So when you're settling into your true nature, it's strange for a start off, after we've been in the thinking for so long, but something keeps up and reminding you now. You've seen me that way. It's all in one essence. It's all it's ever been. You can display and express in myriad different ways. The different, seemingly different ways are not different at all. Only vibrating patterns, energy, and the thing that discriminates them is the label we put on, the words. And you recognize that the word is not the thing. Anybody that doesn't understand that, that the word is not the thing, set it off on an earth, it's just a label.

And that helps us discriminate. Well, I think putting the label on it. But you know the label shirt is not the shirt. The label dress is not the dress. The label fire is not the fire. It discriminates them. It gives us our language to speak. But what are the words? The words are just a vibration of energy. They're sound. What's the noise? Sound. What's sound? A vibration. And a vibration is a movement of energy. That's why I use the term intelligence energy. Intelligence is knowing. Another word for intelligence is knowing, or being aware of something. Put the labels on it. And energy is an activity.

The activity of knowing. Each one of us is knowing right now. And the knowing is something that's going on. It's not a static thing, but it's moving on. You're knowing anything that comes into the mind or you're seeing or whatever. It's a knowing. You might not have the right labels for it even, but there's a knowing. That knowing is consistent. Another way of putting it is awareing or being aware. So nobody is unaware right now. That awareness is expressing through each and every pattern, everything. Is that? I like to put it that awareness is another label for knowingness. There is no, you don't have to conceptualize it.

Put the label on it. Discriminate something, we do it. But you're knowing. There's a knowing there that every seeming thing that's patterned shape and time is appearing on or in, or whatever you like to call it, what you call awareness. And nobody is unaware right now. If you're not unaware, you must be that awareness. And then the consciousness appears on us. Awareness, you can't say anything about it whatsoever. That's a word we've used. It's an activity of knowing. But to give us some label, the consciousness has got to be there. And the consciousness is existence. And knowing that existence is there. And that existence is utterly and totally aware that it exists.

So awareness and consciousness are the same thing. The consciousness is bringing it up into words, labels. We're aware of it. It's just what is. And what is means it's unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected. No preference, no partiality, no comparison. Leave it as it is. And at rest in its uncontrived singularity. Get back to the singularity. What's that singularity? It's the oneness. The onlyness. It's all there is. And when we say it's a one essence, patterning, shaping, forming, expressing and experiencing, has everything. And all these manifestations are things. You and I are things. You see how we've audited it all with the label or the words? We now believe we are human beings.

And separate, on top of that, we declare that we are separate human beings. Separate patterns, shapes and forms. The idea of separate takes you away from the totality. There's no separation in the totality. No seeming, appearing, different patterns, shapes and forms. It is the one essence. Call it an essence or whatever you like the word. Appearing and expressing as everything. And you are that. But could it express as anything at all if you didn't have that body? If the life essence, which is truly what you are, you are life, wasn't expressing it, enlivening that body, and the way it's in the law, discriminate that with thoughts or words, with the vibration of the words.

Without the body, how many words could come forth? Couldn't be any. So again, innate intelligence has broken itself down. Into the body, and then into the mind. And now it's continually expressing in this immediacy, and it's always this immediacy, ever freshly, ever newly. Ever fresh, ever new, presence awareness. Just this, nothing else. And to tell anybody what you are, anybody aware right now, you say, no, I'm not unaware, so I must be aware. And that innate intelligence would recognize that. If I'm not unaware, I must be aware. If I'm not unconscious, I must be the conscious. Instead of taking on the term, we are separate persons and individuals, be the absolute.

Because it is all absolute. Everything is absolute. What can you enter the absolute? Not one smallest particle. What can you take away? Nothing. No, it's got many myriads of different shapes and forms, different labels, different names. It's still oneness. And that's non-duality. No separation. No duality is not some big deal. It is all that there is. And even the ideas of duality and separation and illness are words we've learned. And it's all vibrating into different patterns, shapes and forms. And that's the vibration of energy. And it's constantly transient. There's nothing static about it at all. Everything is changing. Try and find a self-center or a reference point in this body.

Who am I? Ask yourself that question. The only thing I know is that I am. And I say, we add to it, I am this body. I am this mind. I am this person. All concepts which remain. And that's what I think it was Abraham, when the father of the Jewish people, was speaking to the people under his, he was looking after. And he was getting into trouble. He said, I've got to teach, do something to keep him, have him, keep him going. And it came to him, the so-called Ten Commandments. He says, I've got to teach them this. And that will, you know, abide by them.

It will give them a bit more peace. But then he says, I've got to go back and tell this to them. And they're not going to take any notes of me. No. They're going to ask, who shall I say sent you? You know. And it came to him then, well, I said, I am sent you. That's when he realised he's turned out here. I am that I am. And we've all taken on this ourselves. We call that, the label we put on it is I am. And all that I am is the sense of presence. It's not the words. When the psychedelicist says, I stayed with this, I am this for three years and realised my true nature.

And he was coming from a point where he knew nothing about it at all. He wasn't believing anything or saying anything. We've been carrying all these labels and things around and had tastes of it and all that. But we still haven't known. We've always never been known. So, it's, it's a little bit of a mystery. And then when he hears it, well, it's over the I am-ness. So I've got to repeat the mantra. I am, I am, I am. It's not that at all. What does that I am represent? Doesn't it represent the sense of presence? You're aware of being present right now. That sense of presence.

That's the I am-ness, the sense of presence. And you know that already. You are that sense of presence. But when we take that, put the label of I am Bob, I am the Australian, I'm a good fellow, not so good. I am this person. I am this individual. We've isolated ourselves and separated ourselves from the totality. And isolation and separation are the problems. It's the sense of separation is the problem. Non-duality is not one without a second. Someone that's not two, but one without the other, without any other. It's all one. Though it appears as many. Though it appears in the myriads of different things you see in this manifestation.

All those things are that one essence. And that's the amazing and wondrous intelligence of it all. To see this manifesto, see this world as it is, and all the things that are in it and the way it's functioning. Doesn't that imply it's suffused? The non-nate intelligence? Innately already there. You don't have to learn it. You don't have to acquire it right now. You know that you are. You can't say I am not. You are that pure being. Innately already you know. What you are, you don't know. We don't know unless we've recognised it. Because we've taken on board that we are these bodies. We are these minds.

We are this person. Person is another label they put on years ago. Coming from the Latin, I think it was. Persona. Persona meaning the mask. So that's the disguise we've got on. This mask of concepts. That's what hides us from seeing our true nature. The belief that we are separate. We are individuals. We are a person. And we'll look at the definition of belief. Belief's not the actual. We've seen so many things out there. When you've investigated them and seen them, you see them as things. You can no longer believe in them. Can you go down to the ocean, did you ever believe you would get a bucket of blue water out of it?

