We'll go back to the basic thing for a start off. We don't teach you anything and we don't tell you anything. Understand that right from the start. And when you realise what we do is point toward and ask you to look to where we're pointing to. And see for yourself. Because there's nothing that anybody can ever tell you or nothing anybody can ever give you. When you're again realise what we point to. What we do point to is called non-duality. And non-duality as I translate by meaning one without a second. Put that one without a second on it because even the idea of one implies that there could be other than one.

So we point out that there is absolutely nothing other than that. And isn't that the Mahavaka, I am the mat. That's the chair, that's the carpet, that's you, that's me. Yeah. No. I know that innately already. That you are that. But we put labels on it. And the word is not the real. So I call it one without a second not two. And you'll see that's the base of all the great religions throughout. That's been formed throughout the world. That point basically to that one essence of patterning, shaping and forming. Appearing and expressing as everything. And most of us put the label God on it.

But realize that's just a label or a word also. And they tell you that in the Bible. You might have understood it or recognized it when they say in the beginning it was the word. The word was with God. The word was God. That's all there is. That's all God is, is a word. All things were made by him, by the word. There was nothing made that was made without the word. So isn't that what we've done here? We put labels on everything. Now have a look at that. What words did you have when you were born? Or even before that can anyone remember your birth?

And you realize you can't remember your birth. You don't remember anything until you're about two, two and a half or something. Might be a bit earlier or a bit later. When the capacity of reasoning develops in you. And you learn words. Before that, what's a little child? He hasn't learned to reason but he's seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling. He knows what it is. The knowingness is there. The breathing, the heart beating, all the functioning is going on. But he hasn't learned any words. So you must recognize from that that every word you have spoken, or ever likely to speak, has been picked up along the way.

It's all been learned, required. And when you look at it also and see the word is never the thing. Take the word water. Can you drink the word? Can you swim in the word? Can you wash it? Can you drink the word? The word fire. Does it burn your mouth when you speak it? Can you cook with it? Can you heat yourself with the word? You can't. So what's this word I or me? Which we've taken on board? We call it, I believe we are personal. This personal self. A person. And where does that word come from? Doesn't it come from an ancient language? I think it might have been Latin or something.

Persona. A mask. So we've got this mask of concepts, a conceptual image about ourselves. Which we've added to ourselves. I'm Bob, the Australian, the good fella, I'm not so good or I'm unhappy, I'm fearful, I'm anxious. Putting all these concepts on that sense of presence. And knowing that you are, that translates through the mind as the thought I am. That's the primary word you've learned. When you learn I or me. When your parents kept telling you little Johnny or your little Billy, you're such and such, you're this, that and the other. And all the words have been picked up along the way. Going back to the great religions, I don't call it God here.

Because we all come from different backgrounds. Some of you might be atheists, some of you can be agnostics, some of you can be Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, Jews or whatever. I started talking about God. And it's immediately related to what you've been brought up to believe. If you're agnostic or Christian or whatever. And those miss out altogether from what we're pointing to. We're not pointing to that viewpoint from any personal or any higher power or omnipotence. That's what they call it. Not a higher power, a thought power, mind power, any other power. But omnipotence. Omnipotence. That's our total power. That's the one power, or what I use for a better term instead of using the term God.

I call it intelligence energy. And when I'm not talking about intelligence, I'm not talking about your intellect. Because a lot of you have much better intellects than what I'm likely to have. Some of you mightn't be quite as bright, I don't know. Doesn't matter, I'm not going to judge. Intelligence energy. When I'm talking about intelligence, I'm not talking about intelligence. I'm not talking about your intellects. I'm saying look out there in nature. Because this is what we point to continually, is the natural state. Natural meaning as in nature. You'll see that galaxies are forming. Earth moving around the sun. Tides coming in and out. Seasons coming and going.

Tsunamis, volcanoes imploding, exploding. Tsunamis going. Ice ages also going. All sorts of things happening out there. Doesn't that imply that nature is suffused with an innate intelligence? There's not some old guy out on a cloud, going to give you this or take that away from you if you don't do the right thing. It's suffusing every particle. And that means every particle of you too. And so it's that same intelligence that's breathing you right now. That's beating your heart. That's growing your hair and your fingernails. Digesting your food. Replacing cells in your body. What are you doing about that? It's happening isn't it? And you're saying I've got to take my next breath or I've got to beat my heart.

You don't. That's happening spontaneously and naturally just as it is out there. But what we've done, when we learnt these words, we've taken to believe that I am this person. Well, you see, go back to your birth. I ask you when did you begin? You'll say I was born. But can anyone in this room actually remember your birth? When you look at that you'll see you can't remember your birth. You don't remember anything until you learnt words at whatever age it was. But before that you're seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, functioning, making noises and all the rest of it. You hadn't learnt any words. And I point out the word's not the thing.

So we've taken our words. So you can't say when you began. We take it on this persona. I am Bob of Australia, the good fella. This mask of concepts. And that's all it is. A mask of concepts. Concepts are mental constructs. So we form all these mental constructs and we form a mask, an image. Like I'm Bob of Australia, blah blah blah. The story goes on. You can't remember your birth? Well look, when did you begin? Well go back as far as your father and your mother. That animating life essence or intelligence energy that vibrated as the pattern, the shape and form you call your father enabled in that pattern a little microscopic particle from the food he's eaten and the prana, the air he's breathing that formed a little microscopic particle called a sperm to form in that pattern.

Now that sperm was suffused with energy. It wasn't just a blob of goo floating around, it was a fuse of the innate intelligence and knew what to do. And the same animatic life essence in your mother, again through the prana, the air and the food she's eating, the nails that grow and live, enabled in that pattern to allow another little microscopic particle called an egg or an ovum to form. That ovum was suffused with intelligence to know what to do also. It attached itself to the wall of the uterus. And the sperm knew what to do, it swam to the ovum, it had the capacity of swimming, put it under a microscope and see.

So it's not just a dead thing, it's a fuse of that innate intelligence. And it knew what to do, it penetrated the ovum. And when those two came together, what happened? There were genes, intelligence energy in us and the genes that are in those two patterns, whatever it was, the little embryo, the little fetus began to form. And that is what you are today. But you can't remember that. When did you ever become an individual or a person or a separate entity? Because that's what's grown you, breathing you, beating your heart and lived you ever since and is living you right now. So you are that essence and that's the Mahavikya, the great mantra, I am that.

