Good morning everyone. Hope you're all well, living happily. Why not? Seeming things will come up and obscure that feeling, that joyous sensation or feeling of well-being that's basically there. That understanding, recognising and knowing that they will pass because everything is spontaneous and it's all really life. And life is, you can say, is awareness. Awareness is life. So we get lost in that word, awareness. We think it'll be something we've got to get. It is the life of everything. Everything expresses in that awareness. It's the basic screen. You call it a screen, you call it whatever you call it, there's no word that's going to fit it.
You should realise that because the word is never the real. But to try, there's no need to try either, to point it out to people that haven't looked along these lines and seen for themselves. Another term for that awareness is wakefulness. Awake or aware. And what's their awareness? They're aware of this beingness. And the way of being is a loving God. It's a way to be. You love that beingness. Which we're continually looking for, which you already are. As they say, what you are seeking, you are already seeking. As pattern, shapes and forms appears and expressing as everything. And that's all that this manifestation is made up of.
Things. Pattern, shape and form is a thing. The tree is a thing. The chair you're sitting on is a thing. The flower is a thing. The bodies are things. Every organ in the body is a thing. The wind is a thing. The space is a thing. All those things are there, which we call things. And to separate them or divide them, we call them things. If it's an undivided, non-conceptual, ever-fresh, presence awareness, and awareness is not divided, non-conceptual, ever-fresh, what can be said about it? What can be done about it? And if it's not, nothing's impeding it or interrupting it, contaminating it. It's naturally joyous, isn't it?
Natural sense of being well. Well-being. Nothing wrong. Nothing right. Nothing... Again, right, left, that's a good one. Again, the dividing. North, south. East, west. But life in its absoluteness and its totality. We've taken these patterns, shapes and forms to be real, solid and substantial. And then, that belief has gone on. We don't want to have this particular pattern or shape. We don't want to be the fear, or the anger, or the hate, or the law, or the selfish self-centre, the ego, which makes us presume we are superior or inferior, better or worse, than some other thing in this manifestation. And that's what's happened. We've taken on that appearance.
We believe that appearance is real. Which we call this body-mind. This entity. This person. We've been locked in that for years. From the time we first started to reason and our parents taught us words. Bound in the cage of concepts. What's a concept? It's just a thought. A mental construct. And a mental construct is a vibration of energy. And it vibrates into sound. Sound becomes the word. And the word is a label we put on the seeming thing. The seeming thing. There is no things real. And we are things. We are not real. As these patterns, shapes and forms. But we are the one actuality.
One reality. Which is no thing. There's only the one. And it's not even one. But you see, we discriminate it with words. Have a look at the word. See if the word's the thing. Want a drink of water? We'll get the water. We'll tell you what water. We'll drink the word. You can't drink the word. You can't swim in it. You can't drown in it. You can't wash in it. The word fire doesn't burn your mouth. You can't cook with it. You can't eat yourself with it. So what's this word? I or me? Now were you born with that word? Realize when you look back on it, you weren't born with any words.
That's why you can't remember your birth. But how could you remember your birth if there's no words to tell you what was going on? So all the words take place in time. And time is nothing but words also. Past, future. But what's wrong with right now if you don't think about it? If there are no words going on right now, no words, subtle expression of words of thought, no thoughts going on right now. If you just let the thoughts be, discard them, don't fixate on them, what can you say about them? Nothing is wrong right then. But without the word, this is the end of you.
We think we've got to have these words, we've got to think and reason. Very useful, but self-destructive. Because look, without the word, if you pause a thought, do you disappear as the breathing stops? Heart beating, hair and fingernails go? Stop growing, food stop being digested? The seeing stop happening? All these occurrences are going on without the word. And look around the room right now or wherever you are without putting any labels on it. And you'll see there is a clear seeing. A clear seeing and a clear knowing. You're still seeing the seeming objects, the appearance of things, and you are immediately knowing what they are without saying I know that or I don't know.
Questions there, is there? No. Investigate. Take ourselves to be this body, mind, this person. The word person comes from persona, the mask. Every word you've ever spoken or ever liked to speak has been learnt, picked up along the way. Recognise the word is not real. Can you put a static point or reference point in that pattern you call you, which is a vibrating pattern of energy when it's broken down, made up of elements? All those elements can be broken down to subatomic particles. Into pure energy. I call it intelligence energy. I can call it awareness. I can call it God. Whatever label I put on it or is put on it is not what it is.
But you can't negate it. You can't negate it at all. Call it, basically call it life. That sense of presence, which we label with the capacity of reason, we say I am that sense of presence. I am that presence. I am that awareness. It's not so bad when you're saying I am the awareness. You're more likely closer to it. But when you say I am this body, this person, this body-mind, you've separated yourself, bound yourself in a cocoon of concepts, of thoughts. I'm Bob, the Australian. I'm not good enough. I'm unhappy. I'm fearful. I've got this wrong with me or that wrong with me. And the energy of belief goes into these things and they become seemingly real.
Like the body is seemingly real. But you realise that that's just a vibrating pattern of energy. Just like the movement of energy moves through the ocean and forms waves or ripples through the air and causes wind, causes the air, serves the air around it, causes a blow into gales and everything like that. But what's ever happened? Nothing, no thing has ever happened. It's only seemingly so. We can shut ourselves off from it. We go to sleep at night. Everything disappears. And though that life essence is still functioning, the heart's still beating, the hearing fingernails, you don't know anything about it because it's shut down this functioning, which is a thing we call mind, or thought, or the thinking process.