You won't. Look at the space that's in that room you were in. And the space in the sky. The sky appeared blue. It's the same space that's in the room. Where's the blue that's in the room? It's not there. The rainbow. How solid are the colours in the rainbow? And so it's just the sun shining through the rainbow. mist onto the background of that seemingly blue sky. The distance it seems solid and like a big cone, a big, what's it called, I forget the term. It seems real, the background, but it reflects on that background just like reflections that reflect in the mirror and the colours seem to be there in a rainbow.

It's not, it was. I've got a crystal sitting in this window here and the sun shines around to the west here in the evening and shines through that crystal and it breaks up its colours on the wall. They seem, they're very, very nice, a beautiful colour. They seem very real. If I try and go and grab one off the wall, I can't grab anything because there's nothing there. It's only an appearance. And look back and trace it back to investigate and look back into the crystal. The crystal, even though the sun is shining through it, it's still clear. Sun's got to shine through it before it can reflect and break up into colours.

So you can't say it's not there, but you can't say it is there. Now these things that appear, a lot of the things that appear in this manifestation, they are only appearances. And again, your dictionary definition of appearance or a phenomenal manifestation, definition of phenomena, is that which appears to be. So it seems real. And you look in a mirror and you'll see your image in the mirror. And look in that mirror and you'll see it's totally full of reflections or images. Totally full. Though there might be seemingly space in it, in the mirror that space is a reflection in it, or an image in it.

Now it's not just a reflection. It's a reflection in it. It's a reflection in it. It forms part of your judgement but it's not separate from it. And all the other things that are appearing in you include images appearing in the mirror. I couldn't tell. He has release through your internal energy images appearing in this space like awareness. It'seemly solid, seemingly substantial, seemingly real. So you can't say an image is not there. Go up into the mirror and try and grab your energy out of the mirror. And you can't. So you can't say it is there. again, it's appearance that's seemingly real. Until investigated, you know, that's all it is, an image.

And you're gonna get in still water, clear water, you'll get an image in, anything with a background on it. It's seemingly buggered up. We're capable of forming an image, we've got to form an image. And we track the images to be real, instead of seeing the truth of them all. And the Sargonata points that out beautifully and says, nothing can trouble you, nothing at all. All these troubles, fears, anxieties and stresses you've got, they're troubling you, aren't they? You don't want over them. But nothing can trouble you except your own imagination. So there it is again, imagination, break it down to image in. You are creating the images yourself in the mind.

So this thing called so-called mind. And imagine that they are real. They are true. But when you realise that the image is not the actuality, you're not gonna believe it after you say it's false. Can you believe that, once you say there's something that's false that you believe to be true, can you truly believe it again? Like we believe we are to stand on a seashore, and look out where the sea and the sky met. People believe that there's something there. believe that the earth was flat when they saw the sea and the sky meeting on the horizon. And they were told don't go out there you'll fall off the edge of the earth.

Who would believe it today? No one because it's been seen. The blue sky, you go on a plane, where's the blueness in the sky? There's no blue in the sand. It appears to be so. There are many metaphors they used to point out but once you see them as false, you never truly believe in them. They still appear to be as they were. You see a mirage, you go and you won't see a mirage on the road or something like that. Water in the mirage, you drive up to it, it disappears. You're going to keep believing it every time you see it. You know because it's not there, it never was there.

So all these metaphors, they're just metaphors. So all these metaphors, they're just metaphors. So all these metaphors, they're just metaphors. So all these things we've created in our minds, put the words and label on, taken to be true. And the one they use is a snake and a rope. See how those images can affect you when they bleed. Snake and a rope, a pebble. A fellow steps out of his cabin on a dark and wet night and in the darkness he doesn't see where he's going. He stands on a piece of wet rope that's been left on the ground. It rolls under his feet. He says, sure, I've trod on a snake.

He says, sure, I've trod on a snake. He says, sure, I've trod on a snake. He gets the goosebumps and the fear and the trembling start. And he feels, he imagines the snake biting him and the poison racing through his body. And a great stress comes upon him. Somebody comes out and shines a torch and look, it's only a piece of wet rope. And there's a great sense of relief when he sees that. But do the fear and the trembling drop straight away? No. Because they become a physical. So this is what happens. When we get caught in these images and look, when the belief in them goes and they stir up the fears and anxiety and stress and guilt in the body, we're stuck with them.

It takes a while to settle down. And if we keep reinforcing it, it's going to stick around longer than it should. But if it's seen through, you say, oh, it's the same old stuff. Not going to attach to it and believe in it. You can have a look again just to make sure you are. It's not the worst thing. And then it can no longer affect you. So a lot of these images we're bound in, are troubling to us. Nothing can trouble you but your own imagination. So our own imagination is causing the fear, the anxiety, the stress, the guilt, the jealousy, the hate. All these psychological suffering comes about from imagination.

And if you ask yourself, what's wrong with right now if I don't think about it without a thought on it? What can you say about anything without a thought? Just stop it for a moment right now and just pause and thought. What can you say? But no thought there. Can't say anything at all without the word. But you're still seeing. You're still hearing. You're still tasting, touching, and knowing the function you're going on. You're not discriminating it with any labels. It's just as it is. And what it is, means it's unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected, uncorrected. No preference, no partiality, no comparison. You're not putting all those labels on all the thinking, are you?

There's no stress going to be there. Because there's no thought stitched in your head and placed onto this goal. Have a look at that and see if it's a fact. Where's yesterday's thoughts now? Are they there or the thoughts you had a year ago or last week? They're not there, they're changing constantly. Thoughts are coming and going, appearing and disappearing, but there's nothing static there at all that you can relate to. So you see, if nothing good or bad, as Shakespeare told us. Nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so. You know, they're not just sayings. When you look into them nothing can trouble you except your own imagination, nothing either good or bad or nothing.

