Andrew. Your name? Dion. Tony. Kelly. Graham. Richard. Jerry. Okay, we'll run through the whole spiel again. We don't teach you anything here. We don't tell you anything. What we do is point toward and ask you to look to where we're pointing to to see for yourself. Because when you realise what we're talking about, you realise or recognise that nobody can ever teach you anything or nobody can ever tell you anything. And it's not anything new we point to. It's not some new idea or concept. It's been around for thousands of years. It's all the great traditions form around. But they get obscured by people adding that extra things to it and lose sight of the reality and the truth of the law.

And Hinduism, for instance, they call it Advaita. Advaita translated means non-duality. And they try to describe non-duality by saying it's one without a second, not two. So there you are. There's the answer to everything. If you recognise what they're saying is the truth, there's only the one, you must already be that. And that is the Mahavakya or the great mantra, I am that. Thou art that. Everything is that. And you know that innately already. Because you say that's the chair, that's the carpet, that's the tree, that's the flower, that's you. Everybody is that when we put labels or words on. When you look into that and you realise the word is not the thing.

The word is just a label. And then you look at that. What words were you born with? Well, for a start off, you can't remember any words. You can't even remember your birth because you had no words at your birth. And you didn't have any words till you were about two, two and a half when the capacity of reasoning developed in you. Before that, you were living all right without the word. So that's why I say I can't teach you anything or tell you anything because what we point to is only a pointer. There's only a pointer. Like the map is not the territory. Or the signpost up the road says, might say Bourke Road and Whitehorse Road this way.

But you're not there, are you? Until you get there. When you get there, you recognise it. The map's not the territory. Get your mail way out and you see this. It's not the pointer. When you arrive at Bourke Road and Whitehorse Road, you know you are there. The same with this. There'll be many pointers along the way. Try to work it out in the mind instead of going in the direction of what's pointed to. When I say it's one without a second, not two. As I already said, when you say I am that. Another way they put it in that Veda is Sat Chit Ananda Nama Rupa.

That's the five factors. Sat is existence. Chit is consciousness. Ananda is loving to be. And the other two. The other two factors, Nama Rupa are the name and the form. Well look at that. Are you existing right now? You realise, yes, I'm existing. Are you conscious or unaware? I'm not unaware. If you're not unaware, you must be aware. And you're certainly conscious. And are you happy to be? Well, none of you would be dead for quids. So you are already that. But the Nama Rupa, the name and the form. The Nama is the name you've got upon yourself. The label of parents you put upon you.

And the form is this body through which it expresses through. And they tell you that name and form are Maya. They're illusion. And they're only appearance. They're a phenomenal. This manifestation is made up of names and forms. It is a phenomenal manifestation. Look up the dictionary definition of phenomena. And the definition of phenomena is that which appears to be. So all this manifestation is appearance only. It's only seemingly so. But it's seemingly real. And we've taken it to be real. Have you ever questioned it? When you question these things, instead of taking what we've been told and belief in it, look up again that word belief in your dictionary.

The definition of belief is unquestioned acceptance of something in the absence of reason. It means we haven't questioned it or worked it out. We've taken it for granted, what somebody's told us. Acceptance of an alleged fact without positive knowledge or proof. That's why I say I can't teach you anything or can't tell you anything. Because it's the one essence appearing and expressing it as everything. So who am I to tell you? And who are you to recognise? Yes. The natural, innate recognising or recognition is happening right now. That natural knowingness is there right now. Another word for that existence, consciousness or truth. Existence as being.

Anyone can negate your being right now. And knowing. Knowing is the pure activity of knowing or intelligence. Anyone who is not knowing. And again, going back to the beingness. You won't know. You won't know being. So it's already there. But we've taken on this belief. We are this persona, person. And where does that word come from? Persona, the mask. That's an ancient Latin, I think. Where it all came from. Persona, the mask. That's what we believe this person is. A mask of identity. A mask of concepts. Words. I'm Bob. I'm an Australian. I'm a good fellow. I'm not so good. I've had a bad childhood.

I'm unhappy. I'm depressed. All words. And that's what I've added to this I. I'm that primary thought. That sense of presence expressing through the mind. Expresses as the word I am. And that's the word you've learnt. But you don't leave it as that pure I am. I am Bob, the Australian. We've added all these other concepts onto it. So, and as I say, there's no one who is not present right now. You can't negate your presence or your beingness. And that's translated by the thought I am. You've moved into some conceptual idea or image you've got about yourself. Now as I say, you haven't, you weren't born with any words.

And when you look at that you realise that every word you've ever spoken, or ever likely to speak, has been picked up along the way. Has been learnt. Or required. And you've got a dictionary out there. There's many words you haven't learnt yet. You'll pick up along the way. Again, you look at it and you'll see that the word is not the real. It's not the thing. Take the word water. Can you drink the word? Can you swim in the word? Will you drown in the word? You can't. The word fire. Does it burn your mouth if you speak it? Can you heat yourself with it?

Can you cook with it? You can't. So what's this word I or me, if you question it? Maybe it's not what you think it is. So every word you've ever spoken, ever spoken, has been learnt or acquired along the way. And you learn the word is not the real. As I say, there's nobody who is not existing right now. Not anybody who is unaware right now. And anyone who's not happy to be. So you are that. Existence, consciousness, bliss. You are already that. How does it come about? You've taken on this idea as a person. Well, you've got all these concepts we've picked up along the way and taken it to be real.

The idea that you were born. Can anyone remember your birth? Look back and go back so far and you can't actually remember your birth. So how can you say I was born? And are you this body? Are you this mind? Now innately, you already know you're not the body. But don't you say my body, my mind. Don't you say my house, my car, my coat, my hat. You know damn well you're not the car, the coat or the hat. Maybe you're not the body either. If you investigate it. The same with my mind. Show me a thing you call mind. If you believe you are the mind.

Show me something you call mind. Then you realise there's no such thing as mind apart from thought. And if mind is thought and you think you are the mind, you'd be a thought. And that primary thought is the I am thought. Which you've added on two concepts. I am Bob or I'm so and so. I'm this, that or downer. So that's all that comes from it. I hear those thoughts. Just like the car, the coat and the house. So there's no such thing as mind apart from thought. And all thought is concepts. Mental constructs. And with your mind, have a look at that. Are you the body?

