronounce it? Feverishly? Feverishly, yeah. Feverishly we foster this fiction. The suture... Can you read it? You're probably better in your English pronunciation than I could ever be. And I don't want to waste it because it's always so beautiful.

Okay. Just read from the beginning. The sun, the shadow, the soil, the same. Fracturing. Fracturing form is a falsehood. Feverishly we foster this fiction. The suture, binding the past and future is presence. No now, no then, no when, no again. Beautiful. Yes, thank you. Beautiful. Amarna, there is nothing like non-self and self. There is only self, absolute awareness. And Amarna says, thanks Kat for this. Life working on itself, no planner, still planning might happen spontaneously. Yeah, life self-organizing. Whatever is required shows up. And God, I am, there is no I. I am is the manifestation. If you think that I am has any substance or there is something that has any appearance, then yes, it is a manifestation.

But if you think of I am as just a translation of the experience of existence, then it is the base. It's just, yeah, if you can conceive of it as it, then it is manifestation. If it's not it, if it's just that presence of existence, then it's not a manifestation. And Richard, Heyman says, what is happening never happened, but... Ah, but did the never happen, never happen? Yes, Richard. Yeah, good, good question. Did the never happen, never happened. I, the unmanifest, God asking, am the manifestation. Yeah, yeah, nice way to put it. You can say I, the unmanifest, the source or the substratum, am as a movement, being, non-being.

Yeah, they're all words. They're all limited. No candy for the self here, Johannes says. No. And Amarnath, who am I? Hence am I? Where is I am? Time, place, person, notion, mind. Who was that before that? Cathy, wasn't it? Yeah, Cathy was watching. Hi, Cathy. Hi, Cathy. And now Johannes. When enlightenment happens, it is the moment of the unmanifest. When enlightenment happens, it is the moment of the unmanifest. When enlightenment happens, you are gone? When enlightenment happens, you are gone? Enlightenment is always there. I mean, enlightenment is a word, but when you think of the natural state, here, Johannes, when you think of natural state, which is us in nature, is the basic stillness, basic screen, it's always there.

But yes, there is a you that obscures it. You is, or the me is a veil that puts the... You is, or the me is a veil that puts the... Story, interpretation, relation. Like, there is just the basic screen in nature. And then it comes the idea of me versus it that obscures it. So when that me versus it, that whole narrative, that whole overlay drops off, the natural state shines forth. You never happen. Yeah, yes. Yeah, you is just an illusion. But yeah, you could say it this way too. When enlightenment happens, you are gone. Yes, you are gone. Mukti, dear Bob, can you please speak about the phrase sentient being?

What do you take that to mean? What is the sentient being? Well, it believes this pattern has life flowing through it. The sentience, yeah. Sentience flowing through it. So then when they've got a sentience, they've got insentient. Dividing. Dividing it again, right? Leave it as it is. Dividing, yeah, yeah. You could also say that everything is either sentient or insentient. In this way, there is no division. You can say the rock is sentient. Or you can say that human is mechanical. And now we're gonna go. I'm enough. Sense of luck is also on full awareness. Non-sense and sense is also awareness. And a lot of smiles.

Non-sense and sense. Yeah, the pairs of opposites. Sense of luck also happens, absolutely. Sense of luck, sense of ego, everything. There's nothing excluded. Sense of void, sense of unworthiness. All those patterns, all those vibrations happen on that plain, basic screen of cognizing emptiness or intelligence. Take it back to pre-sense. Yes. What can you say about it then? Yes, yeah. Yeah, all the sense happens on the pre-sense. Prior, yes. Because, yeah, this is a good point that Amarnath is bringing up. That sense of luck, you know, sense of void, is also just a pattern happening in that space like awareness or intelligence. And Mukti, love that cat.

