So can I ask a question? I've been on a real emotional rollercoaster this week. What's the best way of investigating that? Well who was it happening to? The thing to do is ask yourself who was it happening to? Who has been on this rollercoaster, emotional rollercoaster? So it's me that's been on it. You believe it's me. It's been happening to me. Now what is the me? Have a look at that. It's been happening to you. What is me? It feels like a location. Where? Somewhere around this body. So are you the body or are you the mind? So where's the location? It does have a physical sensation associated with it.

Hmm. That changes when it comes and goes but it does feel physically like something on the body. How do you know that? Because that's what, that's my impression. In other words you're aware of it. There is an awareness of the sensation. But is the sensation the awareness? Something you're aware of? No. So you give it a seeming location. No. The awareness or the feeling? No. Well you give it a feeling. A seeming location. And there's appearing in that awareness and you're trying to find a site for it. Where it's located. It feels as though it's, it feels as if it's... Have a look there. Have a look right into that.

If you're aware of it there, go using that awareness. See if you can find anything there. What is the meaning of the word? The meaning of the word is, it's a feeling.