What's the body made up of? The body's made up of elements. Air, earth, fire, water and space. So if you are the body, take the air out of your body. See how long it lasts without that element air. Take the fire, the body temperature. See how long it lasts without it. Take the water out of your body. Your body's 80% water. Without those elements, you wouldn't last too long. Get out of space. Get out of space if you can. Can you conceptualise or postulate anything outside of space? There is nothing outside of space. So when they call it a space-like awareness, you must be that space-like awareness.

Get off the earth. Get out of space. A few others I've forgotten at the moment. So you realise you can't separate yourself from those elements. All those elements can be broken down into subatomic particles into pure energy. So this body is nothing but a vibrating pattern of energy. So the same with the mind. It's a conceptual image. What's thought? Thought's a vibration. What's a vibration? A movement of energy. So the body's just a vibration of energy also. All this manifestation, all the appearance out there, are vibrating patterns of energy. All appearing in that basic screen of space-like awareness or emptiness or silence. Emptiness and silence or stillness.

Where does sound come from? Out of the silence. Where does it go? It disappears back into the silence. And what's a word? A word is nothing but sound. A vibration. Coming out of the mind. So there's nothing that's separate from that screen. Now you see a movie on the screen, cowboys and Indians, there's all sorts of cowboys getting killed on it or Indians getting shot and done. When the movie's over, what's happened to the screen? Why, anything's appeared on it. It hasn't. So this is innate intelligence energy. This essence that you are has never been corrupted or contaminated by the things that are going on in it.

You beat yourselves up with the words, I'm a terrible sinner. I'm this and I'm that and I'm an unhappiness. I'm happy, I'm sad. But is that essence that you actually are ever been touched? It hasn't, never can be and never will be. So we've taken on the belief that we are the separate entity and suffer accordingly. Now go back to your birth. You can't remember your birth. When did you begin? Well go back as far as your father and your mother. That animating life essence, that intelligence energy, that pattern shaped and formed your father through the essence of the food he's eating and the prana, the air he's breathing.

And it came about, the food he's eating and the prana. In that pattern, a microscopic particle called a sperm is formed, which you can't see with your naked eye. But that sperm was fused with intelligence. It knew what to do. And the same animating life essence that's in your mother, through the food she's eating and the breath, enabled in that pattern an egg or an ovum to form. That ovum is fused with intelligence energy. That knew what to do. It fastened itself to the wall of the uterus. And the sperm knew what to do. It swam to the ovum. It wasn't just a dead blob of goo.

It knew what to do. And it had the capacity of swimming to the ovum. And when it peaked, it knew what to do. And it reached there. It penetrated the ovum. And when those two came together, what happened? The innate intelligence energy in them, the life essence, doubled that cell, doubled it again through the genes and the things that were in that thing, and formed the little embryo, the little fetus. What were you doing about it then? It's the same little embryo, little fetus that you are today. But what were you doing about it then? Do you think you're running a show with all the words you've heard?

You know, you didn't have to do anything. It grew naturally and evidently by itself. And it's doing the same thing today. It's aging you. So you didn't have... And all the words you've spoken and all the energy, it's the same life essence we've been doing it all. But we've taken on the idea we are this person, this separate entity, this individual. And that's where all our psychological problems come from. The fear, the anxiety, the stress, the guilt, all come about from that belief we are a separate entity, that we've got to become something. We've got to become realized or enlightened or something. I don't know if that's crap or bullshit they put on there.

But you are already that. Becoming, being can never be becoming. It never can. Becoming implies a future time. And when you look into that and investigate that, you'll see, recognize that time itself is a mental thing. It's a mental concept. There is no such thing as time apart from the concepts you put on it. People say, well, I was in the past. I'll say, try and live a moment ago if you can. Try and live yesterday. You can't. You realize you can recall it. And the only actuality you're giving it is what you're giving it right now. And nobody in this room can recall what you were thinking a minute ago now unless you're recalling it again right now.

It's already gone. And you can anticipate and imagine the future. But you can't live a moment in the future. And what can you do without imagination and anticipation? You can't do anything at all about it. So you'll see it's all a spontaneous, natural activity happening in this immediacy. Because if you try and, people say, you've got to try and live in the now. I'll say, try and get out of it. It's always this immediacy. And away from it, the actuality. Every moment, so-called moment, of your life has been a fresh and new spontaneous activity. And it's spontaneously going along. And seemingly, as it's functioning, seemingly makes the concept of time, of duration.

Now, this body-mind entity we believe in, I'll tell you, it's Maya. It's illusion, the Nama-Rubber. It's an imaginary, imagined, conceptual image. And that's what Shakespeare tells you. He tells you there's nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so. Nisargadatta will show you the same thing. There's nothing that can trouble you, nothing at all, except your own imagination. Now, break that word imagination down to image in. And realise that's all you're doing. We're creating mental images. Images in our mind. Taking them to be real, and the imagined becomes the reality. So when they call it Maya, or illusion, the manifestation, a phenomenal manifestation, it appears to be, that's all it actually is.

It's a transient. There's no time bound to it, so it's transient. Now, you mightn't realise that either. But that body you walked into, the room with, is not the same body you walked into the room with. There are thousands of cells dying in it right now. Not one or two, but thousands. And they're being replaced by now, by that innate intelligence that you are. Because a liver cell that's dying won't be replaced by a heart cell or a brain cell. It'll be replaced by a liver cell. And the heart cell will be replaced by a heart cell. The brain cell will be replaced by a brain cell.

Implying there's an innate intelligence suffusing that pattern that you are, and knowing what to do. Well, you can't remember your birth. When you were born, you know, you couldn't, don't even remember that. And you don't remember the first two and a half years, or maybe a bit earlier if you're smart, or a bit later, that you were born. You were living without the word. You were knowing what to do. You were seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling, feeling, but the thinking hadn't happened then. You weren't putting any words or labels on it. It tells you that the problem is the word. It tells you that in the Bible.

And it says the beginning was the word. And the word was God. All things were made by him, by the word. Everything that was made was not, nothing was made without him. All things that were made were made by the word. There was nothing made without the word. And the word became the flesh or the manifestation. And we take the word to be real. But we didn't learn any words until the capacity of reasoning developed it. That capacity of reasoning is a very useful capacity. In human beings it's much more developed than what it is in other animals, birds and insects. But they have different capacities that are more developed than our capacity of reasoning is.

