There's somebody at the door, so I'll just plug it to you. Oh, okay. Thank you. So can you guys say your names so that everyone's familiar? Celina, Miru, Steve. I'm gonna sit on your front. Welcome! Yes, just as I said a moment ago, I hope that Bob will put a word here and there, preferably as many words as he can. Preferably he will start from the first word. No, I'll leave that to you. You can open it up and get it. Okay. So what's the you? What's the I? You were supposed to point that out. Alright. Okay, so what is the I? It's like every one of us says I.

So how many I's is there? It seems like the one I have taken different version of itself in different body-minds. Because that sense of presence, that I, like naked, without the body or without the mind, without the story about it, what is it? Is it any different from one to another? So now when we look at the I, when we look at the personal story, we can look at like every one of us will have a little bit of a story about being male or female, about being born at certain time, about the first memory that we have or the parents or the school or first day at school or first friendship or first love, first heartbreak, then career, job, whatever.

Those are all we say this is I, this is my memory, this is my past, those are my parents, my siblings, my children. So this is all particulars that are hanging around that I. So there is an I and that I possesses the body, the sex, the past, the children, the whatever it does, the cats. So now, the same I in every one of you will have slightly different set of puzzles there around. It's almost as if the I before the incarnation or embodiment has the options, okay, let's have couple of puzzles, I'll have the talent for singing and I will have no social skills, I will have tendency, whatever.

However, it's just a theory because of course there is no such a thing as a decision-making eye that is peeking from the back of a puzzle. No. But it seems like that life essence, before it comes up into a body, it already has the set of circumstances that are going to be conditioning it. Certain body is born to certain family, to certain religion, to certain belief systems. It has certain sex, skin color and predispositions and talents that throughout the life will be reconditioned and reshaped. And that same I ends up like, you know, moment to moment is an end product that is this situation. So there is an I and that I in this version is female, in this version is male, in this version is a little bit of a leper.

It's just temporarily, his face is gonna be beautiful in a week time. So it's still one I. Like if we strip off the sense of presence, we strip it off from the all the associations that have been built around it. Like yes, my first day at school, my first heartbreak, my first friendship, whatever, my parents. If we strip it all off, what is left? Is the I, the sense of presence that I don't know if you can, but I can't tell the difference. If the story is dropped off, I can't tell the difference between the I in any other form. Like I can't tell the difference between the being, the sense of being, the stillness of being.

There's someone at the door, can you get it? Thank you. Between me and the tree, there is a being about it. Everything else apart from that being is a story. It a story about the person Hi So the I or sense of presence is one. Upon that one basic being, there is a story built up that creates the sense of separation. The story that says that the eye is within the limit of the skin, and the eye is female, and the eye is whatever, Polish, whatever. This is a story. Without that story, and where did that story come from? It comes from the past. It comes from conditioning.

It comes not from experience, it comes from what I was told. How would I know I was the body if I wasn't told that? How would I know what was my religion if I didn't learn that? All this stuff that has been accumulated on that basic sense of presence to build the The identification with the person is basically past, is learned, conditioned hypnosis really. It has been repeatedly conditioned to believe. So now I believe I'm the body-mind. I believe I'm a person. And I believe this is my problem, my story, my career, my children. I am responsible for it. I don't want it to be this way.

I want it to be better. So I'm striving, I'm fighting, I'm struggling and I'm suffering. So all the suffering comes from the idea that the I is separate from the world and the world is threatening the I. And the I needs to defend, and the I needs to build itself, and it needs to cover itself, it needs to dress itself in all sorts of different ideas. And because of this inherent sense of, well, the void, there is a void associated, the sense of, like, what am I? I have to define myself because if I don't know what I am or who I am, I'm threatened, I'm dangerous.

I don't know how to relate to others, I don't know how to relate to myself. So that sense of insecurity, that sense of incompleteness, unworthiness, sense of not being enough is being covered and is constantly being covered by the stories that we have about ourselves. I had so many experiences, I met so many enlightened masters, or I've been in so many places, or I have so much money, or I have so much possessions. Just to medicate that sense of incompleteness that comes from the idea of being separate, that comes from the idea that has been learned, picked up along the way. The idea that has probably never been questioned and if it has, perhaps there is a little bit more to it before it drops off.

Because the moment the ideas that we put upon ourselves are actually seen for what they are, just concepts, they're not very harmful. I mean, it's totally functional when I go to work and people see me as a person or a body, a female body. It's not to deny it or fight with it. Yeah, of course, you know, that in this locality of a dream, I'm playing a character of a person with the female body. What's wrong with that? But I do understand that I'm not this body. How could I be this body? It's idiotic. I mean, the body is changing. Like how does the body, what is the cell in the body the same when I was first day at school, or when I had my first heartbreak, or when I was a baby?

There's nothing. The body is constantly changing, but there is something that is aware of those changes. So obviously I'm the awareness and within me the body is dancing, is moving, is changing, is digesting, is growing hair, is beating the heart. The body is doing everything, it has inherent intelligence within itself. Every cell of the body knows its function and knows what to do. So I am the awareness or the life in which the body is appearing and dancing, and us which the body is appearing and dancing. Because everything is one, everything is that one life, so that can't be the awareness and the body because that's two.

Awareness becomes the body, or the emptiness becomes the form. So that one life essence or one intelligence or oneself or God or awareness or emptiness expresses us the body and expresses us the body The body expresses us as the body and expresses us everything through which the body also expresses. So everything is one. Thoughts, feelings, emotions, bodies, forms, they are all different vibrations of the same one essence. That one essence that expresses us the silence and the content of silence, the sound, like as the stillness and the movement in that stillness. If we move the particles in the air and there is an air, there would be a sound.

If we move them faster, there will be a light wave. If we move them yet faster, there is a field of probability that creates matter and creates solid objects. And that solidity, seeming solidity of the dream comes up from that brilliant body-mind machines I Am That, Ramana Maharshi, I Nchagiri, Dzogchen, Veda, Veda, presence-awareness, Mahavakya. The body cannot be separated from the environment. Bob has shown it many times how the body cannot function without the air. It has to breathe, it has to eat the matter, it has to have the air to sustain itself, it has to have space to exist in. And it is mostly water.

So it is actually one and the same, it's just the rearrangement of elements. There may be more of the element, one of the element than the other. Like obviously there are things that have different element of fire, they have different temperature, they have different liquidity or solidity. But basically that is just the whole appearance is just a different, it's like a harmony or The eye is like an orchestra of vibrations. The vibrations that produce sound, light, matter, space, emptiness. They are just all one vibration. And now, from that perspective, this magnificent dream appears. The people appear, the stories, the past, the very intimate details of every individual eye, the individual eye to start with.