Spirit of the soul. thinking works as they see the truth of them and so instead of locking into the thinking and trying to fix it with another thought and you can't you know look if we answer in the mind and realize that the mind this thing we call mind which is a fiction it's just a vibration of energy and it will continue to vibrate and other concepts other words other ideas that will continue to pattern shape and form when this says a famous tiger or a famous snake who's going to be bound on it and who's the you that is a man isn't that a conceptual image that you have a match of online Bob the Australian the good fellow or unhappy fellow or I mean introverted or extra to burn or whatever I'm unhappy I'm fearful I'm anxious all these concepts you know concepts are words words of vibration thoughts patterns of energy they tell you again in the scriptures great perfection is non conceptual awareness great perfect is the same as the absolute you can't add anything to the birth you can't take anything away from the perfect and the absolute the same you can't take anything away from the perfect but that's all there is is the absolute the one essence patterning shaping and forming especially as everything in its marriage and marriage of different patterns labels shapes and form it's all the one expressing and you can't find a static point to it anyway it's constantly transient that's what they tell you the manifestation is transient it's constantly changing how can it be the real it was constantly transient it's constantly changing we don't see that so you realize that even that body you call you and you say this is me and you go back as far as you can remember when you first learned words and something there I am Bob I am so and so I am this and still so to this day but the image you've got about it has changed and the pattern itself has changed the body is changing constantly cells are being replaced and you don't notice in the immediacy you think it's their static it was ever fresh and ever new constantly transient and they realize that there's something you know from weighing back then when you first started to reason that I am it's that same I am you think you are today but it's changed hasn't it so being a little child a little baby now a young boy or a young girl teenager and an adult then middle ages then old age it's constantly transient every moment it's transient there are thousands of cells dying out right now but we still say the same I am and we add more concepts and different concepts but basically the essence the I am is the sense of presence what it all appears on is ever the same and you know it back then there was a knowing of it as Walt Whitman says far down I see the first huge nothing no thing I know I was even there just the same as you know you were back there as a little child and there's a knowing that you are right now and he said I'm not contained between my hat and my boots and no one is contained between your hat and your boots believe we are we believe we are engaged in this body mind it's persona but is it so have a look the false cannot stand up for investigation know that for certain an investigator to see and so as I say you worked out so many things in your mind that you see as false and you don't believe in them because they couldn't stand up people even sat across every little kid got presents from him it was good you know and who would believe it today wouldn't believe in a day but we still do it for our kids because you know it gave us pleasure when we were kids and I give them pleasure I'll soon see through it and you know it never was so and you think we see a sunrise and the sunset where does the Sun ever risen when will I live a set that's the earth that's moving the Sun will destroy it it's the earth that's rolling around the Sun we take it the and the scriptures they taught call it ignorance and again we Octin we all we we haven't worked it out but what it actually means is we are ignoring what it exactly to be ignoring that and focus in the conceptual beliefs and then the sense of presence the I am'm the thing that we want and if we happen to produce I'm going to grow whole from it altogether is a sense of being present and aware.

It's that sense of presence awareness, which we take to be me. I don't see it. I am the sense of presence. It's not the thought. It is the sense of presence, the knowingness, the activity of knowing, the livingness, the life. I am the way. I am the truth. I am the life. Christ told you that. He said, I am the light of the world. What is light? Light is nothing but a vibration, a movement of energy. It's in that vibration of energy that you see the world. So it's not just him talking about himself as the light of the world. It's that essence that you are is the light, the energy in which the world appears.

If that life isn't there, could you see a world? Could you know? That's why this body has form. Less than the absolute, something other than the seeming, than the absolute, the seeming pattern, shape and form, that needs to be there to express through. And that's all it is. It's a seeming vibration, a seeming pattern, shape and form. And we think it's separate entities or some substance. And the Mahavaka, the great mantra is, I am that. What is that? When you look at it again, you'll see that is everything, which we put labels on. That is a chair. That's the garment. That's the space. That's the sun.

That's the sky. That's the house. That's the animal. That's me. I am that. So we take an I am that and put these labels on and take in the images or labels, the rear-ear and miss the that-ness, which is the totality, which is the absolute, which is the uncontrived singularity. We are contrived. How did it come to this? How did it come about? After you were born? When you're learning words from your parents, and look at that, you can't remember your birth because you didn't have any words. And since you learnt words and the sense of separation came upon you, you can have two, two and a half or three or somewhere around that age, whenever it was, we learnt the words.

And we learnt the words in parents to you. That sense of presence, I am, you learnt that word, and your parents told you, little Johnny, or your little Billy, and you said, I am little Johnny. So you've taken yourself to believe it's your oldest conceptual image. Not really that I'm was representing the sense of presence. And awareness. Now you take it. You have this body and mind. I am Mr. Johnny. And the little child starts to reason. That's when the capacity of reasoning develops in you and you know it works. Useful capacity. You worked out so many things in life. One of the things we haven't been able to work out, maybe you can't work them out because the answer's not there.

It looks somewhere else. Learn so many words and see the words, not the realm. And instead of putting the I am onto this body-mind, that's what I'm saying, that sense of presence comes out as I am, the Australian. So not that I am the absolute, I am the totality, I am the oneness without a second. That's what the thatness is. No, I am Bob, the Australian. I've separated myself. And with that sense of separation, I'm looking out there and seeing something that I don't understand or don't know what it is, especially a little child at that age. Doesn't know what it is. So there's a natural sense of wonderment about it or fear of it, maybe, because he doesn't know what it is.

You know, he'd hear about boogie men and all that sort of thing. I don't know what that is. I'm not sure of it. So with that unsureness, there's a sense of insecurity and vulnerability. Now we are vulnerable and an insecure human being. We put the label human on it as well. And that's what we're told. All these words we learn. And now we've got this separate entity, this individual, this human being. If you question that and see, if you believe, we're told there's a greater power there, there's a God there. And we're realising that it is that also. There's only that. And then we think that's a higher power or a greater power.

Or a bigger, a better power. This God. And we've got to become a God to get out of this pattern of energy of in. Not realising that pattern, shape and form. Take the leaf, you know, instead of a... Take the human off the human being and take the... Supreme. Supreme off the supreme being. We call God. We call God. We call God. We call God. We call God. We call God. We call God. We call God. We're not going to connect that to God. We're going to be God. God the supreme being. The greater power. Take the world label off. Supreme in the way You even...

Try and separate the beings. That's there right now. The chair you're sitting on is being a chair. It's a label we put on to differentiate. The room you're in. The space of the room is being space. It's being the walls, being the roof. Going outside and everything outside of you is being this and being that. Interesting. being that, being it's all that, but being the different labels we put on to discriminate. And the word not being the real, none of the labels are real. So what does that leave you? Instead of having, instead of that, you take yourself to be myself, when they tell you in the scriptures, there's only one self, there's only one atman, there's only one self.

And it's a self that's a self shining, it's self aware, it's self knowing. It's that self that's expressing as all these different things. And certainly that's not, but we take it now to be the personal self. Me, Bob, this is the self. Me, Bobby, this is body, mind, entity, I'm the self. This is my self. Not the one self, but my self. Who's the me or the mind? That's what we form when we learn to read. We form a sense of meanness or I-ness, an ego. We form an ego. And we take this ego to be what I am. But when you realize you've never, there's never been any such thing as an ego.

