You all ready to go? Yes, come on. What about your phone? You got it? Speak. Speak. Morning everybody. Another nice day by the look of it. It reminds me of an old ditty that I picked up somewhere along the way. I don't know where. Here has been dawning another new day. Think, will thou let it pass useless away. Out of eternity this new day is born. Into eternity at night will return. Think, has been dawning another new day. Think, will you let it pass useless away. But make use of it. The day is here. What's the best way to make use of it? Keep recognising your true nature.

Not the conceptual. Not the conceptual image we've taken on board and believe ourselves to be. For in that lies all the unhappiness, the despair, the guilt, the shame, the jealousy, the envy, the remorse, all the fears. Which are all that same essence. Patterning, shaping and forming in the labels or the appearance or the descriptions we put on them. And when these descriptions or thoughts are in the mind, they stir up the emotions. And the emotions and the physical fear and the anger and the depression can feel terrible. But if it's just a passing thought and not fixated on it, what harm can it do? And it will always function dualistically.

That's the so-called mind. It's a vibration in which words appear in it. A vibration of energy in which forms, sounds, words, concepts, edges. And we put the meaning in. Good, bad, pleasant, faithful, happy, sad, loving, hating, all the rest of it. And take them to be real. And that stirs up the emotion in the body. But based firstly on the thought. And then becomes the feeling which is a sensation which we put the label on. The word's not the real. We've taken it to be the real, but the word's not the real. You can't drink the word water. You can't swim in it. You can't drown in it.

And the word fire doesn't burn your mouth. And you can't cook with it. You can't heat yourself with it. What's this word I? What can that do? Unless you're putting the belief into it that it is a separate entity, an individual, a person. This is me. This is what I am. That's the belief we've taken on. But I am is a sense of presence. The pure knowing that you are without even that I am on it. That pure being, knowing and loving to be. The Sat Chit Ananda. Nama Rupa. Existence, consciousness, bliss. Name and form. All labels we put on it. But existence, the actuality of it is existing.

Are you existing right now? Of course you are. Are you unaware right now? Or unconscious? No, of course you're not. You're conscious right now and you're not unaware. And are you happy to be? Well, I don't know about you. But I'd rather be here than gone back into the unknowing corpse or emptiness. Not knowing or feeling or anything. And the pattern that it's expressing through now would have broken down and rotted. Just imagine it. Not burned in the fire, it becomes ashes. It's in the earth, which all sorts of bacteria, maggots and worms get in it and eat it up. But they're alive too. Cameron says, I don't exist before I have a coffee in the morning.

How true. Good on you Cameron. Born with the drug. But the I being born then thinks it needs the drug, the coffee. If it wasn't there, poor coffee makers would go out of business. Cameron, your coffee is illusionary. It's all so. But yummy, isn't it? Yeah. As I say, that's what they say in the scriptures. It's all mire. It's all illusion. Mire means it's illusory. And on top of that, it's an illusory illusion. It doesn't exist. It's a phenomenal manifestation. The definition of phenomenon is that which appears to be. It's only seemingly so. No thing has ever happened. And that's all the happenings are, are made up of things.

Everything in this manifestation, it's all things appearing on that basic screen. Stillness, silence, emptiness. No boundaries to it. No centre to it. Find a centre to space if you can. Postulate something that can be outside of space. Can't find an end to it. Can't find a centre to it. Find an end to it. A boundary to it. So it's beginningless and endless. It's timeless and spaceless. It's beyond where, when, how. And you are that space-like awareness. Which forms patterns, shapes and forms to express through. And then those patterns, shapes and forms are like everything else in the appearing things. It's all a vibration of intelligence energy.

A movement of energies that fuse with the knowing. The knowing is intelligence. And the energy is vibration. And that's all appearing on this basic screen which we call awareness. You can't say you are unaware. You must be aware. But you can't put a label on awareness. Describe to me what awareness is. Trying to become aware. How can you become what you already are? See the futility of trying. But that's what we set out to do. We think we need to become something when we hear about it. Why? What sends us on that search? Well, some of us recognise that this has got not good enough, this life we're leading here.

It's pretty, can be okay, but it's not quite, there's a bit more to it than this. And that's what they call, what they call the spiritual compass. It's a compass that comes into it. What's spirit? Spirit is essence. Like the scent of a, of a, the, in a bottle, the scent or the essence is the spirit of the, that's in spirit anyway. And spirit becomes matter when it solidifies. So, we've got the mystical idea that spirit is mystical and matter is something different. But matter is just, solidified or spirit. Or spirit that's seemingly solid, so that it becomes something. Just like steam, water and ice.

Steam is very subtle. But it becomes a cloud, when it cools down, becomes water. And then the water becomes ice. Seemingly solid. It's still the same, it's still H2O. So, thought, feeling and emotion are the same thing. Sad thought, then the feeling, then the emotion. But it's, essence is spirit. And everything is that spiritual, if you like to call it that. But it's not some great mystical idea. Where Big Daddy's up there controlling it all. Big Daddy, Big Daddy would be separate and apart from it, wouldn't he? This is one essence, patterning, shaping, forming, appearing and experiences, experiencing as everything. As I pointed out, you and I are things.

Appearing on or in that awareness, which is no thing. Well, can something come from no thing? It can't. And that's when you realise that, you must realise that this, all this manifestation is no thing, appearing as something. And you go to sleep at night, you dream a dream. And all sorts of things can take place in that dream. Can be in the mountains, you can be in the hills, you can be at sea, you can be in the sky, you can be in a car, going somewhere. You can be in a house. You can be in a shopping mall. Or you can be with others.

All appearing in the dream. When you wake up, where does it go? It all disappears. It all disappears. So, when you wake up, what do you wake up to? You wake up to this dream. And this is the living dream. The only difference I can tell you, between the sleeping dream and this waking dream, is when you wake up, all the dream, the sleeping dream disappears. All the mountains in it have disappeared and gone. All the hills, all the bodies, all the minds. And you yourself disappear. Your body had never moved off the bed. And no words had come out of your mouth. So you wake up to this dream, and it seems it has a continuity.

It seems to continue every night from where it left off. And now, in that continuity, it seems to be real. The mountains are still there. The rivers, the lakes, and the houses, the shopping malls and everything are still there. That's the only difference between it. It seems to continue. Anyway, there's some questions here. I've raved on enough. No, you didn't. You will get back to it. Just, uh... Good morning, everyone. There is a beautiful quote that is worthy of mentioning now. From Nisargadatta. But G.K. has brought it here. Once you realize that the road is the goal, and that you are always on the road, not to reach a goal, but to enjoy its beauty and its wisdom, life ceases to be a task and becomes natural and simple, in itself an ecstasy.