And innately you know that already. Because you say that's the truth. That's the chair, that's the carpet, that's the sky, that's the tree, that's the flower, that's you, that's me, everything is that. Which we put labels on when we learn words or labels and discriminate. Take the label to be the real instead of the essence of it, it's that. What's the what? What's the that? The intelligence energy or the activity of knowing. That's the only way I describe it. Intelligence is knowing or wearing or being. Or in Satchitananda there's being, knowing and loving to be. And any intelligence is an activity. It's something that's going on in the immediacy.

So it's the activity of knowing or the activity of being. That is what you actually are. Intelligence energy. And that's what everything else in this manifestation is. It's all that activity of knowing. It vibrates into different pattern, shapes and forms. That energy. But we've taken ourselves to be the person. The self. And so, have a look at that. You say my body. Well whose body is it? Don't you say my house, my car, my coat, my shirt. You know you're not the shirt, the coat, the car, the house. Maybe you're not the body either. Because innately you know. You wouldn't say my body. You say my mind.

Show me a thing called mind if you are the mind. There's no such thing as mind apart from thought. And if you are a thought, you'd be frightened of losing going to sleep at night. If you were a thought. Because it would be the end of you. But yet you're glad to give up every night when you go to sleep. You're glad to give up that I thought and every other thought. You're a little more than a thought. So are you the body? Well you know my body, my mind. What's this body made up of? Will you investigate? This is what we point out. You need to investigate these things for yourself.

And see for yourself. Because the false cannot stand up to investigation. And when you recognise the false is false, what are you left with? Because of the vibration you must be left with truth. And is that the old scriptural saying? Know the truth. And the truth will set you free. What are you free from? You're free from this belief that you are this person. This separate entity. Looking into this body, you say my body. What's this body made up of? The body is made up of elements. Air, earth, fire, water and space. Just like the elements around you. You are those elements made up in a seemingly solid pattern, shape and form.

So see that. The body is made up of elements. Stop breathing. See how long you'd last without breathing. See how long you'd last without that element of air. Take the water out of your body. Your body is 80% water. See how long you'd last without the water. Take the body temperature. The fire or the heat. You'd soon get hypothermia and die. Get off the earth if you can. Get out of space. When you investigate it, you realise you're not separate from those elements at all. You can't. And if you're taking a walk along the beach one morning or something like that. And you've got no shoes on.

You walk on your feet in the sand. The water is lapping over it. The space is all around you. The heat, the fires and the sun's in the sky. And you feel more at one with those elements then. More at one with nature. When they're all around you and suffusing the body. But that self, this particular self we say, personal self, we say my self. And what do the scriptures tell you? They tell you there is only one Atman or one self. Not a personal self. Not a separate self. But as soon as we say my self, we've taken ourselves to be this separate self.

This persona. This entity. And that's when our problems start. Now talking about the word. A body made up of elements which can be broken down to subatomic particles. Into pure energy. And as I pointed out, every word you've ever spoken has been learned. For the first nine months when you're in the room, when the brain wasn't, when you were forming, your brain wasn't even formed at that stage. You didn't have any words. But you were living then. With the aid of your mother at the time. Coming through the umbilical cord. Later on when you came out, we were born. You know, you didn't say, now I'm going to start breathing.

Or now I'm going to start digesting food or things like that. The functioning was happening and you didn't have any words. So you were about two, two and a half. When the capacity of reasoning developed. Now that capacity of reasoning is a very useful capacity that human forms have. Which is more developed in humans than what it is in other animals, birds and insects. They have different capacities to what we have. Which are more developed than some of our capacities. Like a bird for instance has a capacity of eyesight. Which is much better than yours and mine will ever be. It has the capacity of flying.

Which we can't do naturally. But through the capacity of eyes. Through the capacity of reasoning. We've learned to build ourselves eyeglasses. If our eyes are failing. Binoculars or telescopes. Which enable us to see better. And also through the capacity of reasoning. We've learned to fly planes, helicopters, balloons or kites. And enable us to fly. And other things like that. So the capacity of reasoning can be very useful. But it's very self-destructing when we take it. Related to me. A dog has a sense of smell. That's much more developed than what ours is. And other insects like that can change colour. We can't do that. All sorts of different things can happen.

But we have this capacity of reasoning. Now that doesn't start until we're about two, two and a half when it develops. And then that's when we start to learn words. From our parents. They tell you, fussing around you. Say you're little Johnny, you're little Billy. And you learn words. I or me. What happens? The child starts to reason. I am little Johnny. Or little Billy. This is me. Or I. And they tell me I'm a good boy. Or I'm a good boy. Or I'm unhappy. Or I'm depressed. Or I'm angry. Or I'm fearful. And the worst one we put upon ourselves after all, I'm only human.

We call ourselves human beings. And if you believe in this thing called God, you'll call God the Supreme Being. And that's what we call God. And that's what we call God. And that's what we call God. What happens if we take that word supreme off? Take the label human off? And the label supreme? And try and separate the beingness in this room without putting the label on it? So that's being a chair. That's being the carpet. That's being the mirror. That's being you. That's being me. Everything can be broken down to that pure beingness which we put words or labels on. And that's the cause of all our separation.

So when we learn my self. See we've separated our self from the one essence. And have a look at the words you have learnt and see how it vibrates. How the language vibrates. And you always, it's always vibrating dualistically. You're either in the past which is memory or in the future which is anticipation, imagination. And when you investigate that you'll see that time's a mental concept also. And being in the past, that was either, what's the way your mind functions and thinking going? You'll see it's always vibrating in the interrelated opposites. And that's the reason why we're here. That's the reason why we're here. The opposite.

Past, future, good, pleasant, painful, happy, sad, loving, hating, positive, innovative. Have a look and see if you think in other, any other way. And it can't stay good forever. And it doesn't. It can't stay bad forever. It doesn't. It's constantly transient. This manifestation is transient. That's what they tell you. They tell you in Buddhism that this manifestation is mire or illusion. That's a transient manifestation. It's not static at all. You can't find any static . So they call it a phenomenal manifestation. And to see it's transient, changing, you realize that if you look at that you haven't got the same body you're walking in this room with.

There are thousands of cells going in that body right now and being replaced. And it's that innate intelligence that's replacing them. Because a liver cell is not going to be replaced by a skin cell. The skin cell is not going to be replaced by a heart cell. Each cell is a fuse of that innate intelligence and knows what to do. How to form through the air and the food that you're eating. So the little child learns these words. And he says, I am little Johnny. And he looks out there and he says, that doesn't fit little Johnny. We were up to a phenomenal manifestation. And that's right.