It's only a conceptual image, which we put a label on, and make it seemingly different to the totality. There's really, believe it's me, it's fearful. It's me, this egoic image is anxious. Me, this full of self-pity, full of guilt, shame, and unhappiness. Little periods of joyousness, and you've got to come up with it. But they don't last long, because we've got this idea that this separate entity, if it doesn't do the right thing, it's gonna get into all sorts of trouble. So we're continually focusing on this imagination. Taking the imagination to be real. And nothing can trouble you except your own imagination. Investigate this body.

Have a look, am I this body? Well are you? What's the body made of? Have a look. You realize when you look the body's made up of elements. As I tell you, the people that already investigated and all. You can see that for yourself. What are the elements? Air, fire, water, space. They're the elements, they're what we call element. Take the air out of your body, that element. Stop breathing. See whether you're made up of air or not. Yeah you really are. and you won't last long without it. So you're not separate from that element. Take the water. You see you can get hypothermia and die without the water.

You breathe 80% water. Get out of the space if you can. Get off the earth. Take the body temperature and the fire. Otherwise you can't separate yourself from any of those things. Then what happens to the separate entity then, the individual on Earth? What must you be? If you're not separate from any of these elements and the elements being broken down into subatomic particles, into pure energy, and this body life as I say it's an intelligent energy be the totality. An intelligent energy. When was the time that you were not there. aux When was there a time? You think there's a past and a future?

Alright, try and go back and live in the past if you can. Imagine and anticipate a future if you can. And when you see time, just a conceptual image also. Presence, you can't put a concept of time in it. It's ever fresh. It's always ever fresh, it's ever new, constantly transient. Now you realise when you look at your other body, what is this mind? Mind is nothing but thoughts, concepts, ideas, images. Which concept are you? You see there's no concept, concepts are mental constructs. They're called human in order, so the concept of mental construct is not true. So we've got this energy of belief that we are the person, we are the real.

Again, it's a belief in a pattern of energy. It has no substance or any form at all. It's just that. But we need, see what we need is pattern. What do you mind to express through and to see it? Because if you're the totality, you'll never look your own way. And you'll never realise, then you recognise that you've never been anything other than the absolute. You never could be anything other than the absolute. And what are you going to stay in the ignorance and belief that you're separate of? Well, you're going to take delivery of it. This is what I am. This is what I am.

This is what I have been and always will be. Instead of the crowd out there dragging you around, dragging you around, dragging you around, dragging you around, dragging you around, dragging you back in after all you're only human. They say, no, I'm a little bit more than that. I am the absolute. Instead of them dragging you back in which they do when you first come out of it. Somebody will come along, they'll say, it's not this or not that. You can't be this or that you know, blah, blah, blah. They tell you to be real and you're sucked back in to the erroneous belief that you are the person again and keep questioning, keep having a look until the confidence of what's of what's being said here pointed out you might have different words for it you might say in a different way it's going to get that total confidence so i already am that and then none of those out there will knock you off your perch but they'll recognize something in you and they'll say the change is about a change in you the face will change and look a lot more peaceful a lot more happy you know conceptual images won't lock into the old thoughts as much you might remember that the joyousness of life will be there you can't don't use me telling you these things you've had taste with yourself get the toast again and again go to where you've got a taste of it and realize it make it the actual and the real start of the conceptual and the false and that real point of view nothing can happen here because you won't imagine all the crap we've got locked into and that's what's troubling you your own imagination go ahead and imagine if you like but there is a way out that's what we point to there is a way out and it's quite simple nothing simpler than one and that's one or you're one is all there is the thoughts the feeling of motion and everything appears and there's still that one essence and i say that needs patterns to express through but it is totality there's a knowing that it is but no one who knows it's a total knowingness it's a total beingness the total self shining ever fresh presence and awareness they're labels that are not it we use labels to point to it you are that so that is again questions or doubt it and tell us how it is with you that's enough for me i think don't hesitate to ask anything if any doubts or anything's come up because if you're not asking who's going to answer and what are you going to hear unless you do it for yourself and something in the replies might be right on the ball even without reply if there's a any essence of truth and to resonate with that which you're already looking for and already knows it and this is that resonation then you'll see that the oneness you really are Bob it just occurred to me the other day that you you say often that I think the Buddha said that emptiness is form and form is nothing other than the emptiness so the seeing itself the seeing when you look here is actually empty right and it's the container for all of the form that's what it feels like so when I keep seeing that when I'm when they it's clearly seen that the seeing is empty then what appears in the form is only appearing in that scene seeing no thing yet it is saying seeing it if you don't put any label on what you're saying that the label on the chair you're still saying it look around the room and everything in the room not putting in labels on not to screw it you're still saying it's saying saying is happening and nothing can be outside that seeing right so even when we say that you know there is something going on somewhere else I can't see it but it's going on that's just a conceptual image as well right yeah it's just an idea and we take it to be real yes the seeing the hearing the tasting the touching the smelling the thinking the feeling they're all the actual functioning the ING gives us something that's happening right in this moment and when we say I see the former subject me Bob thinks he's seen the conceptual image and I see the chair and we think there's a chair in there so we say the chair that's becoming object subject to object a dualism there can't be a subject without an object can't be an object without the subject so it's all non dual it appears the pattern and vibrate dualistic thing the duality itself is a fiction there's absolutely no duality and duality and non-duality.

It's all one. Just as there's no day without night. What is day and night? Night's just the absence of light. Day's just the absence of the darkness. It's two of all that. It's five different ways. Nice sunny day, you'll say I'm going out to sit in the sun. Anybody ever sat in the sun? You wouldn't last long if you did. You sit in the sunlight, the light of the sun, the energy of the moon. How much light has the moon got? None at all. It's the sun reflecting into the moon that gives off that light. And when you question these things and look into them, you'll see they're a terribly different way.

Light is another form of energy. So it's all appearing as energy. It's that light in which you see these things. That's energy. That's what Christ told you again. Let your light so shine before men, they may see your good works and glorify the Father. Glorify that essence that you are. The energy of light. And I know when you say things with will, things will do. And he said, I am the light of the world. That sense of presence is the light or the energy in which the world appears. You are that light. You are that light. There is only light. There is nobody that lives a light.

And when you say that, Bob, even the activity of thinking is something that happens in the immediacy. So the problem is only when the thought is fixated on and turned into a thinker and thought. But the actual thinking itself, it's one of the senses like seeing or hearing or smelling. It's not just for going. What's your next thought going to be? No idea. We think, we think. You don't know what your next thought is going to be. Thoughts will arrive. Where are they coming from? They're coming from the essence that you are. Where all the thoughts and feelings are made. You are that. Yeah, I find that a useful point, Erk.