A bird, for instance, has a capacity of eyesight that's much better than yours or mine. It has a capacity of flying. We can't do that naturally. But through the capacity of reasoning, we can build ourselves eyeglasses, telescopes or binoculars that enable us to see better. And also to build planes, helicopters, and kites and balloons that enable us to fly. So the innate intelligence that's suffusing, patterning and shaping this body knows what to do. It's using this body to express through. So it's knowing what to do. So, that's worse. We as the person cannot do anything at all. And you must realise it's that life essence that's doing everything.

It's the same life essence that's functioning in this universe. Look out there in nature. The Earth is rolling around the Sun. The seasons are coming and going. The tide's coming in and out. There are droughts, floods, volcanoes, galaxies forming, planets imploding, exploding. All that same intelligence, and that same intelligence is breathing you right now. Are you taking that breath? Or is the breathing happening? That same intelligence is beating your heart. It's growing your hair and your fingernails. You're doing any letters of the person, digesting your food. So it's intelligence, energy, and energy is doing a lot. And even causing the words and the thoughts to come up in your brain and your mind to do.

So it's that life essence, the capacity of reasoning, that's doing everything. But we've taken it to be this separate entity, this person. And you look at that again. You call yourself a human being. Another way of expressing that is being, knowing, and loving to be. Anyone who is not being right now, you know I'm being. And realize being will never ever become anything. Becoming is not being. Becoming implies a future time. And it's not the was-ing. You can't say you was. Ha! Ha! It's the beingness, the actualness of being. So you can't negate that beingness. So when that capacity of reasoning comes about, your parents fussing around you, telling you little Johnny or your little Billy, and you're a good boy or you're not a good boy, and you learn words like I and me, fussing around him.

And little Johnny or little Billy learns those words, and he starts to reason, I am little Johnny. And he looks out there and he looks past that and he says, that doesn't fit little Johnny. So that's not I or me. And when that thought or idea comes up, he naturally feels separate from it. That's not me. And with that sense of separation comes insecurity. And vulnerability. If he sees something that he feels separate from and doesn't know what it is, certainly he's going to be insecure about it. And feeling not sure about it. And might be fearful of it. And I hope he still finds out what it is.

So that's when we take on those words, I am little Johnny, and I am this good boy they tell me, or I am a bad boy, or I am unhappy, or I am fearful. Learns all those concepts. And forms this conceptual image. This persona. And persona comes from the word persona, the mask. It is a mask of concepts. Not a true mask or a solid mask or something. A mask of concepts. Which we've in bondage to. They talk about the bondage of self. And they say you've got to be free of this bondage yourself. And that's what we've done. We've built ourselves a cage of concepts.

And living in this cage of concepts. You put a bird in the cage, it'll be in the cage for 10, 20 years, we have it like this kind of thing. And open the door of that cage after 20 years, it won't know there's a door there. Until it investigates and has a look. But it'll be flapping around in the cage. But after a while it might look into it a little bit further and sees there's an opening there. And then after a little bite more, it'll venture out. This is what we need to do. We say there's a cage of concepts we've bound ourselves in, keeping ourselves in a cage in it.

Which is causing all the psychological suffering that's going on. So we need to investigate it and see. And you might see through it, and you've had times when you've seen through it all through your life. In Buddhism they call it, the Buddha called it the cognising emptiness. And we think we are cognising the emptiness. It is not that at all. It's the emptiness that's doing the cognising. And he made the statement then and then, that cognising emptiness is form. He turned it around the other way and said, the form can be nothing other than the emptiness. So what are you and I? We are forms.

So we're nothing but the emptiness. We are emptied forms, without that light. We are the life essence that's expressing through these forms. But we've taken the, instead of saying we are the life essence, we've taken the conceptual image we had, me, Bob, is this form. And I'm going to become realised, or liberated. And see we look at it and say, no we've got a conceptual image about ourselves, which thinks it's going to become something. Impossibility. And haven't you recognised that? You've meditated for years, some of you, read books and things on it, taken all the conceptual images on it, and beliefs in it, and think we're going to become.

Why hasn't it happened? You're intelligent people. Mightn't it just dawn on you, well it might be in the circle of search, maybe I've been looking in the wrong direction. I've looked there, and I've worked out so many things in the mind, but I've been looking in the mind for the end, and I've got the answer to this. Maybe I've been looking in the wrong direction. And when you look into this, you'll see that you have been looking in the wrong direction, because they'll tell you that the answer is not in the mind. The answer is in the mind. Now when you've been looking, searching, where have you looked?

Whatever way you've looked has always been in the mind. Hasn't it? And you've never found the answer. Well take note of what they're saying. Maybe the answer's not in the mind. And I ask that, well, I've been looking in the mind all these ways and never found it. What way is there out of the mind? And the simple answer to that, the only way out of the mind is full stop. Don't go there. And if you ask yourself, if you pause a thought, ask yourself what's wrong with right now if I don't think about it? And what can you say about it without a thought?

You can't say it's good you can't say it's bad, you can't say it's unhappy, say it's unpleasant or pleasant, but you can't negate it. You can't say it's not pleasant, anything. You know? So you must realise that you are this two-view resonance. You are already this intelligence energy. I don't use the term God here because you can get confused. You can get confused with that term purely and simply because everybody comes from some traditional belief. Some of you might be atheists. Some of you might be agnostics. Some of you could be Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims or Jews. As soon as I start talking about God, what would you do?

You'll immediately relate to one of these traditional beliefs and so miss out on what we're pointing to. What I'm pointing to is the same thing that Christ told you when he said, I am the way, I am the truth, I am the life. People thought he was talking about himself. He wasn't. He was talking about that sense of presence. The primary thought is that I am thought. I am the thought. That sense of presence that represents the sense of presence. The sense of presence. None of you can negate right now. Everyone of you is present right now. It's the way. That is the truth. I is the way and the truth and the life.

And he says, I and the Father are one and the same thing. That sense of presence and the translation of thought is one and the same thing. It's not two. There are many other ways of expression. And that's what I tell you in Buddhism. They say... Great perfection? Yeah, that's one of the ways. The great perfection is non-conceptual awareness. Another one is, I've written a book, Self-realisation. Self-realisation is seeing with naked awareness. With the bare, non-conceptual, unadulterated awareness. And I'd like to point out, he said, and some calls it this, some, I, I, this, some call it that, and some call it something else. All these names and labels they put it, and gets down the very last...