I go back to that. Because I'm forgetting a lot of stuff now. And the definition of phenomena is that which appears to be. So this manifestation, that seemingly solid, substantial, and real, is appearing only. Appearance only, seemingly so. Like they use the metaphors to point that out. The blue sea, go down to the ocean. I say, get me a bucket of blue water out of the sea. You realize you can't. You say, don't be stupid because you know you'll get a bucket of blue water out of the sea. You turn away from it. And it seems to look back again and it seems to be blue.

The blue sky, all sky is a space. If it looks out further out and it seems to be blue. When you go up on a plane 30,000 feet, where's the blueness? It's still further out. And where's the blueness in this room? This is sky. This is space. Do you think it's separate? If it is, where does it separate from the rest of space? The water in a mirage and the snake in a rope. All these things they point out. Pointing out that this manifestation is not what it does. Is not what it appears to be. It's only seemingly so. And this body is the same.

This is only what it appears to be. A vibrating pattern of energy. So we learn words. A word that we learn. I am Bob. I'm a good fellow or not so good. All these concepts based on past events, past conditioning. Past experiences. Past experience. And past experience. We're relating to this all the time. And it's this conceptual imagery form which we relate to, related to everything. And don't you realise that relationship is dualism. Any relationship. Relativity. It's dualism. And they point out there is absolutely no duality in non-duality. It is the one essence, potency, shaping, forming, appearing and expressing as everything. And that's when it translates as I am duality.

I am that essence. Not I am this body. I am not I am this personal self. I am the totality. Or the absolute. Now whatever can you add to the absolute? They say it's all absolute. What can you add to the absolute? If you could add anything at all to it, it wouldn't be absolute. What can you take away from it? If you could take anything at all away from it, it wouldn't be absolute. So that absolute is always absolute. Always has been and always will be. And all these pattern shaped forms appear in it. But nothing has ever happened. And when I say nothing, people take the right slant on that because they think nothing is a vacuum.

Or a void or emptiness. But it's no thing. You and I, when you look at it, are things. The tree, the flower, the plant, everything is things. And coming from that basis, basic space of phenomena, the screen, the silence, the stillness and the emptiness, which everything appears on, is no thing. It hasn't got any shape. It hasn't got any form. It's got no static point where it can say it again. So all these things appearing on it, can something coming out of that space, or appear as that vibrating intelligence in it, can something come from nothing? It can't really. So though we are appearing solid and substantial, we are really that no thing, that cognising emptiness.

And the Buddha told you that a couple of thousand years ago, and he said emptiness is form. He called it a cognising emptiness. And we've taken the belief that we are cognising emptiness. Well we're not. It's the emptiness that's the fuse with that intelligence that has the capacity of cognising everything. And the pattern shaped and formed these patterns, you and me, the form expressed through, and with the words living within them, and appear in this manifestation, we are expressed as that intelligence energy. You can't do much with I or me. That becomes the reference point, the self-centre and the ego. We add onto it this conceptual image, I'm Bob the Australian, becomes a reference point, the self-centre or the ego.

So see how that works. Something comes up, and I like it. How do you know? Well I've experienced this before, and it's good, and I like it, or I love it. And we don't want the good things to go. We don't want to be unhappy or sad, or all these things that go on, or all the dramas and traumas that go on. We don't want them to go. Not realising, as I just pointed out, they're transient, nothing lasts, they're constantly changing. They're going to change anyway. We don't want to go. So what do we do? We try to keep it there. We resist it from going.

And no matter how much you resist them, how much you love them, I want to keep them there, and no matter what, they're going to change. Just the same as you're changing yourself. We don't want it to change, so what do we do? We resist it. And resistance is conflict. If you're resisting anything, you're in conflict. And if you're in conflict, that makes you anxious, fearful, angry, unhappy. Conflict is disease. Uneasiness. So there's resistance, conflict, and disease going on all the time. Because something comes up and I don't like it. We don't want the things we don't like. I don't like this, I'm going to try and get rid of it.

What do I do to try and get rid of it? Push it out, try to push it out, resist it. Again, more resistance. Again, more conflict. That's what our life is made up of, this constant self-centredness, self-selfishness, self-centredness, self-willedness, will-run-alive. You've heard that statement before. And it's true. Above all, we must be rid of the selfish. We must or it kills us. I don't say that any of the addictions or problems you've got are going to kill you. It's the ego, the selfishness, self-centredness. And we point out here, if you look at it, you'll see the ego's a total fiction. It doesn't exist. It never existed, it never could exist.

It's only an erroneous belief we've taken on. And when you look up that word belief, in your dictionary, the definition of belief is an unquestioned acceptance of something in the absence of reason. We haven't reasoned it out. We've taken it for granted, what our parents told us, without looking at it. Acceptance of an alleged fact. We've alleged all these facts to be true without positive knowledge or proof. Put them under that test and see if they'll stand up to it. Because the false cannot stand up to investigation. And you'll soon recognise it and let go, drop it. So this constant, resistance is coming up in us.

Conflict and disease, constantly coming up. That causes our fear, anger, depression, guilt, self-centredness. All this. Things are constantly happening in us. The good things don't last for very long. But it's all transient. The whole lot of it is transient. They use the analogy of the sun and the cloud. You go outside on a cloudy day, would you say the sun's not in the sky? No, you know, the sun's always in the sky. It's been investigated and seen. But seemingly obscured by the cloud. Then if you investigate a little further and say, what forms the cloud? And you realise the sun, it forms the cloud. It self-forms the cloud.

All the sun does is shine. But in that heat or, what is it? Radiance. Radiance. Yeah, in the radiance of the sun, it heats the water. Heats the water in the ocean. The water evaporates and rises and forms a cloud which obscures the sun. The sun keeps shining. It doesn't do anything else but shine. The radiance again might lift that cloud to a different level and cool it down. Where it will come down is water. The steam becomes water or the cloud becomes water. Or ice. So the cloud forms the cloud. The sun forms the cloud. The sun keeps shining and blows the cloud away.

It's the same here. This life keeps functioning, pattern, shaping and forming. It'll change and go. Another life will form, pattern, shape and form. This one will blow away. But where does it go? It goes back into the essence again. No reincarnation, no rebirth and no death. It's the one essence that's patterning, shaping, forming and everything and it's got no duration. Because it's all spontaneous. Though it might be a similar thing comes up, similar thought, similar feeling comes up, but it's always fresh and new if it's brought into this immediate here now, over the moment. Look at that and say, what's my next thought going to be?