Who is there to complain about thinking? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And Divya, a little one said today, I like me because I am there. Little one said today, I like me because I am there. Yeah. Love and appreciate whatever is there. Yeah. Flowing and flowering, Guts says. Yeah. Blooming expression. expression oh absolutely Heyman adds and Amarnath welcome everything in present moment without any resistance of spontaneous awareness that's right for everything fresh in years everything including natural resistance including judgments including any pattern flowing flowering disappearing Heyman adds and Amarnath I'm like fourth state of Turiya or basic substance causing all three states yeah you can say that if you want to use concepts but then we'll have to explain what the three states and the fourth state is simple of course the three states of waking sleeping and and daydreaming and the fourth state is the base on which they all appear well said and Rox I am stuck is it necessary to abide in awareness I feel I am trying as awareness feels so good who is trying I ask myself please comment on effort making at and abiding in awareness you are awareness try and get out of it yeah awareness is all another term for God if you like yeah yeah yeah , without that life essence or awareness if you could abide or do anything anywhere and the trying trying already kind of has that underlying assumption that what is is not good enough I try for something more I love the awareness I love the thoughtlessness I love the bliss and pleasure of being in natural state so I'll try and do my best to get there underlying concepts is that it is not there already just yeah relax out of the trying and see how whatever is there whether it's a rainy day or is the sunny day it's already appearing on that base of non-conceptual non-judgmental what is trying to become something you already are yeah yeah it's not possible it's impossible and the trying actually moves you away because yeah because of the assumption that it is not there and you have to do something to get it and ask yourself that question am i unaware right now yeah you say right now no I'm aware you're there immediately and needless to say give us a call but yeah thank you for bringing it because it is yeah I believe it's probably not that often of your issue but it's an issue for a lot of people so it's worthy of repeating effort-making and about-doing and about-doing and about-doing and about-doing and about-doing and about-doing and about-doing and about-doing and about-doing and about-doing and about-doing so if for example it's you are conscious that you already you're aware of the please you maybe you're aware the consciousness and don't you but you're aware of the are you and you're able to abandon all the concept of being you so you're so Iran with that achievement but it is not there no actually I think it's not necessary there's some other assumptions go toand do not accept senses meaningness that I'll really say this right now to speak this yeah do not Yeah there's you there's right there you do and you cannot hold the Whole bod 마지막 toclub conscious out so right and so is our consciousness all does not exist other I'll look here but I think it could have been a little bit better you know that moment is not just who's judging says who because when you look at your animals or trees on the on the dry weather dying of the of the heat of the Sun they don't say that's not good enough everything pain pleasure rain night winter summer they they all what is and you can be free and there may be pain in the body or there may be disappointment or heartbreak or loss and that's all part of it and I hope you don't go through any of it Heyman the I that I am is the same that knows that I am and P I don't know who's RP love you love you love you goodbye we love you too and the I that I am is the same that knows that I am yeah the knowing is inseparable from being you can't stop knowing of your existence being knowing loving to be yeah yeah if you are and you don't know it you can as well say I don't know that I am you know it's not can't say you are yeah they won and saying and Heyman says Tanya good on ya and a lot of beautiful little colorful icons and thank you Heyman Tanya says and Oh Rock says thank you tears flow beautiful yeah be that heart that you are embracing and God if there is suffering can I embrace them and God if there is suffering can I embrace them and God if there is suffering can I increase suffering if nobody is doing anything try it try it if there is suffering can I increase the suffering you know like amplify it a little bit strengthen it make it stronger yes see it yes find out there's nobody doing it but can you still eat it's the paradox again oh let's say if there is a pain in a body can you can you if you have a bruise can you pinch it there's nobody doing it and yeah things like it so if there is a pain in the body can you can is the suffering can you amplify it can you make it stronger can you pinpoint it there's nobody doing it and when the pointers land and there is a response in the body that is just a pattern inspiring other pattern the pattern of strengthening may may show up it's not you doing it is there it's just it's just another movement of energy to make it stronger just so it can be pinpoint yeah I know it's a paradoxical language it kind of seems like we contradict each other we say oh amplify it or strengthen it yeah but it's nobody there to do it yeah let's see just see if that if that pointer lands if it inspires intellectual discarding of pointers serves no purpose they can all be rubbish every single thing ever said in non duality can be rubbish and put to the garbage because mmhmm every word is dualistic language is dualistic we may as well just not not talk like you know like Bob is sometimes joking stay in the now pointer good pointer stay in the now but who is there to stay there's no one to stay anywhere and Bob is having a nice twist on it try and get out of it see how well you do and there is no one there to get out of it either so we've got you know every single point there can be that appears because words have opposites they the dualistic but yeah you can see if if the pointer if the pointer shifts you great if it doesn't ignore it don't even bother publishing it the waste of time unless it gives you pleasure I have to say it does give some pleasure to me sometimes just a pattern for me and getting more pleasure this is oh no we're have one more hmm Arthur Bob and Kat the two of you are so loving oh thank you and Tony is watching hi Tony and Amarnath you are awareness beautiful thanks a million Bob there is no abidance or abider at all there is no trying at all and a lot of beautiful hearts I am unaware am I unaware right now thanks a million Bob there is nothing like at all self realization is also notion all ourselves realized only but unaware is paradox and God getting more pleasure or more suffering it's not different not just something we pay attention to the other people where the pressure is a little lower there is no trying at all and a lot of beautiful possible because the me doesn't exist and do nothing yeah everything changes the amount of pleasure and pain is changing us everything all the time spontaneously spontaneously so there is this amount of pain and pleasure right now in a minute second day whatever is going to be different there will be more pain less pleasure but they will be fluctuating and nobody does that just like nobody rolls the earth around the Sun nobody changes seasons it's the whole world it's like one blanket that is you know the pattern on the carpet is when you move the carpet all pattern moves with it it's all interconnected interdependent interrelated so the the pain pleasure changes but there is no single cause it's not that you can change that the whole world will change you can change the whole world will change you can change the whole world will change that the you know time oh sorry okay I'll just quickly go sorry I'll just quickly go through what left and see if we don't make too much of us because mmm because we have the launch commitment so we can't we have lunch commitment we can't stay much longer getting more pleasure of pain you've got this one and thank you says Rohan and Jane and Amarna thank you and Johannes thank you for holding the space here bless you all thank you and Tanya beautiful meeting lots of peace pop and thank you from Brett and today's words a cool drink of water from the wellspring of of wisdom much appreciated gorgeous that's Brett oh you've got such a way with words and Billy two small problems I had which I couldn't solve became a problem and I had to solve them today strange thing is both problems were answered and solved by actions I would never have thought of just amazed me your thoughts is incredible how life results itself and Mokti says thank you Bob cat and also sharing and meeting in this today's wit clarity and love and shy so grateful to learn from all of you thank you and Arthur and yes we week we click on you now thank you and I'll catch up thank you watching byeهє yİnалоoye thank