Sometimes if the thinking, getting caught up in the thinking, I'll just stop and say, where are the thoughts coming from? And then just look to see the place where they're coming from. And it's empty. And that's very clearly seen that there's nothing there. That's it. Keep building. Anything that needs to be revealed might come up as a thought. Let your mind see it. Thoughts can be very excellent. But they're very self-destructive when we put the energy of belief in them. Because it's a bliss. Thoughts can be very self-destructive. But they're very self-destructive when we put the energy of belief in them. Because it's a bliss.

Thoughts can be very self-destructive when we put the energy of belief in them. But they're very self-destructive when we put the energy of belief in them. And I think that's the thought that tells me I'm not good enough. After all. It's also the thought that says, I haven't got it yet. I need to do something. This is still not it. There has to be something more. There has to be something else. I think I still need to do a little bit more to get the full picture. When is that going to happen? I think it's going to happen. In the future. In the future? In the future.

We're going back in time again. I'm going to see what time is there if you don't think about it. Is there a past if you don't think about it? You can't say there's a past unless you think about it. What's wrong with right now if you don't think about it? You can't say anything at all. What conditioning is there if you don't think about it? Can't be anything without now. So all your conditioning drops off like that if you're not. Non-conditional. Ever-fresh. So even this idea of conditioning is something that's given fresh energy in the moment. It's never, there's no actual, because there's no time.

So you can't say that there's something there that's conditioning that's been there for a while. Even that's false. You go, you go well. Yeah. I'll say it too, Rohan. You are doing a wonderful job because you are putting the pointers in your work. The way you understood it. And you make it in such a clarity. You speak with such a clarity. It is just such a beautiful, just such a pleasure to listen. Amazing. Just yeah, keep putting it out because people might hear it. Sometimes it happens that they hear Bob's spiel for a hundred times or a thousand times. And then some person comes and says the same thing in a slightly different sentence with accent put somewhere else and it penetrates.

And then you say, oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. But it penetrates and it goes through. Like, you know, the thing you just said about thinking being another sense. It is quite a popular concept in Buddhism that you don't have five senses seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling, but six thinking is just one of the senses. It's quite evident when you really realize how much you are sensing your thoughts rather than thinking them. You almost, you know, for people who are mostly auditory, they actually hear the inner dialogue. they hear the thoughts just the way they hear the traffic. For people who are more kind of visual, they see mental images in the head.

They're more seeing the thoughts than anything else. It's really a sense. For the kinesthetic people, they feel the effects of the thoughts. So it really is one of the senses because they are being sensed. They're not being manufactured or produced. Even if you engage with them, they're still just the same way engaging, like the noise or the music is engaging. You hear the music from outside or the conversation from outside, and it engages attention. The thoughts in the mind can engage the attention. But they are being sensed. This is really powerful to look through and, again, read and give it back to people because that is understood.

There's no need for battle. We're thinking. We're not thinking anymore. Just the same way you're not battling with the traffic passing by or the radio going on. There's no need to resist them or reject them because they're just part of their landscape. And what do you mean by that? Yeah. Yeah? I was going to say what you just said about being able to see things, visualize. I get that a lot. So a lot of things are visualized. And I realized, how much I've actually not been actually seeing the world at all. What I've been seeing is this mental image that's overlaid on top of what is and thinking that to be the real thing.

It's lived my whole life like that. You know, when you see a face, you're not actually seeing the face. You're seeing all of the impressions, all of the, you know, then it goes back into, oh, yeah, you know, I haven't seen this person in a long time. And, you know, I remember last time we met, but you're not actually seeing it that. It's just it's like you've been blinded by this. Yeah. Yeah. You not you not seeing it fresh and new. Very often, whatever is seen all of the comes so closely ingrained with I like it, I don't like it. Just you see something and straight away there is a there is a judgment around it, whether it is pleasant, unpleasant or likable or dislikeable.

How would compare it with something else? else or how it aged or didn't age it just comes so closely mingled with the with the image that yeah it's the world that is constructed it's the world that is overlaid on the mystery that is completely it's always available there but it's just too close to see because the that image clouding that personality interpreting everything that shows up yes it's so habitual but it's not it's there is no need to to pacify it or to do anything about it either if something comes up and it comes up with a strong dislike that's still fine it's just the recognition or like bob has said it nicely today realizing making it real realizing of finding the place when when it is actually real oh yeah that is just an overlay that's just an interpretation of the thought pattern recognizing realizing that this is just just an interpretation and let it be because yes so what that there is that personal coloring to everything that arises that's okay that's how life wants to have it life wants life wants to look through the eyes of eagle and have the eyesight of an eagle life wants to hear through the ears of a blind person and have the experience of a blind person that's what life wants and who are we to say that no it should be different everything should be just as it is nothing needs to change not even habit patterns of narrative or judgment nothing that's all fine as long as you just see it as the overlay of a dream which you just beautifully expressed that you do you just recognize the truth underlying it and yeah you see the overlay and you laugh it's nothing that needs to change nothing that needs fixed that's how the brain functions that's how the the computer is designed and that's quite brilliant yeah I mean I think there's been this idea that you should have a quiet mind I've noticed that subconsciously that yeah so when this recognition started happening naturally then the mind became very quiet for a while and then you know chatter started coming and then there was something that was resisting that suddenly it's like oh but that quiet mind was so nice now like all this and then it was like hang on who's actually bothered about this and then just keep looking back to see if there is actually something there to be bothered and so what I mean what you just said is any kind of being troubled you know you're not just being a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a bit of a little bit of a you know a little bit of a little bit in a but that's essentially you know you're getting shock by something like that Yeah, I had a long conversation today with a friend who was just kind of stuck in that point, in point of resisting, you know, like, oh, look, I had such a beautiful insight and there was just space and there was nothing wrong and it was just so open and so wide and the contraction came and I have to get out of this.

This is the most important thing in my life to get out of this contraction. I say, look, the life has just manifested contraction and you are the life. You wanted that contraction. This you as life created that moment, that environment. And who is there to come and say no to life? So this every resistance creates a separation. Now you are separated from the life. If you are in tune with life, everything that is, is fine. Is all right. It's okay. There is no one to say no to it. But the moment there is, whatever it is, physical pain, emotional pain, contraction, idea that I'm still bind, I'm still identified, I'm still locked in the head, whatever the idea is that creates the contraction, that very idea that, oh, it shouldn't be here.