You can't tell me. Because thoughts arise. Thoughts play around and thoughts disappear just like the clouds in the sky. So have a look at this self. It only needs to be fearful. Me is the cause of my anxiety, my fear, my unhappiness, my depression, my guilt, my jealousy, my envy. It's all because I'm relating to this self. It's me. What if there's no me there? What am I going to relate it to then? So it's just another person that comes up and disappears. Well look at that and see. See that this ego is actually a fiction that doesn't exist. And you'll say, look at it this way.

You're seeing right now and you're hearing right now. Isn't that a fact? When you opened your eyes this morning, did you say, now I'm going to start seeing, start hearing? You didn't. You didn't have to. Because the seeing was spontaneously and naturally there. So was the hearing. So the seeing and the hearing happened and the thought comes up, I see. Now ask yourself this. Does my eye tell me I see? My eye's not saying, look at this Bob. Look at that. Well that's good. Look at my eye can't say anything at all. Nothing at all. But the seeing is translated by the thought. I see.

So the seeing, the eye's not doing anything, but it's the instrument through which the seeing is happening and it's translated by the thought, I see. And that instrument and the seeing and the thought couldn't be there without that life essence. So the thought, I see, is not a pure seeing anymore. Because remember what we've added to it. Me, Bob, the Australian, the good fellow, this conceptual image, conceptually conditioned image, now that I see, now thinks it has the capacity of seeing. The same with the hearing. My ear's not saying, listen to this Bob, listen to that. Well that's a good thought or a good tune or I don't like.

My ear can't say anything at all. Look at that and see what the ears can. Question it and have a look. But the thought comes up again. The thought, I hear, comes up. And remember it's no longer a pure seeing or a pure hearing anymore. Because now it's what we've added to it, but it's me, Bob, that thinks it's hearing. Thinks that hearing, the conceptual image, the egoic image, thinks it has the capacity of seeing and hearing. We'll prove that to yourself. Have a look at that. My eye's not telling me I see. Does my eye tell me I see? I'm seeing through the eye.

But does my eye tell me I can't say I see? What does it mean to say I've got it wrong? What does my thought, I see, tell you I see? Well, shut your eyes and look around the room and see what you can see with the thought. So you can't see anything with the thought. You can see the darkness behind your lids, but what's in the room you can't see? Open your eyes and you'll see it. So your eye's not telling you I see. The same with the ears. Put your hands over your ears, and buffle your ears and see what you can hear with the thought.

The same thing will happen. So the ear can't tell you I hear. So anybody under what you can see, so anybody unaware in this room right now? No, you realise I'm not unaware, so if you're not unaware, you must be aware. So is the thought I am aware, is that your awareness? No, you know the thought I'm aware is not your awareness. You were aware before you even thought that. The awareness is there, which we translated as the thought I'm aware. The thought I choose. We think we choose our thoughts. But why were you ever happy, sad or miserable, or anxious or fearful thought if you could choose?

Do you choose to be that way? I don't. So the thought I choose cannot choose. So you see, the egoic image, me, Bob, this guy, can't see, can't be here, can't be aware, can't choose, can't do anything at all. It's a total fiction. So doesn't it take a little bit, doesn't it take a lot of the hassle away? You don't have to relate to this me all the time. With the fear and anxiety and stress and guilt goes on. That makes you realize it's living you right now. It brought you into existence. It's living you right now, breathing you and beating your heart. What happens if that life essence goes out of the body?

You've got a corpse, haven't you? Now that corpse before it rots has still got the eyes, still got the ears, still got the heart, the lungs, the kidneys, all the organs are there. But what good are they without the life essence going through it? Just like your computer's got all that wonderful information in it. You can punch the keys as hard as you like, run the mouse over as hard as you like. If the power's not turned on, what are you going to get out of it? So without this body, what are you going to get out of it without that life essence? So what are you?

Are you the body, the mind, or are you the life essence that's expressing through it? Which is the life, same life essence or intelligence energy that's functioning in this universe? Nothing separate from it at all. So you take the boundaries and limitations of ourselves, we are after all, I'm only human, and this individual person, and take on the realisation, I am that totality. I am that pure being. I am that seeing, I am that hearing, I am that touching, smelling. I am that one self that's patterning, shaping, informing and expressing as everything. I am the one, nothing other than the other. The seeming separate patterns, shapes and forms that appear in us, the things are mire or illusions.

They're only appearance, just like your dream. When you wake up from it, what reality has it got? None whatsoever. So that's what I point to. And the others in the room, got a bit of, got to understand this, can tell you more about it. And if you've got any questions or any doubts, bring them up and we can go from there. Thank you. How's it going? All good. Thank you. Why not? Hey. Why not? As soon as you said, um, the hearing is just happening, it just brought me right back to the truth of, there's no middle man, in fact there's no man. There's just the hearing, and there's just, it's happening right now.

There's no interpreting, there's no analysis, it's just that. Good. Don't forget it. I will. There's no one who can forget it. Say a little bit more, please, about the beginning was the word. Well, that's what it says. That's what it says in the scripture. And, when you take it in a different light, there are things that were all there beforehand. That's how it began. when does the beginning start for you? When you were born, can you remember before that? You can't, because you didn't have any words. When you learnt words, that's when all the intelligence energy came into play. We got in playing and hadn't learnt any concepts or words.

And every word you've ever spoken or ever liked to speak has been learnt. You haven't picked up, you haven't learnt, you weren't born with any words. But when you realise the word's not the real, we've taken ourselves to be these words, these words giving them some meaning. Yeah. Now it appears, a bit like the animals, they don't have any words but they have sounds. You know, one might be a sound of fear or anger or danger or there's food here or something, squawks, but they're not carrying all this conceptual image. That we're carrying around, this egoic image that we're relating to, relating to the self-centre all the time.

And that's where the dualism comes into it. And we like one part of the other. But in the saga that I told you, we were dreaming a dream you call the world and stop looking for ways out. That's what we're doing, we're constantly trying to get out of this trap. He says the dream is not your concern. Your concern is that you love one part of the dream. And not the other. He says either love all of it or none of it. And the rest will be done for you by the same life essence that brought you into existence in the first place. Instead of favouring, that's why he's called to use the term, there's no one-ended stick.

