The ideas are actually description, they're expressing What has been realized beyond the ideas So if we try to embrace what is being said and sit and contemplate on it and see how this is true it's basically is the other way around. It is what is true when the ideas are absent. Like the idea of I am separate versus the idea I am not separate. How about absence of ideas? There is no thought whatsoever. What is the truth in absence of idea?
Or let's say there is an idea, I am the body or I am the mind or I am the self. This is what we were conditioned to believe. Now I will acquire or get this mind-blowing idea that no, I am not the body. There is no self, there is no separation. Ah, yummy, it feels like so fresh and new. But this is still an idea. What if I cast them both away? Like, I don't know, I am the body, I am not the body, I am the mind, I am not the mind. Just cancel, if those ideas, the nondual ideas and the typical conditioning ideas, cancel each other out and we live in the space where the only idea that I could express with the mind is I have no clue, I don't know.