That thought shouldn't be here. Says who? Says who? Any resistance to what is. It's reassuring, reaffirming the separation. Now life says we have this. And somebody else came in the picture and says, no, we don't want this. Who is that? Who is that? Who doesn't want that? Is there anyone there? Or is just another thought floating through the sky? Thoughts saying we don't want this. It is just that doesn't have any entity in inside. It contains the word I. Or the word what. Or the word we. But it doesn't mean there is anyone there in the thought. There's no one in the thought. It's just unfortunately or fortunately for the success of the thought it contains that.

The way the mind functions it is always vibrating interrelated opposites. So if we think we like one end, that's what I call the one end, there's no stick that's got one end. Each stick's got two ends to it. And we like one end and don't like the other, but it's still the same stick. So all those thoughts have come up. The good, the bad, the pleasant and painful. We like the good, we don't want the bad. We try, cross, we try. See the rule of one essence. The Shakespeare said years ago, nothing is either good or bad. The thinking makes it so. Nothing controlling you except your own imagination.

And the way the mind functions is always dualistically. In the opposite. So in nature, there's always an equator there, what it says. Like you go to the South Pole, you can't go any further south. The next step would be north. Go to the North Pole, you can't go any further north. Next step would be south. Where do they meet? The equator. And why would they call it the equator? Because that's where the equilibrium. Keep it. And this is, this I'm gonna do it all. So it puts it, when I know I am nothing, that is wisdom. And when I know that I am everything, that is love.

Yeah, the opposite again. And between those two, my life is constantly flowing. It's either gonna be one or the other. Just not wisdom and love, but everything has an opposite. I see it's, yeah. So it's still the same stick. Yeah. Yeah, nothing and everything. They kind of feel like they are two opposites, but they're one and the same thing. If there is nothing, that's yeah, that's kind of nothing can be added. Nothing can be taken away. Everything is just the same. Nothing's excluded. Like, yeah, it's one and the same. It's just different way of saying the same thing. Yeah, the old Hindu scriptures would say, it's smaller than the small and larger than the largest.

Yes. And you know that obviously to the mind can't grasp that, what that means, but it's saying the same thing. Yeah. Yeah, in Zen they are saying that it is so small that nothing can be contained in it. And it's so large that it cannot be contained in nothing, in anything. So they're both impossibilities, like zero and eternity, the impossibility for the mind. Therefore, it is just so brilliant as a pointer because mind can't picture it so naturally. Mind has to go. It can't get out of the way. Yeah, one beautiful pointer that I read in, I think it was Douglas Harding, where he says, when you actually start seeing that the place you're seeing from is empty, then if there are problems that are seemingly coming up or things that are bothering you, then you have to realize that that which has created them obviously has no problem with what's coming up.

So that thing that is given rise to whatever it is that is arising, obviously has no problem. So you're taking your stand in something which is not the actual. If there is something which is a problem or giving trouble or I don't want this. Yeah. Exactly what you just said, like the life, it can create anything. And obviously that's what life wants at that point in time. Yeah. Yeah, that's what it is. And for you or I, I think it's a very important thing. You or I or anyone is just to recognize that level, that depth of the being which I am that life. And I am that creating power which manifests this and this landscape and this weather now, whether it is storm or rain or whatever it is.

On the bottom portion of existence, this is what I am. So why go to space? And just fight with it. It's really about finding the place, recognizing the place in my own nature's vastness, which is the totality where yes, this is exactly, this is who I am, this is what I am. Then the entity who has another opinion is gone. The resistant, the entity that says, nah, not this, not anything else. That one is absent. That one is only an appearance. And that includes what you said. Oh yeah, but I'm not, this is not it. Oh, it should be, or mine should be, there shouldn't be chatter.

It's also a subtle form of resistance to this. Mm. But it's already, as it should be, as it is. Desire for something else is another way that mind wants to engage with what isn't. Create the universe in because this is what it is. And what I would prefer instead of it is the imagination that's being created. Right? Now, chasing in, being locked in the head. Something more beautiful, or something more quiet, or what it is. Not from the actuality of this, or the fully manifest, fully blooming in the plain view, into the image of something I would imagine, consider or grander. Like, yeah, how arrogant.

While the freedom is to not want to be the same. To not want what is not. That's the freedom. To be everything. Like Nisa, dying of the long, and being okay, dying of a lung cancer. That's the freedom. Because the forms will come along. The night will come along. Things will continue changing. The pain and hunger and food and aging, all of it will continue coming and going. So chasing pleasure, chasing something, like, oh, oh, oh. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And then the state which is more pleasant. Not this, not this. That only re-inforces the habit, fighting, arguing with reality, and constructing the separate self, which is against what is.

While surrendering thinking to what is, moment to moment, stabilizes the habit of being in the moment, being in two and being in one, with life, which is an author of this vision. But it can't be forced. If the resistance is there, the resistance is there. The resistance is to just be recognized as another wave, another pattern. And every moment. Can you hear me? Oops. Yeah, we can hear you, yeah. Hi, Kavita. Hi. I have a quick question for you. In the past few days, what has been is that there's an absolute, there's no iota of doubt that the only thing that's going on is the knowing and the seeing, and it's just the functioning.

Yet there's this niggly, piggly, fictitious, you know, character made of concepts, ideas, and you know, all the things that were learned after the age of two. And it's just so, in the midst of all this, that's a dialogue that says, that has a dialogue that although that is so there, the experience is not there. And watching this so-called fictitious character or entity saying this in terms of trying to create a doubt, you know, It's like a mental thing that keeps popping up and noticing it, noticing it, like saying, you know, putting the light of whatever the light is on it to not resist it, but just kind of watching it.

Can you kind of go into that a little bit? Maybe you've already addressed this question, you know, several times, but I seem to be kind of, you know, caught in that little net. And although, like I said, the seeing and the knowing and the functioning that's going on is clearly seen as the only thing. Yet. There is this residual, whatever it is, you know, it could be a thought or could be, I don't know. I really don't know. Thank you. Just as you say, it's the residual. And it's seemingly going on. The habit pattern was ready for years and years and years. And it's not only good.

But then it's in the back. I can say, I don't want to look at you. I saw the other day, who's it happening to? So you can find reference to them and say, I don't think it's happening. Is that what you are? Well, are you just the happening. Also, if there is a moment towards that residual. Maybe you can just say, I don't know. maybe somewhere subconsciously like it and that's why it was because if you would see residual of maybe a negative pattern or maybe a habit of attention or maybe just engage in a commentary if you would see it and cute and amazing but the idea that oh maybe yeah it's not complete clarity because this is not obstructing it this is still a bay allowed or something dirty of course that would be painful but if you saw it as part of the functioning that you know the personality is there i tell you bob has personality he's very very beautiful very very kind and very loving personal very unlike that which he had years ago 60 years when you were an alcoholic with anxiety disorder he was crazy and violent and much but there is a personality give you a pretty description of the features of personality because his favorite music or his foods or his you know residue oh my god is there that's what that's something that is really sweet even the way attention travels and i'm always looking up the tiger clouds and bob always looks at the construction bus in cars even where the attention focus is there because that's how that it is and it's nothing wrong who would want why is it part of personality part of who you are And within you, there is a body with its personality, with its preferences, and yeah, what's the problem with that?