Each stick has two ends to it. So we like, might like the thin end of the stick, we might want the thick end or something like that. You see, preference will be there. But if you see it as the one stick, does it matter which end it's going to? If it's neither good or bad, if it's not a good day, don't give that any more credence than what you're given. The bad day, you know, the bad day is a good day. Whichever way you put it, you know very well it's going to change. You know, there's no cloud stitched on the sky. The sky is going to change.

Those clouds are going to change. The sky is going to change. There's no thought stitched in our head. Each thought is fresh and fresh. And you, that's what they call it, ever fresh presence awareness. Non-conceptual, ever fresh presence awareness. Just this, nothing else. And if you ask yourself, what's wrong with right now if I don't think about it? Need to pause the thought or look beyond the thought or somehow see what's prior to the thought. And you realise you can't say it's good or bad without the thought. So then you can see what the word does. The word discriminates. Divides, separates. The indivisible, the undisclosed, they call us all the indivisible.

We call ourselves individual. What does that mean? Undivided. We've divided ourselves conceptually. And live in this dualistic pattern we've had before. We've even to take it down, now it's non-dual. Well, what is it? It's just what is. What is means unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected. No preference. No partiality. No comparison. If we're not interfering with it, it'll change. I bet you notice that in your art. How much of that comes out spontaneously? Anyway, whether you like it or not. Yeah, but then when we say, when you're doing that art, what you're amazed at are the things that come through you, aren't you? He's talking about your art when you're painting.

A word about it? I say a lot of it comes first naturally and spontaneously. All of it comes first naturally. All of it? All of it. All of it. All of it. The brush also knows exactly what it has to do with. Yeah. No, that's it, you see. Everything else, with everything. That big stake you put in your mouth. That's it. So it really is all about when we learn the symbolic language, because obviously animals and birds, they have different, they have sound language and everything has, you know, some sort of a sense of it, but it's also about the language itself. Yeah. That's the thing.

That's the thing. That's the thing. That's the thing. That's the thing. Yeah. That's the thing. That's the thing. That's the thing. That's the thing. That's the thing. body language but the symbolic language when we started associating images with the words then we started defining things and operating on the symbol on mental image rather than on an object so that is where the well the whole civilization kind of that is the root of the creativity of human that is completely different than exceeding any other creature and of course the self-definition comes with it because if i can operate on the symbols it is handy to be able to make a symbol of myself too and then alongside as we were growing up somehow the belief came into it that i am that symbol i am that i which is yeah it's like tas was saying he realized that the the hearing is right here it's immediate there's no one doing it it's just the way bob is saying it beautifully that nothing is seeing and yet there is a seeing happening there is yeah it's as if there is that emptiness or that space like awareness filtered through that transformer and it becomes a space of seeing and a space of hearing and a space of thinking and a space of knowing but it's still the same space just kind of transformed a little bit into different and then everything is also the space transformed into different wave wavelengths different colors different sounds different matters different vibrations yeah so it is really just coming back to recognize that the symbolic language brings us to the head like bob was quoting his saga data to the to the imagination when i think of different places or different people i'm imagining them and it feels like they are real because on the sphere of thinking yes i'm operating on symbols that represent some real things but whatever is really like a first generation reality is immediate for the senses right now the imagination is kind of part of the experiencing but it's not you know the did you say the word water you can't drink it that is just such a potent pointer the word mother can't kiss me or hug me it's a word it's it's nothing the image isn't a bit real exactly yeah um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um um the uh descriptions not the description is not described so well then resistance and illusion everything but but i want to know but this is where a sticking point because it there would be a me to resist a perceived thing so if there's no me and there's no thing then what is resistance there never there never was any resistance only because of the noctuality.

Yeah, because we're relating it to the bleed in person, something separate. If there's nothing separate, that's why I say no one in a stick, which end is good, which end is bad, it's both the same stick. No partiality or preference. So, yeah, so if there's no partiality or preference, there's no resistance because there's no one to have a preference. Yeah, you look out there at nature, and the sun's rolling around the sun, what's resisting it, anything? Day and night, winter, summer, all comes and goes. So then resistance is a perception. Interpretation. Interpretation. Yes, because when you look at the animals, when you look at cats, and, you know, if you want to hold the cat and cat wants to go, it will fight, it will resist holding it.

We don't do it. I've seen people doing it. But that resistance is not labeled as anything. Like there is no story after story that it shouldn't have happened. And it's just pure activity. Like when Bob was in pain when he was in the hospital, of course the body has certain behavior strategy. When the pain kicks in, the body says, ah, or the body shrinks. But it's not me resisting something. It is pure activity. But when I say, oh, it shouldn't be here, it is wrong, that's the resistance. That's suffering. That's exactly it. Because then if there's a me that's resisting a certain thing, then I want to grasp for another thing to avoid the thing I'm resisting.

So really, and they're both intangible. Yeah. And even if that grasping for another thing happens without particular story, that's also activity. Like when you see a baby, you know, is bored with one toy and grabbing for the other. But there is no story in it. So it's just plain activity. So you're either attracted or repelled. Yes. Attracted or repelled. Yeah. When there's no story, it's just the action figure being attracted or repelled. But when there's a story, there's the naming and claiming. Exactly. Yeah. Naming and claiming all related to a me. Yeah. And that's a natural activity. Yeah. Yes. So actually, absolutely everything is natural.

The only after story, which is also natural, because it's happening in nature, it causes suffering and it can be questioned and it doesn't have to be there. But character doesn't change. Personality doesn't change. Well, it changes all the time whether you see through or you don't see through because the database is being updated. But there is nothing like in recognition of that, as you say, the hearing, just being here straight away and nobody does it. Nobody grows the grass. Nobody runs the rivers. Nobody runs the rivers of blood in your veins. It's just pure activity of happening, whatever, functioning. Functioning. Yeah. So. There are responses, but there's no one responding.