Because the I got individualized when it identifies with the story, with the body-mind and the story. And this is nothing but to be loved. This is beautiful. The problem starts when it becomes the reality. Because when it becomes the reality, right away this story is going to be compared with any other stories. This intelligence or this physical appearance or this wealth is going to be compared and relatively there is always going to be something better and something worse. And the story will continue. And it doesn't have to be this way. Because the identification with the form is purely conceptual, is purely learned, is acquired, is not necessary.

It can be questioned and when the identification with the form drops off, there is no need to compare that form with any other forms. And if that form is not being compared, there is no possible to feel inferior or superior. So now, whatever that form looks or that, there is nothing wrong. There is nothing wrong with the skin cancers, there is nothing wrong with ageing, There is nothing wrong with the toothache that is just another form through which the emptiness appears as the other, appears as the form. Because how else would it have a glimpse of its own magnificence if not by dreaming itself to be something else and looking into that 3D mirror at its own self.

Yes, so everyone says I. And now what we say behind the I is a story and it's not necessary. Staying with the pure sense of I the pure sense of presence and watching the unfolding of the moment after the moment without the commentary or if the commentary goes on just adding the commentary to the list of content without believing in it Now that is what is called the effortless living, natural living. That's the way animals are living. That's the way planets are living or suns, galaxies, at least what we can gather. Because the consciousness of any other beings is really not, you know, there are theories about it.

But one thing that is sure, that when the beings, anything that has the being is stripped off from any ideas or any scientific theories, this is just what is, the basic presence, the basic awareness of presence. And that's the sweetest thing. That's the miracle of life. The miracle that is so close that nobody can ever deny it. We can argue about anything we want and we can try to be right or whatever, but this one basic thing, it can't be denied. Nobody can say I don't exist or I am not. What I am? Sure, thousand stories. But I am, this is for sure. This is nothing that...

It's really like this is an experience. This is the experiencing. Yet this is that beloved miracle of life and is so vastly overlooked and is so underestimated And it's so neglected. The beauty of aliveness in this very moment is so neglected because of the habit of running to the head for the story, because of the conditioning, because of identification with the me, with the story about me, rather than the sense of presence. We, very early in life, we learn that and there's nobody to blame for it, Because we are watching all the adults around and we want to be like them because that's how the machine is programmed to learn.

And the adults were watching other adults, so it is totally perfect. And if that wasn't happening this way, the conditioning to become an ego or a person, of course the awakening wouldn't be on stake, that wouldn't be possible. So it is the beauty of the story that the story comes about embodying the mental image of what I am, identifying with the body and the mental image that is in the body and growing up with it and suffering with that and taking everything personally and competing with others, comparing with others. This is the beauty of it. But the consequence of that is that because the story is only conceptual, is only made of thoughts and ideas and images, it basically cut us off from that, from experiencing that sweetness of being and bring us back to the head, to covering up that sweetness of being, the miracle of life with the story.

So, now we're sitting in the head and if someone tells us drop down, feel your heart, feel the gut essence of being, the first response is nah, there's nothing there. So what? Yeah, I am, but so what? It's not exciting. It's not that much fun. I mean, it's so much more fun to go into a drama and tell everyone how great or how horrible I am or the other person. It just kind of feels more juicy. The body is responding to the thoughts, creating emotions. There is an emotion, the movement when I feel inferior. There is a contraction. Wow, so much going on. That's nothing, but it's definitely not boring for the mind.

It's a lot of creating going on. I'm creating myself as inferior. And now, to stop the story, to drop the story, I end up in silence. Shit, that's boring. It's nothing. It's not. It's only initially and only for the head. For the mind that is got so much used to be noisy and having so much to chew on, that silence, that stillness is boring. But if that stillness doesn't, is not evaluated, like if the heart essence is not looked from the head, like I'm looking down at my own feelings on my own heart and, ah yeah, boring, empty, nothing. If it's not like get translated through the translating through the interpreting

It's nothing but sweet and beautiful.

It's nothing but just yummy. It's loving to be. It's a bliss of being. It's like Bob often points Sat Chit Ananda. Being, knowing, loving to be. The awareness of being is easy because the being we can't deny. We are aware of that being otherwise we wouldn't be able to say that I am. I Am. But the sweetness of being, the bliss of being is so largely covered by the noise, by the mental story, by all that interpretation going on, that it's not really experienced the way it could be. There is no love for the being experienced because there is so much of a concern about me or the other.

And it doesn't have to be this way. Life can be really effortless. Life can be the invitation of looking at that miracle of the appearance, that dance of maya where every scene is different, When there is a different content to every moment, we can have the seeing, the space of seeing is opened and these beautiful objects showing up. And now the hearing is also, the space of hearing is open and the sounds are coming up and the space of thinking is open and there are thoughts floating in the silence. That awareness of space brings about the love for the dream, because now the dream can't hurt me, it doesn't make me anything.

I'm just the awareness in which everything appears. This body, this body, these sounds, that are the appearance in the awareness. So, from that perspective, life is not painful anymore, even if the body experiences pain. And life can be as juicy or more juicy regarding the functionality. I don't know what my next thought is going to be. My next thought may be to go to Africa and help the lepers. You can leave this one go. So it is not to say that once you realize that everything is dream you stop engaging with the dream. Bullshit! Bullshit! People who actually realize it is all a magnificent, beautiful display that is made of my own self, that I, the awareness, I, the emptiness, created this masterpiece moment to moment and play with it and dream it We have to dream it because this, the dream character and the dream are made of the same substance.

So this is an interaction, this is the seeming to, the character and the world. And knowing that this is a dream doesn't stop you from dancing it, doesn't stop you from cooking, cleaning, helping others and whatever is the calling. Some people have calling to go to the politics or change the climate or create a music. So that is, that beauty of the way the dream character is manifesting itself, is expressing itself, now is none of my business. I don't really care what this dream character is going to do tomorrow or in ten years. I don't have to worry about my future because it's not my future anymore.

I've created the character, life, I am the life, and I, life, will look after it until it doesn't. And that's okay also, because there are so many forms of the I through which the life experiences itself. Why would I be only concerned about this one? Why would I not be concerned about all the other versions of my own self? So we all love the stories. And there's nothing wrong with that. Loving the story is just loving the way the life expresses, is loving yourself, the story. But when the story gets very, very personal, and I only love this one and none of the others, or I even hate the others or fight with the others or compete with the others, and that's still how life wants it, it's still all right.