I don't know if maybe I misunderstood your question, maybe it is more of a disturbance. What is the reality? If the knowing, the recognition is there, that it's functioning, then the trouble of attention, mutual inner dialogue, or habitual, perhaps problems or drama, or self-judgements, is part of functioning. And the value of the personality, it may drop off, it may be easing up. Well, I'm not sure. I'm noticing that this dialogue is coming up, I'm not resisting it, that thought sort of thing that comes up that says, but the experience is not there, and there's a seeing and knowing that this is still going on as a thought, and I'm not resisting it.

Yes, there are all the other... Mm-hmm. ...attributes that are coming up. I love chocolate, so I'll go to the chocolate and eat that, or I'll get a cup of tea, or I'll get some cookies, or I'll take the dogs out for a walk, or whatever it is, but the constant knowing and seeing, and the functioning of the walking, the functioning of whatever is going on, and it's like you say, you know, being in total awe about the trees and the little leaves, and, you know, just the water. And the clouds, and the sun, and just even on the walks, being in total awe about it, and kind of seeing that, but seeing that as part of the totality, not as separate from the seeing, knowing, per se, but from time to time, and the fact that there is, you know, this thought from a thought, it's a thought from a thought that's coming up, and the absurdity of it is like the dog chasing its tail, but the noticing is happening, the seeing is happening, the knowing is happening, that this is kind of this circle, circular thing going on, about...

while the experience is not there, you know, and it's like, you know, there's also this asking, this asking of question what experience are you seeking you know what experience are you seeking and it comes to a stop because it can't answer that question and what experience is not there what is not there is the being not there being is always there and that's the knowing and the seeing no there's absolutely no doubt that the being contains all this you know and that's the that's the primary that's the fundamental and all this experience that's the experience look if you want to have if you want to be in a state of all all the time that state of all will be filtered out from your conscious awareness just like if there was no night there was only a day the day would be filtered out of your conscious awareness for the duality for the whole manifestation function you do have to have pairs of opposites if there was only all you wouldn't know it was the all because there would be no opposite so it has to be a moment of of elation and the moment of coming down from it because then the moment of elation can come into the picture again same as the awakening this is the moment of recognition moment and then the thought comes up and the functioning or dreaming or whatever comes up and then awakening again and then the thought or the dreaming of functioning and then awakening again that is it can only be known from its opposite the being is always there that's your experience it never goes away it is always it is it is pre-sensory it doesn't have taste it doesn't have any flavor so you can't lose the experience because it is it is all that is it is the screen on which everything appears and pretty much that the noticing is happening that you know the being does not judge has no opinion doesn't try to control does not try to change anything doesn't try to own anything it doesn't react to anything it's a constant that is i won't say inert in a sense but it's not involved and i notice the you know the seeing and the knowing of the joys that happen the depression or the going you know the the you know but it's still within that seeing knowing and the functioning and not getting caught in the stories like i used to and you know and also like i said noticing this thought playing with a thought of you know there is no experience so it's like you said what experience that you know is if there is no experience you know and that's pretty much when i say well what kind of experience are you looking for and there is there is no answer who is looking yeah who's looking yeah yeah that's the same thing if you want what yeah not anything else than what is right now then it already assumes that there is someone looking for it there is already a resistance to what is the freedom is when you allow depression and a very important aspect of governance to come into your life is to let go of your memory and of the stress and the pain of yourньer and and all the things that have happened in your life and where is the gladness the sadness pain joy everything to come just like the weather like you see the the earth or the planet or the space doesn't mind whether there is tsunami or is the typhoon or cyclone or fire or flood it doesn't mind so who you truly are in your essence it doesn't mind whether kavita is crying or is laughing or is in ecstasy or is in awe or is in tears it doesn't matter matter that's the freedom when you don't mind whatever the weather comes through the body and when the resistance to whatever shows up comes you just recognize oh yeah okay there is a pain oh yeah i don't like the pain okay so there is the pain and there's not liking a pain that that's two things that appear in consciousness you are the consciousness and within you as consciousness the pain and the not liking the pain and the resistance to the pain they are the content so when you see everything what appears as the appearance as the content you see it from the freedom of being consciousness it doesn't mean that now suddenly you will enjoy the pain no it's no way that you know there is a joy in freedom from resisting it but there is no pleasure in pain it's just the joy of freedom of not resisting it so when the commentary comes or the mind is loud or there is no that's better for the moment that's what life is presenting for them it will change because that's why it can be experienced it changes now when you say pretty much noticing oh i'm sorry about it when you say i don't mind you know you're not mining and if you're not mining it says just as it is you're not making it up no what i'm saying is that um can you hear me yeah yeah okay um basically the this the seeing and the knowing that the content is constantly changing it's not stable you know like bob says from moment to moment by the time you look at this moment that moment's already gone and the new ones already started so the content from is constantly changing but the being is not and it's the seeing and the knowing is coming from the being that's not involved at all it's just watching i guess you know i'm using terms that doesn't really really explain what i'm trying to convey but that's the best i can do in terms yeah yeah and and and pretty much there's that that tranquility in just noticing the resistance noticing the pain noticing but also there is that comfort in knowing that this too shall pass it's not going to including the joy elation or whatever it is that this too shall pass you know and just there's a comfort in it instead of resisting or anything of course there are times you know there are times when the resistance will come up there are times when you know the of you know bomber why did this happen you know and then it doesn't last like it used to there's no story that's created um it's just like bob says you know it's just life there's only life and it's just moving along you know like the river flows but i i just wanted to clear up this one little niggly around like a dog chasing his tail and popping up from now to then you know and it was just like okay i've got to ask this i know it's a silly question but it is that yeah because it is a question that happens to everyone and thank you for saying it speaking it up because not everyone even feel confident to ask questions and this is important to bring it up it's not just your own it will be everybody's questions i have done for many many years and if you're recognizing the resistance it must be from the whole existence yeah and resistance is conflict conflict makes you uneasy resistance conflict and disease and the recognition you must be saying it's from its opposite if you're totally resistant to that yeah and and one one of the things i noticed was that even prior to asking the question you know that heart was beating a minute a mile and the hands were warming up and it was just like noticing it and then noticing that there was an entity that was that was kind of involved in oh what are they going to think of me quote unquote and again it was the seeing and and the knowing part from the beingness and it's just like so who's going to be embarrassed about this excuse me can you stand up and i just laughed you know i know it's silly but it's just it was just funny that's beautiful you realize not one day and and and you see that habit you see how it plays up you see how habitually for all your life when you were supposed to speak in public in front of other people there is there is actually a survival instinct attached to it which comes from the evolution of the human consciousness when humans were living in the tribes or villages and they were speaking up and they were rejected by the tribe they would be removed from the village and eaten by the wolves or tigers or bears so that instinct has its role it has the place so to have that anxiety coming up before you speak is natural that's part of our human inheritance as that human form but the way you describe it it's it actually shows that you already see the pattern you see the pattern so you are the consciousness and the pattern is the appearance in the consciousness so it wasn't you anxious about what they will think of me you were the witness of the little pattern of anxiety and the thought coming in and saying the whole rehearsed long lifelong mantra what will they think of me so it wasn't the personal element the moment you actually see it as the appearance is not you anymore it is an appearance it is an object in consciousness so you already seeing it from the from its opposite from the point of comparison from the point of balance from the point of completely impersonal space like awareness and it's beautiful to actually notice all those because somehow somewhat you have to see them for the last time before they go they that's how it appears to be you see them you see those patterns those little anxieties those little concerns of that poor little me you see them and you laugh and they become unimportant they stop serving a role they stop protecting you because now they are you see them for what they are so you don't need them anymore as they are seen for what they are the role is over so you may see it a few more times and just give it a hug just yeah send the kids it's such a such a sweet little instinct that that its intention is to to keep you safe it's it's another appearance of love like oh of course you don't want to be judged you don't want to be rejected oh sweet how loving that's that's a really beautiful um way of putting it but thank you so much for spending the time to answer that you know i just um but like i said you know it it really helps to just kind of waste it out and just get it off the chest sort of the way i see it yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah cheers deesh yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah gentle thank you so much of that beautiful manifestation and we do need some prompts for it Okay, time has caught up with us.