Exactly. And we have a question, too. That's our request, actually, rather than question. From Amarnath. Good morning. Greetings, all. Dear Bob, can you explain about the self as screen or hologram, please? Though it is unexplainable. Appearance and disappearance of dream itself is a dream or illusion. Same with waking dream. He's quoting you, Sailor Bob. So would you like to talk about the basic screen or hologram or... What was it? Yes, basic screen. Well, what's the basic screen it's all appearing on? The basic screen is, as I say, that space like emptiness, or you can call it awareness. If that awareness or life essence wasn't there, how many thoughts could you have?

How many feelings? How can you motion? And what pattern, shape or form could there be on it? Yeah. It would be... They call it no thing, and that's where they get mistaken. No thing meaning it's not a thing, but when they say no thing, we think it's still zero, a vacuum or a void. And that's what would be there. It's a cognising emptiness, in other words, but when there's nothing near the... How could there be any manifestation? How could there be any universe? How could there be anything at all? But it's all appearing so, doesn't it? So it's all... So it's all illusory, it's phenomenal.

The definition of phenomenal is that which appears to be. It's all seemingly so, but when you investigate it, there's nothing there at all. No thing there at all. But you can't negate your beingness, or that life as it's expressing through that pattern you call you right now. In its totality, it's a cognising emptiness. Even that emptiness, it has the capacity of cognising or knowing. And in that knowing, the pattern, shapes and forms are re-cognised or seen or felt. So the dream continues. And the Sargata quotes that too, and he says, you realise you're dreaming a dream you call the world. That's all we dream. We dream a dream we call the world.

And stop looking for ways out. We want to get out of it. We want to get into something better, because the way that... What's happening in the dream we don't like. We're looking for issues. Stop looking for ways out. The dream is not your concern. It's just happening, and it's that form that's happening through, and that form needs to be for it to happen through. Your concern is that you love one part of it, and not the other. We've taken one part of it to be real, and when it's appearing in its opposite, which is much to do, it couldn't appear otherwise, we don't want that.

We want one part and not the other. He says love all of it, or none of it. Don't try and separate yourself from it, because you're not separate anyway. We're with it totally. When you see the dream as a dream, you love all of it or none of it. The dream is not your concern. Your concern is you all. You all love it. You love all of it or none of it, and the rest will be taken care of for you. Boy, that's the very same that puts you in the dream. When you love all of it or none of it, let it be. Just let it be.

Instead of becoming something, let it be and see where it takes you. And it'll be just like nature. It's all being in nature, the Earth's rolling around the sun. You're going to stop it. There was a play when I was a young fellow somewhere along, and I stopped the world. I want to get off. I said, can you stop the world to get off? What are you going to get off into? On that note of the dream, and we have another beautiful, I think one of our favourite Nisargadatta's quotes from G.K. Love says I'm everything, wisdom says I'm nothing. And between the two, my life flows.

You want to comment on this one? Because it actually just really illustrates beautifully how you love everything and you hate everything in the dream, and then you are actually free from the duality of the dream. But it also brings up the idea, the extremes of the experience is I'm nothing. That's the wisdom. I'm everything. That's the recognition. I am the love in action expressing as everything. And everything in between, which means, I am something but not the other. I am human or whatever. And where does that leave it? As the love itself. Yeah. It's the love that's functioning as the good, as the bad, as the pleasant, as the painful.

And that's another name for God, if you like to call it God. God is love. If God is love, love must be God. Wouldn't that be so? Yeah. And now we also have... If I am is God, you must be God because you've taken yourself to be that I am-ness. Yes. That sense of presence. And we also have the question, is it? Or is it a comment from Tanya? So, a separate self really is only a story, a dream. That is what is being seen here. But there is a doubt that the separate self has been seen as false as there is noticing of lots of stories still appearing.

Can you say something about this? Any pointers? Greatly appreciated. Yes, the separate self is false when it's taken to believe that it is some substance or some independent nature. You know, you've separated, seemingly separated from the totality. But seeing it's all the totality, there's nothing separate, what problems are going to be for you? So, she says, it's been a lot of separation. And I think that's the problem. I think that's the problem. I think that's the problem. It's been a lot of stories still appearing. Yes, the separate self is a story. But there are other stories also, often built on the idea of self. Because the stories are often relating to the me.

You know, even if you have an objective sort of a story presented from like five different points of view, there are still points of view where the story relates. Let's say the story from your daughter's perspective, or story from your perspective, from science perspective, there's still the stories. The stories and why not? And the separate self's there only because it's believed in. The energy of belief goes on, it makes it seemingly real. But when it's seen through, it has no substance or any independent nature, has no static point, no beginning and no end. What are you going to take, who's going to take the delivery of it?

How or why or where or when? And how sad would that be if, with the realisation that there is no little human there, pushing or pulling at strings, if all the stories would suddenly become unavailable? Oh, that's terrible. I mean, look how much, how many beautiful, beautiful stories the whole world contains, how they touch our heart, how they bring compassion, love. Stories are just part of our human experience and they're totally to be appreciated. Only when the story is taken to be a reality, that when the suffering kicks in and then resistance kicks in. When you see the story as a story, you can laugh, you can cry, you can fully enjoy the story.

Just don't take it seriously. Don't take it to be reality. That's saying the same thing as when you see the dream as a dream. Yes. Exactly. Yeah. You see it as a dream, see the story as a dream and say, oh, what a wonderful, what a horrible dream. Love all of it or none of it. Yeah. But for the dream this morning, there was a guy in the kitchen with a knife. It just, it came, that's what the machinery does. It creates daydreams, nightdreams, all sorts of dreams. But you know it's a dream. So you enjoy it. You say, wow, that's amazing. How amazing is that?

Don't have to push them away. Don't have to try to pacify them or at least expect them to stop showing up. You do want to enjoy them. Trust me. It's, yeah. If it is there, that's exactly what life wants. If the stories show up, that's the celebration, the way life loves itself. Amanaz. Just like you're mixing eating our food, just like you're mixing eating our food, disappear after swallowing. Similarly, your world disappeared, is swallowed by me completely non-existent. Like you are unaware. You are not aware of your food after swallowing. That's all the past disappears, doesn't it? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I guess this is, I think one of the, your friends, Douglas Harding, says that he swallowed Australia as he was driving through.