Yes. So that's just the me. I love that word, responding, because I think there's hearing, tasting, touching, smelling, responding, you know, because there's a natural responding as part of the action figure. And reacting. Sorry, I'll just... No. No, you get it. You get it. Just your reaction. Just your reaction. Yeah. You get it. And that's the action figure. Yeah. And reacting. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Yes. Yeah. Yes. personal yeah that's different because yeah it's related to me respond as a natural yes everything is non-dual but as soon as distinction arises this is what happens we start talking about it everything is happening as it should including talking about it yeah everyone has its song you know there are people who are painting like Marika she's an artist oh Jane you're also a painter and there are people who are singing like Jane and then you know everyone has its own song Bob has this one but they are children frequency is still there and he's so right Cole when you say you know talking about it straight away brings it to the trying to grasp it as an object it's impossible talking about it it already it already kind of says that it is it it is not me my true nature expressing as everything it is it that's the impossibility of language that's why Xin Xin Ming says the way is beyond language I put it like this I put it on top of Bob's website because it really is it's beyond the mind it's beyond the language it's beyond the conceptual understanding because it's non-conceptual yes it's a good reservation and a good reminder thank you it's still going to be happening the functioning is happening right now everybody is seeing hearing tasting touching smelling experiencing thinking what's your next thought going to be?

I think this thought now and then what we've done when we say I think this thought or I see this side I do this do we've split up the non-dual into the dual I think whatever the thought might be I think that thought but can there be a thinker a subject without thinking and can there be an object without thinking so thinking happening before it's translated into subject I see seeing is happening right now before you translate into I see can there be a seer without seeing seeing is happening can there be the seeing without seeing can there be a taster without tasting can there be an experiencer without experiencing So the experiencing is happening right now even though you sit down there and do another there's still pure experiencing but then you translated you say I experience this who well that's related to the personal self I I'm either thinking of the subject experiencing this what is now is being the objective what I'm experiencing and I can't be a seer without seeing an error without hearing a taster without taste tasting, touching, without touching.

So the ING, which is happening right in the ammeter, see that's what the actuality is. Doing, being, doing, name. And that's that shenanandrigan, being, anyone who's not being, stop being if you can, knowing, anyone who's not knowing right now and loving to be. Nama, rupa, name and form are the Maya or the illusion. Name is the label we put upon ourselves and the form is the body. That's through a pattern through which it's expressing through. In its totality it's the absolute, it can't express as anything at all, it only appears. The absolute was never anything other than the absolute, even though it seemingly appears. It's not gonna, well Shakespeare tells you, nothing can trouble you, no, he says there's nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.

When you look at that that's right. What can you say anything about it if you can't... not thinking about it? That's isn't it just as it is? And Sagada tells you the same thing, nothing can trouble you except your own imagination. We'll break that word imagination down to image in, imagine, and that's what we do. Creating mental conceptual images to actually convey and interpret the idea in the way that we think of it. We're here now taken to be real. There's a mirror at the back of the room there. Have a look at it. I'll ask you what's in it. You'll say it's reflections or images.

It's full of images. Now you can't say those images are not there. They're seemingly there a lot, but you go up to the mirror and see if you can grab the image. Grab the reflection or the image. You can't. All you do is grab the glass. So you can't say they are there. The same with this manifestation when you look at it. All this manifestation can be broken down to subatomic particles into pure energy. Seemingly very solid. But could there be any one or thing to express the appearance of the pattern, shapes and forms if it wasn't through something like the body? What could it express through?

And what could that body do if this thing called mind? Thinking process. The question is, how do I explain? I say, I'm the way. I am the truth. I am the life. The way is the way it is. I am the truth. I am the life. It's the way. I am the way. I am the life. People thought he was talking about himself. But he wasn't. He was talking about that sense natural essence, except through, that's translated, well it would be better grammar if they translated through me. So they translated it through, as though he was that saying. Through that sense of presence which translates as a thought.

And again he did, take no thought for your life. What you shall eat, what you shall drink, what you shall wear. And look at the birds in the air, they don't sow crops or gather into barns and reap crops and gather. Look at the lilies in the field, he says even Solomon and all his glory could not shape himself into the forms and the colours of those. Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit to his stature? Or one cubit's an inch or something I think, can anyone try to add a cubit to his stature? You might have to pump a lot of iron and do it as if you think you can do that.

But even then if it wasn't for the life essence in you, you wouldn't be able to do it. There's many different ways it's been. Panky calls it the unborn bottom mind. The no mind, that's what the unborn mind is, it's the no mind. And he says everything is perfectly resolved in the unborn mind. And that nature resolves itself. And that's what unborn mind is, the mind with no thought, the pure mind. He says why exchange the unborn for thought? And that's what we do, we swap that natural pure intelligence, the activity of the mind, for the concepts and thoughts that go on. You get lost, go astray then, relax back into it.

Let it rest in its uncontrived singularity, it's only a singularity. So relax into that singularity, let it be. Playful little baby. All the cats and all the nature, it's all just beings isn't it? Yeah. I heard a line saying humans are the only ones that struggle with their being. And they overlook it, they take it for granted. They completely miss out on realising it. They're so busy in the heads, in the imagination, that the most obvious things, the fact of being is completely overlooked. You've got to realise the mind is the only thing that can be. The mind is the only thing that can be.

The mind is not the enemy. It can be very useful, but it's self-destructive when we don't question it and believe it. It's the mind that tells me I'm not good enough, I'm fearful, I'm depressed or I'm unhappy, and after all I'm only human. Telling me all those things. But are they true? All different concepts are not when you investigate it. It's also the mind that can build this house. All the activities that are going on out there, planes, helicopters, computers and everything like that, the mind. So it's very useful. But it's a vibration. It vibrates in the opposite. And we take the opposite to be real and true without questioning it.

Question it and see if it is. Some of the opposites will be the actual. And the belief is never the actual. Not what you believe, which we take a lot of things for granted. Out there in the world there's 99.9% of the world coming from the sense of self. And they can easily suck you back into it again. Because that's what happened to us when our parents were learned from our parents. We didn't investigate it. Then we went to school, learned from our teachers, didn't investigate it, learned from our peers. Then we started reinforcing it ourselves. And we reinforce it every day and every moment since we investigated and seen it wasn't true.

And we'll continue to do so if we don't investigate it. So that's why it's important that you have a look and see for yourself. Nobody's going to come along and pat you on the head with a peacock feather or press you between the eyes or give you a mantra in your ear. They can do that. And see how long that will go on for. And the mantra, the main one, is I am that. Know that for certain already. That's the chair. That's the carpet. That's the tree. That's the flower. That's you. That's everybody in this room is that. So I am that pure. And what the that is, is the pure reality.

The pure intelligence is here. Not the body, not the mind, not the person, not the individual or the separate entity. I am that totality. I am that absolute. Take your stance there, whether you believe it at this moment or not for a start off. Take it there and stabilize yourself with it. They call it thought free. Ever fresh, presence awareness. When we hear that we think you've got to throw every thought out. But you don't. Just let the thought be free. Don't fixate on it. You fixate on it, you keep it there. But it's free. It's free to move on. And it will move on.