But the awareness is still there. Because it's that breathing, heart beating is appearing in that awareness, like everything else in this manifestation. It's that which everything appears in. But it's no thing either. So everything is something appearing in the no thing. Can something come from no thing? Well, it can't. So it all is the no thing, like what's appearing in. But we may take it to be something. So all this manifestation is what they call a phenomenal manifestation. The definition of phenomena is that which appears to be. So it's all appearing to be real. And each and every seeming pattern which is expressing through, it's always a unique expression.
And we all see it a little bit different, take a different attitude on it. And the energy belief goes into what we take on board. And we lose sight of our true nature. And that's when the problems begin. And with these problems which have began when we capacity of reasoning developed us, we've reinforced day in, day out, and are seeming very real. The definition of reality is that which never changes. And what has never changed? That awareness or no thing. Or if you like to use the term God, you can use that term too. The absolute has never changed. And that's the real. So the change is the unreal.
But can you grasp the real? You can't. And can you grasp the unreal? You can't. Just like the image in the mirror, the reflection in the mirror. It's the reflection in the mirror. It's the reflection in the mirror. You can't say it's not there, because you see it clearly. But you can't go up and grasp it and say it is not there. So it's neither is nor is not. And the same with this manifestation. It is or it is not. But then when we've got this idea we are doing things and trying to fix the world and everything in it. We've got our concept. We've got our concepts about ourselves.
We've got a concept about everything else. Concepts about others and everything else. Which concept's right? You realize no concept's right. Well, where does this idea of superiority and inferiority go? If you're not a concept. Where does the impartiality go around it? If you're thinking you've got some preferences. You see, in a great way they say it's not difficult for those who have no preferences. When those peers above us are both absent, when there's no love or hate, they're both no concept, everything becomes clear and undisguised. Because what is it then? Without a concept, without any thoughts, without any feelings, what is it? Pure clarity. Pure seeing, if you like.
Pure knowing. Pure being. Make the smallest distinction and heaven and earth are set infinitely apart. So that's where the seeming division comes in. That smallest distinction. And what is the distinction? If you haven't got a thought there, how could it be divided? If it's that pure, non-conceptual, ever-fresh awareness without the thinking going on, and there's nothing wrong with thinking, but it discriminates, divides, infinitely divides things. And it tells you again in the scriptures, when no discriminating thoughts arise, the old mind ceases to be. And what does it mean by the old mind? This way we've had and believed in the thinking, the good, bad, pleasant, faithful, happy, sad, it ceases to be like that.
Everything is seen just as it is. And you can't negate the seeing. The seeingness is happening. But we do, we divide the seeing. And it's pure seeing. Divide the seeing right now without a word. Look around the room and see if you can divide the seeing without a concept or a word. There's just pure seeing there. Pure seeing. But what happens with the word? The thought comes up, I see. We've labelled out our thoughts with I. I see. And I see makes you believe you are the seer. That conceptual image, I see, thinks it is the seer. And you're looking around the room and seeing the objects in the room.
I see the objects in the room. So they have become the objects. Not realising, if you look before when I said, just look without putting the labels on things. You see them there but you don't know them as particular objects. They're shapes and forms or whatever, but you can't describe them, give them an aspect. It's just the pure seeing. But now it's the subject and the object. The thought, I see, has become the object. And the thought, the chair, or whatever it is I'm seeing, the subject, I should say, and the thought, the chair, whatever, I think it is, has become the object. So we've divided into seeing.
The seeing is the subject-object. But look at that again. Can there be a subject, a seer, without seeing? If that seeing wasn't there, could there be the thought, I see? Or could there be a thing that thinks it sees? And can there be the object? Can there be the chair, the room, the tree, the flower, the sky, the space, without seeing? The darkness or the light without seeing? If you can't, you couldn't. They could be there, but you wouldn't know anything about them, would you? So it's all... It can appear, or be seemingly so, but that's all it is. Phenomena. How are we going to live like this?
Do we want to change and have a look and investigate it? But in this case, it was forced to look further. Because it got locked into that belief that there was an entity here, an individual, a person. And that caused a lot of suffering, a lot of fear, anxiety, guilt, shame, remorse and unhappiness, depression, all sorts of things. Psychological suffering. All happening to this believed-in me. And something took me into the depths, trying to find it through the mind, through the different things, which we liked out here in the manifestation, made into habit patterns, and lived from those, trying to get... make those habits become constant, not realizing that the whole manifestation is transient.
It's a phenomenal manifestation, it appears to be, and it's transient. There is nothing static about any of it. You wake up this morning, look out, and you see space or the sky. It seems to be the same space. And that hasn't changed. But what is space? You realize the space itself is empty. And the things that appear in it, because they're seemingly real to us, they seem to be a lot similar things to what we see. But just like this body, it's seemingly the same body we wake up to. And when you investigate it a little bit, you see it's not. Because it's transient, like everything else.
And you realize there are thousands of cells dying in it right now and being replaced. Keeping it as it is. But go back to when you were a little child. And remember, even then, you knew there was something more to it than this. But we've been doing what our parents told us, who didn't understand it, taught us to look out there. Learn stuff. Get a better education. More wealth. Good relationship. A better job. Go to a better climate. Do all these things. Do all these things to make your life better. Nobody ever told us to go to look and investigate that self you believe to be real.
But there were some. There have always been a few somewhere along the line, as I've pointed it out. And they became, because there was very, the ways of communication weren't as easy, developed as much as they are to this day. They couldn't pass it on to everyone. Not everybody was there to hear it. Only a few. And only the few would hear it. And some not fully. And some that didn't understand it fully, what would they do? They would believe that they, like was pointing this out, Mr. Teasher was pointing out, he was a saint. He was a savior. He was a seer. He was a god.