Yeah, it's hard to read Amarnaft if you don't put commas and dots. But yeah, we getting what it is there, kind of, most of the time. Oh yes. He is actually quoting Nisargadatta, he says. Yeah, I guess Nisargadatta probably have some punctuation. Just like you're mixing eating your food, disappear after swallowing. Similarly, your world swallowed by me completely non-existent. Like you are unaware of your food after swallowing. That's from Nisargadatta. Yeah. Yeah. Now Tanya, thoughts keep coming up to look, to see if there is no self, and a separate self is never found when looked for and noticed throughout the day. Laughing out loud, I don't know why there is still looking for non-existent separate self.

Yeah. That's a habit, isn't it? Yeah. Stop it. It will drop off. I think initially when the investigation kicks in and you keep checking, oh, is there anyone there? Oh, there is no one there. Good. And then again some doubt or some thinking or something shows up and the checking happens again. That moment of relief, the moment of respite when you realize that, oh yeah, oh gosh, there isn't anyone there. Till it gets completely in the bloodstream, completely certain, maybe it does serve a role or something. If the checking is happening, yeah, appreciate the checking is happening, you're not doing it. It's an automatic process.

And it will drop off. I mean, I didn't check whether there was anyone there in five years. I didn't really. Laughing out loud. It just didn't come up. Yes, until you come convinced there's nothing there, it will seemingly come up, but you don't have to go with the habit. Don't go with the habit. Just drop it. Now we have another from Nisargadatta, I think. This is, oh, maybe not. Amarnath, dear Bob, we want your comment on coming out of dream itself is a dream. Coming out of dream itself is a dream. Nisargadatta Maharaj, giving importance to the dream should be stopped or not? Yeah, what I said before, when you wake up, you wake up from the dream to the next dream.

Waking up to this, but that's not your next dream. That's not what you need to do, is to wake up that this is a dream also. Yes. And what was the rest of it? The importance. Should you stop giving importance to the dream? Leave it as it is. Who's going to give it importance to it or take it away? You've separated yourself from the dream. Yeah, yeah. Recognition is enough. Recognition sorts it all out. Can't take a stance anywhere because there's no static point. Mm. Now we have a comment from Rohan. Bob, is the I am nothing side of the truth really pointing to the fact that because I am everything, I am nothing in particular?

This is, there is no point where I can locate myself, neither body, mind or matter? No, you have no point. You can lodge yourself. You must be no thing. Mm, yeah. Because what you're trying to point to, what you're trying to point to is from a thing to a thing. That's all a manifestation is, are things. Things are appearances. It's a cognising emptiness. Emptiness has the capacity of cognising. Not us that's cognising the emptiness. As the person, as a separate entity, we've got no say whatsoever, but the cognise, emptiness is doing the cognising and emptiness is form. Mm. So all the patterns and forms are nothing other than that emptiness.

And that's what it says, the form can't be anything other than emptiness. Mm. So the emptiness is vibrating into its opposites, seemingly so. Mm-hmm. But there's no boundaries on it, but we put the boundaries on it with the word. Until the word is learnt, everything is just as it is. And surprisingly enough, in that particular quote, and your insight, Rohan, yeah, it seems like logic work. Because we don't really approach these things with logic, because it is totally beyond, it is, even the quote, I'm everything, I'm nothing, is supposed to completely confuse the mind. But yeah, you apply the logic, yeah, if I'm everything, I'm nothing in particular.

But also, if you look deeper what everything is, it really is nothing. Everything is nothing. It's not that nothing in particular. No thing. Because, yeah. This way of understanding it is good enough, it's logic. Yeah, Julia will love it. And Alvaro says, I like to see Netflix. That's regarding the stories, appreciation for the stories. Yeah, doesn't it open your heart and bring also things? Like what? Netflix, you know, the film, the movie channel. Oh, yeah. Amarnath, see story as story, not as reality. See dream as dream that itself will make you to come out of dream. Sailor Bob Adamson. Not necessarily. Seeing dream as a dream does not necessarily take you out of it.

Because right now, we know it's a dream. But we're still the dream characters in the dream, talking to dream characters somewhere in the virtual reality. The dream goes on. But it's... But seeing it as a dream, you're not taking any stance in it. See, once you've seen the dream as dream, you've done all you need to do. Yeah, why would you even want to come out of it? Isn't it a nice dream? The rest will be done for you. Yeah, just relax and appreciate the beauty of the dream without needing to come out of it. I remember there was a story, I've been with David in Sydney.

There was a couple there where he... presented them that one-minute clip of Bill Hicks saying that life is just a ride. You know, so relax, sit back and enjoy the ride. And the lady, Stephanie, she started yelling out, How do I get out? How do I get out? I don't want to be on the ride. Why would you want to get out if you're really happy, relaxing, you're enjoying the ride? If you're suffering, sure, people do get out. They do shoot themselves. They do jump off the window. That's how you get out. But if you actually find that what you are is part of the ride, you are the whole blanket with all the pattern on it, everything is a reflection of you, why would you not enjoy the ride?

You don't need to come out of the dream. You don't need to wake up from the human story in a way that death grants it. I mean, the physical, leaving the physical body grants it. You just enjoy the dream for what it is, and the rest will be done for you, like Nisargadatta says. And Tanya, thank you. I am seeing the stories just as stories. There is no center, no separation that is seen. There is just experiencing. The center is only a story about sensations, thoughts, etc., being a me. Yeah, isn't it nice how well done it is? That it almost feels like it. It feels like there was someone there, even though you know there isn't.

It's cool. And Johannes, to whom the dream appears to? Is the dreamer not only dreamt? Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, it appears to itself. There is no dreamer. The dreamer is only dreamt, totally. Tanya, thank you. It is just a habit to check. That reality resonates. So, just drop there is definite. To just drop it. Thank you. It is just a habit to check. That really resonates. To just drop it. Just drop it. Yeah. There is definitely no one doing the habit. So much gratitude coming up for these pointers and clarity. Yeah. No one doing it. Of course there is no one doing it. Because there is no one.

Only one. Well, not even one. Not even one. Well, one implies there could be other than one. So, not even take one. It's absolute. Just take that as the fact that you are the absolute. The great perfection. No room in it for a one to appear. And no dreamer. Just dreaming. Dreaming. Just like no seer. Just seeing. Seeing is happening through the... Instruments. Dreaming happening through the instrument. This is a projector. It projects the dream. It interprets the signals and creates the world. Yeah. You go through that one. There is only seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, thinking, smelling. The ING is the actuality. It's happening in the immediacy of the moment.