It's okay before it comes up. Just don't mind it. I think sometimes people think that resistance is breeding more resistance. And also wanting to achieve something in future. Wanting to, you know, right now I have a lot of thoughts. But if I will meditate for 10,000 hours, I'll have less thoughts and I will arrive. And this is still the me in me. And I'm not going to be the same person. I'm going to be the same person. I'm going to be the same person. I'm going to be the same person. It's still the me in the center that wants something. It's still me that desires something and is achieving it.

And well, yeah, that's that's a very sad place. Actually, we had a friend visiting, I think, was it whatever few days ago, he says his girlfriend left him because she was so much better and so enlightened, and she understood the whole non duality. Why would she hung out with a normal guy now? What a sad place to be to actually believe yourself to be superior. Right. to be enlightened and yuck the realization is that there's nobody there nobody to be enlightened nobody to desire a different state nobody to desire less thoughts so if there is still someone who wants to have less thoughts or less self-referential thoughts or more quiet mind or pleasant states who is that someone because maybe there isn't anyone there maybe it's just a belief maybe it's just a thought form say oh yeah this is me but what is that this is me it's just few words in a line or few sounds can change that sounds into a some Mickey Mouse sort of a sound and oh yeah this is me now who's saying it no one home it's just the sound you know I mean it's actually quite entertaining it comes up with some amazing sort of interesting things and interpretations and everything else but it's the identification it's saying it's my thoughts you know it's like that they appear just like the trees and the view and everything else and you don't have to identify with them and I think when you actually know that in yourself I never totally know that doesn't matter what's happening on the surface because actually the focus has changed from the chatter the focus has changed and the chatter can be anything and it's just appearing upon that presence that you are.

So it's just who gives a shit what's going on on the surface. It's just what's breathing you? You know? What do they call non-conception? The great perfection is non-conceptual awareness. Awareness without any concepts. Now have a look at that. When you walk into this room you form a concept about everybody in this room. And they'll form a concept about you. And then you have the concept about yourself. Which concept would be right? When you realise there's no concept right, all the concept is is a mental construct. Whoever can be superior to you without a concept? Who can be inferior to you without a concept? And what would you want of the other persons without a concept?

Unless you think they've got something you can get or something you're going to take away from them. Got a concept on it. Everything is just as it is then. Another really useful thing is to realise, I think, is that the mind comes up with distinctions. And there aren't any distinctions. And so, you know, there's nothing to say if there's no distinctions. And things can't be wrong. You know, you can't chase nuts like we all do. But we do as individuals and as nations. And I know these are just descriptions of the, from the distinctions. But, you know, you can let it all go as well.

Free, as Bob says, you know. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, let the distinctions arise and be free. Arise and subside. Let the judgement come and go. Let everything just float like clouds through the sky and nothing is sticky. And nothing is in the wind. When no discriminating thoughts arise, the old mind ceases to be. Fresh and new. And when discriminating thoughts does arise, but it's not taken any notice of, you can't even say if it's there or not. It doesn't really matter. It's got no weight. It's got no power. Yeah, no power, totally no power. No life in it. The judgement will come up and it's got no weight to it.

Yeah. Or it dissolves. I would imagine that certain primitive thought of judgement arises in our cats too. Because, you know, one of them prefers kibbles and another one prefers beef. So they obviously have a look and they discriminate and judge and go with their preferences. But again, it's completely innocent part of functioning. So if the judgement arises and because the nature of human pattern is to have it with the label or the word or a mental image, yeah, let it do whatever it does. It's like, yeah, let the skin sweat. Let the mouth salivate. Let the stomach digest and let the thought go. It's just no one who really cares.

The same approach. Yes. I will say, was anyone approaching? I liked what you said, Adrian, about the weight isn't there. So it's the travelling lighter. It's the travelling lighter, you know, because the focus has changed from the identity. It's the identifying with a separate me and the responses and the preferences and the blah, blah. So it's just like cats, they're clouds in the sky. You know, they just pass. Some of them are heavy, full of rain, full of, you know, but nothing ever changes. And so there's a travelling lighter, you know, that weight has gone out of it all. And you are the sky. You're not in the cloud.

You're not in the cloud. You're not behind the cloud. You are the sky. You are the sky. Limitless. Kat, when you were talking about the cat's preferences of food. Attracted or repelled. Sorry about that. I was away last week out in nature and I just, there was a realisation that I was going to be a cat. I was going to be a cat. I was going to be a cat. I was going to be a cat. I was going to be a cat. I was going to be a cat. It's like a pill for your life. You're not going to be motivated. You're going to be just like a cat.

You need to, to, you're going to be born a cat. It's just a case of unaideness because you don't have enough of it and need more of it. And it just can be. . We're here. We're here. God. We're here. But right here, right now, there's just this, just the functioning. And I could see the restlessness that had been accumulated of just not being able to rest in awareness, just rest. I know that's Bob's something. He said to me time and time again in that chair opposite me, just rest in the being. If there's so much fear of accepting what is, you can't. But it happens when it happens, I suppose.

So I'm really grateful for this, for you, Bob, and for what you bring to us and to this space, really, because it's opened my eyes. You said you were enlightened. I remember that, first of all. While you're in nature, remember I'm in nature. And nature is a totality. It's all nature, natural. You're not going to worry about it. Humans have got a lot to answer for. When you realize you're not a human being, you're just a being, there's no questions and no answers. And that heavy costume that we are put in, we were conditioned to believe heavy, imperfect, wrong, unworthy, unlovable costume that we wear.

Yes, there are moments when it feels so real that you can't really let go of it because, oh my God. And that incapability of letting go of it is also to be completely embraced. It is that resistance of fear of letting go is also to be embraced because it is very threatening. Like, okay, you drop that tight, horrible costume, and what are you going to do? And where? Interestingly, there was also a moment of a recognition that, oh, there's just this power, this strength that wasn't egoic and wasn't trying to be something stronger because I was told I was weak. It wasn't in response to trying to be anything, but there was just strength, a strength I hadn't felt before, like a power that wasn't, you know, it was just life.