And some call it ordinary awareness. This ordinary, everyday, commonplace awareness, or knowingness, that you are right now, is what we've been searching for, is it? That's what it is. And see how it functions in your body. When something comes up, and I first want to point to that everything is relative to this conceptual image. Something comes up and I like it. How do you know? Well, I've experienced this before and it's good. And we don't want the good things to happen. We want the good things to go. We want to hang onto them at any cost. Not realising that they are transient. Everything is constant change in this manifesto.

But we don't want it to go. And no matter how much you love them, how much you want to keep them there, how much you want to cling to it, in spite of yourself, and what you think and what you do, it's still going to change. But we don't want it to change, so what do we do? We resist it from going. And realise that any resistance you are in, resistance is conflict. And any conflict you are in makes you unhappy, fearful, anxious, depressed, guilty. That's all resistance and conflict. And conflict makes you uneasy. Another word for that uneasiness is dis-ease. So there's resistance, conflict and dis-ease going on all the time.

Something comes up and I don't like it. I don't want this one, I don't want to hang on. What do we do? We try to force it out. Try to get rid of it. Resistance again. Conflict again. And dis-ease again. That's why all this psychological suffering is always going on in you. The fear, the anxiety, the stress, the dramas, the traumas. And the sad thing is we try to work them out in the mind. Do you find the answer? You can only be freer than when they've seen through and let go of them. But the mind goes on with more and more stories. And the next story will come up and the next one is gone.

Never ceasing. But if you go back to the simple entry, what's wrong with right now if I don't think about it? You can't say it's good, you can't say it's bad, you can't say it's anything. And in that pause, a sense of well-being comes up. Being well. Because you can't put any fear or anxiety or stress or concepts on. Well, if you don't put them on, you can put them on all right. But try them and then you believe in them. And you have been doing it for years. Just stop on the natural intelligence energy from functioning and coming up and expressing in its natural state.

Everything is taking place in that believed in egoic conceptual image you've got about yourself. All our problems are problems of relationship. Relationship is relativity. And relativity is dualism. So it's not just the male-female relationship we get involved in. It's relationship to our job, to our house, to our parish, our schools, to our society, to everything else. All relativity. There's absolutely no duality in non-duality. It is the absolute. What is the absolute? The absolute, whatever can you add to the absolute? You can't add anything at all to it. It wouldn't be the absolute if you could. What is the absolute? What can you take away from it?

Nothing. If you took anything away from it, it wouldn't be the absolute. So it's always and ever and always been the absolute. And the Mahavacca is of the great mantra, I am that. And that is what you really are. But you put on it, I am this body, I am this mind. You put on it little patterns, shapes and forms which are not the absolute at all. I am that totality. I am that reality. I am the absolute. Know that for certain. How does it function again? You've got this concept, I am, the mental image. Investigate then. That. We do that by asking, everything is that relative?

Everybody is seeing right now. And everybody is hearing. Isn't that a fact? Tell yourself, ask yourself this, is my eye saying I see? My eye is not saying look at this, look at that. That's good, that's bad. My eye can't say anything at all. But it is the instrument through which the seeing is happening. And that instrument is translated by the thought I see. The same with the hearing. My ear is not saying listen to this Bob, that's good, or take that off, that's a terrible song, or I don't want to hear that. Can't say anything at all, but it is the instrument of the seeing is happening.

The hearing is happening. And it's translated by the thought I hear. Now the thought I see is not the true seeing right now. Because remember what we've added to it, we've added this conceptual image, the same with the thought I hear. That's not the true hearing anymore, it's all been added to. But the seeing is happening through, the hearing and seeing is happening through the eye, translated by the thought I see. But can my eye tell me I see? I can't. Well can that thought I see actually see? Well close your eyes and look around the room and see what you can see in this room with the thought I see.

You realise you can't see anything with the thought. You can put mental images up of what's in the room, but you can't see any of the actuality in the room with the thought. Put your hands up, just over your ears, and muffle your ears and see what you can hear with the thought. And you realise you can't hear anything at all with the thought I hear. So you see from that, the thought I see cannot see. The thought I hear cannot hear. The thought I am aware is not your awareness. Because you are not unaware right now, you must be aware. And that awareness has been through all this, unless you've gone to sleep on me or something like that.

Then you know, you haven't heard their words. The thought I choose, that's a good one. We think we choose our thoughts. But if you could choose your thought, why would you ever be unhappy? Why would you be fearful? Why would you be anxious? Why would you be depressed? They're all thought up concepts. So the thought I choose can't choose. So you realise the thought up egoic person can't see, can't hear, can't be aware, can't choose. It's a fiction. So this ego, which is the cause of all our problems and all our suffering, is a total fiction. There is no such thing. But we've been led to believe it because we've never questioned it, we've never looked into it.

But down through the ages there's been these people that have. And that's what the big religions have formed around. And they've been set up as God, saints, saviours, sages and seers. And what have we done? We've worshipped the messenger and ignored the messenger. That's why they call it ignorance. Not that we're dull or stupid. We are ignoring our true nature and focusing into the conceptual image we've got and believed it. But you know that's not reality because you wouldn't be here if you didn't. Somebody's... Well that innate life essence is you're made to look a little bit further. You've looked at a lot of the religions, a lot of the traditions.

You've taken them as far as you can get. You can go with them. But they've moved you on to look at something else. And they'll take you where you've got to go if you will follow what they're saying. And if you hear what's here, something will resonate in you and put you a bit further on the right track which you've probably been on for some time or a bit obscured again. And open you up more until you recognise that you are that innate intelligence energy. I don't use the term God. I use the term intelligence energy and that's not it either. It's just another label.

All these labels we put on us are words. Intelligence is knowing. Another label for it. And anyone who is not knowing right now an energy is a vibration. All the words are saying they are vibrations. They're an energy. So that's intelligence energy. The activity of knowing. Look out there in nature. You'll see that galaxies are forming. Earth's rolling around the sun. Seasons coming and going. That's an activity of that intelligence. Of knowing. And it's that same activity that's breathing you, beating your heart. In other words, it's the life essence. There's no person there or here that's doing any living at all. It is the life essence.