As soon as you say, I think, you've formed a subject. A thinker. And the object will become the thought that you are thinking. As soon as you say, I see, you become the thought. A subject. A seer. Yeah. And the seeing has become the object. The chair or the table or whatever you're seeing become the object. And that goes for all the senses. The tasting, the touching, the smelling. But can there be a seer without seeing? Can there be a thinker without thinking? Can there be a feeler without feeling? There can't be. So it's the ING. The actuality. The things that's vibrating spontaneously in the moment.

That is the actuality. Which we put labels on again. Which become sensations or feelings become the labels. But they're only fleeting. Yeah. Hmm. So Amarna, thanks for your blasting, dear Bob. Waking from dream itself is dream. There is no waking or realization ever greater than dream. Ever grateful to you Bob for this as dream never existed. Yeah. Remember that. Dream never existed. Thanks for your blasting, dear Bob. Waking from dream itself is dream. There is no waking or realization ever grateful to you Bob for this. Dream never existed. Yeah. It only seems to be. Amarna, thanks Kat for your comment. Dream is for dreamer, let it be you are beyond the dreamer, just enjoy both.

Dream is just dreaming, dreamer is part of the dream, it's dream, nothing really. Nama rupa, name and form, phenomenal manifestation. And the definition of phenomena is that which appears to be. Another word for appearance is seems to be so. It all seems very real, solid and substantial. But who says that? The seeming believed in body-mind entity that takes itself to be real, of course, that seems real to that pattern, shape and form because that's the dream character and that character can feel things and see things and think things and all the rest of it, yeah. But it's still only a dream character. Yeah, ultimately the Nisargadatta's advice, one could say it's an advice, but who is going to take it?

But it's a good description. Don't worry about the dream. Just watch out how you're resisting some of it and desiring some other one of it. Because that overlay of resistance and desire, that's your problem. Dream is not. Dream is cool. That's what he says, isn't it? The dream is not your concern. Yeah. You love one part and not the other. That is really what is to be looked at because that sort of relating, I like this, I don't like this, I don't want this, I want more of this. I, this is where the I comes in the picture. This is where the relationship between the me, the doer, and the world comes into the picture.

This is what is to be looked at because when this one is absent, you live in a natural state just like that cat that came. You see that cat that came here for a cuddle. There is not a problem in a dreaming. No, it unfolds by itself, naturally and effortlessly. Yeah. Just like the earth is rolling right this moment around the sun. But nobody doing it, it's just spontaneously happening. There's a sun concerned about the earth, wouldn't even know it was there. Mm-hmm. We have a question here. Venkata, dream or waking are nothing but thoughts which are dynamic aspect of awareness without any change in itself.

Your comment please. Yeah. Yeah. Well said. Absolutely. That's just the movement. Just when Nisargadatta was saying, this is everything. The dynamic pattern of awareness. Yeah. It's the movement of the awareness or attention creating forms. Shapes, patterns, images. And it needs to be dynamic. It can't because there's no static point anywhere. Yeah. Nothing static. Mm-hmm. Yeah, absolutely. All the explanations, all the thinking, all the dreaming, all of it is just a dynamic aspect of awareness. It's a Shakti dancing. Mm. And breath. Grass grows by itself. Hair grows by itself. Thought grows by itself. Rain falls. And so on. And so on. And so on. And so on.

And so on. And so on. And so on. And so on. And so on. And so on. And so on. And so on. And so on. And so on. Rain falls. Apples falls. Fall. How? If I can't control these phenomena, how can I believe I am the master of this bag of bones? Mm. Cold breads. Beautiful. I love that. Yeah. Oh, beautiful. Yeah. What a wonderful way of putting pointers in a beautiful, poetic way. Yeah. Yeah. question in it. DK I've been on the non duality trail for decades the problem now seems to be there is a separate self we could call it there is a separate self we could call it the soul not body mind emotions etc there is a lot of apparent evidence that there is a life experience as the individual spirit or soul in between lives and then more incarnations of course mind always find the evidence to back their beliefs sure there is only one that all that is and time and space are illusions but that separation is what we experience for a parent continuous lifetimes until we graduate and no more physical incarnations that's the strong beliefs I read into from a an apparent channeled entity who claims to have graduated from earthly existence that didn't quite if it's still channeling and the purpose of this physical lives are like a school and the object is to do the same to graduate it is apparent journey to rejoin all that is or God after earthly incarnation there are countless dimensions to experience with different senses and experiences agreed rules etc also said that all true teachers at this time are generally under last earthly incarnation you want to comment on that well you said you went on the path of the Cajun so you will be if you're looking for the answer in the story story got everything they told you every second house story who had searched in the mind for so long and never found the answer there.

Maybe been looking in the wrong direction. Or if you are totally happy with those stories, stop seeking. Just, yeah, okay, there is reincarnation, other realms, planets. Yeah, I know because someone told me and I am a believer. So I like to be a believer. I like to be belonging to some sort of a belief system. This is who I am. This is what I want. I am the soul believing in some other worlds. Other than this moment right now. That makes me happy. Wonderful. If that, you know, that's wonderful. I mean, there is nothing wrong in subscribing to any belief systems and enjoying yourself and letting life taste all that juiciness of that yummy stories.

Because, yeah, I've seen that, you know, reptilians and other stuff quite close from someone who is very, very dear to me, explaining and exploring those imaginary. Realms that they also heard from someone, tell them and believed them and imagined it for them and for the absolutely nothing wrong. I would not want to take away those beautiful stories from anyone unless they seeking the truth. Then perhaps the truth is beyond the mind and beyond the stories. If they want to find it, perhaps questioning the thinking would be refreshing. After decades of engaging with the different ideas, options, and. Ideologies. But if you enjoy them, soul, spirit, wonderful.

Yeah, they're cool. That's a good, good ride. That's a good ride. You're at where you're at. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I used to believe in those stuff, reincarnations and stuff, but you have to realize that this is not the experience. It is still something that you believe much, much more honest would be to say, I don't know. Maybe it exists. Maybe it doesn't. I don't say that I have absolute certainty that this is going to be like this tomorrow because I don't believe in tomorrow. This experience is only available when it is presently available. Tomorrow is the story. Tomorrow in hundred years or in thousand years ago.