Everything is all right. It's like nothing needs to be different. Nobody needs to wake up. Life is experiencing and expressing itself exactly the way it wants. But also life invites that type of conversations. Also life invites another way to look at it, invites investigations. And the possibility to get rid of that self I interpreting everything personally It is all about me The whole world evolves and rolls around me That is sweet because that's what life wants, but it's redundant, it's not necessary. That I is completely not required for any actions. The I is not required for thinking. Thinking is going on. It's not required for maintaining the body.

The hunger is going to guide the body to find the food. The I is not required for absolutely anything. It's just a phantom. It's just the idea made of past experiences and concepts. And that idea, when questioned, can be seen as redundant. Just like we wake up from the belief in Santa Claus or Father Christmas, the same way we wake up from the idea of being separate self that possesses the body or that is the body. And now whatever shows up on the screen of awareness is the beloved and it's okay. It's not mine in the same way as it was when I was taking everything personally.

And it is mine in completely different way, In a way that absolutely everything is mine. So I don't have to look up that somebody else has better car, because it's also mine. That's somebody else and their car. So I can't be poor anymore, even though this particular body may not be surrounded by luxury. But my wealth is infinite because as life, I experience itself moment to moment through different set of eyes. I am looking at myself through thousands or millions of different eyes. I am interpreting myself through thousands or millions of brains or minds or stories. And wherever my attention rests, there is more of the complexity coming up to be appreciated.

So that's the way of living that is so much more effortless, is so much more easy. And nothing is really lost regarding functionality. The body is still aging. The body is still looking after itself. There's still feelings coming up. There are positive feelings and negative feelings coming up. There are dark clouds on the sky and bright clouds on the sky. The idea that, oh yeah, you realize that the I or the self is a fiction, it means you'll never fall sick or never have negative thoughts. Bullshit! Like, look at the sky. Sky is the same. Everything is one. Everything expresses as one. So the sky experiences dark clouds and the bright, sunny, bluish or whatever.

It experiences clarity and it experiences confusion. It experiences overcast. Or dog doesn't have an ego, doesn't have any idea of separate self and it occasionally gets irritable or it starts barking. So every emotion is experienced just as it always was and just as it will always be because there is no other way to actually travel through the dream. It wouldn't appear at all if it wasn't appearing dualistically. If Bob wasn't capable of experiencing any unpleasant sensations or emotions or thoughts, he wouldn't be capable of experiencing positive ones either, because they're only recognized through their opposites. In the appearance through that biocomputer, the sound can only be recognized because of the silence.

The form can only be seen because of the space. And the thought can only be recognized because of the stillness, the movement because of the stillness. So the opposites are still playing out. So there will be irritability in Bob or anger. It's just that there is nobody here to take them on board. There is nobody to say I am angry, I am justified in my anger and I will perpetuate that story forever and I will find vengeance or whatever. No, black cloud comes, appears and disappears. There may be raining a little bit for a moment or even a thunderstorm, but it will go away. So by saying all that, it is actually to show and demonstrate the most important message that Bob was carrying on through, Gosh, decades, over 40 years to people that what you are is already that.

You are already that pure life, that pure awake awareness, the wakefulness, the aliveness. There is nothing you need to achieve. There is nothing you need to find You don have to wake up go through painful process of meditations or practices or anything You are experiencing feelings emotions sights sounds just like Bob does just like everyone else does. So that's what life is experiencing. The one thing that is actually seemingly different or is experienced differently within you if you still believe you are an individual than in Bob is the belief. The belief, I'm not that yet. I have to work on myself. I have to grow.

I have to become someone. I have to try harder, listen to more satsangs or read more books and then I will find it Because right now I am not that yet. I am individual, I am limited and I am a person. That's a belief. That is a belief just like the belief in Santa Claus. Just as the belief in a flat earth. People used to believe it and that belief created and shaped their experience. So if you believe you are still individual, a person and you have to keep seeking, You can do anything, well yeah, just as you wish, that is going to happen. Your belief is going to shape your reality.

So there is absolute impossibility if everything is that one life expressing as everything, as every shape, form and pattern, is absolute impossibility that you are something different. Totally unthinkable, impossible. So you must be that already, whatever you consider yourself to be. You consider yourself to be a body, the body is that too. You consider yourself to be a thought or a set of thoughts or organized story, that is also that, because everything is that one life. So the idea that you could be outside of that one life, where would you be? It's impossible. So you are that already. If you don't think so, that's the difference.

The idea of the difference that I think is one of the Zen saying, that the only difference between the enlightened and unenlightened is the fact that unenlightened believes there is a difference. Because enlightened knows there isn't, there couldn't be, there is not. So the idea of the separate self and a being separate self is a belief. You are a believer. If you still believe that, you are a believer. Beliefs can be broken, they can be questioned, they can be changed. So you believe you are the me, the individual, the I? Okay. See if there is any I when you look. Who is looking? What's looking?

When you see the looking, kind of start from the area of so-called face, because I can't experience my face, I don't know how about you, but it's just a bundle of sensations. I am not seeing my face unless I look in the mirror, but then I am just seeing reflection. I can never see my face. I can touch it, but again I can only feel sensations. There is nothing there that is telling me that this is a face other than the memory, than the image that I have from my memory that has been conditioned. So now what is looking? What is looking through that vague sort of a window there in front?

Where is it coming from? Where does it start? Is there anything there that is doing the looking? Or is there anything there that is doing the thinking? Because so far, anyone who has ever looked never found a thing. And if there was a thing to be found, who would be the one who found it? If there was an ego or an idea or the mind or the self that I found, who is the one who found it? And then again, so the one, the I, the awareness, the life, it can't be found, it can't be understood conceptually, and it can't be experienced as an object, because it is the experiencing agency, it is an experiencing life.

How can I make the awareness self, God, ego or anything to an object of awareness? Who would be the one who is aware of the object? So Bob often calls it pure subjectivity. That pure subjectivity is what I am, the life. Inside that pure subjectivity or on the screen of that subjectivity, there are content appearing. I Am the awareness and the content is just the content Ultimately of course content is also I because there is no two But for the sake of pointing, recognizing the content or the appearance or the Maya as the appearance may be actually a huge step ahead. The first step ahead, recognize that everything that you can witness is the appearance, is the dream, is the illusion, maya, or the phenomenon, phenomenal manifestation, is a phenomenon.