He wasn't too many shoes, but they were around. But nobody wanted to take any notice of them. And so, we set up, got this term God. And it tells you, from those that really understood it, in the Bible, there's a lot of garbage in the Bible. There's a lot of facts in it too. A lot of proof in it. That's what it's pointing to. Using mainly analogy, it tells you in the beginning was the word. And the word was with God. The word was God. That's what God is, is a word. But these words, that's what we put this term, God. All things were made by him, by the word.
And all these things out there, they're pointing out before, just things until you put the label on, the word on them. Then they become a tree, a flower, or a space. Before that, they're just patterns, vibrating patterns of energy. Nothing made that was made without the word. And we learnt words. Our parents taught us words. Very useful. We do some amazing things with words. But the answers in life, and the understanding of your true nature, you will never grasp with the word. But whether you grasp it with the word or not, it is innately already there. Because you can't say you are unaware right now.
That already exists. That awareness, in which everything pattern shapes and forms, or life itself, is what you are. And you've always been that. And we've divided ourselves into separate entities, patterns, individuals, so that awareness could express, that formed these patterns, could express itself. In this absoluteness, it doesn't know anything. And we say it's not, that's not much fun. It's not either. Not much fun here though, when we're locked in a separate entity, and put the limiting boundaries on it. If we see it as it is, and know the truth about it, then there is much more clarity, much more joyousness. The pairs of officers will still come up, but we're not bound into them, like we were before.
Knowing that they're going to pass, one way or another. And even if they seemingly take this life, out of this particular pattern, have they destroyed the one essence, this patterning, shape and forming, and expression, and everything? They can't. But it can't reincarnate, either as that separate entity, or that person. It might reform as separate, different patterns again. Each pattern will always be a fresh, and a unique expression of it. It was an investigation, into seeing the future, that took me to where I needed to go, to investigate it. In spite of myself, it took me there. And the recognition of it, was there. And those things still occur, in this manifestation, in the only ways they can occur, in the pairs of officers.
They'll still be good, and seemingly bad, pleasant and painful, happy and sad. But they're not binding on me, like they were before. They come, and they go. And they won't cling, as much as they used to. Some might cling a lot, but the recognition of the connection, fixating on them, is the problem. Let those senses be clear, individual, and every separate sense. Let the seeing be the seeing, the hearing be the hearing, the tasting be the tasting, the touching be the touching, the smelling be the smelling. Don't fixate on any one of them. While you're fixating on one, to the exclusion of the other, or trying to get the others into it as well, there's duality.
Duality is relationship, relativity. Relationship is fear, anger, depression, unhappiness, not feeling secure, insecurity, vulnerability. Anyway, I've rambled on again enough today. I don't know who's there or listening. Got somebody? Well, we get some very good inputs from those that listen, and from those that don't. Some of you might be fresh and new to it. If you are, don't hesitate to ask questions and if there's any doubts come up. I think because in the questioning and recognizing and seeing through it, seeing for yourself, that's when you break through and lose sight of this old habit pattern of being a separate entity, the person. So, away you go.
I had one cut on my lap, another cut behind. Yeah. Hello everyone. I have a couple of questions and comments noted from before. The phone won't get me, but I have the screenshots. Yes, so this is from Dale Allison. No matter where I go or what I do, I have never moved to anywhere or done anything. Yet all wondrous world appears and stuff gets done. That's right, Dale. Beautiful. Well said, Dale. Beautiful. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And there we have another one. A little Jane says, too... And I have another one.
Oh, Donna is missing us. You can always catch up on Skype any time. Because of the time difference, we don't have many... Oh, jeez. ... from Northern Chemicphere joining anymore because... And then the time will be further away on the Zoom meetings. And, again, we're open to do says this is on the comment when you mention since in mink he says no preference also means no one or no thing to hold a preference otherwise the me will hold the preference that it should hold it shouldn't hold any preferences beautiful and now we get to hopefully it will let me yep I think there was one more but I've lost it I'll have to find it on the telephone Sharon J says excellent and thanks wishing the best of health Bob and best regards it was a charanjit thank you and Tanya says we are not rumbling Bob oh you you were not rumbling yes she said you said you were rumbling enough you're not rumbling always enjoy the spiel something different lands and dawns on me every meeting you come but to welcome me home well you're gonna imagine that Richard of your life yeah and there is no will be it is now or never your home you recognize it is already so because the future doesn't exist and when you realize to that you are the essence of forms yeah angels and trumpets and it's formed that pattern you call Richard to you're already there yeah yeah and if you think of angels and trumpets they already exist potentially in your thoughts they are imaginary in thinking the almas everything else that we think and believe into existence but you are home and now Julia I I asked being asked to tell you that the teacher is tuning fork and I am nothing tuning fork and I am nothing go with us go with the vibrations of the churning for yes and I'm gonna find because there was some oh yeah it's not gonna give me I'll check it on the phone there was some yes there is a question from Amarna dear Bob can you explain whatever you know is false you are truth can't be known by intellect Nisargadatta yeah okay of course with you see what everything is false what must you be left with was true and false the two sides of the one coin or two ends of the one stick no is false because whatever you know you know conceptually not an absolute truth is changing and Netanya says how can you stop being conscious of which is subtle duality and still just be conscious aware non duality I know this has nothing to do with thought but when I rest as awareness I am still seeing hearing feeling I hope my question is clear enough yes that's pure say hearing or wearing without the concepts on it and also that this that's a simple thing when you are conscious of something you are also subtly being conscious of that being conscious of something like can you see that your consciousness of something like let's say you are seeing you're not looking at anything particular or you are looking at something particular I'm looking at the cat one of them the other one is not looking at that particular the other and yes and i'm conscious of looking at the cuts i'm conscious of cut of the pro of the of the action but there is also a broader wider awareness of that whole scenery of me looking at the cut of all that action happening and the division of something you know subject and object there that the relationship this is all brought more broadly cognized or noticed or you have another word for it i forgot register yeah that one also is the whole action of being conscious of something is registered and that registration is not of anymore because whatever the content is there is no you know there is the focus doesn't go into a particulars of the content and if it does step back again and see that even that noticing the process is registered you and that registering capacity without anything in particular that lands on is the capacity is the pure awareness the capacity of potentiality of field of knowing in which nothing in particular is grabbing the attention but the field of knowing is still there that is unmoving is still there it's just like the field of being is there you can't grab it you can't grasp your being you can't characterize it because it doesn't have an inflating flavor or taste or anything but you can't deny it it's you can't deny the being and the knowing that's the plain pure potentiality or actuality of of it and and then the the consciousness of the seeing of the hearing of all happens within it's not a problem it doesn't need to be stopped it's just it's part of the landscape here you order how do i am putting it when i say consciousness is it is existence utterly aware that it exists that means it's just nothing but total awareness that the existence is appearing on in that awareness like everything or the consciousness is appearing on that awareness and they say when you what they call the no mind the existence is still there but the thinking or the consciousness or the trauma as in heaven there's only everything appears in that what we call awareness you can use that as godliness if you like or absolute but you can't tell me what awareness is but right here and right now is anybody unaware no you're thinking all sorts of different thoughts and feelings but what have they taken place they take a place in that existence yeah which is conscious when it comes to God's There is one from Sally.