You'll never ever get peace of mind. The peace is when the mind is not. And they explain that in the scriptures. When they say they call it the peace that passes all understanding. And what are they saying there? That means you can't understand it or grasp it with a concept, which is the mind. Yes. Peace is when the mind is not. What's wrong with right now if you don't think about it? That's right. Yeah. Where is that incarnation when you don't think about it or all the other? Where's your conditioning if you don't think about it? Yeah. And this is not to say that everyone has to look into non duality.

What are you looking into is definitely not like non duality, even though it says there is only one. I've got stories of my life. I wrote about it. I wrote about it in a letter. Initially in the letter, but it doesn't really yeah. But this yes, a beautiful story to have. Cool. My take on soul is I've never known anybody yet who's found a soul. Yes. And I think they spelled it wrong. They made a mistake in spelling, they should've spelled it S O L E. Soul. Single one. Mm hmm. Thank you Bob. I love the book Only Dad. That's Kalyani's book. And DK, excuse the massive post.

This was interesting. It was cool. Don't apologize. Nice, refreshing, little, colorful story. DK, a liberated man is extremely law-abiding, but his law is the law of his real self, not of his society. That's true. That's true. Amarnath, thanks a million cut for your observation without observer. And DK, the challenge also is apparently the apparent separate self can alter. The game, like a video game, changing the thoughts, emotions, and beliefs can make the apparent life story more like one prefers. The sick, broke, in conflict person can become healthy, wealthy, and peaceful. Seems an interesting challenge to do that and still see that it is function of the one.

A lot of folks seem to say they get the non-dual message. But are unhappy about their ill health, financial lack, unhappy relationships. Yes, so if you really want to gather all the honesty you can and see if that's really a separate self does anything. Or is it really a thought that comes up, inspired usually by the environment. If you are sick or in a bad physical condition, that is probably the thought inspired by your own health in comparison to someone else. So is it really the separate self that does change the life? Or is it the course of thoughts that are completely codependent, interdependent with the environment?

We like to take credit for this. But if we are completely honest, we see that no individual can take credit for anything. It could maybe argue that it contributes, okay? Because I have imagined self, I follow the instructions that show up in my head. The imaginary self is taking credit for instructions that came inspired. So what really the imaginary self, what credit does it really deserve? You can say it's one part per million contributing together with everything else. But it's not the self that does that, but the image, imagination. Behind every action and every force is that one life. Without it, what could be done?

By who? Basically, purely and simply, non-duality is not two. That's right. How can it be any separate self or anything at all apart from that? Not two. Not even one. Because the count starts at one. After one there's got to be two. So not even one, where's the count going to start? Where does that leave you? Basically, just presently aware in this so-called Pacific moment, which is not even a moment. Just is. Everything just is. And everything is the no-thing. Pure is-ness. And there is absolutely the possibility of altering one's health or one's wealth or start a business or do whatever or reprogram the mind.

This is the computer. If you are moved to learn how to do certain things with it, change the narrative sound of the voice, do the timeline therapy, do whatever you are moved to do. But this moving power is life itself. And then the means and ways are NLP or trauma therapy or whatever it is. They are means through which life exercises that movement towards the change. The way it works and what it's going to do. So the process of being is valid in the appearance? Yeah. And who is going to take credit for it? What is that separate self that thinks this is me, that has done it?

So the appearance can pattern, shape and form in every sort of way. Yes. And all sorts of diversity. But is still only the appearance. That's right. Things. Amarnath, incarnation itself is dream. dream there is no incarnation or reincarnation the very transient phenomenal let's enjoy whole nature as incarnation as God dream yeah yeah yeah that's thank you for putting some dots it's easier to read Alvaro says thanks Kat Amarna says thanks Bob for this where when whom the mind does not exist time place person is the mind hmm I'm enough to whom is the challenge thinker itself is false GK no doubt association with sage is conducive to realization nevertheless it must be followed by questions and answers there are always some doubts arising from mind so until all traces of mind are removed you must clear them out by words Nisargadatta Maharaj yeah it seems helpful it seems helpful to dispel the illusions using words some people do it using silence or some physical exercises but yeah it seems helpful yes when the energy you believe can't go into them I disappear David says thank you for your question I'm not sure if I can answer it but I'm sure you can answer it I'm sure you can answer it I'm sure you can answer it thank you for your question thank you for your question thank you for your question sweet a here when it was said earlier that it is better to be there here alive than in the unknown death won't that create or reinforce the fear of death or it is just that is merely life is preferring what life prefers.

Yeah, it's just, and it'll always be here no matter where it is. Yeah. There's no, where are you going to go when you die? Unless you conceptualise something, some place or form or anything like that. Yeah. What's there to fear? And who's going to fear it? You don't remember your first breath. Think you're going to remember your last? And don't you die daily when you fall asleep? Yeah. That sort of dying into the abyss, beautiful moment. Yeah, I'd say, you know, when we say what life prefers, I prefer all. Thy will is my will. If it's raining, I want it to be raining because thy will is my will.

And of course to say I want it is just a narrative overlay because I don't even think about it. I think that thought is just no objection to what's happening. If I'm alive, there is no objection or preference towards being alive because that's what life is manifesting. And preference to be alive rather than neurotic fear of death per se. Yeah, I can't imagine fear of death, can you? Yeah. Yeah, it's such a paradox imagining non-existence and fearing it because it can't be imagined. Yeah. If you try to imagine the abyss or absence of consciousness, it's beyond the capacity for imagination in the brain. So why are we fearing it?

If it can't even be imagined, why would there be a fear? But yeah, they say it's a primordial fear, fear of non-existence. What did Romano Ahasi say? Somebody asked him what happens when he dies. He says, where will I go? Yeah. Well, all that will happen, the eye will go. Yeah. When the eye goes, there just is. Okay. Agree with what you are saying. Seems to be more proof that there is no separate self because most folks who get the idea about changing thoughts, emotions, beliefs to improve their life story, and they get more healthy body, money, etc., better relationship, etc., if they still believe in that separate me, most seems forever unhappy and unsatisfied.

When I get more happy, I think that's not enough after a while. I still want more than that. Yeah. Actually, practicing wanting, practicing desiring, reinforces the habit of wanting and desiring. When you are relaxed and happy with what is, you've got to get more. You've got to get more of that satisfaction and relaxation with what is. If you're constantly unhappy complaining, this is wrong, this is wrong, I need to fix this, I need to fix this, then that habit of needing to look for what's wrong, look what to fix next, gets reinforced. That's on the level of the computer and how the bio-computer works. That's what I'm saying.