So the pure subjectivity or a basic screen on which that phenomenon is appearing is prior to the appearance. And again, the prior is the idea that contains the mind in it and the time is the language, the limitation of the language makes us use words that are completely inadequate and inappropriate. There is no prior because everything is happening simultaneously right in this moment. All past is happening right in this moment because I have to recall it from the memory right in this moment. There is no time unless I create it in the conceptual thinking. The only time there is, is this present moment that is eternity.

And everything else is just this chunking, dividing, organizing, is happening in the mind. And that's beautiful too, because without that, without that, there wouldn't be nothing. There wouldn't be anything. Like, this is to be appreciated. The thinking is to be appreciated. The concept of time that comes from the mind is to be appreciated. The concept of space that comes from the senses is to be appreciated. All these concepts create that magnificent display. The problem only starts when that magnificent display comes as a separation idea of one who is aware of it and the content of awareness. The me, the ego, the self that is inferior and unworthy and things that are threatening The same life seen in the very same way, through the very same eyes, without division.

And the same division, of course, will be there. It doesn't mean that I can't see the distance between one glass and another. Of course, they're objects, but they are understood for what they are. When they are seen as separate objects and they are known as the appearance in the non-separation, they are known as the different forms of the same one emptiness, of the same one myself, the body of myself, the emptiness, the consciousness of myself, the life gets quite different taste. And you all know that taste also because as Bob said, you are no different. You are the same life right at this moment. There may be a moment of the idea creeping in, no, Earth is still flat or Santa Claus is real or I am the separate individual.

Yes, of course, there may be that idea playing out on that screen of aliveness, on that expression of intelligence that is breathing the body, that is looking, that is doing the seeing, because there is no one there, not person can do a seeing, person can't do a hearing, that's the body does it. Everything is totally taken care of by the way the whole design has been made, by the biocomputer, the body and the operational system that is there to interpret it, The conditioning. So that's the beauty of it. And you know it because every time that cloud that Santa Claus is real or the person is real and I am this person, every time that cloud is not obscuring the beauty of natural being, effortless being, you are that.

Unless you have the idea that I'm the individual, a person, a Nisargad tathat, I am a person, I am a sufferer. There is no individual or person or sufferer. If you don't think about it, are you the person? You have to think, you have to have the thought to believe that you are a body-mind. Try it and see if you pause the thought, if the idea that I am body-mind cannot possibly occur to you, if you experience yourself as a body-mind. I Am That. What can I say about myself and the being without assumption that I'm a person, a female? Like how would I even know that I was female if I didn't have the thought that comes from the past that somebody told me, that society told me?

It's impossible. Everything is learned, everything is words and everything is relative. Without thinking, without language, without words, what am I? And now, if I don't obscure my pure experience of being with the story of me, separate individual seeking enlightenment of freedom, I'm alright. Like every one of you, how often do you think about being individual or person? Not that often. There may be a feeling coming that, oh yeah, this person shouldn't behave towards me this Yes, of course, the me is the presumption there in the sentence. Most of the thoughts that are rolling through the head would be thoughts about self-obsession, about myself, my problems, my stories.

But there the story goes on and the me is there already in it. And that me is already a presumption that there is an individual, it's already covered up. The story is so believable, nobody questions the hero, the character in the story. But when the story is absent, when I'm sitting and listening to the birds chirping and there's no story, or there's a moment when I go out and I smell the air and it's nice and sunny and there is a brief gap with the storytelling, what am I then? Everyone has these moments throughout the day. I don't know, maybe few, or maybe hundreds, or maybe thousands.

Just watch it, acknowledge yourself for those little moments when there is no self-obsession going on, when there is no selfishness going on. And this is not to say that there is anything wrong with selfishness. There is absolutely nothing wrong with anything. If the self-obsession is going on, this is not to, oh my gosh, I'm selfish again, I have to beat myself up, punish myself, I should stop it. Totally not. Who is the one who wants to beat yourself up and stop it? That's the very selfishness. So really the ease of being is to love everything as it is. If the selfishness comes on, self-obsession comes on, Ah, okay.

And you are the one who is the awareness of it. You are the one who is actually manifesting, you are the life experiencing the selfishness. It is okay. It is not to be suppressed in any ways and it can't be. Even the trying to suppress the selfishness or trying to kill the ego is the very ego doing the trying. So it is pointless. It's really about the effortless being in which the moments of no-selfing are recognized and appreciated and acknowledged and lived fully. Like the moments of silence, there is no noise going on in the mind, like, oh, or the moments of noticing the space or the movement of the trees.

Nature is the easy one, but anything that gives a sense of relaxed type of a joy, not like obsessive eating or obsessive shopping or porn. No, something that gives us a sense of relief without mental activity or without sedating the suffering or sedating mental activity. These moments, you will see them, many of them throughout the day. The more attention goes into these gaps in selfing, the more it is being reinforced and the more often you're going to see them. Just kind of appreciate the fact that this consciousness is already blinking, is already looking through the eyes without any medium in between. Because what is looking is the consciousness and now is the medium, the I, that relates everything and interprets, this is about me, this is about me, everything about me.

So it doesn't happen 24-7. To start with, it doesn't happen when we sleep and don't dream. Or it doesn't happen when we sleep and we dream to be someone else. Or it doesn't happen when we are too busy with something that we are really passionate about. Or it doesn't happen when we are doing important work and the whole stream of attention is totally engaged with the work we are doing. It doesn't happen when we are interacting with the loved ones and we really about them, we really love them, when we play with children or animals. It doesn happen when we are not concerned with the way how we are perceived or what people think about us So a lot of these moments are already happening throughout the day It's good to put the attention on them rather than going about, oh, I'm still self-ink, I'm still individual, I'm still suffering.

Because where the attention goes, energy flows. If you give the attention to your problems, of course, you're going to see more of them. You are feeding them, you are putting fuel on the fire. And again, it doesn't mean that you shouldn't be solving your problems. Solving of the problems happens. You don't do it, it happens. When the relaxation is there and you come back to the natural state, in this natural state the solutions appear just like every other thoughts, just like problems, just like everything. Life functions as it always did and as it always will. Want to add anything? No, that covered it pretty well, but I'll just say this is basically, that's all it is.