Good morning dear Bob. I have heard you mention intuition before. What do you mean by it, intuition? What is your experience of intuition? How do you know the difference between the mind and intuition? Well, what I call intuition, I don't know whether it's what the dictionaries would say or anything. I thought I'd break it down to intuit. What do you get? Intuition is for teaching, isn't it? Or learning. Well, intuitive, inwardly. And then the teaching, it comes up of itself, naturally and effortlessly, all by itself. You'll be going along and something will come up. Ah, what was that? That's the sort of what I, well as they say, they call it the still small voice.
Yeah. In the scriptures. Thou shalt hear a voice behind you saying, this is the way, walk in. Whether you turn to the left or whether you turn to the right. Well, it's not a voice behind you. It's not in your head. It's not anywhere. You can't find it. But there's an intuit, a gut feeling or a heart feeling or a head feeling. That's what I call intuition. You innately know it or recognise or realise it before it happens. Yeah, it's kind of pre-narrative or pre-conceptual sort of. Yeah. It's a kind of a voice because we say that animals have intuition and they don't have the narrative.
So the way they know is more direct than through the translation. Like the, apparently we also have that. It's just so kind of covered up with the interpretation. But the more direct knowing before the narrative comes, like you're getting up and you feel that you're going to have a cup of tea. And then the narrative comes and tells you the cup of tea you want. That's the translation. But yeah, the intuitive knowledge, there is again, different people have different examples of different understanding. They say there is something that connects people that are in love or mother and a child. And yeah, it's something pre-conceptual. Who was at the door?
There was no one. I think we were running out of battery in the doorbell. I disconnected it. Yeah. So amalgam. Yeah. My question is, in Samarnath, body is just a thought, perception, not reality Ramana Maharshi, your comment and experiences on this, please? The body is just a thought, perception, and not reality. Yeah. What's your comments? Well, what is it? How could you call it a body if you're not putting that label or thought on it? When you investigate, what's it made up of? Mm-hmm. Earth, air, fire, water, space. What are those elements? They can be broken down into subatomic particles into energy. But the thought or the conceptual image we have, we call it a body or a mind.
It's seemingly very solid. But we've taken it to believe that and then we label it with the word body. And so then on it's seemingly something solid as substantial. But you can put it under a microscope at any time and see how solid it is. And also it is actually made of perception. Like how do you know you have the body? What's your direct experience of the body? All the experience you can ever have is the experience of sensing it. And sensing it, another way, it is put here, a thought or perception. Sensation is perception because you perceive your sensations. Even the sensation of touch is perceived.
It's somehow registered. It's not noticed. So all you know about having a body is what you know experientially as a perception, sense perception. So it is a sense perception as far as we can tell. Whatever the theories, models or scientific explanations are having to say, you have to believe. But what you know directly first hand is the experience, is the thought, is the idea. And that idea is believed into solidity. And it didn't have the patent to express it. So you're not going to say anything at all? Yeah. Yeah, James says intuition is the sixth sense. Yeah, or even seventh. Because if you take a sixth sense, as Buddhists are considering thinking.
Thinking is another way we seemingly get to know the world. I mean we create the world with thinking rather than get to know it. That is the same. Yeah. And that's the same with a sense, you know. Yeah. And that's right. Now how could it, if it wasn't a sense or nothing sense, how could you have ensured anything? That's right. Yeah, yeah. It's all sense. And inner cognising if you like to call it that. That is so far. That many questions we have. Oh, there you go, Richard. Perhaps if, perhaps it was God at the door and an invisibility cloak. An invisibility cloak. But she did not need to come as she was already here, there and everywhere.
You are brilliant. Oh, I miss you. You are such a brilliant guy. It was. It definitely was. That's the fact. There was no one there. God's invisible. But it's already there. It's nowhere that he or she is not. Beautiful. Virgin. Yes. Yes, I just came back from a very, very dear, beautiful client who played me a song made by about 30 people, his wife including, on the title, There is no me, only Christ within. They know the truth. Yeah. So it's only the presence that is real. The me is an idea. Yeah. Mad little crazy idea of separation. Now, Tanya. Wow, thank you, Bob and Kat.