Take that life essence out of that body that you call you, you'd be a corpse. Now, that corpse, before it starts to rot, the life essence out of it will still have the eyes, still have the ears, still have the heart, the lungs, the kidneys, all those organs, the brain, which we seem are very useful in it. But what good are they without the life essence expressing through them? What can a corpse do? Can't do anything at all. So what must you be? Must you be the body? Mind? Entity? That you've taken? Belief? You are? Or must you be that life essence itself? And a good analogy for that is a computer.

You've got a computer there with wonderful information in it. But you can punch those keys, run that mouse out of it, as much as you like. If the power's not turned on, what are you going to get out of it? So that power, that life essence, that all these things are going on, and this life is no good to us without that life essence. So why are we obscuring it, stuffing it up with the belief that we as the person can do something about it? I'm going to become. I'm going to become liberated. Recognise that life essence you are and that will spontaneously allow the natural essence that you are to flow.

And God know how many talents we've obscured in this conceptual belief we've taken on a height. Oh, after all, I'm only human. We put that concept on us. We call ourselves human beings. Say, well, after all, I'm only human. And if you could, even this thing you call God, God is this so-called supreme being. But what happens if you take that word human off, take the label supreme off, and try and separate the beingness in this room without the label? And you'll see that it's being a chair, it's being a carpet, it's being you, it's being me. Go outside, it's being the tree, it's being the flower, it's being this...

Everything is that beingness which we put the label or the words on. Without the word, what is it? It's still that beingness. And you can't negate your beingness. So you already are that. Always are that. Which has been obscured by the so-called thought. Now, thinking can be very useful. But here's the way it functions. It always functions dualistically. Watch your mind and see. You're either in the past, which is memory, or the future, which is anticipation, imagination. You're thinking in the past or future. It's either good or bad, pleasant or painful, happy, sad, loving, hating, positive, negative. Watch your mind and see if it vibrates in any other way than in the pairs of opposites.

And could there be one without the other? Could there be day without night? Could there be silence without sound? Or movement without sounds? Good without the bad? It can't. So that's how it's discriminated through the word. And we take the discrimination to be the real. That's what we point out. And ask you to look along those lines to see for yourself. So you must be that life. Nothing other than. So you got any questions, doubts or arguments? Bring them up. Tell us about them. We've been on the way for a while and got a different way of seeing it and pointing out. Well, let's know.

But it's open to investigation or sprucing them in. So away you go. I had that analogy when Bob was talking about, when you were talking about the instruction, how to actually do investigation. Just notice that the seeing is happening, but it's nobody doing it. Like there is no eye doing seeing. The eye is just an instrument. And there is no little human or thought I am that is doing the seeing. I was thinking Bob has the stepson who is very wealthy and he loves the robots, different androids, computers. He's got the lawn mowing robot and he's got the vacuuming robot. He's got the swimming pool cleaning robot.

And it obviously has some form of seeing that little thing because it, you know, whatever, the sonar or whatever that it, or radar that it, you know, whatever. It catches the corners and changes direction. And this is a good analogy to show how nobody has to be inside for the whole organism to function perfectly well, to see, to hear, to respond. In the example of the robot, Bob also brings up the computer as an example. But in the example of the robot where it's interactive, it's not just a software. It's also the whole environment that contributes because the software interacts. It interacts with it. So it really, I mean, it struck me how beautiful it is as an analogy to us seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling, but not the organs are doing it and not the entity, not the ego is doing it.

It's again a software that is completely interactive with the environment. Like there is no hearing if there is no sound. It has to, it depends on the environment. There is no seeing if there is no object and eyes and everything else. And same with thinking. Thinking always have the topic. There has to be either future past or the body or whatever the relationship. It's always kind of, it's not separated from the environment in which it happens. So it really, there really is no separation. The separation, it really is only conceptual, only believed, assumed, unquestioned. So it's nice to actually just see a little things like this on the beginning just to prove yourself that, oh yeah, it makes sense.

I don't have to take it as a faith that, oh, somebody says there is no separation. Let me find out. Let me look around. Let me see it. A little examples. Then the pointers start coming up. And then when they come up through your system, they're yours. And yeah, they do. When the attention rests, when there is a genuine interest, when there is that love or that sweetness of being experienced. That was, I've been helping a disabled man this morning at 7.30. And he is a very, very heartfelt Christian. He loves the ideas that are alongside Christianity. And he says he always gets, gives a blessing when he has the meal.

And he says, The great I am, and the sweetness of presence, of divine presence, may it stay with you all day. Sweetness of presence, just being aware of that presence, is really very, very sweet. Of course, he's got the after story about the God loving us so much that he sends the son to be killed for our sins. That's a beautiful love story. But if we want to go out of the story into a direct experience, that sweetness of presence is always available. It's never far away. Because nobody can deny the presence. Nobody can say, I'm not existing, I'm not present, I'm not here. It's always here.

The story about love, cool, yes. But if we know it's a story. But the direct experience is closer. It's much closer than any thought. Yeah, that doesn't need to be a... Not at all. And if it is, just be aware it's just a back story and enjoy it. Yeah, that's right. And there's varying degrees of... of the same back story. Absolutely. It's repeated across many different... That's the way... Amazing and wondrous words that can express all this diversity in every way, shape or form. Each is an expression. I'd like to share a little story just on the subject of words. When I was a very innocent eight-year-old child and my mum had sent me down to the...

shop down at the end of the street to buy her cigarettes. And so, in order not to forget the cigarettes, not that I would, but I just kept repeating the words, cigarettes, cigarettes, cigarettes, cigarettes. I got halfway down the road and I just... I thought, that's ridiculous. And I just burst into laughter. I was just going, cigarette, cigarette, cigarette. So I kind of danced down the road going, cigarette, cigarette, cigarette. And that was the genuine, pure awareness that that was a silly... It was a concept, you know. It was ridiculous. What is this cigarette, cigarette, cigarette, cigarette? And just, you know, it was just a little story for you.

It is, it is. It's as good as any other matter, isn't it? Yes, yes, yes, yes. I saw through the ridiculous... It was ridiculous and it amused me. Mm-hm. Yeah, it's good to see how... Because those words, they're just funny sounds. They're really funny when you repeat them too long. They're ridiculous. And we have a mental representation, an image attached to it. And somehow when we say a word, it brings up all that image. Like, you know, we say the word moon or sun or whatever, and it doesn't feel funny. It brings up the whole association with it, which is brilliant. But we need them to communicate, don't we?