The way out of it all is to recognize there's only the absolute and you couldn't be anything other than that. That's all there is. Yeah. That's why the recognition is the way. And in the recognition, Bob's recognition 45 years ago, and then I moved in with him five years ago, and suddenly we started focusing more into a healthy diet. Why? Did we complain about anything, wanting to change because we were unhappy? Absolutely not. Life moved us to include more of the fresh vegetables and fruits. Then life moved us to look into some supplements which will alleviate the pains of arthritis and other stuff. It is the movement.

It doesn't come from the resistance. It comes from the openness for suggestions. When you open, things come up. And in the absence of resistance, you just go with the flow. So five years ago, Bob's health situation was so tragic that we both did not hope that he has a year or two, maybe three ahead of him. Now it's five years later, and today we hope another five years should be easier because his health is much better than it was. I pushed your luck. Well, it's not impossible. Yeah, and you're right. Yes, a lot of people focus constantly on changing their situation, fixing their lives. And, yeah, situations change.

Actually, there are even statistics about people who won the lottery. And a year later, they're actually a little bit less happy than they were. Don't try to understand. It is enough if you do not misunderstand. That's from Nisargadatta Maharaj. Gorgeous one. Yes. Yeah. And understanding is not intellectual understanding. It's not working out how it is, what it is, what it was, what it's going to be. It's not that. It's not this. This one is the wrong tool for the job. The understanding is knowing of the heart. And there's only one thing that is known for the heart without thinking, even if you forget the language, even if you get Alzheimer's, brain damage, whatever.

You still know that you are. I think it's somewhere else in the book. It says understanding is all. Yes, but it's not the conceptual. Patanjali, the great yoga master, a hundred years ago said it's right understanding. Understanding. Get the right understanding is all that is necessary. Non-conceptual awareness they call it. Non-conceptual. Understanding. Not I understand or will understand. Understanding. Again, the same as the others. Right here, right now. Bill, thank you as always. B and K. Great to be with you. Thank you for being with us, Bill. And Rohan, near the end of his life, when Sri Ramana Maharshi's body began to fail him, his devotees became concerned that their beloved teacher was leaving them.

He responded by saying, I'm not going anywhere. Where would I go? Beautiful. Yeah. He brought the quote which you mentioned more exactly. Thank you. Here is everywhere, Amarnath says. Now is everywhere. Amarnath says. Now is eternal. I am is everyone. Nothing, everything. Yes. And DK. This has been wonderful. I intend to keep coming back. Please, welcome. All of that stuff may or might not happen after this body-mind dies, but there is only still here now. Awareness. Whatever we want to call it. That's right. Yeah. Whatever you like to call it is right. We put the names and forms on it. That's the only problem. And the beautiful stories about different planets, different forms of life, different incarnations, they are totally to be appreciated and bow down to for creativity, colourfulness.

And once you believe them, they are real. Absolutely. That's how the whole world becomes real, by the act of belief. And Amarnath, who is unhappy, unsatisfied, that person itself is completely false. Yet, you may enjoy sometimes as dream phenomenon on non-existence, in existence. Isn't it cool? And, DK, if you wish to see the truth, then hold no opinions for or against. The struggle of what one likes and what one dislikes is the disease of the mind. That's from Hsin Ming. Hsin Ming, yes. Yeah, I like that too. Hold no opinions. It doesn't mean to say you won't have opinions. But don't fixate on them. Don't keep them there.

Let them move on. Yeah, they will come up like clouds. And that's what we do. We generally hold them. We hold them so hard that we defend them. And we kill for them. I remember having strong opinions on whatever diet. I used to believe in reincarnation as a teenager also. And, ah, I was on a crusade to convert all my other teenage friends because I was right and they were wrong. That was a chapter. Bill, to believe or not to believe often swings like pendulum. Yeah. Yeah, hold no beliefs either. That's the way it is. The thoughts are always vibrating. It's all a vibration of energy.

Good, bad, pleasant, painful, happy, sad, past, future. Believe, don't believe. Yes, yeah, everything. If there was no vibration, there is no appearance. Yeah, day, night, up, down, pleasure, pain. All of it has to vibrate. Otherwise, it wouldn't be known. It has to be known from its opposite. Reincarnate, don't reincarnate. Sleep, wake. Yeah. But what's wrong with right now if you don't think about it? Hmm. Where's it all gone? Yeah, gone. But the heart doesn't stop beating. Breath hasn't stopped coming and going. Hair and fingernails haven't stopped growing. It's life itself. Purely, life hasn't got any concepts, any ideas, any beginning, or any end, or any personal concepts or ideas.

It's just life. Yes. And you are the life. Christ told you, I am the way, I am the truth, I am the life. That sense of presence translates through the mind as the thought, I am. But it translates through the believed in mind as the believed in thought. Without thought, what are you? Pause the thought right now and see if you disappear. Hmm. Theodore? Hey, Bob and Kat. I like how you spell my name Kat, by C-K-K. Kat like a meow cat. How can, how can explain to a teenager who is trying to understand the controversial world in which he lives that he is the absolute and that all problems come from his body-mind assemble?

Thank you. Hmm. Well, if it is known, if you know it, you can easily pass it, explain it easily to them in a way they'll hear it. Or you don't have to give it all in one mouthful and they won't take it in. Give them a little hint, makes them start to look for themselves. Because nobody's going to, you can't do it for them. All you can do is open them up, just waking them up a little bit, or seemingly waking them up. So they start investigating. They resonate with something you say. Whatever it might be. That resonation means it's not grasped by the head, head by the concepts.

It's that resonation, that life essence is recognized in something about its true nature. I think the good way I find it always, really the most effective way, is to figure out what the person already understands innately. Because it is innate wisdom. It's like no one does not know it innately. When you stop thinking, it's obvious that you are. Now, when you start thinking, then on top of that obviousness that you are, comes, I am a teenager, or I am a girl, or a boy, or I am a low self-confident whatever. That thinking comes on that basic screen of obviousness, of being. But there is also even a simple question that children ask.

If I had different parents, would I still be me? Yes, you would have different face. You would have different body. But you would still be you. Because what you are doesn't change with the body. It doesn't change with the age. You can even ask the teenager, oh, do you remember when you were four-year-old, or five-year-old, you learned to drive the bicycle? Look, none of the cell of your body is the same as back then. It's completely different. So you obviously not the body, are you? Yes, so you are expressing through the body, but you're not the body. Ultimately, the body is also, if you are the totality, the body is included as well.