Yes, can't deny the beingness or knowing. I can see apparent things appear in on awareness. I also notice thoughts have nothing to do with reality. No one thinking them. They just appear. They are just appearing. Thoughts have nothing to do with you. I am prior to thought. What am I? I can't describe it. But it is becoming clear that I'm not this body or thoughts. Beautiful. Can't describe it, but you can't negate it either, can you? Can't deny it. Can't deny it. Can't negate it. Yeah. Can't stop being. And that's home. Carolyn says, was laughing to myself. It was said, nobody there. Nobody. Yeah. And Dale?
Can you speak about creation, manifestations as the elements? Well, look at it, there's no such thing created because none of it has any substance at all or any independent nature. There's nothing static about anything. It's all constantly transient, changing, appearing, seemingly appear. Just like, you know, the water in the mirage appears to be water or a rainbow appears in the sky. You can't say it's not there. But you can't say it is there either because you can't grasp it. Or an image in the mirror. Go and grab your face out of the mirror if you can. You can't. But you can't say it's not there, can you?
Yeah. It still appears to be there, but you can't say. So there's nothing is or is not. So it's all a spontaneous emanation. There's nothing created because there's no creator. For a creation to be there, it'd have to be a creator. What would the creator be? Caused by the creator. Yeah. Call it God, but what's God? Word. Word. A word. Energy. Yes. It's all absolute. Call it intelligence, energy. Whatever labour you put on it is not it because the word, and that's what we've learnt, we've learnt the word. It's just as it is. Unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected. As it is, you can't say it is not, can you?
Yeah. If you go to the past, oh, that was not there yesterday, so it wouldn't work. But it's not there. It's there. It's there. It's there. It's there. It's there. It's there. It's there. It's there. It's there. It's there. It's there. It's there. It's there. Unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected. That's not what is. What is, is always, is immediately. Everything is as it is. Yes. Unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected. Unaltered, uncorrected. No preference. No partiality. No partiality, no comparison. No comparison. Just as it is. Yeah. Just as Bob says, there is no distance between creator and creation. There is no creation. There is no creator. But if you perceive seeming creation.
and you should perceive the seeming Creator in the creation, because they are not two, they are one. That is one essence, just like you perceive the sunlight to be an energy that appears as a warmth. That warmth is sun itself, that is the same thing. It is not separate, it cannot be separated. And the temperature that it causes, the sun tan that it causes, the global warming that it causes, whatever, it is still one, they cannot be separated. No creation can be separated from the elements or particles or energy that they come from. And that energy is the Creator, one could say, but it is also the created.
And as we know, there is no matter. Matter is energy multiplied by light speed squared. So there isn't really still an energy. It appears to be a matter, but it is an energy, and energy is not. It is solid, it just appears to be solid. No creation, no manifestation. But yes, creation, manifestation as element is a good way to look at it. You can see how not only how they all have the aspects of certain solidities, certain fluidities, certain temperatures, certain volume or air or space, all of them, but also on the same wavelength you can recognize how they can't be separated from the environment.
The tree can't be separated from the air, from the land, from the sunshine, from anything, from space. Now can you find a center to space? At any point we can say this is where it begins or this is where it ends, or any boundaries to it. No. There's a boundary to it. Timeless, spaceless, bodiless, mindless, beyond where, when, how, and everything else. Yeah. We're out of comments, out of questions? We're out of comments and questions. Oh. Keep it going, people. Everyone's a student. Nobody has questions. They understand. They see through. Yeah, that's beautiful. But yeah, you can still share the comments that come up. Yeah, express it.
Yeah. Express it. In the different ways you are expressing it, you know? It's a safe space for expression. Yeah, it's funny. When the clarion comes out, it's like, when the clarity comes, you look around and you reflect, and you project, and you receive that clarity everywhere. Like, see people who are coming to your space. The clarity shines through them, the recognition, the insights. And that's, you know, the projector is clear. So the projections are clear. And even though some may not realize it yet, he does realize the clarity and your essence and your origin. They call a manifestation a phenomenal manifestation, made up of phenomena.
And everything in this manifestation is a phenomena. And the definition of phenomena is that which appears to be. And that's how it's all subtle vibrations, all it moves about and expresses itself. And all the various variety of different pattern shapes and forms. All the wondrous and amazing ways. Implies it's an intelligence. It's not just dropping into space accidentally. Yes. It's forming, you know. Look at the pattern in the leaf and the tree, or the tree itself, or the roots of a tree, or anything else out there. And see the wondrous colors. Look at this body with all the organs, the heart, the lungs, and the capacities in it.
The joy, the love, the hatred, all the different ways it expresses. All the different capacities that are infused into this phenomenal manifestation. But it's still only a phenomenal manifestation and a definition of phenomena. That which appears to be. And they call that mind. That? A desire or illusion. Yeah. But look at that. You can't say it's a solid or a substantial illusion. The illusion itself is illusory. Disappears into its essence again. Yeah, they added that created is creator. And Jain says, we are the element. Yeah. Hmm. Anything you look, anything. Armanath. We were hiding the truth which can't be hidden by ourselves, by concepts. Yes.
Yes. Exactly right. We're hiding it right. We took on the belief that we're a person. Yes. Carolyn, so if triggered by no-thing in the moment, how does one get to space of no trigger? If triggered by no-one, no-thing in the moment, how one gets to the space of no trigger? Well, it's not created by anyone. There's a subtle vibration or movement there, and it forms from that. And also, a wonderful way is to always look at nature. When our cuts trigger each other, there is no desire to get out of the trigger. It is just holding space for that trigger to dissolve. Recognition is usually the quickest way out.