We've taken that, we don't realise I is singular. And everything that's added to that, we've taken to belief that's I am me. Me is myself. We take the me to be the self. But I is the self. There is only the one self. And it's all self-signing, self-aware, self-realising, self-knowing. It's the one self that's appearing, patterning and expressing as everything and also the no-thing. There is only I and you'll see that basically all through the scriptures. I and the Father are one. Not talking about Big Daddy up in the sky, but the Father, the sense of presence, and the I are one and the same thing.

And it tells you that the Father is greater than the I. The I is only a thought, but the Father is the totality. And who was it? Somebody said before Abraham, Moses I think it was, before Abraham was I Am. Abraham was supposed to be the father of the Jewish people. And when they said what about Abraham, he said before Abraham was I Am. Again pointing out that sense of presence is not a personal self, it's not a person. That's been, Katz pointed it out beautifully. There is no person. And you know that in your language, where does person come from? Persona, the mask. When again, we've got this mask of identity on ourselves.

We're not the person. So that's a sense of presence, that knowing that you are. Anyone who is not knowing right now, you can't say, I don't know. You can say I don't know, but there's got to be a knowingness to say it. There's got to be a knowingness. You always and ever have been that. Knowingness is not a personal knowingness. The persona is the ego. It's not the singularity anymore. It's the one essence I tell you, it's the one essence of patterning, shaping, forming, experiencing and expressing as everything in the knowing. Only that one essence. So how can you or I or anything else be separate from it?

And they tell you that in the manifestation in the scriptures. They tell you this manifestation is Maya. It's illusion. It's a phenomenal manifestation. And your dictionary definition of phenomenon is that which appears to be. So it's all appearing like a dream appears. Hearing seeming to be, but if you investigate it, you'll see it's not as it appears to be. And that's what needs to happen. There needs to be an investigation. And the you can't do it. Because the you and the I are the same thing. But in the resonation with what's going on, it'll start to happen by itself. It brought you here to look at this sort of stuff, where you probably do many other things before you get here.

Investigating it under the truth cannot stand up to investigation. The false cannot stand up to investigation. Investigate it and it must fall apart. And when it falls apart, what are you left with? Negate that beingness right now if you can. Negate the knowingness. Negate the loving to be. You can't negate that such in an end. And you don't really want to. What we want to do, all the so-called psychological suffering that comes from the conceptual realizing and that singularity, I tell you that in the scriptures too, let it rest in its uncontrived singularity. What are we doing? We're contriving all sorts Nisargad tathagat I am not a person who is not aware grasp the concept and we never can and never will But negate your beingness if you can you can And then again we differentiate and we say call God the Supreme Being Think a greater being than what you or I are or all this manifestation.

We call ourselves... Human beings. The human being, put that label human being. Take the label supreme off, take the label human off. They're words of concept we learnt, human and supreme, take them off. Have you stopped being? You haven't. Has that awareing or knowing stopped happening? Are you unaware right now? Instead of trying to grasp some conceptual awareness, are you unaware? No, I'm not unaware, you know that as a certainty. And then we call it awareness and try and grasp a thing called awareness. What would you say awareness was? What concept have you got about it? But the actuality of it, you can't say you are unaware.

I could go rambling on, the mind's not raising its hand, take it over again. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah, there will be time again when Bob will be holding hall meeting. Amen. I know, it's just a wishful thinking. There's nothing wrong with anything. There's nothing wrong with wishful thinking either. It's just his time, I'd imagine. So, how are you traveling with all that? Is it clear enough? Do you have any questions or arguments? I remember this morning, I've been on one of the NLP courses a few years ago, with very very intelligent neuro-linguistic programming instructor, really really brilliant guy. And he was basically giving us the intro that this is the machine operated by the computer that is conditioned to respond to the environment the way it has been conditioned to respond.

And I said, oh, now he's talking, cool, I like it. So after the lecture I went and took him aside for a little bit, didn't want to expose him in public and asked him, okay, so if this is a machine, it's like a computer, neuro-linguistic, so this is like neurons and the language programming, so it is like the mind is being programmed by the language which is actually affecting the whole network. So I'm asking him if we are really conditioned to respond in particular way to the environment and we are constantly learning different responses, but they are absolutely 100% dependable on the circumstances, like the body is responding to the circumstances, to the environment.

So is there any space for free will? Well, he says, I don't know, you know, decisions, choices, we still take decisions, we still make choices. And I say, yes, right, but you just told me that our decision or our choice is going to come up totally conditioned the way the body has been programmed to engage with the environment. So, is there again any room for a person that is sitting somewhere there inside that is affecting the conditioning or is that person part of the conditioning? He said, yeah, well, I guess you can say it like this, theoretically, but I'm still going to believe, I make decisions and I take choices against the logic.

And I said, wonderful, have fun with that. I would never want to say someone who loves the idea that I am in power, I can change my life, I can change my conditioning, I can change my beliefs. I would never take it away. Why would I want to do that? I mean what a beautiful dream to dream that I have all this power as individual Well it much bigger dream to understand that you are all that power And being that power, like Bob is often calling the Christian language omnipotence, omniscience, omnipresence. Being that power and being the will of God or being the omnipotence, total power.

You give yourself the body, you give yourself the eye and the body that is conditioned to respond and you give yourself the dream that there is someone in there to change the conditioning. How beautiful! Recognizing yourself as the omnipotence rather than individual limited power I'm here today to speak about the They come and go. They come up and they move on. If there is hanging on to a belief, that's again just a pattern, just a conditioned pattern. To hang on to a belief and to defend the belief and to fight for it as mine and to feel offended when the belief or thought is offended.

If someone questions my beliefs, I feel like they're attacking me. This is part of the conditioning. And the beliefs will keep changing. I don't think I'm a person, I don't believe I'm a person. And I know that different worldviews, different interpretations, different beliefs will come and go. The beliefs that this food is healthy and this one isn't is also picked up along the way and not having any attachment to those beliefs make again the whole game, the whole dance even more lovable, even easier to be appreciated. So I don't have any free will and I don't do any decisions or any choices. It doesn't mean they don't happen.

Decisions, choices, spontaneous acts are happening all the time. I could say on the level of a dream that I'm taking hundreds of thousands of decisions per day, micro decisions, because I'm taking credit for what my body does. I'm taking credit for going to the bathroom or writing an email to someone. I'm the doer of it. And in the conventional language this is good enough, this is fantastic. I'm not gonna call my mother and tell her, you know what, I didn't call you, I'm not speaking to you, because there is no me. Bullshit! It's wonderful to actually appreciate the dream and engage with the dream. This is just a ride, like Bill Hicks told us.