But initially, that sort of realization helps to disidentify with the body. Now that the identification with the mind also comes. When you were five-year-old, and you were riding this bicycle, what was your idea about who you are? Did you feel that you have low self-confidence? Are you shy? Are you not worthy or something? Probably not. Maybe some other ideas. So you're not your ideas. You're not your images. You're not your self-definition. Because this one is changing. When you were ten-year-old, obviously, that was a different self-definition. So you see what you are is beyond the changing body, is beyond changing self-definition. That kid's grasp straight away is like, yes, so what?

Just how obvious is that? Of course. But that's a good start. Because it is obvious. I mean, all of it is completely obvious. It's so... That's the point when it dawns on you. The shock of simplicity is almost like if there was someone still there, that someone would feel ashamed. How could I be so dull and stupid? But this someone is not there. So shame is not necessary. But the obviousness is so... It's so shocking. It's just staring at your eyes. And Bob, often you say that kids actually remember they're much closer to it. There is much less of the layers of rigidness of roles that they play and identify with it.

So it may... And of course, that goes without saying. You have to be asked. They're getting on for the first couple of years of their life without words and concept. They know how to live. Mm-hmm. But yeah, I think Theodore is already who is trying to understand. Yes, absolutely. So yeah, if they are trying and they ask for help, that's... Yeah, that's totally... And then you can actually even show them that, look, you know, to have self-image that is more positive and healthy makes your life easier than to have self-image that is negative and unhealthy. Because it may still, for one or the other reason, that self-image may still be quite thick.

But if you know that this is not who you are, this is just the mask you wear, yeah, you just deal with the mask. Yeah. Concepts. Mm-hmm. Mask concepts. With a teenager and DK. I've had loads of money, lived in grand homes. Now I live in a caravan in a bush. Very little money. There is more peace and happiness between us than ever before. What a wonderful... I love the life stories which are so wide and so broad and they go into the extremes. How cool. Yeah, and wonderful to know that this is not a reason for depression but is more happiness and peace. See how it...

You are the life example that can show that the happiness does not depend on the wealth. And of course, we don't say it to someone who has their children starving. Then certain levels of happiness or comfort comes up with a certain amount of wealth. But life finds the way to provide. And yeah, I think that's... Living closer to nature in the caravan, in the bush is nice too. Mm. Amarna. Bob, you are eternal. Your health is our wealth, our prayers. Thank you, Amarna. And Johannes. It is thy will, not also... Is thy will not also is separation. Because when it's made a difference between my and thy will duality appears.

There is only thy will, the will of the absolute. Totally right. That's right. Yes, you're right. It is only the language that makes it ridiculous. Language creates duality with absolutely everything. Absolutely every word. Because every word, even emptiness, has the opposite. No emptiness. So yes, thy will, God is everything. See if you are there or not. You don't need to agree with God because you not even exist. It's only thy will, not my will. My will is an illusion. That belief in the self-will is the cause of all our problems. Yeah, yeah. But good point. Thank you for highlighting it. It is always good to highlight the details.

The details of the language, limitations of the language. And G.K. It is always the false that makes you suffer. The false desires and fears. The false values and ideas. The false relationships between people. Abandon the false. And you are free of pain. Truth makes happy. Truth liberates. That's Nisargadatta Maharaj. Beautiful. Yeah, what a nice choice of quotes. See, the false is false. And the rest will be done for you. And you must be left with truth. That's right. Amarna. Not forming a single concept is the greatest seeking of seeker as seeker disappears. Sri Ramana Maharshi. Not forming a simple concept is the greatest seeking of seeker as seeker disappears.

Hmm. Non-conceptual awareness. And if concepts form, who cares? See, the concept... There is no seeker. If seekers disappear, if concepts are there or not, who cares? Clouds are there or not, who cares? Sweat is on the skin or not, who cares? See, the concept is a concept. What's a concept? Yeah. Sound, thought, vibration, energy, image. Yeah. Energy. See, energy is energy. Yeah. But you can't see energy. That's right. But you can experience. Yeah. Sometimes you can see it when you see the thunderstorm. Yeah, energy is changing form. And, okay, wondering what you have to say about this. Using kinesiology, some folks claim the day and time of the body's death is fixed.

Hmm. Everything is valid in the appearance. Yeah. Yeah, I heard the story. I remember also being a teenage, already a seeker. I didn't know what I was seeking though. A story about the woman who had the precognition gift, and she knew the day of your death. And you go to her, and she's telling you, oh, okay, you're going to die on this and this day. Let's say it will be 4th of November. But then the person freaks out and runs away, and he doesn't want to hear the year, because that is quite near. And you go to her, and she's telling you, oh, okay, you're going to die on this and this day.

Let's say it will be 4th of November. But then the person freaks out and runs away, and he doesn't want to hear the year, because that is quite near. So the 4th of November this year, oops, getting close, getting ready to die, but nothing happens. Ah, it must be next year then. Getting close, nothing happens. Four years later, the woman died. The end, the world ended. So sometimes things like this can be believable. And it's not, it's not that easy. But, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, It is, it, it, people may have special powers, but they may also be a placebo, nocebo effect as well.

Either way, it's... It's all in the appearance. In the appearance. It's part of the dream. Quite valid in the appearance, but the appearance itself is not real. Mm-hmm. Only seemingly so, phenomenally. Yes. And also the idea of time, you know, we have the sequential time, which means we can't know the future, we can know the past. Not quite. Past is projected right in this moment. Future is anticipated or created right in this moment. The time is created in the mind. The thinking is the time. So as well, you may find the reality in which that predestination is, is the experience and you believe it into existence and that's your experience.

Now we have another comment. Luis, related to the discussion on health, et cetera. From I am that question. Can I cure myself of serious illness by merely taking cognizance of it? And Maharaj take cognizance of the whole of it, not only outer symptoms. All illness begin in the mind. Take care of the mind first by tracing and eliminating all wrong ideas and emotions. The life and work. This. Including illness and think of it no more. Then leave and work this regarding illness and think of it no more. With the removal of causes, the effect is band to depart. Man becomes what he believes himself to be abandoned.

The ideas about yourself and you will find yourself to be the pure witness beyond all that can happen to the body or the mind. Could. say a word on this this seems to point to cause and effect and cause and effect is only illusion I would also add straightaway how is that has that been applied into Nisargadatta's own throat cancer caused by cigarettes and thousand other things yes so would you like to comment on this one Nisargadatta saying that if you are someone wants to address the illness and cure the illness and Nisargadatta says to cognize all of it not only outer symptoms because all illness begins in the mind if it spontaneously comes up to do something about it you will try and work it out in the mind you won't and I would say if he is actually giving giving the advice to look at your mind straight away when the disease comes out.