You recognize there is a trigger. Close your eyes, feel the trigger. Oh, interesting. Wow, exciting, energy moving. Take the label off. There is no-one there to be blamed. There's just energy moving. And then you don't want it to go. It's gone. I look out the window and there's a plant waving in the breeze, what we call the breeze. The breeze is just a movement of air. That air is still. What moves the air? Some magnetic force or something else. I don't know what it is, but even the earth rolling around the sun would create a movement, I guess. Yeah, there is about, well, in a very basic equation, which I was studying when I was studying meteorology when I was becoming a ship's officer, in a very basic equation, you have about seven elements to actually predict the wind.
Very basic. Yeah. And to have more correct predictions. Yeah. And to have more correct predictions, you will have infinite amount of elements that you put in the equation. So it is, the whole world moves, creates, including the temperatures that are rising in the air, and then there are lows and highs of the pressure that needs to even up themselves by creating the winds and all sorts of different things. That was 15 years ago. What makes you take that breath you just took? There's a little urge in there to breathe, isn't there? Sort of subtle. You can't say what it is, actually, or you expand your heart.
Yeah. You don't realize it's expanding and contracting, it's beating, but you don't. If you put the finger on the pulse and feel it, or put a stethoscope on it and hear it, but you'll take your next breath and all this spontaneously. What's that urge that makes you do that? Call it an urge, if you like. Yeah. Life itself. That's it. Mm. And life. Yes. So coming back to the space of no trigger, that's a good one. It's a memory. Yeah. It's a memory. Yeah. It's a natural desire for peace coming from love for oneself. I would recognize that love and caring, wanting a peace, and staying with that motivation rather than following desire.
Instead of like, oh, how do I do that? I'm getting frustrated. Why do you want to do that? Oh, yeah, I love peace. Oh, stay with that loving peace because that's where the no trigger. Yeah, well, that trigger means there's something. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. When we believe we are this person, that's the trigger that causes all our problems. Yeah. Yeah. Take the trigger out of the gun. Yeah, a lot of triggers are mental. Like our cats, they don't have mental triggers. They only have so-called organic, natural triggers, but we have a lot of triggers that come from the story, from the narration, or even if there is an emotional sort of a pain or anxiety or something.
We don't want to feel it. We don't want to stay with the rope. the raw, plain energy. So very, very quickly we vacate what is and exchange it for thought. And we go to the story about it, because it's kind of seemingly take attention away from the original pain, but in the long run it causes so much more suffering than just staying with what is, what presents itself naturally, organically, like that raw vibration. But that's a habit. And while recognized, when that habit of running from the what here now, the present sensation, to the story about it, blaming and naming and claiming, when that habit is recognized, it naturally brings the attention back to what is rather than what's.
And over time it eases up. Or it becomes entertaining. Now if the story shows up in the head, well so what? So what? You can play with it. You can play with the story. They can be fun, because you don't believe them. Yes. But as you say, habit. Habits are formed and we believe in them. Yeah. When you investigate the habit and realize that habits can be broken, when you look into them, you don't have to go into them. You can break them. Yeah, yeah. And of course there's no you breaking them. That is all happening through the resonance, you know. If the... If the life drives to you some sort of an inspiration and the resonance with the conditioning or whatever, the personality, that is not that me breaking.
No. Because there is no me. It all happens organically. Yeah. And there is a... Carolyn says, ever not trying or searching important. What? Ever not trying or searching. That's right. That's important. Yes. If everything as is. It resolves itself. Yeah. Oh, as is. And, Rohan, we are so used to working to achieve a result. When Bob points out that we are that right here and now, it's so simple. Absurdly simple. Too simple for the thought to grasp. The mind wants a quest with some goal to achieve at the end. Yes. And it's not just a question. It's a question. It's a question. It's a question.
It's a question. It's a question. It's a question. It's a question. It's a question. It's a question. It's a question. It's a question. It's a question. It's a question. It's a question. It's a question. But the mind wants some goal to achieve at the end. Right here and now is boring as far as mind is concerned. Correct. Yes. You say that, Rohan, and you know it. Good. He knows it. Yes. That's correct. Yeah. Mind is such a source of entertainment that we lost sight of how much juiciness of life lies in other senses. In experiencing the plane-row sensation before labeling anger, labeling it anxiety, or...