Yeah. I suppose it's realising that they're relative. Like my image of a cigarette maker, it may be different to yours or the moon, you know, because of your experience, your education and everything else. So I suppose it's just recognising... A good communication would be to recognise that somebody has a slightly different experience of the word. And trying to find that common ground where you both, you know, understand. Because that's what communication is about, isn't it? Why we need the words is to just find common ground. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Very often the whole non-duality discussions are discussions about the definition, because people have different definitions. Like even the definition of very common popular word ego, which didn't exist 100 years ago, it only came with the psychology.

And then some people say that ego is a personality, which basically means that cats and dogs and probably even bees and ants have egos. That's their definition. And of course in their definition they're right. Yes, our cats, they totally have personalities. And other people define the ego as the identification with the personality. That's different because as far as we know, the cats are incapable of identifying with mental image because they don't have this neuronal network which is responsible for language and imaging. So now we would say cats and dogs don't have an ego, even though they have personality, but they're not identified as far as we know the neurocircuits in the brain.

Yet other people have yet different definition. They say ego is everything that I don't like and have to get rid of. And whatever I like about myself is my true self. That's a different definition. And if they believe that, well, we respect that and we take them from here. And always just agreeing in terms, because there is a lot of like small self, big self, higher self, lower self, a lot of these different selves, levels, words, and so on. Yes. There are many different definitions. And people might really get confused. He is transmitting such a clarity. 44 years of brilliant clarity in many, many different ways.

And yet I still heard people coming here and say, oh, yeah, yeah, but he believes in reincarnation. How come? What is to reincarnate if he's constantly pointing that there's nobody home, nobody driving that little robot? It's just the life expressing through environment and the receiver and transmitter. And all of it. But people hear it. People hear what they hear. Or they say, oh, it is just so extremely intellectual. This is for people who have PhD or whatever. It's not for a common person. Like what's intellectual about that? The body that you can't separate yourself from air. You can't stop breathing. Really? Really? A seven year old will grasp it.

But people hear it this way because they they have their definitions. It's just really art of listening. When when beyond the words and images, there is a there is a certain frequency in which that message is transmitted. And it's just being able to tune into it and just feel what we know innately in the heart. Because, yeah, we don't we know, like when Bob says, you're not the body because you say my body. Yeah, of course. Like my body was completely different. 20 years ago or 40 years ago. Like, how could I be it if this one is changing? But something was there that didn't change when my body was born.

And 20 years later, another 20 years, it was something was there witnessing that change of the body. So this one we somehow kind of know the mind. People think I'm my mind. Yeah, but what is the mind? Mind is just a space. Mind is just a space. Mind is just a space. It's just a stream of thoughts and images. But there is something that we feel that is solid. Yes, really. That's let's have a look. Is there anything solid? Like we think, oh, yeah, but my values are solid. No, they're not. I didn't have the same values when I was seven year old. And my values might change tomorrow.

There will be some traumatic event or something or something else is maybe solid. Maybe my self image. I don't have self image anymore. But my self image used to change from morning to evening. When somebody said something nice to me or something nasty, self image would change. Not to mention it was different when I was at work and different when I was with my boyfriend. So what really is solid that I call I? And keep looking. And well, apart from that sweetness of presence, there is something that is solid. And I call it I. And I keep looking. And I keep looking. It's the present that I am, that undeniable fact of existence.

There is absolutely nothing that is not changing. And if it is changing, then, obviously, there is something changeless that is holding space for that change to happen. Even personality with all that multitude of aspects of it. They own me. Yes, in a bigger picture, they own me. Everything is me. Even the walls and the ceiling in the sky and you. That is all me. all I am. But really what is in the immediate experience cannot be defined as anything. It cannot be defined as mask of concept, as Bob says, the mask of personality or stream of images from the past or whatever. It just cannot be known what I am because to know what I am, I would have to stop being myself to actually evaluate it.

So the I am is the final answer but what I am is already Maya, illusion, imagination. Hugo. Anybody else come on? That's why it's been suggested by Nisargadatta that in order to be I am, you have a lot of likes and dislikes. So the suggestion is either like all of it or dislike all of it or like none of it. Or like none of it. Or like none of it. Or like none of it. Leave all of it. Yeah. So there's nothing other than all because all implies no differentiation. Yeah, that's right. Because that which makes differentiation is not the essence. It's not I am.

Beautiful. It is something in the realm of I am. There has to be a decision and there has to be a choice. Yes. That's right. There has to be a choice then and then they can't be you either. But there is no choice. It's not a small business. I'll have some business around that. Yes. Because what's making that decision? Well, there is decision making, but there is no decision maker as an entity. It's all about recognizing. Course in Miracles has a really beautiful language for it. He says that your problem is the order of values, that some things are more precious than the other. Some things are more important than the other.

And you think you're the judge. So that reinforces the entity, the separate entity that is the judge. Like, yeah, the one that Heyman was quoting. You know that one, don't you? The one in Nisargadatta saying that dream is not your problem, it's none of your concern. Can you say it all? Yeah, really. Realize you are a dreamer, a dreamer. You call the world. And stop looking for ways out. The dream is not your concern. Your concern is that you love one part of it and not the other. He says love all of it or none of it. And the rest will be done for you by the very same thing that brought you to where you are right now.

It's all going to happen spontaneously, naturally, anyway. But if we're not obscuring it, this is not his saying anymore anyway. I just quoted what he had to say. If we're not obscuring with our thoughts and concepts, well, see what happens spontaneously. And it's not that we can choose to love everything or hate everything or ignore everything because there is no choice maker. There is always a matter of recognizing that on certain depth of pure presence, there is already that all enveloping, all accepting, all neutral space. And that's what I am. That's who I am. And if on top of it there is some liking or disliking, you just view it as a pattern of energy.

That's not you. And plus that, because Bob always suggested that there is life, but no one lives the life, implies that there is no, it cannot be any decision maker or choice maker. And this is all in the mind. Yeah. It's like autopilot, automatic system. Yeah. It's just, you know, happening. There's just what's happening. What's happening. With ING always. Yes. There's always ING but not ER. There's no maker or doer or, you know, seer or hearer or, you know. Exactly. There's only ING. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Beautiful. Beautiful pointer and very important also to remind that, you know, instead of seeing everything as an activity, we are separating it to do.