This is just a ride, so enjoy the ride. Enjoy the ride doesn't mean you get off all the roller coasters and you just watch with drone at I am at the beautiful fun park. No, have a ride. It's fantastic. You can't stop it. You can't change it. Just enjoy it. Just witness whatever is happening in the ride as the omnipotence, not as the minute power of the persona, the mask that you are wearing, conceptual mask having a seeming power to change something or to take credit for some changes. Now I decide to, let's say, quit smoking and I'll be fighting with myself. I'm not smoking.

It's an example. And now I will give myself a credit for all the struggle. Or I will beat myself up for not enough of the struggle. Again, self-obsession, all about me, me, me. While as omnipotence, omnipresence, I'm seeing, oh, this pattern is conditioned to put this much effort. I am learning about what this pattern, how is it conditioned, how it is going to respond. And I never judge that. If that pattern respond in a nasty way, in a rough way, or it swears at someone or it get angry, all right, okay, that pattern has this, you know, that set of patterns have this pattern in there.

This is the way it reacts, it responds. But because I am not this one, I'm not going to beat myself up for this. I'm not going to feel, well, feelings may show up, whatever, embarrassment, guilt, shame, I don't know, they don't, but if they do, they probably will show up for a flash. But there is no problem with anything. Doesn't mean that now I'm not going to be growing anymore and I'm not going to get better at And I think it's just like the cut. Translated by Rami Zahraoui. So, life goes on as it always did and as it always will. It's just so much more fresh air, it's so much more space, it's so much more quiet.

And if the attention is not trapped in sustaining that mask, mask of personality, the persona, the mask, that very attention is free now. That attention that was congested and congealed into sustaining the belief is free. So I'm seeing much more beauty, if that even possible. There's just so much beauty. And beauty is an interpretation of the judgment. But I'm saying beauty when I see a dead rat on the pavement. Because it's a miracle also. The body that is completely flat is a miracle too. So everything is actually understood in the way that is the same and different. The same because nothing has changed and different because it's not related anymore.

And without that relating, suffering is impossible. Pain is possible, suffering is not. It always has to be about someone who is in conflict with what is. Someone who has the idea that it shouldn't be this way. The life should be different, I should be different. The pain shouldn't have been here. The person shouldn't have treated me this way. Ideas, thoughts in the relation to that persona, the mask, the mask of identity. If there is no mask, no persona, If there is no one who has been treated badly or has toothache or whatever, there is no resistance. And then pain is, of course, is a healing process.

Pain is the call for attention. That's the way the body attracts the attention, which is the healing power. But the resistance is not there. And if the resistance is not there, there is no problem. What's wrong with right now if I don't think about it? Nothing. Everything is fine. Only the thought creates the problem. There is no problem without the thought. And then my mother believes in a conspiracy theories that the world is about to end. So, well, climate change seems real. The famine and death and abuse, terrorism feel real. Yeah, absolutely. Heart crushing. But only when we think about it. Because when we don't think about it, and the act of terrorism without the label happens in front of me, there will be a response to it.

And perhaps there will be an end of the act of terrorism, or maybe acceleration of it. But there won't be any story. And living from that standpoint, yes, maybe the life on Earth is going to end. So, that's the idea of future. Right now it is there. Right now it is to be appreciated. And if the life of humanity is going to end, is the I, is the intelligence going to end? No. I don't know. If I'm not human, if I'm not humanity, it doesn't really concern me that much anymore. Of course I wish well all the sentient beings, but it is not a problem anymore.

The nature will resolve itself. If the nature needs to shake off that parasite of humanity, it will. But that's again idea of future. In this moment we're here. And what are we? What are we not? What are we we can't say because it requires the concepts. But what are we not? We're not the content. We are the awareness of the content. Ultimately, we are the content as well, but all of it, not just one, not just this body and not the others. If I want to go through inclusion I am everything I am the space and the content I am the silence and the sounds all of them not just this But that sounds very intellectual and very logical and very kind of yucky conceptual but what the experience and the experience is the easiest the easiest the fastest way to achieve the experience is to pause the thought for a moment and doesn mean there is someone in here who can decide to pause the thought or choose to pause the thought now there is There is no doer here to do it.

But it happens. It happens. We can experience that. When Bob asks you a question, what's wrong with right now if you don't think about it, and you really want to figure it out, there is a curiosity to figure it out. Oh, what is it? The thought pauses by itself. And beside that mental noise that is going on, underlying that mental noise that is going on, There is silence. The noise wouldn't be able to happen without the silence. So the silence is never ever far away. You want to say something? Not at the moment. Not at the moment, okay. Come on, join in. That's been great.

It's been great. We've been really clear. Thank you. Thank you. I always struggle with trying to... I don't know, it's just like you can't know what you're going to say. So, like, before the meeting I have an idea, my gosh, Tony is always asking for the theme. Maybe we should just pick up one of the nice themes and just dig deeper into the theme and just explore it. I am thinking, what would I pick up? No way, I just can't think. So maybe if someone drops the theme, then we can start going on it. But if someone doesn't, I just have to hope that the random word will kick it off.

Otherwise we are just going to sit in silence. And over the years, perhaps, we'll see if it happens or not, Bob has developed that magnificent spiel that is really a walk from basics, from the fact that you are already dead, through the fact that he can't teach you anything or tell you anything because there's nobody there and there's nobody there either. So it's just only self-talk to self-talk. Then through the idea of how as a baby you didn't have the concepts about what you should or what you shouldn't, or what you are and what you aren't. There was a natural attraction when you look at the baby, it's a natural attraction.

If there is some nice shiny toy, colorful and maybe blingy or something, the child reaches out for it. If there is something that smells bad, it pushes away totally spontaneously. There is nobody there who has a judgement about it. Natural attraction repulsion, same as animals, same as everything else in nature. And then he is showing in the spiel how it gets covered up with the concepts, with the identification, with parents telling me, I am a little Johnny. I am good boy or bad boy. And then insecurity and vulnerability comes from the separation. Wanting to have the family that will support you, the friends and the nation and whatever, the oil, the wealth, everything to medicate that sense of inferiority and insecurity.

The whole human life is medicating the sense of incompleteness or unworthiness which is learned at the first place, which is only acquired through the idea of being something else in life, something separated from totality. So the beauty of the game when you actually see it for what it is, is breathtaking. And when you believe it, it's shattering because it's not only you who suffers, it's everyone else too. And it doesn't have to be this way. So Bob is giving us also beautiful examples of conditioning, religions. He says, I don't use the word God because if I say God and you were brought up as Christian, you will see the God as an old guy there with the gray hair or whatever.