anxiety or trigger is so much beauty happening in here now that the mind became habitually the source doesn't have to be this way it can stay this way it's just when it's recognized it it loses its grip all this talking is about the mind show me the mind it is no mind it's just the habit of thinking just yeah just thinking or thought it can be so quick Carolyn says and Ottolins good morning lovely sunny Tasmania here love to you uncle Bob that's from modeling and Brett morning Bob and cut wonderful words this morning my thoughts as you spoke mm-hmm beautiful I would my my thoughts as you spoke beautiful my my thoughts as you spoke that's Brett drunk again not on wine but beauty rising from the earth falling from the sky thank you for your clarity oh that's oh I so resonate with what he just said drunken beauty that is so much of it is just to have an eyes and open because if we are so busy in the drama we just can't really have time to smell the roses perhaps it was God at the door and perhaps it was God at the door and perhaps it was God at the door and in an invisibility that is the answer that in an invisibility that is the answer that in an invisibility that is the answer that Carolyn has for Richard when I Carolyn has for Richard when I Carolyn has for Richard when I remember to say where am I it helps yeah I like remember to say where am I it helps yeah I like remember to say where am I it helps yeah I like that one too where am I instead of that one too where am I instead of that one too where am I instead of what am I or who am I that's yeah that's what am I or who am I that's yeah that's what am I or who am I that's yeah that's beautiful because it's right away beautiful because it's right away beautiful because it's right away brings up that emptiness which is looking brings up that emptiness which is looking Megan even a trigger can be a pointer totally totally yeah if nothing else is just an invitation to just see what's there and now perfect Joe says perfect yeah if from the perfect to perfect is Titan only the perfect remains and you and I and everything else is that is the great perfection and the great perfection is non conceptual awareness and awareness without any of these concepts and nobody is unaware right now if capacity is reality conception clouds clarity that's from bread mmm beautiful yeah what a creative capacity you look around and you see the creation infinitely everywhere and expanding I mean whether it is expanding or not is a concept but as the awareness touches it it's gross we have that capacity of reasoning where other animals birds and insects don't have it to the extent we do yeah they have other capacity capacity of reasoning can be very useful creative and useful and the abundance of that of that creative capacity that prolific quality of life that adding to the more and more of the reflections in the 3d screen of emptiness and nothing ever happened now all the creatures create a creation and create all the creatures and the creatures and the creatures and the Rogm nosey benefits from that capacity of need and in左 is essentially being able to speak Washing up and really improve their lives because of understanding that we're all here Disculum delusion and they could not really hats and observed this holding a Real-Life wasn't on their ideas the Photoshop members and yes their reality their images appearing to be solo substantial and maybe I just acknowledge this since there is silence I won't be giving any names but for the first time in a year I was listening to someone speaking don't you all e2 yesterday and of the world.
In his world, Nisargadatta was completely delusional. Eckhart Tolle was only teaching people to have the same experience as he did. Of Bob, he was many, many times saying some nonsense. This time he was only saying that, oh, on his times there was nobody, nobody in the world who would get it. He's the only one that has got it. So that's an interesting way. Someone who claims to have the clarity, and I'm sure that there are moments when he does have the clarity, but what he's projecting, he's projecting delusion everywhere. Everyone he sees and hears, he's projecting delusion. And well, what a delusional man. But obviously the main obstacle which Bob is highlighting so beautifully, that brings the clarity to you as you speak, that you're not just a delusional man, you're a delusional person.
And that's the main obstacle. The man is incapable to look beyond the words. He listens to the words and he interprets them, and he doesn't completely get the energy, the resonance with what is beyond the words. So his projection is only delusion. He's projecting his own delusion because he didn't really make that leap, that the truth is between the words. It is in the energy, not in the way things are communicated or spoken. So for him, Nisargadatta was delusional, and a few other names he mentioned as delusional. And I think that's the thing we may all fall for at times, that sort of a grandiosity delusion.
I think you were saying when you were younger, you also had that moment. I mean, the guy is not very young, but when your clarity was much younger, you also had that moment. You also had some idea that, Oh, nobody, nobody knows where I'm coming from. Nah, nobody really gets where I'm coming from. That sort of a projection that I am the only one who knows the truth. They don't. That is again a subtle trap of the mind to tell you that there is a separation, you see that subtle idea of separation creeping into the picture and of course, making this grandiose me, superior to everything else, this sort of place of the mind can be very easily seen through and recognized.
And right now, as you see, Bob's projections are only acknowledgement of clarity. That's, I think, a really, really good litmus paper, litmus test of the clarity. If someone projects delusions, I would rather be careful. That was just an interesting observation when you spoke today about generated humor. Comments? Yeah, Bob was laughing at that guy too, but that's not his fault. Again, he's just a product of his environment. Not a product. They're all expressions of that. Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. There's no choice. There's another way of expressing. There's no choice. Yeah, it's just another pattern of energy expressing their understanding of and projecting their delusions.
There's no person doing it at all, anywhere. And now we got a few comments, which is great. It really amazes me that nothing is solid or substantial. It really appears there is a solidity. But it is only add-on by thought. That's Tanya. Yeah. Absolutely. And Brett. I'm loving the stillness and silence present this morning. We are so accustomed to talk and noise. It is the silence in music that makes the melody. Beautiful. That's like the song it is. My silence sings. Yes. Yes. Well, there's that beautiful vibration or hum within when the silence is done. My emptiness is full. Beautiful way of putting it, yeah.
Yeah, and absolutely, if there was no gap between the notes, there would be no music. And Rohan, Kat, it is so funny to see the kinds of character appear on this screen. It's beautiful, isn't it? It's entertaining. All of it. It's like an increasing creativity in different aspects, qualities and character patterns. Incredible. Dale, it blows my mind even when it is seen. Makes me laugh. Let your mind be blown continually then. That's it. Yeah. Amarnath, there is no non-self but only Self beyond words and concepts. Thanks for this clarity, Kat. In fact, projections are also Self. Yeah. There is nothing else. It's only that life essence.
And it's filtered through that machine, already coded to recognize things, to label things. It projects whatever the clarity is in there, outside. That's right. And they tell you that in the scriptures there is only one Self, Atman. But we call, believe that it's personal Self, my Self. Yeah. So we've given this idea of the person, me or my, we think it's the Self. If it's Atman or the Self that is the godliness of you, or everything, you've taken yourself away from that and formed it up in the belief and the form that there is a separate personal Self. Yes. And the person is not reality.
No. And yes, as Amarnath says, everyone sings their own song. Yeah. Yeah. They are birds, they are musicians. And Megan, listening to you makes me realize how judgment is so primitive, operating in binary, relative to the belief in entity. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And apparently with reasoning capacity, unless we get the frontal lobe damage or some sort of a brain disease, it will keep coming up. The, I like it, I don't like it, this is good, this is bad, this is bright, this is dark. And of course, there are more sophisticated judgments. They're very, very primitive. They're very binary. And not bad or good.