So, we are separating it to doer or hearer or seer. Like, yes, there is a space of seeing or the, or just the, yeah, the open field of seeing. And we say there is a seer here and a scene out there. That's imagination because without the seer, we can't say there is a scene. Without the scene, obviously that won't be a seer. So, they're inseparable, absolutely inseparable. And without that field of seeing, that capacity of seeing, none of it would happen. So, they are not two. It's just one activity. And that was pointing out what you were saying there is the ING. Yes. There can't be a seer without seeing.

There can't be the seen without seeing. There can't be a thinker without thinking. Can't be the thought without thinking. Can't be the experiencer without experiencing. Can't be there. Yeah. Yeah. I think we can also put in analogy of screen and the modulation of the screen or the landscape. In fact, landscape is a screen. In fact, landscape is the modulation of the screen. Can there be screen without landscape? Of course, yes. But can there be landscape without screen? Yeah. No. No, no. It cannot happen. Of course. Yeah. Modulation is one way of saying it. I like the way Bob is saying it. It's kind of more visual for me.

The vibration, the one essence or not even one is an emptiness vibrating into different shapes, forms and patterns. You can say modulation. You can say modulating itself into different forms and shapes and patterns. But somehow vibrating is kind of more, it resonates with direct experience. You know, when you close your eyes and you feel the energy in the body, be it anger or be it sadness or be it sweetness, it's always kind of some sort of a throbbing, pulsating life going through. And then you know the light is also a certain wave. It's vibration. The sound is vibration. The matter, the atoms, everything is vibration.

The, everything is, yeah, modulation is a good, modulation, throbbing, pulsating, all of it is just a pointer. It's just showing how that empty field of pure potentiality becomes an object or set of objects. And the big part of that becoming is the interpretation, labeling the word that you put out and it stands out. It is literally believed into existence. The potentiality, select it out and modulate. Select it out and labeled as an object, solidified, agreed upon, agreed upon the definition and collectively dreamt into existence. What a miracle. That's right. It's just a tuning into that bit. It's a tuning into a certain vibration. It's dropping out what stands in the way.

Yeah, the static. Yeah. Well, the tuning in is actually a re-carbonizing, isn't it? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. When something sounds through or something rings the bell or something looks right or something feels right, like the knowing that springs from within. Ahh, yeah. Which is to say intuition, is that right? You could say intuition, sure. Yeah. And pointers are points like that which are not vibrating but without which there is none vibration, which cannot be seen but without which there is no seeing. Yeah. because that has no objective quality. It is extremely easy for people to misunderstand it and misperceive it and think about it and decide that thinking or that type of thinking or belief is that, which is not.

You're right. Yeah, totally. It's very deceptive for the mind. Yes. Because, you know, someone said on YouTube that if I ask you to start thinking about something without objective quality, what can mind do? Yeah. At the best, you can imagine a screen which is totally blank and that's it. But that's imagination. That's form. Absolutely. And even screen is in the mind as an object. So the best thinking about that is to not thinking, which is presence. Exactly right. And the best word we can say about that is to remain silent. Yeah. Yes. Yeah, beautiful. Beautifully said. Yeah, that's why Bob often highlights so again and again, the answer is not in the mind.

And to this one, any looking, any searching, any activity is always the activity of the mind. And the only way when it can really dawn is when the mind is inactive. I mean, of course, it's always there, but the recognition happens. Like, again, the mind is inactive. Yeah. Yes. Of course. And the other thing is the mind is always inactive. Yes. The mind is inactive. It's inactive. Yes. But when Coursing Miracles says God comes into a silent mind, when there is a space, it just kind of dawns on you. Because if it doesn't, it's still there. It's like, you know, the pure intelligence or life essence or awareness, it's never obscured.

It's like sky. It's never obscured. It doesn't care that there are some planets floating around it or galaxies or clouds around some tiny little planets. Who cares about those clouds? about those clouds. The sky is the space, the pure potentiality doesn't really care. But now if that sky dreams itself to be a little tiny human on the other side of that tiny little layer of the clouds on that tiny little planet somewhere there, then of course the clouds matter. But once the awareness is realized, once it is recognized, thoughts, feelings, emotions, pain, pleasures, they're all just part of the flickering dream. They're just lights on the screen.

They don't matter anymore because they're not yours. They're just part of the miracle of expression. Including narrative and taking ownership. Absolutely. How you doing? Absolutely. Absolutely. Including narrative and ownership. Including any imaginary stories, pictures. Yeah. They don't have to be believed. They can be just appreciated as a passing phenomena because they're only here for a moment. It's so subtle, but is there anything to do other than just drop all likes and dislikes, drop all concepts, drop all ideas? Yeah. Or discrimination? Is that all there is to do? And just, it's so subtle. There's nothing to do and no one to do. But if, whatever in that silence is stillness, what's what?

What would be helpful? Hm? Nothing. Do nothing. Anything helpful. What would be helpful? Do nothing, be nothing. Nothing. Yeah. Why don't you just be? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Just be. Just be. Banky called it the unborn Buddha mind and he said, everything is perfectly resolved and the unborn, unborn is mind. That mind with, before the concepts have come into it, he says, why exchange the unborn for thought. And that's what we do. As we bring the thoughts in, we've, it's no longer unborn.