Yeah, we made it. Thank you all. Thank you all. We'll be on Facebook Live on Sunday morning and we'll be on Zoom again on Tuesday and Thursday. It looks like there's a question on chat. There's one question that, yeah. I can't see. Oh yeah, okay. I can see it now. Thank you, Rohan. There is a question from Mike. And I have trouble with what you are saying, Kat. Aspects of the personality such as violence, anger seem to me inherently resisting what is. Doesn't it make sense to remove such as strains? Yeah, of course it does. Unfortunately, there's no one to remove them because they're just patterns.

And when I was referring to violence, of Bob 60 years ago, it was 15 years before he met me, and realized that there was really no one there. There are patterns also if you look at traumatized animals, like, you know, dogs kept in captivity and tortured or other animals, they develop that sort of traumatic response. And yes, if there is any means or any, if life prompts you to anything, techniques or methods or ways of psychotherapy or drugs or whatever ways that life is guiding you to address the problems of violence, absolutely don't resist life's guidance. You can't stop resistance. That is the recognition of non-resistance.

Recognition of resistance must be from a sloppiness. To try and be non-resistant, you can't do it. It'll come up, but recognize it from the point of non-resistance. And then recognizing it from that opposite has lost its hold. Yeah, this is Bob about the violence and anger are ways to resist what is. Yes, they are. They are. And resistance is also part of nature. Like, you know, if someone will attack you right now, the resistance may come up. This is part of functioning. It's part of survival instinct. And again, if this becomes pathological and life finds the way to address it, it definitely should be addressed.

And yes, the form of resistance of anger or even sadness is form of resistance. All of it is some or the other form of resistance. But on the surface, because there is a possibility to actually dive a little bit deeper down to the bottom of it. I remember we had a little bit of a conflict with Bob maybe four years ago. It lasted maybe seven minutes. And he actually showed me a thing that sent me upstairs because he was angry with me. And he yelled at me. I yelled back. It took probably about seven minutes, the whole conflict. But about 25 seconds, we were yelling at each other.

And that was one could one could interpret it as anger, just like you could interpret dogs barking at each other as anger. But deep down on the bottom of it was blissful, peaceful understanding that right now there is an energy release happening on the surface. Some sort of attention has been gathered and now it is being released. And there was no resistance towards that outburst. And the outburst ended and the peace and the laughter came up straight away. Just the same way you see the dogs barking at each other. And the next thing, the plane. So it is it is an important question. I think it would be nice to actually get back and dive a little bit deeper into that question, because every situation of anger, every situation of violence could be could be an outcome of different circumstances, of different motivations, of different situations.

And it shouldn't be generalized too much like, oh, yeah, all resistance. Yes, it is all resistance. But resistance is part of functioning. If there was no breathing, it's resistance. You know, when when when the lungs are full, they resist taking more air and they pump it out. The whole world, the whole pulsating, vibrating the world is the relaxation and the resistance, relaxing and resisting. It is the duality of the of the appearance. And it's. Yeah, it's just it's just too big of a question to brush it off. But yeah, I'm glad you actually look into it and you recognize that any sort of anger or violence is a form of arguing with the reality or not wanting what is because, yes, it is on the on the basic level, it is resisting the reality.

On the deeper level, it can still be recognized as just a form of energy releasing. It could be. It is possible to see the nature and to see the thunderstorm just flashing over the ocean. And it's nothing wrong with that. It's a violent action, violent act of implosion, implosion of the planet into a black hole or explosion of the sun. It seems so violent. And yet it is just the way nature acts. So, yeah. In the documentary about the nature. The animals. It is quite, quite beautifully shown how it is part of functioning. The narrative that sustains it is a resistance. I think Mike says thank you.

Yeah. Thank you for your question, Mike. And I'm really happy to come back to it next week and really go into the individual situations and see because it is really about finding out what's natural. And recognizing that this nature is underlying everything. Even adverse reactions. You can find them in nature. They are part of nature. What is the difference with humans and what creates the suffering, division and separation is the story that goes with it. It is the narrative that sustains it. And proliferates it or regurgitates it. So, that narrative is the one that needs to be examined. I have to make a phone call.

So, I do have to come. I have one of these sessions. Okay. Thank you. Thank you, everyone. Thank you for your contribution. Thank you. Thanks, Bob. Thanks, Kat. Love you both. Yeah. Love you. Bye. Thank you so much. Thank you, Bob and Kat. Thank you, Megan. Bye. Bye.