The pictures of God are in Christian church. And if you are brought up in Hinduism, you will see thousands of different gods or whatever. The gods that are always somehow distant or separated from yourself. The idea, the god that was made to be an idea. And I know that some people actually do resonate with the word god or higher power or whatever greater power or total power Because that what Bob says God we are calling it omnipotence Not my power, his power, higher power, lower power. It's a total power. If it's total, it includes the power that moves that hand. It includes the power that gives the voice.

The God Total Power is moving planets around the Sun, is growing the grass, is growing the fingernails. So how could I separate myself from the Total Power? So that's the magnificence of the spiel. And who knows, one day maybe I'll have the one that I can just play the record and it will go. And for now I just have to improvise. I don't think the spiel can be improved, it's brilliant. It's the most brilliant thing I've ever come across in one go because there is absolutely magnificent, oh gosh, there's so many beautiful, beautiful, beautiful teachings there. Teachings of devotion, oh gosh, how sweet. Teachings of whatever, like retreats, whatever.

This is all the same one appearing in different, it's the same Maya in different dresses. They're all beautiful. However, being as beautiful as they are, they can be pretty confusing too. Because if, and I did that in the past, not extensively, only when people asked me to check it, but I did some guru hopping, where I would hop from one guru to another. It would take me a while to learn, let's say, the language of pointing of Eckhart Tolle and I would jump to Byron Katie. Just briefly, roughly. But then, you know, certain pointers are used, it is all about frequency, are used in contradictory ways.

So who is right now? Or what am I going to learn? This is the phase when I'm still filtering everything through the mind and I'm still interpreting everything and comparing it with what I heard before. I am the one who wants to be enlightened or liberated or whatever. And now I'm using every single thing to help me to get it. Of course I'm fooling myself that it is because of a noble purpose of wanting to help others. That makes me feel better. But if there is still the me that wants it, well, there is the thickest veil hasn't been lifted. And I can't lift it by myself because the I that is wanting to lift it is the very veil.

In the absence of I, there is a clarity with the presence of the I, which I mean the mask right now. See, the language is eluding. I can say I as a primary sense of presence translated as a thought I. Or I can say I the self-obsession, the mask, the persona. It all says, everything says I. Like everyone says I, what we started from, everyone says I. What you think that I is, is going to be your experience. If you think the I is the body, you're going to experience yourself as a body. If you think it's a mental concept or the persona, the mask, that's what you're going to experience yourself.

If you don't think what the I is, there is still sense of presence. And that is sense of presence uncovered and unveiled by the thought or interpretation. This is not about learning new belief system. It is about dropping the old one. It is about questioning beliefs. It is about being left without a belief. Like who am I if I don't think about it? Who am I if I disbelieve everything I was ever told about what I am? Who am I if I can't really use language to shape myself? I can't give myself any form. Who am I if I don't relate to mental images that are so automatic that I can't even stop them?

I can't stop them. I can't. If I say face, the mental image of the face comes up. But I don't have to take it on board. I can just push it aside for a moment and see, okay, who am I without all the beliefs, without the belief of being a person, being a Christian, being a woman, being anything that I was told by other people. Yes so who am I Who are you Who are you if you don really really have a concept And this question is not to be asked is not asked to find the answer The primary question that Raman Maharshi and many, many others promote as the very fast and easy way to investigating is not to seek for the answer.

When I ask who am I and I sit with that, the answer may come about from the mind and I can speed it out. And then I ask again who am I and then another answer may come up from the mind and I can speed it out. Because whatever I can come up with, whatever answer to that question is not it. If I answer the question who am I? I'm the space. No, space is a concept. I'm not the concept. Okay, who am I? I just am. Whatever I can say about myself, I am this without even naming it. No, again, if I'm this, then there is a that, that I am not.

Again, a concept. So now I'm buying into a concept of separation. So what's really the experience of Who am I? The answer to that question is silence. The answer to that question is dropping off of the mind, is disappearing of the veil of interpreting, is hanging the computer off, or is not hanging, it's just like when the computer doesn't process anymore. So the answer to the question Who am I? is just being, sat chitananda, plain awareness of being and the sweetness of that awareness of being. When the attention doesn't seek out into the stories, problems, ideas, content, and the whole attention rests on the sweetness of being, that's what I am.

If it seeks out, that's still what I am. Of course, there is nothing that I am not. And for the mind, the only answer to the question, Who am I? is I don't know. And I can never ever know. Because if there was something that I could possibly know, that would be a thing, object, that wouldn't be a singularity, that would be a content. So I am, what I am, who I am, who cares? If there is nobody here who wants to know, the question doesn't come up. So the end of the seeking and the end result of investigation, of a proper investigation, is not finding the answer, is not finding what you seek, is dissolving the seeker.

The ultimate freedom is when there is no seeker anywhere to be found, when there is no questioner to be found. If there is no questioner, there is no question. If there is no question, there is no seeking. So the freedom from seeking, that basic sense of I Am, without anything added onto it, It's what's called the liberation or whatever they call it, freedom, enlightenment, whatever. But it's not a thing, it's not a concept, it's not a label. Like what you are can't possibly be encapsulated in a concept. It cannot possibly be known by you Because how could you know what you are? You would have to leave yourself.

You would have to jump out of yourself. But you can't because then you are not yourself anymore. So that can't be known. So finding comfort in the fact that there is never a possibility for you to find out who you are. You will never, ever, ever know it. That very understanding can relax the search also. I know that I am. That will have to be enough because nobody else have ever ever, Buddha, Jesus, nobody have ever found out who they are or what they are. They could point to it by saying I and the Father are one or there is an omnipotence and I'm not different than that or I am already that and everything is that.

Those are pointers. The pointers, the labels, the label is never a thing. The word is never a thing. I can give myself a label what I am, but I'm not the label. What I am is just a label. I Am. Seriously? Nobody's gonna say a word? Please! Look! You see... I have to go beautiful! I love you too! Good morning! You explained the things really good! Thank you! Bye everyone, sorry I have to go! Oh! I love that problem! So one hand would say I am that... Yeah? And on the other hand you just say well... You've got to stop at I am. It doesn't matter.