They just, what is? Yeah. Yeah. And of course, they all related to the entity. Everything. And to certain extent, that relating in the spatial relating is unavoidable. Like, our cats are also moving. Of course, it's not the conceptual relating. It's not the narrative. The cat doesn't comment to itself that I'm walking through the door. It doesn't. It just walks through the door. But it still kind of understands the shape and the form of reality. It still understands the shape and the form of its body. And it still understands the angle of perception, non-conceptually. But yeah, relating conceptually, having my personal opinion, and then this my personal opinion is better than yours.
Because my is true. Because it appears in my head. So it must be. And of course, in this very act, it becomes true. Act of belief makes it true. And now it's experienced as true. But is it really mine? It's so binary and mechanical. It's probably something a lot of other people would also hold. That type of a virus will be in many, many heads or minds or thoughts. Let's say the thought I don't like was the popular belief in Australia. I hate minor, Indian minor birds. Oh, gosh. How many people is infected with that virus? They hate them. Why? Because the poor birds are having such a great survival capacity that they are pushing away native Australian birds.
And on a relative level, the human has a judgment. Of course, that's a subtle projection here because all the immigrants have pushed away very effectively the natives here as well. So we project the hate, the self-hatred to the poor birds. But I met, I don't know. Half of the people that I've asked had that sort of a virus. Every thought that we think is impersonal is so like, and it's just a noise appearing in many, many different transmitter receivers, not private. Doesn't need defending. Doesn't need to say this is my judgment or my opinion and this is right and I'm going to die for my beliefs.
It's very, very popular in dark ages. Dying for beliefs. Because they're mine. Fascinating, isn't it? It's quite amazing. Because when you realize thoughts don't belong to anyone because there isn't anyone. They're all benign. And entertaining. Including so-called negative thoughts. I love them. Negative thoughts are fantastic. If you have a negative thought that someone is evil, you chase back to the motivation of that thought and you find love. There's always love there. Oh yeah, I would so much like people to be kind to each other. I hate this rude, violent bastard. That hatred comes from love. Everything comes from love. There's nothing else. Love of being.
Nothing's more coming. The way is beyond language. Yep. There's no yesterday, no tomorrow, no today. Yeah, there's not even now unless you give it a label. That's what they call no mind. That's pure mind. There's no mind. Thoughts when you're going on, but they're not fixated on, not attached to, and they move freely. Yeah. Take the moment. Take the meaning out of them, out of the word. Like a fangless tiger. Take the meaning or take the me-ing. They straight away become fangless tigers. Amanath. Cat, today was silent sitting beyond the concept of silence. Thanks. Mm. Mm. Yeah, beautiful. Beyond the concept of silence. That's exactly right.
Good. We got another one. Tanya, I echo that sentiment, Amanath. Silence is so beautiful. And Sally, hi Bob, do you still get more clarity coming through even though you have recognized the truth a long time ago? Yes. Well, clarity is there in its fullness, but if there can be- There's less obscuration. Yeah, there's slight obscuration coming in. Yeah. Small clouds might come in. Yeah. Yeah, it's never a permanent sort of a thing because the permanence requires certain period of time that, let's say 40 something, 45 years ago, there was a moment of realization that the self is a fiction, and then the mind is still doing its thing.
That realization is untouched, but it's not remembered as thought. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, there's, in those days, it was only a very small beam of light that could shine through. The clarity was like the cloud obscuring the sun. You can't see the sun on a really cloudy day. But the sun is never obscured, it's still there, but the clouds need to thin out a bit first before they recognize that that light of knowing appears. As it thins out, we'll have a look and take that and go outside and there's a clear sky.
There's much more clarity there, much more brilliance there. That's how they call it an ordinary awareness. In the ordinary daily moving around between the meal and the computer and the walk and the exercises, there is sometimes there are ideas coming through, sometimes there are not. It's an ordinary life and the clarity is not something that comes and stays, although there is certain perspective in which you can certainly see it this way. But in more direct experience, it is a moment to moment, right now, right now. Are they clouds or they are no clouds? Are they thoughts that are obscuring the awareness or they are thoughts that are not obscuring the awareness?
The awareness is shining through the clouds. If the thoughts are not identified with, or believed or given exclusive 100% of attention, the clarity, the sky-like awareness is not obscured. And we have another one. Alvaro, beautiful presence, both of you, really inspiring. It's just this. Yeah, yeah. Thank you. And D, just a technicality. The first letter in Sanskrit reflects the same sound a child makes outside of crying, which is AH, the simplest engagement of vocal cords without breath. So is Ahrtman, not... So is Ahrtman, not Ahtman. Yeah. So it is Ahrtman. Ahrtman, Ahrtman, not Ahtman. Yeah, technicality from the Sanskrit. Yeah, we're not scholars. We believe you.
Thank you. And Armanas says, thank you. Thanks for your clarity. Maturity is for the mind, not for the self. Beautiful. Yeah, that's right. Yes, yes. Self doesn't need to deepen or mature. It is already clear. And so there is the first thank you message. So I think this may be a time. Yep. Thank you for your presence. However, a little bit more silent today, but silence presence is... Silent presence is beautiful. And yes, seeing the insides. Yeah, well, you know, we always know the background of sound is silence. Silence is always there. Yeah. Like awareness. Nobody ever unaware. And you are that. Know it for certain.
That is all there is. Yeah, can't not know. There's no exemptions. Can't be exempt from already being and already knowing that you are. This presence is undeniable. Okay. Thank you, everyone. Thank you, everyone. Love you all. Love you all. And thanks for your great input. Beautiful. Thank you.