Take all of it, take the desire to get rid of the disease also, that's part of the cognition or cognizing. Whatever comes up when you contemplate the whole idea, whatever comes up is included because the mind or the life itself gives itself, this body creates this body for itself right in this moment and it creates this body with its diseases, which were apparent consequences of whatever, the polio was the consequence of some bacteria or something, or virus. So if you take the whole mind with all of its creation, you land up at the beginning of the universe, you see that what you are is prior to the body, you see that you are giving yourself a body.

And now Nisargadatta as the life, as Nisargadatta gives itself a body with a throat cancer and didn't do anything to cure it because he was not the body, the body was just the vehicle through which the manifestation or expression and experiencing was happening. But there were situations in the appearance, like this, you told me about this Christian science, Mary Baker Eddy, that realized that because you give yourself the body, you dream the body, you may as well just start dreaming a healthy one. And there is no force in the universe which will object to it if you give it full confidence right in the moment, knowing the truth of the energy and how it manifests.

If you want to go there, there are no objections, why not? People have those powers, they put their life into it, they develop them, it takes a lot of attention, that attention could be invested in that, why not? But they don't last for anyone. No, no, even though they're healthy, they still die. Yeah, that is a good pointer that you brought up a few times. So Jesus cured the blind, where is the blind now? Lazarus, he rose Lazarus from the dead. How long did Lazarus last after he got brought back to life? What was the point? Yes. What was the point? Yes. What was the point?

Yes. What was the point? Yeah. He's going to die anyway. Yeah, but if someone is moved... That's all stories anyway. That's right. But if someone is moved to find a way to cure the body instantaneously or to cure the body in any other ways, that is the life that moves you. We are not that concerned with it. Although, yeah, we are moved enough to actually just provide the body with whatever we believe is the best for it. And when I say we believe, it doesn't mean that there is an I or the me or Bob that believes. It's just... It's just that the thinking, those sort of ideas come up, like fresh, unprocessed food is going to be gentler for the body.

That's the thought that comes up. And we just don't object to the thought that comes up. We just go along. Now, Amarnath. My die both are false yet true. I am, everything is me. I am, nothing is die. There is no conceptualizer. I am of everything is die to say that false I, me doesn't exist. As Bob says, is word a thing? Is word everything? Yeah, that's right. Is the word I what I am? And GK, if you look into living process closely, you will find cruelty everywhere. For life feeds on life. This is... This is a fact. But it does not make you feel guilty of being alive.

That's from Nisargadatta Maharaj. Oh. There's only life, he also says, and life lives on life. Out of life, more life comes. What does that imply? The very things we eat. Digestive life. Take life on board to keep life going. It's life, not a personal life. All the patterns, shapes and forms appears in the same way. It's still the one life. Yeah. Nothing. It's all interdependent. It's all inter... What do you call it? Yeah, interdependent. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, life lives on life. Now the idea that eating life is good or bad comes from thinking. Because when you look at the animals, they do whatever is necessary for survival of the body.

They don't even really do it. It's the survival instinct that guides that actions. But there is no narrative saying that this is good or bad. And yes, you're right. It feels from human perspective that this is a cruelty going on. Let's say the cat is playing with the mouse before the mouse is killed and eaten. Even sometimes it's just abandoned, it's not even eaten. But this is an instinct. This is not any cruel idea because as far as we know, there is no language center in the cat's brain that would create the story. No, it hasn't learned words. They didn't. They didn't. Yeah. So it is an instinct.

Perhaps the meat is tough and it needs to be a little bit of lactic acid to break it a little bit so it's easier for digestion. For whatever reason, they have that type of a behavior and it's not a cruelty even though it may look like this from human perspective who always assign the meaning and the story to everything they see. Everything is neutral. We call it good or bad. Amarna, thanks, Kat, for your humor. Let concepts come, but there is no conceptualizer. That's right. Yeah. Thank you for all your beautiful icons, always there. And DK, in 2000, I was in India guru hopping. I met a person who said, you're from Australia?

Why are you here when you have Silo Bob? I looked Bob up and got in touch. So very grateful. That's amazing. That's a beautiful story. He's from Australia and he went to India. And in India, they told him, why are you here? You have Sailor Bob. Yeah. A few people. Yeah, we've got a few people like this. I think Gilbert got the information when he was with Balzacar, wasn't it? And Sharna got information when she was in Mooji's ashram. Yeah. That, yeah, you're from Australia? What are you doing here? Bob is even more clear and direct. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's nice to have you here. Amarnaath. Amarnaath? To whom is cause and effect of karma. Sailor Bob Adamson. It is false me or body-mind complex. Dreamer is the cause, dream is the effect. Dreaming is happening. Just dreaming, in dream, manifesting, appearing. Dancing. That's where the dreamer and the dream get distinguished. Me is the cause and the effects are whatever it is. Yeah, yeah. It's find the me. That's right, find the me, yeah. And Thomas, why does the passage of time in the mind move slowly when one is young and quickens when one gets older? I think it's an inherent relativity in the way we actually conceptualize the world.

When you are one year old, you don't really have any sense of time yet. But let's say when you are 10 year old, one year is 10% of your entire life. But when you're 80, one year is 80. I'm 90th. Yeah, it's 180th. So it just... Flashes like this. That's just one of the stories to explain it. Yeah, it does feel relatively faster. The time is flying. Like where is the five years? Oh, I got a compliment from Agnieszka. Dziękuję. That's in Polish. And Amarnath, time is relative. It's concept only. Yeah. It can be contracted or expanded based on mind's liking or disliking. To whom is the time?

Yeah, good point. Yeah, and it's also a good time how the concept is expanded. Yeah, think how slow is the time when you wait for your dental appointment. Or the doctor is getting late and you're waiting and waiting and waiting. And that is 20 minutes that takes forever. And see how is the 20 minutes passing when you are on a roller coaster. Oh, I paid so much. It's gone. It's finished. Why so short? Or when you watch a good movie and you forget yourself. Or when you're spending a wonderful time with your loved ones. Yeah, it's all relative. Everything's relative. And yeah, that's about it for now.

And it is 11.29. Thank you everyone. Yeah, thank you. Thank you for a lively, excellent, beautiful questions, contributions, quotes and... Excellent things coming through, yeah. Why not?