If you say that you're that, that means it's like inferring that you're not that or the other side. Oh no, no, if you... no, no... It's confusing. Good. See if you say I am that. Oh yeah, Bob, you say it. That is all there is. Everything is that. Don't you know that in your language? That's a chair, that's a carpet, that's Tony, that's me, that's you. It's really all there. That's what we put different words on, different labels. Which we've learnt. You weren't born with any words. We didn't have any words when we came into being. We've acquired them all. And the word's not the thing.

The word water, you can't drink it. You can't swim in it, you won't drown. The word fire doesn't burn your mouth if you speak it. So what's this word I or me? When you investigate it, it's not what you're taking it to be. If you take that, the I statement, just I, and just sit with that for a moment, just I. There's nothing that even remotely wants to or needs to get attached to that. Then we go from I Am. As soon as an A-N-D, and, is introduced, game over, we're asleep. I'll give you an example of that. We don't go I and am, do we?

We don't. It's just I. But note that just in that I-ness, it's singular. There's absolutely no split in that. And that can be totally experienced by everyone sitting in this room. I Am As soon as I go, I am Terry, AND comes straight after that. And as soon as that AND comes straight after that, my identity gets born. I am Terry AND, oh fuck, well was made. Or whatever. Big story. AND, AND, AND. As soon as we identify as being something, and usually the first thing that's most apparent that we identify with is our name. I am Terry. As soon as I've done that, there's a big story attached to Terry, an enormous story attached to Terry.

But when we go, I am, there's no story there. Still a bit of a split. And the closest you can get to that singularity or that pure beingness or that pure knowingness is I. Because there's no split there. And that can be experienced yourself. You can look at that and experience exactly what I'm saying yourself. It doesn't have to be taken on as a concept. You kind of grab a hold of it and go, okay, I. And just, just I. First thing you notice is it really still and it really quiet because it not split There no vibration in it It not swinging like the mind I Am I and Am.

That doesn't connect from your knowingness of I. Your I knows that it can't be I and Am. There's an intuitive understanding or knowing that that's false, I and Am. Just know. There's just a knowing there. As soon as we go, I am Terry or I am Tass, straight after that there's an end. And also the same thing happens with I am that. If you say, actually this is the way the pointer has to be understood because that is a word that you use for everything. The way Bob is using, I want to just demonstrate it quickly. He's using that pointer. See, he's not saying I am already that.

He's not saying I am already that. He's saying that. And now, if you look at the plain word that, how and when you use that plain word that? That. That is a phone. That is Mary. That is Bob. That is a carpet. That is a lamp. That is a space. That. This word, that, signifies nothing. It is just a pointer. It's just a, you know, like finger pointing. I think like Bob just said just before, that if I say I am that, say I'm looking at a chair, I think what Bob said about that is that that is actually everything. So that's the concept you've got to look at.

So you don't look at that as a singular thing, you know, you've got to look at it as being everything. Because if you look at it as singular, then there's more other singular things. Exactly, exactly. So when you say I am that, that's got to mean everything basically. Absolutely. Because if you say I am everything... Yes, if you say I am that, it's like saying I'm everything. I am that I am. I Am What I Am You'll generally find it'll be a self-identity that will use that word what. I am what I am. You'll generally find there's an identity there that will use that language.

Also the question who am I is often asked as what am I? It's just again the pointer. I use that. Who am I? What am I? Yeah, I used to do that too. I can't stress the importance or the significance though, because you can know this yourself, is to experience your own I. Before you said the stillness, I could feel it already. There's no split there. So if you want to be sitting with the I am, that's fine, but generally what we do when we do that is we consciously try to sit with the presence. So there's still a little bit of a split there.

I am, how do I know I am? Because I'm here and I'm present. Okay, so I am this presence, I am this awareness See the split I am this or I am that Which is a lot better than going I am the thoughts What a nightmare it is in there Do you know what I mean I Am The Thoughts I Am. The I Am as a person who is an individual, who runs an individual's mind. My mental state is what I think, and I care about what I think. I Am Not The Family Concept I trapped myself into this illusion of what being a brother is or what being a son was.

And then I realized that none of that is real, it's just a story. And then of course there was the freak out because there was a recognition that, oh fuck, there's freedom, there's freedom from all of that. And then there was, oh but what am I? So then there was this kind of, you know, contraction again. But before the contraction there was this grief. This, just this, oh... The grief that came with trying to for... being forced to be something that I'm not. And it was... I hadn't felt that level of grief before. Because I'm always medicating myself with something. So, in that moment of recognizing that there's freedom, what you're saying, Terry, is stay with I Am without trying to contract or find a form that I can relate to or hide behind.

Or expand. It's... Tass... Contract or expand. Either way. Want more? Tass... Want less? I'm not asking you to do anything. Thank you very much. The moment is this insights happening. Yeah, yeah, and there's a white. There's a waking up process. That's taking place It's just taking place. Yeah, okay now That Is a perfect example of what it was that I was just saying can you see that I I, I Am, I Am Tess, and then I Am, oh my god, my life and relationships and so on and so forth. Yeah, which is why I brought it up. Yeah, yeah, and it's normal, it's okay. Like it's completely, totally, it's great that you're seeing that.

That there's an awareness of that. Yeah? What naturally happens is you just you see that stuff I going to say you lose interest in it but there I Am This is what we call a Divine Life. That is a Divine Life when we connect with God. That's the Word of God. What we see is our soul. This is what we call a Divine Life, in which we are in contact with Him. That is the time when we can connect with God. We have the ability to connect with God, and first and foremost, to be with Him in the present moment. We are so fortunate to have been with Him in the recent times that we are still at liberty, and we also now can finally begin to communicate and experience the Divine Life.

www.nisargad.com I am a person who is not aware of the reality of the present. I am a person who is not aware of the future. I am a person who is not aware of the future. It's almost like there's that freak out which brings me right back to presence. You got to see and you got to experience the power of that illusion. Yeah. Now, I just heard myself say that and what popped up in my head then was bullshit, Terry. and many more. The power of the illusion. Nisa-vada, Nisargad, Nisargad, Nisargad, Nisargad. It's being done. Well, it feels like there's no choice. There is one final comment from Bill.

He says, the body-mind appears in you, ultimately. There is no difference between you and it. And I guess it was for Tony, but it applies to everyone. Yes, everything appears in what you are. So you are the consciousness or the basic screen or awareness on which the content, whatever is the content, even if the content is identification or recognising moment to moment, that ultimately appears in you. Thank you, Bill, for that. And I think that will be the time to say thank you, everyone. Thank you. Thanks very much. And thanking you in advance to contribute before the end of the meeting.