An unborn mind is the pure essence and everything, patterns, shapes, and forms understand as I slice the mind. That's what I call wise. That's just simply that. Just to be. Just to be. and shapes and forms and expresses him totality let that do it for you which it does it brought you into existence why interfere with it and that's what we've done we've been told we're people we're persons we're individuals we're smart we're this that and we are not taking it on board but what happens when the natural you sink into the natural spontaneous beingness well but santa has got his elves why should we be depressed let it rest in its uncontrived singularity confusion there that when you said about the identity we said some of us said like you said i am that i am so sometimes i get a bit confused and that when there's no identity in that you said i am that i am so when it becomes that you what that step that step thought that i am that sense of presence which translates through the mind as the thought i am without the thought i without the thought i am what are they still present still aware so when he says i that's what moses realized he says i am that i am he realized that's it he was that sense of like the thing in the bible it says moses was looking after the jewish people whatever you're doing you know and they're sitting up there trouble they're causing trouble so he's getting over it so he formed these i wrote up these tablets whatever they were he says i got to take these back to the people and try and sell them to the people what am i going to say to her and the intuitive voice came to him tell them i am sent you that's when moses realized he says i am that i am so i was already that you know i'm not going to put it on somebody else some big daddy or something there's a sense innate intelligence intuitive what to do which it does to each and every one of you you allow that intuition or spontaneous activity to function what's your next thought going to be nobody knows do you know none of you know what your next thought's going to be but it'll come up spontaneously then we claim it i think this way i think that way did that answer what you were getting in there yeah yeah i'm not saying that i didn't see it as a matter of resonating with what what you hear there is an art to listening if you're listening from your concept of yourself you're looking at me and everybody else you know there's no communication in because you've got your concept of what i am there's a clash but what they call when you listen from the heart and not the heart not the physical instrument heart has the core of your being or the center of the spirit if you listen from the heart and everybody knows what heart to heart is because how many times you have said it when you've had a heart to heart with somebody around i had a heart to heart with them you open up to them and you knew it was a different way of communicating what the ordinary way is when it's hard to heart well there is a natural merging or communication head to head there's a clash so when you you've got a concept and i try to alter or modify that concept you're going to clash you might want to hear it or you'll have a different view or might not be quite but what's being said here from anyone at all if it resonates they take it to heart well as these or irrelevant to his question in order to experience love it's been suggested that lover the beloved must vanish so this is love this is love this is eternity if you don't feel it well it veils you try to clean that stuff which veils the love that remain would be love without lover and the beloved no discriminating thoughts arise the whole mind ceases to be if we're not discriminating as love our mind is the be in the natural spontaneous activity it covers seemingly and mind needs itself is activity of truth.

Someone said, show me something else. Everything. There's nothing outside of this realm. Yeah, exactly. And it's all about that nothing. Yes. I had a stunning experience Friday night. I was just putting in the mirror. I had to describe it as a jump, the realization that actually I am all this experience. It was like all this external. It was a transfer of attention from the external to the internal. Interestingly enough, the external now felt, in terms of feeling, so much more than the external. It felt so much stronger than it is normally. And yet, it's like I was not this I, but I was the ground of being within which all this was happening.

And that stayed for quite a few minutes. But it felt so natural. I felt I'm home. Just gorgeous. It seemed a few minutes, but keep relaxing back into it. We'll go along with it. Once you see the false is false, you can never truly believe it. When you're left with the truth, it happens up more and more naturally of itself. I'll go to lunch first. That's on the way home. I said, I hope we can go to lunch first. Yeah, before going home. A few years ago, I watched an interview of a politician. And he said, there are known knowns. There are things we know we know.

And there are also unknown knowns. There are things we know we don't know. And there are also unknown unknowns. And there are things we don't know that we don't know. I just want to add the fourth situation, which is there is an unknowable knower. But that which is knower cannot be known. So unknowable knower is... You could say ing, unknowable knowing. Unknowable knowing. Yes. By the way, when I say knower, I don't mean as a separate entity. Yeah. That's the fourth situation, which did not mention by politician. Yeah. Yeah. And that's the only one that really makes sense. Yes. And that's... The rest is just the content of the dream.

That's right. And that's the only one which reveals the other three. Yes. Yeah. But also knower builds the ark. So they say. So they say. Only verbing, there is no nouns. No. Verbing. No nouns. Yes. Not even verb. Verbing. Verbing. Yes. Not even verb. No one is. No one is. That's right. We're saying there's only a... No one ended stick. Each stick's got two ends to it. And that's the way the mind functions in the pairs of opposites all the time. So when the bad comes up, we don't want it. When the good comes up, we'd rather have that. But see, it's the same end.

And it's always transient. It's always changing. Leave it as it is. Unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected. And it's constant. corrected and it will move along. It will change by itself. What are we doing about rolling the Earth around the Sun right now? Leave it as it is. The absence of darkness is here at this moment when it rolls around the other way. It will be the absence of light. Does it know anything about darkness and light? It doesn't. It just happens. I was actually thinking about this unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected when Randine was asking what we could do, but we got sidetracked into something else. Because that's actually good advice for what you can do.

If you are not the doer, if you're not even there, what could you possibly do? Leave everything unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected because that's a definition of non-doing. But at the same time it is definition also of not non-doing. It is neither the doing nor non-doing. Everything is just left, which means it's just what the space does. It just completely allows, it's not even an action of allowing or not allowing. It just is. It doesn't try to alter or modify or correct anything. And that's what the activity of the mind does. It constantly interprets things. It gives meaning to things. It gives meaning to things. It constantly computes, compare.

Do you have the other one? No comparison? No partiality. No preference, no comparison, no partiality. Yeah, so that's when the mind is completely inactive. That's when it is still, yeah. I mean, you can't really actually do it. You can't decide not to prefer pizza over pasta. It's not… Yeah. either but there is a level layer not even a level layer but there is a there is that stillness always here now that stillness of presence in which those dilemmas are the kind of fainting this dissolving there is a place even you know in a deep sleep but somewhere in between there is a space in which that likes dislikes they don't have much value and this is this is remembering that is this unobstructed home like space the grounding in presence and then once this is really kind of uncut grounded and is stable then likes and dislikes they come and go but they're not mine anymore like Bob still prefers pizza over pasta and so what it's not really him is there is that again the inseparable conditioned body-mind conditioned by the whole universe that is responding to the to itself the universe response to universe because that's the same universe it's just the play happening but he is that stillness in which he allows leaves it unaltered and modified uncorrected even likes and dislikes are untouched they they just play out just like cats have preferences everything has but they are but we are not the form having a preference we are the formless expressing and experiencing itself through the form and letting that form do whatever it does in a way not yeah but you can say you know stop liking disliking and understand that this is a pointer which points you to the place where they naturally stop rather than to idea that you are the doer who can force it and I know you understand it the right way so you can easily is easily use that yeah just step down from all the two-ended sticks just oh yeah just abide in the stillness or remember the sweetness of presence all providing always here now and abiding is not an activity it's not something to do it is in fact when we relax as that yes yes relax out of any other activity out of any other activity that relaxation is abiding that's why yeah that's why they call it natural state is us in nature there is no striving in nature the planet is rolling around the sun without any striving without any resistance it's just relaxed movement everything tree is growing hair are growing they do it by itself it's not a matter of by it's by themselves heart is beating there's no striving all in this natural relaxed sort of yeah as in nature