It was I am alive. Yes. It was life, and it was limitless. And natural. And natural. Totally. Yeah, and more of that resting, the more of that tight costume will be just noticed as an object. Contraction. And the more of that contraction being completely embraced and not rejected, the less energy it will have. It's like fire that is being starved. The contraction may go on for some time because it's habitual. All the muscles, tendons, everything in the body is habituated to that sort of contraction. But the less belief is into it, the least, you know, the fire will just die out. And when you recognize that power, which is, you know, which is who you really are, being aware of the contraction, you're obviously not contraction.

Contraction is an object in you as awareness. So it could even be interesting to see how long it will last, how strong it will, how tight it will get, and just let it be. Just love it. Love it out of existence because once it's loved, it's not a resistance anymore. So love it to its disappearance because that's what love does. It brings everything to its true nature, and true nature of everything is emptiness. It's interesting you say that because even, and I was away with Chris and even Cole was there too on the day. It was a recognition in the power of love. Yeah. That just to love.

Everything is what transforms and heals. Only love. Because that's what we are. Love itself. Yeah. That is the true nature of the one you are. It is. It's undigestible, the other stuff. Like I was going to say. Love just eats through stuff. It eats through. It completely. Great way to say it. Yeah. It's dissolving it. Completely dissolving. Bringing it back to its true radiant shining nature of full of life but still empty. And I love what Emmet Fox said. I love what Emmet Fox said in a book that Bob gave me many years ago in the 80s. He was sort of an alternative dude in the 30s.

He said, if only we could love enough, we would be the most beautiful thing in the world. We would be the most powerful beings in the world. Oh, beautiful. The capacity is there, isn't it? Yeah. Yeah. We are that. But it is, of course, because of the human condition, the idea of love and even talking about love is extremely challenging for a lot of people. I remember it was one lady here once in a meeting probably a few years ago. She actually attacked me. She wanted to tear my face off. And I mentioned the word love because, well, she's been through so much in her life, so much rejection and abuse and pain that it was just unconceivable to lightly talk about it.

I remember I was chatting once, Alan, on a meeting, and I picked the subject as love. As people were moving along and sharing, two or three ladies said, my gosh, it scared me to death. I wanted to get up and walk out. But one, you started. You started. You started introducing it. It was safe. Because it is. It's not. Well, if love is what is our true nature, if love is the life, that loving to be, it means everything that is having a being is here because it loves to be. If it's so simple, if it doesn't have that coloring, opposite of fear or opposite of hate or opposite, if it doesn't really have that opposite, it's nothing to fear.

It is just a natural state. Loving to be. I am. I am. Whatever. The body is. The carpet is. The being is. So it is because it rather is than isn't. So it loves to be. Gentle, simple. And then later, yes, it can, as we develop, like we develop taste for silence or we develop taste for compassion or we develop taste for just plain being, it may spring like a fountain with all sorts of different blissful insights and other phenomenas that are, you know, that are, you know, passing phenomenas because they come and go. But, yeah, the base is really neutral, but neutral in a way that warms your heart when you stay with that neutrality.

It is completely effortless. Yeah. Completely. Completely effortless. I don't want to make any effort. I don't think when I wake up in the morning, after a few moments when I just open my eyes, and then my mind starts to panic and say, where am I? Which house am I in today? What am I going to do today? What, what, what? You know, and it starts to want a list of things and a list of labels or whatever. And then I sort of realise where I am and, yeah, I'm in this house today and, yeah, I'm going to do that today. And the mind sinks back into oblivion very bit, you know, and shuts up.

And I, then I realise that even when it was chatting, I was still thinking about it. I'm still in, I'm still just that same state as when I first opened my eyes before it started chatting, you know what I mean? Absolutely. It had a moment of panic, but then receded, but it didn't really change anything, you know? I woke up to being, to being. Yes. To being. And then I sort of, when I, it's due to Bob that I sort of realised that that's what it's doing and I go back into, which is being. And, and silence, contented sort of silence is, is very pleasing.

Little insights like that come up and reveal itself to you and the old chatter comes back in. But go back and remind yourself of those things. Yeah. Yeah. And you know those insights, you know, it's there. You've had a taste of it all throughout your life. And that's the scripture saying also, be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind. Renewing of your mind is reminding yourself all the time. It'll transform you. Bring the light into your eyes, it'll change your face. And instead of people dragging you back in again, they'll come and see you and they'll say, what, what have you got? They'll notice you've got something.

They'll see you and they'll say, I'm a great man. You've got something. You've got something. I've got something. You've got something. You've got something. Do you have something? Do you have something? Do you have something? Do you have something? Yeah. Do you have something? You got some comment about love? Comments about love? Do you love humanity? No. I am humanity. I am the life. I am the life. That's another word. Love is only another word for life. Yes. Or God. Well, I tell you, God is love. God is a truth. God is life. Yeah. And that's the only way. Because, you know, when you look at it, it's a way of living.

what's happening with the planet and you look at all the abuse and all the torture of of animals and humans it's hard to actually bring yourself to love humanity as a concept but luckily you don't really have to it's enough to just recognize that it is the same life just playing us the humanity just like playing us the plants and the skies and the clouds so humanity i don't love them i mean every particular person that i do actually meet i do have a warmth towards because whenever you look at something you actually see the depth of it and you see the intensity and the beauty of it you can't help but love it because it is that life disguised as the costume but as a concept of humanity well yes when you recognize what's behind that whole concept that is to be loved not the expression but the source the essence yeah it can't be anything else but happy yes there's nothing else but that you must be there unless you think this there is something else me dude i love what you said about silence about just um you said something about basically um choosing to be in silence or preferring silence it's it's about acquiring the taste when you find it sweet it naturally attracts you yeah that's really true exactly and that silence i find is unbelievably potent it's far more than than being quiet and letting the mind chatter just fly or float by you and in that profound silence i think everything happens and it's everything is revealed absolutely it's the screen there's still almost all the silence is this basic experience very different everything bubbles up from that silence doesn't it yeah that awareness it's just because then just stuff will just bubble up you can call it stillness and say that it starts moving you know the bubbling up is the movement in the stillness you can watch the action figure then just go do this that and the other you know it's incredible really enjoy the ride yeah because your your the focus has changed from the story yeah and even though you you have that you know 3d sort of an experience of being in the body like a friend told us to get uh vr goggles and we did it bob was on pluto yesterday some nasa expedition where you actually have the gogo and you look around you have 3d experience of being in completely different costume but you never forget you in the costume you never forget it's just a ride so you can enjoy the ride even if you stub your toe not that you enjoy the pain the you know the real enjoyment of the pain is to experience it fully but still knowing it's just the ride yeah okay thank you thank you thank you
